BEST J.I.D Songs On "DiCaprio 2" - Duration: 8:36.

So JID just undeniably dropped one of the best rap albums to come out this year, and

because of that it wasn't easy to choose what tracks I wanted on this list without

putting too many.

It's an insanely solid project and today we'll be talking about what I thought the

best songs from the project are.

So let's not waste any more time before we jump into this video, let me just put my

mandatory twitter plug right here cause you guys know I'm tryna hit 10k on there before

2018 is up, and with that out of the way, let's look at the best songs from JID's

DiCaprio 2 album.

7 - Westbrook (feat.

A$AP Ferg)

I remember when DiCaprio 2 was being announced on Instagram by JID, he said that the album

was for car rides, smoke sessions and working out, and this is definitely one of the best

tracks on the album fit for the "working out" part of that.

A$AP Ferg is on the hook to provide that great charisma he has to the song, and as for JID,

his verses are just insane.

He comes through with some of his best rhyme schemes across the whole album whilst using

some dizzying flows.

Now the 3rd verse on this is recycled from JID's XXL cypher, and that would bother

me a lil but to be honest I didn't even notice the first few times I listened to this.

Either way it doesn't really take away from how much the track bumps, this is definitely

one of the biggest bangers from the project.

6 - Slick Talk

This track starts off so strong with JID effortlessly flowing over an eerie sounding instrumental,

but don't expect that to last for too long because there is a very abrupt beat switch

similar to the song Never, around 43 seconds into the song.

Luckily though, the track still stays very strong after the beat switch too.

It still sticks with a mysterious vibe instrumentally, and JID continues with his Slick Talk in a

way that almost reminded me of Kendrick's Control verse.

I'm not saying he sounded like Kendrick here cause I know JID fans hate that comparison,

I'm just saying the message was pretty much the same, with JID confidently stating that

he wants to increase the competition in the rap game and that he's willing to take anyone

on.

It makes for a very bold statement to kick off the album.

5 - Off Deez (feat.

J. Cole)

If you wanna hear some of the craziest displays of rapping talent this album has to offer,

this is the track you wanna come to.

Both J. Cole and J.I.D put in exceptional performances here, and I was surprised to

hear Cole holding his own with speed rapping as we typically hear slower cadences from

him.

Cole was a good choice for the feature too as this track has a similar theme to his own

song GOMD, I'm sure you can figure out what that stands for.

But yeah, the rapping from Cole & JID here is fantastic, with some really nice lyrics

from both of them.

They've both been on the track Can't Call It together, but this was the first track

to have a one on one collaboration between those two, and after this I'd be very open

to hearing more from them together.

4 - Tiiied (feat.

6LACK & Ella Mai)

Here JID hits us with a heavy dose of that relatability juice as he talks about a failing

relationship and all the stress that it's causing him.

This results in some great lines, with there being a lot of movie based wordplay carrying

throughout the whole verse and some lines detailing how hard it is to fix things with

this girl cause she takes her issues with him to social media instead of talking things

out together.

He has a brilliant verse here.

The song is only enhanced by the 6LACK & Ella Mai guest verses, maybe minus 6LACK's Spyro

the dragon wordplay, and Ella Mai especially helps make the track better as she gives a

female perspective and her take on the stuff that JID was saying.

In that way, it kinda reminded me of the song All Bad from The Never Story which had a similar

structure.

This is a very nicely put together track, and definitely one of the album's highlights.

3 - Just Da Other Day

On this track JID talks about his life before he started rapping and being broke before

he started to make a name in the rap industry.

This is rapped over one of my favourite beats on the album, it's a hard beat but it also

has a bit of a reflective sound to it which is fitting for the theme of the song.

If you wanna get the full effects of the song, listen to it through some nice speakers or

headphones so you can really hear how hard the 808s kick in as the chorus switches into

the verses, they are heavy.

Then on top of that during the last minute of the song, this really gritty industrial

sound gets added to the beat and makes it even more raw and powerful.

The instrumental definitely is one of my favourite aspects here, but JID as always is fantastic

in every area of his rapping and it's always great to hear the story of his come up.

2 - Workin Out

This song sounds so damn smooth, the combination of JID's ASMR like voice with those elegant

piano keys is so relaxing and I love this track for that.

His naturally melodic voice just sounds so at home riding over a beat like this.

Topically the song covers JID's frustrations in life that still stick around despite the

success he's attained, as he puts it, he's working hard but things aren't really working

out.

This song speaks to me honestly cause it's all that plays in my head when I put all my

effort into making a video only for it to be claimed by UMG despite fair use laws and

watching all the revenue from that video go in their pockets instead of mine.

It always frustrates me, but at least I have this song to listen to and calm me down in

those situations, that's definitely one of the reasons why I love it so much.

It's a great song and one I still love despite hearing it a few times before the album release.

1 - 151 Rum

Its pretty amazing that I listened to this song about 1000 times before the album came

out, and somehow it hasn't lost its punch and is still my favourite after hearing the

whole project.

Like I listened to this a crazy amount before the album dropped and it still hits.

