other than hereditary what Japanese actually eat has a lot to do with

staying slim East Asian basically cook with vegetable oil all the time

traditionally they do not cook with cheese butter cream all of which contain

highly saturated fat contents they never eat vegetables with the fattening

dressings they eat less deep fried food in the West there are chips fries fried

chicken every meal in the US Chinese food means sweet-and-sour chicken egg

rolls which are all deep-fried which are seldom even by Chinese themselves they

eat a lot of steamed fish Western people mostly eat deep fried fish with better a

Western meal often comes with soda which contains a lot of sugar East Asians

basically drink tea and their desserts do not contain the high-fat butter and

cream East Asians get a lot of their protein from vegetables and beans their

diet includes a lot of being based products like tofu soy milk mung bean

vermicelli red bean paste rice is just like eating bread so it does not make

them thin simply because of it it's what they eat together with the rice and

after that which makes the difference the original secret of being skinny even

after having rice is avoiding fried and fast food type food usually their food

habit is really healthy and in addition they do a lot of physical work Asian

people living in the US are heavier than the people actually living in China

Japan or Korea people in Asia walk to most everywhere nearby or take public

transportation people in the US tend to drive their

cars even to the local 7 to 11 a block away lack of exercises and lazy people

are usually overweight eat whatever foods you like but keep your body moving

use food for energy not boredom their diet is relatively low in high-calorie

processed low nutrition food and high in low calorie unprocessed high nutrition

food as well they tend to eat smaller portions at one sitting dessert after

lunch and dinner except for maybe some fruit is not common they don't eat huge

fatty meat based meals they don't eat cheese much and cheese is super high fat

and calorie and one of the main ingredients in the American diet they

don't eat large ridiculously rich snacks but will have relatively small portions

if they eat something decadent they don't eat much processed bread and

processed bread products which are actually quite high in calories and low

in nutrition rice is not high in calories it's pure carbo and carbo's are

4 calories per gram whereas fats are 9 calories per gram the women don't drink

much of any alcohol and alcohol really puts on the weight the men who drink a

lot get chubby after around age 35 a lot of it has to do with genetics Asians

have evolved over the eons to be thinner and shorter than other cultures so along

with their native diet that includes a lot of vegetables lean meats and yes

rice they just tend to have more slender bodies dot it's not just due to the fact

that they eat rice the main reason why there is less

incidents of obesity in Asia is because people eat more fish and vegetables and

less fatty fast / processed food

hello everybody it's Kadzowe with Kadzoweforafrica and welcome to my channel

breaking news and I'll get right to it what is DACA? well DACA is Deferred

Action for Childhood Arrivals and so what that means is that this is very

different from international students DACA are the children of individuals who

immigrated into the United States with no legal paperwork and so as you know

the USA is the land of opportunity and there are some individuals who are able

to get into the United States without official legal paperwork and so DACA is

a law that is being discussed in the news by the new president and the

administration about how they're going to deal with all these children who are in the United States with no official type of paperwork so the first

thing I want you to know as an international student is this do not

worry you are legal you came into this country using the US Embassy or

consulate in your own country you came in with an i-20 you have all the legal

information you need to be able to explore opportunities here in the United

States and so that law and that policy does not affect you specifically as an

international student so I hope that is helpful because I've been getting a lot

of emails about what's happening now with immigration and immigrants as an

international students on f1 visa status your situation is very different so

hopefully that piece of advice is very useful now if you are a DACA individual

who is watching this video I would like you to know that they the update as of

today according to the New York Times is that an agreement has been reached to

see how the rights can be protected so you don't have to be scared just yet I

know that there's a lot going on with the new administration but hang in there

and I'll keep you updated on how things go but if you are a student or anybody

who has entered the United States legally on f1 visa status then this does

not pertain to you so hopefully at this breaking news was useful to you if you

London WB Harry Potter Studio Tour l Travel - Duration: 7:06.

Hi guys it's Carrie Anne from EverythingMom and we're in London England and if

you're traveling with your kids you can't escape Harry Potter-esque fun.

