Every year on August 8th, there is a cosmic alignment called �the Lion�s Gate.�

The Lions Gate is when Earth metaphysically (and maybe physically I�m honestly not sure)

aligns with the Center of the Galaxy opening a cosmic portal between the physical and spiritual

realms.

It�s called the Lions Gate, or Lions Gateway because it occurs in the astrological sign

of Leo (the Lion).

Leo represents the individual expression of the Divine, and the Lion�s Gateway energy

is all about more fully awakening each of our unique Divine Light within our physical

form.

This gateway creates an incredible period of accelerated ascension� This year, it�s

supercharged� And the Lions Gate energy of accelerated ascension energy from the Central

Galaxy is already here!

What Am I Talking About?

Increased waves of light and codes of awakened consciousness are streaming onto the planet

now, through the Sun and directly from Spirit.

This increased light, and accelerated ascension energy is causing huge life altering changes

to unfold in one way or another for just about everyone now.

Big things like relationships, career changes, life purpose, health, home, travel, soul work,

letting go of material things (and a few other themes too) are highlighted now� Everything

is up for review now, the big question being does it serve your Authentic Truth?

Is it in alignment with love and with your soul growth and ascension?

� Don�t be surprised if something, or everything in your life seems to be in flux

now.

Ultimately, these changes we�re each going through in our own unique way serve to align

us more fully with our authentic truth, and with the next level of love and light that

we can experience in our lives.

However, I�m sure you already know that change isn�t always easy.

It can be frightening not knowing what is going to happen, and what is next for you,

especially when things seem to be crumbling and falling away on both an individual and

collective scale.

What Is the Angels Message Regarding the Lions Gateway?

The angels message for us around this time is to trust.

Keep returning to a vibration of love, releasing fear and uncertainty and staying focused on

what you ultimately want.

Keep in mind you are a spiritual being in physical form, and any shifts and changes

happening now, are serving to align you with more of your soul power, spiritual truth,

and with what will bring you increased joy, love, opportunity, and possibility.

Be sure to take the time to meditate on and around the 8th � This is when the energy

is the strongest and the gateway fully opened.

Envision light from above streaming in, activating your higher chakras, and pouring into your

crown chakra to fully illuminate the true brilliance of your Divine Light, Christ Light,

and awakened consciousness you have always carried within.

Now is the time to step into a higher vibrational experience of Love� Both personally and

collectively.

It�s about transcending limitations and transitioning from the density of the physical

realm into the new paradigm of crystalline consciousness, being, and light.

The energy is triggering a new harmonic alignment, and a deep balance between the wisdom of the

heart, mind, and spirit.

Ultimately when the heart and mind unite as one, centered in Divine Love and in harmony

with your authentic truth, you�re able to step into living in the new paradigm.

The new paradigm is here, the energy is here� And now it�s simply a matter of shining

your inner Divine light so brightly and purely that the mirror of the outside world around

you cannot help but to reflect, align with, and mirror the full extent of the awakened

love you�ve always carried within.

Part of this is more fully realizing what you really want.

What your heart and soul calls out for and where in your life is out of alignment with

this your True and Authentic Soul intention.

Be willing to love yourself� Honor the stirrings of your heart and step into the doors of new

possibility which are opening before you.

Let fear, doubt, and uncertainty fall behind you stay focused on what you LOVE, boldly

and confidently stepping forward into living more authentically in alignment with your

Truth.

This gateway is about turning a page, it�s about ascending, reaching a new level of Love

and Light and stepping into greater harmony and alignment with the Truth that you are

One with the Divine, One with All, and that you can have and be anything you truly desire.

You can have and be Radiant Light and Infinite Love.

Open your heart, mind, and spirit to receive this wave of light, codes of consciousness,

and energy of ascension that is supporting you in progressing rapidly now into Peace,

Freedom, and the highest vibration of authentic expression of your unique gifts, your unique

energy, and your highest light which is essential, and plays an integral role in the ascension

of all.

Trust.

Stay positive.

Open your heart, release fear, and step into the light which will continue to appear before

Recent College Grads Have Only A Few Months To Begin Repaying Student Loans! Get a Jump Start Now! - Duration: 3:25.

Stein: The end of the school year brings celebrations for graduates and many college students and

their families as well.

Favole: If you're one of them, there are some rules and changes that are about to impact

your wallet but of course we have you covered.

Here with what you need to this morning with Shari O. Good to see you Shari.

Stein: Seems like you used to get out of school.

Maybe you had a few thousand dollars in loans, but now it seems like there's a lot of money

involved and a lot of people.

What are the numbers?

Shari: Sure, so about 70% of today's graduates have some kind of student debt.

The average is somewhere between thirty and forty thousand dollars per student so we're

talking about a lot of kids and if I could tell you how many recent graduates I get emails

from who are being penalized or getting late notices for their student loans and they don't

even-- they never even got any notices.

One of the reasons for that is because when you get out of college you move around a lot

and so sometimes you are not providing a forwarding address so it's up to you to provide that

forwarding address.

So folks have about a six to nine month window period after they graduate which is where

a lot of people are right now and one of the reasons they need to be planning and get ready

to start repaying those loans.

