hell yes I got it

hey come back for another video and today I'm gonna talk about some stuff

this is a commentary video and today I'm gonna be talking about how I always my

policy on buying stuff so I'm not much of a consumer you know products i buy

very few things but it's always high-quality stuff so for example

instead of buying a new headset over a year I buy a blue Yeti microphone that I

don't have to touch and then I get a separate headset that is a super high

quality and then I keep both for years and years and years and neither of them

break whereas you got someone that company which for years bought you know

all-in-one headsets with microphones and they would all break because they were

cheap and they were bad quality so and then I finally convinced him to get a

snowball and that's what it uses to this day to do is you to big stuff and for

two years now it has bought no it has been serving him well I'm definitely

gonna have enough time to save the bed but that still makes me mad so he's just

gonna do that might have TNT he does you have like a derp face skin that's pretty

good Nipponese I have procedures for this

crap I'm faced too many players like you

today too many

now sorry you're in the wrong game but anyway yeah I like to buy quality

products so for example I have the you know the blue Yeti with a separate

headset that's what a lot of youtubers do though just out of necessity because

of the quality of the actual audio itself but I'm talking about quality

isn't like the stuff's not gonna break on you like this headset I'm using the

Razer Electra's these are old dude I'm super old and they use 3.5 millimeter

jack they plug straight into the Yeti I can hear myself talk so I can you know

monitor how loud I'm being so that I don't you know sound ridiculously loud

and start like screaming top of my lungs and there's in my voice I mean there's

got to be something that this microphone did right if I can talk into it for like

literally 12 hours straight and not lose my voice that's because I'm able to

moderate it enough to be loud enough to be heard but not yelling to the point

where I lose my voice so props to that big fan of the quality of the Yeti

also you have a lot of stuff and please just act yes that worked out well I also

like to get my dad this is kind of like a meme at this point I get my dad always

like the most useful gifts for Father's Day and I followed the same policy and

sometimes quality doesn't mean expensive if you know where you're looking you can

actually get some pretty good stuff but I'm yeah I'm actually gonna use my

potion here so I can get to this bed without spending a stupid amount of

blocks he doesn't know I'm here

pressed against the wall so something I got from my dad recently was a Google ho

mini and I hope I didn't just have a mine that I did not but I got in one of

those because those can practically last forever considering you're not even

supposed to touch it to use it you're supposed to use your voice so that's

pretty nice so it gives you and it's pretty cheap for what it is it's like a

complete smart home device

no it can be spied just bought a sword an accident I'm so smart okay I'm fine

I'm fine look anyway yeah so another thing I got

him was a flashlight with what looks like a gun handle on it it's really nice

because you can aim the flashlight as if it was a gun which is kind of you know

like a gag but it is actually it's a much more comfortable way to hold a

flashlight to be honest I've used it plenty of time so I went over his house

nice thing my product Boing so I broke your bed defense and I escaped at the

same time now that's dead and no not now not the combo not become oh half a heart

