Mappack - Alexandr's Fan Campaign for ROTR 1.87, Mission Black Ice

The second mission in this mappack is a typical Covert Ops strike force objective.

At the beginning of the mission you have access to the Tschmell and Shock Troopers.

The first objective is to destroy the American AirBase to the north, you have 6 ingame minutes to do so.

You should equip at least one of the Shock Troopers with the Tesla Cannon to short circuit the incoming vehicles.

Tschmell troopers are the long ranged flamethrowers, they can clean the garrisoned buildings from the occupiers.

When you are in the proximity of Patriots, use the secondary ability of Smoke Missile to distract their fire (very helpful).

You must enter the Airbase from the backdoor and destroy the Cold Fusion Reactors first, then focus on other buildings.

A little bit later you will get some Shock Troopers and two Tesla Tanks, look at them wisely.

Tesla Tanks are fantastic choice, they can fire on the move, their damage output is high and their range is quite big.

Once you free the prisoners from the base, your task is to destroy all the Reactors in the Naval Base.

Send SEALs inside but you must destroy them almost simultaneously, being too slow means a mission failure.

Germans unleash U-Boats during WWI - 1/31/1917 - Duration: 1:04.

Today in military history, 1917,

the Germans unleashed their U-boats in the Atlantic

during World War I.

A shortening of Unterseeboot, or undersea boat,

the U-boat proved to be lethal

against Allied naval warships and commercial craft.

When World War I broke out,

the United States pledged neutrality,

but after the Germans

enforced a naval blockade of Great Britain,

several U.S. ships were damaged

or even sunk in the crossfire.

Trying to prevent U.S. involvement,

Germany apologized, but by 1915,

the German embassy in Washington warned Americans

traveling on British or American ships through war zones

that they did so at their own risk.

Nonetheless Germany maintained

that it would ensure the safety of passengers

on unarmed vessels before sinking the ships.

Yet shortly after, they sunk the Lusitania,

killing 1,198 people.

They also sunk an Italian liner, killing 272 more.

As a result, the U.S. turned against Germany,

who announced that they would resume

unrestricted naval warfare.

By Spring of 1917,

several more U.S. and Allied ships were attacked.

The United States had had enough and prepared to go to war.

called Honey I Shrunk teen flash which is that Easter egg towards the movie

Honey I Shrunk the kids now this episode was a lot of fun one of my favorite

episodes this week even though it was bit fillory but there were some massive

plot developments so character development and a major plot point going

forward with the end credit right the end so this is the episode when sail

gained the powers she can read people's minds which was pretty funny it caused a

lot of problems with Jo and two seals relationship he didn't like the fact

that she could literally think of everything that he was going to say so

Kaitlyn did some tests on her and their explanation of how she gained powers was

the powers have been dormant in her body since the part I called silhouette off

in the flash season one and pretty much this pregnancy has brought it on

temporarily did she did say once she has the baby which we now know is a daughter

and people going oh it's mystery girl going to become a speedster

well Kaitlyn basically implied of that no this baby isn't going to be a matter

she isn't the matter so it's gonna be quite interesting because everyone was

on the Daniel West case well they could just call the baby

Daniella West instead so we find out the Big Sur didn't actually do anything

wrong it was mr. shrink so in this episode I'll call mr. shrink

mr. shrink is the eighth metahuman which means I've only got four mortified

so mr. shrink shrunk Ralph and the Sisko in the crossfire it was so hilarious

seeing them to being shrunk and it was good in a way because it gave Harrison

wells a actual point he he wasn't a main vocal point he was a guy shipping

everything he was the guide in charge trying to solve this kind of how do we

get him back and it was a lot of play on the atom suit rape armor because

obviously rape armor suit is very similar what's kind of funny is they

went to see the same shrink as Barry and iris and Cecile could actually read her

mind and it was it was pretty funny so Barry wanted to help Big Sur get out

of jail because he thinks he's in there for no reason so what's funny is mr.

