(rec action ciak)

Hello everyone, I am Diego Leveric (on stage Edicole Grevi) and this

is my video of presentation of the project "Lute Concertos".

The program of this project consists of music by J.S. Bach, a Toccata, arranged

for lute solo, a trio by J. Haydn originally for two violins and cello

arranged for lute, violin and cello, three concertos for lute and orchestra by Antonio Vivaldi

and two concertos by the brothers Sigismund Weiss and Silvius Leopold Weiss,

one of them unedited!

"Lute concertos" presents a very strange instrument as the protagonist:

he baroque lute with 24 strings, all of them

gut strings.

Our group includes two violinists, Gian Andrea Guerra and Gabriele Politi (both playing baroque violins),

Giovanni Graziadio playing the baroque bassoon, Rebeca Ferri playing the baroque cello,

playing two baroque lutes, namely the baroque guitar and the archlute is

Francesco Tomasi

and Enrico Bissolo playing the portative organ and managing the project.

The focal point of this project is the Basso Continuo. I have decided,

in order to increase the richness of timbre of this project,

to enrich the part of the Basso Continuo using baroque embellishments

and improvisations. Everyone who listens regularly to Baroque Music will recognize

the dedication and care which went into this project. Dedication and care in the choice

of every detail, but also a freshness and spontaneity similar to modern live music.

10 Signs You're Being Watched By A Guardian Angel - Duration: 7:39.

10 Signs Youre Being Watched By A Guardian Angel

One topic of interest that is common to most religions and spirituality, is the idea of

angels! Regardless of what they are described as we all have a special form of life energy

positively watching over us throughout each day!

Angels are a very heartwarming and comforting subject to think about. Just the idea of a

higher power watching over you for sanctity makes you feel good inside and almost safe.

While nobody can agree on one religion, purpose, or even a spiritual idea, angels are talked

about in almost every different religion there is. Guardian angels are a manifestation of

positive energy that only has our best of intentions in mind. They watch over us and

try to guide us along a positive pathway of self-discovery and integrity.

Angelic forces might be the very reason we are still breathing today. Perhaps they kept

the drunk driver out of your path one night, made you think to put your seatbelt on before

a crash, or even manifested the very cells that defeated a deadly virus in our bodies!

There are endless scenarios of moments where an angel could have saved us!

We each have angels watching over all, but sometimes they can be paying specific attention

to you. They might be trying to let you know something, warn you of something dangerous

in your path.

No matter the reason, those of us who are being specifically watched by guardian angels

will experience these signs. These are the most common indicators that a higher angelic

force is cautiously guiding you to the right place. Listen to your intuition at this time.

1. FINDING FEATHERS Feathers are one of the most strongly associated

things to guardian angels. If you are in an area where you wouldnt expect to see feathers

but do, you might be near your guardian angel.

Angels like to leave feathers as a reminder that they are there, and watching over us.

This is especially true if someone has found a white feather.

2. FINDING PENNIES ON HEADS You found a penny on heads, so expect to have

good luck this week.

Weve all heard this folktale throughout all of our lives. However, it is believed

that guardian angels leave these behind as a message and as a blessing. They do it to

help people feel happy and to also give a bit of life advice.

3. SEEING COMMON RAINBOWS While there might not be a pot of gold at

the end of it, rainbows do have a meaning. They are very spiritual and are a natural

source of awe and beauty.

If one sees a rainbow that appears without the presence of rain, this is more than likely

a sign sent by an angel. They like to remind us that they are around so that we know we

are not alone.

4. NOTICING ODDLY SHAPED CLOUDS You might have picked out the shapes of clouds

when you were younger, but did you ever think that they might be the evidence of entities?

Sways and traces in the clouds often are an indicator that a guardian angel is watching

over you, and trying to guide you in a certain direction. It is not uncommon to see hearts,

flowers, or even the shape of an angel in the clouds.

5. CHANGE IN TEMPERATURE If you experience a random change in temperature,

a guardian angel is very close to you. Guardian angels travel and exist through frequencies

and vibes.

The presence of a guardian angel might change the way the air molecules are reacting, and

it will cause a noticeable change in the temperature of the room.

Be very observant, as your guardian angel might be telling you something important.

Your ability to see this might just be based on your ability to believe in it.

6. FEELING A PRESENCE If you feel as if you are being watched, then

this is a major indicator. It happens more often than we think too. This is often a sign

of a deceased loved one watching out for you, or keeping up with what you are doing. Feeling

a presence in the room with you is a clear sign that they are trying to contact you.

7. HEARING YOUR NAME Have you ever been walking somewhere, in public

perhaps, and hear your name very blatantly called out? Perhaps even more than once.

It usually catches your attention immediately, as intended.

Your spirit guide is trying to get your attention! Open yourself up to the spiritual world and

see if you can make contact.

8. VIVID DREAMS OR MEMORIES Although it is normal to dream, you may be

experiencing abnormal dreams. They are extremely vivid, and you remember them very well. It

is almost as real as what is right in front of you.

This can also happen with memories. If you have sudden memories, but cant exactly

place where they came from, then this is a key indicator your spirit guide is trying

to contact you.

9. ENHANCED SENSES can you suddenly hear, smell, and see better?

There might be a period of ten seconds that your senses are enhanced extremely.

It feels as if you move they will go away, and its almost like a daydream. If you

have experienced this before, then its a telling sign that youre on the right

track.

10. ELECTRONICS ACTING ODD You might have entered a room to witness a

TV turning on by itself or switching to a static channel. This is a huge sign that a

guardian angel is trying to contact you. Because spirits among frequencies it might disrupt

some electronics.

[Vorian] Dude, that place has no strategic value

[John] No, you cut me off

from expanding

[Vorian] I mean, where else was I supposed to go? That's literally the

[John] That's not true, there's another one south of you that you could've taken

You just... DIDN'T LOOK FOR IT

[Vorian] The fuck are you talking about?

[John] You're green, right?

[Vorian] Yeeeaaap

[John] Yeah, you could've, uh, expanded further north

towards the Jotnar

You could've expanded into what you are- where you're at right now

[Vorian] The only way to go through the Jotnar is to kill them

and I'm not doing that

[John] No, you don't have to kill the Jotnar, it's near them

[Vorian] There's- There's no path through there

[John] Yes there is, I'm looking at it right now [Vorian] I can't go over

I'm Back | You Should Watch This - Duration: 5:21.

Let's turn F.R.I.E.N.D.S. off. That'd be a good way to start this. Hello.

