He is saying, he's unable to sleep at night even though he tries a lot to sleep.
But some how he's unable to sleep and due to this
When he get up next day he feels lethargic
Itching in eyes also he feels quite unfit.
He has requested us to share some natural remedies to get rid of this problem.
Mr Alok, I can completely understand your problem.
The problem of yours is known as Insomnia means inability to sleep.
Now a days due to stressful environments, target oriented jobs, household problems or
When any type of stress overpower our mind then usually we are lack of sleep.
But you need not to worry as in today I'll share 2 very effective hair oils
If you'll apply it on your scalp, you'll have sound sleep
And very easily you'll be able to get rid of Insomnia.
The process of making the first oil - Take 50-100 gm Bottle Gourd
Don't peel it & grate it with its skin.
Put it into a muslin cloth and squeeze it and you'll get juice of bottle gourd.
Keep that juice aside and add sesame oil in the same ratio in it.
Mix well, an essential and effective oil is ready.
Apply this oil in your scalp before 2 hours of sleeping
After 2 hours try to sleep calmly
After applying this oil, you'll have sound sleep and next day you'll feel fresh too.
The second oil is very easy, just lukewarm Caster Oil
Apply this lukewarm oil in your scalp before 1-2 hours of sleeping.
After 1-2 hours you have to sleep
Along with it you can do one more remedy. Take 1 glass water add 1 tbsp honey in it
Consume this water before sometime of sleeping and then try to sleep
You'll feel like sleeping a sound sleep
You can also consume very small portion of Either Chocolate, Sweets or Cream Biscuits
And then after 5-10 mins or so, try to sleep
You'll notice to have a sound sleep after having some sweets
Try to switch off TV, Laptop or Computer of your room
Don't do any activity in the bedroom, even you shouldn't eat food in the bedroom.
Bedroom is meant to sleep and try to create such atmosphere
Moment you are on bed, you get to sleep quickly.
Most importantly if you have any tension related to work, family, personal breakups or any other tension.
Try to keep all the thoughts at bay and go to bedroom with the intention to sleep only.
Believe me doing so will help you to get rid of Insomnia to an extent.
