What the Media isnt Telling You About North Koreas Missile Tests
Heres what the media isnt telling you about North Koreas recent missile tests.
Last Monday, the DPRK fired a Hwasong-12 intermediate-range ballistic missile over Japans Hokkaido
Island.
The missile landed in the waters beyond the island harming neither people nor property.
The media immediately condemned the test as a bold and provocative act that showed
the Norths defiance of UN resolutions and contempt for its neighbors. President
Trump sharply criticized the missile test saying:
Threatening and destabilizing actions only increase the North Korean regimes isolation
in the region and among all nations of the world.
All options are on the table.
What the media failed to mention was that, for the last three weeks, Japan, South Korea
and the US have been engaged in large-scale joint-military drills on Hokkaido Island and
in South Korea.
These needlessly provocative war games are designed to simulate an invasion of North
Korea and a decapitation operation to remove (Re: Kill) the regime.
North Koreas supreme leader, Kim Jong-un has asked the US repeatedly to end these military
exercises, but the US has stubbornly refused.
The US reserves the right to threaten anyone, anytime and anywhere even right on their doorstep.
Its part of what makes the US exceptional.
Check out this excerpt from an article at Fox News:
More than 3,500 American and Japanese troops kicked off a weeks-long joint military exercise
Thursday against the backdrop of an increasingly belligerent North Korean regime.
The exercise, known as Northern Viper 17, will take place on Hokkaido Japans
northern-most main island and will last until Aug. 28.
We are improving our readiness not only in the air, but as a logistical support team,
Col. R. Scott Jobe, the 35th Fighter Wing commander, said in a statement.
We are in a prime location for contingency purposes and this exercise will only build
upon our readiness in the case a real-world scenario occurs. (US, Japanese troops begin
joint military exercise amid North Korea threat, Fox News)
Mondays missile test (which flew over Hokkaido Island) was conducted just hours after the
war games ended.
The message was clear: The North is not going to be publicly humiliated and slapped around
without responding.
Rather than show weakness, the North demonstrated that it was prepared to defend itself against
foreign aggression.
In other words, the test was NOT a bold and provocative act (as the media stated)
but a modest and well thought-out response by a country that has experienced 64 years
of relentless hectoring, sanctions, demonization and saber rattling by Washington.
The North responded because the Washingtons incitements required a response.
End of story.
And the same is true of the three short-range ballistic missiles the North tested last week.
(two of which apparently fizzled out shortly after launching.)
These tests were a response to the 3 week-long joint-military drills in South Korea which
involved 75,000 combat troops accompanied by hundreds of tanks, armored vehicles, landing
craft, heavy artillery, a full naval flotilla and flyovers by squadrons of state of the
art fighters and strategic bombers.
Was the North supposed to sit on its hands while this menacing display of brute military
force took place right under its nose???
Of course not.
Imagine if Russia engaged in a similar operation over the border in Mexico while the Russian
fleet conducted live fire drills three miles outside of San Francisco Bay.
What do you think Trumps reaction would be?
Hed blow those boats out of the water faster than you could say Jackie Robinson,
right?
So why the double standard when it comes to North Korea?
Sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
North Korea should be applauded for showing that it wont be intimidated by the schoolyard
bully.
Kim knows that any confrontation with the US will end badly for the North, even so,
he hasnt caved in or allowed himself to be pushed around by the blustering, browbeating
thugs in the White House.
Booyah, Kim.
By the way, Trumps response to Mondays missile test was barely covered in the mainstream
media, and for good reason.
Heres what happened two days later:
On Wednesday, a US-led flight-group of F-35B fighters, F-15 fighters and B-1B bombers conducted
military operations over a training range east of Seoul.
The B-1Bs, which are low-altitude nuclear bombers, dropped their dummy-bombs on the
site and then returned to their home base.
The show of force was intended to send a message to Pyongyang that Washington is unhappy with
the Norths ballistic missile testing project and is prepared to use nuclear weapons against
the North if it fails to heed Washingtons diktats.
So Washington is prepared to nuke the North if they dont straighten up and do as they
are told?
It sure looks that way, but who really knows?
In any event, Kim has no choice but to stand firm.
If he shows any sign of weakness, he knows hes going to end up like Saddam and Gaddafi.
And that, of course, is whats driving the hyperbolic rhetoric; the North wants to avoid
the Gaddafi scenario at all cost.
