We are here at stop one for Burger Week.

We're at Mangia Nashville.

It is a restaurant in Berry Hill.

This is an expansion, I believe, off of one that was in Franklin that had a pop-up shop.

They only operated on Friday and Saturday nights and you had to RSVP.

So they opened up this shop.

They are participating in Burger Week, and they have an awesome Hot Nashville...or Nashville

Nashville Hot Sausage Burger which I am excited to try out.

So course number one.

I got my awesome, awesome hummus, and it is so good.

It's like a red pepper hummus...white bean hummus with lemon, roasted garlic, pepper.

And I'm just going to soak up and enjoy this place.

They call it a focacceria which is really cool.

I love it!

They gave me some Calabrian chili sauce, and I've been using it to dip my chips in and

the focaccia.

It is so good...really is.

I'm excited to try this on the burger.

And it's coming out soon!

This is going to be amazing, and I'm excited about everything on it with the hummus and

zucchini pickles.

Zucchini pickles, are you kidding me?

Amazing.

This is...it's so rich, minimal heat, very delicious, and the zucchini pickles set it off.

It is very messy though.

It went all over my plate, but it's been worth it.

In fact, they brought me extra napkins because I've just made a mess of myself.

But it's worth it.

This is...I told them this, but they have competition this week...this is the best burger

that I've had in Nashville so far.

Not like I go out and eat burgers all the time, but this is extremely good.

And that was it.

It was incredible, spicy, every bit worth it.

This was one of the best burgers that I've had in the city, but they've got some competition

the rest of the week so I will check you out tomorrow where we encounter another burger

and taste a new food and until next time, I'll talk to you later, toodles!

When we are in the process of creating something new in our life, we are actually calling on

our Divine Force, and mastering our gift as creators, to bring something new into this

Your instinct and intuition will guide you.

The goals, projects, or ideas you are working on are important in the cosmic plan.

There are many higher energies working with you, and through you, to help you complete

what you are working towards.

Remember though, the process of giving birth involves going through labour.

You may be feeling a lot of pressure at the moment.

But discomfort during labour is natural.

Don�t give in, or lose hope because of it.

You are doing the right thing.

track.

Mysterious Green Puppy Has Some Looking for Canine Aliens

A dog owner in Scotland got a shock when, while helping her dog give birth, one of the

puppies came out bright green. Not ripe yet? Was the pooch�s mama seeing an Irish setter?

An alien dog? Has anyone spotted Marvin the Martian�s best friend K-9 in the neighborhood?

�It was all hands on deck but then as the puppies started to arrive, we noticed that

one of the puppies had green fur. We couldn�t believe it.�

Louise Sutherland of Golspie in the Highlands pulled the green puppy out of Rio, her golden

retriever who was delivering her second litter. Eight of the nine puppies survived (seven

males, one female) but this was the only pea-colored one. Louise decided to give the others away

but keep the green guy, giving him the hue-appropriate moniker Forest (was Lief taken?), even though

she had no idea why he was green. Is this what happens when dogs eat grass and don�t

barf it back up?

After photos of Forest, Rio and Louise were posted by the media on the Internet, the answer

came in � Biliverdin. No, that�s not a planet of horny green dogs. Biliverdin is

a bile pigment found in the placenta of dogs. It�s a green-colored waste product from

the breakdown of hemoglobin and can mix with amniotic fluid from the placenta to turn light-colored

puppies, like golden retrievers, green. It�s extremely rare � a random sampling found

only three occurrences worldwide.

Dogs aren�t the only animals with biliverdin. High concentrations of it are found in blue

or green eggshells � we�re looking at you, robins. This is apparently a good thing

in birds as the biliverdin is produced by a gland rather than a random breakdown in

hemoglobin. In fact, the bile plays a role in the greening of green-scaled fish, green

butterflies, the tobacco hornworm and other greenish creatures.

Before you breathe a sigh of relief that only dogs can have green babies, humans also have

biliverdin and you�ve probably seen yours. When a human bumps into an inanimate object,

the bruise often has a green hue before turning yellow � that�s green biliverdin from

the breakdown of hemoglodin before it itself breaks down into the yellowish bilirubin.

Before you have a breakdown, there�s no chance of having green human babies, at least

not from biliverdin. The 12th century Green Children of Woolpit, a brother and sister

who were said to be green, were probably victims of chlorosis, a condition caused by a diet

deficient in iron that gave their skin a greenish tint that would eventually disappear with

better food.

Which brings us back to Forest. There�s no need for kids in the neighborhood to yell

�Run, Forest, run!� when they see UFOs shining spotlights on local doghouses. Forest�s

green color faded quickly and he�s now just as golden as his mom and siblings.

That �whoosh� you hear is K-9 breathing

a sigh of relief.

How many years have I lived as prisioner of something that traumatized me?