shrink who sets Goldberg up aka Big Sur was the same person that shrunk the new

court industries which is which is very interesting so like I said

guys it was massively filler there was a lot of plot development but nothing

coming back to Clifford DeVoe now this is two weeks in a row where literally

nothing has come back to him so that is kind of interesting they figure out in

the end that they had to use mr. shrinks below to get him back to full size and

that was quite interesting so Barry Allen gave hope to Big Sur that one day

he could go visit the place in China that he listed but in the end Barry

Allen couldn't actually help him or could eat so the warden in this TV show

is interesting because warden Wolfie in the recent DC rebirth he's a major

character and they're almost playing like he's an antagonistic character

because of that end credits scene so after Barry Allen was trying to help Big

Sur get out of jail Wolfie aka the warden in the jail the guy in charge

put up a new camera inside Barry Allen's jail cell now realistically Barry

Allen's supposed to be an intelligent guy how couldn't he see that there was a

new camera inside his jail the warden gave him a cocktail the wooden base he

found out he was the flash because he put a camera in there and he knows that

he got Big Sur out and obviously Big Sur is gonna live the rest of his life in

China but what's interesting is it's almost like they're kind of copying the

comic books where there is a metahuman kind of Supermax inside his prison he

locks Barry Allen away because he knows he's a flash and then he calls then he

calls I'm Lea black the black Smith gets called up and it sounds like he's going

to try to sell the flash to the blacksmith we just couldn't be quite

interesting we also did get a savat our name drop I might put summertime the

title but basically there was a Lego set and well Ralph

and Cisco were tiny there was a set from last season obviously where they were

playing that stars of how iris West wouldn't be killed which is kind of

funny and she explained it as her ex has an evil boyfriend who tried to kill her

which is a kind of good explanation so sabotage was technically in this episode

so guys I mean originally I thought I was going to be in it because I seen

some things popping the internet where people like sabotage and it just turns

out it was a Lego figure but it was kind of funny guys so let me know what you

can and if the ending is gonna be quite cool

because obviously the next week's episode is called true colors and Barry

Allen is gonna be in this Super Max prison where he can't use his speed so

it looks like from the trailer I will do they tried to break down if I get time

it looks like he's gonna help break out all the other people in the metahuman

jail the from previous weeks like like all the other people in there which is

kind of interesting is this Clifford devised plan does he want Barry Allen to

actually break him out of prison it's kind of interesting it really is

interesting how this episode actually came along I mean it was basically a

filler to the last few minutes and I was like damn I didn't see that coming

Valentine's Day Gifts, Ideas and Inspiration - Duration: 9:45.

Jen: Hi and welcome to our very special Sam's Club Valentine's Day event.

Justin, you can't have Valentine's Day without flowers.

All of you have to do is just snip the bottom of the stems, put them in a vase, and you're

Talisa: We also have our 80 centimeter roses, which if you give that to someone it'll make

a huge statement.

You have to think about your vase first whenever you're building a bouquet.

You want to think about how big is your table, how much room do you have for your flowers.

You don't want them to overtake the table, but you want them there to make a presence.

If you don't have a lot of time or money to spend on a lot of flowers, I like to use hydrangeas

because they're so big and fluffy.

One or two flowers is going to fill that whole vase.

If we start with the white hydrangea, you're going to want to also get some more greenery.

I'm going to go ahead and mix some of the baby's breath in.

Baby's breath gives it a soft elegant look.

The hydrangea is one flower, but what you can do is you can shove the rose inside the

hydrangea so it looks like it's multiple small ones.

There are many hydrangeas.

But if you get the big jumbo ones, you just need one or two to fill a vase like this.

You can get both flowers online delivered straight to your door because we have lots

of colors, and lots of different kinds.

Trade Protectionism – The Wild Card Of 2018 - Duration: 1:54.

Hi, I'm Poul Kristensen.

And I'm Robert Serenbetz.

Welcome to the MainStay Market Minute.

The 10-year US Treasury yield is trading at 2.6 now--

that's close to a 4-year high.

That reflects a strengthening economy and the potential

for rising inflation.

But both factors now face a wild card--

trade protectionism.

That's right, Poul.

Last week, the White House announced new tariffs

on imported washing machines and solar panels.

The maneuver on its own is small in scale

and unlikely to damage our economy or the economies

of our trade partners, but it is another step toward more

impactful trade actions.

There's a risk that these moves could

lead to retaliation from our trading partners, particularly

China.

Fierce rhetoric may increase the risk of retaliation.

If trade tensions escalate, the global economy

could take a hit.

In March, the seventh round of NAFTA negotiations

are expected to conclude, and in April, the White House

will decide on potential tariffs on steel and aluminum imports.

Both events pose a larger risk to the relationship

with our trade partners.

Monitoring these developments will be key.

Taxing imports of a single good like washing machines

or solar panels could make US-based firms more

competitive, but such efforts could also

result in higher inflation, less consumer choice, less

competition, supply chain shortages, and potentially

heightened geopolitical risks.