Before you click out of this, you're probably

...Okay. Before you click out of this, you probably have no idea who I am. You probably subscribed to me because of this video

Right here, and if you did subscribe to me because of my calligraphy

Things and stuff of that nature, don't worry

I will be posting more of those types of videos. If you've been wondering where I've been for the last five months, this video is

For you, so if you're here for art, you

You can go watch other art videos and we will see you next time, but for those of you that have been wondering

What the heck I've been doing with my life

Here's that. If you have noticed, which you probably, have I have not posted a YouTube video in over five months.

There's a very good reason for that. Five months ago

I don't even remember what I was doing, but it just hit me that I had been living in this new

City; this massive City that I've been living in for six months, and I did not know a single person here.

And it was making me really sad thinking about the fact that I have my husband... and I have no friends.

So I ventured out and I was determined to make friends, and I got a job working retail.

It was all great and dandy. Loved the job. Everything was awesome until I really started to miss

creating. With this job, I had zero time

to - hi? - With this job,

I had absolutely zero time to make anything. I didn't have time to make blogs,

I didn't have time to make youtube videos,

I barely even had time to run my business, and it was getting to the point where it was just impossible for me to

do both. At that point in time, I hadn't posted on Instagram in

what maybe like two or three months. Which for me...I'm a photographer!

Instagram should be my everyday thing, but at that point in time

it wasn't. Tuesday was my last day at this retail job, so I

am back, but a lot of things

happened in

those five months. I got bangs, and they since have grown out into whatever

this is going on. Please excuse the crazy natural hair. She's just doing what she wants today.

Let's see I have

started an Etsy shop for my calligraphy things that will be linked down below if you want to check it out.

I completely revamped my blog. All of my branding is different, which is actually really cool, and I'm really proud of it.

I love my new blog and my new website,

which will also be linked in the description. And I have an email list. I have -

there are a bunch of things going on, so if you would like to know about those bunch of things,

I'll have a my newest blog post linked below, so you can read that and just kind of...

catch up on - just on all of the things. And with all of that, you're probably wondering "Heather,

what does this mean for your YouTube channel?"

Let me tell you. I'm hoping to be able to post at least once a week. I do have a blog that I'm running,

a full

business that I'm running, and

2 instagrams that - no...3 instagrams now - that I'm running because I just made a calligraphy Instagram today and an art Instagram.

I'll have that linked below as well. So, homegirl's got a lot going on, but

it's all things that I love and all things that I'm very passionate about, which makes it a lot easier to

juggle everything.

This is me juggling. So, yeah. Basically all that to say

Hi, I'm back!

What do you want to see from me? What content do you want me to put out?

Talk to me in the comments, please

because I have missed this so much, and I'm so ready to make more videos, and I'm just very I'm a very excited person

right now. It's kind of like when you've been on a diet,

and you haven't been able to eat sugar for who knows how long and then the day comes when you finally get to have a

doughnut again...

That's how I feel right now. So there's all that. If you want to be notified when I upload my next video -

probably gonna be posting on Sundays. That's at least my goal right now, that I'll be posting every Sunday.

I'm gonna try to. Fingers crossed that

that works. Be sure to turn my notifications on - I don't even know. Is the bell down there now?

I don't know. You probably know where it is, so click it if you want to be notified when I upload another video.

Follow me on Instagram because I post on there a lot, and I say more things on there than I do

on this channel, and I say more things on my blog than I do on my Instagram.

I'm back, and I will be back again next week.

See you then!

NEW iBlinds Smart Window Blinds Z-wave Plus Controller Review - Duration: 8:12.

- Looking for a low-cost solution to automate your blinds?

Today, we're going to review iBlinds,

a Z-Wave-enabled horizontal blind motor.

I'll also be covering some useful troubleshooting tips,

so stay tuned.

(upbeat techno music)

Hi again, John Stone, the DIY Smart Home Guy

on the channel that's all about providing

tips, tricks, and reviews for your affordable smart home.

If you're a home automation nut like me,

you've no doubt been looking for an affordable solution

for controlling your window treatments.

The problem is, most automated blind solutions

are expensive, difficult to install, or require

some good old-fashioned, build-it-yourself tinkering.

In some cases, you can't even get a price

unless you schedule an in-home consultation,

which, of course, requires you to hand over

your email address and phone number.

Lucky for us, there's new players entering this market

all the time, and they promise to make the entire process

less painful and more affordable.

It just so happens that iBlinds is one of those players

and they've recently released a smart, Z-Wave motor

that integrates with smart hubs, like Vera,

SmartThings, and Wink Hub 2.

The folks over at iBlinds were kind enough

to send over this demo unit for me to check out.

So, in this video, we'll look at the installation process,

cover some troubleshooting tricks,

as well as talk about some home automation tips.

Just so you have a proper introduction,

iBlinds is a product of HAB Home Intelligence, LLC,

which is a startup located in Arlington, Texas.

- You are Hammond, of Texas.

- They also have an Indiegogo campaign.

If you're interested in supporting projects like these,

there's a link in the video description below.

And before you accuse me of being on the payroll,

this video is not a paid endorsement

and I received no compensation for making this video.

All products in the description below

are affiliate links and I may receive commissions

if you purchase products from these links.

So products shown in the video were provided

to me for free from the manufacturer.

However, the video should not be considered

an endorsement for any of these products.

HAB Home Intelligence is a company with a vision

that's centered around expanding

the smart home window covering ecosystem.

Basically they feel that if our locks, lights,

and thermostats are smart,

then shouldn't our window coverings be smart also?

Well, um, yeah.

And, as I mentioned, iBlinds is Z-Wave,

which means in can integrate straight into your smart hub.

When you buy the kit, which normally sells for 99 bucks,

you'll get the iBlind motor, the power connector,

a battery, plus the tilt rod adapters and a height adapter.

The kit also includes the basic power package,

which consists of a USB adapter and a USB charging cable.

You can purchase an optional solar panel charger

- Solar Power

(upbeat music)

that'll help you make sure that you won't need to worry

about leaving power cables hanging around your window

or accessing the unit to give it a charge.

- To see more videos like these,

now's a good time to subscribe.

You'll also wanna spank that bell icon

to be notified when new videos are released

or if I stream a live broadcast.

The other thing worth noting is that they have units

that operate on different Z-Wave frequencies,

which means you can use them

in countries all over the world.

But you wanna make sure that you tell them

which country you plan to use the motor in,

when you place your order, just to make sure

that you get the right frequency for your country.

