Waching daily May 2 2018

- Right here,

table tennis in the house.

Table tennis in the gym.

Never seen that before.

And right through here,

we have a Muay Thai ring just here.

If you wanna practise some Muay Thai,

some kickboxing, you can.

Everybody,

20th of February twenty-eighteen.

I'm on my way to Fitness Thailand,

one of the gyms here,

to do a back training session.

I'm walking there at the moment.

I'm on the side of the road as you can tell.

And I'm gonna film that back session.

I'll do a quick review on the gym.

So if you ever come here,

you know what to do.

You know to come and check it out.

Just quickly I want to point out;

check out this wall.

That old dodgy wall,

you can see there.

Now, that is the wall that was essentially built

around the entire old city of Chiang Mai.

And then over time,

it's just eroded away as you can see on my left.

As you can see it runs all the way along.

So that divides the old city from the rest of Chiang Mai.

Anyway, let's go to the gym.

It is almost impossible to cross this road.

It's impossible without dying.

So I'm filming this just in case I die,

this is the last video.

I really don't know how to cross the road in Asia.

I've been here so many times and still haven't learnt.

Here we go!

Yes!

I was there for ten minutes!

Just gonna grab a pre-workout.

This is not my usual pre-workout,

just thought I'd point that out.

So, quickly, before we step in to the gym,

if you're trying to get here,

it's actually hard to find.

When I came here 3 years ago,

I really struggled to find this place.

Even with Google Maps,

and I'll throw that up on your screen,

that's where it is on Google Maps.

But in real life this is what it looks like.

Pizza Hut.

Big computer joint.

Down this street.

You keep walking down this street.

If you have a look left,

big computer plaza runs all the way

down the length of this road.

You'll see 'Icon,

a reddish kind of building,

that's where it is.

Right, and it took me forever to find it years ago.

Um, but yeah.

This will help you.

So yeah, that's it.

Walk straight down there,

and you'll find it.

So, just on the street now.

Just come from there,

computers, computers,

the sign 'COR Café',

turn left.

You walk in here,

then you get to a set of lifts.

Fitness Thailand seventh and eighth floors.

That's it.

Fitness Thailand.

I have no idea.

200, yeah?

Thank you.

(upbeat RnB music)

Alright, folks.

Just finished a training session here.

I did back and bice here today.

I did about 40 - 45 minutes here at Fitness Thailand.

This is the gym,

this is the main floor.

Now, what I don't like about it just real quick,

one or two minutes,

is the floors are tiled.

I don't like that.

I don't think it's good for a gym to have tiled floors.

However, the weightlifting area,

which is straight through there where I was before,

the floors are covered,

not tiled.

Now real quick,

this is actually a really big gym,

it has all the equipment that you need.

There's a cardio section

with all the treadmills on one side near the window.

This room here looks like a group class.

Group training class room,

where they do maybe Pilates and yoga and that kind of thing.

On the other side of this room they've got bikes,

where they do spin and RPM,

and things like that.

And, that's it.

So, costs 200 Baht to get in here for a drop-in session.

So 100 Baht buys four Australian Dollars,

so eight Australian dollars to have access

to this gym here in Chiang Mai.

I'll throw it up on the map exactly where it is

so you can see for yourself where you can find this place.

And, otherwise,

freeweights, cable machines,

everything you would normally expect in a gym is here.

Lots of benches,

lots of dumbbells, and barbells.

Good variety.

The weights don't always match,

so you'll have to work hard finding matching weights.

Um, some dumbbells don't have numbers on them,

so you just have to guess how much they weigh.

Let's go for a walk.

So, this is the front area,

this is the main entrance to the gym.

Upstairs, the upstairs area.

I guess you can buy supplements from this corner right here.

Weight protein, yada yada yada.

If you want a weight protein shake

70 Baht.

70 Baht, about three Australian Dollars.

Right here, table tennis in the house.

Table tennis in the gym.

Never seen that before.

And right through here,

we have a Muay Thai ring just there.

If you wanna practise some Muay Thai,

or some kickboxing, you can.

Check that out.

We've got some rings.

We've got some tyres and some bags.

And some music behind me.

And we've got Chiang Mai out the window.

Alright, just leaving the gym now.

As I mentioned before, back and biceps.

Started with doing deadlifting first.

Heavy sets.