warrior over here you need to just like stop bridging so fast

you're gonna that like Jesus green is thirsty for my kill and I'm not gonna

let it happen oh my god I lit him on fire and I frigging oh that was great

okay so Greene's gonna want me dead obviously they're the one that killed my

bed they're the one furiously speed bridging towards me as if they have

something against me which is weird I don't know why okay why are you going

that way oh it's because there's no bridge here and that's why I think I'm

gonna go and fight over here again yeah let's fight over at this base unless it

starts a camp me or something that's gonna be annoying can you like leave me

alone for Zayn oh stop dude this is this guy's getting way too close to my final

kill and I do not like it all I do is bamboozle you and I should be fine

that's bamboozle number one and bamboo is another two

have this really really cool screwdriver it's right here actually listen to the

noise it makes

so that doesn't sound like a screwdriver right that's because it has multiple

faces also you seem to know me ya know oh my god this Matt I'm only

playing this map because everybody's anon that's the only reason why I'm

doing this right now oh my god but yeah it's basically it's like a revolving

screwdriver that has exchangeable heads you can find it on vat19.com I believe

it's pretty neat there's two sizes I have both and it's it's great because

you only need one or two screwdrivers your entire life I bet you that thing

will last for life unless I horribly break it but I don't think I will

it was a twenty bucks well spent almost a decade ago at this point and it is

still close to brand-new so yeah it's been in a drawer for quite a long time

it did get some use along the way though nice and compact you're not targeting

that would be very annoying I don't like steampunk it's just everything is too

far away but again everybody playing right now is

an on so that should help me a lot with my not getting targeted unless that

means that they're nicked person how high nothin there definitely not that's

great you know that was just mmm

keyboard constantly like because I have my run button set to R so every time I

get hit I have to press R so I can run back towards people it's kind of

annoying but it's same diameter you know some people use auto sprint which is

enabled on hypixel but it's just not oh it doesn't feel legit you know oh

how much health do you have you have leather armor didn't I don't even think

you have Prime how did you survive that many freaking hits living it oh that was

almost really good oh wait dropped my diamonds that's nice

well I gotta bend that's all that matters

honestly though I have a big fan of quality you know of course the price is

gonna be a bit higher but there's some things where it's not and it's just it's

just a great product overall for example the blue snowball excellent quality

excellent price I mean it's like 60 maybe it could be 40 on sale might even

be sorted sorted 40 to begin away I haven't gotten one

I only I'm thinking about it because that's what I recommend it Anthony

was kind of old to be using a DSi but still that's nice the house a lot of

bringing it to you a green eye socket sundae how's everybody doing I hope

you're doing well last week's video we talked about house having issues getting

a building permit and engineered prints for the building that's gonna go next to

the greenhouse but in today's video we're gonna talk about the actual

greenhouse and just for the record this is actually a YouTube channel about

aquariums and your boy dusty here is going to be doing the largest aquascape

I've ever done a 900 gallon mekong river tank redo at the Newport Aquarium up in

Cincinnati in the next couple of weeks so do yourself a favor do me a favor do

can actually come and check me out doing it live as well and no greenhouse socket

something would be complete without a little bit of whoa whoa just a reminder

of my affirmation part of it anyway starts with if I could have any job in

the world what would it be I have the perfect job for me okay so a few things

worth mentioning and quickly recapping here to bring you up to speed on where

we are with the building permit you'll recall my meeting with the evil building

inspector but the evil building inspector fernack actually be a pretty

cool dude and has one two three four five fish tanks but that doesn't mean

you're just gonna go and hand me a building permit there is a process we

have to go through and we want to do it right there are three things that are

keeping me from getting a building permit at this point one is engineered

prints from the greenhouse check I had that I learned that with fail point oh

the next thing we need is engineered prints for the actual building I of

course I'm going to rely on the Builder to somehow supply those not sure why

it's so difficult the other thing we need is a foundation design how is the

building and how is the greenhouse going to attach into the foundation yours

truly has to take the bull by the horns on this one now please understand folks

any time you hear the word engineers think money leaving your

wallet we have to understand we have the engineered prints for the actual

structure of the greenhouse we're working or the builders are working on

getting the engineered prints for the actual building but the foundation is

something in and of itself how is this building going to be affixed to the

ground this property unlike fail point O which was agricultural rural this is

zoned b1 meaning business of meaning if I want to be open full retail I can okay

so there are concerns by the city and rightfully so with anyone in a b1 zone

where people are gonna be on the property of how is this thing affixed

and how is it going to be attached to the ground you can't just throw up some

hoop house if I was in a backyard in the middle of no man's land Kentucky I could