Now, one limitation that I see is that they currently

only support two- to two-and-a-half-inch horizontal shades,

which are basically your standard Venetian blinds.

Don't get me wrong, this is a nice place to start.

But I'm looking forward to options

for motorized vertical blinds, as well.

Hint, hint.

Hint, hint.

Looking at the installation from the top down,

you'll see the motor, the charging port, and the battery.

The battery has this on/off switch,

which will be important in a few minutes.

And, if you're wondering how long the battery lasts,

iBlind boasts an impressive six months, on average.

(flames extinguished)

During the installation, you'll be removing the tilt rod

and putting a USB charging port in its place.

I left a link to a nice install video

in the description below.

You can also find a video on the iBlinds website.

So, here's how they work.

When you activate the motor from your smartphone

or Z-Wave remote, the motor turns

this connecting rod to tilt the blinds.

Another drawback that I see is that the unit

isn't able to raise and lower the blinds,

but, according to iBlinds, they're working on it.

And, in my opinion, with the proper amount of automation,

tilt really is all you need.

And, since this connects into your Smart Hub,

you have access to voice commands

if you're using a voice controller.

Computer, set blinds to 50%.

Now, before we take a look at this inside the Vera,

Wink, and SmartThings hubs,

let's cover a few troubleshooting tips just real quick.

First, when you get ready to pair this thing,

make sure that the power has been on

for at least 60 seconds.

Then, when you put your hub into Inclusion mode,

press the Include/Exclude button once.

Don't press this more than once,

or you're gonna run into problems.

If you pressed it three or more times,

I'll let you know how to recover from this in just a minute.

After your hub responds, you're gonna wanna wait,

and I mean wait.

The motor is going to go through an internal setup routine,

which could take a few minutes.

So you're gonna wanna be patient.

You'll know it's finished doing its thing

when it runs through this calibration mode.

During this cycle, the motor will open and close the blinds

as it figures out where the max limits are.

And, that's pretty much it.

You're done.

Now, if you got a little click-happy

and pressed that Include button more than three times,

I've created a set of troubleshooting instructions

that I've left over my website, in the how-to section,

so you'll wanna check that out.

On the control side, let's start with the Wink.

When you pair this in with the Wink,

you'll bring this in as a generic Z-Wave switch.

The downside here is that the Wink Hub 2

only supports full open and full close.

However, iBlinds is working with Wink

to open up the remaining features.

Okay, so let's gets this thing into the SmartThings Hub.

As usual, you're just gonna go

straight into your SmartThings app,

and you're gonna hit that little plus sign.

And then, we're gonna go back to the iBlinds unit there

and we're going to hit the Include button.

Okay, now SmartThings has detected it.

Just a quick rename.

Do the same thing as last time, Lab Blinds.

Done and save.

Okay, now we're gonna wait a couple of minutes,

and we're gonna let that do its autocalibration.

Sometimes if you're waiting a little bit too long

for this to go through its autocalibration mode,

you might want to give it a helping hand

by hitting that On or Off button,

and that's gonna get that thing started.

It's a beautiful thing.

To get full functionality within the SmartThings Hub,

you'll need to install the iBlinds Device Handler.

For those of you that don't already know,

a device handler is a custom piece of software

that allows the manufacturer to expose

additional functionality to the hub.

In the case of SmartThings, this will be the battery level

and the variable tilt settings.

I've left a link to the device handler

and how to install them in the description below.

Now, on the Vera side, it's pretty straightforward.

Full functionality straightaway,

no device handlers, no muss, no fuss.

When you bring in the device, you'll set it up

as a generic Z-Wave device.

It came in smoothly and it has all the features available.

You can see the full up, full down battery indicator

and the percent slider.

Using the Open and Close options

allows you to start the motion and then stop it.

There's also a link to my review of the VeraSecure

in the description below.

And, since this is now paired with my home automation hub,

we can create all sorts of cool scenes.

For example, tilt it to 75% in the morning

to let the light in, but I don't want the direct sunlight.

After noon, when the sun's out of the way,

you can open it up to 50% to let in more light.

And, at night, you can automatically close the blinds

30 minutes after sunset to keep

the neighbors from peeking in,

because that's how your neighbors are, right?

Overall, I think the folks over at iBlinds

hit a home run with this device.

I like the fact that it has the optional solar panel

and that it connects directly to my smart hubs.

And, since you're still here,

I'd like to take a moment to talk about Patreon.

Every little bit helps, and all the support goes directly

into making these videos for viewers like you.

I'm also making my DIY Smart Home Guy shirts

available over at LogoSportswear.

There's a link to my store in the description below.

Over time, I'll be making more options available.

So, keep checking it out.

You might just find something you like.

Top 10 People Who ESCAPED North Korea - Duration: 8:37.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the internet!

I am your host, Rebecca Felgate and today we have a really informative list for you,

we are talking about the Top 10 people who escaped from North Korea.

Before we get into the video, which I am pretty excited about, I just want to tell you a few

things we have coming up – the Most Amazing team will be at Playlist Live from the 27th

to the 29th April – so if you are local to Florida or nearby, come and see us!

We will also be hosting a Most Amazing Fan meet up in Toronto at Yonge and Dundas Square

on the 12th May this year from 2pm.

If anyone turns up to either event in a Most Amazing shirt we will be sure to sign them

for you.

We also have lots of goodies to give away at the meet up, so hopefully see you there!

Okay, back to North Korea.

Let's start off with a man who was recently honoured by Donald Trump for his heroic escape

from North Korea – at number 10, we have Ji Seong Ho.

Ji survived North Korean famine by living off roots and corn stalks, meanwhile his grandmother

died of hunger.

In 1996, when he was 13, he fainted from exhaustion when hauling coal off a train, losing his

leg and arm from the injuries he sustained.

Despite losing two limbs, he made his way to China for a better life.

He was caught by North Korean Police but managed to escape again = where he set up the Now

Action and Unity for Human Rights organisation.

What a guy!

9 -Nine Refugees Who Accidentally sailed to Japan

In 2011, nine North Koreans washed up in a small wooden boat around the Noto Peninsula

in Japan.

Their vessel had drifted wildly off course – crossing the Sea of Japan when the six

adults and three children on board had been trying to reach South Korea.

Of the group of escapees, one man told Japanese officials that he was a member of the military.

There is no doubt that an escape for a military member is even higher risk than for those

not involved in the countries defense.

Luckily the group were given safe passage to South Korea and accepted into the country

to start new lives.

