MÜZİK TEORİSİ ve ÖNEMİ | İBRAHİM BİRDAL | ABOUT MUSIC THEORY | w/English Sub. - Duration: 7:43.
Hi Folks. Welcome to İbrahim Birdal Youtube channel.
Do I need to know music theory to play guitar?
Can I learn music only with tab and ear?
If such questions are hanging around your head,
keep watching the video
Before continuing don't forget to subscribe If you didn't
Some students are afraid of theory courses.
There is a judgment that this is confusing and difficult.
We need to break this prejudice.
Music is very important part of mankind for centuries.
From beginning to this time, there was a lot of musical genius in music history.
They made such great pieces that appeal to, not only the spirit but also human intelligence.
We need to know music theory to analyze and understand this pieces.
Otherwise, the music we make consists of a simple fun factor consisting of two or three chords.
It's not just art, it's just entertainment.
Raising the level of culture is only through knowledge.
The first years I began to make music, I was playing songs by ear.
All melody and chord lines.
It was an advantage for me.
But after one point, I had difficulty progressing.
Playing by ear or reading tab it's not enough
We need theoretical knowledge for progress
I made an example to show difference between
knowing and not knowing music theory.
In this example,
I'll make a modulation from e minor key to e flat minor key.
It's very uncommon and a hard modulation.
There is no common note between this two keys.
I'm gonna make this modulation in two way.
by different riffs, consist of 16 bars.
I will make modulation directly in Riff 1
In riff 2
I will use some theoretical informations
to make the modulation smoother.
Now Let's listen to the Riff 1.
In riff 1 you can notice that modulation sounded weird.
Now Let's listen to Riff 2
In Riff 2 I used II-V-I chord progression which so common in jazz music
Those who are interested in jazz have noticed.
To make modulation softer on Riff 2,
I play e maj7 chord instead of e minor.
with anharmonical chances, I connected this E maj7 chord to Fm7b5 chord.
Anharmonical means;
The notes sound same frequency but named differently are anharmonical notes.
Let me show you an example.
There is "g sharp" note in here but I can call this note as "a flat".
to make decision
The chord in which the note takes place is important.
Let's play the notes of E maj7 chord.
e
g sharp
b
d sharp
Notes of Fm7b5 chord;
f
a flat
c flat
e flat
I made anharmonical chance between two chords like that;
We call the note "g sharp" on E maj7 chord.
Same note,
in Fm7b5 chord, we call the note "a flat"
Because we made chords with triads.
e, f, g.
According to the "e note", the "g note" is in the third place. So we call "g sharp".
According to the "f note", the "a note" is in the third place. So we call "a flat".
A note is sharp or flat how we know it.
Now, you understand more clearly how we decided.
Moving on
I played Fm7b5 chord
Than I played Dominant degree of e flat minor key.
Bb7 chord
This chord tooks me to e flat mınor key.
In this way,
I made the modulation softly
You would notice that modulation on Riff 2 sounds more softly and good besides Riff 1.
In this point, It's very important that to know music theory.
We can move the tonic sound one place to another.
We can make any chances on music.
To add richness and make chances
to the music we made
knowing music theory is the basis.
We listened to an example to understand that.
As you notice I write notes of examples, not tab.
Knowing music notes is the first step in music theory.
Thanks for watching.
Don't forget to subscribe, share and thumbs up for more.
See you in next video.