basically build whatever I want but the property is located in a good location a

b1 location so they need to figure out how this thing is going to be attached

to the ground let's talk about the actual green house now for the actual

green asset requires an engineered foundation design and that is not

included in the original green house price because every county municipality

or whatever is different has different engineering codes that are required for

this my only point of reference on this is green house 1.0 when 1.0 was

constructed in my backyard I was told by the seller that every 12 feet or so I

needed a pier that was about two and a half feet down for the frost line that's

worked out well so far I haven't any problems with the concrete in 1.0

however a 2.0 is 4.5 times larger than 1.0 so I have to figure out what the

heck I'm doing I called my buddy Kurt up who is actually an engineer in town

actually dirted one of his aquariums a while back he thinks around here and

check that out Kurt tells me to get in touch with his

buddy ma I call him up I get Moe on the phone I talked about what I'm doing he

explains to me he needs the reactions the loads and all the good stuff

basically the structural stuff of the actual green house come on the phone

like yo man how how soon can you do this you can get this done pretty quick

wonderful you can get it done pretty quick alright and then I asked the

question yeah how much is this gonna cost

his exact reply to me was how much you got

you know you're getting taken to the cleaners when somebody asks you how much

you've got I'm not gonna say how much I was charged to do the foundation John

let's just say it was way more than I was looking to spend whoever I did hang

them a little bit and get them down about 300 bucks regardless anytime

you're dealing with engineers you're gonna expect to pay more money but you

got to pay the cost to be the boss and time is money when it comes to mind

thickening blood he could do it quickly so he got a movement he got me the

foundation designs for the green house let's talk about the great house oh my

beautiful okay the house itself is a life goal of mine it was actually about

six years ago we built green house 1.0 now I'm working with a clean canvas if

you speak on green house 2.0 and I have to figure out exactly what I want no

people in life don't get what they want because they don't know what they want

let's talk about what I want and what I'm going to get after fail point now I

had to figure out what I wanted one of the things I learned from fail point Oh

was this I want to galvanized steel columns and I wanted polycarbonate

panels look that place has been sitting there for over ten years the thing is

still standing that's what I said for me I was over there in the middle of winter

last year and it was warm inside on a sunny day with nothing going on for

green house 2.0 I envisioned it to be 36 feet wide by 36 feet wide Wu Tang 36

chambers bring the rock your perspectives about how big green house

2.0 is this is messy Maya's room that's the tape measure basically at the wall

that's 35 feet right there all wonderful wound references aside 36 feet wide was

the width that I had envisioned in Phil Point oh I had been in there a number of

times I had seen the way the lighting come in there's no obstructions of the

Sun with any like middle support poles or anything like that

speaking of Sun speaking of the Sun let's talk about the sudden someday I'm

gonna give you a deep history lesson about the Sun for now we're gonna stick

with greenhouses greenhouses get extremely hot in the summertime because

they keep the heat and and sometimes magnify it I had been in failed point no

and I believe the reason the guy actually went out of business because he

had zero vents in a 180 foot long 36 foot wide greenhouse I was actually

going to have to retrofit vents into the ceiling of the existing fail point Oh

greenhouse what kind of vest is dusty one let's talk about that once fail

point Oh failed I realized as a nice silver lining that I could get whatever

I wanted now look feel point it was a good deal but it didn't work so I'm not

made of money but I sought to figure out what I want people in life don't get

what they want because they don't know what they want now I'm making a long

term life decision here this isn't like a one-year thing I'm moving into this

thing for the next 20 probably 30 40 years so I have to think about what I

want what do I want I want the sunshine I want the Sun but I

also want good ventilation of that heat out of the greenhouse a lot of

greenhouse manufacturers use huge fans at the end of greenhouses the problem

with fans is this problem one is that they make noise problem two is that they

take energy to run just like with my aquariums I do not like any equipment

that makes any sort of noise I want it quiet I want it Zen believe it or not

despite what you're seeing here on YouTube fans are out vents are in this

is where it gets really sexy folks I promise folks greenhouse 2.0 has a 30

foot long 8 foot wide atrium style roof that opens like a volcano to the bright

blue skies on my old Kentucky home and yes I look forward to frolicking through

the greenhouse in the full Sun either by

myself with Josh or perhaps even with you

someday do do you like socially deprived or something all right now I know some

of you all your work in greenhouses or might have some opinions on this so do

pretty awesome but if you have any sort of input on keeping greenhouses cool or

heating them drop me know in the comments would you thanks but we're

getting ahead of ourselves here we can talk about the greenhouses all day long

but if we don't have a building permit we got no greenhouse meanwhile a wild

mow was working on my engineered foundation prints for greenhouse 2.0 the

green house itself is delivered to the property let me tell you folks it was

something special to see in the greenhouse coming as the Sun was rising

along with my whole team there with me it was awesome

fail point all had big galvanized steel the 0.0 has a big galvanized steel and

sat for like 12 years so I did so when I was talking with the manufacturer they

actually said I had to have somebody there in some sort of forklift or

something to unload and actually had to pay him I 225 bucks my man Ryan to come

over and unload this sucker it was worth the money though

but just cuz the green house hits the property doesn't mean I have a building

permit yet to build it actually makes it worse do me a favor of folks drop me a

What Is A Core Message And Why Do I Care? - Duration: 12:05.

So, if you're watching this video then you have the same question of what is a

core message? And why do I care? So, whether that's the language you use

they're not of calling it a core message this really is an important topic if you

want to succeed in business. So, definitely stick around for this one.