(BTW, the reason Kim has threatened to fire missiles at the waters surrounding Guam is
because Guam is the home of Anderson Airforce Base which is the point-of-origin for the
B-1B nuclear-capable bombers that have been making threatening flyovers on the Korean
Peninsula for some time now.
The North feels like it has to respond to that existential threat.
Wouldnt it help if the media mentioned that fact or does it better serve their agenda
to make it look like Kim is barking mad by lashing out against the totally innocent
United States, a country that only seeks to preserve the peace wherever it goes?
Give me a break!
It is so hard to find anything in the media that doesnt reflect Washingtons bias
and hostility.
Surprisingly, there was pretty decent article at CBS News last week written by a former
Western intelligence officer with decades of experience in Asia.
Its the only article Ive found that accurately explains whats really going
on beyond the propaganda.
Check it out:
Prior to President Trumps inauguration, North Korea made it clear it was prepared
to give the new U.S. administration time to review the policy and come up with something
better than President Obamas.
The only wrinkle was that if the U.S. went full-steam ahead with its annual joint exercises
with South Korea (especially if that were accompanied by more talk of decapitation
and more flights of strategic bombers over the Korean peninsula), the North would react
strongly.
In short, the U.S. did, and the North reacted.
Behind-the-scenes contacts went up and down, but couldnt get traction.
In April, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un paraded new missiles as a warning, to no effect.
The regime launched the new systems, one after another.
Still, Washingtons approach didnt change. (Analysis: Pyongyangs view of the North
Korea-U.S. crisis, CBS News)
Okay, so now we know the truth: The North gave it their best shot and came up snakeeyes,
mainly because Washington doesnt want to negotiate, theyd rather twist arms (Russia
and China), tighten the embargo and threaten war.
Thats Trumps solution.
Heres more from the same piece:
On July 4, after North Koreas first successful intercontinental ballistic missile
(ICBM) launch, Kim sent a public signal that the North could put the nuclear and missile
programs on the table if the U.S. changed its approach.
The U.S. did not, so the North launched another ICBM, very deliberately deeming it a warning
to the U.S. that they were to be taken seriously.
Still, more B-1 bombers flew over the Peninsula, and the U.N. Security Council passed new sanctions.
(CBS News)
So, the North was ready to do some serious horse-trading, but the US balked.
Kim probably heard what a wheeler dealer Trump was and figured they could work something
out.
But it hasnt happen.
Trump has turned out to be a bigger bust than Obama, which is pretty bad.
He not only refuses to negotiate but he also delivers bellicose threats almost every day.
This isnt what the North was expecting.
They were expecting a non interventionist leader who might be receptive to a trade-off.
The current situation has left Kim with no good options.
He can either cave in and terminate his missile program altogether or increase the frequency
of the tests and hope that they pave the way for negotiations.
Kim chose the latter.
Did he make a bad choice?
Maybe.
Is it a rational choice?
Yes.
The North is betting that its nuclear weapons programs will be valuable bargaining chits
in future negotiations with the United States.
The North has no plan to nuke the west coast of the United States.
Thats ridiculous!
That doesnt accomplish anything.
What they want is to preserve their regime, procure security guarantees from Washington,
lift the embargo, normalize relations with the South, extricate the US from the political
affairs of the peninsula, and (hopefully) end the irritating and endlessly provocative
64 year US occupation.
Yankee go home.
Please.
Bottom line: The North is ready to deal.
They want negotiations.
They want to end the war.
They want to put this whole nightmare behind them and get on with their lives.
But Washington wont let them because Washington likes the status quo.
Washington wants to be a permanent feature in South Korea so it can encircle Russia and
China with lethal missile systems and expand its geopolitical grip bringing the world closer
to nuclear Armageddon.
Thats what Washington wants, and thats why the crisis on the peninsula will continue
to boil.

Celebrities Who Were Raised In Cults - Duration: 4:47.
The term "cult" has many different connotations and can mean lots of things to different people.
In general, cults typically include a religious component and some level of isolation from
the rest of the world.
The following celebrities grew up in cult-like situations, some more intense than others,
but all outside the mainstream.
The Arquettes
Actor David Arquette was born in a Subud commune in Virginia, where he lived briefly with sisters
and future fellow thespians Patricia and Rosanna along with their parents.
Subud is a nonsectarian Indonesian spiritual based in meditation.
On an episode of WTF with Marc Maron, Patricia s aid her family left the commune — which
had no electricity, bathrooms, or running water — when its members' true colors started
to reveal themselves.
