Adolf Hitler facts Nazi Germany World War two and more history has shown the

world many different tragedies and triumphs from the ancient pyramids to

the world wars to 9/11 there's no shortage of historic events which have

happened throughout the history of time throughout history mankind has endured

regimens of several villainous individuals who took control of their

given governments power can be used in many different ways some for better of

humanity and some that can be detrimental to the well-being of people

there have been great leaders who have come and gone ones who brought change

and left the legacy and others who brought brute tyranny during their

entire reign one of the more unforgiving dictators in human history was Adolf

Hitler who led the Third Reich he was the leader of the Nazi Party and

initiated World War two where he led the tragic events of the Holocaust the

Holocaust is one of the most brutal and tragic events of history and its effects

are still felt around the world today Adolf Hitler had a particular vision

where anyone who wasn't of his kind was to be eliminated referring to them as

untermensch Minh or subhumans this resulted in the genocide of six million

Jews during the Holocaust and has had a lasting mark on generations to this day

too many people were affected by the vision that was evidently destructible

most people are aware of who he was and what he did but today we will look at

Hitler facts that you and I likely didn't know whether you know much about

the Third Reich Nazi Germany or the Holocaust or not these facts are sure to

surprise you and maybe even teach you a thing or two before we begin this video

make sure you subscribe to our channel so that you don't miss out on all of the

awesome life hacks tips and tricks from your number one vesti

keep watching as we count down the most curious Hitler facts that you probably

didn't know number 11 he loved Charlie Chaplin Hitler also loved comedies and

his favorite British comedic actor was Charlie Chaplin in fact Hitler was

extremely flattered when Charlie Chaplin publicly lampooned the powerful leader

in the Great Dictator which is an American 1940s political satire and

comedy drama which was written produced and directed by Charlie Chaplin himself

number 10 he liked painting Hitler also enjoyed painting and even attending art

school he created hundreds of pieces of art and made his living off the sales of

his artwork before he became the leader of the Nazi Party he also reportedly

took all kinds of drugs while he was leader including perv in the equivalent

of pervitin today is crystal methamphetamine number nine the board

Hilde Project Hitler is said to have made one of the first ever blow-up dolls

in an effort to prevent syphilis from spreading among his soldiers they were

called synthetic comforters had blonde hair blue eyes and were small enough in

size to fit inside a backpack this outrageous project led by Hitler was

given a name the Borg held project although it has

been disputed as a hoax for years citing a lack of evidence number eight he had a

crush on a Jewish girl it may sound unusual but he fell in love with a

Jewish girl at school who went by the name of Stephanie sack she wasn't aware

of how he felt as Adolf was very shy and reserved when it came to talking about

his romantic feelings he did develop fantasies about her however it never

transpired and he later developed a detestation towards the entire jew

nation number seven he behaved quite freely

with women on the contrary to his shyness in his earlier years it wasn't

so much the case when he became an adult he was known for having no issue with

freely grabbing women even by their private parts consensually or not he

even developed a relationship with his niece gaily Rawal which had many people

speculating that it was beyond a friendly affection rumors have

circulated for years that they had a sexual relationship she committed

suicide at the age of 23 leaving many to wonder if it had anything to do with the

disturbing sexual acts that he involved her in do you know what one thing Hitler

was absolutely against doing keep watching until the end and you'll find

out number 6 he wanted to become a priest earlier in his life at the age of

four he had an accident in which he had fallen into a lake in the middle of the

winter he was saved by a priest which left him wanting to return the favor and

become a priest himself as he grew older it was apparent that instead of wanting

to serve God he wanted to play God himself

and this idea of his was no longer number five he couldn't drive relying on

a personal driver during his time and power

Adolf Hitler never learned how to drive himself many believed that this was due

to his fear of failing in front of people in public there are no records of

his driver's license but in fact a record of a speeding ticket that was

issued to the owner of the vehicle who despite not driving was Hitler himself

keep watching as we continue to count down the top curious facts about Adolf

Hitler that you probably didn't know number four he was a vegetarian

Hitler was known to be Pro animal welfare and that went hand in hand with

his decision to become a vegetarian he had a genuine love for animals that was

against any testing on them which he expressed in his renowned diary he even

had an idea to introduce vegetarianism as an official ideology after the war

hoping that others alike would follow him in his

Dever number three he had digestion problems ate off suffered from

gastrointestinal tract issues for much of his life which led him to experience

stomach pains gas diarrhea and immense discomfort after consuming food fearing

his ailment getting out into the public he resorted to 29 different drug options

all of which did nothing to help number two he lost one of his man parts while

fighting in the Battle of Somme for the German Empire during the first world war

Hitler was injured leading doctors to remove one of his let's just say man

parts which saved his life it's widely believed that his defect provoked his

inferiority complex the condition is called cryptorchidism which is when

either one or both of a male's testicles are absent because they do not descend

past the scrotum many historians believe that he only had one testicle

while others refute the long-held belief now that you know the most curious

Hitler facts ear is a curious fact about one thing that he was absolutely against

number one he was against smoking once he came into power Adolf Hitler was

known to be anti smoking despite smoking heavily in his youth he

proclaimed that cigarettes were nothing but a waste of money and began an

anti-smoking campaign which led to the prohibition of smoking on public transit

although he was known for making unjust and inhumane decisions this one would be

considered a noble one and here's another interesting fact it has also

been reported that the lady who created Hitler's bunker later had a grandson who

also created Saddam Hussein's bunker the more

you know so there you have it curious facts about Hitler that you might not

have known whether you know a lot about Hitler and the Third Reich or not one

thing for certain is that the history of the Holocaust is a brutal and disturbing

one with that being said what do you think was the most curious Hitler fact

Proof Santa is REAL!?! - Duration: 5:05.

Hi everybody, I'm Amanda the G and this year I decided to do the reddit secret santa

which if you don't know there is a subreddit called r dash

secret santa

Where they do gift exchanges throughout the year

and a giant one at Christmas

and I'm doing both the giant gift exchange and the holiday

card exchange in the holiday card is just send a holiday card

whatever, but there's about a hundred thousand people

that sign up for the Secret Santa this year something like that and

Some magical admins work forever to match all of them and they try and keep it in the same country unless you say yes

please give me another country because the shipping between countries can be insane and then you go out and you spend

they suggest around $20 and you sent off a

Secret Santa gift and you do fill out a little like profile thing that tells people about yourself or

things that you might want or you can link to different like websites

I didn't really link it to anything because I was like

I'm not gonna link this to my Amazon wishlist

because that's literally not an Amazon wish list

it's an Amazon Amanda is gonna buy that

Someday list for the most part

and also I don't update it frequently and there's stuff on it from 2012

And I didn't really want to be like here get me these things, you know

So I just kind of said a bunch of stuff about myself and I got someone else who did pretty much the same thing

She just gave me a list of things about herself

So I thought it would be fun to kind of go through and show you what I got for her

She should have it by the time this video goes up, but I don't know she's actually opened it or not

uh

But I find it very hard to figure out that she would know how to find this video

At all whatsoever because a hundred thousand people

and it doesn't tell you who is sending you something

the things that I know

about this person

She likes horror related things and she likes like Nightmare on Elm Street and all of that

uh and the purge series and Neil Gaiman and

She also likes

Folk music and

drawing to de-stress from the week and

she has three cats and

mentioned not only that she liked

Harry Potter the books, but that her two

favorite, like her two fictional characters, that would be her friends

would, are both characters from the book

Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom

So I'm thinking that she probably likes Harry Potter a little bit.

That's pretty much what I know

she likes penny candies and chocolates like this is just what was in the profile and

Obviously, you can't hit all of that in 20 bucks, but I tried to do the best I could

So without knowing too too much

I got her a sketchbook, and I don't know the medium that she uses for her drawings

But I do know that sketchbook wise these are, this kind of like my favorite

So hopefully she likes that where it you can actually like

Have a spiral and go all the way around so you have the full

sheet to draw on

I prefer that kind of supposed to a kind that's bound

Personally

and then a sketch pencil set once more

I don't know her medium, but these have like a variety of different tips

and then because she is a Harry Potter f- fan

I found her Harry Potter licensed Harry Potter socks

I don't know her house and I didn't want like message her and be like hey

So what's your house? you can message people, but I don't really feel like it so

there's all of the houses in these and

Then they also have the always

and then they have the Hogwarts crest as well

then because she has three cats

I got her cat toys for each of her cats.

They're, they're little

Catnip cat toys. There's three little cat toys

and then

finally rounding out everything that I got for her, I got her a pound of chocolate

It's from a local chocolate place because I wanted to get her something that was local since everything

I got was literally like from stores that are everywhere but chocolates a pound of assorted chocolates

It smells delicious

the chocolates alone were more than the $20 suggestion

But we're just gonna kind of ignore that I went slightly over not

terribly terribly over some people go terribly terribly over but I went a little bit over because you know,

I felt like I should do something nice for people

And I wanted to hit as many of her interests as I could but also get her something for her cats

Hopefully she likes it. This is my first year doing the reddit Secret Santa because I always forget to sign up for it in time

And I have no idea who got me and I'm really kind of nervous to find that out

and as for what's coming from my reddit Secret Santa I already told them in my little like

Profile thing that you that you fill out for them

that I'm not going to open what they send me until Christmas morning

Because I just don't get a lot of Christmas stuff

So I am going to leave it wrapped underneath my tree

whenever it arrives and it's gonna stay there until Christmas

So I will let y'all know what I get with my reddit Secret Santa after

Christmas because I am NOT gonna open it before then

if you're also doing the reddit secret santa let me know in the comments

below, I'd like to know who's all doing it

and if you liked this video, click the like button and subscribe to my channel

I make a new video every Tuesday and Friday. Thank you guys so much for watching. Mwah

How I Made my First Event, OfferMind - Duration: 30:20.

- Boom!

What's goin' on everyone?

It's Steve Larsen from Sales Funnel Radio.

Today I'm gonna teach you guys

how I was able to pull off

OfferMind so grandly as my very first event.

I've spent the last four years learning

from the most brilliant marketers today.

And now I've left my nine to five to take the plunge

and build my million dollar business.

The real question is,

how will I do it without VC funding or debt?

Completely from scratch?

This podcast is here to give you the answer.

Join me and follow along as I learn, apply,

and share marketing strategies to grow my online business

using only today's best internet sales funnels.

My name is Steve Larsen

and welcome to Sales Funnel Radio.

What's up?

Hey, I'm excited for this episode.

I'm excited for today, I'll be honest.

So, just know that, what I wanted to do,

is I had OfferMind happen just very recently.

OfferMind was my event that signified me moving

into the offer creation category.

No one has become the category king of offer creation.

I am trying to make my stand there

as being the best and the first in that area

as the solution provider for that area.

You know what I'm talking about?

So anyways, I'm really really excited

about it and all of it.

OfferMind has signified a lot.

What this episode right here is not about

is the content about OfferMind.

What I wanted to do, is take instead,

kind of an objective look

at how I pulled off OfferMind

so grandly as my very first event.

Anyways, it'll be fun.

It'll be really really cool.

I love events.

Events are very special.

If you guys think about it,

there are seven phases of a funnel.

We learned that from the book, dot com secrets.

There are seven phases of a funnel.

The seventh phase of a funnel

is to change somebody's environment.

That's why events are so powerful.

If somebody is agreeing to come to an event,

they've gone through the first six phases of a funnel.

I'm not gonna go through all those right now,

but you can look them up at dot com secrets.

The seventh phase of a funnel,

the last phase of the funnel,

is to change somebody's actual physical environment.

And that's why it's so awesome when they show up,

but it's also why it's so hard to get them to the event.

And so if you're about to throw an event,

and you're like, it is super hard to get people to an event.

Like, yeah, I totally get it.

I completely understand.

So I was at this inner circle meeting a little while ago.

It was probably like six month ago.

I think, I dunno, my time table is totally messed up now.

It was a while ago.

And I was at this inner circle meeting

and I learned from some of these other people who were there

what they've been doing is in some of their products,

they've been giving away a free ticket to their event.

And so when you buy the book or the program or whatever,

included in that is a ticket to the event.

That's clever.

Now let me ask you a question though.

Do you think the person who shows up

with a free ticket has the same mentality

as the person who shows up with a paid ticket?

No!

Totally different.

And in fact, if you give away a thousand free tickets,

I would guess maybe 200 would actually show up.

That much of a drop off, okay?

Huge drop off.

And very different mentality.

You will attract a broke room, a poor room,

if you're going to be selling something.

Not to offend anybody, just being honest okay.

If you pay to get to an event,

what do you you think the attendance rate is gonna be?

A lot higher.

It's pretty standard inside of events

that have a 10% drop-off rate.

A 10% no-show rate.

They just don't show up.

Baffles me. Blows my mind.

I have no idea why it's that way, but it is.

Even with the high ticket events,

paid ticket events, whatever.

When I was running a lot of fad events,

or funnel-haca-thon events,

guys that was a 15000 to 25000 dollar event

for people to show up.

That is how much they paid

and still we'd have people who would not show up

after paying that much money.

Yes, I'm serious.

And it's like, holy crap are you serious?

Yeah, I am.

And that's what's interesting about this.

There's always a no-show rate.

Understand the difference between

There is gonna be a different mentality of person

that shows up when you gave away free tickets

versus the mentality of a person

who showed up with paid tickets.

So I was like, well.

I need validation to even move forward on this idea.

How can I validate throwing my own event?

I mean I've always wanted to throw my own event.

And so what happened was,

about four months ago when I knew

that Russell was gonna be doing the,

wait, it's November isn't it?

November/December by the time you see this episode

it will be December?

Okay, but right now, recording this,

'cause I match my content,

practice what I preach here, right.

It was back in

February

when Russell first started talking about doing

this book.

The 30 days book.

When he first started talking about that

and he started reaching out to all the people for it,

I was like, sweet, this is gonna be so cool.

And I went in and I got to write my chapter and be in here,

be featured and it was really exciting and awesome.

What was cool, is when he wrote this book,

when the idea came out for this book,

I thought to myself,

that's it.

That is how I can fill a room.

That is the vehicle that I can give a free ticket away with

when I sell it.

So that was super exciting.

I knew that OfferMind was gonna be comin' up

some time in the future.

I didn't know when,

but I knew it was there.

Most people will stop

because they don't see all the details yet.

Don't stop, okay.

If you've got a sweet idea,

just know that clarity will happen as you move,

not before you move.

Little nugget there, just threw it out.

And so when I saw him go out and say,

you know what, we're gonna give away,

for everyone who promotes the book,

we're gonna give 100% commissions.

He's like, I'm not gonna take any commissions on that book.

I was like, you're kidding.

Oh my gosh, this is actually really really big.

Okay, okay, dude, can I interview you on my podcast?

Russell was on the podcast a little while ago.

Dude, can I get this, can I do that.

Alright?

And I started structuring a campaign around this book.

Knowing that when I drop out a free ticket,

with the book,

I'm gonna get more sales

because the perceived value

of my offer is gonna go through the roof

and I also knew that people were gonna be like,

oh my gosh, and it was gonna be more talkable.

So I sold 375 books and I was like,

I bet a third of those people will actually show up.

And that's about what happened.

About 120 RSVPed, but I think about 100 showed up,

which is pretty standard for a free ticket.

You know what I mean?

There's not as much fear of loss

if you don't show up for a free event

that you didn't pay for, right?

And so what I did,

was I piggy-backed the event on Russell's event,

Russell's event of the 30 Day book launch.

I piggy-backed my physical event off of the digital event

of Russell's 30 Day book launch going on.

That's how I filled it up so much.

I purposefully did it that way.

Now, I also knew though,

that a lot of people were not gonna be able to,

or didn't hear about, or just were like,

hey I already bought the book through somebody else,

so I didn't wanna leave out all those other people.

So what I did, was I built a funnel, an event funnel,

and it was a very fast funnel to go in

and sell people who wanted to actually dive on in

and join the event.

So that's what I did.

And it worked really really well also.

And then I sold a VIP upgrade.

And then I sold a one-on-one session

with me afterwards on the third day.

And I started selling different areas around it.

But the biggest mistake I will tell you guys right now

that people make with throwing events

is they try to make money on the event tickets.

I don't take any profit on people just getting to the event.

There's not as much story in this episode,

I just want to hit several things right here.

What I did was I ran a little ask campaign inside the group,

the science of selling online,

and I asked a lot of you guys,

hey, what question to do you guys

have about how I ran OfferMind?

And so I'm answering a lot

of your questions as you had them.

So you guys can see how I did it.

The event room in the hotel

was $7500 I believe.

And I was like, I don't wanna pay for that.

I was like, holy crap, are you serious?

I was like, well, what if I just did a really long

one-on-one session with somebody on the third day.

So the event was two days

but there was actually a third day

where I left it open for people

if they wanted to do one-on-one sessions with me.

That's exactly what happened.

Somebody came in and they paid

and I charged almost the exact amount as the room was.

Sweet, alright, somebody else paid for the room.

Please no one get offended by this.

I'm just telling you guys what's going through my head.

I was like, okay okay.

I knew it was going to be around $20000

for the AV team to come in.

It was significantly more though.

It was $35000

for the AV team to come on in.

It's why it looked so pro and so amazing

and I was like, man, I don't wanna pay for that.

And so I was like, okay,

what if I just push a little bit harder on this book?

And I did and we sold 375 books,

that's the equivalent of $37500.

Well sweet, okay, that paid for the AV.

We have some sessions that paid for the room.

Now how I pay for swag

and to make it awesome,

get a photographer there

and get someone just filming B roll?

All of those things together was probably another 10000.

Alright?

So what I did.

Uh, it was more than that.

Anyway, what I did, was I sold a VIP upgrade.

Through that VIP upgrade,

I think there was like 14000 dollars

that came in through the VIP upgrade.

I was like sweet.

You guys get how I did this?

I mean, out of pocket,

there was a few other expenses,

things around that I'm just not remembering

off the top of my head.

But you have to understand, get resourceful.

