I know you're wondering and asking yourself what do those guys down there

and the South do during the winter time for work well guess what I'm about to

show you now I'm taking you on a typical winter day at blades of grass lawn care

all of this work can actually be done I would say two or three days but

there's no fun in that then what am I to do on the days that I don't have

anything else to do as far as work you can chill it and work on this and

working down and work on the other well guess what nah... I have to at least come

out once a day and do something out there in order for me to stay sane in

the brain I can't do it guys it's fun to not do anything and get paid for certain

amount of time but after that it becomes and it gets pretty old so therefore this

is not exciting work guys but or gives you a look inside of what

we do on a daily basis so today on average on average we knock out

five to six properties a day during the winter time and mainly what it is is

ensuring that the property is tidy make sure the property's neat you know blow

the leaves pick up the stikes that kind of thing because the neighborhood we go

into they are really peculiar about how their property looks so therefore

the following is a day in a life of a lawncare crew at blades of grass lawn

care during the wintertime long title huh

so guess what guys I'm heading back home I left the freakin keys to my Titan at

the house so here you go raw and cut a day in the life of lawn

care crew and blades of grass lawn care where the owner fumps up and i have

quests waiting on me but that's alright he's still getting paid hi on my way

home to pick up the keys and then back now the good thing is i'm only uh i'm

only two and a half three miles from home so should take me a couple of

minutes back

alright guys so we are at the first property and just take a look real quick

that's what it's kind of look like and as you can tell there isn't too much to

blow and clean except for some sticks and a couple of things so basically what

we do right here we're gonna blow it off and clean it up real quick and keep it

moving and at this time of the year there isn't

too much to do so next time we'll go ahead and trim the shrubs and a little

bit of this a little bit of that but we always come every two weeks and there's

always something that can be done and to justify the customer paying you for

service rendered alright we're not going to show you a little bit of blowing

we're about to do but I will show you real quick the final results I stay

tuned alright so we are finished in thank you sir that's what it looks like

and again we're not filming too much because the homeowner is at home and

that's it ten 15 minutes blow everything up and make it look nice and neat all

right let's move on to the next

The shape, size, and balance of the breasts play a crucial role in outlining the physical beauty of a woman,

apart from setting her self-esteem and sense of femininity.

A woman with normal and aesthetically appealing breasts feels more confident and enjoys

Constriction of the breasts is a pathologic condition that affects many women.

It starts at puberty, and the condition features constriction of the ring at the base of the breast

causing the breasts to appear abnormal and in the shape of a tube.

This condition often happens as a result of herniation of the breast tissue into the nipple-areolar complex.

or defective both vertically and horizontally.

This is often coupled by a hypoplastic breast tissue or an inframammary create that is higher, or both.

There are other aesthetic problems that may follow the lower pole constricted breasts.

These include asymmetrical, saggy, and poorly balanced breasts.

As to what factors exactly cause lower pole constricted breasts is not yet known.

Studies indicate the condition might be caused by multiple factors, including genetic tendencies.

Treatment for lower pole constricted breasts can be custom-tailored to your unique needs and requirements.

Each patient has a varying degree and type of constriction in the lower pole of the breasts.

The common treatment options include breast implant surgery and tissue expansion.

The use of breast lift might also become inevitable to treat the condition.

Even though a combination of these treatments is used to treat lower pole constricted breasts effectively,

constriction of new breast tissue by sinking your skin incision and soft tissue expansion

also delivers reliable and effective outcomes.

Hi, I'm Mark Vaughan, Medical Doctor during the week, and independent filmmaker on the

weekends.

You can find links to some of my prior productions like the comedy short, SHE, and the Auburn

Medical Group procedure videos on YouTube.

This project is a pilot episode for a medical drama web series called Madicine Woman.

It's the story of Madison, a young physician assistant who is forced to save her medical

practice from demise, leading her to discover a LONG-kept secret.

In addition to the fictional story about Madison we will be giving the audience an inside look

at the reality of primary care medical practice in 2018.

It will also touch on important aspects of human physiology and medicine relevant to

our country's greatest health threats.

In addition to my fascination with medicine and enjoyment of helping people, I have also

had a life-long love of radio and television which is now expressed through internet video.

In fact, I was even a broadcasting major when I started college.

This project is the nexus of these interests and my personal experiences to make the most

realistic medical drama of our time.

We already have the script thanks to our writer, Brandon Lopez.