8 - Fukui Prefecture Escapees of 1987 Escaping via the water now is one thing, but

escaping North Korea 30 years ago was something else entirely.

In January 1987, 13 North Koreans washed ashore in a small stolen boat.

The boat then sailed all the way to Taiwan before entering less dangerous waters to get

to South Korea where all refugees on board were allowed to start new lives in the country.

An article from the New York Times from 1987 says that a South Korean family welcomed them

in.

7 - Choi Kwanghyuk 55 year old Choi was sent to a work camp in

North Korea because of his Christian faith.

Christianity, of course, is not allowed in North Korea… in fact, it is the most oppressive

place in the world for the faith.

Choi said all he had was a bible and around 8 other fellow Christians to practice the

faith with.

Eventually the state found him and tortured him.

After being sent to a brutal labour camp, he was able to break free and escaped to China.

He later applied for Asylum in the United States.

After finally getting there, in an interview with Fox News, he said "The life in North

Korea is hell … life in America is heaven."

A guy with a VERY similar name but a different escape story up next

6 - Choi Kwang Hyouk That being said, while their stories are indeed

different, the way in which they risked everything to leave is pretty similar.

Choi grew up in tense times in North Korea.

He was seven when the countries founding leader Kim Il Sung died and his family were plagued

with economic hardship.

As a child, Choi began selling ice cream on passenger trains and would often ride on the

roof to avoid being caught by a ticket inspector.

One day, he slipped off the train when it was moving and his left foot was crushed.

As medical practices are basic in the country, instead of trying to save his foot, doctors

amputated below the knee.

Of course there were no prosthetics and the North Korean government is known to be harsh

towards those with disabilities.

Eventually he was smuggled out of North Korea and settled in South Korea, where he took

up Paralympic ice hockey.

Controversially, Choi Kwang joined the Team Korea team at the 2018 Winter Olympics in

PyeongChang.

5 - Park Sang-hak Park escaped North Korea aged 32 after a life

spent as a trusted party worker.

One day he witnessed an aerial South Korean propaganda drop, but was too involved in the

politics of the country to act on what he read.

That was, until his father left the country and saw how the rest of the world sees North

Korea.

Eventually, Park began to see that the regime was lying to him and his people and that they

were living in poverty.

Realising his family was in danger, he spent two months quietly arranging his escape.

After bribing a boarder guard, he was able to get out with his mother, brother and sister.

He now lives in South Korea and arranges for propaganda posters, like the one he saw so

many years ago, to be dropped over the boarder.

4 - Professor Kim Heung-kwang Kim was a teacher of Computer Science for

20 years before escaping North Korea in 2004.

He was privy to a lot of information about the countries cyber programme, and now works

to predict and prevent cyber attacks from the hermit state.

He also provides insight into the mood of the people living in North Korea

3 - Han Ga Hee Han is a North Korean Defector who now is

a radio host on the Free North Korea Radio, which airs news over the boarder illegally.

When she escaped, she had to do so in secret, leaving her family behind.

She likes to believe that they listen to her voice over the airwaves.

On her first attempt, she was caught and beaten by North Korean guards, but in her desperation,

she paid smugglers to get her out again.

On her second attempt, she made it to China but was a victim of human trafficking and

was sold three times as a bride.

She persevered in her struggle and eventually made it to South Korea.

2 – Thae Yong Ho Thae Yong Ho is the highest ranking diplomat

to ever flee North Korea.

He was the former Deputy Ambassador to the UK and shockingly made his escape in 2016

with his family.

He believes that a revolution will come that will one day bring down Kim Jong Uns regime.

He said he decided to deflect when Kim Jong Un continued to enforce dating rules and began

developing his nuclear programme.

While he was able to escape with some of his family members, he fears that his remaining

family in the hermit state are being made to suffer for his exodus.

In 2017, he provided news publication Al Jazeera with a tantalising interview about his escape,

which is worth checking out.

Finally at number one, we have a girl who captured the hearts of the world when she

spoke out against the regime….

In at number one, we have1 - 1 -Yeonmi Park

Yeonmi escaped North Korea age 13, but garnered world-wide attention in 2014 when she delivered

a powerful speech at the One Young World summit about her escape from North Korea.

Age 9, Yeonmi's father was arrested for illegally selling metals and, as a result,

her whole family was tarnished for three generations as is customary in North Korea.

She and her 11 year old sister survived by foraging for food in the mountains.

Eventually, Yeonmi and her family were able to escape by crossing mountains and a frozen

river into China, where her mother was raped.

China of course has deported deflectors back to North Korea in the past.

They then crossed the Gobi desert following a compass and the stars to freedom.

Her and her mother eventually stowed away to South Korea.

Yeonmi eventually then picked her life up and attends university in Seoul and has become

an activist and regularly speaks out against the regime and risks her life to do so.

So that was the Top 10 people who escaped North Korea, of course a few minutes each

in a top 10 list doesn't do their stories justice so I would really encourage checking

out all of these people for yourself.

Junk Food Taking Over NAFTA Negotiations - Duration: 3:08.

NAFTA IS BEING RENEGOTIATED

ACCORDING TO THE PRESIDENT.

THERE IS ONE PORTION IN PARTICULAR THAT HAS TO DO WITH

JUNK FOOD AND LABELING OF JUNK FOOD.

>>OF COURSE IT DOES.

I KNOW PEOPLE IN WASHINGTON CONSIDER ME RADICAL LEFT

BUT SOME PEOPLE ARE ON TO ME BEING A MODERATE.

DO I BELIEVE IN FREE TRADE?

YES.

BUT OF COURSE IT DEPENDS ON WHAT IS IN THE TRADE DEAL.

I DON'T THINK WE SHOULD DO TARIFFS.

THE ALUMINUM AND STEEL TARRIFS TRUMP DID ARE GOING TO

BACKFIRE AND HURT OUR ECONOMY.

BUT THAT DOESN'T MEAN WE SHOULD HANDOFF CARTE BLANCHE ALL

OUR NEGOTIATIONS TO MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS.

THEY DON'T HAVE OUR BEST INTEREST AND LOT MIND.

BY LAW THEY MUST HAVE THEIR OWN BEST INTEREST IN MIND.

THEY ARE THERE TO MAXIMIZE PROFITS IN THE SO-CALLED FREE

TRADE DEALS ARE IN REALITY JUST TO LET CORPORATIONS WRITE

THE RULES.

AND OF COURSE THEY SAY WE ARE DOING AN IMPORTANT TRADE

DEAL, MEXICO AND CANADA MIGHT WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY

DON'T LABEL HER FOOD.