Michelle McCullough. Good friend, expert speaker, author. How do you define a core

message? -Well, if you're looking at it from a business standpoint, your core

message is what do you want to be crystal clear to your audience about who

you are as an organization and what you do. And the best way to get clear on that

is to think through how you want people to describe you. So, how would you want

someone to describe your business? How would you want to someone to describe

your product or service? -Sounds a lot like we're talking about brand here. -It

is a lot of your brand and some people will consider their brand to just be

their logo or their colors or their design. But really, your brand is your

promise. It's your commitment. It's the things

that you offer. And the ways that people know how you can solve a problem for

them. -By talking about it in terms of a core message, it takes the conversation

of logo or brand to where it really needs to be to kind of be an impactful

or to be a real a real brand. -Sometimes people will think about a core message

being a mission statement. That can be part of your core message. But chances

are people aren't going to describe your business with your mission statement. Now.

your mission statement is probably really valuable for your team. It's good

for the your employees, people who that you work with so that they know the kind

of traits and values that you want them to display. But I also think that it's

really important to go beyond your mission statement and think about things

about how you want customers to feel when they come into your store. How do

you want customers to feel when they interact with you or how do you want

them to feel as a result of your product or service. While feeling words

can seem like not very valuable. At the end of the day, people make decisions to

buy based off of feelings. And so, you have to help them understand what kinds

of things you want them to feel. And almost adjust your logo or your colors

based off of your core message and your foundational messaging as an

organization. -Okay. So, can we jump into some examples? -Sure. -I mean maybe we'll

pick some big, prominent, well-known companies.

What would you say Apple's core message is? -This is like a quiz. Uh-huh. Apple's core

message is simple, chic technology. So it doesn't have to be big. It doesn't have

to be difficult. It doesn't have to be detailed but it's simple but it's cool

and they want to be known for innovative technology that is... -I definite think

innovation is it... Yeah. Okay. what's the... What about Nike? -Just do it is their

tagline, right? But at the core of that is going in and accomplishing the things

that you really want. Like, if exercise is important for you,

get past all of the crap in your head and just do it and hopefully use their

products to do it. -So, how does a small business owner or a solopreneur really

defined their core message. -So, I think one of the best gifts you can give

your business every single year is sitting down at the end of the year and

asking yourself, "What worked? What didn't work? And what needs to change?" So you do

a little bit of evaluation. You see, you check your messages, you look at your

social media. Look at your blog posts and see if you feel like those messages

matched what your core messages as a business. And in most cases, you're going to

look at it and say, "It didn't. It didn't really match what I want." And maybe you

haven't really thought about your core message this strategic in this way. So,

now, as it after you've asked yourself those three questions, you say, "Okay, what

do I want to be known for? How do I want people to describe me?" And the trick is

you only can pick about 7 things. So, the mind can only remember 7 things

but the reality is is that your audience will probably only

remember you for one. But it gives you the opportunity as a business to list

7 things so that you can share different messages in each of those

places. So for example, I have a collision company that is a good friend of mine it

was a previous client. They're local in Utah. Obviously, their messaging isn't

going to go far. But their tagline is getting a car in a car accident could be

traumatic. Getting your car fixed shouldn't be. And that's one of their

core messages that while you might have had this traumatic experience and we're

going to take care of you. And we're going to make getting your car fixed to be super

easy. And we're going to make you feel cared about in the process. And I think that's

really great messaging. They also have a tagline that they use that is

exceptional care collision repair. But again, it kind of goes back to that core

message that we're going to fix your car but we care about customer service. Or

not just gearheads who are going to be punking out your car

and passing you the keys. We really care about the service part of that. And so, I

like the way that they thought through even on that small level, how do they

want people to feel working with them. And they put taglines out there that

supported those messages. And so at the end of the day, when people are

describing robear's collision, they're like, "Oh my gosh, those people were so

nice. They took really good care of me." And that's what they want people to know.

And to come back to. So, think about those core messages, think about 6 or 7

things that you can put out into the world that hopefully people would use to

describe you. And then give yourself 12 months.

Give yourself 12 months to put out there the messages that you really care about

and see if you start to get the kind of feedback that you want. And that people

are describing you in the ways that you care about. -So, I have a thought that I

want to get your take on. Once a core message is established, whether

intentionally or unintentionally, it seems that that's a hard thing to change.