It doesn't matter what level you're at.

I've watched Russell do this

when he's been planning Funnel Hacking live,

there will be these big people,

Tony Robins, or let's get in this person or that person,

he's like crap, seriously,

that's how much money they want?

Or, it costs that much money to do that?

Or the event room is this amount of money?

Or the swag, holy crap.

Rather than go, well maybe we won't,

he says how can I.

He says how can I

and how can I do that?

And then multiple times I've watched him go through

and structure a way to liquidate his cost on that.

That's exactly 100% how I pulled off OfferMind.

Structurally I'm talking about,

how I actually pulled it all together.

And pull all those pieces together.

So in total, I don't,

I think it was around $65000 to pull it off?

Is that about how much it was?

$65000 for OfferMind?

- Yeah.

- I was just checking with Colton.

My alter ego now.

$65000 to pull off OfferMind.

I think, out of my pocket, to actually pull off the event,

about 37000 dollars for

selling the book,

another $7000 for

plus the 15 ish

plus the 20,

I think I shelled out maybe personally about,

maybe like six or seven grand,

which guys, in hindsight, really awesome.

I wanted sweet swag.

I wanted an amazing visually impressive experience.

If step seven of a funnel,

phase seven of funnels,

the final phase of the funnel is a new environment,

I cannot just have you walk into a normal room.

I must put you in an environment.

I must put, does that make sense?

You have got to enter a different sphere,

a different place.

I'm willing to go into the hole over that.

You understand?

And so I did.

Sort of like, structurally,

that's how I pulled off the event.

Three days before OfferMind happened,

I asked one of the AV guys,

which they're freaking amazing by the way,

valiant was the name of the AV team.

They're the same ones that do Funnel Hacking Live.

They're the same AV team

that does all the two comic-up x events.

They do everything for Russell.

They set up the stage,

it's a brilliant brilliant room, all that stuff.

That's why it looked so great.

And they came to me

and they had this cool pitch.

They were like, what if we had,

we love your light bulb logo.

We're thinking what if we dangle light bulbs upside down

from the ceiling in this cool way

with your logo floating in the back?

I was like, that's amazing, yes!

Sounds good.

So as far as structurally pulling

off the event logistically, that's how it happened,

is I'm looking for ways to liquidate costs

on the cool things.

Rather than sacrifice experience,

how I can afford, how can I create experience.

So the event was pretty much like a,

the event was like a,

it was completely liquidated.

Almost.

Almost, I did go into the hole a little bit with it.

But that was, you know, whatever.

I mean, you guys that came.

I mean, if you didn't come,

there's no way you did not see

someone posting about OfferMind.

Right?

Social proof was all over the place.

I know the psychology of sharing a post on social media.

Someone shares.

The reason we share is because we think it's funny,

or it evokes a lot of emotion,

it makes somebody laugh,

or it makes somebody feel important.

When I share something funny,

I'm doing it because I'm saying I'm funny.

When I share something that makes me angry,

I'm sharing it because I'm saying it makes me angry.

Does that make sense?

We share stuff to say who we are.

It actually is a reflection

of the essence of the individual sharing.

It has less to do with what you're sharing

and more about how the share-er feels.

And so knowing that,

guys those are like the things,

knowing and understanding that piece of it,

what I was trying to do is give people content to share.

That's why the room needed to be amazing.

That's why all the stuff in there needed

to be visually so impressive.

You understand?

It was not just about me teaching.

It was not just about me practicing stuff

about my book that is coming out about it, right?

Your core offer, is gonna be the book.

And the content itself, from the event,

was on a higher level,

the stuff that is coming out of the book

and I needed to test it in one final phase.

I've been testing it for months and months,

eight, nine months.

And I needed to go in and do that.

But you have to understand,

that was what the event was for content-wise.

But I needed it to be so visually impressive.

It needed to be an experience.

When you walked in,

I needed those doors to close.

You're not allowed inside the event.

No one is allowed in there.

No one is leaking pictures.

I know a few people did and I wish they hadn't.

Because what I'm doing is I'm creating anticipation.

Event throwing is what a marketer does,

whether online or offline.

Part of the event is anticipation for the event.

Can you imagine, wow.

And I needed to invoke that emotion.

Imagine what it would be like,

imagine what the feeling is gonna be,

what is gonna be like when I sit there

and I have this major epiphany

on why I've not made it work yet.

What's it gonna be like.

And that game in the person's head

is what I'm trying to cause.

So that when they're behind closed doors

and the registration table is on the outside of the event

and the doors are closed

but they hear the music.

And they hear the music

and the feel the ground rumble,

and they're seeing some streaming lights coming through

but they can't quite see what's going on.

And for the first time, those doors open.

There's literally new doors in their life opening.

You understand?

It's a symbol, okay?

It is a symbol.

Event throwing is an art.

There is a science behind it

but there is an art piece to it as well.

I am not just having people show up in a room

and me speak at them.

In my mind, no matter the content, what I would say,

huge, huge, huge opportunity,

failure if that was the case.

That is not why I threw the event.

I threw the event, yes, for the content pieces,

I'm gonna be using that in other places in as well;

book, other cool stuff that's comin'.

But I needed, it's more about the experience

of the individual showing up.

Is it a symbol of new opportunity in the individual's life?

Am I breaking and rebuilding

so many beliefs inside the person's head

that they are literally doing things

that they never thought they could do?

They have new capacities for own life

that they never thought were possible.

That's why I'm trying to do.

That's why the event is such a big deal.

All the stuff laid out

in perfect matching order on the tables,

the swag, the way they walk up,

why the doors are closed, the way they open up,

the music that's playing, music you guys hear me play

on my live funnel builds.

There is so much freaking psychology behind it.

It's important that I'm not in the room

when you actually open the door.

I should not be in the room.

I should have somebody else introduce me.

And they're whole role is

to raise the energy level of the room.

Whoa, whoa, whoa,

and then,

welcome Mister Stephen Larsen.

Right? And I need that.

It elevates.

As I walk up to the stage

and the person who is Mcing, which is James Freel,

which I'm very thankful for,

he did that and he got them riled up.

And there was some cool videos played.

Marley, my amazing video person,

made this incredible walk-up video.

Lots of credibility stuff.

Stuff that feels, I'm a little bit uncomfortable with.

You know what I mean?

I don't want ever to be like me, me, me.

But that's important for the psychology of the event.

When I walk up,

I need to physically make contact with the MC.

That is the transfer of authority and power on stage

and it's the visual in front of the people,

this is important and I'm not making this up you guys.

Go watched 10X Secrets training,

he's gonna talk about this.

That psychology is massive.

So when I walk up,

my role is to not raise the energy of the room.

My role is to come in with an already high level energy room

and then I can do my thing.

Otherwise, I gotta raise the energy of the room

and then I can do my thing.

I don't wanna do that role.

There's a lot to throwing the event.

There's a lot of psychology behind it.

You think I'm joking?

Go watch people who actually do this professionally

as well all the time.

I've been exposed to a lot of that.

That's why I know a lot of this

and I've been doing it,

and that's why we pulled it off well.

So there is orchestration behind your actual event.

How it runs, the way it happens.

I know that as the event goes up,

I need to build pressure and excitement,

and then release it.

And then build pressure and excitement

higher than last time and then release it.

And then build pressure and excitement

higher than the other two times

and then release it.

And then build pressure, and then sail.

That's exactly what I did.

Okay, so I'm like boom, cool nugget drop,

release it, let's take a break.

And I can tell when people

were exhausted mentally or physically.

I put caffeine on the tables.

Okay, prove it.

That's the emblem I'm in,

you guys all know that,

and a lot of you guys ask me about it.

And I drink prove it every single day.

And a lot of you guys know that.

You know that about the orange bottle, right.

This is the orange bottle.

There's always orange juice in there.

A lot of you guys comment about that.

What did I do?

I need you mentally checked in.

I'm gonna drop some stuff

that no one ever taught before.

So because of that we made sure to get

literally $2000 worth of prove it on the tables.

And lace it all and keep it on the tables.

It wasn't so much about me.

I'm not trying to sell it.

I need their brains checked.

Boosh, are they with me?

Because I'm gonna go long and I'm gonna go hard

and there's gonna be,

I'm gonna go late into the evening.

I'm gonna over-deliver day one.

Over-deliver to the hilt.

Blow people's brains.

Boosh, brains on the wall right.

The reason is because I'm doing everything that I can,

everything that I can,

to orchestrate an experience,

not just drop cool content.

They got caffeine.

I'm givin' them notebooks so they can take notes.

I'm not gonna expect them to come

with a pen and a notepad.

But I need them to take notes.

Mentally, they're checking in when they do that.

When they open up that notebook

and they start taking notes,

they are with me.

When they take a little bit of caffeine,

still like one of the best nootropics

that's ever been out there right,

they are with me.

They can go further and longer

than they normally can physically on their own.

More discipline, more focus, more attention

than they would ever do on at their own homes.

Very fascinating by the way.

And then they go to sleep

and they're spending time with each other in the evening,

they're like, holy crap,

that was freakin' nuts, jeez.

