New Earth News – The "Big Wave" For 2018 - Duration: 2:06.New Earth News The Big Wave For 2018
by Celia Fenn,
So as we enter the first few days of Gemini, I have to say I am feeling better than I have
in a long while.
The energy waves are still rolling through, but the intensity has leveled out for me,
although today was another one of those technicolor HD days where everything seems brighter and
bigger and almost overwhelming.
Now I just tell myself this is 5D and that its all ok.
I think in the next few weeks as we move towards Solstice we will continue to ride these waves
of adjustment.
The Big Wave for 2018 will start picking up energy around the 26th and 27th of July
as we move into the Lions Gate.
This will be accompanied by a Total Lunar Eclipse in Aquarius/Leo.
And yes, it will be a special one.
Apparently, it will be the longest Lunar eclipse of the century at 1 hour and 43 minutes.
I feel pretty sure that this will allow for an absolute tsunami of Diamond Light to start
the Planetary New Year and open the Lions Gate Portal.
Oh yesthings are about to get really interesting in this shift.
Remember to breather deeply and enjoy the ride!
This is the New Earth coming in and it promises to bring us a New Life and a New Dream.
Release the old and old expectations and be open to embracing the New in all its forms
and in all its blessings!

John Cena Goes On A First Date With Fans - Duration: 4:44.- Hi everyone, I'm John Cena.
I'm going to be put in a date-like scenario
with people whom have asked me questions.
This should be very fun.
(slow jazz music)
- Hey John Cena, I'm super excited for our date
and I just saw the movie Blockers so I was wondering,
if you had to butt chug a beer, what kind of beer
would you butt chug and why?
- That's a great question.
You ever seen a four ounce can of Budweiser?
That's why.
Because it's a four ounce can.

USA vs Syria - Who Would Win? Military Comparison - Duration: 4:41.The United States of America has a landmass of 3.8 million sq miles (9.8 million sq kilometers)
and a population of 325.7 million.
Syria, which is officially known as the Syrian Arab Republic, has 18.4 million people with
a landmass of 72 thousand sq miles (185,000 kilometers squared).
The US dwarfs Syria in terms of size and population, but how does that translate to the military
capability of these two nations?
That's what we'll be exploring today, in this episode of The Infographics Show:
USA vs Syria.
The most recent figures we could find for the Syrian defense budget are from 2011 with
a figure of 2.5 billion.
As for the US, president Donald Trump recently proposed an increase to the military budget
to $681 billion.
Of Syria's 18.4 million people, there are only 150-178,000 active personnel.
The US military, on the other hand, has a little over 2 million personnel, of which
1.28 million work as active personnel, and 800,000 are reserves.
It also has some of the best special forces outfits in the world.
The United States has a hefty 8,848 tanks against Syria's smaller number of 4,600
tanks.
And with Armored fighting vehicles, Syria is far out matched with The United States
holding 46,000 vehicles, to Syria's 4,000.
Other land vehicles include self-propelled artillery with The United States holding more
than double at 950 to Syria's 460, and rocket artillery where The US has 1197 to Syria's
582.
When it comes to airpower, The United States also far outweighs Syria, with a total number
of 13,362 aircraft vs Syria's 706.
With fighters, The United States has 388 and Syria is a little closer at 278.
Multirole aircraft, The US has 2,062 to Syria's 40, and other aircraft, including attack aircraft,
The United States has 470, Syria 120.
As for helicopters, The United States has as many as 5,000 to Syria's 163.
Looking at naval power, The US also shadows Syria with 436 total ships to Syria's 64.
Where The United States has 20 aircraft carriers [navodilo za script preperatorja: tukaj na
zaslon dodajmo text kjer pise: "The U.S. Navy operates 20 ships that could be called
aircraft carriers, but only considers 10 to be actual carriers."
and 85 destroyers, Syria has zero.
And under the water the United States has 70 submarines to Syria's 2.
A battle fought at sea between these two nations, would be a very one-sided contest.
And what about nuclear arsenal?
The United States was the first country to manufacture nuclear weapons and to date is
the only country to have used them in war, with the bombings at Hiroshima and Nagasaki
in World War II.
As of 2017, according to the Federation of Nuclear Scientists, The United States has
a total of 6,800 useable warheads, of which 1,800 are deployed, 4,000 are stock piled,
and 2,800 are retired.
Though at one time it's thought Syria did seek to develop nuclear weapons with help
from North Korea, in 2007 the Israeli Air Force destroyed its plutonium production reactor
and Syria is not known to have any nuclear warheads.
Oil is also an essential ingredient when it comes to fighting and winning wars, and an
abundance of fuel is required to power tanks, aircraft and warships.
Current figures for Syria are hard to find, with the civil war that's being fought,
but as of 2012, consumption was 258,800 barrels per day, production was 182,500 barrels per
day, and reserves were 2.5 billion barrels.
While the United States consumes an average of about 19.9 million barrels per day, they
produce 9.3 million barrels per day, and has, in reserves, about 35.2 billion barrels.
Another factor of strength when fighting wars is the number of overseas military bases a
country has.