There's one brand of car that is known for safety. -Sure. -And yet... And this was put

in... This was not my research. This was somebody else's research that I saw

presentation. But it comes to my mind that this car that's known for

safety, they then started doing some marketing as a luxury car. And it just

seemed a little off. The car might totally be luxurious that they're

promoting but it's like... "But that's of is? You know, that's this brand of car? Wait a

minute." And it just kind of opened my eyes to wonder. Do you agree that it's

pretty important to figure out your core message early on. Well at the same time,

we can re-evaluate and see what sticks and what not but if we if we're not

conscious of it early on then it can be hard to change. -Absolutely. So, but I will

also tell you there is hope. So, if there are people sitting out there thinking, "Oh,

wait. I think people are describing me in a bad way." I'm going to tell you a process

that we use that helps people transition to that. But if you're just getting

started, it's really good to begin as you mean to go on. And it's interesting

because there are a lot of people who have created their own monopolies, if you

will. So, like even back in the 80's, MTV got started and they didn't want

competition so they created Vh1. MTV and Vh1 were the same organization. The same

parent company. And... But then they made each of them their own unique brand. And

that car company, should they have just created a different line would have been

easier to promote that because they were trying to make a market shift. Your brand

lasts long beyond what you want it to sometimes. And so, it's really hard to

make... Because we're meaning making machines and we want to describe things

and we want to label. We want to say that's a flower and that's a tree and

that's a frame. You know, we want to be able to describe things. And so, it's hard

for humans to make that transition. But you can do that. And here... This is a

personal example. But my background is in marketing and advertising. I've done

marketing consulting and marketing speaking for almost 2 decades. But

3 or 4 years ago, I really wanted to produce a motivational book. In my

background, I love motivational speaking. I love motivational self-help books.

That's a piece of who I was and my interests. But it wasn't something I had

done professionally. And so, to launch that book, I

I needed to shift my audience from "Michelle McCullough, the startup princess.

Marketing... Coordinator marketing speaker extraordinaire" to "Michelle McCullough,

motivational speaker." And I can do both but my audience really didn't want me to

do both. They knew me as Michelle the marketing person. And so what I did is I

sat down into this exact same exercise. What I call the clarity exercise. And I

said, "What 7 things...? What 7 ways do I want people to describe me?" And the truth is,

is while they seem different, they're very similar. Marketing is telling a

story to get people to take action. Motivation is telling a story to get

people to change. And so, they're very similar and I had to do some of that

messaging. But I also had to say you know what? The things that you love about me

but people liked that I was a systems girl. People liked that I knew how to

message things. People liked the approach and positivity. But I could use those

same principles to share this. But then for a whole year, even before I launched

my book, I shared more of this part of me. And I was quick to say and easy to say,

"Hey, you might know me for this. But did you know that I got my first wrinkle in

day planner when I was 12? And did you know that I was the first person to ever

go through the Franklin Covey, what matters most training?" People needed to

know that it wasn't just me making us a quick decision or that I was completely

shifting my business. They needed to know that that was a part of me they didn't

know yet. And so, you can do that with your business too. Not, just an expert

business but even if you're shifting, figuring out how to say, "Hey listen, we've

always cared about X. But did you know that we love Y too?" And you can tell that

story but you have to be strategic and sharing those messages through social

media, through your blog posts, through your advertising. And make sure that it's

clear that people understand that you haven't changed. It's just a side of you

they haven't seen yet. And businesses that are successful with that like in

the beginning, Coke and Pepsi couldn't have anything else but Coke and Pepsi.

But they were like, "Hey, we're not Coke and Pepsi people. Were soda people." And so

now, they can have full lines of sodas and have different sodas in different

countries because the story came, became about soda. Not about coke. And so, you can

think about that and you can expand your business in your line. And in some cases,

it's going to need its own advertising. But as long as you tell the story, people

will come with you as long as they don't feel like you're abandoning them. And

going a different direction. It was a long answer but I hope that was helpful.

-Yes. So, I think are hoping that you get a sense that there's a lot here. That

there's a great importance of having a core message. It's really what takes

a brand from just a logo to being something that will really make a

difference that that people will really remember.

Baked Turkey with Pumpkin Sauce - Duration: 3:06.

List of ingredients for 4 servings: • turkey meat - 1 kg; • soy sauce - 3 tablespoons; • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoons .; • honey - 1 tsp; • pumpkin - 200 g; • sour apple - 1 pc .; • cinnamon - 1/3 tsp; • nutmeg - ½ teaspoon; • salt; • pepper - to taste. Calories - 85 kcal per 100 grams. Cooking time - 3 hours.

Hello! Today Priprava Club prepares roasted turkey under pumpkin sauce

To start, prepare the marinade

Add soy sauce

Honey

You can pre-heat the honey to make it liquid.

Add salt

And ground black pepper

Stir

Add vegetable oil

Dip turkey in marinade

Leave marinate for at least 40 minutes.