Favole: Alright, so you just graduated.

What is that recent graduate supposed to do?

Shari: So-- well first thing is to make sure that your student loan provider or the servicer

knows how to reach you.

So if you have a federal loan, there's actually an online database you can go to and get the

address and make sure you contact them.

Otherwise you need to find your original loan documents and make sure that if you change

your address they know how to reach you because you are responsible.

Imagine if we could all get out of repaying debt just by moving, right?

Favole: Right.

Stein: Yeah, well what about paying it back?

What are the ways, the options you have to pay it back?

Shari: Sure.

Well the other thing students need to do because let's face it.

I mean when you took out those loans four, five years ago you were guesstimating that

you'd be able to make enough money and what your living costs would be.

Those may turn out to be very, very different now.

So once you get a handle on that and again the next six to nine months is the time we

want folks to be looking at that or if these are your kids be reminding them.

Once you get your ability to pay back is gonna be you wanna ask about the alternative

options.

Most federal loans will have you paying back over ten years which is the easiest and least

expensive way you do it, but you know, you may need to get an income based loan which

you're allowed to do under the federal loans.

You may need to extend your loan term for, you know, a certain amount of years so you

can repay it.

Certain careers actually forgive certain amounts of debt after between ten and twenty-five

years and you may need a deferment which is generally allowed if you're still looking

for a job or if you're going back to graduate school for example, but you've gotta ask and

you know what.

There are changes now because of the administration.

Each new administration sort of looks at these types of things differently and some of these

changes are actually sort of maybe unintended consequences making it more difficult for

students so use those six to nine months well.

What we're seeing is people are being less forgiving with late payments so you may end

up paying more money than you used to, say you know five or six years ago.

The servicing companies are not having as many consequences for the mistakes that they

make, certain changes in the rules, that are making it actually a little bit more difficult.

So make sure that you prepare during the next couple months and are ready when those

loan payments begin.

Stein: Sounds like the bottom line is the person who has the loan is the one who has

to be in touch with the other parties involved about payment or plans.

Shari: Figure it out!

Make sure you're gonna be able to repay it and make sure they're gonna be able to find

you.

Favole: That responsibility weighs heavily.

Alright.

Shari: But you have a window period so that's the point.

Right now is use it.

Get these things done.

Find Your Life Purpose - Episode 2 of 3 - Duration: 2:37.

So the way businesses are being run today is changing from the traditional very top

down, central-planning centric, where you set long-term goals, you do your 3 to 5-year plans, your

12-month budget, you cascade it down to the organization, it's like the aircraft carrier model.

Today, organizations are being much more agile and nimble, it's about moving on a daily rhythm,

with your daily huddles, work defined as sprints, organizations are much more flexible, people

working remotely and connecting.

It's more about speed and reacting to opportunities because the world has fundamentally changed.

Regulations are changing very fast, markets are changing, technology certainly is, consumers

and how their preferences are changing so we've got to be a lot more responsive and

nimble rather than sort of planning this traditional route.

Interestingly for me, that's exactly how I've experienced my career evolving over the last

20 years working across multiple industries.

So, when I get a lot of questions about what should, how should I plan my career.

Well, I started not even having any long term goals, I didn't have an ambition, I didn't

know what I was going to do.

I just started at a single point and from there just grabbing every opportunity, making

the most out of learning moving from, for example when I started with an engineering

background working with clients in oil and gas, steel mills and power plants to suddenly

capitalizing on 1997 Asian financial crisis where I helped a bank deal with a crisis of

their credit management and from there moving on to corporate finance and strategy.

I wouldn't have known that one day I would run an airline or an internet company.

But that's about maximizing the opportunities, so I what would say is don't worry about what's

going to happen 2 years down the line or 5 years down the line because no one can predict.

But take whatever is available, maximize it and if there is one criteria I would say,

work with people, work with leaders that would give you those opportunities, empower you

to try new things, stretch yourselves and learn and then pivot along the way, try different

things until you find your life's purpose.

Hi, this is Dr. Hourglass, and welcome to another video in our channel Star Bodies.

Today we are going to discuss: Sculpting the arms with brachioplasty.

In this channel we discuss everything you need to know to get that star body that you want.

Welcome back!

The arms are among the most difficult areas to keep firm and sculpted

because it is easily affected by weight fluctuations and gravity.

It is true that physical activity, combined with a healthy diet can help firm up the arms.

But in the case of adipose accumulation or severe cutaneous sagging, performing exercise

to tone the muscle is not enough to obtain firm arms.

In this case, the "brachial lift" or "brachioplasty" may be the solution for you.

Even loose or wrinkled arms can affect self-confidence.

Some people try to camouflage the imperfections of their arms,

which considerably limits the possibilities of clothing.

Fortunately, this can be corrected by cosmetic surgery.

When there is a significant relaxation of the tissues, an excess of skin, and a surplus fat

on the inner face of the arms, the surgeon can perform brachioplasty.

Nevertheless, here are a few caveats of brachioplasty:

• In the case of adipose excess, liposuction is performed to slim the arms and reduce the fat tissue.