The United States outnumbers all other countries in this area and still maintains nearly 800
military bases in more than 70 countries and territories abroad.
And though Syria plays host to other countries military bases, by contrast, they have none
overseas of their own.
Who you partner with is also important when it comes to combat, and today The US maintains
military alliances with as many as 60 countries, including the mighty NATO military bloc in
Europe, Israel and a string of Gulf countries in the Middle East, Japan and South Korea
in East Asia, and Australia in the South Pacific.
Since the ongoing civil war, Syria has been increasingly isolated from countries in the
region, and the wider international community.
Syria does continue to foster good relations with its traditional allies, Iran and Russia,
and in total has 38 allied connections.
That's a brief comparison of the US and Syria's military capability.
Do you think Syria could even stand a chance?
If so, under what circumstances?

Range Radiant Surface Element Won't Heat - Duration: 7:22.Hi, Wayne here from Sears PartsDirect.
Today we're going to help you figure out what's wrong when a radiant surface element—or
burner—on your range won't heat.
A failed element, wiring failure or a broken surface element control switch could be the
reason the element's not working.
In this video, I'll guide you through the troubleshooting steps that can help you find
out which part failed.
These tips are for most ranges with a single-ring radiant surface.
For a dual-ring radiant surface element, watch our video "Dual-Ring Radiant Surface Element
Troubleshooting".
You need a nut driver to remove the upper back panel.
You also need a Phillips screwdriver and a sturdy prop such as a 2-by-4 piece of wood
to prop open the cooktop.
For electrical tests, you need a multimeter.
First we'll test the surface element control switch in the control panel.
Unplug the range and pull it forward so you can get to the back.
Remove the screws and pull off the top back panel.
Find the control switch for the surface element that isn't working.
Take a picture of the wires connected to the switch so you'll know how to reconnect them
later.
This switch has plastic wire harness connectors that you can only insert in the correct location,
but not all do.
Pull the wires off the surface element control.
The spades have labels—L1, H1, L2 and H2.
Internal contacts in the surface element control switch let current flow from the L1 spade
to the H1 spade and from the L2 to H2 spade when you turn the switch on.
Each set of spades supplies 120 volts of the 240 volts required to heat the element.
If either contact is broken, current won't flow and the element won't heat.
Let's start by checking the L1-to-H1 contact using a multimeter.
Turn on the surface element control knob.
With your multimeter set to measure resistance, touch one meter lead to the L1 spade and the
other meter lead to the H1 spade.
If the multimeter measures OL, the internal switch contact isn't working, so you need
to replace the surface element control switch.
Our video "Replacing a Range Surface Element Control Switch" will show you how.
This should fix your burner heating problem.
If the measurement is near 0 ohms of resistance across these spades, the first internal contact
in the control switch is sending current to the surface element and working okay.
You'll need to test the second contact in the surface element control switch.
Touch one meter lead to the L2 spade and the other meter lead to the H2 spade.
If the multimeter measures OL, replace the surface element control switch because the
switch's internal contact isn't sending current to the element through the spades.
If it measures near 0 ohms of resistance across L2 and H2, the control switch is okay and
a wiring failure or a broken surface element is the problem.
Let's check for a broken surface element or a broken wire between the control switch
and the element, by checking the element wires that connect to H1 and H2 on the control switch.
These wires carry current from the control switch through the element.
The Brown wires connect the control switch to the element for this burner.
Measure the resistance through them by touching one meter lead to the end of one Brown wire
connector and one to the other.
If you measure between 20 and 80 ohms of resistance through the Brown wires, the element and the
wires that connect it to the control switch are okay.
That means you've eliminated all potential failures except a break in the supply wiring
going to the surface element control switch.
You'll learn how to test the control switch supply wiring later in this video.
If you want to skip ahead to that section, look for the slide titled How to Test the
Control Switch Supply Wiring.
Now, if you measured OL through the Brown wires, then a broken element or wiring failure
is preventing the surface element from heating.
Let's check the element next.
To get to the surface element, open the oven door and remove the screws from the bottom
of the front lip of the frame.
Move the over door out of the way.
Carefully pull the cooktop forward to release the front lip from the support bracket.
Raise the front of the cooktop to release the frame sides and then pull the cooktop
forward to release the hinge tabs from the slots in the backguard.
Lift the front edge of the cooktop and place a prop where it's steady, so the cooktop won't
fall.
Don't damage the insulation when propping open the cooktop, or you'll have to replace
the it.
Carefully pull the brown wires off and measure the resistance through the element spades.
If you measure OL, replace the radiant surface element because it's broken.
Our video "Replacing a Range Radiant Surface Element" will show you how.
In most ranges, the thermal limiter comes with the radiant surface element.
A few ranges offer the thermal limiter as a separate part.
If you see it listed separately on the parts diagram for your range, you may only need
to replace the thermal limiter.
Refer to the wiring diagram for your range and check resistance through the thermal limiter
to determine whether the limiter or the element is bad.
Replace the failed part.
If the multimeter measures between 20 and 80 ohms of resistance through the element,
a break in one of the element wires is keeping the surface element from heating.
You'll need to replace the wires.