Peel apple for sauce

Put in pan

Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces.

Add pumpkin to apples

Add some water and simmer until the pumpkin is ready.

Put the turkey in shape or on a baking sheet.

Put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 1.5 hours

Beat apple with pumpkin, add salt.

Add pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg

If the pumpkin is sweet, you can add some lemon juice.

Five Easy Stage Tips for a Great Performance - Duration: 8:05.

Hello pole friends! Welcome to the Splits Project

here I share with you some tips about flexibility and splits on the pole

and some times other things that can be useful for you

also in your performances and in your daily practices

today for instance I'm going to share five practical tips

for dance performances on stage

so everybody knows how important it is to be on stage

it's very different from when we're taping something for instagram or facebook

we can tape 20 times and chose the best one

and when we're performing live

it's very different because it's this moment

that everything has to go smooth and perfectly

we want to have the best show possible

and we want to have the best experiences and memories about it

so I think it's important to apply some simple tips that can make your life easier

can reduce the pressure that is on you when you're on stage

so today I'm going to tell you my five tips to make you safer on stage

tip number one

try out everything first

don't go to stage with anything that is new

even if it looks like something simple

try out your costume, do your entire routine at least once

using your costume, using the hair that you're planning to make

and even the make up. It may sound not so important

but it can be, like for instance, if you're planning to add some cristals

to your face, they may fall during the performance

they may, I don't know, fall in your eyes

there is always something unexpected that can happen and I recommend you to do

everything at least once using everything that you're planning to use

props, costume, different hair

so that you don't have any surprise when you're there on stage

tip number two

don't use strapless costumes

unless of course you really want to have a boob showing on stage

but if it's not the intention

don't use strapless costumes

there are many different ways for you to do this effect that there is nothing here

but you still have a safe costume

for instance I have one that I used in 2014, let me get it for you

like here

this is the costume I used for pole dance South America 2014

and it's not strapless but it has this on the back

it looks like there is nothing on the back, if you see the video it's very difficult to see something

so for instance you can use some fabric like this to do your straps

or you can use some kind of elastic

and if the color is different from your skin tone you can cover it with foundation

it works very well

and you still have a safe costume, you're not afraid of lifting your arms

or doing a cambré

and the costume is not going to drop, nothing is going to be showing

tip number three

use skin color panties under your costume

nobody is going to see it

you're going to feel a lot safer

again, we never know what can happen to your outfit on stage

something can be ripped, like the seam can be undone for some reason

and we don't want anything to be showing accidentally

right?

so here is this kind of panties, I think it's very important that

it is seamless

panties

and it's skin color

so even if it shows somehow out of your costume

if it gets out of it

it's not going to make any difference, people are not going to notice this on stage

and you're going to feel a lot safer

to do any kind of movement so I find it very important

tip number four

cover your nipples with tape

that is another way for you to feel safe

we can have beautiful cut here, beautiful clivage

and we're going to be doing many different movements

but

if we cover this, like make a little square

around your nipple

you can move as much as you want and you'll feel safe because nobody is gonna see anything

I use this in all my performances

it doesn't matter what kind of costume I'm using

because we never know when something can happen

we can have something torn

so that makes me feel a lot more comfortable

for instance I used this

in my, in my swan performance

for World Pole Dance 2016

and I had different cuts here and

and it was very beautiful costume

but the cleavage was low

so I had all the pictures and and I can't see anything and I was feeling completely comfortable when I was on stage

because I knew that nothing would be showing because of this simple detail

tip number five

and this one is specifically for pole dancers

use the same grip that you're used in your practices

try to find during your practices

where do you need grips and what kind of grips you need

because for me for instance is different, I usually use on my legs

and in my arms the ones that stick

more kind of a glue

and on my hands I use the magnesium type

the ones that dries, that works for me

so during your practices

you should try to find out what grip to apply in what region of your body

and when you go to stage

use exactly what you're using on the practices

because it happened for me, it happened to me for instance

that I was concerned that I could slip and I used a lot more

of the magnesium on my hands

and then I went on stage and I tried to make a spin and then I didn't spin

so if you do your routine many times, like five six, seven times

ten times

using the same grips in the same regions of your body

and everything goes well

it's gonna go well on stage too

there is a huge chance that nothing will change

about it

so again don't use anything that you're not used to

if it works on your pracitces

probably is going to work on stage too

and it's safer to go with something that you already know

then something new

don't use any new products

in your stage performance

with this tips that I shared with you I hope you have amazing performances