WHO IS ACTUALLY WRITING THE LAW?

THE CORPORATIONS.

>> LIKE 100% EXPLICITLY.

THIS PREEMPTS THE OTHER COUNTRIES.

THE COUNTRIES THAT WERE DOING THESE PACKS WITH, IT KEEPS

THEM FROM MAKING THEIR OWN LAWS WHICH IF SOMEONE DID THAT

TO US YOU KNOW THEY WOULD BE SUPER UPSET ABOUT.

>>WHAT THIS DOES AND THAT IS WHY CONSERVATIVES SHOULD BE

FURIOUS ABOUT IT.

NOW WHAT IS HE DOING?

NAFTA HAND OVER CORPORATE POWER.

WHY ARE CONSERVATIVES FURIOUS ABOUT IT?

BECAUSE IT TAKES AWAY OUR SOVEREIGNTY.

IT'S AS IF AMERICAN CITIZENS ARE NOT IN CHARGE.

MULTINATIONAL CORPORATIONS ARE IN CHARGE OF OUR LAWS TO

MAXIMIZE THEIR PROFITS, SOMETIMES AT A COST TO ALL OF

US.

AND THAT IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE TRADE DEALS.

You are Suffering Because You Have Misconception of Freedom - Sadhguru 2018 - Duration: 11:34.

if there is a certain level of stillness in you activity will come out in a very

very pure and smooth way effortless way my average day stretches anywhere over

20 hours a day every day seven days of the week 365 days I would sleep is like

three to four there was a time till recently like till about five years ago

I was only sleeping about two to two-and-a-half hours a day today I sleep

three and a half to four hours a day but I'm traveling and so many things I'm not

just teaching all the time I'm running a dozen businesses social projects two

million volunteers to manage so when we say youth youth means humanity in the

making not at totally conceited not at totally

lost still in the making so it's a great possibility the kind of situations we

have created in societies today particularly in the Western societies

and rapidly it is beginning to happen to the eastern societies there is too much

talk about freedom freedom is not a concept freedom will happen to you only

when your compulsiveness is gone today all the things that people do

compulsively that is being labeled as freedom I need I want I eat what I want

I drink what I want I do what I want is not happening out of choice it is

happening out of certain compulsiveness when you label compulsiveness as freedom

you want to get lost for sure right now I think that's happened to Western

societies big time and it is beginning to happen to Eastern societies very

rapidly - this is something that we need to change in our societies that we need

to understand what a human being needs what a child

needs what a youth needs his responsibilities that he sees that he is

the maker of his life that he has to create and craft his life the way he

wants it but right now there is too much freedom talk because of freedom talk

people think doing something absurd doing something freaky is their right

I'm not saying you must be approved I'm not saying you have to be a conformist

but if your rebellion doesn't have a purpose your rebelling just for the sake

of rebelling because your hormones are going crazy or you're doing something

else this is not it because this essential idea that people think freedom

is an idea freedom is not an idea freedom is a stake that you arrive at

when nothing is driving you if you sit here you can choose what to do nothing

is driving you not your body not your mind not social situations nothing

drives you you can consciously act whichever way

you want then you are free you can only do this that's not freedom I can do

whatever I wish that's freedom isn't it so one thing that needs to happen to the

youth one thing that needs to happen to children one thing that needs to happen

to adults who bear children is they need to understand responsibility leads to

freedom but freedom leads to ruin freedom as a concept leads to ruin and

if one becomes three it is the most fantastic thing the most beautiful thing

about any human being is he's become free freedom is the highest value in the

Eastern cultures the highest goal in life is not God you know in the Hindu

Way of life for example there is no God there is no God you can create your own

God if you want or you can discard them if you want Mukti or freedom or

liberation is the highest goal always so freedom is the greatest thing that a

human being can attain to but when you talk about it as a concept when you talk

about it as an idea it gets

totally misunderstood and it will lead to always compulsive ways of behavior so

to transcend ones compulsions if you see one thing about the youth piece youth is

a time when you're so full of energy in terms of energy that's the best part of

your life you are on a high level but the problem with you tease your

intelligence gets hijacked by your hormones and you kind of get sloshed all

over the place so one of the most important things that needs to happen to

children like this is if you just teach them some simple practices that if they

just learn to sit properly you will see you know when we first open the school

we we have a school college a home school in the center we started the

school and after two months I went to destiny how the kids are all

six-year-old children they're sitting in the morning assembly that goes like this

leopards I said why are these kids like broken tops then I just told them the

first thing they said though we're teaching them ABC we're teaching em days

they're able to write sentences I said to hell with the sentences

first let us stabilize them we've brought in a simple practice a

ten-minute practice within a month's time all the kids are sitting like this

you come and see now our children you can make them sit like this they'll sit

like this for three hours four hours unmoving just table this is freedom that

there is no compulsion less in your body there is no compulsiveness in your mind

there is no compulsiveness in your emotion now you will act out of choice

you witness now have you seen the certificates they just said like unknown

man is ill only because he does not know how to be still if you just learn to sit

properly the very fundamental of your life will change how can that be if I

say to properly how will my life change it's like this a human being is in many

ways placed about various other creatures in his camp

is essentially because he can perceive better than other creatures other

creatures can perceive only what is necessary for their survival a human

being is able to perceive more than what is necessary for survival which kind of

distinguishes him from every other creature on the planet do you remember

in 70s when you have the television in your house you're watching your favorite

football match and there is when aluminum contraption up there on the

house called antenna suddenly your television set goes buk buk buk then you

climb up on the terrace and if you do like this you won't get it if you do

like this you won't get it you got to give you the right place then the world

pours into your sitting room isn't it if you just learn to hold this body right

you can download the whole cosmos yes this is what yoga means to understand

the gym is the cosmic geometry and to be in tune with that if you just learn to

sit right everything that you ever want to know you can now simply by sitting

properly just learning to hold the body in right attitude you will see your

perception can be multiplied a million fold just like that so this is what

needs to happen to the future generation why I am saying this is we are at a very

significant time in terms of human history because for the first time for

the very first time as human beings we are more comfortable and have more

conveniences than any other generation could ever dream of yes and as a

generation of people for the first time we have the necessary capability we have

the necessary resource and necessary technology to address every human or

human problem upon this planet whether it's a nourishment health education you

name it whatever it is we have the resource we have the

ability we have the technology only thing that's missing is human intention

has not come the necessary inclusiveness has not come in human consciousness this

has to come this is what needs to happen to the youth of the world today that

they have to be brought into a discipline they have to be brought into

a dimension when I say discipline not rigidity I am talking about discipline

as a possibility that if this possibility is opened youth is a

tremendous possibility otherwise youth will live like the garbage of humanity I

spent few months in a year in the United States and some of the best universities