Then the next day, what did you learn,

what did you learn, what did you learn.

And part of what I'm doing is,

as I'm taking breaks,

you guys all noticed that were there,

I'm going in and I'm saying,

there was those catch box mics.

And I'm like, if you have questions throughout, ask me.

I need us to be interactive.

It's not just for questions,

it's to keep you engaged.

Me throwing around the catch box all over the place,

the microphone that you can throw,

it's so that I know what was the coolest piece

and I'm hearing it and I'm hearing where people's wow is.

And I'm like, oh, for me the wow was over here,

you thought the wow was over there, okay cool.

And you guys were guiding me more

than you realize when I was on stage.

I was extremely prepared but I'm making sure

that I'm spot checking based on your feedback.

And when breaks are over, keep that energy high.

By throwing around the catch box.

What did you learn?!

And if I'm just standing on stage in the one spot?

Bad.

Dumb.

Failure.

You guys know that the photographer that was there,

she's like you move more

than anybody that I've ever seen on stage,

and I'm like,

yeah, it's because I am trying to keep you with me.

You should be freakin' exhausted

after one 90 minute presentation.

Russell taught me once, he said,

one 90 minute presentation is the equivalent

of an eight hour work day in energy expenditure.

Okay, 90 minutes.

I don't even know how long I went.

I went from nine AM to

nine PM.

I think I went 12 hours.

There was a one and a half hour lunch break.

We took

a hour at dinner, I think?

Did we take an hour at dinner?

Something like that?

So I went for

eight hours?

It was freakin' exhausted you guys.

Don't plan on sleeping when you do this kind of stuff.

And you should be exhausted.

I'm running around the room.

I am responsible for the energy tone

that is set in the room.

I am responsible, not the audience.

Guys why aren't you,

When people stand up and they beg for comments,

it's the presenter that's losing, not the audience.

I know that.

And when I was doing these super high level fad events,

stuff like that,

they're deep complex concepts sometimes right?

It's not up to them.

It's up to me.

So I run around like an animal.

My feet were freakin' on fire after day one.

A lot of people say, Stephen how do you do what do?

It hurts!

That's the answer man.

It hurts.

I was laying down in the hotel room

even though I live here,

way easier to just stay in mind-prep zone

and try to stay in state.

While I'm staying in a hotel room at the hotel

that it's happening so I can just go right to the room,

right back up.

Lunches, go detox, drop the pressure and noise,

like Alex talks about.

Relax for a second, listen to some meditation music,

chill the freak out and then go back into state.

Whew, bam, right.

The break is for me is just as much as it is for the people.

Right?

Boom. Boom.

And there were multiple times when someone would walk up

and be like can I ask you a question,

and I'll be like sorry no.

Because I need to make sure I protect my break.

I need to make sure I protect my time.

So guys that's,

I wanna walk through how I actually structured

my first six figure day,

'cause that's what happened there,

but not on this episode though.

I wanna do that on the next one.

I just want you know how I threw the event

and what was all involved with it.

And we're gettin' swag and we're getting net 30 terms

so I can make sure I can get right,

the actual physical cash coming in

on this one so it pays for that,

and let's get it over here so it pays for that.

Let's get it over here, it pays for that.

And guys, that's how you throw a sweet amazing event.

You don't have all those things in places.

Not usually, most of us, not usually.

You don't have all of that stuff in place.

Instead it's all about building the pressure

just like you would a product.

Build the pressure.

Tickets, go, go, go, go, go.

We're gonna close, we're gonna close, we're gonna close.

Who can pay for what?

Who is gonna do what?

Bam, bam, bam, bam, bam, right.

It has a lot to do with anticipation, energy output,

expectations, and experience, and environment.

That's how you throw a good event.

I could of stood up and said things

that were not actually that prolific,

and it would still have been a great event

because of the experience that we provided.

Does that make sense?

It's that big of a deal.

Now, I understand that the content was epic,

and that's never been taught anywhere,

and I've never had a platform to teach all that.

It was really really cool.

But I know I've talked about the content

that came from the event

and how I write the book slowly

and why the event was thrown and stuff like that.

But I'm not talking about the content,

I'm talking about the event itself and throwing it.

What I'd like to do in a few episodes from now

as well is walk through how I was able

to structure a six figure day.

My first one ever.

It was almost multi six, which is really cool.

And I want to teach you guys how I was able to go do that

and pull that apart as well.

So again, these episodes are a little more in depth,

a little more intense than I normally would make them.

But a lot of you guys ask

so I thought it would be a cool place to do that.

Somebody asked what was the biggest take-away you had

from your first live event.

Thank you Pat Phelps, appreciate it.

What's the first biggest take-away?

They were challenging but Colton and I were even talking,

they're not as challenging as people said that it was.

And I know it's because we had great help,

there was a full out team.

There's no way you can do that on your own, by the way.

You need people.

People were all over the place helping.

I so appreciate that.

I clearly understand and realize

that it's not me, me, me land.

Biggest take-away?

Yeah, definitely it was in liquidating costs

through other things.

How much did all the AV stuff cost

using all the other crew?

$35000 for the crew.

They are completely worth it.

Hire them, they're amazing.

For the total event, 65 grand.

And as far as roles and positions.

It was actually Dave Woodword that taught me

that one person on your team

should be dedicated to you solely the entire event.

There's a lot of pressure going into your head,

so you need to have somebody with you all the time.

I need this, I need water, do you have a protein bar,

or something like that back and forth.

And understand guys,

it was just Colton and I pull this stuff off.

It was so crazy.

A lot of people helped, swooped on in,

and I'm just so appreciative.

It really really means a lot.

As far as setting it up, getting stuff on the table,

really, I mean, it was just so so helpful.

Colton's wife came in for a bit, Tara,

she came in and did a lot.

Ryan Jones,

Scott, Taylor, you came in.

There was, anyways, I'm trying to give kudos

and thanks to where it's deserved.

A lot of people involved in the pieces to set-up,

stuff like that.

As far as roles though?

Anyway.

The biggest thing I learned,

you know what, I'm not gonna answer that one now.

The biggest thing I learned

I want to talk about it

on the way I structured the six figure day,

which would be really really cool.

Anyways, appreciate it guys.

Thank you so much.

Very excited about this.

Hopefully you guys learned more about throwing events.

I'm not saying it's gotta be

that massive scale all the time.

You're like crap Stephen,

I don't have 65 grand to go throw an event.

Okay, whatever, fine.

But just know, it's more about providing an experience

and changing the environment.

It is the final phase in the funnel.

And because of that, you're gonna lose a lot of people,

the six steps on the way to the seventh.

Think about it.

Russell's got a freakin' giant list.

A lot of people that show up to Funnel Hacking Live

are not using ClickFunnels yet.

They want to but still,

his event is only 4000 people

when there's 70000 active monthly users.

When there's 4000 people coming to this next event,

4500, alright.

Think about the numbers of that.

And he has such a huge list.

Some people are like,

Stephen, I'm gonna go throw a massive event,

it'll be real easy.

Events are like the hardest things to fill ever.

Way harder than a webinar.

Way harder than anything else

because they gotta go set-up who's the babysitter,

what are my flights, what are my hotels,

can I get off time for work,

can I get off time for this, blah blah blah.

Right, there is so much stuff.

Events like that appeal to hot audiences

when you have a very hot audience

who are on the seventh phase of the funnel.

So it's a small group.

A very small group.

And I'm excited for the next OfferMind,

there certainly will be one probably at least,

it's gonna be a yearly event.

And next year I'm actually

already bringing in some really cool speakers as well.

I can't tell you who, but.

So anyways.

If you guys want a ticket though,

we do have discounted tickets for a little while.

The price is definitely going up

because it's a sick event.

I got some cool people coming to you guys as well.

For this first event,

I needed the content to be more about the content.

The next event though,

I'm actually gonna bring in some more people

about here's how you create offers

around that industry, that industry,

that industry, that industry,

and here's the expert on the person that did it,

that did it, that did it, that did it.

So really cool people comin' on in

about specifically offer creation,

it'll be really really cool.

So you guys can go to OfferMind.com

and go get your thing.

It's exciting.

I'm really really pumped for you,

really excited for all this stuff,

and it'll be really cool.

So go to OfferMind.com, you guys,

you can grab tickets.

If it's off, just put your name on the waiting list.

If it's up, then the tickets are there

and you can actually dive on in

and grab a ticket at the price that it was at now.

We're gonna have to raise it a little bit,

but anyway, excited.

Screaming success, a lot of people involved,

and definitely it was a hail Mary, just tons of fun.

But it took Colton and I, I think,

a solid three days just to recover physically.

Probably a solid week to recover mentally.

I mean, I was like, I was wrecked.

You were wrecked.

We were wrecked man.

That was like.

I've thrown a lot of events.

There was only one other time in my life

I've been that tired

and it was during basic training.

Seriously.

That was insane man.

But anyways, cool stuff guys.

Appreciate it.

You're all awesome.

I appreciate you guys comin'.

I know a lot of you guys wanted to come

and there will definitely be others.

We'd love to have you at the future ones.

See you guys later.

Bye.

