greatness because greatness is all in
you but it's easier to watch greatness
it's easier to go see greatness than is
to put in the time to put in the energy
to discipline yourself just sacrifice
it's easier and so that's why your
average I've been doing the same thing
you had the same job you're experiencing
the same things and you're like nothing
has changed everything about you is
phenomenal but you've consciously made a
decision to be average you are average
in school
you're average at your workplace like
everything you do is average and not
because it's average but because you've
made a decision
you've made a choice to be average why
cuz the people around you our average or
maybe you grew up in an average
environment or went to an average school
or you work for an average company and
so you decided you decided to go against
who you are
no one else feels sorry for you only you
do that's the type of mindset when
people are successful at life they sit
there and they feel sorry for themselves
and there will all this fucking sympathy
from everybody else yet they're not
willing to go out there and makes you
happy for themselves because this is not
for everyone this is not for the faint
at heart this is for people will have
goals and dreams they want to achieve
everyone seems to think that this world
this government somebody owes them
something nobody owes you shit if you
want something go out there and get it
go out there fucking take it that's all
there is to it
you could be great if you just showed up
get in the game
quit stop playing you deserve to see
what your life would look like if you
gave a hundred different things it's not
about you this kind of a fine

after your Destin you've got a run out
to your destiny

you got a run because success is never
an accident and if you don't want it get

people who want to do something with
their life
the choice that we have though is either
to give up or keep on going I want to
ask you what are you gonna believe are
you gonna believe in yourself you're
gonna believe everybody else's judgment
on you like I want your dream to be so
clear so vivid right that when you wake
up in the morning all you got to do is
step in your dream I didn't get it till
I got to this age but I'm gonna start
running I messed up junior high but now
I'm gonna start running and this type of
high school but now I'm gonna start
running the moment you did the word you
are a run the Bible said the day you
hear my voice harden not your heart when
God gives you a chance at a nice day

and that's in every aspect of life so

stars and not get them did not aim at
all I would rather go after it and not

rather try and fail did not try at all I
don't want to live with the idea wonder
what would have happened
and I took more with my life I'm gonna

because in reality mediocrity is where
most people live mediocrity is the
elephant in the room it's ubiquitous
mediocrity in your schools it's in your
dreams it's in your family I'm giving
you my hand and I'm saying take my hand
and let's fly you changed you stopped
being you you let people stick a finger
in your face and tell you you're no good
and when things got hard you started
looking for something to blame like a
big shadow you me or nobody is gonna hit
as hard as life but it ain't about how
hard you hit it's about how hard you can
get hit and keep moving forward how much
you can take and keep moving forward
that's how weird it is done most of you
say you want to be successful but you
don't want it bad you just kind of want
it your habit
let's determine what direction here we
go you don't want it badder than you
want a party
you don't want it as much as you want to
be cool you most of you don't want
success as much as you want to sleep
you're better than that
today's your day you are the only reason
why all of your ancestors before you
ever lived

make a choice but you just decide what
is gonna be who you're gonna be how
you're going to do it just decide you
have this this habit of getting
comfortable in our routines and patterns
and then it gets difficult to get out of
that there's got to be those days you
push through there probably gonna be
more numerous than the days you don't
and I think that's something to be
mindful of as well try to imagine your
life when you'd make that easy choice
next time what is that gonna do is that
gonna keep you away from your dreams are
you gonna regret that later you know a
lot of opportunities appear only once in
life and you skip that taking the easy
choice they're probably gone forever you
can dream of the kind of life you want
you can dream of the kind of change you
want you can dream of the kind of future
you want but until you wake up
and begin to plan to get there it would
only be a dream if you don't get up and
actually do something to anything those
a new positive emotions will never have
the opportunity to follow those actions
you'll just be stuck in a lazy
demotivated hole for as long as you
choose to be
and so the benefit of discipline in my
eyes has always been that through
discipline I get things done you told us
to choose about to start working out you
told us the truth we'll start a business
but when are you gonna do that your
number one job is to become more of
yourself and sometimes Oh a big part of
success is just not being lazy and just
doing it yeah just yeah that's like 90%
of is just showing up get there and
start working like you're not gonna feel
perfect every day effort effort man I
see so many people talking about hustle
hard word determination grind work ethic
at the end of the day when I look at the
body of people the men in them that I've
worked with around the world at the end
of the day it's effort do I not have
enough time or am I being lazy
and lazy comes in two different flavors
lazy comes in two distinct flavors lazy
comes in one flavor which means not
working you might be saying hey I'm
constantly working I'm constantly
learning that's an easy that's means
irrebuttable but the second flavor of
lazy is not doing what needs to be done
it means holding out on doing what you
know is necessary but hard to do
