This is Couples Court with the Cutlers.

This is the case of Barker vs Davis.

You all have been married for six years

and you actually dated for 20 years before that.

Yes, your honor.

Yes.

So you've been together a total of 26 years.

Yes.

Yes, your honor.

BARKER: Yes, sir.

Okay, you have five kids together.

Okay, Ms. Barker, why have you brought your husband to court today?

I believe that my husband is cheating,

I have my divorce papers.

If I found out that he's cheating

DAVIS: I'm not cheating.

I'm leaving him.

Wait, so you already have your divorce papers drawn out?

BARKER: I'm ready, yes.

You're ready?

I'm ready.

I'm not cheating.

If it comes out that he's cheating

the papers get filed.

I'm leaving him.

KEITH CUTLER: You're gone?

Gone!

I'm fed up. I'm tired.

DANA: You have hit the wall.

Hit the wall.

I haven't been cheating, and I love her.

And we don't have to get a divorce. We can work this out.

It's a misunderstanding somewhere.

I love her.

There is a misunderstanding, but I want to make sure you understand this.

DAVIS: Yes, sir.

She has got divorce papers in hand.

You realize what's on the line here today?

Yes, your honor.

DANA: A quarter century of life together.

My life with her. Our life together.

And you say you have been faithful.

DAVIS: Yes, your honor.

BARKER: He's lying.

I'm a good man.

I take care of my family and I take care of her.

How are you living? What's it like in your home right now?

We don't even sleep together.

DANA: How long has this been going on?

Sometimes I sleep in the bed

and he sleeps on the couch, or he sleeps on the couch

I sleep in the bed, I don't want him touching me.

How long have you not wanted your husband not to touch you?

It's probably been about six good months.

Six months, maybe a year.

Six long months.

He don't come home at night.

So, is it safe to say the passion of your marriage is gone?

It's gone.

It's not gone.

It's gone.

The past is not gone.

In my heart, it's gone.

All right, so, when you say the passion is gone

there was a point you had passion.

A lot of it.

What was it like when you were in love?

And passionate about each other.

Everything was great. We would do things together.

He would bring me gifts home.

He would wine and dine me.

He would always tell me he loved me, how beautiful I am.

I don't get that no more your honor.

I don't get that no more.

It's changed.

It ain't the same.

So what did you love about him?

BARKER: I loved everything about him.

When we first met, I met Bernard

at a club, I brought him home with me.

and he never left.

He stayed. He's been with me ever since.

To be honest, he's been with me ever since.

What club is that? Were you going fired up and you know

you just... They just ended here.

Yeah, you go to a club and you find somebody

and 26 years later, you're still with them.

I was a love club we had met up in and I had brought him home

and we'd been together ever since.

It was good, you know, in the beginning.

I love you. I love her.

You don't love me. I don't feel loved.

You say I don't come home, I won't come home to nagging.

Who wants to come home to nagging?

I want to come home to being loved.

Well, maybe I wouldn't nag if he'd come home. He don't come home.

All right, so we've got a circle going.

You don't want to come home.

He don't come home.

And when you come home, you nag him.

He came here one morning, your honor.

I was so upset and I was so mad.

He had came in, jumped straight in the shower.

I go to the shower

he got a big passion mark on the right side of his neck.

She did the passion mark.

And that's what he said. You honor, I don't suck on his...

I don't suck around his neck, your honor.

So you're telling that he had a hickey?

A hickey? On his neck?

Yes, your honor. Yes.

DANA: And you say you didn't do it?

I didn't do it.

All right.

DAVIS: Well, you did.

Who else did, your honor?

Mr. Davis?

That's what we're asking you.

DANA: I'm trying to understand that.

You tell us who did it.

She's the only one that I'm loving, in my heart. I am her husband.

It says, follow your lead.

She's not following my lead, she's just going past, disrespecting me.

Why would I follow his lead

when I done caught this man in the bed with my family member.

(CROWD GASPING)

Misunderstanding again.

Your honor, please let me tell my story.

So we get into an argument.

Instead of us butting heads, I like to take a walk

and walk it off, you know?

So I take a walk, I stay gone for about an hour, maybe an hour and a half, two hours

I come back after calming down

I got to my bedroom to see where Mr. Davis was

I check in my kids' room, Mr. Davis is in my bed with my family member.

In his boxers, your honor.

KEITH: Hold on, Ms. Barker...

He tells me that she can't get at me.

Mr. Davis, you're shaking your head, no.

Did you have sexual relations with one of your wife's family members?

No, sir. Honestly, no sir.

How did this happen?

Working third shift

that morning, I was cleaning up in the kitchen, just getting all the the chores out

in some kind of way, I dozed off and I woke up and she was under me.

When I woke up

Ms. Barker came in the room going crazy on us

and I just woke up out of my sleep, I didn't know what was happening.

Hold on, no, no wait.

Hold on. Please, please.

Go ahead, go ahead.

When you say up under you...

What is that?

Up under, beside each other, just...

She was up under.

DANA: Was she leading you on?

Your honor

No, she was laying beside me.

she was up under him.

Okay, what did you say?

He called me there. He said

he fell asleep

and when he woke up, she was there.

She's wearing sexy

little pajama pants and a sexy little spaghetti shirt.

DANA: Wait, hold on.

He's in his boxers, your honor.

And I went crazy.

And I said I'm destroyed.

KEITH: And what did you say?

Pulled her out, tried to pull her out but she wouldn't leave.

I just lost it, your honor. I lost it.

You didn't even hear his explanation?

DAVIS: No.

I didn't have time to hear it.

Because I lost it.

What now? Under you?

Hold on, did you ever ask your family member about this?

So I have a cousin that passed away. Rest in peace.

Before she passed away, she told me

that the other pet explained to her

that she felt so bad because she had slept with...

with my kid's father. He was my kid's father before he was my husband.

And it was a declaration.

Your honor, please listen to me your honor.

After I married this man

this is when it all comes out that they did have intimate sex and...

He keep lying to me though. "I haven't had sex with her."

"We didn't do anything," but I've seen it with my own eyes.

DANA: All right, hold on.

Was it that one time that they got together?