The other member of the team is Jeff Dickerson, the cinematographer from our 2014 short, SHE.

We will begin casting once we have met our goal on Kickstarter, and filming will begin

in early April.

We will submit the final video for purchase through online platforms like Amazon Video

once it is completed in May.

Then we will continue writing and planning for a complete first season.

We have two budgets, depending on how much we raise through Kickstarter.

There is a $12,000 dream budget with all of the extra elements we would love to include

in the production.

Then there is the $8000 budget which will be adequate to start to tell this story if

we can achieve at least $5000 of it through Kickstarter by March first.

I find that people are surprised when I tell them about the unique economic forces and

incentives shaping the practice of medicine at this time.

A dramatic web series is the best medium for letting everyone discover what matters about

their health and how it is incentivised at this time.

overwatch as effect is one of the best tracers the pro scene has to offer

although this hasn't stopped other pro players from looking down on him in the

past

team to victory prior to the official release of overwatch effect was a music

student who had chosen to pursue his passion for the musical arts and

university a decision that made his parents very happy while a student he

ciphers following the launch of overwatch effect found himself drawn to

the game eventually reaching the point of telling his parents about his desire

to switch his focus from music based career to living life as professional

world that he can not only make it as a pro gamer but stand at the top of the

as their third DPS player the addition of Seagal allowed MBS to form the

three-headed snake formation also known as the three-pronged attack that

dominated North American teams in contenders the change in composition

also allowed effect to swap from a conservative flanking tracer to an agro

raw damaged one constantly chewing on tanks and supports alike sharing his

disruption / attention-grabbing job with seagulls Farah affects job as tracer got