If you're just starting out,

you're probably studying a lot.

That's good.

You're probably geeking out on all the strategies also.

That's also good.

But the hardest part is figuring out

what the market wants to buy

and how you should sell it to them.

Right?

That's also what I struggled with for a while

until I learned the formula.

So I created a special mastermind called an OfferMind

to keep you on track with the right offer

and more importantly,

the right sales script to get it off the ground

and sell it.

Want to come?

There's small groups on purpose

so I can answer your direct questions in person

for two straight days.

You can hold your spot by going to OfferMind.com.

Again, that's OfferMind.com.

A day in the life of an Instagram Influencer| An Interview - Duration: 8:37.

- The seat's wet,

so he wiped the seat for me and look at his ass.

(laughing)

You're so cute!

(fun rhythmic music)

Hey, guys.

(laughing) I just forget.

Good morning, guys.

So it's Linh here again and welcome to my channel.

♪ Welcome, you're welcome ♪

Look who I've got here again.

He's always in my video.

Anyway.

- She's only got one friend and it's just me.

- You're my only friend.

- So we're just at the train station.

It's so rare that we would get out of our house.

- No, it's not.

- We're always at home.

- We always go to the gym.

- Yeah, gym or at home.

Anyway, today, I wanna share with you how does these

Instagram influencers make money.

I wanna know the fun that they have,

the perks that they get.

So today I'm gonna take you behind the scene

of a job that Annie, one of our marketing manager

who works with us, is also an Instagramer.

So we're going to get to eat for free,

we're gonna show you how we get that food for free,

and what she has to do on the day that

she does the Instagram job.

- Life of an influencer.

- Yes, and then now I'm gonna interview Chris

because Chris also is an Instagram influencer.

He gets things for free, he doesn't wanna pay for anything.

- No, no, I don't.

- Let me share with you.

So, hi, Chris.

(laughing)

So how did you get, I don't know, 17, 18,000 followers?

- Okay, I focus on hashtags and

the biggest hashtag for me was #gay.

(laughing)

All the gay guys decided to follow me

and that got trending.

And then, a few companies started reaching out to me

and I was like, oh, I can make decent money from this.

So then I started reaching out to companies as well.

And occasionally, they'll send me things for free.

Occasionally, they'll send me things and pay me.

So yeah, that's basically how you do it.

- [Linh] So how many thousands followers do you think

you need in order to get someone interested?

- The first time someone sent me something for free

was like 9,000.

- [Linh] Oh, yeah?

- We just did teeth bleaching and--

- [Linh] Your teeth are so white, by the way.

- Aw, thank you.

We bleached our teeth and it was free,

so this lady came to our house and,

yeah, she bleached our teeth.

And basically, the person who invited me to do it,

it was my friend and she's only got like 2,000 followers.

So you don't need actually 10 and upwards,

thousand followers, you just need a few

and be influential in your friendship circles.

That's what an influencer is.

- [Linh] Why does companies prefer to use Instagram

influencers than doing other type of marketing right now?

- Yeah, because digital marketing is trending and

everyone's on social media.

And it just makes a lot of sense to use an influencer

because people trust people.

It's different from just receiving an advertisement

from someone that is foreign to you.

When you see someone that you trust and you follow,

and you've built an affiliation with,

well, now you're using a product and

you idolize him or you at least admire him,

or think of them in a nice way,

then you're more likely to go out of your way and

inquire about those products, at least that's what I think.

- [Linh] What do you like about being an influencer?

- The attention.

(laughing)

And the free food and the gifts.

- [Linh] Any tips on anyone wanting to grow their Instagram?

- Yeah, be authentic, be yourself.

Use and talk about products that you love.

Yeah, I honestly think the biggest thing is being authentic,

and also, post frequently because

you don't wanna be forgotten.

- [Linh] Thank you, Chris!

- Okay, bye.

- [Linh] So you can see it's wet,

so he wiped the seat for me and look at his ass.

(laughing)

You're so cute!

So I get this little dry seat because

he used his ass to wipe it.

So these seats are like dry.

And it's under the shade,

and you had to wipe your ass for me

and we could've sat here.

- I will never go out of my way again for anyone else, ever!

(lighthearted music)

- [Linh] I'm with the one and only, Annie.

- (mumbles) you guys.

Richard coming.

They're saying upstairs is like the junk lounge

and here is the (mumbles).

I've got all my camera equipment in here, my laptop,

and it's heavy, so that's why I just sat it in

my wheelie bag.

Everyone like asks me like,

do you need directions, are you okay?

- [Linh] Look at this big camera bag.

- I'm okay, I'm not a tourist.

(laughing)

- [Linh] The first blooper for the job

is she forgot her actual camera.

(deep scary music)

(mumbles) ordering food.

Oh my god, so this camera was sitting here,

she opened it up and she...

- I think I left my brain at home today.

- On the train, we literally missed the train three times.

- [Linh] Today is a dopey day.

- We went up and down the wrong elevator.

- [Linh] So it's right here.

(exciting enchanting music) (laughing)

- You can see Richard like completely jumping (mumbles).

- She was at my house at 10:30 and we just got here.

(deep rhythmic music)

- So basically, when you get the food out,

you have to wait about an hour before you can eat.

So (mumbles) Instagram.

You have to take the perfect shot of the food.

So the food is good cold and

that's the only downside to being an Instagramer.

- It's really nice, isn't it?

- [Linh] So Annie, what do you like about

being an Instagram influencer?

(laughing)

- I like that I get to catch up with my friends

during lunch time by the harbor.

There's a lot of freedom to move around

and work at the same time.

So, that's what I like.

And I get to see my friends and family whenever I want.

- [Linh] When was the first job you had?

- This was before I had Instagram.

So I used to just do website posts on my blog,

and it was just, I was really into fashion.

So it was just like, this is my outfit.

And I went (mumbles) shopping and I would DIY stuff

and people would just pin it on Pinterest,

I was getting lots of traffic.

And then, yeah, I guess people started contacting me then.

But that was before Instagram--

- [Linh] How about Instagram?

When was your first job?

How many followers do you need to have, do you think,

before you could get some collaboration?

- Well, it's hard because I started my Instagram

based off the fact that everyone was just moving there.

So I didn't start it and then suddenly get contacted

at some point, it was all ready running then.

But I know that maybe I started getting more around

like 15,000 followers, because I guess they have

different tiers of influencers.

There's like micro influencers, there's big influencers,

there's celebrities.

So I was always kind of considered like a micro,

someone that would just accept free gifts for posts.

And then it wasn't until it got like maybe 15,000

when I thought it's kind of hard to juggle Instagram

and working and stuff.

And I need to make it more of like,

I need to make more strategic decisions.

And that's when the paid collaborations came.

- [Linh] What are the three tips that you could give

someone that wants to become an Instagram influencer?

- Tip one is to be original and be yourself,

because people can tell if they start seeing your content,

if you've copied off someone else.

It's good to draw inspiration for ideas and photo locations

and stuff, but it's better to have your own style

and own twists, so there's like a unique thing

that people are knowing you for.

The second thing is to take a breather and enjoy yourself

because if you start booking yourself for too many things,

then it starts feeling like a chore, it feels like work

and it's not fun.

So it's easy to get stuck into that and

then focus on the numbers too much,

and don't really take time and enjoy it.

And then step three is to share it with your friends.

So whenever you get an opportunity, like today,

invite your friends and family to come experience it too

because it makes a nice memory when you look

back at the photos, you remember the moment.

- Cool, thank you, Annie!

I'll let you get back to you work.

(laughing)

So that's it, guys.

That's a little taste for you for what life is like

to be an Instagram influencer.

So you get to hang out at cool places with friends,

you get to eat free food,

but obviously in exchange for your time,

your work for the photos.

Yeah, hopefully you got some value out of my video.

And if you like my video,

please don't forget to subscribe.

And yeah, follow that dude as well.

(laughing)

And see you next time.

