Crispin Flintoff on the Problems within the Labour Party - Duration: 1:29.

When you say there are people

within the party that are

blocking it,

how do they block it?

How does that happen?

What is their reason?

Start by telling us what their

intent for blocking it is.

They'd prefer a model of a

political party where you have

a select number of people who

control selections of

candidates policy

and also the way it's financed.

They don't want people to

finance it in a kind of

crowdfunding way.

They'd prefer it if they had

quite a few rich

billionaire millionaire

benefactors

who hand the money in. And then

they don't have to worry about

the oiks.

Or democracy.

Well democracy is a bit

irritating possibly to them.

But but the thing is

Labour cannot win

general elections after general

elections until it changes

its whole machine.

Jeremy Corbyn could possibly

win the next general election

but if this model of

the party is where

there is no calling for

mass membership it's still

funded by just a few people

where policies aren't discussed

and people who are not engaged

where local activists are not

asked to put

themselves forward for

selection as an MP.

All these things.

They demotivate people

and then it will be easy for

the conservatives to

come back again.

How did I get to meet and interview Shawn Mendes⁉️ | Q&A - Duration: 12:26.

Hello everybody!

Hello everybody

How are you guys?

I hope everything's fine with you,

everything's fine with me!

and welcome to a new Q&A!

For a couple of days ago I uploaded this picture on instagram

where I almost got 500 comments in just 2 days

that's

CRAZY!

I told you guys to ask me about anything

because I thought that I had to film a new Q&A

In meetups you guys beg me to make more Q&As

So I thought of following your advice

and I want you guys to get to know me better

so what a better way to do it!

ok, let's go!

There's a freaking fly on my camera...

If you had to practice a sport, what would you go for?

That's a pretty good question

because I've actually never practiced like a specific sport

I've been doing figure skating

ehm.. no just ice skating

it wasn't figure skating, it was ice skating

When I was a little kid, I had a dream to go to basket

But it never happened.

Would you go to Paradise Hotel (reality show)?

This was actually my first year watching and following Paradise Hotel,

I did hear alot about it before

I never really understood the point of the whole thing

I just understood it on this year's final

If I had to go to Paradise Hotel...

I would not be like most of them are...

and I know everybody says that

no but...

no

I would not go to that show

A Swedish viewer asks:

Would you be able to move to Sweden someday?

I would LOVE to go to Sweden

omg can that fly just...

I have actually been planing with Katja, Tina and Ingrid on

going to Stockholm after this summer

so maybe baby

Well... I've been to Sweden before, but only to Nordby Storsenter

I've never been to Sweden to "visit"

so I don't know if I would be able to "move" there

but yeah why not

What would you do if you woke up with a chicken beside you?

I can't make chicken noises

I would just be like

"oh there's a chicken"

"what the heck"

"How did you end up here?"

How did you get to know Marcus & Martinus?

that's a good question

One day I was actually thinking about how I did get to know them

I met them for the first time last year, may 2016

I remember that very well because I was "russ"

that was fun

It was my first interview with them for 730.no and UpCloseTV

If you look at this picture

look at how small they were!

They've grown so much in only one year

it's crazy

After that, I've met them in several events and interviews

and then yeah... that's it

Favorite concert you've been to?

I seriously love all the concerts I've been to

It's so much funny every single time

But I'll have to say

all the 1D concerts I've been to

Ed Sheeran's concert in London

G-Eazy's concert in London was actually really awesome too!

I wouldn't consider myself as a big fan of him in that time

I only knew like 1 or 2 of his songs

but the atmosphere was so freaking amazing!

and the concert was at the same time spontaneous

you know what? I'll say all the concerts, I can't choose one!

When you moved to Norway, how old were you?

Love you so much, kisses from Portugal

PT: I moved to Norway when I was only 3 months old

PT: So I was really small

PT: and then I just stayed there

What's the best and the worst with Font (my dog)?

Here is Font

hi

you were sleeping you little cutiepie

I had to pick him up downstairs

Don't go!

I'm just going to tell them what's the best and the worst about you!

Ok, so the best with Font is...

he's so cute and gentle

you never do something wrong

you're so cute

the worst about him is his camera phobia

ok ok

you can go now

yeah, that's the worst about him

He never wants to be in front of a camera

every time I want to take a picture of him or film, he just decides to go away

Now he's just laying in front of the door, so I can let him go

You want to go?

yeah?

bye bye

Which celebrity (that you've met) do you get better along with?

ps: can you say hi to Mina? Love you.

Hello Mina! love you too!

That's a really good question because

of course there's always celebrities

or yeah, artists I meet

that I get "better" along with than others

I've been lucky to get along with most of them

But there's always some of the like...

For example Marcus & Martinus, we have so much fun every single time we meet!

For another example is the first video interview I did with an artist

and that was with Bebe Rexha

She was so cool

at that time nobody knew about her

She went to Norway to promote her newest single

She said like: "yeah we could be sisters"

and that we looked a bit alike

I got along with her bestfriend too

She was just really nice!

and after that, when she suddenly blowed up

she did come back to Norway

and had a showcase

I forgot to mention that she followed and still follows me on Instagram

But yeah, I was a bit unsure if she would recognize me

but when I went to her after the showcase she was just like:

"Omg, Bea" or something

and I was just like, what? she actually recognized me

she told me how I haven't changed at all

it was so nice

I would not think that she would recognize me

She has liked some of my pictures on Instagram, but still

It's Bebe Rexha though... She big now!

Have you ever had braces?

you know what?

I'm gonna tell you something

I've had braces for 5 years

Luckily I've got nice teeth now because of them

I want to thank my parents

I want to thank my dentist too

If the toilet got clogged and you really had to go to the toilet,

but it was minus degrees (celsius) outside and you don't want to get cold, BUT you're almost peeing yourself

what would you do?

you know what?

I would just go outside and pee.

Because we can't wait.

we have to pee.

Would you only say lies all the time, or the truth?

the truth.

I don't have the conscience to lie all the time

What's the first word you think of when you hear the word "potato"?

You know what? I think of Niall, and you know why?

All Directioners know what I'm talking about

When I say : Niall and POTATOOOO, then you know what I'm talking about

And I actually think about M&M too because of that one part of my last interview with them

Do you feel more Norwegian or Portuguese? (love your channel)

thank you!

That is a good question because alot of people ask me about this

I feel both Norwegian and Portuguese

I'm technically 100% Portuguese

but I've lived in Norway since I was a baby

I don't know...

In terms on "culture" I feel Norwegian AND Portuguese

at home I only speak Portuguese

When I'm in Portugal, I feel Portuguese

When I'm in Norway, I do feel Portuguese too...

Does this make sense? No.

This does not make any sense.

but i don't know

I do girls always talk about who they like to others,

but boys don't tell anything to eachother?

Good question. I want to know the answer too.

Why are yours vlogs so short?

I actually don't know.

I don't think like "oh today the vlog is going to be short"

I think it's the way I edit my vlogs that make them short

and maybe I don't film THAT much of the day as I should

But I don't do it intentionally. It just ends up being like that.

I'm trying my best

I generally don't want to make my vlogs too long

I would rather have them too short

I don't want my vlogs to be or get boring

Would you take with you your phone or food and a friend to a deserted island?

I would definitely take with me a friend and food

I hope you liked this video

if yes, give it a big thumbs up, thumbs up POWAAAH

Comment down below if you want more Q&As

I'll see you in my next video, bye bye!

HayaGriva Horse Avatar, Secrets Of Intelligence - Duration: 3:04.

I have been recently revealed a secret. What is the secret? That is a

secret to master the human mind, the human intelligence, the human brain.

All our problems are due to the brain not functioning properly. And if we can

get the brain under control, then everybody becomes intelligent.

Everyone becomes compassionate. And we

can find a solution for the problems of the world.

This archetype is the horse archetype. In other words, the horseavatar of this deity called Vishnu, is

What is he going to do? The archetype will go and completely

overpower your soul, your intellect, your being. And the archetype will change you.

What does that mean? It means the descent of the archetype into the consciousness

of the world. So I'm going to make this available.

Is there anything that we can know about horse and the highest states of

consciousness, particularly from the Western context. Yes. Go to Google search

Then you will understand what the

horse can do to you, even the animal horse. But what I am talking about is not

simply the animal horse, but also the archetype that can give you the highest

consciousness beyond our imagination. I have been committed to empowering the

human consciousness through the evolution of human consciousness to

divine consciousness. This will be accomplished by this horse

Avatar, Hayagriva, of Vishnu.

And I want to invite you for that session (his Birthday Ceremonies).

Megumin Explosions Return! KonoSuba Season 2 OVA Review - KonoSuba S2 OVA 2 - Duration: 4:34.

Time for some more KonaSuba! Your favorite useless bunch is back! What's up

guys Foxen here! It's been a few months since you last had a delicious

cup of KonaSuba. Thankfully for us the second KonaSuba ova just came out. I'm

sure you've already found it somehow so let's delve into it! I was thinking about

doing the top five moments of this episode but instead let's do the top

moment for each character, which is still five! Let's begin with Megumin's cute

kitty Chomusuke. So far in KonaSuba you haven't seen too much of this kitty. In this episode it

was way too fun to see this thing missing with Aqua's hair. That furball

just does not like her at all, and who could really blame him! Next up

Aqua, the best moment for her was her pressing the button and then blaming it

on Kazuma, and then she followed it up with saying that it's his fault for not

stopping her haha! Come on, so it's pretty nice to see Aqua

being useless again in this episode. Next up number three darkness and this easily

goes to that assault on her boobs. It was so stupid and out of nowhere. It had

me laughing so freaking much, and that's saying a lot for darkness. This is easily

one of her best moments for darkness. Next up number two Megumin and that goes

to Megumin, not her explosion but her being super adorable! Megumin wanting to

take that golem home. Come on as if they needed to give us

another reason to love Megumin. Unfortunately for her that thing ended

up blowing up, although she might have liked that actually. And the top moment

number one goes to Kazuma. The best was him at the very end, oh that sweet

expression! It was the best moment unfortunately just not for him. I kind of

did started to feel bad for him but then again I started thinking about all the

crap he's done and Karma's a bitch. And of course and then it was caused by

using steal on them, gender equality after all? But anyway besides those moments there's

a few more that I want to comment on. So about that waitress at the beginning. I'm

not sure if I'm looking way too much into this but she looked like a female

version of Kazuma hmm. What do you think? Next up the Cameo from Mitsurugi!

We haven't seen this guy in a while. The interesting part here is that you can

see that this guy did buy his sword back. If you only seen the anime this guy

doesn't pop up again, but in the light novels was you see him every now

and then. The part about that is that it was unclear whether he actually ever got

his sword back. You don't find out that he did until way later on!

Up next the creator of the destroyer. While watching this I was wondering is

it him? Could it be that guy, and it turns out yes it in fact is him! This was

definitely pretty awesome to see, giving the destroyer creator a backstory.

If you only seen the anime this guy pops up only once in season one but he does

play a bigger role later on in the story. The thing about him getting her revived and

what he actually picked, that's never been delved into. Next up as expected of

an OVA there's plenty of fan service here. It starts off with that new girl at

the very beginning, she had that freaking boob hanging out and a booty. Perhaps

she's an Axis Cult member! Let me also bring up Darkness again. They did

acknowledge here how darkness really doesn't do too much this is something

that's honestly really true especially in the normal versus the demon generals

although in the numbers they don't actually address this point until much

later on and about that masochist robot at the very end maybe I was thinking way

too much about it but I thought they might connect her back to the newbie at

the very beginning I mean they do have similar hair but anyway this would be a

perfect sex doll for darkness so overall this Chronos is vato ba was definitely

one of the better Konaseema episodes especially be compared to the average

episode from season one or season two it was really funny throughout and they

even added to the lore with that the story creator backstory this was

something that the previous OVA did not do which unfortunately makes it on Canon

and I know this is technically not canon either although you can find a place

could fit this in the story but enough for me I want to hear what you think

what are your top moments for this Konaseema OVA how does that compare to

the better episodes from season one and season two and I am curious about your

thoughts on that too which one did you prefer more Cunha subha season one or

season two and why be sure give this video explosive thumbs up especially

excited for the new kono sila anime and he heard that right Anika knows about

enemy has just been announced check out my video on that if you haven't seen it

or check out my videos on kono Sabah's useless

and I'll see you guys later

Cool Smart Home Tech to Make Your Life Easier - Duration: 11:16.

Everything is getting smarter these days.

Your phone, your TV, your computer, and yes, even your home itself.

And there are more and more smart home gadgets being created these days, most of which are

actually pretty affordable.

So in this video I'm going to talk about several different smart home products that I personally

have, and maybe give you some ideas.

And none of these are super expensive either.

I'll put links in the description if you want to check them out.

And of course as usual I'm going to quickly plug my Twitter and Instagram, I post cool

stuff on those if you want to check em out, both are just @ThioJoe.

Anyway, let's begin.

First let's start off with some familiar classics, like a smart thermostat.

I personally have the Nest Thermostat, which was among the first smar thermostats out there.

But there are lots of other options, and one other major player is the EcoBee4, which has

been argued to be even better than Nest.

Anyway, the Nest thermostat is a so-called "learning" thermostat, which in practical

terms means it will look at when and how you set the temperature, and automatically create

a schedule based on that.

Of course it's WiFi connected, so you can also connect to it via your phone and control

it even if you're out of the house.

It also has some other neat automated features such as "Early-On", which can preheat or cool

your house before the scheduled time, so for example when you actually wake up, the temperature

will already be at what you set, instead of it only beginning to warm up.

But one of the main advantages of having a smart thermostat is being able to connect

it to other smart home services and devices, which we'll get to in a bit.

Now let's talk about lighting, something we use every day but might not actually think

about.

Well, with new smart lighting, you have to think even less.

One example is Philips Hue, which is a whole set of smart lighting products.

It involves a large variety of wirelessly controlled LED light bulbs, all connected

through a hub, and again can be controlled through your phone directly, or using schedules

you create.

The flagship products in the Philips Hue line are the so-called "White and Color Ambiance"

bulbs, which can produce basically any colored light, including every shade of White.

But the hue line also has accessories like a wireless dimmer switch that you can stick

anywhere to control your bulbs.

As I mentioned, you can schedule them to change automatically too, so at night I have them

fade from bright white to more yellow like an incandescent, and in the morning they slowly

fade on before I wake up.

But maybe you already have a bunch of regular lamps and lights that you like, and you want

to want to be able to control them too.

Luckily, there are other companies that make things like smart power sockets.

The kind I have are made by a brand called "Lutron" which has been around for decades,

and has rock solid reliability.

I mean they did invent the home dimmer switch back in the 60s.

Anyway, in my case, I have some of those cool "Edison" bulbs that have the big filaments

that I wanted to use, but the location I had them didn't have any light-switch controlled

socket.

Instead, I got Lutron wireless dimmer with a remote, stuck the remote on the wall, and

bam, now you can control any power socket from anywhere, without having to run a cable.

And obviously you can use smart power sockets for anything, not just lights.

Next we can talk about security.

I've been using cameras from Nest, who also makes that thermostat we just talked about.

They actually have a few models, there's the regular nest cam, the nest cam outdoor, and

the newer Nest Cam IQ, which I actually did a review on recently, you can see a link to

that in the top right corner.

At this point, I think everyone should have a security camera in their house, just because

they're so affordable these days.

Even if you never expect to need it, I think the peace of mind alone is well worth it.

It allows you to check in on your home at any time over the internet, and get notifications

if it detects motion while you're away.

They also have a subscription service called "Nest Aware" which stores all the video for

either 10 or 30 days, depending on which plan, so you don't have to worry about getting an

entire home security system, it just handles everything on the cloud.

Ok next topic, entertainment.

One of my favorites, which you probably have heard of, is the Google Chromecast.

Put simply, this lets you "cast" different forms of media from almost any device, onto

your TV.

So if you're watching a YouTube video on your phone or computer, you can play it on a big

screen.

It also works with a ton of other services, like Netflix, HBO, Hulu, and music too like

Spotify, Pandora, iHeart Radio and a ton of others.

And the important think to know is you use your phone more as just a remote, because

the chromecast connects via WiFi and streams the content from the cloud directly.

So if you're watching something on netflix, the chromecast itself gets the video stream

from the internet, meaning you don't have to worry about your phone being close by and

losing the connection.

There'a also the Chromecast audio, which is obviously just for audio, and is good if you

have a good speaker system and want to make them smart speakers.

That way, you can hook that up and play anything through them.

Another cool thing about Chromecast is it has a Guest Mode, so if you're having a party

or something, you can let people play their own music, or even add songs to a common playlist.

So lots of neat stuff you can do with it.

Moving on, let's talk about virtual assistant devices.

Probably the most popular today is Amazon's Echo speakers, which has the Alexa voice assistant.

There are several versions of the Echo, from the regular big cylinder, to the echo dot,

and now they're opening it up so companies can even integrate the Alexa assistant into

their own products.

For example, that Ecobee thermostat I briefly mentioned before also has the echo assistant

built in.

Now any good smart assistant is going to have a whole bunch of different uses.

The main one is get information, whether it's just the weather, or convert units, or do

a search.

And it will also be able to set timers, take down reminders, add things to a shopping cart,

stuff like that.

Also, you can use it to control other smart devices in your house.

With Echo at least, it supports a bunch of brands natively, including philips hue.

You can set groups of lights like for each room, and then can tell it to turn them on

or off, or dim them for example.

Amazon also has a directory of so-called "skills" which adds functionality that isn't natively

supported.

One is the Nest thermostat skill, which lets you control your nest thermostat.

And obviously the echo also work as a smart speaker, and play music from any supported

music services you have, like spotify.

The other big smart speaker assistant is the Google Home.

In a lot of ways it's really similar to the Amazon Echo.

It can play music, do searches, and control smart home devices.

Being made by Google, the Home also works with Chromecast devices, which the Echo does

not at the moment.

Also, the Google Home seems to be way better at searching for information.

As you might know, Google has spent years building their "knowledge graph" feature into

regular Google search, which tries to find exactly what information you're looking for

before you even look through the results.

For example, if you search, "When was the 44th president born", it's smart enough to

not only figure out who you're talking about, but then go another step and answer your question

about that person.

The echo is able to answer simple straightforward questions, but the Home is a bit better at

understanding how people really talk.

But one thing that I really can't understand, is the Google Home STILL can't set reminders.

So it's obviously not perfect.

Finally, we should go over "smart hubs", which are designed to bring together all your smart

home devices under one roof.

The Google Home and Echo can work as smart hubs, but there are also dedicated products

such as Samsung Smart Things, or the Wink Hub 2 that I have.

The benefit of a smart hub is mainly if you have a bunch of different smart home devices

from different companies, and want them to be able to interact together in a way they

normally might not.

So maybe you want to control your Nest thermostat, and smart bulbs, and your camera all with

one app.

In my case, I have all my devices linked with my Wink Hub, and I can create actions to make

them behave based on certain conditions.

Like if my nest camera detects motion, to turn on my lights.

Or I could create a single command I could use when leaving the house, that would turn

off all my lights, turn down the thermostat, and lock the door if I had a smart lock.

Normally, you'd have to do these all individually.

If you don't have a bunch of different smart home devices from different brands, a hub

would probably be pretty pointless, but if you have everything from smart shades, to

smart locks, smart lights, thermostats, even smart lawn sprinklers, it'll be really useful.

One thing I should point out is that if you specifically have a lot of Philips Hue bulbs,

the Wink Hub has pretty poor integration with those.

They work, but it controls them incredibly slow and unreliably, so don't get it if you

mainly want to control Philips Hue bulbs.

I hear it works find with other smart bulb brands though.

If you're wondering about what other kind of smart devices are out there for your home,

I can quickly run down a list to give you some ideas, but I don't have any of these

myself so I can't really talk about them.

There are smart doorbells like the Ring or SKybell, there are smart locks like the August

Lock, as you probably know there are robot vacuums like from the company iRobot, and

they even make robot mops now.

But that's not all, there are WiFi controlled coffee makers, refridgerators, washing machines,

ovens, and even... robot lawnmowers.

So yea, I think if you didn't know too much about smart home gadgets before, you should

now.

You obviously don't need to control everything via WiFi, and a lot of this stuff is admitedly

overkill.

But even if you don't want to build an all out "smart home", I think everyone can use

at least some of these things.

For example the Nest camera I mentioned, or even something really basic like a remote

power outlet, which is a great way to get started, and control dumb appliances remotely

to some extent.

In any case, I'd love to know what you guys think, like if there's some crazy new smart

gadget that I completely missed, be sure to check the comments, I'm sure someone will

point that out immediately.

If you want to keep watching I'll put some other videos right here, you can just click

on those.

And if you want to subscribe, I make new videos every Tuesday Thursday Saturday.

Again I'm looking forward to hearing from you either here or on other social media sites.

So thanks for watching, I'll see you next time, have a good one.

Naby Keita's entourage slammed by Leipzig chief Ralf Rangnick for turning?? - Duration: 2:45.

Liverpool target Naby Keita's entourage slammed by RB Leipzig chief Ralf Rangnick for turning his head towards transfer

RB LEIPZIG chief Ralf Rangnick has slammed Liverpool target Naby Keitas entourage and said his head has been turned towards a transfer by a whole village in Guinea.

Liverpool have reportedly made a third £74. 2million bid for the Guinea international, who is Jurgen Klopps top summer target. Naby Keita is pushing for a move to Liverpool.

Jurgen Klopps side have already had two big-money offers rejected. The Kop side have already had offers of £57m and £66m turned down by the Bundesliga side.

The 22-year-old midfielder has told Leipzig bosses he wants to move to England but they remain firm. But sporting director Rangnick is adamant he and Emil Forsberg will go nowhere – and criticised Keitas friends for encouraging him to leave the club.

Rangnick said: There should be someone who points them into the right direction. The boys themselves are not the problem here. It is their surroundings.

A whole village in Guinea or somebody from their entourage tells the players why they must do something right away. I cant blame the players.

The RB Leipzig midfielders entourage have come in for some criticism from a club chief.

Ralf Rangnick says a whole village in Guinea has influenced Naby Keita.   Liverpool target Naby Keita injures team-mate with nasty tackle in tra.

I expect them to play for us next season. Both are extraordinary players who make the difference for our team.. Keita recently let his frustration boil over in training when he lunged in on Diego Demma.

The tackle was so bad it forced boss Ralph Hasenhuttl to cancel the session. Keita's brutal challenge left Demma reeling on the pitch in agony towards the end of practise at the club's training camp in Seefeld.

The 25-year-old was then bandaged up over his right knee and carried off by others.
