hi this is Jennifer from Tarle speech with your pronunciation question today's

question is how do I say the word Constitution which are the fundamental

principles of a an organization or a country so let's take a look at this

word Constitution we're going to break this down into syllables and so think of

this more as a word stress lesson this week so word stress here is going to

really impact this word and it's a little different than is typical the

word stress is going to be more towards the end of the word because we have that

tion ending I have a class on that I feel interested in how to pronounce

those tion endings so I'll put a link at the bottom of the video for you so let's

start with syllable number one con it's gonna be nice and short yes there is

that open vowel the short con and then we're gonna quickly move into this

really short syllable Consta con sta and you're gonna have that schwa sound

there consta then we're gonna move to the stressed syllable - to stress the

syllable we're going to make it a little louder the vowel a little longer and the

pitch a little bit higher that being said most of my clients really mess up

syllable stress because the vowels are too short and typically the same length

so make sure that you make this vowel extra long to get that stress correct

and then last we're going to end with the tion syllable tion consta two shun

Temperatures hit record low for 2018 in Seoul, central region - Duration: 1:25.

Let's start with the big chill... causing us all to shiver in South Korea.

It's another bitterly cold day with the lows dropping well into the double negative digits

for most of the central region.

The frigid conditions are expected to continue well into the weekend.

Our Choi Si-young reports.

It's the coldest day of the year in South Korea.

The temperature in Seoul plunged to nearly minus 14 degrees Celsius overnight, but the

wind made it feel like almost minus 20.

The mercury in the neighboring Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do Provinces plunged even further...with

Suwon at minus 13 and Chuncheon minus 15.

The southern cities of Gwangju and Busan were a little milder starting at minus 5 and minus

6 respectively.

A cold wave advisory is in place for parts of the Jeollabuk-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do and

Chungcheong-do provinces.

Some regions in Jeollabuk-do Province have also seen some heavy snowfall.

The counties of Gochang and Muan received up to 20 and 6 centimeters, respectively.

Heavy snow warnings and advisories are in place for those areas.

The regional weather agency expects up to three centimeters of snow and forecasts as

much as 4 7 (47?... four to seven?) centimeters of snow along the province's western coast

through Saturday.

The agency is urging residents in those areas to drive safely and protect their crops.

The intense cold wave is set to stay in well into the weekend and early next week.

look at the Australian $1.00 that was issued in 2002 and if you can see here

he has a map of Australia he has a Southern Cross and that actually looks

to draw people's attention to the countryside of Australia so that's why

all the rooms there the outback here sir very iconic

that's just a guess I had no idea I'm not gonna look at that and I myself I

love the countryside I love to go driving in the countryside I don't like

driving in the city countryside is awesome because you get run over

kangaroos just joking I try to avoid kangaroos but you get to see lots of

species of kangaroos and different species of flora and fauna in this climb

was issued to commemorate that event so this is the circulating coin and this

coin has a mintage of do thirty five point four million any now circulated

grade has a book value of six dollars but quite frankly you can buy it for at

least half they're probably free dollars say these coins I've got all from

circulation and this one's pretty good so in this grade mmm I probably dump

them off for like two dollars in very good condition

but if you have some that are well circulated like this coin

yeah maybe that's collectible maybe not but I'd eclectic pom-pom offer

on eBay but if there any any worst condition in this then they're just

worth $1 ordered even why are you about collecting it just spend it as $1

because that's basically what it's worth and also there were these coin sets okay

so now that I've gotten rid of this shadow so as you can see specifications

and then we have Brisbane so I just want is B so it is actually counter marks

means that I will punched after the coin was minted so there you go this to be

and this one has a mint of thirty two thousand six hundred ninety eight so the

second-lowest and this is basically the whole set here

so do not bad I like quite like these covers as they

collect us on in there okay as an

investment I wouldn't actually recommend there's actually things out there you

can buy that is more of an investment grade coin