"'Oh, that dude has a real anger management problem,' and 'this person's an alcoholic'
and that other thing, and 'this person's greedy' and 'What are we doing here?'"
After leaving Virginia, Patricia said her family returned to Chicago before settling
in Los Angeles.
Rose McGowan
In 2011, Charmed alum Rose McGowan revealed to People magazine that she spent the first
nine years of her life growing up among the Children of God sect in Italy.
At first, she claimed the setting "was really idyllic", but she later rebelled against the
cult's hippie lifestyle and rigid gender roles, saying, quote, "I did not want to be like
those women.
There were basically there to serve the men sexually."
Things took a turn for the worse when McGowan's father reportedly feared his daughter might
be molested by members of the group, prompting their family to escape and flee to America.
Glenn Close
Close's family joined the radical, conservative missionary group called "Moral Re-Armament,"
when she was just 7.
The actress told the Daily Beast that she lost her sense of individuality during this
time.
"It's cult living where you're told what to say and how to act.
It's very sexually repressive and yet you're supposed to be re-making the world … As
a child, it's catastrophic because that's where you're trying to figure out who you
are."
She escaped the situation at the age of 22 but told The Hollywood Reporter that the experience
negatively affected her for years afterward, forcing her to doubt her instincts.
Toni Braxton
In her Unbreak My Heart memoir, the famous R&B singer revealed that she joined Pillar
of Truth, a Pentecostal Apostolic group, with her family as a young girl.
She said her family fell into "religious extremism," where women and their nakedness had to be
covered up in full and almost everything was considered evil, including going to the movies.
The group allegedly required its members to speak in tongues, which Braxton reportedly
faked at 8 years old just to keep up.
According to the Daily Mail, the Braxtons subsequently joined "two more repressive churches"
before finally joining a more mainstream congregation.
Angel Haze
The Detroit-based rapper was raised in the Pentecostal Greater Apostolic Faith commune.
The lifestyle was reportedly extremely insular, with its members all living in the same community,
within 10 minutes of each other.
"I wasn't allowed to listen to music, or have friends that were outside of it, or, generally,
like, associate with other people."
Haze says she also wasn't allowed to wear jewelry, to eat certain things, or go on dates.
She went to church three days a week, unless there was a "revival," which required daily
church attendance.
She told the Guardian she "used to just crawl under [a] bench and try to sleep."
"Anybody can say anything to you, and if you're like, weak enough, or dumb enough, or just
don't care enough to believe it, then they're gonna exploit you."
Joaquin Phoenix
In the 1970s, the Phoenix family was also part of the Children of God, which is now
known as The Family International.
Joaquin spoke about his experience in a 2014 interview with Playboy: "My parents had a
religious experience and felt strongly about it … I think my parents thought they'd found
a community that shared their ideals … [B]ut I think the moment my parents realized there
was something more to it, they got out."
Joaquin's family moved to California and changed its last name from Bottom to Phoenix after
leaving the community.
The actor cautioned against passing judgment on his family or other members of the group,
saying, quote: "I think it was really innocent on my parents' part.
They really believed, but I don't think most people see it that way.
I've always thought that was strange and unfair."

Why Do Your Farts Smell Worse in the Shower? - Duration: 2:44.
[♪ INTRO]
Even if you're not a huge fan of talking about it, and to be clear I don't understand
that impulse, you, me, and everybody else farts,
and the average person does it up to 20 times a day.
Most farts don't smell that great even on a good day, but if you've ever let one rip
in the shower, you might know that they can smell worse in there.
Why?
Nothing wakes you up in the morning like a nice, hot noseful of your own butt gas.
We've talked quite a lot about farting before on SciShow, and if you want to know what makes
them smell the way they do, you can watch our episode about it.
Mostly, you can thank bacteria living in your gut,
which produce a bunch of lovely, gross-smelling chemicals.
And the smell just seems to get worse when you take a shower.
Some of that is because you're stuck in a closed space and there's nowhere for you
or the gas to go, unlike if you farted in a nice open field
or while you're traveling down an escalator.
The main reason it smells especially bad is because of the added humidity.
Your sense of smell is super important.
It helps you figure out if your food's gone bad, if there are gas leaks,
or if there's a fire nearby, so researchers have been trying to better understand it.
In one experiment, they put 75 volunteers in a room and they changed the room's humidity
and air pressure to learn how different conditions affect how we smell things.