Order the entire wire harness unless the parts diagram for your model lists surface element
supply wires separately.
If the surface element wires' insulation is still intact and there's no chance of
the failed wires shorting to metal inside the range—you can safely reconnect the wires
to the element and the control switch and reassemble the range.
That way, you can keep using the working burners on the range until you replace the broken
element wires.
Now we'll show you how to test the control switch supply wiring.
You'll want to do this if you measured between 20 and 80 ohms of resistance through the brown
wires that connect to the surface element control switch, and the surface element control
switch is okay.
This means that a supply wire failure is keeping the element from heating.
Let's check those wires.
Remove the screws and pull off the bottom back panel.
First, check the black wire that connects to the L1 spade on the surface element control
switch.
Measure the resistance between the end of the black wire that connects to the L1 spade
on the switch and the black wire on the terminal block.
If the wire is okay, the multimeter will measure near 0 ohms.
A measurement of OL means the wire is broken, so either replace the wire harness or find
and repair the break in the black wire.
If the black wire is okay, measure the resistance between the red wire that connects to the
L2 spade on the switch and the red wire on the terminal block.
If the wire is okay, the multimeter will measure near 0 ohms of resistance.
If not, find and repair the break in the red wire or replace the wire harness.
You're almost done!
All you need to do now is reconnect the wires to the surface element control switch and
reassemble the range.
We hope this video helped you out today.

13 Interesting Facts About Crocodiles - Duration: 6:31.13 Interesting Facts About Crocodiles
Crocodiles are the large amphibious reptiles. Crocodiles are large aquatic reptiles that live throughout the tropics in Africa, Asia, the Americas and Australia. Their Body structure, teeth, and hunting skills by ambush are so attractive that catch millions of tourists to the pond or reservoir where they reside. To know some more, go through these some very interesting and amazing facts about Crocodiles.
1. Never Chew Despite Having Teeth
One of the most interesting facts about Crocodiles is that they have 24 very sharp teeth but they dont chew their prey. In very rare cases they chew for only some time. They use their teeth to grab hold of, grasp and crush food and prey. Crocodiles swallow their prey most of the time. Crocodiles can gulp even stones down and can digest it easily.
2. Can Tail Give Such Power?
You will be surprised by it that the tail of Crocodiles helps more. They can reach speeds of 25 miles per hour by using their tail alone and tail can help them to swim and stand upright in water for as long as three hours. However, the same tail is not quite as powerful for them on land. Crocodiles can usually only manage short, rapid bursts of movement with their tail before they tire out.
3. From Dwarf To Saltwater
Size varies greatly in Crocodiles. Dwarf Crocodile is the smallest species of Crocodylidae family and Saltwater Crocodile is the largest one. Dwarf crocodiles attain a medium adult length of 1.5 m (4.9 ft), though the maximum recorded length for this species is 1.9 m (6.2 ft). Saltwater crocodile can reach length up to at least 6.30 m (20.7 ft) and possibly up to 7.0 m (23.0 ft) in length and can weigh 1,000 to 1,200 kg (2,200–2,600 lb). Females are much smaller and often do not get beyond 3 m (9.8 ft).
4. A Magnum Heart
Unlike other animals, a Crocodiles heart behaves like a three-chambered organ, similar to other reptiles. No matter what he is doing. This is why Crocodiles can stay under water for a long time.
5. Keeping Mouth Open, Why?
A crocodile with a mouth open and resting does not indicate aggression. This behavior can be seen during the summer months. But why? During hot days, they need to cool off. The only way they cool off is by getting the heat off their mouths. That's the reason why they keep their mouths open. They don't have sweat glands.
6. Can You Differ Crocodile And Alligator?
Alligators and Crocodiles are almost same but there is a very subtle difference in their appearances. They have differences only in their Snout shape and Toothy grin. Alligators have wider, U-shaped snouts, whereas crocodile front ends are more pointed and V-shaped. When their snouts are shut, crocodiles look like theyre flashing a toothy grin, as the fourth tooth on each side of the lower jaw sticks out over the upper lip. For alligators, the upper jaw is wider than the lower one, so when they close their mouths, all their lower teeth are hidden.
7. Can You Touch The Mouth Of Crocodile?
Do you know that once a crocodile closes its mouth, a human can use his bare hands to keep its mouth closed? That occurs because the muscles that help crocodiles to open their mouth or jaws are actually very weak.
8. Are Crocodiles Related To Dinosaurs?
One of the fascinating crocodile facts tells us about their history. The first time a crocodile-like species turned up on earth was around 240 million years ago around the same time as the dinosaur. The two are in fact related. However, the first incarnation of the crocodile was only around three feet in length and stood on two feet instead of four! We can still see a throwback to this early crocodile in their current form crocodiles have shorter forelimbs than hind limbs.
9. See The Baby Crocodiles
Female Crocodiles lay about 20 to 80 eggs and take care of them for about 3 months. One of the most interesting facts about the baby crocodiles is that they Can Make Noises From Inside Their Eggs Before They, Hatch but more than 90% of the baby crocodiles fall prey to other predators like Hyenas, Lions, Tigers etc.