In my opinion it's up there as one of the best J.I.D songs of all time.

It goes insanely hard, and on first listen it might sounds like a song where J.I.D is

just going for bars but after you hear it a few more times it hits you that it's a

very personal song with some gripping lyrics.

Hearing him rap about the experience of one of his friends being shot whilst he was standing

right next to him is pretty haunting and he words it in such an effective way.

We have some head spinning flows from him here too as always, and the track stays engaging

the whole way through.

Making a song that goes this hard while still having a bunch of heartfelt lyrics in it is

impressive, and that's why 151 is my personal favourite song from

the DiCaprio 2 album.

it's really only like ten or eleven but this was my first time doing the Ironman

challenge in an Orange County location of the broken yolk cafe and I was eating

it alongside three absolutely renowned competitive eaters to my right you'll

find Jesse pinon pin Annan finished competitive eater and legit YouTube star

he just crossed a hundred thousand subscribers and to my right is Molly

Schuyler sorry to my left is Molly Schuyler left on screen is Molly

Schuyler arguably one of the greatest competitive eaters alive today and

tamales right is killer sometimes known as killer Kennedy if you've seen some of

my other videos he's an absolute beast and easily one of

the best three four maybe five best competitive independent eaters in the

United States all three of these fellow freaks have

YouTube channels and if you enjoy food challenges I highly suggest you check

out their work all do truly impressive things one of the benefits of a big

eating contest coming to Southern California is a chance to hang out and

work with a lot of cool people I don't get to see often this was my first time

meeting killer in person even after we've done several collabs on YouTube

together it's really a trip sometimes meeting someone in person that you've

only ever talked to on the Internet this was actually my second time meeting

Jessie and honestly it was the first time that we had a real conversation

pretty cool guy easy to talk to you actually

I've known Molly for several years but typically we only get to see each other

maybe once or twice a year depending on where we go for contests I don't travel

too much typically usually I'm in California so I have to wait for people

to come here this felt more like a gathering of friends than an eating

challenge but it was still fun all around because I've done the Ironman

challenge multiple times there was no fire in me to work fast and it became a

leisurely large meal now unfortunately the Mission Viejo location of where we

were eating serves up a humungous version of the

challenge so it was no cakewalk the manager told us our platters all weighed

over 9 pounds and I definitely believe him

I got coffee to go with my breakfast so I made the most of it if you can finish

the appropriately named Iron Man or iron Woman challenge in an hour or less

you'll score a free meal and a free t-shirt honestly that's the least they

can do to reward you for a big job well done

otherwise you'll be paying about $35 but you get enough food to feed a family

legitimately my favorite part of the challenge platter has got to be the eggs

not what's in the eggs are on top of the eggs but the eggs themselves there's

something ridiculously tasty about the way they cook this omelet the potatoes

are good too and the biscuits are usually a bit bland

and just dry because they're just really big and they dry out when they're

sitting there but the omelet is where it's at

Hey, guys welcome back to another video. So, as I record this, there is construction

outside of my window, so sorry if you guys could hear that.

Recently, I went to a comedy show and I documented it, so let's check it out!

I went to go see Enya and she is a YouTuber with about 900,000 subscribers and I got the VIP experience.

So, that's why it cost me $94.

Um... I also am a very important person, in case you couldn't tell.

So, here is me basically talking before the show saying, "Hey! Look at me! I got tickets!"

and, yeah, it was pretty boring, so let's skip over that.

For all of you guys who don't know who Enya is, here she is with her friend, Drew. He went on the tour with her.

So, this why y'all be at the nail salon so long!

No! That's why I'm not talking because I don't know what to say!

-(Screams) -(Screech)

(Meme): Oh! He need's some milk! What he on? That mojo?

(Music)

(Laughter off screen)

When I actually got to the show, I realized something kinda wild.

Enya's fan base is mostly 12 to 15 year old girls, so that wasn't weird.

They were fan-girling pretty hard because with the VIP experience, we're able to meet her, take a picture with

her and him, and get both of their signatures and a poster.

So, heres me getting closer to the line and Enya's taking pictures with all of the people

and everyone is just so happy and fan-girling so hard!

So, the reason I really went is because my friend, Tracy, my homie! She really likes Enya, so I went just to say

that I could and that she didn't because I'm that kind of person. When I was there though, I did get a

video for Tracy because I am that nice of a friend as well!

After, I got my picture with Enya and Drew, I asked her if she could make a video for my friend saying hi.

So, she took my phone and this is what happened.

-Hi, Tracy. We're having way more fun with Devin. -Devin just flexed on you.

Yeah, he's just way cooler.

-So, I'm not really that mad that you're not here. -Wish you were here though!

We were able to sit down then and talk with them about upcoming events that were

going to be happening in just their lives in general

After all of that, the place filled up. It was pretty wild. I was sitting right in the front.

Everybody was fan-girling pretty hard still!

This is right as the show starts.

Shortly after they came out, they decided to sing.

Half way through the song, Drew pulled out his phone and decided to record a video for his Insta-Story.