I believe it was more, your honor.

When we have family functions and stuff

they real friendly.

He made her a statement.

Made a statement to her.

"When is you gonna make me some more of that good tuna fish?"

And we're still talking about the stuff in the can, right?

That ain't the tuna I'm talking about

but that's the tuna he loving.

That's the tuna he loving.

I can't get over it, your honor. I need to know.

So this instance with the family member, it was before your wedding, right?

Do you still believe he's cheating now?

I still believe he's cheating, your honor.

Okay, so why do you think he's cheating now?

Okay, so

one morning, Bernard did not come home.

I ended up going to Bernard's mother house.

That's always his excuse, I was at my mother's house.

But I had already been at your mother's house, baby.

Since 4 o'clock that morning, waiting.

You wasn't there. He wasn't there.

Something said, walk down the street. I walked down the street

here come Mr. Davis

coming up another little street, coming on around the corner.

I say, "Mr. Davis, where you been at?"

He say, "I was locked up. I had been in jail."

I said, you're lying, I done caught them people all night.

Were you in jail?

DAVIS: No.

Okay, where were you?

The casino.

Okays.

So you were at the casino till 6:00 a.m?

Yes, that was my thing.

When we argue, and we get into it, I'm leaving.

I'm staying out. I don't wanna do it.

There's a misunderstanding somewhere.

So, Ms. Barker, you have brought a witness.

Yes.

Would the witness come to the podium please?

Would you please state your name for the court?

Hello your honor, my name is Alexa Lewis.

So what do you know about this relationship?

I just know that Sandra

goes above and beyond as a wife. Period.

And do you believe that Mr. Davis is cheating?

Yes. I seen Mr. Davis at one of the local strip clubs

I went out with one of my friends one night.

I look up, and I see Mr. Davis

and one of the strippers going to the bathroom your honor.

She's lying.

In the bathroom, your honor.

And she wasn't just going at the same time, he was going back there?

I mean, he a man and she a woman, so you know...

DANA: They actually went in together?

They was together, like, hand to hand, like...

So it wasn't that they were walking, they were holding hands?

Yes, ma'am. And they went into the restroom.

Did you see how long they stayed?

They stayed in the restroom

for about...

I know it was a long time because like six songs went by

so probably like 30 minutes.

It was probably at least 30 minutes, your honor.

You know, I gotta ask you. I got my home girl, we like this.

I would expect her to knock on that bathroom door and say, "What's up?"

Or be at the bathroom door and be like, "Dude!"

Tell me you knocked on the door and said, "What's up?"

No. No, I didn't, your honor.

When I got home that night

you better believe I woke her up and addressed her about what I'd seen that night.

Thank you for your testimony. You can have a seat.

WITNESS: Thank you.

All right, Mr. Davis, were you at the strip club?

No, sir.

So you were not at the strip club?

No, sir.

All right.

I don't know why she would say that

unless she was trying to get with me or make something happen.

What do you think? I mean, I'm honest.

There are reasons for everything.

All right, Mr. Davis, let me say this.

After you've already been accused of being with your wife's family member

I'm not sure you want to use as a defense

that your wife's friend wants to get with you also.

I don't think you want to go there.

That's right.

That's right, your honor.

The big picture is, I'm telling the truth.

He's lying, your honor.

KEITH: You're telling the truth?

That's the big picture.

But here's the thing, your wife is absotively, posulutely not buying it.

Just the big day. I'm waiting.

And we don't deserve to get the voice for our misunderstanding.

All right.

Ms. Barker. Mr. Davis.

DAVIS: Yes.

We're getting ready to find out if it was a misunderstanding.

And then you could have asked if... Your honor...

She don't hold my last name.

Quiet.

This court is getting ready to find out

DANA: If it is a misunderstanding.

Yes, ma'am.

In order to get to the bottom of this

the court has engaged the services of a licensed private investigator

Mark Henry.

Yes, your honor.

Ron, would you please escort him in?

RON: Mr. Henry.

(CROWD CLAPPING)

How are you, sir?

Good day, your honor.

How are you?

I am well, thank you.

Good to see you.

Good to see you again.

You had a member of your team

get Mr. Davis a polygraph exam, is that correct?

MARK: Yes, your honor.

DANA: Okay.

Mr. Davis was asked a series of questions, is that correct?

That is correct.

All right.

Mr. Davis was asked

since August 2011

have you had sexual intercourse with anyone

other than your wife?

What was his response to that question?

His response was no.

What did the lie detector determine?

The lie detector determined that he was being deceptive.

WITNESS: But I want in, your honor.

KEITH: Ms. Barker

(CROWD SYMPATHETIC)

I'm just done. I'm done with the marriage.

It's over. I'm done with it. It's over.

26 years is a long time.

DAVIS: That ain't the truth.

I'm done.

DAVIS: I love you baby.

I'm hurting so bad. I'm done.

DANA: Mr. Davis.

I knew he was cheating.

Hold on. Mr. Davis.

DAVIS: Yes.

DAVIS: Yes.

You say you love her.

The lie detector indicates that you are being deceptive.

But I wasn't. I'm serious.

I wasn't.

Here's the thing.

You're in court today.

Because your wife, the woman you say you love

believes that you're cheating.

Well, I haven't.

I haven't cheated on her.

Mr. Davis was asked

have you had sexual intercourse

with any of your wife's family members?

What was his response?

His answer was no.

DANA: What did the lie detector determine?

The lie detector determined that he was being deceptive.

KEITH: Mr. Davis, you're shaking your head no.

DANA: Ms. Barker...

DAVIS: No, sir.

What's going through your mind right now?

I'm just ready to go file my papers.

I'm done, it's over.

Stop crying.

It's over.

This is a 26 year relationship.

KEITH: There's a lot on the line here.

There are five kids involved

you all have this history

marriage.

You know, I think this is one that

we want to talk about a little more in chambers.

So we're gonna ask you to come back to chambers

and court is adjourned.

DAVIS: Yes.

(HAMMER HIT)

Ms. Barker, Mr. Davis

we thought it was important

because of your history, we know what having that history is and how important it is.