10. Never Stick Out Tongue
Due to a restrictive membrane, crocodiles cant stick out their tongues. The membrane keeps the crocodiles tongue attached to the roof of its mouth rather than the base. The inability to stick out their tongues differentiates crocodiles from their relatives, the alligators.
11. Where Do You Live, Crocodile?
The rivers and estuaries of the rainforests are home to crocodiles. We can find crocodiles in all tropical regions such as Africa, Asia, Australia and parts of the Americas in the world. Crocodiles are cold-blooded and live in the rainforest because they dont have the ability to generate heat internally. So they get heat from the Sun.
12. Amazing Night Vision
At the night time, you'll very often be able to spot crocodiles underwater as their eyes appear as red dots. Generally speaking, their eyesight is excellent, but it improves in the evening. However, their highly visible eyes can also make them more susceptible to getting hunted as we saw in one of our previous crocodile facts.
13. Find Out Gender Before Birth
One of our most astonishing crocodile facts is that you can ascertain the gender of the baby crocodiles by the temperature of eggs. If the temperature of the egg in there is 88.8 Fahrenheit, a male will develop. If it is either above or below this temperature then a female crocodile will be born.

YOUTUBE TRAFFIC PT. 3 - Question And Answer - Duration: 3:51.Hey, this is James
and today, i'm gonna show you how to create a question and answer video.
so you can drive profitable youtube traffic.
And we're starting right now.
cue the intro.
intro music
A question and answer video is just as it names implies,
it's a video that answers a question.
Millions of people are going on youtube and Google ...
looking for answers, and this represents a huge ...
traffic opportunity for you to take advantage of.
Stick around until the end because i'll show you how ...
you can find the best questions to answer.
You're probably wondering what makes question and ...
answer videos so effective at generating (youtube) traffic.
Think about it, most people look to google (or youtube) ...
for answers before making any purchase.
The buying process is made up of multiples stages and ...
most people will have questions along the way.
Here's an example, let's say you own a window ...
furnishings business.
At the beginning of the buying process,
your customer is going to have questions like:
* Do roller blinds keep heat in?
* Which type of blinds are best? *
Do blackout blinds work? *
How many types of blinds are there?
In the next stage, they've decided to buy but ...
now they're asking more specific questions like:
* Which fabric is best?
* What should my blinds match? *
Should I install my own blinds?
* How to measure for blinds?
* Where to shop for blinds?
Lastly, when they've bought the ...
blinds, they may have questions like:
* How do I clean the blinds?
* How often should i clean the blinds? *
How do I replace blind chains?
In short, creating videos that answers ...
your target audience's most common questions will ...
position you as an expert, which in turn,
will lead to traffic.
A typical question and answer video is made up of 5 ...
parts: Introduce Yourself,
State The Question, Explain The Answer,
Conclusion, Call To Action
The first thing you want to do in your q and a video is ...
establish trust and authority with your audience.
If you want your viewers to believe your answer,
then you need to show them you have the credibility to give it.
Fortunately, this is pretty easy to achieve.
For example, if you're the owner and/or ...
affiliate of the business that uses the product you're ...
selling, or you work in the industry,
then you'll have all of the authority you need.
Here's an example of introducing yourself:
Hi, Johnny here from Budget ...
Blinds R Us, where we've been installing ...
blinds in Canadian homes for over 75 years.
After introducing yourself, state the question in a ...
conversational tone as it's most commonly asked.
Here's a quick example of stating the question:
One of the most common questions people ask when ...
looking for new blinds is "How do I mount a roller ...
blind" So in this video I'll show you ...
the three numbers you need to check in order to get a ...
perfect fitting blind for your window.
From there, you answer the question,
which will make up the bulk of the content in the video.
Once you've provided a sufficient answer to the ...
question, it's time to wrap things up.
I recommend doing a quick recap on the key points of your answer.
Last, but not least,
it's time to tell your audience what to do next.
Ideally, this next step should move ...
them closer in developing their relationship with you ...
and bring them closer to becoming a customer.
Here's an example:
If you enjoyed this video, then you may like to check ...
out our free guide "The Top 10 Things You Should Know ...
Before You Buy Blinds…" You can download it for free ...
from our website [www.yourwebsite.com]
And there you have it, the blueprint to creating a ...
question and answer video.
As a special thank you for watching this video all the ...
way to the end, I'm going to show you how ...
you can get access to a tool that will help you find the ...
best questions to answer.
The tool is called Question Samurai,
and for only $3, you can get access to it.
Go to www.jameswrittenhouse.com/question-samurai ...
to get access to your tool.
If you're watching this on YouTube,
don't forget to hit subscribe and tap the bell icon so you ...
can be part of the notification squad.

Range Dual-Ring Radiant Surface Element Not Working - Duration: 8:34.Hi, Wayne here from Sears PartsDirect.
Today we're going to help you figure out what's wrong when a dual-ring radiant surface
element—or dual burner— won't work on your range.
Three failures can occur on a dual-ring element—the inner ring, the outer ring or both rings can
fail to heat.
A bad element, a wiring problem or a broken surface element control switch can cause these
failures.
