My YouTube Story - Yoga with Yogini Rasa - Reasons Why I do Yoga on YouTube - Duration: 8:18.Hi my name is a Yogini Rasa and I'm certified Open Yoga teacher and we are
starting a new page I would like to thank everybody each and everybody for
signing to youtube channel it has been amazing time and more and more people
are signing up so thumbs up and also we have the patreon account where we also
get quite a lot of questions I have tried to answer most of them
individually however there are a few questions that keep on repeating and
repeating thereby I thought I will just make a video and this could be useful
not only to those who have been with me and with Open Yoga for some time
practicing yoga as such but also for those people who are just newcomers and
those two questions are why do I do yoga on the YouTube and also the second
question is is there any use to do yoga on YouTube. So let's start with the first
one. The first question is why am i doing yoga on the YouTube why I am NOT
going to the only to the yoga studio and giving my classes there to tell the
truth YouTube is a huge yoga studio and everybody can get in the class I have my
time and you have your time and thereby I can record the video whenever it's
suitable for me and you can watch this video whenever it's suitable for you
thereby if I am in one zone while it's night at your zone it doesn't matter you
can always come the class on time you are never late and
you can come to the class over and over again so if you wanted to make sure if
you are doing this first properly or you want to do this program for a month or
two where you came today but you will want to come in a two weeks you do it
and you do it wherever you want it because sometimes you are on the go you
travel you are at home where you move from one place to another and you still
get the same thing and you can always rewind YouTube and other social
platforms give you a chance to ask the questions and to receive a feedback
thereby I as a yoga teacher get your opinion and see what you are more
interested in where if it comes up where you put comes down and where you are
more eager to comment actually I would be very happy to see why you are here on
the YouTube and put this in the comments below
so what else there are tons of different things you can do it whenever you want
it you can do it alone or will the people you can get the opinion you can
ask questions you can do it at any time so it's a fantastic thing and I spend
four years in studying process just to start with then I kept two more years to
continue my yoga studies and only there I was able to start practicing so as
it's my responsibility and my skill to do yoga classes thereby I'm doing it
also on the YouTube I love it I like it and I hope I'm doing it quite well and
thereby this is what happens the second question is is there any use to do yoga
on the YouTube I always recommend for the people to start and from time to
time to go to a real yoga studio and presence but I know how we have to work
on old time management how we have to manage many things in one day I know
that people are moving and going here and there so if you want to study yoga
and to do it in regular basis and to have material that you could replay and
repeat because this the repetition is your key to the success you open up the
video and you see it YouTube gives you a wide variety to choose from different
yoga instructors different schools different approaches different genders
different ages whatever you wish you open open yoga or curvy yoga or pregnant
yoga work Yoga for the back or whatever you choose most probably this will be
available on the YouTube this not always be yoga as such because some people
would say it to do true yoga you have to live in a monastery for 10 years from
something it's true but you can already integrate some of the yoga elements
today and YouTube is a big help in that so and you just at any time you can open
the doors in a class you are and when you open the doors the class is starting
and you whenever you return the class is there the teachers there because you
actually search for yoga for some resolution for the some kind of problem
either it's stress anxiety fatigue or lower back problems or just looking for
the inspiration there are many many teachers when you see it you choose the
one you like you come for yoga but you stay for the teacher well you stay with
the person who is the best in giving the knowledge that you need thereby it's a
very good thing that you can choose and this is the thing you have to bring to
the people and as the as the result there will be a lot of people around you
to whom you can be helpful where you as a yoga practitioner can gain from the
this particular a teacher so don't forget that to motivate your yoga
teachers to post new videos with the thumbs up ask them questions give them
feedback just give them smiles and hearts and and
whatever comes into your mind so that you would be able to access more
valuable wider possibilities to study these things together so if you like
this video and it was useful so thumbs up for the new video to come earlier and
for me to be able to answer more of your questions so I'm waiting for your
questions down there below and we are seeing on the YouTube as you are the
subscribers and ring the bell and also
thank you very much and goodbye

Fourteen Common Problems INFJs Deal With In Their Dating Lives - Duration: 7:34.14 Common Problems INFJs Deal With In Their Dating Lives
INFJ are quiet, empathetic dreamers with huge hearts, INFJs are one of the rarest personality
types, which naturally, makes them quite odd.
It's their strangeness that makes them come off as mysterious and intriguing to others,
but it's often their strangeness that creates problems within their dating lives.