And we don't want y'all to throw that away.

unless you really, really, really

think about this, and want to try to talk to you and let you know

some insight from our standpoint about how you can save your relationship.

Here's the deal. There's no love without forgiveness.

Honestly, I didn't have sex. No, I didn't.

Honestly, I don't believe you, so...

I don't believe you.

If you're gonna rebuild this trust

you've got to stop finding yourself in positions

where it looks like you're doing something you're not doing.

But you've got to be in it to win it.

Yeah. I am.

But it's got to be more than words, Mr. Davis.

It's gotta be more, it has to come from here.

You talked about the heart.

Here. That's where you love.

Show her that.

But at the end of the day

you all have a hard decision to make.

And we have resources here

we want you to take advantage of them

counseling, so that y'all can move forward together

but even if you move forward separately

you've got babies. You all got to co-parent.

And there's still got to be a level of trust there.

We wish you all the best.

Thank you for coming back with us.

Thank you.

Wedding Nails Art with Laces - Duration: 8:28.

hello this is a highly requested video with Bridal design coming up I will be

using nude color Kodi 69 white gel paint by Nailico

cuticle defender by dance legend stamping plate with different laces

design scrapper by mini mani moo and stamper by unknown brand matte

topcoat by vogue nails and to add some accents thin natural brush zero

I already shaped the nails did some dry manicure and prep remove this shine next

step is always the hydrator I apply it on all nails and if a client has some

length do not forget to clean it underneath as well

next step is base coat I'm using Kupa soak off base coat I always apply a very thin

layer first cure it for 30 seconds in LED and then I apply another thin coat

and add some structure when I'm doing ailment or oval shape I always use this

technique because I think oval nails look so much better if you add some

structure and apex on top they will not look as flat and also they will not

break and last longer

next step applying color I'm using Kodi 69 and this is one of my favorite nude

colors even though it is half transparent you can see it this is how

the one coat application looks like I still like it because it's very natural

so with this design I think it really depends on you and on the bride

depending on the color of her flowers and dress you can use cooler tones you

can use warmer beige tones I think it will look fabulous on any background

including pastel ones light violet light blue light pink then I cure the first

layer for 30 seconds in LED and apply the second one because with only one

code the color is still too transparent but with two colors you can barely see

the natural nail free edge but it already looks intense enough and you

will see at the end this color will look just fabulous when working with the nude

colors it is very important to not apply it too thick especially on the free edge

when capping the free edge your brush should be almost dried and you should

use a very light touch to carefully cap it then cure the second layer for 30

seconds and now it is time to protect the cuticle I will be using cuticle

defender and this why by events legend has this green color and it looks kind

of weird to me but at least we can easily see it this is what I like about

it because I used White's cuticle defenders before and when they're dry

they become transparent and it's tricky because you cannot see them anymore

so apply it all around the cuticles and on the sidewalls and then you need to

wait about five minutes it will be dry and our cuticles will always stay clean

apply it on all ten nails and then let's take this taping plate I apply the white

gel paint with the metallic spatula you need to apply it only at the beginning

of the design then I will be using scrapper by mini mani

or you can use any business card and slide roll it to the Stamper and on the

nail and yes here we go you can see a small gap near the cuticle so I take the

brush and carefully add this lines so nobody can tell that we were using

stamping now I will carefully remove the cuticle defender now it's like a rubber

and it can be easily removed and if you accidentally do not apply it too close

near the cuticle you can also clean the gel right now before curing it is very

important to clean it now because unlike regular nail polish it's not so easy to

remove from the skin then cure it for 30 seconds and I continue working so we

decided to use different patterns on different nails we chose this one for

the pinky and I'm also adding some accents on the missing parts so the

design will cover the entire nail if you notice that some part are not as good

after stamping you can always fix it with a brush do not forget this brush is

a great tool and our friend but if it didn't work at all feel free to clean it

and stamp again almost forgot before stamping do not forget to remove the

sticky layer and you can also buff the surface now we're finished and we

decided to use matte top coat to seal the design I tried it both ways with a

glossy top coat it looks good as well but with a matte top coat it looks not

just like traditional laces now when I'm applying matte top coat and it's not

cured yet you can see how it will look when it's glossy and I think it's good

but to me is just more traditional with the matte it gives this beautiful soft

aged I also think that you can use some beautiful dust tones like dust pink dust

blue dust purple underneath and it will also look great when applying matte

top coat to remember that you can not leave any spots without the topcoat

because they can be easily seen and they will be the only one

shining so do not forget to apply it all over as close to the cuticle as possible

and carefully seal the edges on all nails after that cure it for one minute

in LED and the matte topcoat I am using requires removing the sticky

layer so I clean all the nails and now they are so matte I really enjoyed this

look honestly we first thought that we will do laces on couple nails but then

we just couldn't stop and I think it looks good because just one lace will be

boring right so this is the final look let me guys

know what do you think would you suggest this design to some bride thank you so

much for watching if this is your first time on my channel consider subscribing

Dry fasting explained - benefits of dry fast and intermittent fasting - Duration: 14:54.

- Hi and welcome to my YouTube channel.

My name is Ray Maor

and this channel is dedicated for those

that are working on raising their vibration.

Today is a very very unique and special topic.

And I'm going to talk about the dry fasts

that I'm doing, the extended dry fasts

not just the one and two days.

I know that you know

that science doesn't necessarily know everything right?

And science tells us that a person should die

after three days or four days without food

and without water.

If not die, then at least completely dehydrated.

They should be suffering, they should be dying in some way.

Their blood tests should change.

In the last 10 to 20 years, we are beginning

to take more alternative medicine than we do

normal western scientific medicine.

And we do this because we stop believing.

All right, we understand that the medicine companies,

we understand that people are doing more for money

and for ego than they are for our benefit,

for our healing.

So we can't really trust a system that continually tells us

that there's something wrong

and we should always visit the doctor,

and we should always visit the dentist,

and blah blah blah.

Because that is not how things should be.

A person is born healthy.

In other words, we are in some way

creating an illness within ourself.

Society and the system is helping us create that

by bombarding us with low-vibration information,

belief systems, and by trying to manipulate

and control us.