In this video, I'll guide you through the troubleshooting steps to help you figure out
which part failed.
You need a nut driver to remove the upper back panel.
You also need a Phillips screwdriver and a sturdy prop such as a 2-by-4 piece of wood
to prop open the cooktop.
For electrical tests, you need a multimeter.
First let's test the dual-ring surface element control switch in the control panel.
Unplug the range and pull it forward so you can get to the back.
Remove the screws from the upper back panel and pull it off.
Take a picture of the wires connected to the switch so you'll know how to reconnect them
later.
Then pull off the wires one by one.
The surface element switch has 5 spades that supply current to the element.
The spades are labeled P1, P2, 2, 4 and 4a.
Here's how the element switch works.
The P1 and P2 spades receive electric current.
When you turn the burner knob to heat the inner ring of the element, internal switch
contacts first send current from P1 to 2 and from P2 to 4.
Then wires connected to spades 2 and 4 carry current to the element and the inner ring
heats.
When you turn the burner knob to heat both rings of the element, a switch contact sends
current from P1 to 2, just like for heating the inner element.
In addition, internal contacts send current from P2 to spades 4 and 4a.
Then, the wires connected to 2, 4 and 4a carry current to the element and, voila, both rings
heat.
So, let's check these internal switch contacts with a multimeter to see if the element switch
is okay.
Turn the control knob to the position that heats both rings of the element.
We'll do 3 resistance checks with the knob in this position.
If the switch works, the multimeter will read 0 ohms for all three checks.
If the meter reads OL for any check, the switch needs to be replaced.
So let's get checking.
With your multimeter set to measure resistance, check the internal switch contact P1 to 2
by touching one meter lead to P1 and the other meter lead to 2.
Next check resistance from P2 to 4.Then check P2 to 4a.
If any checked OL, you can skip the next round of checks, because you know you need to replace
the switch.
If those 3 tests all had 0 ohms readings, turn the control knob to the position for
heating just the inner ring of the element.
Check resistance from P1 to 2 and then from P2 to 4.
If either of those connections reads OL, replace the element switch.
If you found that the switch is the problem, you can watch our video "Replacing a Range
Surface Element Control Switch" to learn how to fix it.
If the switch is okay, the next step is to check the element and its wiring.
To check the surface element and its wiring, we'll test resistance through the wires
that carry current from the element switch to the element itself: spades 2, 4 and 4a.
On this range, the element's orange wire connects to spade 2 on the switch, the orange/black
wire connects to spade 4, and the purple/orange wire connects to spade 4a.
Wire colors on your dual-ring element may differ, but you can use the same basic procedure
to check the wires.
Two resistance checks through these sets of wires will determine whether the element and
its wiring are okay.
For the first resistance check, touch one meter probe to the orange wire and the other
meter probe to the orange/black wire and note the meter reading.
For the second check, keep the meter probe on the orange wire and move the other meter
probe to the purple/orange wire and note the meter reading.
If the dual-ring element isn't heating at all and the multimeter measured resistance
between 20 and 100 ohms during both tests, the element and the wiring between the element
and the switch are okay.
That means a problem with the supply wiring is preventing the element from heating.
If you want to skip to that section, look for the slide titled Check the Element Switch
Supply Wiring.
If the multimeter measured OL during either of these checks, you have to figure out if
it's the surface element itself that's the problem or the wiring between the switch
and the element.
So we'll check resistance directly at the element to see what caused the OL reading.
To get to the dual-ring surface element, open the oven door and remove the screws from the
bottom of the front lip of the frame.
Move the oven door out of the way.
Carefully pull the cooktop forward to release the front lip from the support bracket.
Raise the front of the cooktop slightly to release the frame sides and then pull the
cooktop forward to release the hinge tabs from the slots in the backguard.
Lift the front edge of the cooktop and place a prop where it's steady, so the cooktop won't
fall.
Don't damage the insulation when propping open the cooktop, or you'll have to replace
the it.
Take a picture of the wires connected to the dual-ring element so you'll know how to
reconnect them later.
Carefully pull the orange, orange/black and purple/orange wires off the element spades.
Two resistance checks through these sets of wires will determine whether the element is
okay.
For the first resistance check, touch one meter probe to the orange wire's spade and
the other meter probe to the orange/black wire's spade.
For the second check, keep one probe on the orange wire's spade and touch the other
meter probe to the purple/orange wire's spade.
A measurement of OL during either test means the element needs to be replaced.
Watch our video "Replacing a Range Radiant Surface Element" to learn how.
A reading of between 20 and 100 ohms during both checks means the element is okay but
there's a broken wire between the switch and the element—in that case, replace the
wires.
If both checks had an OL reading and you have an older range, check the parts diagram for
your range to see if the thermal limiter is sold separately.
If it is, test whether the thermal limiter or the element failed.
Refer to the wiring diagram for your range and check resistance through the thermal limiter.
If the reading is OL, replace the thermal limiter.
If the reading is 0 ohms, replace the element.
If the dual-ring element isn't heating at all, the element switch is okay, and you measured
20 to 100 ohms through the element wires that connect to the element switch, a break in
the supply wiring going to the element switch is preventing the element from heating.