(soft lighthearted music)

4 minutes to fitness excellence?!?! - Duration: 12:09.

today I'm gonna show you how a simple 4-minute workout routine could not only

make you lose fat more than almost anything else but also can get you in

the fittest shape you have ever been more right after this if we have not met

before my name is John Ruman and international business coach and

consultant as well as corporate trainer where my passion is to help you achieve

greatness 1 what are the big problems in life I don't have enough time to work

out I don't know what I can do to get in good shape it takes all this travel and

expense and all kind of stuff to work out and today we're gonna eliminate

those as issues in the way and before I tell you about what I'm gonna discuss

remember I did say it was simple it is not easy but I will encourage you to

work yourself towards doing it so that you do it and it does not become as

painful as what it could be so let me tell you about the workout it all stems

from something called interval training or a more prevalent term HIIT which you

may not have heard but h iit stands for high-intensity interval training what

that means is quite simply this and there's many methodologies to this and

many ways of activating this and I'll explain why the one I'm going to

encourage you to practice is the one I'm going to encourage you to practice but

the benefits to high-intensity interval training are two things one much less

wear and tear on the body one of the biggest challenges athletes have today

is that the amount of time and continual practice it takes for them to work out

they get a lot of what's called overuse injury it's hard for the body to recover

their cardiovascular system and they have to do different things to get their

cardiovascular system in great shape and weight loss is a problem for every

for many people but even athletes it is beneficial in virtually every athletic

event to actually be lean and mean so not every event but many events so again

this is stems from high-intensity interval training and the concept is

basically this crazy intense I don't mean oh-oh intense workout no I mean

all-out as much as you can at that moment push yourself to do and then

there's a rest period so there's a workout period and a rest period so the

there's a guy who was out of Japan who studied these high-intensity interval

trainings with athletes looking primarily for one thing and that he was

trying to determine vo2 max which don't worry about it all it means from someone

who's an actual athlete is how well they're able to convert oxygen into

muscle oxygen utilization in the muscle in other words how well they're able to

take a breath and have that actually exert itself into performance and it's

the number one simple measure that athletes use on a professional level to

gauge their their fitness so it has been proven to actually produce the highest

levels of increase of vo2 max in other words your physical performance great

right you doesn't want that though so you'll get really really fit also it

will it has the added benefit and this was something they found after the fact

so it's a total win-win is 36 hours after the workout the participants had I

don't remember the exact percentage 40 or 50 percent increase in their body's

metabolism what is the side effect of increased metabolism fat loss and then

since these have become very popular and I'll explain what they're in a minute

you know all the details of it but since these have become very popular

there's been a strong influence or increase of what's called intermittent

fasting which is basically long periods of the body not eating anything that has

a glucose spike an insulin spike in the system and a combination of intermittent

fasting and doing this style of interval training has basically been proven to be

the highest amount of fat loss you can do so it's amazing so literally I'm

gonna give you the key to maximum fat loss and maximum fitness and without

causing endurance and overuse injury so it's frickin incredible so here we go so

the Doctor Who figure this out his last name is Tabata

so you see it on the right-hand side of the screen and what a Tabata is is eight

sets back-to-back of an exercise the actual exercise doesn't matter I'm gonna

give you two primary suggestions depending on your fitness level but it's

eight sets back-to-back and one set consists of 20 seconds of go and again

go is all out 20 seconds ago 10 percent 10 seconds of chill out which is

literally catching your breath and depending on your fitness level you'll

kind if you're in further good shape you'll be ready to go if you're in good

shape for that next set if you're not in good shape you'll be feeling like you're

constantly behind catching your breath that's okay the important thing is when

you do this is to be at a certain level physical conditioning so I'm gonna

highlight that for interval training it's helpful for you to be in ok shape

already if you're not it's okay to do this it's always nice to ask your

physician or whoever your health professional but it's a good idea to do

this kind of on a lower level so don't do quite high-intensity do maybe medium

intensity into your body adjusts also when you do these eight sets of these

Tabata you're gonna find that you will become very sore

so the first few times you do this until your body you don't it takes three or

four times but once you're past three or four times doing it every couple days

and you literally have to do this maybe two or three times a week when you do

this after three or four times of doing it so let's say you do it twice a week

after two weeks of doing that you will not be nearly as sore as you were

initially you'll still get the added benefit you'll become much stronger a

lot a lot a lot of pros but you will not have the experience of being god-awful

sore so here's the two exercises that would encourage you to do this this one

I would encourage you do if you're low and even bad shape or an amazing shape

and basically this is typically the one that the original doctor would test and

that was sprinting so if you have a track if you have a road if you have a

driveway basically you're gonna have a timer either on your phone or in your

wristwatch or whatever and you're gonna sprint for 20 seconds all out ideally

uphill but all out as much as you can and then walk and then turn around and

go the other way you're just gonna go back and forth eight times and that's it

so the Sprint and walk is great it's all it uses a huge amount of the body and

it's very very potent so that's option one if you're in pretty good shape what

I would encourage you to do is Tabitha's with burpees so a Burpee is essentially

you stand up you go down to a squat thrust or a basic your hands out you're

basically squatting down your hands on the outside of your legs you kick your

legs out you do a push-up and then when you pull your you're gonna pull your

feet back so you're at that same feet outside so I feed inside your hands and

you're gonna jump up as high as you can and that's one so you're going to do as

many as you can and if you want to track your progress just get a sheet of paper

so before you go you have your sheet of paper right

and let's say you're doing you can't really track with the sprinting but you

can with the Burpee and what you attract what I would have put track is two

numbers the first set that's when you're the strongest and most vital and then

set eight so try to increase both of those by one or maybe two depending on

your level of fitness as you do these so that's all you're going to gauge and

then you'll notice you're getting stronger and stronger so again this is

called the Tabata it is a high-intensity interval training it is very simple but

it is not easy important to understand the discrepancy there be forewarned when

you start this if you are not in good shape now start slow otherwise you're

gonna be very sore and if you have any sort of high blood pressure and you

again physical ailment or whatever please just get feedback before you

actually do this from a medical professional it's but assuming you get

the go-ahead there's very little you can do that will take four minutes that's

the beauty who doesn't have four minutes but I'm gonna forewarn you you will

sweat for the next ten so it's a great thing to do and then when you're done do

something for 10 or so minutes and then shower because you're gonna be sweating

after 10 or 15 minutes depending where you live in the world where I live it's

always warm so any questions let me know reach down below what I would encourage

for this is a timer on your phone that gives you a and just have your phone on

you and say go and I'll let count them it'll remember the amount of sets you

are and all that kind of stuff and it'll tell you when a stop and start

the app that I use is called Jim boss gy m bo SS and I can put in there and

program the intervals that I use so if you're doing this now I'd love to hear

it a lot of the world's triathletes and Ironman and

people who compete in events like that have transitioned their workouts to

where they still do the occasional long crazy workout but they have a lot of

overuse injuries and this has really transformed their workout routines so

I'd love to hear your feedback I'd love to hear questions you have please ask

them below and if there any other workouts you have questions about I'd be

happy to help you but if you have four minutes this will it'll kick your butt

but it will also make you exceptionally fit and help you to lean up so you can

feel your best because the leaner our bodies are without going to extreme did

you feel lighter and you just feel a little more naturally sprite because

your body has less effort to pump the blood and such so thank you for your

time hope you have an amazing rest of your day thank you for watching this

live and please invite your friends to this group so we can grow and I can help

provide more and more valuable input and any friends you have in the group that

may not have seen it just tag them so thanks again have an amazing rest of

your day I look forward to hearing your feedback

Tough, Clemency, and Is it Available on Tape? - Duration: 6:35.

(funky music)

Joseph Taylor.

Mr. Taylor.

Yes, sir.

I'm checking your driving record here.

You never had a ticket.

You had a completely unblemished driving record

here on tickets.

It's your first one, and you're parked overnight.

Your Honor, I live at a sober house,

and they don't have no parking there.

I'm just mad I gotta pay for a parking permit

when you gotta pay rent there.

It's just hard when you try to work.

I gotta pay a parking permit,

so I figured I'd come before you

and see if you can squash this.

I just registered a truck,

and the insurance is killing me,

but I'm keeping the responsibility of.

I'm gonna help you with the things

that I can help you with.

Yes, sir.

And the thing I can help you with is

I'm gonna dismiss the ticket.

Thank you.

And then I'm gonna tell you that I'm rooting for you

for your other issues.

If you're at a sober house,

then I know you've had some other issues.

You appear to be in good health.

You appear to be doing great,

and I'm rooting for you that you will continue on that path.

I've got confidence.

I don't know you, but just looking at you,

I know you're on the right path, and I'm proud of you.

It was a hard road to learn the hard way,

but it's worth who I am, and I'm happy.

There was a fellow who was a Major League Baseball Player.

His name was Joe Andrews.

He came from either New Bedford or Fall River,

and he played with Hank Aaron, and he was a great catcher,

and he threw his arm out, but he had the same issue,

and he made a speech once that I'll never forget,

and he was talking about sobriety

and overcoming the issue of alcoholism,

and he said, You know, a lot of people think they're tough

because they're physically tough,

that they can knock someone else out,

and that physically they can overpower people.

That's not being tough.

I'll tell you what being tough is.

Being tough is looking at a drink and not taking it

when everything in your body is yearning for it.

That's tough.

I'm looking at you, and I admire you

for your toughness and for your courage.

I'm wishing you good luck.

The case is dismissed.

Thank you.

Wow.

Thank you, Your Honor.

Okay, good luck.

Thank you.

I love the saying, It doesn't matter who you used to be;

It only matters who you've become.

Mr. Taylor was the perfect manifestation of that quote.

Every day of his sobriety is a testament

to the strength of his character.

Most of us have friends and family members

who have or who are currently battling addiction.

I encourage everyone to recognize their struggle,

to celebrate their victories,

and to try not to judge them on their past,

but to help them look forward to a happy and healthy future.

(funky music)

Good morning.

Your Honor, I was rushing to the hospital,

so sick with pain all over my body,

I didn't realize the light.

Oh.

Let's take a look at this.

Yeah.

Right here.

Which one is she?

The last vehicle, Your Honor.

Stop it when the light's red, please.

In the left-hand lane, the light is yellow.

It is now red.

The light is already red, and that's where your car is.