They did not make the subjects fart, although that would've been amazing
and I hope somebody does that study someday.
But they did introduce other odors, and they found that when the room was more humid, the
volunteers could smell much lower concentrations of the odors.
Essentially, their sense of smell got better when there was more water vapor in the air.
Not many studies have looked at that before,
so the scientists weren't really sure why this happens.
One possibility is that the water vapor helps the molecules
that make up the smell interact with receptors in your nose.
Another idea is that the gas particles bind to the water vapor, so the air acts like
a sponge and can hold more smell than regular, dry air.
When you take a hot shower, your bathroom fills up with steamy water vapor,
so one way or another, that gross smell ends up being a lot stronger.
It also probably doesn't help that you aren't wearing clothes,
so there isn't any fabric to absorb the smell or lock it in, but, as you probably would guess,
researchers have not done many studies on that yet.
Either way, the next time you feel the need to let one go,
you might want to wait until you're out of the shower.
You probably will thank yourself.
Though, at least it's just you in there, no one else has to know.

Symmetria S4 - #4 : Skeleton Spawner [English Sub] - Duration: 15:45.
Hi everyone!
We are back today for the 4th episode of Symmetria season 4
We are going to work on the skeleton spawner found by cyber_cedi between our two bases
For now, we can get to the spawner by this hole in the ground
Locatable by this diorite pillar
What I want to do is, from my base
To dig a tunnel from my pyramid to
The spawner and let ced to the same on his side if he wants to do so
Let me show you what he did
ced dug all around the spawner and he put...
Some water so the skeletons are driven to the lava blade
Right now, the spawner is in AFK mode
Which means the skeletons go into the lava blade, get burn and die
Next, all the loot gets carried by the water to the hopper and the chest
There is also a manual mode
When the spawner is in manual mode, the lave isn't there any more to kill the skeletons
They are dragged along by the water
And they arrived above the hopper
All we have to do is hitting them three times with a sword for them to die
What I want to do is work on the manual mode
so the skeletons get onto the hopper at 1/2 heart
To do so, I'll have to get them 20ish blocks up
I'll have to check the Wiki to see if it's 23 or 24 blocks
So, they will fall down and...
Take fall damage and get to 1/2 hearts
So we just have to hit them once to kill them
But before we get to this
I'll dig the tunnel between my base and the spawner and will decorate it
Next, I'll explain to you my choices of blocks for the tunnel
I'll be back after the time lapse!
I hope you liked the time lapse!
Now I'll explain to you my block choices for this tunnel
To start, smooth and chiselled sandstone to recall the colours of the pyramid
Bone blocks pillars to indicate we are heading to a skeleton spawner
A line of packed ice with iron trapdoors over it
And at the top light grey glass blocks
So we can go faster than usual
Next we have stone bricks stairs
Because I had lots of stone so I didn't have to...
farm to get building blocks
Next, spruce wood
I like to use spruce wood because we can get big trees
And farm wood easier than if we had use acacia
That's why I used this
And for the lights...
To light things up...
So, end rods as lights
This is my favourite way of lighting things
Finally, spruce fences
So the space here isn't empty
There we go!
Now that this is done
Let's get back to the spawner
To work on the fall of the skeletons for the manual mode
Back to show you the spawner nearly completed
Except from this part, because I want to show you later
How I do the random design on the floor
I chose regular, cracked and mossy stone bricks
To make the room look like a stronghold
I've replaced all the blocks behind by these ones
So it looks cleaner
Here too, inside the spawner
Inside the spawn area
There are only stone bricks, no cracked or mossy
When the spawner is in manual mode, the skeletons...
The lava blade disappears
Skeletons are getting up thanks to a water elevator
Up to 20ish blocks
I tried 23, 22 and 21 I think
Several heights
And some of them were dying there
Even those who didn't have any Feather Falling boots
When it was at 23, some of them were dying
Oh, OK, right...
So, it shouldn't have died because it's 20 blocks
I think it got some damage from the lava earlier
So, this one don't have any boots
We can see it's working
So, what was I talking about?
I had a problem of skeleton not dying
Feather Falling boots or not, it didn't change anything
It was too high at 23, so now it's 20
I don't really know exactly
All that matters to me is that my skeletons are arriving here...