TOP TRAVEL DESTINATIONS of 2018: Finland - Duration: 12:08.
right now dude a fucking
welcome to Lapland Finland where you just have a little bit of snow Mike hell
yeah come on you gotta get closer come on I thought it was maybe up to the
kneecaps there's a I'm not even at the bottom are you serious I'm here to help
two idiots as you can see it's a very snowy place in oh my gosh well we've got
Mike Shepherd here we've got Jared over there so if you have been watching me
for a while welcome back to the channel and if you are new here my name is Eric
I love to travel and this is why Lapland Finland is one of my top travel
destinations I have ever been to okay so first off you can't go walking around
the woods of Lapland without a pair of these guys on the first activity on my
list is snowshoeing up Lapland on average gets 60 to 90 centimetres of
snow and the snowpack is usually the deepest in mid-march which was right
when I was visiting and snowshoeing was one of the best ways to fully immerse
ourselves in the wilderness of Lapland and get a solid workout in so we found
out the secret to this deep treacherous snow in Finland pair of these boys
snowshoes so we've been out here for two hours just out here in the wilderness of
Finland snowshoeing around we come upon this abandoned cabin okay so the cabin
isn't quite abandoned but the store behind it is pretty cool you're actually
in Le'Veon we are at the ski resort and this is actually a prop from a movie
about the life of Santa this is apparently where Santa grew up in the
film but if you look this way here might turn the camera we're actually right in
the middle of a ski resort I highly recommend going for a snowshoe hike it
is a killer workout and it's a great way to take in the area but if you're kind
of lazy or you're looking for a bit more of a thrill the next activity on my
it's snow it is the jet ski of the snow is the best way to get around up here
and it's actually very interesting before you go out and you rent this you
have to have a full depth out survival suit so if you can see I am in a full-on
winter you know if you get lost in the tundra this is gonna keep you warm just
notice how quiet it is with all the snow I could literally hear the snowflakes
hitting my jacket that's how fire to this you can't find this in New York no
not in New York one of the biggest questions I get asked about my videos
especially the really glossy travel videos is where do you get your music
and I know for a lot of youtubers that's a big issue because of copyright I am
proud to announce that this video is sponsored by epidemics sound the
platform that I use to get all of my music for all my travel videos they have
the largest online library of sounds a lot of times when I'm making these
videos I just go buy a mood so on epidemic I can type in happy I can type
in sad I can type in cinematic and by doing that through the selection process
I can narrow down almost exactly the track that I'm feeling I'm gonna play
this drone clip twice notice the difference in the feeling with this song
versus this one completely different feel right that is
how powerful music is in these videos I have a link in the description of this
video that gives you a 30 day trial and there is basically no commitment what
you think of it honestly it is my go-to tool for making these videos complete
and really telling the story through sound design
so that's actually how deep the snow is if you're not an expert snowmobiler like
jared is not make sure to stay on the road
if you are here in Lapland I highly recommend renting one of these bad boys
the faster you go the easier it is which it's a good lesson for life when you're
this far up north I think the best thing to do is to just you know embrace the
cold the next must-see place on my list is the snow village ice hotel let's
start off with some hotel stats the snow village covers an area of 20,000 square
meters it's built up every year from scratch and construction begins around
late October to early November when it gets cold enough the hotel is
constructed from 20 million kilos of snow and 350 thousand kilos of crystal
clear natural ice the temperature in the snow village remains at a I mean I guess
you could call it comfortable - - - about -5 degrees Celsius the ice hotel
comes complete with an amazing restaurant a movie theater bar and even
a chapel the Suites are all decorated with elaborate art sculpted into the ice
itself it's a bucket-list one-of-a-kind experience if you're all about making
unique travel memories the Ice Hotel is for you so you can't go all the way to
Finland without doing the next activity on my list which is the smoke sauna and
the Finnish River ice bath so normally what you do is you go into the sauna you
warm up your body real nice to the point where you are so hot that the only way
to really appease this heat and to get rid of this heat is to run down to the
river and jump into the river into this little hole which they call the Finnish
ice bath now the tradition of the smoke sauna is a massive massive part of
Finnish culture there are approximately 5.5 million people living in Finland and
there are an estimated two million saunas that is how much the Finnish
people like their sauna the smoke sauna is an art form at sunrise a fire is made