Alright, let the video go.

Ms. Davies.

Yes, Your Honor.

I was so sick, Your Honor,

and I was rushing to the hospital.

You've had 12 other tickets.

Your Honor, I know.

12 times.

I'm just asking for clemency, sir.

Clemency?

Clemency's when you let people out of jail.

I'm gonna let you out. (laughs)

Inspector Quinn?

Yes, Your Honor.

What do you think we do in this case?

Inspector Quinn's the prosecuting officer.

He carries a lot of weight around here.

Whatever.

You think he carries a lot of weight, Ms. Davies?

Just have mercy on me, please.

On the shoulders, right?

It's the weight on the shoulders.

Please have mercy.

(gallery laughing)

Inspector Quinn, how do you feel about this?

Your Honor, I believe the video speaks for itself.

Ms. Davies, we're gonna give you all the time you need

to pay the ticket, but it was a flagrant violation.

It wasn't even close.

It wasn't even close.

I was rushing to the hospital, Sir.

This was the reason why.

What hospital were you going to?

To the Pawtucket.

I have the paper here.

You were going to Pawtucket?

The turn you made, you were going the other way.

It was there I had an appointment.

It was an appointment.

(laughing)

If you were going to Pawtucket,

then you were gonna go to Pawtucket through Cranston.

Pawtucket was north.

You made a turn to go south.

Reluctantly, I have to charge you $85.

We'll give you all the time you need to pay it.

Thank you.

(funky music)

Matthew McDonald.

You have an overnight parking ticket.

Yes.

What do you want to tell me about this?

That there's no signage posted

about restriction on that street.

You're from Rochester Hills.

Michigan.

Michigan?

Oh.

Do they allow overnight parking

in Michigan, in Rochester Hills?

Yes.

They do?

Some municipalities allow it, others don't.

My policy is that I usually forgive the first one

for people from out-of-town

because I know the first thing they do

when they come into town,

is not to read the city ordinances.

Believe it or not, I know that people don't read these.

Inspector Quinn assumes everyone

reads them before they move into town.

If not, Your Honor, I'm more than willing

to sell him a copy.

As a matter of fact, it's on sale today.

Is that available on tape?

(laughing)

So you can listen to it when you're driving back

to Auburn Hills or Indian Hills or whatever it is?

Mr. McDonald, the matter is dismissed.

Thank you.

What If The World Lost Gravity For 5 Seconds? - Duration: 7:46.

Imagine this - you're sat comfortably on this fair planet that we call Earth, safe

in the overwhelming power of gravity - perhaps curled up on a couch, lounging on a hammock

- maybe even watching this video - when suddenly and without warning, someone flicks the hypothetical

switch and gravitational force forgets that it's a thing for a brief fleeting moment

- and The World Loses Gravity For 5 Seconds.

What would happen?

You just float around in the air for a bit, right?

Oh boy - if only it was that pleasant.

Well, let's find out.

Hello Internet - and once again, welcome back to the most inquisitive channel on YouTube

- Life's Biggest Questions, that place where we prod hypothetical science with an even

more hypothetical stick to check that it's not dead yet - as we curiously ask the question

- What If The World Lost Gravity For 5 Seconds?

Roll the clip.

Now - it may sound like a pretty fun ride, right?

You've seen videos of astronauts training around Cape Canaveral in high altitude reduced

gravity aircrafts.

Our man Stephen Hawking did it - and he looked like he was having a whale of a time.

Fly up really high, plunge back down again - and on the way, you'll reduce gravity

to nearly zero and achieve weightlessness.

Straight forward, good old fashioned fun.

These aircrafts work by following a parabolic flight path relative to the centre of the

Earth - when it begins to free fall at various points, during which time the aircraft ceases

to exert any ground reaction force on its mass, causing the sensation of weightlessness.

Gravity's off.

Everything floats.

Great stuff.

Well, there's a 75 percent chance that you'll blow chunks - but it's not called the vomit

comet for nothing.

Well - if you think that same fun and euphoric joy would be had if we applied the same principle

to the entire planet - then you'll be sorely, and gravely mistaken.

In short - there are perhaps two possible scenarios.

Scenario 1 - we spin around for a bit in a violent whirlwind and the planet suffers the

consequences.

Scenario 2 - the Earth just straight up explodes.

Either way, if we switched gravity off for 5 seconds - say goodbye to your loved ones,

because they'd probably end up in the middle of the ocean or covered in molten magma - or…

even worse.

Both.

Firstly though - let's take a look at gravity, inertia, centrifugal force and fun stuff like

that.

Gravity - simply put - is a force of attraction that exists between any two masses.

Be it celestial bodies - or particles - it is an attraction that exists between all matter

at every point in the universe.

It is perhaps the most important of the four fundamental forces that govern our universe

- alongside electromagnetism and strong and weak nuclear interaction.

It is the force that holds our planet in orbit around the sun, and the force that keeps the

moon as our cute little neighbour.

Gravity is the reason that our oceans are tidal - and the reason that our planet even

has an atmosphere to give us the air we need to breath.

Gravity is the glue that sticks this whole thing together - and without it, we'd be

well and truly boned.

Perhaps we should just leave this whole thing alone then?

Gravity is our best friend.

We're nothing without its overbearing presence.

Let's not turn it off, step away from the switch - and let's forget about this whole

thing.

Oh no - what have you done.

Even for five seconds - hell, even for a mere 2.5 seconds - the consequences of zero-gravity

on Earth would be catastrophically devastating - and an event that our civilization would

likely never come back from.

To begin with - all and any unattached objects would begin traveling at a tangent to the

Earth's surface - at a staggering velocity of around 1000 miles an hour.

Just because gravity's turned off - doesn't mean that the Earth stops spinning.

And as you may know - the Earth spins at a pretty speedy rate.

Not only that though - but during those 5 seconds, you'd continue to lift up off the

ground, heading in an arc somewhere to the west.

Now - how high that distance would be depends on several factors, but over 5 seconds - you

could get pretty elevated.

At a thousand miles an hour - you'd travel 7333.35 feet - which is roughly 2235 metres

- or nearly a mile and a half.

So - say that you're sat on a bench waiting for the bus while watching this video - within

the amount of time it takes me to finish saying this sentence, you're over a mile down the

road.

And now you're plummeting back down to Earth.

The entire planet would make one giant slide to the left.

If you were in a building, you'd almost certainly be smothered in the rumble.

Skyscrapers would crack as the Earth's crust shifted and ruptured open.

You see - the only reason that the Earth is the Earth - is because of gravity.

Our planet's crust and mantle are heavily contained by the gravitational force exerted

on it by centrifugal motion - and without it, the world would continue to spin while

the crust ruptured away from the Earth's core - before gravity reasserted itself and

crashed back down.

Massive earthquakes, tsunamis and storm's would be the result.

With the Earth's crust shook - volcanos would likely erupt, as magma from the core

burst through from the brief lack of pressure.

Even after just five seconds - and even if you survived the initial shake up, the planet

would be a bleak and violent place as a result.

And that's just five seconds.

Consequently, the Moon would also begin travelling away from us in a straight line - see ya later

bud - and depending on when gravity caught it again, its new orbit would be worryingly

more elliptical, gravely affecting the way that our planet's tidal forces interacted

in the fallout of this anti-gravitational shake up.

Not only that though - but without gravity, Earth's atmosphere would begin to disappear

- so you can forget about breathing while you're plummeting through the air at a thousand

miles an hour.

Oh - and also, with the violent and sudden change in air pressure, pretty much every

human inner ear would rupture - so not only are you hurtling through rubble at the debris

of entire cities at a thousand mile an hour - but you also can't breathe - and you're

also deaf.

So - let's take a brief moment to thank our touchy-feely friend gravity, even if he's

a little bit clingy.

Thanks buddy.

All in all - turning off the worlds gravity, even just for five seconds - would very much

be a VERY BAD THING.

It would not be a brief, joyous moment of floating in weightlessness - giggling and

rubbing your belly like Grandpa Joe and Charlie in his chocolate factory - it would be terrible.

You win nothing.

You lose.

Good day, sir.

I said good day!

Well - there we have it.

Jevil (DELTARUNE): The Story You Never Knew (Undertale 2) - Duration: 13:50.

Hi, it's me, Grant. You're looking attractive today. Welcome to my video. static We've

covered many things in DeltaRune since the release of Chapter 1, but throughout all our

videos I've been purposefully neglecting the most neglected character in the entire

game: The Jevil. And while his existence doesn't change any of the opinions and thoughts from

our previous videos, he is nevertheless an important part of the story of DeltaRune and

the Darkners land. Yes this odd jester of disaster is much more than just a prisoner.

He's...A HER!!! Just kidding, but you never know right? He's a beacon of what's to come,

as Shaum, the shopkeep says, "Jevil was just a taste of what you'll face from now

on. One day soon you too will begin to realize the futility of your actions. At that time

feel free to come back here...and we'll toast to the end of the world." Strong words

coming from a cotton stuffed teddy bear with a button for an eye. But perhaps this edgy

winnie the pooh is right, maybe Jevil is but a taste of the future of DeltaRune. If that's

true, the question should be: Why? What is happening that will destroy the Darkners sense

of humanity and life to the point they believe this is all just a game? What really happened

to the Jevil? These are the questions I'm going to answer today so...PREPARE YOURSELF!!!