He told everyone to get up and dance, but me being not the height of a 13 to 15 year old

girl did not want to stand and block anybody, so I decided to sit this one out.

If you look really closely, you can see...

Me! In the story, I know! It's pretty wild! Where am I you ask?

Oh, that's me right there, sitting down. Yeah, look at me just enjoying myself.

Then they did some more singing.

Then they did some comedy.

So, when the show ended, it was kinda awkward because they kinda just walked off stage, everybody

laughed thinking it was a joke, and then the lights came on...

One thing that happened is, when you buy your tickets, if you scroll all the way down to the frequentlly asked

questions, you cans see that there is a question. "How long is the show?" "The show varies in length from 30-40 minutes."

After reading that, I knew the show was not gonna go longer than 12:40. So, when that happened, I got up

and everyone looked around and looked at me like, "Is it really gonna end?" It was really awkward.

People were furious. People had droven all the way to Virginia from North Carolina,

South Carolina, DC, all those place.

I'm not complaining, because it's really close to DC, it was a good show. I decided to be nice, because when I

came back home for Thanksgiving break, I even gave my homie the signed poster!

to lying to Congress about a trump tower project in Moscow he appeared before a

federal judge in New York on Thursday saying he was acting out of loyalty to

Trump Nastia Cohen told lawmakers that the

Moscow project had ended in January 2016 just before the Iowa caucuses but he

admitted that the negotiations went on until June of that year that was after

Trump had clinched the Republican presidential nomination Cohen said he

also lied about his contacts with Russian officials the real estate

project ultimately fell through but Thursday's revelations does put new

pressure on President Trump as they do suggest he was engaged in business

dealings with Russia in the midst of his campaign Trump lashed out at Cohen

calling him a weak person I don't know exactly but he was convicted of various

things unrelated to us he was given a fairly long jail sentence and he's a

weak person and by being weak unlike other people that you watch he's a weak

person and what he's trying to do is get a reduced sentence so he's lying about a

project that everybody knew about I mean we were very open with it

YouTube for Business - Duration: 4:58.

YouTube for business - is it really necessary? Well that's what we're talking

about today and yes it is!

Welcome to my channel. My name is Karin Carr and I teach real estate agents how

to use YouTube to grow their businesses. So is YouTube for business really that

necessary? If you have a service based business yes, it absolutely is and let me

tell you why. If you have a hyper local business... so for me, I'm a real estate

agent. I only sell homes in a very specific geographic region. How do you

attract new business this way? You can spend a lot of money on

advertising or on Facebook ads or on direct mail or you can make Youtube

videos and attract your ideal client. What is so great about doing that? A) it's

free, B) you are putting that content out there and attracting the people that

want or need your services. Even better than that

you make the video one time, it runs all the time, and you are constantly

generating inbound leads for your business on autopilot while you sleep.

Now there's nothing wrong with spending money on advertising but wouldn't you

also like to attract business that doesn't cost you any money? I know I'm

all about free! Now a lot of people get hung up on the idea of, "I hate being on

video. I don't know what to say. I'm not very good."

I specifically recorded this video without doing a lot of editing just so

that I could show you. All I'm doing is I record a sentence or two and then I move

over here and I finish that thought. When I import the video into my video editing

software program (I'm using iMovie) it's literally just a matter of cutting here,

cutting here, and deleting the part in the middle. It's not difficult. It's something

that you could very easily learn or outsource to... gosh if you've got a high

school kid at home or a college kid, if there is a an intern,

outsource this to somebody on Fiverr. Video editing does not have to be

terribly hard. You do not need to make this into an Oscar award-winning

Hollywood video. All you gotta do is just take out the mistakes, take out the dead

air, keep the video moving along so you're not stopping, and going um, I'm not

sure what to say next just deleta that part to keep the video moving along. It's

a skill just like any other. If you spend the time practicing, making videos, pretty

soon you're gonna learn what you need to say, where you need to pause so that when

you're doing the editing later it's going to be much easier. And this video

goes to show that you don't need a bunch of fancy equipment. I am recording this

on the webcam on my computer. I don't even have a microphone. Use what you have.

If you have an iPhone that's good enough. If you have an Android smartphone and it

records in 4k or whatever it is all these phones use now, it's good enough. If

you can buy a $20 microphone to plug into your device then that's awesome but

it's not necessary. The purpose of YouTube for business is for people to

get to know like and trust you so that when they need your product or service

they feel comfortable reaching out to you and they feel like they know you

already and they want to do business with you. So don't get hung up

on the technology. It's really not that important as long as they can hear you

okay, they can see you okay, you're giving them valuable information

that's what it's all about. So that's why I think every small business should be

using YouTube for business. It will absolutely attract new business to you

your business will grow, you don't have to spend a lot

money, and the people that come to you and say, "Hey I found you on YouTube. I

feel like I know you already. I've been watching all of your videos," they turn

out to be the best customers and clients because by the time they ever reach out

to you they've already decided to work with you. And they're very easy to then

convert into an actual paying customer or client. If you are a real estate agent