The supply wires for this dual-ring element connect to the supply wires for the left rear
element.
If the left rear element is working, it means the failure is in the black/orange wire or
the red wire between the left rear element and the dual-ring element.
Take a picture of the wires connected to the left rear element control switch so you'll
know how to reconnect them later.
Then pull the black, black/orange and red wires off the switch.
First, check the black/orange wire.
Measure the resistance between the end of the black/orange wire that connects to the
left rear element and the end that connects to the dual-ring element switch.
If the wire is okay, it will measure near 0 ohms.
A measurement of OL means the wire is broken, so either replace the wire harness or find
and repair the break.
If the black/orange wire is okay, measure the resistance between the end of the red
wire that connects to the left rear element and the end that connects to the dual-ring
element switch.
If the wire is okay, the multimeter will measure near 0 ohms of resistance.
If not, find and repair the break in the red wire or replace the wire harness.
Whew, you're done.
Reconnect all the wires and then reassemble the range.
We hope this video helped you out today.

How To Create A Digital Course (Part 2) - Duration: 15:28.Hey, guys welcome back to Self Made. I'm Grant Thompson and Kris Krohn. In this
video, we're going to teach you how to take digital assets that you've created from
the seminar that you put on and turn them into a library that people can pay
a membership fee, which digitize and automates an income for you. Alright,
friends, welcome back. So if you watch the first video we talked about how you can
actually produce a digital course and I hope the ultimate hack that you got from
that is, "ah I don't have to spend hours in a studio, talking to the iris instead,
I can actually get in front of a live group, have fun. Yeah. Entertainment,
enjoyment and actually produce a much higher quality version in front of a
live audience." That's right. Because you're there you have the good energy a good
experience is actually a lot of fun. It doesn't feel like work. It feels like
showing off and sharing what you know but then you end up with all these
videos. So cool. That you now have as assets. So what do you do with those
Kris? Now we've got all these videos on our computer, how do we turn that into a
membership site that people can be part of? Alright, so what I want to do is I
want to share with you a couple of different philosophies on how you take
that information and really put it into this membership site. Membership site
ultimately means your information is protected behind a password-protected
firewall. Means that more or less, people can't access it unless they have the
password. Now, before I share any of these options, I have to tell you something. We
live in a world where people are going to take and plunder. Plundering will
always exist. People are going to take your content. They're going to tell their friend
about it and say, "don't pay for it, I'll give it to you for free." And you know what?
It's just downright cheating. I dedicate this much. The space in between my
fingers here. This much space. Nothing... Too caring about people ripping me off and
the reason why is because dude, other than having a
reasonable policy, how do you really police it? I'm sure I've been ripped off
so much over the years. But I would rather come at life believing in the
good in people and honestly, I turned a blind eye to it. If I can do something to
be wise and protective, I will but outside of that, there's nothing I really
can do about it and so if someone wants to be this honest, I'm going tolet them
reap what they sow in life. Because this honesty has its own karma. That's a good
lesson. Focus more on the positive and progression rather than worrying about
who's ripping off. Exactly. Alright, so now all the sudden, it's like well how am
I going to do this? So first of all, I'm going to give you a very simple way and
I'm going to give you a challenging way. Let's start with the challenging way.
The challenging way is to say, "alright my content is awesome. It needs to be
represented in awesome way so I'm going to hire a custom coder to build me a
website, password-protected, make sure each password is unique and different
that no one else can access it and you will spend lots of money. You'll spend
lots of time, but you'll get exactly what you want more or less. Or you can take
some really easy workarounds. Go research a company for example called Kajabi and
anyone like Kajabi. These are companies that charge you a fee upfront and then
they've already built an entire back-end that says, "hey login, upload your content,
put a description of it and they'll even game a file. They'll even do things like
yeah, when your people finish the videos, we'll give them a certificate. Hmm...
There's so many of these learning systems that are designed to host and
password protect your content. Now some of these companies are going to charge you one
fee up front and maybe a monthly. Some are gonna charge you on a pure on a per
user basis and there are others that are frankly, they're just open source and
they'll just let you use them. So the good news is actually when you go
online and search, it's like a cafeteria dude, there's so many, tere's pros
and cons. But whether you really need this hosted on the ultra cheap or you
want to use them you know the more expensive high-end stuff and end up
paying you know one or two grand you could do that. But there's enough options
out there like one of the things that I've done before, you can just go to a
Wix website, kid you not, put a free website together or pay a $10 month
hosting. And you can enable it to be password protected and then literally
when you go there, you drop in your description of the video. Your
description of the video because you're going to take eight hours or five hours and
you're going to chunk it into 20 to 30 minute segments. Now, I recommend that
when you do that, be aware that if you tell someone, "watch this two-hour block"
And the next day, "watch this five hours." They're going to get overwhelmed and
they're not going to watch. You got to give them 15 to 30 minutes per day, give
them then you know if eight hours spreads over two weeks. Say, "hey two weeks
to be a YouTube ninja that's what we're doing." We're not going to say, "hey come
relive all three days. We're like we're going to take the best of the best and
every day, we're going to give you a little bit. Now by the way, could they watch
it sooner than that? Of course why are we telling him that
it's going to take x number of days? Only need to watch a little bit every day. So
that they...Some more digestible. Set an expectation. Expectations where
they don't get overwhelmed, like I can't do this. So in your opinion, what is one
of the best platforms? If you don't want to go and hire your own custom coder and
spend $50,000 to build your back-end website, what are some of
the best services that you found for just uploading and gamify? You
mentioned Kajabi? I want to mention Wix and Kajabi for just a second. and by the way
our world is changing so rapidly. I'm positive that a month from now or six
months from now, there's going to be more options that are out there. Because
Wix will be super cheap and it will be totally functional. It's not
going to be your most attractive looking option. So if you don't want to
necessarily have massive amounts of pride of the way that you represent your
information, then Wix is a great way to go. But the other downside is you're not
going to be able to give a unique password for every user because it's not
that sophisticated. You would create one password and anyone that buys it would
all get the same password. Will they also have the option to be able to edit your
site since they have your Wix password? for your site? No, they would not.