Sometimes one get stuck here but it's alright because the other one push it
And when I put on the AFK mode
It is instantly burned by the lava
So, they are getting up, they follow the path
And they get here
They take enough damage to get one hit killed
Next, I've done the sorting system
Oh, I forgot to replace this granite block!
I don't like that, I'll do it later
And there is stone here. I'll replace them later, I don't like to see...
Random blocks still there
So, the items are getting sorted
There still is the water stream with the hopper
There is a hopper chain from this block to here
Let's put it back to AFK mode
Come on, die !
So, items...
I'm putting them in, so I get rid of them
So, item are going through hopper chains
To get sorted, here is the chest room
For items dropped by skeletons
Here are bones
I AFKed a little bit earlier
And while building the skeletons where still spawning, so item accumulated
So, here are the bones, there arrows
And there all the other loots
They are coming here and we can sort them, and combine them
Thanks to the anvil
I've also put an ender chest because you always need one in a room
Two furnaces... I don't remember what they could be used for
Oh, maybe smelting amours!
To get ingots
Herr, nuggets, not ingots, sorry!
That was they could be used for
I'm going to show you the sorting system
So, here we are
Here is the bone filter
I closed it up, so we can't see, but it's impulseSV's model
So, here are the bones
There, arrows
And next a hopper line that
Gives back everything not bones or arrows
Into the chests
That's it for the storage room!
What do we have to see next?
This is a secure place to AFK
Because here skeletons can see us
And shoot us, so it's not very cautious to stay here
And AFK in the middle of the room
Over there it will be cyber's tunnel
It's up to him to decorate it as he wants
I moved the ladder over by two blocks
So it's in the middle of the room
Up there, I want to do a cabin to end this episode
To decorate the surface entrance
This is the passage to my tunnel
I'm going to show you how
I manage to do the random block design
It's easy!
All you have to do is randomly spam blocks like this
Like this
I've got one left, where should I put it?
There!
Now, just fill in the gaps with regular stone brick
I put it there, but I'd like to... Well it's OK like this
No, I would like some cracked stone bricks here
Where can I stole some from?
No, not here
Well, I'll let it like that, it's OK
Or I change this one here, and put this one there
Here we are!
So, now this passage is done
All I have left to do is the cabin upstairs
I'll do the staircase that goes from the pyramid to the start of the tunnel later
Because I have villagers in the way
And I don't really know if I want to do other things around the staircase
I don't have any design my mind, it will be for another episode
Let's meet upstairs, as soon as I've stated to build the cabin!
Back after this unplanned time lapse
I wanted to explain and build on camera
But it's actually hard to do
So instead, you got a time lapse
This is the cabin which indicates where the spawner is
I put it facing this way because my pyramid is over there and...
cyber_cedi's base, which has changed a lot, is there
I think it is the best to have the cabin facing this way
That's it for this episode!
Next time we'll probably work on the house I have at ubernewb's base
Thanks everyone for watching!
Let me know what you think in the comment section
It can help me getting better episodes
Sorry about the wait between this one and the third
I was really busy IRL
See you next episode !

What is Quantum Spin? - Duration: 5:51.
Hey Crazies.
Let's talk a little more about quantum spin.
I mentioned it briefly in this video and some of you were still asking.
The short version is that it's a little bit of angular momentum,
but that always brings up a question:
What is angular momentum?
Which I could answer, but, honestly, it's not going to help you.
Electrons do not orbit.
Electrons do not spin.
We know not where they're going.
We know not where they've been.
Particles like electrons can't possibly be doing this.
Remember, in this video, we said the upper limit on the size of an electron is 10 to
the negative 18 meters, the smallest distance we've ever measured.
Let's assume electrons are solid spheres, which isn't necessarily as far-fetched as it
is for chickens or cows.
If those electrons have a diameter of 10 to the negative 18 meters, to be spinning with
an angular momentum of one half h-bar, the outer edge would be moving at almost 1,000,000
times the speed of light.
And the smaller the electron is, the faster it would have to be spinning.
The only possible conclusion is it's not spinning.
Just.
Just think of it this way: Particles have all sorts of properties.
Mass, Charge, Position, Energy, etc.
Spin angular momentum or, just spin for short, is one of those properties.
We can sort these properties into two categories: Properties the particles have because of what
they are and properties they have because of what they're doing.
Spin, as it turns out, falls into the first category.
It's a type of angular momentum a particle has just because it's that particle
and for no other reason.
It shouldn't even be called spin.
Intrinsic angular momentum is more accurate, but not nearly as catchy.