Now when I do these extended dry fasts

there are realizations, there are epiphanies,

there are aha moments that you don't have otherwise.

You don't have it because your body is not really clean

because you're busy,

because the digestive system actually takes a lot

of the energy of the body while you're eating.

That's why after lunchtime everybody feels tired

and their productivity descends drastically.

You can see this in an office if you're working,

if you're above 25 you probably notice

that the productivity increases in the morning

when everybody's highly motivated

and then it goes down.

Same thing by the way with the days of the week.

If you don't really enjoy your job,

Monday and Tuesday will be the best productive days

and then everybody's kind of like reaching out

and aiming to reach the weekend (laughs).

So, I would like to share with you

about this specific dry fast that I did on TV.

I did another one that was 10 days by myself.

I did another one that was a part of my Pranic initiation,

my breatharian initiation, which was about in 2013,

that was seven days.

So I was playing around with it.

And I can tell you, beyond the biology itself

that actually tells us that after three days

the liver is completely cleansed,

that most of the toxins are out of your system,

most of the poisonous, you can say viruses

that were in your system.

Some people have worms, some people have different

you can say entities that are living inside us

that make us feel that we are actually craving.

Makes us addicted to different sugars

and they actually decide for us

what we actually want to have,

what we actually want to eat.

So when you have a craving you suddenly understand

that it wasn't really you, it was something else.

A lot of people by the way they take out those worms

because those worms actually die

because you're not feeding them anymore.

And then you realize that you don't have those cravings

that you had before.

So the biology actually says that in three days

the body transforms itself.

What happens to the immune system

is that the body starts eating the blood cells,

the white blood cells, the protection cells

in other words, the immune system cells

that are half alive.

In other words a cell, just like a person,

has a birth, has a life, and has a death.

So the body actually creates energy from them

and it forces the body to create new white blood cells.

Meaning the immune system becomes stronger.

And this is of course scientific research

that has been done.

This also explains why so many Holocaust survivors

from different countries survived for so long.

Because what they endured for a few years

is near starvation experiences.

And that actually created a very strong body.

So some of them lived to be 90, 100 years old.

You will probably notice by the way

when they research people who live very long lives

and very healthy lives,

you will probably notice that they fast once in awhile.

Or they significantly reduce their caloric intake.

The really difficult part in a dry fast, at least for me,

is everything that has to do with emotion, with boredom.

Anything that has to do with staying tuned

and being in the moment.

Usually when I dry fast, I will not do it while I'm working,

I will not do it while I'm with my family.

I will try to do it secluded, by myself.

And I know it's difficult for some people with a family.

I will do it without my cellphone, which is very important

because what I want to reach is a higher vibration,

and a higher understanding.

So if I seclude myself from society

it also means that I'm not sharing the frequency

of their thoughts and their emotions,

and it doesn't influence me that much.

But what I do get because I'm very active,

I'm even hyperactive, and my CPU keeps working so much.

I had a lot of thoughts, I used to be an over-thinker.

And in that time, that was my main problem, my main issue.

Boredom, you go through 10 days without food

and without water.

And you start thinking all these thoughts,

mind games we call them, in the processes that we teach.

What happens is that you start thinking,

why the hell am I doing this?

What do I have to prove?

Is this coming from my spiritual ego?

My body's already healthy enough.

And all these kind of mind games come up

and they're putting you down, why?

Because sometimes people break their fast

exactly because of that.

They start visualizing the food

that they're gonna have in the end.

Especially if it's a dry fast

because we're really not used to not having water

on a day-to-day basis.

I know that in my country we have one day a year

that everybody fasts.

And it's like a forgiveness type

of practice that we fast.

They tell us that it is to abuse the body,

and to make us suffer a little bit because of our,

it's a religious, an ancient religious type of thing.

Sort of like Jesus died for everybody's sins.

But in truth, we fast because it clears the body

to become more spiritual awakened when we are meeting God

and when we are apologizing to other people

for the bad deeds we did in the last year.

There's something very very important in understanding

that a dry fast that is done by yourself

doesn't have the energy of the group,

doesn't have the experience of guides

and stuff like that.

So usually it's better to do it a few people together

or in larger groups.

Like what we do in the different workshops

and the different breatharian initiations around the world.

Is we're having a lot of people coming together

with a common intention of experience something unique,

something that they've never done before.

And that's why it's much easier than we do it by ourself.

Because it's sort of like

when you're completely out of practice

and you starting to exercise

and it's really difficult in the beginning.

'Cause you don't have someone,

you don't have a coach or a trainer

to come and tell you.

So, it's better to do it physically together,

but it's also okay to do it when you have someone

that is doing it with you far away,

as long as you have that energy.

But I can tell you that we don't have the same type

of attitude, we don't have the same type of strength

and motivation when somebody's far away from us.

It's better to do it when everybody's together

because we're kind of like come with intention

and we understand that we came to do something.

To do a four-day dry fast together as a group

and it turns out to be amazing every time.

In addition to that, I would love to hear your comments

about your experience with dry fasting.

Why you haven't done it so far, you know?

Or why you have done it and stopped.

Why you did one day and where you're going to see yourself?

Because I believe that everybody should do,

at least once a year, a three day dry fast.

Just to reset the immune system,

just to reset the mind and all the belief systems

we have about food, about emotional eating,

about the needs of the body.

Because it really,

it profoundly changed the way I perceive our existence.

As a dependency and a non-dependency as well.

And really it brought me to this amazing type of lifestyle

that I had no idea existed 10 years ago,

when I was much younger.

That eight day experiment that I volunteered to,

they gave me a really hard time.

I never really (laughs), I never really shared my thoughts

about what I did there,

but they really wanted me to fail.

I don't know if any of us are familiar with this,

you can go to my website and you can check out

under video, watch one of the documentaries

that I did, or they did upon me when they tested me.

And I actually got $100,000 for that,

and it was a bet, it wasn't actually from the television.

It was a guy that didn't believe that it was possible.

So it was a bonus.

And it kind of told me also

that spirit is sending me this abundance in that way

so I can give some of that.