easier while his play kept improving with the launch of the overwatch League

team envyus rebranded its Dallas fuel bringing with them their versatile and

capable lineup and naturally effect after a dominant run in the preseason

many fans anticipated a strong showing in the first few weeks of the league but

by the end of week 2 Dallas few will find themselves towards the bottom of

the rain cake effect stated that the team is working on improving internal

communication issues and strategic hurdles but has told his fans that he

will be doubling down on improving and his confident in his team's ability to

make a rebound so far effect has been the tracer to beat in the overwatch

League and despite his team not having the most favorable results they have

been happy to play compositions that lit effects tracer carry them to victory in

such cases as their 3-2 victory over Houston or their 3-1 win over Florida in

the preseason games so now that we've learned a bit about his background let's

dive into what makes effect such an outstanding tracer last cast

the fact is a grinder I've never seen someone with such a dedicated schedule

like effect there's no outside of the game of affect effect is always in the

game that's the thing this is always a streaming always playing always grinding

like the effect can play Oh sue for two hours and then he practice aim hero for

an hour and then he plays quick play for an hour before we actually even jumps

into a game mechanic Leon tracer is very very good this is actually very

underrated at the other Carosi plays but that's only because he's so good at

tracer he plays everything at such like a world-class level he really try hard

every time he played the game it just wants to win really really badly

he's like a God's gift the game effect has mastered every aspect of the

character playing the stable zoning tracer when doing or paired with time

ooh the aggressive DPS tracer when playing in the three-headed snake

formation or the one clip assassination tracer after failed teamfights

one of the scariest things about effect is that tracer alone isn't enough for

him he's always practicing other heroes

getting them up to a pro level should tracer ever go out of the meta or his

team want to run a different composition effect can flex on to other DPS or even

tank heroes

Fraser's primary ability blink has three charges that can be used to dash away

from damage move closer to chase down fleeing enemies or get into effective

range enabling the pulse pistols to do max damage the ability recharges after a

three second cooldown one of effects favorite tricks is to

blink through the enemy forcing them to turn 180 degrees in order to try and

reacquire their target tracer is very talented at horizontal movement but has

restricted vertical movement thus effect likes to position on high ground he

blinks from different map objects and platforms to quickly reach high ground

in different maps recall resets tracers health and position back three seconds

after a 1.25 second period of invincibility effect is very good at

abusing recall that once he gets into an enemy backline he is near impossible to

remove the sheer mobility that effect utilizes from tracers skillset

complements his mechanical aim allowing him to pull off plays that look insane

Oh even when his team isn't attacking effect can be found on the flanks or

behind enemy lines always a threat that must be respected but mechanics can only

carry you so far what's its effect apart from other

tracer players that you might encounter in competitive it's his ability to

execute coordinated dives with his team that he is honed after hours upon hours

of scrims and by living with his teammates

every time the friendly tanks make contact effect moves in on critical

members of the enemy team pressuring and preventing them from doing damage or

providing much-needed healing this combined with the distraction of tae Moo

and Seagal means that the fat can much more freely feast on the enemy backline

aside from putting in more hours in the game and thoughtfulness when reviewing

his play many consider effects incredible skill set is also largely due

to his rigorous practice regimen for his training effect likes aim hero for its

customizable repeatable aim drills also mentioning how you can set the e dpi to

the same as your overwatch EDP i additionally affect plays lots of osoo

saying that it helps with mouse movements as well as the music being

relaxing at one point effect thought that his tracer play was perfect and

that he had begun to improve on Widowmaker but after a rough start the

overwatch League he had humbly admitted in a series of heartfelt tweets that he

still has a long way to go hopefully with the overwatch League ongoing we

will see douse fuels potential realized and effect leading the charge

Diddy sure isn't a student of the picture crop game, he's the downright teacher.

Not only did he photoshop French, but he slyly cropped out Fabolous despite them all being

friends.

Diddy's been known to do this before.

Travis Scott, Jaden Smith, and Migos.

Diddy is close friends with the Kardashian klan but that didn't stop him, and trust that

This also means that you should not have to worry about the things you are talking about.

They are all good topic to trigger more response about the person you are interested in.

just be sure that you listen to what they answered since it will keep the conversation

going smoothly.

It is also important to be prepared to being asked back.

That means, you need to learn some of those topics to create link between you and him,

or her.

#3 - Observing the surroundings

No no no.

it is not only about the weather.

It is about people.

Talking about people around you is excellent way to keep a conversation going from silence.

If you are wondering why, it is because human being is related.

That means, it is fairly easy to trigger response from other human being around the vicinity.

Well, those are all some tips to keep conversation going.

There are still other things you can do.

However, keep practicing those tips before we continue.

The Ranch Jobs Nobody Wants - The Project List - Duration: 9:17.

Today is all about the projects no one wants to do, but someone has to.

Roadkill and manure, its all coming up on the project list, on our Wyoming life.

Hi there, and thanks for joining me on our Wyoming life.

3 times a week we give you a chance to explore the ranch life and escape the ordinary, and

it's not always pretty.

Please subscribe and join us as we bring you the entire ranch, from the animals, to the

gardens, to the stuff that you don't even want to think about.

Behind me is the project list, a board on the wall in the shop where we keep track of

all the projects that need done around here, we add to it constantly and we keep crossing

them off as we get them done, some days we're ahead but to be perfectly honest, most days

we end up in the hole.

It's a constant battle and a lot of times what we tackle on the list comes down to weather.

It still winter here in Wyoming, but here over the past few days we have been lucky

enough a warm front moving through, temps have been up in the 40s which has been melting

the snow and giving us a bit of a break from the bitter cold.

It will be back, replacing the cold, is something that usually moves in when we have warmer

temps in the winter, the wind.

Its been blowing a steady 30 miles per hour for the past few days, and our first project

for the day ties in with the warmer temperatures and the wind.

As you probably noticed a two-lane state highway runs right by the ranch, in fact it goes through

the ranch, separating a large chunk of land from the main part of the ranch.

During the winter, our heifers live on the other side of the highway, our bull pasture

is also over there along with the horse pasture.

Having a separation like that doesn't seem like much for me it can be a large pain.

I cross the highway many times per day but I'm not the only one.

Mule deer inhabit this area of Wyoming and because food is scarce and water is even more

rare, the deer are constantly on the move, crossing the highway probably just as much

as I do.

My mom taught me a long time ago to look both ways, deer, well that don't take that precaution

that often and it's a common occurrence for us to look out the window and see a car

pulled off to the side, people pulling off to help and a deer laying in the ditch.

I don't know the exact statistics but a lot of deer and antelope get hit on the highway

along our stretch.

The unfortunate part of the deal, besides cars being damaged and of course the death

of the deer, is the fact that deer is usually just pulled off the road and left in the ditch.

Sometimes a state employee will come pick them up and take them away, more often than

not, it ends up being my problem.

You may ask why we care?

And that is a good question but one that I actually have an answer for.

As the deer decompose in the ditch, predators move in, coyotes, bobcats, whatever can get

a free meal.