Intrintum?
Intum?
Angtrinsic?
Tang?
The reality is just so unfamiliar, there isn't a better word for it.
But how do we know it's there?
Magnets!!
Any charge with any kind of momentum is going to have a magnetic field, which means
it's going to be affected by another magnetic field.
We'll stick with electrons for now because, well, they're easy.
EXPERIMENT TIME!!!
There was this experiment done in 1922 called the Stern-Gerlach Experiment.
Full-Disclosure: Otto Stern and Walter Gerlach did not use a beam of free electrons.
Because that isn't going to work.
Charge is a bigger influencer than Spin, so they'll all veer the same direction if they
get too close to a magnet.
Charge.
Such an attention hog.
Anyway, you need to make it neutral, like a whole atom instead.
Stern and Gerlach used silver.
Because reasons!
But I don't want to get caught up in the details of the experiment.
All that matters is we now have an atom that we're going to pretend is just a really
massive neutral electron.
I know.
It sounds silly.
But that's how I feel about all experiments.
Theoretical physics is superior!
Next, we need something to control that electron.
Say, I don't know, two strong magnetic poles shaped like this.
Again, don't get caught up in the details.
Think of it as just a spin separator.
If we send a bunch of these electrons through, we get two distinct groups, which we call
spin-up and spin-down.
Since the biggest possibility is plus one-half, we say they're spin one-half particles,
but there's nothing special about up and down.
We get two groups no matter how we orient this thing.
Each of the three main directions can only have two possible values: plus one half
and minus one half.
Never zero.
I wonder what that looks like.
If all the directions are plus one half, the spin arrow looks like this.
But this is quantum mechanics.
Only one of the directions can be definite at any one time.
What I mean is, if one of the directions is, say, definitely one half, like, for sure.
Then the other two directions are in a weird combination of both plus one half and minus
one half.
It's called a Quantum Superposition.
So spin-up actually looks more like this.
There are only 4 possible directions for that arrow, all pointed up.
If we then tried to measure left and right, we might find that it's pointed right.
Except now, it's in this state.
We don't know if it's up or down anymore.
If you go back and measure up and down, you only have a 50% chance of getting up.
I shouldn't have said that.
You only have a 50% of measuring up.
Ah, now it's just depressing.
I just mean that, if you separate two groups in one direction.
Block one of those group.
Then separate into groups again in a different direction.
Block one of those groups.
And then re-measure in the original direction.
You get two groups, not one.
It forgot the original measurement.
There are always 4 possible directions to the spin arrow, so there is always quantum
weirdness.
Which is true of any spin one-half particle including protons and even neutrons.
Yes, neutrons!
They might be neutral, but they're made of smaller particles that aren't neutral,
so they're still tiny magnets.
It gets even weirder with bigger spins.
Spin-one particles are separated into 3 groups.
So their spin arrows would look like this.
Spin-three-half particles are separated into 4 groups.
So their spin arrows would look like this.
Spin-two particles are separated into 5 groups and so on.
Of course, this only works if the particle has charge on a fundamental level.
If it doesn't, like the photon, we have to be a little more creative.

Do neutron star shine?
Technically, yes.
They are hot, so they are emitting light from their surface.
But!
They're not very bright.
There's just not enough surface area.

*REALISTIC* What I Eat in a Day [CC] // aGirlWithLyme - Duration: 7:39.
[Intro Music. Vincent Tone - New Summits]
Hi everyone! So I thought I would show you what I eat in a day. I have never
made one of these videos before, it was requested. I have thought about making one of
these videos before but, I'm gonna be 100% honest with you, like I am with pretty much
every video I make. I do not eat the healthiest. I really like eating healthy
but sometimes it's much more convenient to not eat healthy. Sometimes it's much
easier to eat something that has been pre-made, versus me making something
myself that is healthy, just because I have very low energy, I'm in a lot of
pain, I often feel very weak, and especially in the heat of the summer I
find it very difficult for me to make any food, because I do end up feeling so
nauseated whenever I move as well. So it's currently one o'clock in the
afternoon, I am just getting up and getting around for the day
um so I'm gonna show you what I'm having for breakfast, I usually don't eat a really big meal for breakfast.
So, first I have some of these delicious-looking blueberries. I really
love blueberries, I haven't had any in the longest time though. And over here I
have a berry muffin, which probably isn't the most healthiest thing eat but I just
needed something quick and easy today, so this is it. I'm also drinking some Perrier
with it, this is the lime Perrier, it's nice and cold and refreshing.