And I gave and I donated some of that

and I used some of that for free energy research

and stuff like that because I believe

that abundance should be shared.

Abundantly, as one might say.

So in that specific dry fast, it was a little bit harder

because not only the emotional stuff that came up.

And again, you can watch the whole thing it's online.

It was mostly because they harassed me every day,

and they took blood tests.

And nobody is supposed to take blood tests

from a person that's dry fasting.

Especially with me because I have a blood test phobia.

So first time they did it I almost fainted.

And every day after it was much easier for me

because I understood how much it is in my mind.

It's just that I never get sick

so I don't actually need any blood taken from me.

So many many years I didn't need any blood tests.

So that was the hard part, they came every evening,

they were mocking me a lot,

they were making me feel like a fool.

After four days something changed in them.

They were like, okay this is the point

where the doctors should bring the ambulance

and they should carry this guy away from here.

And they started respecting,

they started respecting spirituality.

And they started seeing

that I'm not in any way reflecting back their negativity,

I'm not arguing,

I'm just explaining my point of view on things.

And again, you can watch this whole thing online

it's kind of cool.

Now that I watch it and I see how my younger self dealt

with all those things, I learned a lot from him (laughs).

Plus I learned how my hair looks much better this way.

(laughing)

Anyway, when you are decided to do a dry fast

make it safe.

In other words,

don't go for the three, four days immediately.

We are full of toxins

and these toxins have been accumulating ever since

we were very very young children.

This doesn't necessarily mean that you ate bad.

It means that there were suppressed emotions

that need to come out, it means that there's a lot

of carbon dioxide emissions from trucks

and from wherever it is that you used to live.

It means that there's a lot of things

that don't really have to do with you

so don't feel bad about it.

But, this will change your life.

Do this, one day a week dry fast for 24 hours.

My recommendation is to take the first business day.

In other words, after the weekend

where everybody kind of lets go

and there's a lot more sinning going on,

whether it have to do with food and neglecting the body

and stuff like that.

So 24 hours (hands smacking)

from the evening, for you guys for most of you

it will be from the evening of Sunday

until the evening of Monday. (hands smacking)

Depends on your religion, or depends on your country.

I know that most people of the world

they have Saturday and Sunday off.

Muslims it's Friday, for Jews it's the Saturday.

So the first day.

Just try it one time, no strings attached

in other words.

Try it one time, see how you feel.

Maybe it will be difficult the fist time, first 24 hours.

Maybe it will be super easy.

And with time, when you get used to it after about a month,

see if you want to play just a little bit more than that.

In the beginning you don't have

to stop your regular schedule.

In other words, continue doing everything,

except for exercising, maybe you don't wanna go to the gym

or whatever it is that you're doing in the first times.

After awhile your body will get used to it

and you'll start getting the benefits themselves.

In other words, the clean, the toxins,

the clarity of mind, you know?

Meditations are going to be deeper,

you will not feel hungry.

All this benefits are going to come.

And just think about it, if you're doing this once a week

you're actually reducing everything you take by 15%, right?

15% from seven day in other words,

so 100 divided by seven is about 14 point something.

So these are all the benefits,

there's a lot of biology behind it.

I don't want to go into the details,

it's too mental right now.

I want you to really intuitively feel

and ask your guides,

is this something that I can learn from?

Is this something that I can benefit from.

For me, it was a life-changing experience.

In other words I started doing this stuff

when I was about 25,

way way way before my breatharian initiations.

I started fasting once a week

and because it was recommended by a movement

that I was involved in back in the day called

the Raelian movement.

And after I left I decided to continue

because I felt it's doing something really really good

and positive in my mind and in my body.

And I highly recommend that when you do decide

to take the next step for yourself

consider doing it in a group environment.

Like what we are doing in the different processes

and initiations in the world.

When a lot of people come together to do a dry fast,

the intention itself really helps.

Now the intention it's better physically located together

but the intention can also be from afar.

But the thing is that a lot of people think

that it is going to be easy for them

and then they kind of fail

and then the mind games come up

and all these types of things.

Those are the difficulties.

Now if you have any experience in dry fasting,

please comment right here.

I'd love to hear about it.

I'd love to hear about people that went more than me,

more than the 10 days that is right now is my record.

And I'm not talking about the people

who are actually somewhere in India and stuff like that.

Person you know, I'd like to hear your experience,

if you had any difficulties and if you took the time

and not jumped into the three, four days,

even longer dry fasts.

And how you decided to deal with those difficulties.

So this is some of my experience with dry fasting.

Of course, I did three very long ones.

Today occasionally I do two, three days.

I mostly stay on liquids but occasionally I also eat

because I'm not as extreme as I as in the beginning

of my breatharian path (laughs).

So thank you very very much guys

for giving me your time and your attention,

and for watching my content.

You can subscribe to the rest of my content of course

and you can find more of my stuff on raymaor.com.

Namaste, and I will see you in my next video.

A Google Conspiracy About Conspiracies: Subreddit Hidden From Results #conspiracy - Duration: 4:55.

is there conspiracy at Google about conspiracies hi thanks for watching

today I want to talk about conspiracies because there's something recently that

I noticed that I found kind of interesting

now when I think about conspiracies it's reminds me of that old George Carlin bit

have you ever noticed when you're driving that anyone who's driving slower

than you is an idiot anyone driving faster than you is it just creeping

along and that's the thing with conspiracies everything that you believe

is totally rational makes sense right anyone that doesn't believe what you

believe is just naive but anyone that believes something beyond what you

believe they're just a crazy conspiracy theorist and I think that's what is

really interesting when it comes to this subject it's all relative and we all

think that we are in the exact right place

we believe that Facebook is listening in on our phone and anyone that doesn't

believe that they're just naive how can they not believe what is totally true

and we think of anyone that thinks that the political establishment are actually

lizard people right those people are insane now I'm not putting any judgment

on any well maybe I am a little where do you read about them well I've been going