Hadn't done deadlifting in about four months

due to my shoulder injury from my motorbike accident.

So, didn't go as heavy as what I would like to,

but straight from deadlifting into bicep curls,

and from bicep curls without pretty much any rest,

so going from back to bice,

one into the other,

and then going back into deadlifting,

back into biceps curls,

back into deadlifting,

back into bicep curls.

Doing four sets of each.

And then going from, after I finished deadlifitng,

then I went to bent-over dumbbell row.

And I did, I think, four sets of bent-over dumbbell row.

And then-- but I did first set of dumbbell,

bent-over dumbbell row.

Then I went to hammer curl,

bent-over dumbbell row, hammer curl,

bent-over dumbbell row, to hammer curl.

So, from back to bicep.

Back to bicep, back to bicep.

And then I-- what else did I do?

That's pretty much it.

I usually do three exercises

or four exercises per muscle group.

I didn't have time today

'cause I have to a Muay Thai training class

in about thirty minutes from now.

But hopefully you enjoyed the footage.

If you have any questions let me know.

This is the gym, come check it out if you're in Chiang Mai.

It is pretty awesome.

That's it.

See you guys, ciao.

The Hit [Canto-Noir Short Film] by James Lee - Duration: 19:37.

Hey, no water in the toilet?

The flush is broken.

Then you better not take a dump.

I can't tell, I'll have to if I have to.

Just hold it.

How long do we have to wait?

I don't know.

We've never waited this long.

What a waste of time.

Can't do much, just sit and wait.

How long have you been reading the newspaper?

I reread it.

Reread?

So is there any interesting news?

Yes, there is.

Election has been announced.

I knew, it was two days ago.

My newspaper is two days old.

How can you read old newspapers?

So are you going to vote?

No.

Why not?

Whether I vote or not, it won't make any difference.

So why should I?

Don't you want the country to change?

I definitely support changes in the country.

For example, look at the company's management.

What's that go to do with the company?

Don't you think the standard is dropping?

No, how is it dropping?

Like tonight, we have to wait for so long.

There was this time...

They didn't even inform us when it's called off.

It was only that time, not all the time.

At least compensate us for waiting.

They won't make us wait, if we charge by hourly rate.

Well, at least we don't have to pay tax.

I won't mind paying taxes, if the government is efficient.

You want to pay tax?

What are you going to put as your occupation?

A hit man?

Why not?

Can't a hit man contribute to the country?

A hit man can be patriotic too.

You know the folks runing the company?

I don't.

Whoever is it, it doesn't matter.

Who says it doesn't matter?

If it's run by the same people every year, it'll become inefficient.

That's more the reason the company needs change.

Not everyone wants change.

If it's up to you, don't you want to see changes?

Let's not talk about the government.

Just take a look at our benefits.

I don't see any problems with the benefits.

No problems?

Like tonight,

...if they know it's going to be delayed...

...at least prepare some snacks and drinks for us.

Are you serious?

You want the company to worry about such trivial matters?

If you want, you can bring them on your own next time.

Whatever, I'm hungry.

Hello?

Yes, we still have the supper meal set.

10 dollar per set.

The set will include one milk tea,

One packet of peanuts and an egg sandwich.

Sure, no problem.

To change the tea to coffee just add 1 dollar.

To replace the peanuts to egg tart add 2 dollars.

And if you add another extra dollar you'll get a bacon.

Yes.

2 sets?

Sure, then it'll be 2 supper meal sets.

Will get it ready.

Yes, thank you very much.

I didn't hear wrong?

2 sets?

2 sets.

It means there are 2 targets?

2 targets.

This is too much.

They think they can always do whatever they like.

This is what I meant earlier.

It's just once in a while.

Just let it go.

But it's really unfair to us.

We are being paid a monthly salary.

So no matter how many targets we kill, we still get the same amount.

But sometimes when there are no work the entire month, they'll still pay us.

Correct.

But remember, we're 24 hours on call daily.

Sometimes from 1 target becomes 2, like tonight.

Already said it was 1 then it becomes 2.

If you add it up, it doesn't favor us.

You're right.

But we can't do much.

The company must have made a lot of money.

How do you know?

In the market,

...how many companies do you think offer our services?

We're not selling egg tarts.

Egg tarts are sold everywhere.

A lot of customers.

It's cheap because of the huge demand.

Our customers don't come to buy egg tarts.

What're they buying?

Buying lives.

So who are those folks that can afford to buy lives?

9 out of 10 are usually politicians.

Businessmen.

And mostly the rich folks.

So think about it.

The company must charge a lot.

And make a huge profit.

It's possible.

That's why...

Can't they just prepare some snacks and drinks for us?

Did they tell you what time they're coming?

No.

They'll call us again when they arrive.

Who delivered this?

No idea.

No one outside.

Maybe it's from the company.

How do you know it's from the company?

Maybe the company finally realizes,

It's so late at night...

...and we've waited so long.

Worried we may be hungry, so they sent it to us

I don't believe it.

The tarts is delicious.

The coffee is good too.

Didn't you said you were hungry?

How did the company knew we're hungry?

And deliver egg tarts?

Like I've said,

...maybe the company is not as bad as you thought.

I think..

...the company must have placed a bug here.

They hear could everything we said.

Are you serious?

You think the company would be so free to bug and listen to our conversations.

Why not?

They're the one who set the venue and time.

They can bug the place before we're here.

I don't think the company would do such a thing.

You eating?

Not bad.

Told you so.

I still think they're listening to us.

What are you afraid of if you had done nothing wrong?

The things we said earlier.

You mean the things you've said?

Dont worry, the company won't mind such a small matter.

How do you know?

Okay, first of all, the company is so big.

There are so many departments.

And if each departments complain, then their hands will be full.

For example, the guys from the cleaning department.

They have to come in after we're done,

...to clear up, destroy evidence, clean the place,

...dispose the body, so think about it?

They'll have their complains too.

You still remember the fatso from last year's job?

Of course.

It was in Johor.

Was it in Johor?

Wasn't it?

The fatso who's peeing all over.

Yeah, the fatso...

He peed and shit all over when we shot him.

What a mess.

Now you know it's a mess.

Thank god we don't have to do the clean up.

Was it in Johor?

It was in Johor.

I still remember he shit all over the place.

Yeah...

Crawling all over before he died...

...his intestines spilled out...

...you can even see his undigested food.

It was gross.

I'm eating...

I'm sorry.

What's with you?

I've got a stomachache.

I need to go take a dump.

But the flush pump is broken.

I can't hold it.

Hello?

We're ready.

In 5 minutes?

Okay.

Got it.

What a relief.

So?

In 5 minutes, get ready.

Sure.

So like the usual?

Like the usual...

I'll be at the front, you cover the back.

But there are 2 tonight.

In that case...

We'll take 1 each.

So who'll shoot first?

If you like, you can shoot first.

Then you'll take out the second one.

Okay, sure.

Hey!

Did you flush just now?

Yes I did.

Wasn't the pump broken?

No it wasn't.

My husband asks me to meet him here.

Where's he?

What's going on here?

Where's my husband?

Mom!

Mom!

Mom, mom!

Mom?

Mom!

Hey!

Didn't we said you'll shoot first?

Oh yeah!

The fatso job was not in Johor.

It was in Ipoh.

It's you who forgot.

Obamacare repeal may not be dead after all New repeal plan could - Duration: 4:39.

Obamacare repeal may not be dead after all New repeal plan could bring wave of GOP voters

to the polls

by: JD Heyes

Perhaps youve heard the saying before: Go big or go home.

Congressional Republicans may be prepared to do just that in making a new attempt to

repeal Obamacare.

And if theyre successful, not only will American health care get far less complex

and far more affordable, it could drive GOP successes at the polls in the fall midterms.

As reported by Quin Hillyer in a column for the Washington Examiner, President Obamas

signature law is in bigger danger now of being sacked than at any time since it was passed:

Time and opportunity still exist to replace Obamacare.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., ought to make it a priority, and should make

clear he is open to pushing through a budget resolution next month to make it happen.

It cant happen without the budget resolution, because thats the only way they can avoid

a bill-killing filibuster and pass the healthcare reform with a bare majority of 50 votes (plus

Vice President Mike Pence) in the Senate.

A behind-the-scenes effort led by a coalition of conservative groups under the tutelage

of former Republican senator and presidential contender Rick Santorum has been working on

crafting new legislation that is being viewed as far more palatable to Republicans in the

House and Senate who were not supportive of the various pieces of repeal legislation offered

last year.