For a story of loneliness a thousand times over! For the tale of one follower who lost

their entire mind. This is the story of Jevil, the story, you never knew!

Ah, it's always refreshing to do a story you never knew on a character! Reminds me

of the good old days! But this character, Jevil, he's no Master Chief, no he's something

else. Something different. When we meet Jevil through his prison bars there's little doubt

he's insane. I mean we can't hear his voice but I believe his dialogue would sound

something like this: "Boo Hoo, Boo Hoo, Uee Hee Hee. So Lonely, lonely, I be...But

lo, three visitors standing inside?" Alright, so far he doesn't seem so bad right? A bit

kookie, I mean he likes to rhyme and says strange things, but so does Kanye West, that

doesn't make you an inherently bad person, right? ...maybe Kanye wasn't the best

example for that. Anyway, as he continues he gets a bit more...creepy: "I am innocent,

innocent, I just wanted to play a game, game. But the boring kings found such fun to be

a trouble. As punishment they craved to imprison my body. But I'm fast, fast, clever, clever.

They lost the chase, and locked up their entire race, Building a prison around the whole world,

now I'm the only free one." Let's pause here. Just from his dialogue we've already

learned a good amount from the Jevil before we ever even see him. First off, he believes

he's done nothing wrong, yet the Kings obviously thought otherwise. So these "games" he

wants to play, they're likely not scrabble or tetris, more like the, "how many murders

can I commit before getting caught" type of games. Also, he's been locked away for

awhile. Jevil says quote "The boring kings found such fun to be a trouble." Currently

there is only one reigning king: Lancer's dad. So Jevil was locked away before the King

of Spades went nutso and threw the other three kings in the dungeon. Now from what we know

of the Dark world, the king of Spades went bananas and overthrew the other 3 kings thanks

to "The Knight", another mysterious character that we don't get much information on. But

based on various dialogues and the King calling the knight "My Knight" much like a servant

would call their master "My Lord" or "My King", it's pretty apparent that the Dark

World is currently run by this Knight. If we talk to Shaum about the Jevil, part of

the shopkeep's dialogue is, "One day, he met a strange someone...and since then,

he began to change. He started saying bizarre things that didn't completely make sense

- But didn't completely not make sense, either." Yeah I kinda got that from my conversation

with the guy. But the curious part of Shaum's dialogue is that "he met with a strange

someone" could this someone be the very Knight we were just discussing??

Well my curious inquisitors, I actually think not. Let's take a look at the Dark World

events as a timeline. Our earliest knowledge of this land is this: there were 4 kings in

joint rule. This was before we came here, before the Jevil got locked up, before everything

we know about, right? So we'll put that as the earliest part of the timeline. Obviously

we don't know exact dates or anything, but this will help us figure out what exactly

happened to the Jevil. We know the Jevil gets imprisoned while all the kings are ruling,

not one. Remember his dialogue specifically says, "The boring Kings found such fun to

be a trouble". Kings, not King. So this means the Jevil was imprisoned before the

King of Spades took control of the kingdom. Aka, the Jevils imprisonment happened during

this earlier period, the plural, "Kings" period. Since we know the Knight's entrance

happened around the time that the King of Spades got corrupted and took over, it doesn't

make sense for the Jevil to have spoken to the Knight. He would already have been locked

up by the time the Knight appeared and corrupted the King of Spades. So that begs the question,

who is the strange someone the Jevil talked to? Like our friend Swankybox, I believe there's

only one possible answer: W. D. Gaster. The Wingding himself, the master of timeline jumping

and annoying the schnitzel out of vidya game speculators everywhere.

This idea is backed up by many things, the most prominent being Shaum explaining that

his view of the world after talking to Jevil became darker, yet darker, a phrase which

also appeared in Undertale's 17th lab entry, the one written in Wing Dings. In addition

to that, Gaster's followers from Undertale, those grey dudes who were all existential

and whatnot, well two of them appear in DeltaRune as characters. We got the flaccid guy in the

library, and the dude sticking out of his car. Since we're seeing Gaster followers

from Undertale as characters in this world and we get Gaster sound effects by using our

phone and when going south of town, it's becomes more and more likely that this is

another timeline that Gaster has found. So there's definitely some connection between

the DeltaRune and Gaster. And this connection likely explains Jevil's actions and insanity.

If Jevil has a connection to Gaster it's likely he realizes this world is not what

it seems. Hence his dialogue of being "free" despite his imprisonment behind bars. When

we finally leave the Dark World we appear in an unused classroom with cards and games

strewn about the floor. As I talked about in previous videos, this gives a lot of evidence

that the Dark World isn't real, it's merely made of games. Jevil's dialogue shows he

may very well know that the entire existence of his world isn't actually reality. In

addition to his constant talk of games, he also acknowledges HP, a game mechanic, right

before we fight him. This is similar to Sans acknowledging game mechanics in Undertale.

It proves that he has knowledge that there's a game going on, that he is part of the game,

and that knowledge likely comes from W.D Gaster's involvement just as Sans's knowledge of

such things likely came from Gaster. It's no wonder his attitude began to change knowing

his life and everything he does, is likely quite meaningless. There's timelines beyond

count and he's part of a world that's nothing more than a game. But you already

knew that, cuz you totally watched our other video right? Right?? So why would it matter

if his "games" as he called them, involved killing others? At least that's what his

"game" with us was, so I'm only assuming that's why he was locked up. Sans on the

other hand, while still working with Gaster, lived in a timeline where choice does matter.

When your actions have purpose, it makes it much easier to continue living. Jevil doesn't

have that mental safety net. Sans is certainly depressed but he isn't insane. Jevil, upon

realizing that nothing he could do would have any impact on the world, began to see the

world as nothing more than a game (which it is), the other characters as nothing more

than game pieces (which they are), so why not destroy some for fun? He's "free"

because he knows what reality truly is. Yet that doesn't stop him from being lonely.

And the loneliness is another part of Jevil's insanity, the part that continues to corrupt

him.

Did you notice that the Jevil is jailed completely isolated from everyone else? It's strange

isn't it? There's an entire dungeon, a place where the other three kings are kept, where

we were placed in prison, a place with guards and shackles and yet the Jevil has an entire

floor completely sealed off for his imprisonment. Why? Why is he completely alone? In my opinion

he was likely jailed away from everyone else so he couldn't speak to them about what

he knows of the Dark World, how it's all fake. The kings didn't want heretics running

rampant spouting beliefs that nothing matters. Shaum has felt the effects of Jevils words,

he doesn't care about the world ending in the slightest. He also seems to believe nothing

matters. Yet he isn't insane. Why is that? What is the difference between these Shaum

and the Jevil? If they both possess the same knowledge, it should have the same effect

over them. But it doesn't. It doesn't because Shaum hasn't been kept in isolation

for who knows how long. The Jevil may be insane, but his insanity doesn't stem from what

he knows about the reality of the Dark World. It comes from his solitary confinement. There's

been many studies done on solitary confinement. One study on sensory deprivation from 1951

had a group of male students stay in small chambers only furnished with a bed. The subjects

were only allowed to leave to go to the bathroom. And even then they had to wear goggles, earplugs,

and gloves to limit all their senses. The original plan was to keep them isolated and

sensory deprived for six weeks. In reality not a single student lasted more than seven

days. They all lost their ability to think clearly about anything for any length of time.

Many of the students even suffered hallucinations. Solitary confinement is also likely to create

psychotic and/or dangerously depressed inmates. Between 1999 and 2004 another study found

that of all the people that took their own lives in prison, half were in solitary confinement.

Considering there's very few people who are even in solitary confinement in contrast

to regular prison, that data shows that isolating an individual can do extremely strenuous

mental damage. Wait...mental damage. Solitary confinement causes MENTAL damage.

So when we're contemplating the Jevil, everything he says we have to take with a grain of salt.

He's almost certainly certifiably insane, but not because of his likely connection to

W.D Gaster, it's because of his imprisonment method. And that's what makes him such a

unique and interesting character. Jevil isn't special. He could have been anyone. Look at

Gaster's followers from Undertale. They have colored representations of themselves

in the games. Monster kid, or flaccid dude, all his followers are represented by ordinary

people of this world. And Jevil is no different. He learned hidden truths from Gaster, which

changed his perception on society and the world, causing him to question existence,

but that's not really what made him insane. Solitary confinement is the true cause of

Jevils insanity, had he not endured it we likely would have learned more from him about

the world and the various timelines. But for now we'll have to wait for future chapters

to give us a glimpse into the rest of the Dark World's history. That's the truth

behind the Jevil! He was corrupted by Gaster certainly, but if we look at his predicament,

he was mentally tortured until we uncaged him. That's the story of how loneliness

can destroy your mind, of the Jevil's true nature and how he became what he is. That's

the story of the Jevil, the story you never knew!

You know who else is insane from solitary confinement? Your Mom! She's currently being