to the subreddit conspiracy for many years I've gone there and read about

things it's a fun place to go and it has hundreds of thousands of subscribers

millions of people visit this website all the time if you wanted to find this

on Google if you go to google and type in "reddit conspiracy" it doesn't show up

yeah something about Finland and some other things show up that subreddit with

millions of people that visit it doesn't show up in Google results I even

typed in "subreddit conspiracy" that's the name of the subreddit and it doesn't

show up in Google results that's just a little bizarre when you go to other

search engines like Bing right I know it's 2018 but Bing and DuckDuckGo you

put in "conspiracy reddit" boom there it is number one results here's where you

go to learn about conspiracies but on Google it just doesn't exist and it

makes you wonder who at Google doesn't want the public to find this subreddit

now I don't know right that's just a conspiracy right we have no evidence

that people at Google are actively trying to make sure that people don't go

to this subreddit to read about conspiracies but it is odd that you

can't get the results in Google in fact I encourage you to try it for yourself

go to Google type in Reddit type in conspiracy and see what you get you

don't get reddit.com slash are slash conspiracy which is a pretty big

subreddit and probably the number one place that people discuss conspiracies

in current year now I like the term conspiracy analysts because I like

reading about these ideas and deciding for myself if I think there's any merit

to them or not and it's always interesting when thinking about

something that's secret you know we don't have proof of I think it would be

fair to call the Russia investigation a big conspiracy theory right it's been a

couple of years there's been zero evidence of collusion but because the

mainstream media is pushing it that's just a normal normal thing I think if

anyone else were pushing that theory you would be considered a conspiracy theory

but a conspiracy theory according to the subreddit is just a hypothesis that some

covert but influential organization is responsible for a

or event and I find it interesting that Google does not want you to do this I

don't know why but let me know your thoughts in the comments peace help me

reach my goal of 2500 subscribers

hey guys welcome back to my Channel today I'm super excited because I'm

gonna be doing a target haul this is like a fall into winter target haul so I

can't wait because I haven't been to Target in a really long time

surprisingly at least in like their clothing area guys they have some super

cute stuff so I can't wait to show you if you guys are new to my channel my

name is Hannah and I make new videos every Tuesday and Thursday about

Christian marriage dating and fashion so if you guys are interested in joining a

community of people who love Jesus who love relationships and who loves style

make sure to hit that subscribe button down below we would love to have you

join the family and with that being said let's get on into it so I'm gonna do

this in no particular order but I got these really cute just basic camis that

are so cute because they have the little lace detailing on the top I love to put

these under cardigans they're very stretchy and they feel like really good

quality they're both eight dollars I got a size medium in both of them

no I got a medium in the black and a large in this one I don't know why I got

a large I think cuz I wanted it to be a little bit longer there's something I'm

really excited about and I don't know whether to show you guys now or more

towards into the video to save it for like last but not least thing because

I've been on the hunt for something like this for a very long time so once I saw

it at Target I was like oh my gosh but I think I'm gonna show you guys at the end

so we'll see so the next thing I got is this gorgeous green sweater is that the

front I think this might be the frame yes this is the front and normally I

feel like this is kind of like a grandpa's sweater but I got a size extra

small because I think this would be super cute paired with like a leather

skirt to kind of mix two trends together and I just love the rolled-up sleeves I

love how soft and cozy it is and it's by the brand Universal thread I think most

everything I got today was from universal threads they are the best at

Target the next sweater I got is this white one it is just kind of like an

oatmeal a white and I love this detail right on like the collarbone area

it's super cute and it has these big roll up sleeves and these little slits

in the side I think this is just like the perfect wintry sweater and then the

next thing I got which is kind of weird for me because I normally wouldn't wear

this but I just thought this was such a unique beautiful color is this gorgeous

yellow almost like gold metallic a skirt I think this would be so beautiful even

with this color they had it paired with like a dark blue color which was

gorgeous I think this would be so cute and like family photos or a Christmas

card and its pretty long too so I think it hits me like right below the knees it

is adorable I got a basic black sweater that I

thought would be perfect to just pair with any like colorful bottom and this

is so cozy it doesn't feel itchy at all and it's by

the universal threads brand again and it just has this like little drop neck

right here and then big long sleeves it's so cozy

I can't wait to pair this with like a sparkly skirt or a bright pant or if I

want to go black on black I think this would be so cute paired with some like

gold jewelry or you can do some really fun big jewelry as well so you can

really do anything with black and that's why I thought this was very important to

add to my collection and then the next letter that I'm super excited about is

this green you know you guys know I love green like so much so when I saw this I

was like oh my gosh I need it immediately look at these sleeves and

how bubbly and fun they are it's honestly just a basic green sweater but

these sleeves got me shook no joke like I I love how cute they are they even

have like little detailing down the sides I think this is like the perfect

sweater that you could throw on every day during the winter and you will never

want to take it off it's so cute so definitely go check this out at

Target whenever a winter comes around I get really into the color like burgundy

I love like the dark vampy vibe it gives off I think it's so pretty and so when I

saw this jacket I had to have it it has a rose gold detailing on the buttons and

then it also has it on the pockets as well what I love about

the most is it cinches in around the waist which is so cute to me on jackets

because it just fits your body really nicely and looks really ladylike so then

I also picked up this basic tee it's super cute and what I love about it is

it's not super tight fitting it's so loose but not too loose

the material is so nice and cozy and so they had a ton of colors in these and I

might go back and get some more okay so I saved my two favorites for last I am

so excited about this when I saw it I was like I have got to have that I want

to wear it for Thanksgiving so I might have already worn it for Thanksgiving

I'm not sure but this beautiful burnt orange kimono it's so long I think it

will probably go to about my ankles and then it has this little waist tie that

is super cute and it's very bohemian and chic I love it so much and then it has

these little sleeves right here that just cinch at the bottom so super

ladylike and pretty and then it's just plain in the back so last but not least

if you guys have watched my Black Friday wishlist you know I've been looking for

this jacket for so long but just haven't been able to find one that's been the

right price and the right quality and the right fit when I went to Target and

spotted this jacket right off the rack I was like I know this is gonna be perfect

so the color the fit in this style is so stinking cute to me I love this kind of

BG nude color and then it has these little

buttons down the front and it cinches in around the waist with this little belt I

love how the back looks when you have the belt tied and then these little

pockets I think this is just so classy and perfect how did I not know that

Target would come through this was definitely more expensive it was $69 but

so worth it like the jackets I was looking at there were all like a hundred

and thirty dollars or one hundred and fifty dollars or two hundred dollars so

when I found this jacket for 70 bucks I was like oh my gosh I have got to have

it I got a size medium so I hope you guys like it too thank you thanks so

much for watching this haul leave your favorite piece that I picked up down

below my favorite is definitely the jacket so think

so much for watching and I'll see you guys next time bye

The Real Reason Fallout 76 Bombed - Duration: 10:59.