The failure to pass a repeal and fulfill a major campaign pledge was heavily criticized

by President Donald J. Trump but widely hailed by Democrats as demonstrating to the country

how inept the Republican majority was at actually governing.

Now, the political landscape has changed.

Whether its true or not, many Republicans and GOP-aligned PACs believe its possible

there could be a so-called blue wave in November a raft of Democratic victories

that would allow the party to retake all or part of Congress over failure to pass Obamacare

repeal and a number of other issues like funding for Trumps border wall.

(Related: Without the Individual Mandate, Obamacare Should Fall Apart in Court.)

As such, the Santorum-led group believes now is a perfect opportunity to not only fulfill

a campaign promise to repeal a law directly responsible for driving up the cost of healthcare

and health insurance premiums, but also give dispirited Republican voters a reason to go

to the polls in November.

When the Santorum group finally unveils its plan perhaps within the next few weeks

there will be a major effort to rally grassroots support and give courage to House

and Senate members to pass it, Hillyers writes.

This is an amazing, even unprecedented project, truly growing up from activists and

thinkers rather than being the usual top-down, elected-official-led exercise in sausage-making,

he continued.

Whats more, Hillyers says the Trump White House is on board with the effort, supporting

it quietly away from the limelight so as not to draw attention.

He says hes been told that when it comes time to introduce the measure the White House

is prepared to support its passage with well-planned messaging that departs from the seat-of-the-pants

effort we saw last year.

Hillyers says that everyone involved in the project understands that Trump hate has energized

many on the Left and so theyre going to show up at the polls no matter what Congress

does.

So Republicans might as well go big before they go home if, in fact,

many of them actually lose to Democratic challengers.

That may not be an issue.

[G]iving conservative voters a win on Obamacare would surely drive up Republican

turnout, he writes.

In the end, this is not just about budgetary bean-counting or an attempt to gain political

bragging rights.

This is about better serving patients, giving them more options and making healthcare more

affordable, he added.

Wudang Tai Chi Sword Form! ⚔️ - Tai Chi Family Reunion - Duration: 7:16.

yoo-hoo sir I did wow you're so much browner

you look so much browner then you did, so much more tanned.

welcome back everyone to another Tai Chi family episode it feels very good to be

back a lot has changed in fact so I'm gonna leave this seat and give you a bit

of a tour yeah so there are a lot of things that

are different so for example master gu he's got some shiny new chairs and very

nice very comfortable generally the place is much much greener so look with

the green tea is looking very lovely and plants are just appearing out of nowhere

that have been dead the whole winter do you remember in the winter it only

snowed three times and didn't rain the rest of the time so literally in the

month I've been gone it's just been kind of raining on and off and it's great

because nature's come alive so the birds are very active for there's lots of

little bugs everywhere the spiders when I'm going on a run I need to navigate

through spider webs there's even snakes I'm on a run and

this whole area is infested with snakes so it makes for quite a scary run I was

having fun until I saw this massive snake literally two meters away so yeah

it's scary yeah I really shouldn't be as scared of the snakes as I am when the

snake saw me it literally was scared out of his skin and slithered away as

quickly as it could it was more scared than I was so this is the woods area

where we train I don't think I've actually given you a tour this before

but this is new in the last month so this is a little structure that master

gute and Ben have been building this was here before which is just a bar so

that's been good for me I've been doing some shoulder exercises and then also

we've got a pull-up bar this has been here for a while in fact when I came

back as dudes and pull-ups and see the wires there it's not a very strong

connection so in fact this fell down mid pull-up and I managed to hit the back of