But that would be crazy. You don't give up the user password and just give them
like the other one. But if you're going to like something like Kajabi,
they're going to give you something that is more attractive, more customizable. All
the money they put into it, they want you to customize it. I've used a few other...
What they're called is they're called LMS. That's what you want
to research. Learning Management System. And basically search LMS for unique
passwords, check out whether they're up per user hosting fee, check out up
there's a big upfront like a jobby hat or maybe Kourtney has and with a little
bit of a compare and contrast, you're going to find one that really resonates for
you. It's very easy then to generally customize, upload the little bit of
information, the videos and boom! You are done. Very cool.
So Kajabi is a good option. Yeah. If you don't want to do that, Wix is another. And
did you name any others? You know if you look up LMS, I remember five or six years
ago, I needed to host a lot of video and there was a dozen popular companies even
back then and they were all different. So LMS is the most important thing for you
to write down from this. Because if you search, it's going to come up with all
the popular options of today. So LMS in the Google search, Yes. To show
the different services that will host your videos. Absolutely. You could even do
LMS comparison. And actually, a lot of websites will compare them side-by-side
to say, "well we like this about this but we like that about that, we don't like
this feature but we love this feature." And then pick the one that really works.
Okay, awesome. That sounds great. What about those services... I've had a number of
people reach out to me saying hey we actually have like a service that
teaches online courses, you could absolutely crush it, come over to our
site. Do you feel like that would be beneficial or is it better just like
setting up your own and running your own campaigns directly to a place that you
own and control? You know, I've had a lot of people that want to host my things
and go into partnership. But you know, I feel like there's a sense of control
personally that I lose unless I really feel like this company's going to represent
my interests. Unless I really like what that contract is, unless they're bringing
people to the table. Which for us is always a big deal. It's how do I get more
eyeballs. Otherwise, it really comes down to then what the marketing platform
is. If you're using our YouTube strategy, you're using our keyword research, using
the advice that we're giving you, the reality is, your channel is going to grow
with time. And as it does, the eyeballs are already on their way. So no matter
what, however you do it, make sure you have your content hosted, ready and
available. Because people are ready to buy. So the next question I have Kris,
and thanks for sharing all this information. People that are ready to pay
for this digital content, how do you set up some kind of a payment service? So you
can actually collect credit card transactions and things of that nature.
Okay, so this is really a question. I think it's really going to be important for
you to go back and watch the four part series that we recorded on what we call
off-site monetization. Because one of our videos goes into great detail about do
you be your own salesperson? do you have another salesperson? Do you let the
website be the salesperson? How do you actually collect payment money and get
paid on all of that. I want you to go back and watch that. The really short
answer of it is that I think that when you're brand new out the gate, unless
you're a natural genius marketer, you're going to make more money by having a
dedicated sales person. Even if ultra part-time calling on a lead from your
website or YouTube channel that wants and let them have a personal interaction
that would lead to the purchase of that. Otherwise, if you just go right to the
website, you might lose some sales until you've done some testing and really know
which one's going to take care of you better. Well, what about for the actual
transaction like I have my credit card ready. I'm ready to pay. How do you set up
a service that'll take that credit card securely so that you get your money and
they get access to the site? The simplest one right now on the planet is Square.
You can go to square right now. You can sign up for an account but there's other
online merchant accounts. It's never been easier for small businesses that are
doing you know $2,000 per transaction or less. Well 500 or a $1,000 to
be able to actually set up account. You can usually do it in less than a five
day period of time and then literally they give you a cube that you can
actually swipe in person or use digitally enter it online and you're
done. You're taking money, it goes right into your account and everything's
complete. Very cool. Very cool. So you're saying have a sales person
that takes the call or takes the lead and converts into a sale, they can take
the payment and set them up with a membership account. Yep. Is that something
that they manually set up on Kijiji? So this is a really good idea. When you've
actually completed the sale or the money has been taken, the most important thing
is to make sure that you deliver fulfillment. Usually how that happens is
it's an email. Just it goes right after the receipt that says, "hey, thank you so
much and go ahead and click here." You'll get all the instructions. That email
should contain everything that they would need to know to feel like they
could competently fully access the information. This is where you want to be
thorough because if you're not, you're going to get phone calls from customer
service. So you don't have to hire that person because it's really a simple
operation there for me. When I send people a link saying everything you need
to know is in this link when they go there. It says, "welcome, here's your login,
here's your password, here's how you use it. By the way we gave you a free access
to our Facebook Club for the next year where you can ask questions to do this.
