BMW boot badge switch stuck fix - Duration: 2:33.
Hey! Today we are next to a BMW
and if you are opening your boot with a badge switch
and you get the badge stuck in some position I'll show you how to fix it,
where's the lubrication required
to make this go back each time.
This gets worst when you car is really dirty
and when it's cold, because all this friction
on the rotation axis is causing the badge to stay in this position.
So we have the trip removed
and you can see that over here
and over here
it needs some lubrication.
Let me just move the badge so you can see what's going on over here.
Here's the switch.
And we can move the badge using this.
As you can see when I release it
it doesn't go to the end position.
So we're going to clean it and lubricate it.
OK, now it should work perfect.
Now I need to put back the trim
and that's it.
OK, thank you for watching Give me thumbs up if this tutorial helped you.
Check my other tutorials about BMW and other cars.

What to Eat Before a Run || REI - Duration: 2:08.
prepping for any run starts well before you put your shoes on so what you eat
the night before and the morning of are going to be super important and make
sure you feel good when you're running this applies to any run but it's
especially important before any long trail run or a race so let's talk about
what to eat
starting with dinner everybody's body is really different so you're gonna need to
find what works for you but generally speaking you're gonna want to have a
dinner that's high in carbs with a little bit of protein and healthy fats
mixed in carbs are important because they give you that fast burning energy
that you'll need the next day on your run um
so the night before I used like to go for some enlike pasta it's really
comforting to me and it reminds me of cross-country team dinners in high
school and it's a great way to get in those carbs and some vegetables
but if pasta is not your thing go for rice and beans and maybe some healthy
fats like avocado and some veggies mixed in basically the rule of thumb is to
have something that's filling and easy to digest and it's not gonna upset your
stomach so the biggest thing to avoid is something that's brand-new to you
something that might upset your stomach or be too heavy and just not to eat too
much the night before big run so for breakfast you're gonna want to
focus on carbs just like dinner but if you're gonna be out for a couple of
hours it's also important to mix in some protein so you get that slow burning
energy on the trail I like to start my runs always with usually half a cup of
coffee and some toast or an English muffin with some nut butter so that I
feel full but not too full before I start my day other folks might go for
granola or oatmeal with some fresh fruit it really just depends what works for
you generally speaking you'll want to aim for 400 to 600 calories before you
start going but again varies person to person so most important thing is to
test out what you're gonna eat before run before you actually head out for a
really long run or race so timing is key with all of this make
sure to give yourself like an hour or two enough time to digest before you
head out on the trails and start moving if you want to learn more about what to
eat well trail running be sure to check out our other videos and I hope to see
you on the trails

Hapag-Lloyd MS Europa 2. The 9 Things You Need To Know Before Cruising On It - Duration: 9:46.
Hi I'm Gary Bembridge of Tips For
Travellers. I'm onboard
Hapag Lloyd Cruises Europa 2, and
I'm going to tell you nine things I
think you need to know about the ship to
help you decide if it's a ship that you
should really actively consider cruising
with. The first thing you need to know
is that this is a small ship operating
at the ultra-luxury
end of cruising. It's an eleven deck ship,
it holds a maximum of 500 passengers and
it is premium priced. It claims to have
the greatest amount of space per
passenger of any cruise ship out there,
and all of the suites on board have
verandas. Europa 2 has consistently had
the highest ratings by many many guides
including the Berlitz Guide to Cruising.
The design is very modern, it's very
contemporary, more of a kind of a
boutique hotel look than a traditional
cruise ship. There are over eight hundred
pieces of original art, including some by
famous artists like Damien Hirst on
board. The second thing you need to know
is that it is a European and very Germanic
experience, being a German line it is
mostly occupied and used by German
speakers. However Europa 2 has been
designated as their international ship
to attract more and more English
speakers. So all of the crew on board are
bilingual, they speak German and English.
All the documentation on board you'll
find that you come in contact with as an
English speaker will be English. There's
also an international hostess on board.
There will always be an English
excursion or if there's a excursion that
you want to do that's in German, they'll
make sure that someone is available to come
on the tour with you to translate it
into English for you. If there's any
talks onboard which are by German
personalities or German speakers a
translation (a live translation) will be
provided. All the safety briefing, zodiac
briefings are always done in English. All
announcements are done both in German
and in English, but it is a very European
experience compared to some of the other
ultra-luxury lines which are much more
American experience - for example the
onboard currency is the Euro not the
dollar. The third thing you need to know
is about the whole dining experience. Now
all food is included within your fare
both the standard restaurants and the
speciality restaurants are all included.