Here are 14 common romantic problems INFJs deal with in their lives.
1.
INFJs get frustrated when they make an attempt to connect with someone and the person fails
to share their enthusiasm.
INFJs can read people extremely well, so when they make an attempt to connect with someone
on a deeper level or discuss something that means a lot to them, they can instantly tell
when the other person isn't on the same wavelength as them.
This leads them to wonder why they even bothered at all and makes them more hesitant to reveal
other things about themselves in the future.
2.
They want to believe in the best in their partner (even if it comes at a cost to their
well being).
This doesn't mean that INFJs are perfect in relationships.
They obviously have their share of faults too, but INFJs are one of the least likely
personality types to give up on their partner.
Although they know there are issues, and even when they know within their bones something
isn't working out, they will fight for their relationship longer than they should.
3.
They can falter to their weaknesses if they get into a relationship with the wrong person.
INFJs are very easily affected by the energy and environment around them.
Their most successful relationships are with strong people who can lift them up and help
them realize their potential (as INFJs are highly idealistic).
If they end up in an unhealthy relationship with a lot of chaos or uncertainty, it can
bring out the worst in them.
4.
If it's obvious a new dating situation is going nowhere, they will end it so they can
put their energy elsewhere.
While INFJs are completely capable of casual dating, they feel most fulfilled in longterm
relationships or connections with people that go deeper than the surface.
If they get the gut instinct this is only a temporary thing and there's nothing else
to sustain what you have with them besides sex, they'll quickly find a way out.
5.
Even in the best relationship they can often feel a sense of loneliness and isolation.
The thing about INFJs is that they're known as not only being strange people, but for
having a great self-awareness about it.
Although they might be happy in their relationship and content with their dating life, INFJs
can still feel a great deal of loneliness and a lack of feeling understood.
This leads to them needing time alone to deal with what they're experiencing within.
6.
It can be difficult to let someone else in, even if they want to get close to them.
INFJs hold their wounds close to their heart.
The things that they've overcome that have made them who they are today can be difficult
to reveal, even to the people they love and care for the most.
This creates problems in their relationships when their partner tries to break down their
walls and has a hard time getting through.
7.
They can get too in their head about things.
INFJs can be intense people.
One of their flaws is overthinking things that are much simpler than they make them
out to be or over analyzing situations before they proceed.
8.
INFJs prefer to live an unconventional lifestyle.
They aren't driven by the same things (wealth, material items) as most of society and are
more interested in experiences vs possessions.
They need something a little different in life to feel content and fulfilled, and sometimes
this can create problems in dating if they find themselves with a partner who grew up
(and wants) a more traditional lifestyle.
9.
They have a hard time connecting with someone who can't slow down and enjoy the little
moments in life.
INFJs have difficulty in bonding with people who live a fast paced life or have to constantly
be surrounded by other.
It's not that INFJs can't develop happy relationships with extroverts, but they need
a partner who places an emphasis on one-on-one experiences together, because that is where
an INFJ truly flourishes.
It's the moments when you're doing seemingly nothing together except just hanging out and
talking, sharing your stories and thoughts that an INFJ feels like they are really bonding
with you.
10.
INFJs struggle with bouts of depression.
As creative types, INFJs can struggle with depression during moments of artistic blocks
or when they don't feel like the work they've produced is good enough.
Other times they deal with periods of sadness when they're feeling particularly lonely
or misunderstood (as mentioned previously).
Their feelings about their artistic work and inability to feel understood can affect their
relationships if their bout of depression lasts long.
11.
The inner world of an INFJ is so much more than what you see on the outside but it takes
time for them to reveal that side to others.
INFJs have an innate ability to develop rich inner worlds they can retreat to when the
outside world becomes too much.
Their inner-self closely mimics the personality of an ENFP – energetic, fearless, and outgoing.
It's not that they have a problem bringing these two sides of themselves together to
be a thoughtful, witty, outgoing person in social settings, but it usually isn't until
they feel comfortable with people to really show their true personality.
12.
INFJs can be easily disappointed.
They are highly idealistic and are always dreaming up some new big idea, not only for
themselves, but to share with their partner and loved ones.
The problem comes when they forget to maintain a level of realism and find their ideas blowing
up in their face.
The easiest way to deal with this is for their partner to help keep them grounded during
their bouts of daydreaming.
13.
They can be just as self-absorbed as they can be loving and generous with their time
and attention.
While INFJs are known to be self-sacrificing in their relationships, they also can be just
as easily self-absorbed depending on what's going on in their life.