my head quite badly and concussed myself for the day so yeah and then the punch

bag in fact the branch was too weak for it so it's just over there and we're

going to put it up soon and finally a new addition which is a swing which

everyone is using

and since I'm giving you a tour now remember in the very first tai chi family

intro I couldn't even get my foot on this it's still a struggle but I'm on

there now so yeah flexibility is improving okay and then

also it's green tea picking seasons I don't know if you can see the workers

over there but they're currently picking master goos green tea we've got a video

on it but it'll be out probably in a month or so but yeah that's it I mean a

surprising amount has changed in the month I've been gone as shocked to how

different everything was just one month of rainfall can really change the whole

place I've had some exciting progress on my Tai Chi journey I've moved on to the

sword form the origin of a sword in the Taoist practice the Taoist priests make

use of the swords get rid of the devil something like that

holy speaking total speaking in Chinese tradition the scholarly people who also

like martial arts they like to to bring sort when traveling sell sort is

regarded as a gentleman among old marshal weapons the sword can be

regarded as the length and part of you your arm

however Taiji practice require a practice result you know following the

same principle solidity you know firm grounding also the circular move also it

requires a martial arts back because anyway the sword is a weapon so there is

Marshalls back there is a wellness suspect there's art respect of course

compared with a free hand the sword practice has its urban characteristic

like this is we call it Ghent sword finger

so why our hand is holding the swords salt the other hand

Jenna speaking with this shape does not have palm doesn't have this does not

have like a fist generally speaking it coated this way yeah it's still early

days it's gonna take a while to make it look good and finally let's have some

music

the autumn leaves go by my window the autumn leaves of red and gold I see your

lips those summer kisses no sunburned hands I used to it feels like a good

old-fashioned Taichi family episode with some music okay that's it for now

tomorrow there's going to be a small video asking you guys for your thoughts

because I'm currently trying to think about what the future of this

relationship is and the channel so keep your eyes peeled for that here's a

little taste of next week's video with master gu between heaven and earth in

the heart of the great middle kingdom, lies legendary mount wudang. right that's

all you're getting until next week it's a fun video ok and that's it thanks for

watching I'll see you tomorrow

you

How to Score Your First 1000 Qualified Leads - Duration: 2:48.

- In this video, I'm gonna show you

how you can get your first 1000 marketing qualifying leads.

My name's Eric Siu.

I'm cohost of the Marketing School podcast.

And the host of the Growth Everywhere podcast.

Where we nerd out on marketing and entrepreneurship.

So if you wanna get better at that, go listen to those.

So, here we go.

Let's take a look at the screen.

And I wanna show you.

I mean, for 2017, these are the number of leads

that we drove, these are free consultation.

And just so you know, I run a marketing

agency called the Single Grain.

Get to work with clients like Uber and Amazon.

And funny enough, all of our leads are from Inbound.

So you can see right here.

I've proven it.

We've got 1724 right here.

I'm not even talking about emails right here.

I'm just talking about leads that are good for our business.

So how do you go about doing that?

So first thing's first.

What you can do is you can go to a website.

If you use a tool like Drift for example

or you use a tool like Intercom,

what you can do is you have live chat on your website.

Live chat can actually engage with people

when you are actually away.

And well, it can actually start to set appointments

with people that are on your sales team.

Second thing you can do,

is you can start doing webinars.

Webinars are a great way to get people

to build a relationship with you.

You can teach them something for 30 minutes or so

and then spend 10-15 minutes or so

pitching them on something.

And what you can do with the webinar afterwards

is you can repurpose it.

You can actually set into an Evergreen webinar

using a tool like EverWebinar and then from there,

you're able to run paid traffic to it.

And you're generating leads on autopilot.

If you don't have money for paid advertising,

what you can do is you can collaborate with other people

and offer to do webinars with them.

If you're kind of new to the spaces,

well you gotta offer something else.

So if they have a much bigger audience than you do,

but maybe you can offer them a slot on your podcast

for example, you can do that.

Actually, every single client that's worked with us

that has come from the podcast,

they actually stay with you a lot longer

because they know and they like you.

So how can you build a relationship with people?

Do can do videos.

You can do videos like this.

You can do podcasts.

You can go out there and you can go speak.

Go speak for free first

because everyone's looking for speakers all the time.

So there's just a lot of ways that you can do this.

Make sure that you set up marketing automation as well.

You can use a tool like Drip

or you can use a tool like Marketo.

There's a lot of marketing automation tools out there.

I use Drip because it's simple and easy to use.

Tagging and all that.

But there are more sophisticated tools

you can use from a marketing automation perspective.

So the key thing here is that you don't try

to do too many things at once.

Because if you try to do too many things at once,

you end up going nowhere.

So that's really important.

And well, if you enjoyed this video,

just, well, go ahead and hit subscribe.

But before you go, I wanna ask you.

If you felt like you actually leveled up from this,

you felt like you actually got a power out from it,

I want you to leave a comment

and tell me what you're gonna do with this afterwards.

So hit subscribe and we'll see you tomorrow.