There are seven restaurants on board.
The main dining room is called
Weltmeere, this is an ala carte
restaurant. It's a very beautiful room
and has both a set ala carte menu which
doesn't change and then an ala carte
menu for the day - so massive amount of
choice. You then have the Yacht Club
which is both indoor and outdoor. It's
more informal, it's the buffet restaurant.
So those are the two main restaurants
you never have to make reservations for
those. Then you have Sakura
which is an amazing sushi restaurant
with incredible sushi. One of the very
popular restaurants on board is Tarragon.
Tarragon is a French bistro restaurant, a
great restaurant. One of the most popular
ones on board. Just linked to Tarragon is
the Grande Reserve which is really
focusing on wine tasting and meals. A
great restaurant if you are into Asian food
is Elements. This has phenomenal Asian
food. Probably the most popular of all is
Serenmissima,which is the Italian
restaurant ,magnificent Italian food.
Then of course you have 24-hour room
service, with the breakfast being pretty
magnificent. The other thing, which is
great, which is included is once a week
onboard is a caviar night. These are held
in every single restaurant will have a
caviar feature. On board Europa 2
there are six magnificent bars and
lounges. Collins is a great bar,
particular if you're into smoking or
cigars.
It's the connoisseur bar and it has an
enormous range of gins. They claim to
have the biggest range of gins of any
ship. Club 2 is an evening venue and it
has live music. It has a band that plays
in there. Down in the lobby area is the
Piano Bar, and the pianist at various times
during the day will play the grand piano
there. Out by the pool you've got the
Pool Bar which of course is open during
the day and often, as entertainment or
activities at the poo,l at night. Two
venues which I really like, the first of
which is Sansibar. This is based on a
famous German beach bar. It's also
open-air and it's a great spot for
drinks but in the evening they'll often
have music there - live music or a disco
playing. And then there's the Belvedere.
This is the library and it's also where
you have your coffees and teas. In the
afternoon they have a beautiful
afternoon tea service with choice of great
cakes and of course your speciality teas
and coffees. The fifth thing you need to
know is about accommodation. There are
seven grades of suites on board and
as I mentioned, all of them have a
veranda. The main type of
accommodation on board is a veranda
suite, and there are 141. The veranda
suite is a magnificent suite. It's over
30 square metres with a really big balcony.
It's very plush. A nice big walk-in
cupboard and a great bathroom which has
both a bath and a shower. All of the
accommodation on board is very spacious
and especially is considering it's a
relatively small ship. There's not loads
and loads of entertainment on board but
there are of course some options, in the
theatre they will often be shows and the
shows tend to lean towards more dance
shows so language is less of an issue.
You've got the band I have
mentioned in Club 2. There will also be
special events like the Captain's
Welcome Pool Party. There also will be other
events like gin tasting.
There may be some guest speakers. There's
an art gallery and some tours showing
around those over 800 pieces of art. One
of the facilities that you do
pay extra for is the Mille cookery
classes. But overall the entertainment is
relatively low-key. There's no casino.
There's a daily programme which has
various activities in, but it tends to be
much lower key. The seventh thing you
need to know is about other facilities,
particularly when it comes to fitness and
relaxation. There's a very large spa,
there's a pretty big fitness room. All
the fitness classes are included within
the fare. There's a magnificent swimming
pool which has a roof that closes, so if
the weather is not great they can
close the roof. They also have a quiet
area up on deck 11 with a Jacuzzi.
There's also some golf simulators to
actually practice playing golf. The other
great thing is they have bicycles on
board. They do run as one of the
excursion options normally in most
ports a bike excursion, which is a
paid-for excursion, but then there are
also bikes which you can then just use.
So if you just want to go off and
explore on bicycles you can go and
do that. What's quite exciting about Europa 2
is it has a much
younger age demographic than you'll find
on many other ultra luxury lines. Hapag
Lloyd are actively going out trying to
encourage young professionals to cruise
on Europa 2. The ship is designed and
the facilities are really designed to
cater for and attract a younger Cruiser.
So you're going to find they're sort of in
their 40s and often with families.
That's why many of the cruises on Europa 2
are shorter - so it'll be seven eight
to ten days long which make it much more
appealing. Also there's lots and lots of
incentives to attract younger cruises on
board particularly those with families. If
you are traveling with family, you'll
find if you've got kids up to the age of
eleven if they're travelling in your cabin
they travel for free. If they're between
11 and 15 they just pay a small fee of
around about a hundred euros / a hundred
dollars per child if they stay within
your cabin. They also have family
apartments on board which is a veranda
suite with an interconnecting room which
has bunk beds, bathrooms, lots of toys
which are designed specifically for kids.