Palaces like these remind us

that Venetian merchants amassed lots of capital.

With aggressive trade policies and clever alliances,

for Venice, the eastern Mediterranean

was a virtual free trade zone.

As Venetian nobles traded their way into fabulous wealth,

they built luxurious palaces,

like this one, which has been owned by the Pisani family

for nearly 400 years. Their counterparts

on the mainland had to fortify their places

with heavy stone and tall towers.

But, with their natural lagoon defenses,

Venetian palazzos could be sumptuous rather than fortified.

A palace served all of the family's needs --

import/export warehouse at water level,

business offices above that,

and plush living quarters above that,

all under one roof.

The goods -- in the case of this family,

furs, salt, cotton and coffee --

came off ships through this loading dock.

Today, many former palazzos survive as hotels.

While there are a number of luxurious big hotels in town,

my favorites are the smaller, family-run ones,

which combine historic character,

a warm and friendly welcome,

and plenty of travel tips.

At this hotel, I'm splurging

to enjoy that prince-for-a-day feeling in the lounge,

a bedroom with all the comforts,

and a terrace with a view of the Grand Canal.

it's a cliche but you have to eat big to get big I mean it's it's a simple fact

every meal counts how's it going muscle and strength fans I am Fouad Abiad

IFBB Pro and you are in my kitchen and we're about to make my breakfast so

you guys can see how I eat to fuel up for today's workout I can't eat the same

shitty bland food day in day out so we just went shopping so the fridge is

stocked we're gonna go with some egg whites some fulll eggs and we need some

cheese sour cream actually leave the sour cream out

go with some ketchup Mayo I cook everything with like Pam cooking spray

or any cooking spray so we'll get the eggs started

and since I'm in the offseason I'm gonna probably do a little more carbs than I

would normally so this is cream of rice do 1/2 a cup cream of rice is about 80

grams of carbs fiber can be a nightmare at times if you're trying to eat a lot

of food so for me I found that cream of rice cream of rice instead of the

oatmeal just digests faster and I can I can just get through more food that way

I'm not going to measure this time normally I have my measuring cup out but

I know there's 8 egg whites there so that's that

you know I know everybody has their own philosophy about it and some people say

you know the organic thing is just bullshit it's just to make you just to

make you spend more money and so this is a marketing ploy and all the stuff that

might be true I mean you never know I choose to err on the side of caution so

today we're gonna do breakfast burritos each of these tortillas have 30 grams of

carbs so there's 90 grams right there and then I got another 80 grams in the

microwave so my breakfast will consist of about 170 grams of carbs

I'ma eat six meals a day the breakfast is usually the highest and carbs and the

lowest of protein cause I only got about 50 grams of protein in that egg in the

egg meal so I'll just add a little bit of cinnamon you need our fat so I know

there's fat your saturated fat in the egg yolk but I don't feel like that's

enough so I'll do a heaping teaspoon which is but more like a tablespoon of

peanut butter natural peanut butter it's not like jiffy or Kraft or any of that

garbage I'm gonna have oatmeal or cream of rice all sweeten it with stevia now

the only other thing I had to that

frozen blueberries

every meal counts if I eat all my meals and they're all like this heavy in

calories I will gain weight which is what I want but if I miss a meal the

next day I'm lighter I think in the offseason when you're trying to grow you

need a surplus of calories and you need a variety of nutrients but if my fat

level on my body isn't overboard then I feel like I can do this

a couple times a week it's two ways to go about it you can eat perfectly clean

and then binge one day a week and have whatever you want

or you can do it my way which is give your body a little bit of something

every single day so it keeps it interesting it's got to look good to

taste good I used to be a chef believe it or not it doesn't look like it

anymore I think I've lost all my skills but you know I worked in a couple

restaurants

you're gonna bodybuild for 20 years I'll give you guys the number one tip to

longevity in the kitchen as far as your diet goes learn how to make stuff

taste it you know if you're eating chicken and rice learn how to make

chicken and rice eight different ways you know then you'll be able to you'll

have longevity but you're not you're not gonna eat plain chicken and plain rice

for 20 years if you learn how to do chicken and rice and you saute it with

some vegetables or you do learn how to do any any type of meal you can think of

or even make you make burritos out of your chicken whatever it's it's like you

have to have a different variety for your food I can't eat the same shitty

bland food day in day out for the whole year I'll do what I'm dieting cause it's

to serve a purpose and I have a focus in my mind but in the off season I don't

see why I should have to limit myself