I'm talking about the top-notch universities at least 80% of the kids

are leaves on weekends they are on drugs so nothing wrong with that it is just

that your brains will shrink so if you don't think that anything wrong with

having a bird brain I'm not talking about anything being positive or

negative every human being what his seeking is he wants his life's

experience to be pleasant somebody thinks it will happen if he has money

somebody thinks it will happen if they have love somebody thinks it'll happen

if he has knowledge somebody thinks it'll happen if you pop some chemicals

but everybody is looking for pleasantness whether you are going to

the bar or the church or the temple you're still seeking the same thing your

well-being yes every human being is seeking the same thing so now the

question is if you're seeking well-being did you

achieve it or not that determines whether you're successful or a failure

isn't it

you

DAY 75 OF MY JUICE FAST JUICE FASTING UPDATES AS TODAY WILL BE A WEIGH-IN| HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST - Duration: 14:16.

hey guys today is day 75 of my juice fast I have so much to talk about real

quick today be looking out for and I'm doing my weigh-in video but I wanted to

tell you a few things before I upload that video which is Sunday I do a

weigh-in video every Sunday but there's going to be some changes I have been

finding that on Mondays this the next day after my Sunday weigh-in on average

since I've been um you know doing the juice fast and weighing myself in us on

Sundays that I've been losing 2 to 3 pounds on that Monday and it's been

consistently every Monday and then a light bulb went off in my head I said to

myself you're not doing a complete 7-day weigh-in if you're weighing yourself

Sunday to Sunday if you're weighing yourself every seven days the eighth day

that Monday is when you should be weighing yourself because then that'll

be a complete 24 hours for each day and that will be a complete seven days so

you'll get a complete analysis of actually how much you have lost in seven

days on day eight you weigh yourself in the morning time and that is going to be

the reading for the seven days so I'm going to be changing my way in to Monday

so complete seven days it'll be so when Monday comes when I do the weigh-in it

will be a complete seven day weigh-in and you know I just want to let you guys

know that because I've been doing wanes on Sundays I know you guys look forward

to those weigh-ins on that day but I'm changing it to Monday that's one thing

that I'm changing also I was doing a broth at night savory broth it's not

pink : salt or sea salt inside of these blue

on cubes or miso cases with the soy sauce I mean not soy sauce with the soy

products so they can really affect your body in a good or a bad way when you're

drinking it all the time for a savory juice now I was using the broth because

I could not find a good juicing mix for a savory drink to drink at night so that

it will curve me from missing on savory foods that I was eating when I was

eating solid foods it took day 74 for me to just go to the

supermarket look at uh you know the vegetables because this is this is not a

fruit and vegetable drink this is a pure vegetable drink and it's a savory one

and pick out fruits not fruits and vegetables that would would uh you know

be a savory juice for me to have in place of the broth because I was finding

that the broth was making me bloated and I was holding onto water at first I did

immediately start getting symptoms that I don't think that this was gonna be

long term with the broth bullion cubes that I was using adding boiled water to

it drinking the broth for savory uh you

know substitute liquid you know because I can't eat anything solid and I had

said you know okay well it is kinda sorta I noticed to me it was kind of

messing with my sleep and my sleep had improved almost a hundred percent I

would go into a deep sleep then wake up then go back into a deep sleep and I

might wake up again but I would still go back into a deep sleep rather than

thirty days before when I wasn't incorporating the broth store-bought

brach that I was I'm getting I was just drinking juice and vegetables and no

savory broth and I was going to bed when I was tired and I slept from the time I

laid my head on that pillow to the time I got up so the eight hours

eight or nine hours I was getting asleep and then my sleep started to get a

little bit interfered when I added the broth but I ignored it because I wanted

that savory you know aspect of you know the whole thing of feeling like at night

I had something warm and savory you know because I couldn't find a decent blend

you know with the vegetables that satisfied me well on the 7/7 excuse me

on the 74th day which was yesterday which was Saturday today Sunday I had

incorporated one green pepper I kept the season 1 red pepper I kept

the seeds in peace and I say at peace because when you first make this savory

drink you want to make sure you don't add too much or something and then it

overpowers a drink so I used a red onion and I cut off a piece of it like a

little piece and I use one garlic clove

and I use um Oh God oh yeah I mean I'd make sure I did it today and then I use

a three celery stock not the whole celery but three celery pieces stalks

and what else did I put in it Oh two tomatoes and then um uh a hot pepper

yesterday I use Sriracha hot sauce I want to get away from any process

bottled protein production packaging of any kind of sauces or foods because even

that tablespoon of Sriracha hot sauce that I put in there full chick you know

like a spicy kick and also for the Tang it's not worth that tablespoon of

Sriracha hot sauce because we don't know how much sodium and other things on it

on the juice fast that I don't need in that

so I decided today on Sunday to go to the grocery store I had to pick up tons

of tomatoes plum tomatoes because I only had two

left so today because I made it yesterday for the first time getting

back to what I had put in the juice I also put two tablespoons of apple cider

vinegar to give it that zing and no you cannot taste the flavor of the apple

cider vinegar because we know that it tastes horrible

when you mix apple cider vinegar like in salad dressings or when you mix it you

know some people like it on salads but me personally I don't because if you

just put it on a salad would say olive oil in apple cider vinegar you're gonna

taste it but if you mix it in like homemade salad dressings that you're

making or if you mix it like say if you're making your own v8 juice and you

want to give it that zest you're not going to taste that it tastes

like apple cider is going to give it a tangy taste and it's not gonna taste

like apple cider so they give it that zing because I also added a whole lemon

and a whole lime I cut up the skin off of both the lime and a lemon and I added

that also in the juice so the last thing I use for some extra zing was now in

this batch because I made double portions now that I know from yesterday

that it came out good I use double portions so I use devil's amount so

instead of using two tablespoons like I did for a serving that I made yesterday

I use four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar four teaspoons of Pink's alayan