From the moment it was first announced, Fallout 76 had gamers on edge.

But it was still shocking to see just how poorly the game was received upon release.

The backlash has been extreme, from fans and critics both.

What happened to make this ambitious installment in the Fallout series such a nuclear bomb?

Well, a lot.

Let's break down the many failures of Fallout 76.

Server-side apocalypse

Rule number one for anyone attempting to launch an online game is to make sure the servers

work.

Over and over again, high profile game releases have had disastrous launch weeks thanks to

servers that can't deal with a world's worth of players trying to log in at once.

These release weeks can be brutal for even the most experienced developers.

It's a challenge that should be anticipated — and Bethesda dropped the ball.

Upon the game's release, Fallout 76 was plagued with server disconnection issues, with new

players getting randomly booted from the game without recourse.

Bethesda did eventually issue patches for the problem, but the server meltdowns made

a poor first impression on people who were already feeling uneasy about the all-new,

always-online Fallout.

Some of Fallout 76's server issues were uniquely frustrating.

At one point during the launch week, Bethesda yanked down the servers for around three hours

without warning, inviting even more backlash from players who then wasted time trying to

connect.

When the game was working again, some high-level players messed around with the game's nuke

system, launching three bombs at once at the same spot.

In an amusing twist, that onslaught reportedly resulted in a crash of the game's servers.

At least that crash feels appropriate.

"Dropping bombs, right?"

The post-apocalyptic landscape that players explore in Fallout 76 is shockingly true-to-life

in its emptiness.

There is genuinely very little to do or see.

Thanks to the sheer size of the game's wilds of West Virginia, it's not common to see other

players around you in the game.

Most of your time is probably spent exploring by yourself — just like previous Fallout

experiences.

The problem is that Fallout 76 was clearly designed with multiplayer gaming in mind.

It just doesn't have enough content to satisfy a solo adventurer.

There's a lot of traveling from point A to point B and killing things along the way,

but there's not really any narrative motivation behind any of it.

While that storytelling void could potentially be filled by interactions with other players,

those sorts of encounters just don't happen that often.

"I'm lonely."

The map for Fallout 76 is huge, but it only allows a couple of dozen players to coexist

at the same time.

Apparently, Bethesda didn't want their wasteland to come off like an overpopulated party zone.

But they went too far in the other direction, creating a lifeless-feeling world with not

much to do in it.

The result is a wasteland simulator that's probably a little too accurate.

Basic bases

Base-building has never been the Fallout series' strongest suit.

Fallout 4's version of the game mechanic was plodding, tedious, and divisive at best.

Some people liked it, but it seems that most didn't.

Which makes it all the more strange that Bethesda doubled down on more base-building in Fallout

76.

Did they at least improve on the experience?

No, they did not.

Instead, the base building system is one of the game's biggest sources of frustration.

At launch, players' stash limits for their inventories were horrifically low, forcing

players into constant, tedious micro-management of their resources if they wanted to get anything

done.

Players were so vocal about their frustrations that Bethesda quickly apologized, promising

to increase the limit as soon as possible.

It's a step in the right direction, but as far as review scores and first impressions

are concerned, the damage has been done.

"This game sucks."

Rats to V.A.T.S.

The Vault-Tec Assisted Targeting System, or V.A.T.S., has been a part of Fallout's gameplay

since Fallout 3, and has roots going back to the very beginning of the series — but

the mechanic just doesn't work in 76.

As originally designed, the popular system allows players to pause time during combat

and target specific parts of enemies for attacks.

Players could then watch their battle plans unfold in glorious slow motion, taking apart

enemies with satisfying brutality.

But because Fallout 76 is always online, it's completely impossible to pause the game.

The restriction results in V.A.T.S. being more of an auto-targeting system, that's often

more useful for spotting enemies than for actually hitting them.

The changes make for a combat system that's "V.A.T.S" in name only.

What used to be involved and exciting is now remarkably disengaging and hugely disappointing,

serving mostly to remind players of how fun this series used to be.

Poor PvP

Multiplayer is good for two things: cooperation and conflict.

While Bethesda made sure to inform gamers that player-versus-player wouldn't be a huge

part of Fallout 76, people still expected more than what the game delivered.

In its launch iteration, initiating a PvP encounter is a clunky experience for everyone

involved, with players being forced to attack each other repeatedly before a fight will

even start — so don't expect any thrilling ambushes.

After the fight, the losing player respawns safely nearby, having lost nothing except

time, and a little dignity.

It's so low-stakes and unexciting that it's worth wondering why Bethesda even bothered

including it at all.

The developer reportedly intends to update the PvP system in the future, but as with

a lot of the game's problems, those promises don't forgive the sorry state of things at

launch.

Somebody save me

Game-breaking glitches in Fallout have been relatively acceptable in the past because

of the game's single-player nature.

If the game screwed up in a way that impeded progress, your most recent save file would

well, save you.

But glitches are another thing entirely in an online game with no save system to speak

of.

Where once gamers could rely on a trigger-happy autosave system to bring them back from encounters

with even the worst bugs, Fallout 76 no longer offers that failsafe.

Thanks to the player's inability to save their progress, any game-derailing glitches can

cause players to lose a significant amount of time and progress.

Without being able to hit a simple reset, players who experience quest-breaking glitches

are forced to log out of the game completely when they need to try again.

Maybe that doesn't seem like the biggest deal if it happens once or twice during an entire

playthrough.

But Fallout 76's launch was pretty glitchy, testing players' patience and pushing many

to the breaking point.

All of the lost time adds up, considerably souring the experience.