You can have a whole family apartment.
They have kids clubs which range from
the Knopf Club, which is for two to three
year olds, kids club for four to ten year
olds and a teens club from 11 to 15
years old. They also have little touches
like, for example, they provide a late
riser service where they'll come and
fetch the kids from your suite, they'll
take them away in the mornings and give
you some you time. They also provide, if
you're coming with young ones, a baby
welcome pack which you can book before
you get on board and when you get on board
you'll have things like diapers, food and
it means that you have to bring much
less stuff with you on board. So it's a
much younger demographic and really
targeting kids. The important thing to
note of course is if you're traveling in
peak school holiday time, there is a
chance that there will be a lot of kids
on board. So for example I was traveling
in mid-july and there were 55 kids on board.
So if you want to avoid kids avoid the
key school holiday times. The ninth thing
I want to talk about is that, although
it's ultra luxur,y it is a pre laid-back
and informal atmosphere on board. So
there's no formal nights, no Gala
Nights where you have to get dressed up.
In fact there's no formal dress code,
although people do tend to dress very
smartly - so you'll find gentlemen do
wear jackets to dinner and ladies will wear
some knee-length dresses. Dining is open
seating. On board
it's pretty refined, quite cultured. Europa 2
is rated consistently as one of the
best of all the best cruise ships around.
It operates at the ultra luxury, the
premium end. It attracts a much younger
crowd of people. It's also the
International ship so it's completely
bilingual. As an english-speaking
traveler, if you're looking for an ultra
luxury line I definitely
would strongly recommend you
take a look at it. If you enjoyed this video,
I'd love it if you watch many more of my
Tips For Travellers videos. The goal is to
help you make much more of your precious
travel time and money with travel
inspiration, advice and tips.

VLOG 011 | New Years Resolutions 2018 - Duration: 4:50.
Many people consider the custom of making New Year's Resolutions to be a
massive waste of time, and be a symptom of the massive self absorption of modern
humanity. However, ignore such negativity! In fact
the custom of setting resolutions for the new year goes back to ancient Rome.
You see the month of January takes its name from the ancient Roman god Janus
the god of doorways. Janus had two faces; one looking forwards into the future and
one looking backwards into the past. At the end of January
Romans promised to forgive those who had wronged them in the past, and made promises
to god Janus to do better in the coming year.
Thus resolutions were born. So you see it's a time-honoured tradition. Here are
my five resolutions for 2019. I use Canon cameras. I love them. The colour, the user
interface, and they feel great in my hand. However, I'm a camera cheat. Do you see this
wheel here on the top? Can you see that it's set to fully automatic? I really
want to learn how to use my camera properly in manual mode.
Resolution two. This year I've been finding out all about Commandaria. And
now I've become really quite curious about other dessert wines. So I want to
learn more about dessert wines. I want to taste Amarone, I want to taste port, I
want to get to know the dessert wine world. Resolution three. If you've been
watching my winery visit videos on YouTube this year, you will notice that I have
been focusing on wine route four, and wine route five in Limassol. However, there are actually
seven wine routes in Cyprus. So, my third resolution is that I should stop being
so lazy drive over to Paphos and get to know
more about wine on that side of the island.
Resolution four. Talking about Paphos and Limassol, I believe there is a great deal
of difference between the terroir of Limassol and the terroir of Paphos. I can
taste it in the Xynisteri, but I need to find out more. So, in the coming year I
want to find out more about the microclimates and the terroir within the
Cyprus wine regions. And, my fifth resolution. I want to grow as a filmmaker
and develop my editing skills. By this point I have watched about a billion
YouTube videos on how to make a video, how to edit a video, how to colour a video
how to cut a video. I think I should start getting involved with some of the
more sophisticated stuff, and begin to challenge myself more. My videos are fine
but they can be better. New Year's resolutions are promises we make to
ourselves. That alone is a positive mental shift as all year round our
promises and energy revolve around everybody else. Often our good intentions
don't survive past January, but setting goals and failing to reach them is much
better than failing to set goals altogether.
Tasters, if you've liked this video give it a thumbs up and share it with
your friends. What are your new year's resolutions? Leave a comment below and
I'll see you in the new year. Cheers everybody!

Take them to Katyn
Give the reason for the deed of this deed
Anger and rage are growing
Stalin knows it too
He knows who is guilty he will disappear soon
Parish propaganda
Zataja Soviet crimes
But we know the sickle and the hammer brings death again!