They want their partner to be just as enthusiastic about their life's endeavors and pursuits
as they are but, obviously, this doesn't always happen.
While they are warm-hearted and empathetic individuals, they can also go off into their
own world and forget about others until they come back out again.
14.
Sometimes their greatest romantic interests will turn into nothing because INFJs rarely
initiate anything in dating.
INFJs have a problem with being the first one to show interest or to reveal their feelings
when it comes to matters of the heart.
They would much rather observe the other person, over analyze every possible situation and
outcome, and slowly test the waters before even giving a small piece of themselves.
Even if they have great admiration for someone or get a big crush on another person, an INFJ
will often bury that feeling within themselves until they feel (through their observations)
that the other person is also interested.
Unfortunately, this isn't a great dating method and leaves INFJs wondering what could
be with someone all because they refused to initiate anything.
All in all, that's the 14 Common Problems INFJs Deal With In Their Dating Lives.

Richard Dawkins - Is Animal Cruelty the New Slavery? (Subtítulos Esp.) - Duration: 5:10.There's quite a lot in "Science in the Soul" about
the ethics of the way we treat nonhuman animals.
I say non-human because, of course, we are animals, we are not plants, we are not fungi, we are not bacteria,
we are animals.
There is a double standard
in our ethics at present, which place, which builds a wall around our own species Homo Sapiens,
which is rather un-evolutionary, if you think about the fact that we are
close cousins of chimpanzees, if you think about the fact that
we are descended from a common ancestor that lived only about 6 or 7
million years ago.
If you want to erect a moral wall around our species and say, for example, that a human embryo,
even a very beginning human embryo
—long before it develops a nervous system—
is somehow worthy of more moral consideration than an adult chimpanzee,
then there is a rather un-evolutionary viewpoint.
If you look back in our ancestry, at what point would you draw the line? Would you give... If there were
Australopithecus —almost certainly our ancestor
Australopithecus of 3 million years ago— if you were to meet one if one had survived in the African jungle,
would you give it the same moral consideration as
the rest of us, or would you say "No, no —that has the same moral consideration as a chimpanzee"?
If we look back in history,
a couple of centuries ago most people accepted slavery
and nowadays, of course, that's a horrifying thought.
No civilized person today accepts slavery.
And if you look back further still we had the appalling things that the Romans were doing in the Colosseum
with spectator sport, watching people killing other people or lions killing people,
regarding it as fun entertainment to take the children out to.
We're certainly getting better, as Steven Pinker has said in his book "The Better Angels of Our Nature"
and Michael Shermer has in his book on "The Moral Arc"
So we're changing a lot, and it's
sort of fairly obvious thing to do to look into the future and say "What will our
future descendants think when they look back at us the way we look back at our
slave-owning ancestors with horror?
What will our descendants look back in our time?" And I think the obvious candidate would be the way we treat
non-human animals.
My view would be that we want to avoid suffering
therefore the criteria would be "Can this creature suffer?" This is the criteria that
Jeremy Bentham, the great moral philosopher
laid out:
"Can they suffer?" There's every reason to think that
mammals at least,
and probably many more, can suffer perhaps as much as we can pain.
Think about what pain is for, biologically speaking,
pain is a warning to the animal: "Don't do that again". If the animal does something which results in pain
That is a kind of ritual death. It's telling the animal, "if you do that again
you might die and you might fail to reproduce".
That's why natural selection has built pain into our nervous systems, built the capacity to feel pain
into our nervous systems. So
don't mess around with hornets because it's painful;
don't do that again.
Don't pick up burning coals from the fire; don't do that again.
There's absolutely no reason as far as I can see why a nonhuman animal
a dog or a chimpanzee or a cow, should be any less capable of feeling pain
than we can, when you think what pain is actually doing.
Pain feels like something primitive, feels like something
like seeing color or smelling a rose or something like that.
It doesn't feel like the kind of thing for which you need intellect.
And actually, we can go even further than that, you might say —since pain
is there to warn the animal not to do that again,
an animal which is a slow learner, an animal which is not particularly intelligent,
might actually need more intense pain in order to deter it from doing that again
than a human who is intelligent enough to learn quickly
not to do that again.
So it's it's even possible that non-human animals are capable of feeling more intense pain
than we are.
I'm not sure how far I want to push that argument,
but I think at least I could say there's absolutely
no reason to suppose that they feel less pain than we do and we should give them the benefit of the doubt