and it is stoked for six to eight hours until the rocks are heated up
proper temperature normally when you do this you go naked butts because this is
going on YouTube and I want to film the whole thing from memory we're wearing a
bathing suit but this is the entrance to the smoke sauna stop going in here shut
the door behind you
this is it put some water on this rock really get that skin going in here
now we just sit and marinate get nice and toasty you because in a few minutes
now the air is so cold that even moving river water can freeze in a matter of
minutes I'm ready for my eyes back you ready yeah let's go bro let's go
it gets so warm in there so fast yeah like I don't even feel cold right
now oh you will in a second my friend fear doesn't exist fear is a mental
thing you are screaming you won just get the hell out 15 seconds later you calm
down your breathing slows you look up at the sky through the blue the best way to
start the day you're probably watching that like Eric what are you doing I
cannot even tell you how invigorating it is to jump in ice-cold water when it's
minus 8 what is that in Celsius as cold as what it is it's very cold this next
activity on my list is arguably what this region of the world is best known
for the Northern Lights and more specifically unique hotels to view them
simply put the Northern Lights are caused by massive solar storms that rip
through space and by the time the solar storm reaches our planet the Earth's
magnetic field deflects the storms except in the polar regions and the
gases from these storms caused the aurora they can only be seen under
crystal-clear skies and very cold conditions
we're on a sled on the way to our next room we're staying at it's called the
Northern Lights Hut you'll see in like a second it's pretty
cool this evening we are staying in huts that have glass ceilings so you can have
a perfect view of the Northern Lights
this is the official tour of the Northern Light Hut cabin you walk into
this little cabin that there's a desk to the left you walk in a bit more you know
take off your coat there's a bathroom to the right you go straight back there is
a king-sized bed you travel lights you lay back you look
up and if you are lucky you will see one of the most amazing phenomenons known to
mankind the Northern Lights oh good morning from
northern Finland what a crazy place to stay oh I slept so well last night oh
it's now the next morning after spending a night in the Northern Lights Hut would
I recommend spending the night here 100% you walk out of your Northern Lights Hut
you come in here they have a full breakfast spread everything you could
ever want for a solid breakfast you have your coffee belly rubs oh when I travel
and I see a dog I miss Bubba so much if you don't know who Bubba is Bubba is my
old English bulldog away from home these huts are more for the rustic hearted and
if you're into something a bit more spacious our final night in Finland that
we stayed in the Northern Lights sweet 11 a glutes here is a tour of our
Northern Lights mansion you walk into the master bedroom and it's straight out
of I mean how would you describe this finland is very close to Mother Russia
I'm half Russian this is what you'd call Russian luxury it is decked out in gold
there's little studded diamonds in the chandelier everything is gold the bed
the mirror the windows the chairs the bathroom has a rocket ship in it well
yeah the showers I have in the back does it you shut this and you're in the
portal so we're gonna save this room for tomorrow when the Sun is out because
this is the great room and to really appreciate it you have to see the view
this honestly looks like a portal love like that right now it looks like a
portal to another dimension but in the morning you have the view of Lapland and
the ceiling has foam Northern Lights just in case they don't come out we
aren't gonna cook in here so I'm just gonna give you a quick flash of this
kitchen very mod ordain the steel coffee maker I mean if you lived here it'd be a
pretty nice kitchen but we're only here for one night you walk
into this room and this is when it really smacks into you that Nordic
rustic vibe you have the pull-out guest couch now this is I would call this this
might even be the master bedroom as well because I personally prefer this bedroom
to the Russian gold luxury room this is the cabin in the woods there's a tree in
the bathroom to rest your your bum on and there's actually a branch the hole
if you have a really you know what Finnish mansion would not be complete
without your own personal sauna a place like this runs you about a thousand
euros a night but honestly sitting in a hot tub with two meters of snow behind
you looking up and seeing the Northern Lights if you're lucky enough tonight I
mean as you can see it's kind of snowing so tonight yet we might not see them but
you never know the weather can change fast here
that's it for the trip to Finland if you're new to the channel make sure to
subscribe check out the rest of the Finland Travel series make sure to leave
a like and we will see you in the next destination I know I said at the end of
Iceland the next one would be warm but I really think the next one will be warm
we'll see you guys in the next video peace

What If Jurassic World Was Real? - Duration: 4:00.