And then you have to look
Like everywhere around death
The time of our destruction has already come!
We all remember when
in 1940
Thousands of souls
Sent to death
In cattle cars
sent unceremoniously to the slaughter
Get ready for weapons!
Shed their blood!
When around death
and Polish soldiers
the nightmare is overflowing
and hope disappears.
When the grave was discovered, the curtain falls
the eyes will soon see a mournful, unfortunate death
But in their heart a white eagle
who will live forever
in spite of the deed of this dishonor
Fear and fury are growing

VR Minecraft Oculus Go, with multiplayer support. Oculus Go Minecraft in less than 10 minutes - Duration: 9:15.
hey guys Ty here and in this video I am going to show you how to get minecraft
VR on your oculus CO and how to use it sign in to Xbox Live so it works and you
can enter rooms or servers I do not play in Minecraft so I don't know really a
thing about it but I know that there's a huge demand for it and they don't have
it on the oculus go yet they've got it on the Samsung gear VR and that's what
we're gonna be using is that version of the app and it works perfectly fine on
the oculus go I don't know why they haven't just put it from the gear VR or
put the gear VR version right on the oculus ghost or it didn't appears to
work great again I don't really play it I had my little nephew play it and he
jumped into it was building stuff and tearing stuff down and doing all that
stuff he said it was great now there's a few things that we're gonna need to do
and one thing that I highly suggest that you do and that would be to go to the
oculus store look for experiences under the gear VR find minecraft and buy it
you could do it on the computer you don't need to have a gear VR set up so
that you're actually paying for the app I highly advocate for paying for what
you're using especially with the apps so buy it if you've already had it for the
Samsung gear VR and then we'll move on to the next step but go take a take a
few moments go over to the gear or the oculus store for the go or the gear I'm
sorry and buy it so that way you've paid for it and you legitimately own it now
you're going to need to we've done then once you've done that the next thing
you're gonna want to do is actually put your go into developer mode now that
sounds tricky and you're like I'm not a developer I don't know anything about
that it's so easy anybody can do it it literally takes 60 seconds and I will
provide a link down below to a short tutorial I did on how to do that it's
super super super simple so yeah don't be intimidated by that so put your go
into developer mode or enable developer mode and then you're going to want to
install the folder down below another link it's called a DB a DB is kind of
how you can side load and install nan oculus apps or apps that aren't on the
oculus store on your go and there's a ton of useful things about side loading
like that I've done another video so go find that
video off maybe I'll link to it down below but you need this ad be full and
I've created some some little program type files called batch files and if
they're just it does make things very simple you just double click it and it
does everything for you you don't need to worry about knowing any command
prompts which normally you would need to know in order to sideload apps like this
so i've made it very very easy once you've downloaded that adb folder
extracted to your c drive though so that these little batch files i've made work
so they know where to look for the the components that it needs to make things
everything work right so it should be like c / adb in that'll be your folder
and we'll look at that here in a second now the last thing that you're going to
need to do or one of the last things on is you're going to want to get the Xbox
Live app or the Xbox app for your go I'll provide a link down below that will
take you to the oculus store for the go experiences so that you can get to it
cuz it's like an unlisted app you can't find it if you actually go to oculus app
store and search for it and I want to give a big shout out to open PC reviews
he's another youtuber good stuff I'll provide a link to his channel for sure
go over check him out subscribe to him he brought that to my attention and so
once you go over to the oculus store on your computer and you click install or
purchase it's free on your gonna be like well how do I find it on the go well go
to your oculus go here and then I'll show you here you're gonna go over to
your library and then you're going to go over to not installed and this is the
Xbox app or kind of highlighted here that's what we're looking for and it
will show up now under not installed so go over to not installed and then just
install it from there and then you're gonna be good to go and then you're
gonna want to launch it and then this is easy we don't need to walk through that
you're gonna launch it it's going to ask you immediately to sign in with your
Xbox account just sign in and bam you're done and then it's going to say update
needed to continue just back out of it you're done you're signed in you don't
need to worry about updating it so you're good to go right there so BAM
that's all you need it for is to just get signed in and have that information
on your go now you're gonna want to install and get minecraft so like I said
you should buy it so you paid for it so that it's legit but
it's totally available if you google it and I'll provide a link down below to an
app repository that I found it at and just download it from there it is the
latest version that was released I here in the beginning of December and that
update actually allowed you to sign in to Microsoft and for it to work
correctly so now you've got that downloaded on your computer