salt and I didn't use the Sriracha hot sauce what I did was I got the green

fresh jalapenos at the grocery store I bought a whole bag of them and I added

it to the juice because I wanted that spice but it's not worth my health using

that so that Sriracha hot sauce which is full of sodium this way the hot pepper

jalapeno that I get from the fresh produce

section doesn't have any sodium in it only sodium that is in the juice which

is so savory I feel so bad because I couldn't even wait to as you can see

show you what the juice looks like or drink it while I was talking because

it's addictive so miss you start drinking it it has that salty um aspect

with your savory and it has the tangy and it's in its it's a juice way I can

drink it cold and still feel like I had a warm meal because it's a savory juice

so and you know and I'm drinking live fruit I mean I keep saying foods I'm

drinking live raw vegetables and it tastes like I just got finished eating a

hearty salad think of your party salads your favorite

hearty salad that you might make from home will get out of restaurant that

after you eat you're so satisfied that you can honestly say it's Festivus for

dinner you can go home and you're not gonna even snack on anything because the

salad is just that bomb so I'm so glad it took me 74 days you might say well

you've been juicing for 74 no 75 days and well it took me 74 days yesterday

was a day that I it clicked today's day 75 of my juice fast so this would be my

my second day making a savory juice but it took me 74 days in order to get a

combination right and it also took me 75 days to be able in my opinion to get my

testimony that broths especially unless you make them homemade and you're using

sea salt uh nya dies or pickling salt which I prefer because it's less harsh

sea salt is much saltier pink salt is not unless you're using in my opinion

making your own broth and using for the salty aspect of it Pinkle and salt I

don't recommend that you buy store-bought broths good thing I'm going

to be fasting over a hundred days now I can give my body

the newtrich nutrients in the savory aspect of drinking now a savory juice

without having to buy any pasteurized juices to compensate that like v8 or

clemente o juice at night it's a juice but it's pasteurized and lord knows what

kind of fillers preserved preservatives and sodium's that they use

and it's definitely not pink salt in there so you know when it's not a salt

like pink salt then you might as well consider it poison in liquid form so I'm

so glad that I got that on track the next video you will see me upload which

will be today everything will be released Eastern five Eastern Standard

Time will be my way in video I did have a nice weigh-in

considering I had a stall but as we all know now it was from the broth that I

was drinking and my body is still releasing those fluids from my system so

there have been weeks and weeks that I honestly think that the scale would have

said less pounds down but my body was building up with sodium again and now I

got to go through another 30 days of getting it out of my system but majority

of it in 72 hours or so will be out of my system mom usually when the body's

healing and and results need to be yield from that heel like on a fast it takes

at least 72 hours for the body to get in motion to what what you're trying to do

which is cleanse the body and get rid of the sodium that's in the system so I

will get back on track I still feel wonderful like I said I just noticed

when I was when I have my ring on that it was kind of getting tight and that

was giving me an indication that I had fluid retention but I also could see it

in my face and I kind of ignored it because my attitude was like listen

I'm drinking you know a savory juice Lisa not having anything solid but I

have this attitude now that I had a setback that it wasn't really worth it

in the long run because if you're going to have all these poisons and uh you

know pasteurize a preservative type you know condiments or liquids that you buy

from the supermarket that are not they might be organic but they're still not

raw and they're not fresh they're not fruits or they're not vegetables if you

know it's not worth it is what I'm saying you know don't sit back yourself

if you don't have to take the advice from someone who's living it and learn

from my mistakes so that you can just not have too many

bumps in the road and you can be successful on your juice fast so the

next video I'll do is going to be my weigh-in video and I look forward to

letting you know how much I lost see you in the next video make sure you

subscribe share like this video make it a favorite

DAY 75 OF MY JUICE FAST JUICE FASTING-SUNDAYS WEIGH-IN| HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT HOW MUCH HAVE I LOST????? - Duration: 8:06.

okay around the 3-minute mark is when I will start letting you know how much I

have lost on my seven-day weigh-in on Sunday I just want to let you know again

I will be doing my weigh-ins on Monday because the eighth day is a

more appropriate way in because that means that'll be a complete seven days

I'm weighing in on Sunday the Sunday that's not a complete seven days a

complete seven days when an accurate reading is on the eighth day of any fast

a regiment that anyone's doing if you're going away your body it should be every

seven days you cannot weigh yourself on the seventh day of the fast or the diet

or the regiment that you're trying to find out what the results are from that

seven days until the eighth day so that's why I am going to change over to

Monday's so to be a complete seven days because I've been finding that on

Mondays I on average since I've been on this fast if I don't get a good weigh-in

Sunday to Sunday that's because the number one is not a complete seven days

I noticed on Monday I loose two to three pounds on average a big number of summer

weight comes off on Mondays and that's actually my weigh-in day and I've just

been doing it a day before because it's not really a full seven days if you're

weighing yourself in Sunday to Sunday if it's Sunday this Sunday then it's not a

full seven days you gotta wait to Monday for it to be a full seven days um so

anyways to make a long story short I just want to say quickly to you just

something to recap of my story I gained weight for the first time I haven't

struggled with weight all my life I'm gonna make this fast the three minute

mark is one I'll talk about how much I lost today but anyways um I started

gaining weight the first time 2001 I lost it back immediately within like

five to six months I never weighed myself this is the first

time I ever ever even did that then I gained the way back again in 2014 which

was many years later 13 years late I gained weight again so that's a big gap

and then after I had gained the weight in 2014 because I'm not one that is

struggling with weight and I like to have a beautiful shape and look you know

fabulous I lost the weight didn't have to weigh myself I lost the weight

immediately again then at the end of 2016 I started gaining weight again and

this has probably been the longest time it has taken me to lose all of this

weight this is also the most weight I have gained since the other two times of

gaining weight this is the max that I have hid when I had gained weight the

third time which is now they say three times is a charm so I started at the

beginning of 2017 trying to you know lose weight do the it spinning fast

workout 2 hours a day which I'm still to this day since it since April 2017 to

the present time I'm still working out on my stationary bike 2 hours a day 7

days a week but I wasn't losing weight fast enough so as of 75 days ago I got

on the juice fast and I have lost tons and tons away now last week one second I

want to get into the numbers right now I should have had it ready I'm gonna tell

you now what my

my weigh-in numbers are just give me one second you don't want to be here all day