Jurassic world is the fourth installemt in the Jurassic park series.
It takes place on Isla Nublar, where the original Jurassic Park once stood.
Now a new theme park, Jurassic world, has taken its place.
Jurassic World centers around the theme that scientists have found a way to genetically
engineer dinosaurs to have other traits.
Like higher intelligence and thermal camouflage.
One of the films characters, Owen Grady, a navy veteran, is attempting to research if
its possible to train velociraptors so they can be used in military combat.
What if his research succeeded, and the world began to use dinosaurs as war machines?
Today, life's biggest questions asks, what if Jurassic world was real?
Hello and welcome back to life's biggest questions.
I'm charlotte dobre.
Don't forget to like and subscribe and let us know in the comments below what topics
you would like to see next.
If you haven't seen our previous video, What if Jurassic Park Was Real, make sure
you click the link on the screen right now.
For a different take on the idea, I've decided to discuss the idea of using Dinosaurs in
warfare.
Dinosaurs on the battlefield?
Sounds like a kid in a sandbox's dream.
But taking a dino war out of the sandbox is a whole other thing.
Firstly, dinosaurs must be genetically engineered to display traits like loyalty.
Without loyalty, there's the danger that a combat dinosaur would simply attack members
of its own army.
Get that out of the way, and you've pretty much got the ultimate weapon.
Furthermore, Dinosaurs in warfare could save the lives of millions of soldiers.
Sending a living creature into combat would have advantages over sending AI into combat.
Animals are still more intelligent than our smartest AIs.
A dinosaur could make a judgement call that an AI just couldn't.
Animals are still better at making contextual decisions.
Genetically alter a dinosaur to have similar senses, lets say, a canine, and we're in
business.
Plus dinosaurs display many traits that would be useful for combat with or without altered
genes.
Raptors for example are cunning and fast, and could sneak up on an enemy with no problem.
Genetically altered T rexes could storm an enemy base and mow anyone in their path.
There are several species of armoured dinosaurs that could be perfect for the battlefield.
Trudon's are smaller dinosaurs but they have been known to have rather large brains,
capable of learning.
What about dilophosaurus?
You know, the one from Jurassic park that spits acid?
How sick would that be.
An Acid spitting combat dinosaur?
So Lit.
I've given a lot of thought to this if you can't tell.
Genetically engineered dinosaurs could be formulated to be able to camouflage themselves.
This would be useful in combat for obvious reasons.
They could blend in to practically any background, making it difficult for the enemy to see them.
Dinosaurs would have a easier time navigating difficult terrain.
You could send dinosaurs into caves and mountainous areas, places that are difficult for soldiers
on foot to reach.
Same deal with the jungle.
One of the reasons why south east asia has been a death trap in previous wars, like the
Vietnam war, is because of the terrain.
The viet cong used gorilla tactics that were alien to American soldiers.
They hid in trees and ambushed troops on the ground.
Combat dinosaurs would have no problem sniffing out the enemy in the jungle.
Sending dinosaurs into combat would have its issues.
The enemy could distract the dinosaurs with flares or food.
Poison gas could take out an entire troop of dinosaurs.
And they wouldn't be protected against bombs the way that tanks are.
Yes, sending dinosaurs in place of humans would save lives, but to what end?
Do these genetically engineered dinosaurs have rights?
A dinosaur is a living thing.
They aren't like machinery that could be switched off.
They need to be fed and housed and trained.
Carnivorous dinosaurs would need a ready supply of meat to feed off of.
In times of combat, they could eat the enemy, but much of war is spent waiting around and
planning.
What would the dinosaurs eat then?
It seems this question has sparked far more questions than answers.