Liposuction is actually the only procedure that can effectively make the arms thinner.

While this lift intervention removes the stubborn fat, it still cannot sculpt your arms.

• For relatively younger patients who have elastic skin with good potential of retraction,

liposuction may be enough to correct their arms.

The skin can be re-draped in a natural way without having to conduct brachioplasty,

thereby avoiding further scarring.

• If the skin on the arms is distended and wrinkled, but without excess fat,

liposuction is not necessary, and only the lifting of the arms performed.

The brachioplasty usually delivers impressive results for most patients.

However, keep in mind that the sculpting of the arms will only be further defined and

perfected by wearing the girdle after the procedure is performed.

As the Kingpin works on a heavy bag, he's approached by a new lawyer.

Legal is his name.

And being the best in the business, he's bothered by something that serves both their interest.

Meanwhile, in case Fisk doesn't hire him, there's a plan B. Tombstone.

As Legal explains, Murdock called Daredevil as a witness and through appeal after appeal,

he can testify anonymously.

Legal is the plan to stop the process legally.

Tomebstone is the plan if it doesn't work.

Meanwhile at the Lawyer Bar, Murdock meets with more subdued She-Hulk - Jennifer Walters.

As he talks with the foremost authority on superhero law, she's impressed.

But the defense has hired a rather high profile attorney and for that reason, there's obviously

some high stakes.

Still, if he can win the case, there's a precedent allowing masked heroes to testify.

As they talk, someone approaches them and grabs Matt.

Obviously trying to protect his identity, he feigns weakness while Tombstone throws

Walters across the room.

Next up, he tosses Murdoch out the window and picks a fight with a bunch of lawyers

- not knowing one of them was a hulk.

Out on the street, Tombstone admits he was hired as Matt hits him with a brick.

Also suddenly being hit with a fire hydrant, a massive She-hulk appears and is out of control.

Matt thinks quickly and settles her down while Tombstone runs away.

She returns to her normal self and reminds Daredevil that just because you CAN do something

doesn't mean you always should.

Two weeks later, Matt Murdock watches Legal argue in front of the court of appeals.

Way too good for someone like Slug to hire, Matt knows there's something afoot.

As it's his turn, Matt stands up to begin his testimony and with the biggest case in

his career about to kick off, we're left to be continued.

It took a little while but you knew it was only a matter of time for Kingpin to show

up.

Charles Soule is able to capture everything that was good about the classic Daredevil

and more, nearly turning this book into a legal thriller just as much as an action piece.

It's too bad that sometimes Marvel hires these unqualified pencilers who using some abstract

methods to make a name for themselves just can't measure up to what the author provides.

I miss Ron Garney and hope he's set for return.

For this one, I give it a 6/10.

Trump's "Trans Ban" Instantly Made America Wealthier… Look How Much Taxpayers Save,Top Stories Today - Duration: 3:35.

President Donald Trump promised Americans he would cut government spending in every

aspect he could.

And he's doing just that.

On Wednesday, Trump announced that he, along with his generals, had come to a decision

that transgender individuals would barred from serving the military "in any capacity."

As a result, the United States will save a whopping $8.4 million by disallowing people

to have sex-change operations, according to a RAND study.

CNS reports:

The President announced the decision to bar transgender persons from serving in the armed

forces on Twitter, saying: "After consultation with my Generals and military experts, please

be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow Transgender individuals

to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military."

At the end of June, Secretary of Defense James Mattis announced that the Pentagon would be

delay a decision by the Obama administration allowing openly transgender individuals to

enlist in the military.

Mattis announced a delay of six months, allowing the military to "use this additional time

to evaluate more carefully the impact of such accessions on readiness and lethality."

Trump has made the Department of Defense's temporary ban into a permanent one.

He continued:

"Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming victory and cannot be burdened

with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail.

Thank you."

This decision comes two weeks after the House of Representatives failed to pass the Hartzler

Amendment, which would have prohibited the Pentagon from using taxpayer funds to pay

for sex reassignment surgeries.

23 Republicans joined 190 Democrats to vote down Rep. Vicky Hartzler's (R-Mo.) amendment.

The RAND Corporation, a public policy research organization, conducted a study last year

to "assess the implications of allowing transgender personnel to serve openly."

The study found that there is an estimated 1,320 to 6,630 transgender individuals currently

serving in the military.

The research center calculated transition-related health costs for transgender people to be

as much as $8.4 million dollars annually.

The President's decision will alleviate taxpayers of that cost, as well as of any

disruptions or lost service caused by transgender surgeries.

"Using private health insurance claims data to estimate the cost of extending gender transition–related

health care coverage to transgender personnel indicated that active-component health care

costs would increase by between $2.4 million and $8.4 million annually."

A CNN story on "The high cost of being transgender" cites "estimates of $140,450 to transition

from male to female, and $124,400 to transition from female to male."

Despite the cost, RAND's study ends with a recommendation that the "DoD should ensure

strong leadership and identify and communicate the benefits of an inclusive and diverse workforce

to successfully implement a policy change and successfully integrate openly serving

transgender service members into the force."