so I don't be after I weigh myself I just track it down and then that's it I

don't ok so last week which was week nine I was a hundred and ninety eight

point six pounds I always put the point six you know whatever's after the point

because that shows you how close you were gonna be down to the next point

so like one ninety eight point six means that's kind of high anything after the

point I would have been 197 down but the point the point after the number didn't

reach to a full one pound so you know it still counts but that's what I was last

last week so last Sunday is way in let's just say I was 198 pounds today I

weighed in and I'm 195 pounds so that means 195 195 point eight pounds so I

lost three point eight pounds that means I lost almost four pounds in seven days

so three point eight pounds is what I lost I wish I could go like this but I

could only do this this week three pounds and almost close to four but yes

I lost this seven days this is actually not a complete seven days like I've been

trying to say in my last couple of videos even videos yesterday Monday

would be a real complete seven days so you know because the eighth day we'll

make it a full that I did the whole Sunday and I'm doing a half a Sunday and

doing a weigh-in so again I'm doing my weigh-ins on Monday remember that but

yes this week I'm down three point eight pounds which brings me to 53 pounds loss

so I am so happy about that now this week so

that you guys know what's going on I'm going to try to stay away from the sweet

juices mixing the fruits and the vegetables I'm gonna try to enjoy my

savory juices because it's been a long time and you know even when I was having

the savory soups which I started to get like tired of them but I just wanted

some time a sweet I mean a savory aspect to my regiment I was getting bored with

them but this savory raw vegetable juice blend with the pink land salt in the

apple cider vinegar they give it to zest oh my god it's so delicious it's

addictive there's no way anytime soon I'm gonna

get like you know bored with it and I love that I love that aspect of it

tastes so good and I was eating savory broth and I think that this juice tastes

better than that soup that was hot and salty and knowing I'm putting something

in my body that has sodium in it but it's good sodium with trace minerals

lots of minerals it's pink salt and I don't feel guilty that I'm having a

savory raw drink because it's pink salt in it and it's also the the zesty part

of the drink is it's apple cider vinegar Bragg's with the mother in it so when

you're drinking something that tastes good and it's healthy for you that's a

bonus so um yes today I've lost again three this is a

way in video so yes I'm gonna keep saying it I lost three point eight

REVIEW: "Brooklyn" (Colm Tóibín), Hiatus and the CPE Writing Exam - Duration: 5:46.

*Mumbling in Spanish bookseller*

AAAAAA

... That was a seagull...

Hello everybody and welcome to The Paper Booklight

My name is Laura Munoz and I have to say I'm really, really glad to be back

So, after a short hiatus where I had to take my English exams

As you might've seen in my social media accounts, I am applying for a MA in Translation so I needed these exams.

I am back!!

So, today's book is "Brooklyn" by Colm Tóibín

this is one of the set texts for the 2018 sessions of the Cambridge Proficiency Exam

(it) is published by Penguin, and in Spain you can find it under the same name

but published by Lumen, which is an imprint of Penguin Spain.

This book was the winner of the Costa Novel Award in 2009

This is the story of Eilis, she's

a young lady from Ireland who emigrates to Brooklyn in order to have a better future.

So, at the beginning of the book we see her working in a grocery store

then her sister Rose who plays golf on weekends then she meets this priest who

helps her (Eilis) to move to Brooklyn

The book is divided in four parts. Throughout

these four parts we see how she's establishing herself, like how she got

there, because it is not like now that if you're homesick and you've got the means

you just get in a plane and you're there in three hours see? She was like... (for) a week on

the boat, the conditions weren't really good at all you know?

She starts working

for a department store called Bertucci's;

How she is adapting to Brooklyn, how

she's starting her studies, how she meets Tony and develops a loving relationship

with him

And also, after a really unexpected event, she has to go back to

Ireland immediately. She is with this dilemma of "should I stay or should I go

back to Brooklyn where I have my life?" "should I leave my mother or what should I do?

especially as a young lady, it is like "should I follow my sense of duty, or just you know, stay there?"

and I have to say that

as a young emigrant, I felt really connected to this book because when you

arrive to a new country you kind of start growing your own roots

you leave what you've got behind, you know, and you start a new life basically

This is something that you can see throughout the book, that American

society was changing, she was new to the town, you know? She was growing her roots

As I mentioned before, this is one of the set texts for the 2018

sessions of the Cambridge Proficiency exams. They will ask you to take into account

certain aspects of the book and write either a review or an article... In my case

it was a letter, and I had to highlight a very important aspect of this book which

are letters.

Unlike nowadays that you just you know call your parents or do

a Skype session, her main via of communications was letters, which

take time you know and it was very interesting to see like different

nuances that these letters had.

For instance, Eilis and Rose were communicating

through these letters but she was sending them to her office because they were talking

about like sensitive questions that maybe her mother wouldn't understand she

had some older brothers that emigrated to England.

At first you know when she's

receiving these letters she starts to feel like really homesick they kind of

trigger this anxiety that she has because she wants to be there she's not

able to go back soon, so she's feeling like really guilty as well because she

feels like she's leaving behind and kind of not be trying but she's charging all

this responsibility to an older sister who is full of life as well and she

wants to get married and... and... you know get out of the house

Then there's the mother who's a widow ...

The letters that she... she's writing to Tony

Nowadays, relationships of all sorts are more immediate, so seeing this kind of you

know, "expectation/ no expectation" when it comes to snail mail... That's a really

interesting point to take into account

Well, I have to say that to me this was a

really enjoyable read. With or without the pressure of sitting these exams you know

It is short in the sense of you can read it in a couple of days, it is not too complex

and in my opinion, it's got so many layers because, you know; the unexpected event, I have to

say that it was really unexpected for me and if you read the book again, you start

asking yourself so many questions, 'cause at the beginning there is this sort of

foreshadowing where it's building you the expectation that that thing is going to

happen to that person in specific

This is something that we were

commenting as well that these plot twists, it was really unexpected...

Were the intentions of this deceased character pure in the beginning or apparently they

knew that this was going to happen and therefore they were, like, building the

path for this person who is Eilis?

You know, so it's really interesting and it's

got many layers

And to be honest I felt that I need a little bit more closure

towards the end, because it left me with so many questions I was like "okay but

what's gonna happen afterwards?"

If you've got any questions about the Cambridge

Proficiency exams don't hesitate to leave me a comment, I will also leave

some of the materials that I was using to study.

The other set text for the 2018

sessions is "The light between oceans" by M.L. Stedman

which is also published by Penguin and you can find it in Spanish under the

name of "La luz entre los océanos" published by Salamandra.

So if you liked this video don't forget to subscribe, give me a thumbs up.

Have a look to my other videos as well as my social media accounts which i am leaving

you here. And if you're gonna sit the same exams just leave me a comment also

if you read the book or "the light between oceans" leave me a comment as well

and we can have a wee debate

So see you soon!