Here's how you use it. So I will actually detail out in a lengthy email all the
instructions and what it is and how it works, because once they get that, guess
what? total fulfillment complete and now it's
really time for them to be proactive when they have questions for you. So, will
they get their individual membership login and password? Yup absolutely. And is that
generated by your sales person or is that automatically generated by the site
like a Kijiji? So personally, in my personal experience, I have a person that
actually does my customer service and have another person that does my sales.
So though I have one person doing the sales and then once the sales completed,
they sent it to customer service processing and that person's going to say,
"went through, congratulations, here's everything you need to know." Aand they're
also the point of contact if there's a question. When you're brand new out the
gate, you're going to probably be all of those and I would recommend that you
beat all of them because I want you to interact with your subscribers. I want
you to get to know what was confusing from the website and what they love. Get
feedback from about what they love about your channel and what they don't.
And ask them to be really honest about it. So even when you're the sales process,
you should be reiterating what was already on the website for the purchase.
And if they're still confused, you might need to tweak your website. You might
need to upload a couple of FAQ's because ultimately, you're trying to get
this thing down as streamlined as possible. And so in the beginning, be the
salesperson to learn, be the customer service, send them the email. You'll understand
how everything works and once you've got it systematized
and it's bringing in money, guess what? Go hire it out. Peace of mind. Get your
time back. That's awesome. Last question I have Kris. Let's say you have a killer
website or you create videos on YouTube that have amazing calls to action where
people are just ready to buy. You don't need a salesman, you don't need manual
fulfillment, you just want to literally automate the entire process. So that it
took if it took off and you got 100,000 sales, you wouldn't have to process them
all. How would you set this up so, it was completely digitized and automatically
fulfilled? Okay, this is a great question. So if you wanted to be fully automatic
then once you have your website the way that we talked about it in one of our
previous videos, make sure you hunt that one down. We'll make that an option for
you to renew and see. But after you've set up your website, literally you'd set
it up the exact same way and then all you do is add the purchase screen. You
would want to add some things like your guarantees or your Better Business
Bureau rating. There's some things there that you know like a trusted merchant
account. So people felt like they were giving their credit card to a secured
company that had a really good rating. Generally when you're making a
is online, some of those icons and explanations are important. Also putting
your guarantees of your work like I think in this situation that's okay to
say, "hey, if you take the entire course and within 30 days you're not completely
satisfied, you get 100% refund because that's going to happen like that
often. And frankly, if someone did watch the entire course and it was verified
and they still felt that way, hey, hmm that's okay, that's I think that's part
of doing good business. So they can purchase it right there. When that's done,
you can literally have the system automatically send the receipt and also
automatically say, "here's all the instructions about it. Access it and you
wouldn't need anyone. I think that's the goal to always get to. Just know that if
you do it right, it can be very profitable while manual, if the goal is
to get it fully automated. I just would never start fully automated because it
needs to be tested and you need to find out where it's defaulted.
Thank you Kris and that's an interesting mention about the guarantee.
So if someone takes the course for 30 days and aren't satisfied you will
actually offer to refund all their money? Yep. So for example... Look by the way, I
don't offer that when I'm doing it in person phone call. Hmm...Do you know why?
They're talking to a real human being, right? We're actually figuring out...
We're not taking some people's money if we don't really think that
they're going to do well with this course. But I'm just saying when it goes fully
online, okay yeah then those are some of the things that you do to replace the
humid comfort of interaction. Right, that makes sense. I'm going to go check out
Kajabi. Play around at that and see if we can digitize some of our own content. By
the way guys, if you don't know already, we have digitized our entire YouTube
process. We did a three day training. Oh my gosh! We have a link in the description
that'll take you to our course, which you can access, which you are absolutely
going to love. To continue to add you for just a moment, like picking through Grant
Thompson's brain is one of the top 100 YouTubers and be like, "okay, dude
literally, show me everything. And I kid you not, we go to this thing and you
when you buy it, you get the workbook and I kid you not,
it's got like an 80 page process of...It's like every bit of code I and Grant picks
through his entire process. At the event the comments were, "this doesn't
look like a workbook, it looks like a textbook." it's like this thick
and it's just got so much. Guys, you should buy it. We gave you
too much information, too much a power, too much knowledge. It was way over the top.
If you're looking for the basics, don't check out the website.
But if you're super ambitious, overachiever and you want to crush it on
YouTube, definitely take our course so we highly recommend it and we fully believe
that you'll find at least $10,000 of value in there to help you on
your journey. All the best. Digitize your courses, have
fun and click the latest. Create, contribute and crush it.