And the hypnosis, in just one session,

has changed my life.

We've focused on the driving classes but he's fixed many things in my life.

And it is priceless...

Going through 3 processes in Detran,

taking 8 tests,

failling...

Having done more than 60 pratical lessons...

I would schedule the test, and at the test day,

I woul have crying crisis, diarrhea,

I couldn't even take the car out of the spot, in first one I couldn't start it.

And then I started to research what was happening to me, what was blocking me...

When she got to my office and we did the anamnesis,

I begun to realize that it wasn't just a test that she couldn't take,

it wasn't just an anxiety wave that used to strike her in the test,

she had a freezing moment,

she would enter in the car and wasn't able to do anything.

It is known that freezing is something very specific,

and is generally connected to traumas.

Psychological traumas are external events that are associated to a emotional issue.

Normally emotional issues related to the childhood,

the trauma is a gateway,

to other external events associate themselves to it,

and then cause the phobias, disorders and depressions...

Just by entering on a car I would tremble,

I started to avoid travelling by car,

started to isolate myself at home...

I started a treatment with a psychologist...

She went through almost a year of therapy,

where she reported that even knowing her dificulties and doing therapy,

her feeling would only get worst.

Traumas need to be treated,

they need psychological care,

and if it is needed, even a psychiatrist,

and among all those treatments we also have hypnosis,

that it is also very used by some psychologists,

it is regulated by the CRP,

and it has a much faster effectiveness than the conventional ways.

I started to research about hypnosis and I found Rafael.

Hypnosis has been being a very important tool not only to identify the primary event,

but also to change the relation of cause and effect.

If the client come to us with a struggle,

something that is stopping him to have a plane life,

we're able, through hypnosis with a well organized methodology,

wich is proposed by the OMNI process's hypnotherapy,

make the person relive this important emotional issue,

and through this emotion, reach the primary event,

when she first felt it,

which had a negative repercussion,

and whe reached a moment around her 4 yaers old...

In the therapy was made a relation,

with a situation that I went through with my father that was a military,

and in this process of being evaluated by him,

I got traumatized and internalized it...

After giving a new meaning to this experience,

she understood the content,

we went beyond this event, and found more situations like this one,

including one that happened inside a car.

All these events together,

when she got into a car,

envolving an authority,

a male figure...

In this situation,

she would relive this trauma.

Taking a person who was abused in her childhood,

not necessarily being related to sex, but to an authority figure,

so it depends on how the subconscious understood that abuse.

I felt lighter after the hypnosis's session.

It was really life changing.

Because I found out a hidden problem, and solved it.

On thae test day, I got anxious, what is normal.

But when I entered in the car, it was all ok,

I was able to talk to the evaluator, which was impossible to me,

and in the end I thanked him, and started to clebrate!

When we're able to solve this primary event,

we realize that a lot of things change in client's life.

The hypnosis also helped me at home,

I improved my relationship with my husband,

I got my conficent at work.

How many years have lived as a prisioner of something that traumatized me?

In only one session, even being a long session,

he had to make some effort...

But he just ended the session after I was really well,

he didn't care about the time,

his dedication was deeper than professional, he wanted to help me,

in what I needed.

Why Are There So Many U.S. Investigations Into Russia? | Let's Talk| NPR - Duration: 1:59.

The multiple investigations are looking into different aspects of Russia's efforts to

influence the 2016 U.S. presidential election.

The most consequential investigation could be the one led by former FBI Director Robert Mueller.

In May 2017, the Justice Department named Mueller as special counsel to investigate

Moscow's interference in the 2016 election — and whether Trump campaign associates collaborated

with the Russian government to influence the outcome.

Mueller has the power to press criminal charges … and his inquiry has reportedly expanded

to include whether President Trump sought to obstruct a federal investigation … in

allegedly trying to curtail the FBI probe into ties between Russia and Trump's first

national security adviser — Michael Flynn.

Now, it's important to note that a special counsel's work is done in private.

So whatever Mueller's investigation discovers may never become public … unless Mueller

decides to bring criminal charges.

Even then, the information he releases would be specific to a criminal case.

In addition to the special counsel probe, there are several going on in Congress.

The most prominent are fact-finding investigations being conducted

by the Senate and House intelligence committees.

The Senate committee says it's looking at Russia's cyberactivity during the 2016

election, potential connections between Trump associates and the Russian government as

well as the U.S. response to the Russian interference and how similar attacks can be prevented in

the future.

The House Intelligence Committee's Russia investigation is similar in scope …

and is also focused on related leaks of classified information.

Both intelligence committees are expected to produce detailed reports, summing up their findings.

These congressional investigations are viewed as the public's best chance to learn how

Russia worked to influence the 2016 presidential election … and whether anyone connected to

President Trump was involved.

But that could take awhile … since it could be a year or longer before any of these investigations

comes to a close.