It's just another way in which the game takes away something players used to have control

over.

And it's a surprisingly big factor in why Fallout 76's launch was so disappointing.

Tell us a story

Bethesda is a name that's long been associated with great storytelling, but Fallout 76 puts

that reputation to the test.

The company has produced titles that challenge our understanding of how to tell a narrative

in video games, whether they be the sprawling fantasy epics of The Elder Scrolls or the

sci-fi mind-bender of Fallout 4.

They've also filled their games with interesting atmosphere, emergent stories, and one-off

quests that can resonate with players even more than a game's main storyline.

Good stories are kind of the developer's thing at this point, which is why Fallout 76's frankly

boring narrative feels so inexcusable.

The game was heavily criticized at launch for featuring next to no reason for players

to explore its world.

It's another problem that can be traced back to the multiplayer aspect.

Rather than having the weight of the world on their shoulders, players in Fallout 76

feel more like errand runners in a world that doesn't really need them.

The inability to meaningfully affect the fate of West Virginia takes away the sense of agency

typically present in Fallout games.

The result is a narrative that's almost entirely based around people who died hundreds of years

ago, whom the player will never meet.

Instead, players only really interact with scarce robots who point players in the direction

of holo-tapes and records that show them what happened during the 200-year-old Great War.

It's an alienating decision and a terrible narrative device, keeping the player completely

disconnected from the events that make the world interesting.

"I'm bored."

Break the internet

Back in the days of dial-up internet, downloading digital copies of games would be pretty much

impossible.

The games would simply be too big, and take too long to download.

For most people, this hasn't been a problem for years.

But Bethesda tested players' patience and their internet connections with its gigantic

downloads for Fallout 76.

Between the base game and its multiple patches, Fallout 76 was weighing in at about 150 gigabytes

within a month of its launch.

For internet users with monthly limits on how much bandwidth they have access to, the

result was a game too big to download.

Some players ended up locked out of the game they had paid for until their next billing

cycle.

Obviously, not all of that is Bethesda's fault, with other recent games like Red Dead Redemption

2 also sporting eye-popping bandwidth requirements.

But Bethesda made things worse by releasing massive patches for the game that were as

big as fifty gigs.

The result is a major headache, and a big-time turnoff to gamers who might see such a massive

bandwidth commitment as a frustrating final straw.

Artificial stupidity

Fallout games have a way of making their players feel smart, but Fallout 76 is making it happen

for all the wrong reasons.

Essentially, the enemies in this game are dumb — even by radioactive zombie standards.

There's also not much variation to them, which means players quickly start to feel as if

they're having the same stupid encounter over and over again.

In Fallout 76, too many enemies fall into one of two categories.

The first type of enemy is a kind of dimwit kamikaze, charging into battle with no strategy,

directly into players' lines of fire.

The second type of enemy is an ineffective coward, hiding behind cover and then occasionally

firing into the air.

And that's honestly it.

During the game's launch window at least, those are the only two types of battles players

could expect out of the game.

Even worse, the glitchy enemies have plenty of problems navigating the game's environment,

getting stuck in place, glitching into the air, or just getting stuck behind things.

Video games left this kind of bad AI in the past, so the sorry state of things in Fallout

76 just feels inexcusable.

Pick a genre

We're used to seeing ambitious projects from Bethesda, but their new direction for Fallout

seems to have totally missed the mark.

It's more than just lousy execution.

The game also just feels like it doesn't know what it wants to be.

One thing Fallout 76 can't decide on is how essential the multiplayer aspect is.

Many of the game's quests are easy to complete without other players, but lack the narrative

depth that make a solo experience interesting.

The multiplayer feels superficial, with PvP being pretty irrelevant and group quests being

frustrating experiences thanks to server disconnects, a bad combat system, and more.

There are survival elements to the game as well, but they're pretty basic stuff, and

feel irrelevant in a game with a free fast-travel system.

The endgame is also uninspiring, lacking a clear goal for players to go out and achieve.

The game becomes mechanical — you go out and loot treasure from high level enemies

until you have no more room in your bags.

Then you go back to your base to store your loot, occasionally crafting something with

your spoils.

And then you rinse and repeat.

The game quickly makes you feel like there's nowhere to go, nothing to do, and little to

see.

There isn't even a major hub for players to gather and interact with each other.

The experience is just... sad.

At its core, Fallout 76 bombed with audiences because it tried to be all things to all people,

and ended up satisfying nobody.

It's big, it's broad, and it's broken.

Ambition is great, and it's not necessarily bad that Bethesda wanted to try something

new.

But execution matters.

Games are about having fun, and that's one thing Fallout 76 isn't.

Its nightmare launch is already the stuff of legend, and we're not sure if Bethesda

can fix these problems after the fact.

And even if they could, it's possible frustrated players may not care.

The damage is done — now we're all stuck living with the no-good, toxic Fallout.

Voices of Bears Ears — Ep. 1: The High Desert Adventurer - Duration: 2:26.

I'm Dustin Randall, I run a guiding business in Monticello, Utah. Most of the

time people are kind of taken aback just by the size and scope of the place. It's

not as big and grandiose as some other parks are. You know it's not a Zion it's not

Yosemite. But what it is, is layers of life, of culture. With the backbone of the

road system we have here, using a bicycle is a really great way to enjoy all of it.

It's the way to see this country for sure. When you got on a bicycle and

approach from these areas to the west of here, it's like a curtin being drawn back

to time and how this area was formed — just from peaks to high plateaus to

deep canyons

Between the La Sals at 12,000 feet to the Abajos at 11,000, to dropping into these

low drainages of the Colorado and San Juan rivers clear down to Lake Powell,

there's a zone for every activity you want to do. There's miles and miles of canyons

west of here that you can spend a lifetime in.

There's something to do in every season. Now I've spent a few years establishing

some climbing routes here that are kind of unique for this area. It's not Indian

Creek–style climbing, it's not high and scary, it's a very approachable beginner

friendly place to climb, and we've got elevation so it's a lot cooler in the

summertime.

There's just so much that's exposed, it's kind of like this land is baring itself

to us and saying, "Hey come join me in what I'm offering you."