Those predators, I'd rather keep away from the area that I'll be calving in, in just

about a month or so.

Also, with neighbors selling land, and subdivisions going in like crazy, we now deal more with

dogs than we ever have in the past.

Last year 3 houses were built that border right on the ranch, and those decomposing

deer also entice dogs and bring them onto the ranch as well.

The year before last, we lost almost 30 chickens to one dog in just the span of a few minutes.

The dog wasn't trying to eat them, but he was chasing them and that kind of stress will

cause a chicken to just drop dead.

So, as everything thaws here for a few days, up until now has been a few frozen carcasses

are now thawing and smelling and they need to be taken care of.

I've given up on anyone coming to get them so we will head out in the tractor to pick

them up and take them to the dump, where we can bury them the next time I can borrow my

neighbors back hoe.

Its not a complicated job, but it can be messy and disgusting, and luckily, it's not one

that I have to do that often, although in the summer time I will pick them up as they

are hit on the road, getting them away and buried as soon as possible.

I counted 5 deer in our stretch, a little over a mile and with each one the job doesn't

become easier, they are pretty spread out and some have already been visited by a predator

or two.

But once they are all loaded I can take a breath.

Deer can also carry diseases, most commonly tick-borne diseases and even though these

deer are dead, I'm not taking any chances.

And once I have them picked up, taken to the dump and disposed of then its back to the

shop to spray some bleach on the bucket and wash it and last but not least, my gloves

go into the incinerator.

But the fun doesn't end here, after grabbing a new pair of gloves, I pick these up for

around a dollar a piece at home depot, its back out to tackle another weather induced

problem.

As the temps rise, snow melts and that resulting water can get things a bit messy.

Our steers that we are finishing for butcher live in this corral, where unfortunately,

the run off from the roof of the shop drains right into.

There's another thing for the list, some sort of drain tile to move water from the

downspout on the shop out farther in to the pasture and away from the corrals.

About once a week, I end up cleaning this corral out, weather permitting and these steers

know the routine, soon after opening the gate, they head right through to wait for me to

do whatever it is that I plan on doing in their corral.

They are pretty patient about it, mostly because they know when I'm done they get a nice

new bale of hay, but that comes later.

The ground is still frozen and that's not necessarily a bad thing, it means that we

can scrap along the ground, picking up manure and waste without having to worry about digging

out a bunch of soil.

Using the box blade on the tractor we can begin picking up all the manure we can, moving

it into smaller piles then picking it up with the bucket of the tractor.

Which I know I just cleaned but will probably need it again by the time we are done.

Each trip around the corral picks up more and more and before too long we can switch

into the bobcat, using the smaller and more maneuverable tractor to get into tighter places

and corners including inside the shed where the steers are able to seek shelter.

Round and round we go, I think I'm getting dizzy.

Two more big loads go onto our manure pile which will become compost for the ranch and

recycled.

Then we can switch tractors, yet again, and this time into the John Deere 6420, the feeding

tractor.

Which we are going to us to go and get the steers a bale of hay, as well as a bale of

straw for bedding in their shed.

Back across the road we go, where the heifers are standing guard, we can grab a bale of

straw, weighing about 800 lbs. and a bale of hay.

Back across the road again, and into the stall, placing the bale of straw into the shed, cutting

the strings that hold it together, spreading it out a bit and then heading back out of

the corral to grab our bale.

This bale will go into this bale feeder.

Bale feeders work great when feeding smaller groups of cattle as only about 10 or so cows

can stand around this at one time and eat.

They still make a mess, pulling it out of the feeder but it keeps most of the hay contained

until they are able to finish it up.

Cutting off the net wrap, which is always fun in the wind and then getting the tractor

out of the way and bringing the steers back into their corral, where they get to spreading

out the rest of their straw.

Somedays out here you can almost stay clean, other days you might as well not even try

but I have to say, cleaning the corral is so much better with the equipment that we

have, the smell however is something the permeates everything it touches.

Erin can tell from the house when I'm cleaning corrals and if its springtime and I'm doing

it and heaven forbid she has a window open, I can guarantee I am going to get an earful.

Lucky for you, you don't have to smell anything.

I just checked the forecast and we are back down in the single digit temps starting soon

so it's a good thing we got done what we did, as with life, there sometimes a few small

openings and if you don't take advantage of them now, you never know when the next

will come around.