The big Harry Potter experience is the Warner Brothers Studio Tour which I'm

just going to take you through some of the quick highlights of what you could

do, the interactive fun and why it's worth the experience.

[announcer] I'm sure I already know the answer to this question considering where you are

but please humour me by giving me a big cheer if you are a Harry Potter fan

[cheer]

Entering the whole tour experience through the Hogwarts doors

was amazing! Even more so if it's your birthday.

Walking in the Great Hall you can imagine being a first year heading

to the sorting hat. Any other hufflepuffs out there?

The layout of the tour does a good job mixing technical and background with

studio sets and interactive fun.

Make sure the kids grab their Harry Potter passport when you arrive.

It makes a great souvenir as you collect all six emboss stamps throughout the tour.

"It worked and I put all my weight on it."

Look for the 13 stitches hidden about

the tour like this one we spotted exiting the Great Hall.

Love this costume distressing activity they had set up right in the middle of

the tour. Great hands-on fun.

[instructor] We've got mud here, a charcoal one, some blood. Brushes to mix up with.

[instructor] Just kind of make it as dirty as possible.

No doubt you'll recognize some of these sets and scenes some of our favourites from

the various movies.

We all enjoyed applying a little magic in the Weasley home.

For added fun the kids even got a chance to try out

their newfound broom skills

All aboard! The Hogwarts Express. If you climb aboard the Hogwarts Express

the studio team recreated the train car scene for each of the movies.

I know it's not for everyone but it happens to be one of my favourite

Hogwarts treats.

When you step inside Privet Drive be sure to look at the details.

"Proficiency as table monitor."

I especially loved Dudley's awards displayed proudly on the wall.

"Always eating up his lunch."

I have to say of all the sets we encountered on the studio tour walking

down the cobbled streets of Diagon Alley was way too cool

And no Hogwarts tour is complete without walking around the scale model of the

Hogwarts castle. Like the detail is just incredible.

Even if you don't plan on buying anything a trip to the gift shop is worthwhile just to see some

additional movie props.

I hope I didn't give too much away it's just too cool to

not share all this fun that goes on on the tour and give you a sense of why you

should go if you're in London. I'm currently working on a post with more

photos from our experience and when that's ready I'll include it in link

below. I actually shared on a post some tips on how to get to the experience

especially when travelling by metro that's what we've been doing in the city

is using the metro system which is a great service here if you're staying in

town. So a few tips on how to get to the studio because out of the city using the

Xiaomi MI MIX 2 Android Phone Launched - Duration: 2:56.

Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Android Phone Launched Today For the past several years, Xiaomi has introduced

us to many beautiful and innovative smartphones.

The most famous one of these devices was, most likely, the Xiaomi Mi Mix.

The Xiaomi Mi Mix was the first Bezel-less smartphone that became a large success globally.

After the Mi Mix, many major smartphone brands such as Apple and Samsung followed the hype

of adding edge-to-edge screens to their latest flagship models.

Today, September 11th, in Beijing, Xiaomi is expected to be officially introducing us

to the second version of their Mi Mix Smartphone.

Originally, the Mi Mix was launched as a concept phone, however, its immense popularity has

Along with this powerful CPU, it will bring either 4GB or 6GB RAM.

This hardware is comparable to that of many other latest flagship smartphones such as

the OnePlus 5 and Galaxy Note 8.

Besides its impressive chipset, the phone will treat you to either 128GB or 256GB internal

storage.

Naturally, the main selling point of the phone's display is the fact that it is bezel less,

however, the screen has so much more to offer.

With a size of 6.2-Inch, it will truly treat its users so an unlimited visual experience.

Added to that, it will feature a breathtaking Quad-HD display resolution of 2560 x 1440p.

Other features worth mentioning of this flagship Android phone are its 21MP rear camera, a

whopping 4500mAh battery, Dual-Band WiFi, and 3D facial recognition support.

Also, it is rumored that the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 may be running on the newly released Android

8.0 operating system.

And last but not least, the phone will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack!