There you have it, this is what I think would happen if Jurassic world was real.
Let me know your thoughts in the comments down below.
For now, I'm charlotte dobre and you've been watching lifes biggest questions.

Turn Subtitles ON - Incoming Wipe, New RPK-16?, STSH-81 Helmet, Tourniquet - Weekly Recap (EFT) - Duration: 9:31.
hello, my name is brushboss, aka infanteria
I'm from Russia, and I want to say some things about escape from tarkov from the perspective of a "local"
because the game's developers are russian, and Norvinsk region a western region of Russia, some aspects of the game are done very accurately
for example, the cutsoms dorms. Looking at them from the perspective of a university student, I can say that they are just the way random russian low cost dorm buildings would look
what I see, when looking at the game's decorations, is that the developers are doing a lot to keep the balance
between a complicated set of decorations that is interesting to play in,
and making the game look dull and barren enough for it to look like a russian region, and not some airsoft field.
Russian guns are flawlessly copied by the developers from real life, and that is one of the main reasons I enjoy the game.
The game it doing its best to make the difference between actions in the same situations in real life and during a raid in Tarkov as small at they get
Another reason the game feels like home to me is that scavs are speaking my native language - russian. The way they are voiced makes them very believable.
Also the abundance of foul language and lack of cencorship heavily affects the impression the scavs would leave upon a player.
What is interesting, bots in EFT are set up to use different phrases for when they are fighting someone or not, so it is an importang thing to listen to them
but more on that will be in another video on this channel

Bar Design Ideas - How To Install USB Phone Chargers For Commercial Bars - Duration: 3:24.
How are USB phone chargers installed in commercial bars? In this video I'm going
to show you how USB receptacles build customer trust and keep patrons in your
bar, hotel and restaurant longer. Coming up!
Hey, Rick Uzubell again from Cabaret Design Group,
where I share my personal ideas and tips on bar design,
draught beer system design and product reviews.
Later in this video I'll give you 'Today's Takeaway'.
If you're new here, please consider subscribing and
check-out the show notes and links in the
'YouTube Description' below.
Now let's jump into the show!
For those of us on the go, our cellphones and tablets are in constant
need of recharging. Even worse, we don't often have
all the clumsy charging attachments.
If you're a bar owner and looking for a way to keep your patrons
in your establishment longer, the USB receptacle could be just what you need.
With all new commercial bars we're designing, we include USB receptacles in
every plan. 'How our electrical receptacles installed on bars?' you ask. As seen in
this section view, we typically like the receptacles installed in a horizontal
fashion, centered 38 inches above the floor. This makes them easy for patrons
to see and access, as shown in this photo.
We typically specify the outlets to be a
maximum of 48 inches on-center, along the
perimeter of the bar.
If you're going to retrofit an existing bar, the simplest approach may be to
surface-mount the outlets on a 1" x 6" wood moulding, similar to the one used
in this example. From a previous video you may remember that our new bar
designs have a designated ADA section. We normally specify that an outlet be
installed within 6 inches of either end, as seen here. This makes it easy for the
disabled patron to locate and plug-in, since the hardware is well within the
maximum height allowance of 54 inches and reach allowance of 48 inches.
Bear in-mind what I'm talking about isn't simply a standard duplex
receptacle; rather, it's a commercial specification-grade duplex outlet with
dual 3.1 amp USB charging ports, capable of servicing most compatible electronic
devices that charge via a 5-volt adapter. We typically specify the
Eaton TR 7755, as shown here and available for download below. This hardware also features
an automatic grounding system, thereby eliminating the need for a bonding jumper.
The Eaton TR 7755 replaces the standard duplex outlet and is available
in nine standard finishes. An average bar should cost less than $1000 to retrofit.
Installing USB receptacles on the face of your bar will help you gain
popularity points with your patrons while also encouraging them to drink and eat
longer, while their phones are charging. See you next time!