Realistically, I just go with the flow and gets what's easiest. If I feel I have
the energy to make myself food then I will, but this is just going to be a very
realistic video showing you what I eat in a day, and I'm gonna be super honest
because I think if you're putting out a video on YouTube
- and you're, you know, talking about your diet, and something like this, and you just put in
all healthy food, but in reality you don't eat that healthy every day, then I
think it's a bit misleading. Um, yeah hopefully I can give you an accurate
representation of what I eat in a day. Hi guys, so it is currently 7:21 PM, it is supper time and I
feel like absolute crap. I was in a lot of pain this afternoon, and I'm really weak, I'm
really tired, but there was nothing quick and easy to make in the house, so I decided
to make a kale and black bean wrap, which I will show you in a minute, but it took a
lot of effort for me to make this. I usually do not eat this healthy. Earlier
when I was hungry I snacked on some Ruffles All Dressed chips, which are
my favorite chips ever. So this is pretty much the only bad thing today, other than
that muffin I had. So yeah, I will show you my wrap, and I'll show you what's on it, so
let's just hope I'll be able to eat it because, I am tired, I am hungry, but I'm
also a bit nauseated, and very weak. So, this here is the wrap. I just have
it, this is just a white wrap, I didn't have any whole wheat or anything like that. So I
got kale, some cucumber, some olives, some red onion. There's black beans underneath.
I also have on a Greek feta salad, like a creamy salad dressing. I also have some
jalapenos stacked between the black beans and the kale because I wanted
something a bit spicy. But uh, for the sauce I used lemon juice, olive oil, honey
cumin, garlic, onion powder, and red pepper flakes. I'm gonna wrap this up try to eat
it, oh I also got feta on here too - forgot to mention that.
Pretty much what I kind of eat in a day. I don't think I'll be eating anything
else after this. I did make two of these wraps, but I put the other one in the
fridge because I don't know if I'm going to be able to eat the second one. So yeah,
um, you can put this on a wrap, you can have it as a salad also I have it either way.
I also forgot to mention have tomatoes on this, I have really bad brain fog
because I feel awful. Hi guys. So it's currently 10:30 at night. My brother and
sister I ended up going to watch a movie tonight at the theater, so they
went out to eat, and my sister brought me home some of my favorite foods from
the restaurant that they went to. So, if you can't tell already I don't eat at a
normal time. My breakfast is at like, you know, dinner time, my supper is at like,
you know, when you're supposed to be not eating for the rest of the day, and then
if I have a snack, it's like nearly twelve o'clock in the morning. I'll show you
what I'm eating. We have some fried pickles, these are delicious,
this is ranch sauce with them. I have some barbecued taquitos
with some sour cream, please excuse this bowl, it's a sad looking bowl, but this is
all I could find to put my food in for the moment. It's quite realistic about, you know,
what I eat in a day. Um, I do, kind of end up going through, you know, I will eat
pretty, you know, decently healthy as much as I can possibly can throughout the day
and then, there's always something that I will end up eating that isn't that great
for me. I will probably make more videos like this because I know there are some
people out there who are curious about what people do eat in a day. Um, I've never
really been one of those people that really cared too much about what other
people eat because, I just eat when I'm able, and I eat what I like to eat. And yeah,
I enjoy both eating super healthy, and super disgustingly unhealthy. It's always
a constant struggle to be eating healthy for me, because it's such a struggle to make
my food. I am still exhausted from when I made my supper tonight. Being someone
with a Chronic Illness and a Disability, I think there is kind of this
expectation that because you are sick and unhealthy, you would eat, you know, a bit
better then, you know, what I guess normal people would eat, and that isn't always true
because I always end up feeling like crap, and I can't always make healthy foods or
eat healthy foods. So, it is quite difficult sometimes. So, I hope you guys
enjoyed today's video, please be sure to give it a thumbs up, subscribe if you're
new. Please be sure to hit the notification button down below to get

What Canada means to me, Canada is the greatest place in the world to me.
I wouldn't want to be anywhere else to live. We do visit other places
but honestly have not seen every place in Canada. We live in New Brunswick. It's a fantastic province.
We live right on the Bay of Fundy, which has the highest tides in the world.
We just enjoy life there.
It's been a long time. I worked in the military for Canada. It's a great place to work.