you've got your ADB folder on your C Drive open up your adb folder on your C
Drive plug your go into your computer and I've got this set up to do
wirelessly which you can learn how just go look at all my videos I got a ton of
a month ago and but for now you're gonna want to plug it in and plug in your
computer and then I'll show you here you're going to want to click on cast to
your PC now you may get a notification in your go if you've never done anything
like this before it's saying hey is it cool for this computer to mess with your
go does it allow access it says yes so you want to grant access and tick the
box this is always trust this computer and then click OK
and after you've clicked cast to PC you're going to get a window like this
where you can actually see what's going on on your computer so this is just like
a very cool side effect of this is that you're going to be able to see what's
going on and cast here PC and it's way better than the app casting now to
install minecraft just open up the folder then what kind of to do this here
so you can see it open up the folder where you've got it downloaded just grab
it drag it over and let it go and it will install and then you're gonna see
you've got a little bit of a dialog here under cast to your PC and I've already
done this so you'll see download minecraft successfully installed so then
it'll be installed and you're good to go and it takes a minute or two it's like a
hundred and I don't know 112 120 megabyte file and it will take a hot SEC
to install this way over here and now back on your go what you're gonna on
your go you're gonna see you now have unknown sources under your main library
surges under the library we're going to go to unknown sources and then right
there minecraft boom click on that and it will take a
second to load so we'll let this load up so that you can kind of see
and then you'll have an icon I don't have it here because I've already done
this and it'll say sign in to Microsoft you are going to need a controller so it
you have to have a controller you won't be able to do anything without a
controller this controller has one function and I'll show you that in a
second and that's to go from watching it in like a Minecraft world lounge where
you've got it on a TV it's actually stepping through the TV into this 3d
world right here so here we go and I'm already logged in but generally like
right off here where this little X is in the middle you would see sign in and
you're just gonna hit a on your controller to sign in it'll take a
second BAM you're signed in but we'll go up here to click play and here we go we
can go up to servers and we'll check this out and I try to demo this without
being on my head because I find it's really shaky if I'm wearing it it
doesn't look good for the users usually you guys watching it so we'll just snow
man survival and connecting to external server locating servers so hopefully
this will be relatively quick my energy down here sucks the routers way upstairs
like on the other side of the house and I'm down in my basement doing this
generating world and then I don't know much about the controllers but I would
just leave this as VR control which is a moderate I think it makes for a better
experience and then you click OK so now you can see we are in a hole like this
minecraft kind of world that it's kind of a dark little world here but we want
to get in and actually play and we can see all these players are with this
you're either tap on this on the touchpad or pull the trigger and here we
go we are entering in the world and now we
can move around and Here I am and whoa and again I don't know a whole lot about
Minecraft but we can look around and we are in this minecraft multiplayer world
right now and there you go you minecraft players are gonna know what to do from
here on out so BAM done so easy and I let my nephew play this he loves
Minecraft and he went to town on instead it was like the best thing since sliced
bread so you guys should enjoy this if this has helped you I would
appreciate it if you give it a thumbs up that really helps the channel subscribe

button because I do post videos like this fairly frequently if you guys have
any questions or problems or comments anything like that let me know down in
the comments below you guys may be able to help one another too if you've got
problems installing or anything like that and that is it is it is it that's
it we're done as always thank you for watching and I will see you in the next

Creative : Nurgle Blood Bowl by Hungry troll - Duration: 6:00.
Do you know the game Blood Bowl? We're gonna show you the captain of our team!
It's one of Hungry Troll's Lord of Nurgle, cast in high quality resin.
We are going to work with our wash inks, so the best thing would be to prime the miniature with some white surface primer so the colours shine more.
The colour scheme is going to combine green, flesh, purple… a whole range of colours which would make convincing rotting skin!
Our intensity inks have a shiny finish, perfect for open wounds, tongues and intestines. As you can see, it covers a lot with just a couple of drops.
Profiling the different parts of the miniature helps to give more volume. Afterwards, the wash inks will add shadows and depth.
A mix of green and flesh, spread evenly throughout the skin.
The result is repulsive and icky, but we are going to add more red!
Now, the final touches, profiling the areas with skin to give extra volume.
The game is played on a grass field. Our artificial grass looks fantastic on the base, so we glue some with white glue.
The last trick? To gloss varnish the wounds, intestines and pustules, to make them even more horrendous!
Here we have our revolting captain, all ready for the match!
Don't miss out on anything and subscribe to our channel!
