So What causes poor nutrient absorption?
Poor gut health.
Here are 3 causes of poor gut health you must address and eliminate in order to heal your
adrenal fatigue.
#1 Poor Digestion � years of poor digestion impacts the walls
of the gastrointestinal tract resulting in poor gut health
Why is digestion such an issue for adrenal fatigue.
Because when elicit the stress response our bodies
actually push blood and energy to the muscles in our arms and legs, to literally help us
fight or flee.
That doesn�t leave much energy for digestion

# 2 is Leaky Gut.
Leaky gut is when the lining of the intestines becomes permeable making it so bacteria,
toxins, incomplete digested proteins & fats, "leak" out of the intestines into the blood
stream.
This triggers an autoimmune reaction, which can
lead to gastrointestinal problems such as abdominal
bloating, excessive gas and cramps, fatigue, food sensitivities, joint pain, skin rashes,
and autoimmunity.

Dysbiosis is a condition in the digestive tract
This could be the result of a few things, the most commonly contributing factors are
parasites or candida overgrowth.
if you feel you might have a parasite, maybe you have done a great deal of travelling internationally
or have chronic digestive symptoms, I don't recommend
trying to treat without testing.
The test I recommend is a comprehensive parasitology
and stool analysis x3.
And as for Candida, Candida naturally lives in your intestines but when it overproduces
in the intestines it can lead to dysbiosis and leaky gut.
Candida overgrowth can be the reason for intense cravings for
sweets, chronic allergies, White coating on the tongue, Brain fog, Hormone imbalance�
