Welcome to Canada!

No they didn't have to play with hockey sticks Thursday, but Graeme McDowell did warm

up with a baseball bat.

Wrong kind of stick Graeme!

The RBC Canadian Open teed off Thursday at Glen Abbey Golf Course, with rookie and PGA

TOUR winner Mackenzie Hughes leading the Canadians.

Not even this tree on 1 could get in the way of his 5-under, 67…

But this car sure was in Dustin Johnson's way…

Listen to his conversation with the rules official closely.

Sorry Dustin, we can't move the car…

Straight from his runner-up performance at The Open, Matt Kuchar looked to be a little

under the weather on Thursday – experiencing dizziness during his round.

Afterward he said he didn't think it was from travel and had never experienced something

like that before.

Kuch took a kneel on the 3rd hole… and had a medic following him for a few holes to make

sure he was ok.

But he still managed to get in under par and pulled off this tasty bunker shot from the

lip on the 2nd, just before his dizzy spell on the 3rd.

Playing partner Bubba Watson had a bunker save of his own from 26-yards out on 1…

Bubba recorded his first bogey-free round of the year and is just 1-stroke back.

That'll make him smile and an eagle for Smylie Kaufman will spread the joy too…

Kaufman's approach and putt on the second not only led to eagle – but the former LSU

Tiger recorded four birdies to go with it on the front nine.

Always with a smile on his face, defending champ Jhonattan Vegas put one close on the

par 3, 7th.

They did run into a mere 2-hour rain delay in the afternoon and had to play late into the evening.

So far Mackenzie Hughes, 2-strokes back, looks to have the best chance at breaking the 60-year

drought – as he looks to become the first Canadian since 1954 to win his country's

national championship.

You can catch all the action on Friday starting at 7am ET on PGA TOUR LIVE.

I'll see you there and Friday night in The Takeaway.

Ohio State Fair Accident Full Video 2017: Fireball Throws Riders 50 Feet, Killing 1, Injuring 7 - Duration: 1:37.

Inspectors looked over a thrill ride when it was assembled at the Ohio State Fair and

signed off on it hours before disaster struck.

The ride flew apart and flung passengers into the air.

Investigators on Thursday tried to find what caused the opening-day wreck that killed a

high school student who had just been recruited into the Marines.

In total seven people were injured including four teenagers.

The Dutch manufacturer told operators of the same ride to stop using it until more is learned

about what caused the malfunction.

Fairs around the world reacted by closing down that same attraction.

Ohio Governor John Kasich shut down all rides at the state fair and ordered them to be inspected

again.

He said, "It's a nightmare.

It's a terrible situation."

He also stated it was too early to tell whether inspectors had overlooked something.

A bystander took a video of the ride, which is called Fireball, and captured one of the

sections where people were seated crashing to the grown.

Screams could be heard as at least two people were ejected and fell to the ground.

18 year old Tyler Jarrell, who had just enlisted in the marines, flew 50 feet away and was

pronounced dead on the scene.

The injured ranged in age from 14 to 42.

At least two were listed in critical condition.

Some people were hit by debris.

Jarrell's girlfriend was among those seriously injured.

My heart goes out to all the victims and families involved in the Ohio State Fair accident.

How to Determine the Right-of-Way to Pass a Road Test and Stopping | Pass a Road Test Smart - Duration: 5:43.

Hi there smart drivers. Rick with Smart Drive Test talking to you today about

right-of-way and stopping when in doubt on a road test. Now just before we get

started here, be sure to hit that subscribe button,,, way over about there. That

way you'll get access to all of the great information as we get it available

for you - for those of you working towards passing a road test or starting your

career as a truck or bus driver. Now one of the things that I tell students on

road tests in terms of right-of-way, even though you have the right-of-way doesn't

mean that you can go. Because the right-of-way is always given, it's never

taken. So if another vehicle is going to push through and go forward,

do not go because you're going to risk a crash. As well, remember you can be right

or you can be 'dead right'. Because if you go because you think that you have the

right of way and the other vehicle should give way to you, they may or may not. And

remember, failing to give the right-of-way to other traffic on the

roadway is one of the top reasons for crashes. So it's better to stop and wait and let

the other traffic proceed - the other road user go and then proceed. And

finally, I caught this on dashcam here at this intersection behind me...There are

other road users there and I just simply stopped and waited, even though when I

came up to the intersection--as you'll see in the footage here--I had the green

light. I could have gone, but there was a vehicle around the corner that had

stopped and pulled up on the sidewalk; there was a pedestrian; and there was a

vehicle in the intersection making a left-hand turn. All of that created a

complex traffic situation where I simply stopped and I waited and I figured out

what the other road users were doing before I proceeded. And I got eye contact

with the pedestrian on the side of the road before I proceeded around the

corner on the right-hand turn. So without further ado, let's go to that footage. And

now we're going to turn right at the next intersection here. You can see the

solid line. Now you cannot cross into the bicycle lane.

So you've got to go right up to the corner. And of course this guy's pulling

up onto the sidewalk here.

And I just waved that guy on because he was sort of sitting in the intersection

and the light was going yellow to red. And I've got a pedestrian here. And I

don't know whether the pedestrian's going or not. No, okay. And that's what you do if

you're not sure. And as you saw I waited right until I got to the intersection. You

almost have to do a 90-degree turn there to not deviate into the bicycle lane

because of that solid white line. You cannot deviate into that bicycle lane.

And as you saw there, I wasn't sure what other people were doing. So you

saw that I just stopped and I waited. And that's what you have to do for the

purposes of a road test. If you're the least bit unsure of what other road users

are doing, just stop and wait for them to clear, or for them to get eye contact

with you to ensure that you're going to be safe. That you're not going to go

around there and that pedestrians going to step out. And she got eye contact with

me and sort of nodded that I could go then I proceeded around the intersection.

As well, the other guy that was turning - he was already sort of committed - his

vehicle was turned slightly so I didn't turn in front of him because it's a

defensive move on my part that I was waiting to see what that driver was

going to do. And that's what happened. Quick review of right-of-way on a road

test. If you're in the least bit of doubt in any traffic situation, particularly at

complex intersections like this one behind me here simply stop and wait for the

other road users to clear the intersection. And then proceed and make

sure that if there's a pedestrian or cyclist or some other road user on a

scooter or whatnot that you get eye contact with them. Appropriate hand

gestures--don't tell them to number one--and after you're certain that you have

the right-of-way--that everybody else is giving you the right-of-way--then you can

go. Because remember, you can be right or you can be dead right. And as well, the

right-of-way is always given, it is not taken. If you take the right-of-way

and expect other road users to give you the right-of-way you're going to be in a

very high-risk situation where you could be

involved in a crash. Because failing to give the right-of-way

or failing to yield is one of the top reasons for crashes. Question for my

smart drivers: have you been in a situation where other road users have

failed to give the right of way and you've stopped and therefore acted

defensively and everything turned out alright? Leave a comment down in the

comment section there, all of that helps out the new drivers working towards

their license or starting your career as a truck or bus driver. If you like

what you see here share, subscribe, leave a comment down in the comment section. As

well, hit that thumbs up button. Check out all the videos here on the channel if

you're working towards a license or starting your career as a truck or bus

driver. Lots of great information here. As well, head over to the Smart Drive

Test website - great information over there and tremendous online courses that

you can purchase. All the courses are guaranteed 30-day money back guarantee ::

pass your road test first time. As well this summer, we're bringing out "Air

Brakes Explained Simply." It's a new air brake manual that updates the 40-year-

old air brake manuals currently in circulation. As well, there's 100

multiple-choice questions that you will be asked on both the practical and

theory exam. I'm Rick with Smart Drive Test. Thanks very much for watching. Good

luck on your road test. And remember, pick the best answer not necessarily the

right answer. Have a great day. Bye now.

El Reto: Cero Basura / Zerowaste challenge - Duration: 8:47.

It all started with a straw

that reached the sea

and ended up inside the nostril of a turtle

and someone asking the right question: Wouldn't it be the best to stop producing waste at all?

Some people were already living free of waste

Is it really possible to avoid producing waste?

I decided to try it myself, and I convinced my family too.

Our goal is to produce the least amount of garbage in our home

She has shown us some videos with tips to stop generating so much waste

I was very shocked by the documentary films we saw

how birds are found dead on the coastlines, because they ingest the garbage that we have thrown away

Somehow the garbage reaches the rivers and the sea, the birds consume it, and die

This story started some time ago when I met a friend who was a „minimalist"

and she inspired me, she always tried not buy packed stuff

And she had very little stuff in her room, only the things that were strictly necessary

My name is Gabriela Baeza, and I have started this zero waste project

It is complicated, I support more the idea of reducing our waste production by half compared to the average Mexican family

Because we don't have the infrastructure to be a zero waste family

in my understanding of zero waste. I really don't understand what zero waste actually means

WEEK 1

The challenge: Zero waste

The plan was to buy in bulk and without packing

but we forgot about one detail

What are we gonna do with all these plastic bags?

I am going to go myself to the supermarket, to see if it is possible to be zero waste

Because maybe it is not even feasible

We decided to go and buy fabric, and then make our own bags

then, buy the products, and put them inside the fabric bags

Lets see if the people at the supermarket allow us to do it

Well no one said anything at the supermarket, They only looked at us weird…

But everything went very well

Days later we went shopping at the local market, it was also kind of easy

During this time we have used the 5 "R"s of the zero waste movement

Reject, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Reincorporate

What are they all about?

Reject simply means to be attentive that someone will not be giving you something that you do not want

Like when you order a drink and someone gives you a straw,

or that someone puts your shopping in a plastic bag, or gives you a flyer,

Reject means to be very attentive and say no thanks,

Please do not give a straw, please don't give me that accessory, Is being very attentive and reject

The second step is to Reduce

Which consist on asking yourself, do I really need the stuff that I am about to buy?

The third step is to reuse, And buy quality and long lasting stuff

so that you don't have to be buying often

We have always being told that recycling is great

But in terms of the environmental impact and the energy requirement, it is not the optimal solution

Recycling requires a lot of energy, and it is something that we can avoid if we follow the 3 previous steps

The last one is to reincorporate, which means that when we have our organic waste

Clean and separated we can either make compost, or take energy out of them in a digester

From both processes, we get a natural fertilizer

This week was very intense because I went to get all the things that we required to stop producing waste

the quest for the milk was the most exhausting

I searched on the web, and I found the last milk store from back in the day,

that still sell milk inside glass jars

I found a store of soaps and shampoo, the soaps come without packing and the shampoo is solid,

and I have tried it and it leaves your hair clean and soft

I wanted to discover where our waste is going

not only from the internet or from books

I wanted to go and see it with my own eyes.

And, well I am a bit depressed, Because it is very sad, what we saw yesterday

It is terrible, there are mountains and mountains, especially of plastics

The hovels of the waste pickers that live there, their living conditions are very sad

they live right next to the garbage, their kids are playing with garbage, people eating there at the dump

They don't have access to services, no clean water, any service and that is how they live

The stream that flows from there contains a lot of pollutants, heavy metals,

It is a red colored water. Where does it go? I guess it filters in the aquifer mantle, and what does it pollute?

The situation of the dogs that live in the landfill is also very sad, they literally eat garbage

and they don't have any other water to drink, other than that polluted water

I don't know what damage is it causing to their kidneys,

I just believe that no living being deserves that kind of life

Now we will go to the recycling center where we will deliver all the garbage that we have accumulated during these past two months

And well, let's go

We will go deliver our waste, and they will give us vegetables and other products, in exchange of our well-separated wastes

The actions that we are implementing With the purpose of reducing waste,

Well they have brought to me a lot of satisfaction,

Because I know that we are doing something for our environment, even for our own health

I am very happy of participating on this project. We are also helping the local economy

Plus, we are eating healthier and fresher

I believe that I underestimated the goal, I am very surprised by the reduction level we reached

I am skeptical that we can reach the zero percent, But it is an excellent exercise to see the level of reduction we achieve

Waste does not exist in nature, everything is reused

lets live our life with a wiser reasoning, following the logic of our planet

And if you use this? Versus that?

In a returnable bottle taste better

Say no to free samples

Nousche Rosenberg - La Pompe Lesson - Gypsy Jazz - Duration: 2:05.

With my left hand, I grab the chord,

and bounce it like so.

It doesn't have to be extreme like this.

You just need bounce a little bit like this.

It needs to be a smooth movement.

If I don't release, it sounds like this.

It doesn't work. Listen to the difference.

Now, I will hold longer.

It just doesn't sound right.

All the fingers have to be synchronized.

When people take a chord like this,

they need to make sure to press down firmly on the strings.

This is what some people do.

You have to play like the brushes of a drumkit.

You also have to press firmly with the left hand.

That way people hear that it's a guitar.

8 Ways 4Kids Changed Yu-Gi-Oh's Téa Gardner - Duration: 7:32.

Yu-Gi-Oh is a show that is notorious for the edits that 4Kids made to it, when it was localised

for Western audiences.

Amongst many censorship related changes, such as the removal of suggestive themes and violence,

there were also many other changes that 4kids would make, such as removing virtually any

instance of text from the footage - included even when the original text was in English.

Today Censored Gaming will be taken a look at some of these changes and more specifically,

focusing on the edits that were made to the character Téa Gardner.

Téa is one of Yugi's best friends and is one of the main characters throughout the

show's 224 episodes.

She is also the only female character within Yugi's circle of close friends.

So, without farther ado, here are 8 Ways 4Kids Changed Yu-Gi-Oh's Téa Gardner.

Number 1, Téa's name: Téa is not called Téa in the Japanese version.

Instead she goes by the name Anzu Mazaki.

Anzu's original name is of Japanese origin and it's likely that 4Kids were of the opinion

that something more Western would fit better.

As for the meaning behind the original name though, Anzu in Japanese means apricot and

Mazaki can be translated into "mask of truth".

Number 2, the time that Téa got mugged: Episode 22 contains a scene that 4Kids were

never going to allow in the English version of the show.

Whilst in the Western release, Téa gets confronted by a mugger who tells her to hand over all

of her money, in the Japanese version things are very different.

Here, the mugger can be seen with a camcorder, which he often uses to videotape Téa's skirt.

Additionally, whilst the Japanese version makes no direct mention of what the guy was

after, with him continuing to tape her skirt and saying that she best do what he wants

her to do, the taboo implication is rather clear.

The English version removes all shots of the camcorder and the footage that it was filming

and instead makes it very clear that he's only after her money.

Furthermore, in one shot Tea's skirt was even lengthened like so.

Number 3, Téa and the 'other Yugi' going on a date:

Téa and Yugi's romantic feelings weren't completely removed by 4kids, although they

did tone it down on numerous occasions - including the time that the pair went on a date.

The date occurs during episode 53 and was set up by Yugi to try and cheer his other

self up.

The English version however, never mentions that this was a "date" and it also removes

all elements of shyness from the two characters.

Instead, 4Kids rewrote the section so that it's all just about trying to help the other

Yugi "figure out his past".

Here's an example of how 4Kids altered the scene.

And continuing on with that notion is number 4, Téa's jealously towards Rebecca:

Again, this wasn't completely removed in the dub, but, 4Kids did sometimes tone this down

for Western audiences.

Rebecca is a young but highly competent duellist, who appears numerous times throughout the

show.

She has a huge crush on Yugi and will often shower him with affection and makes no secret

of her feelings.

Even in the English version, Téa will sometimes be shown getting annoyed by the attention

Yugi receives from her, however, in the Japanese version, her jealously was much more clear.

Take this scene, for example, which 4Kids decided to remove a whole section from...

Number 5, Téa needing to pee: It is clear that 4kids feels that characters

needing to pee is too inappropriate for Western audiences, as this is something that was removed

multiple times throughout the show.

One of the first times this was removed occurs during a scene with Téa and Joey on a boat

in episode 3.

Whilst in Japan, she was feeling uncomfortable due to needing to go to the toilet, in the

English version this was changed to her being cold.

Number 6, Téa's monsters: Whilst Téa doesn't duel that often throughout

the show, she is actually a pretty decent duellist herself and her deck revolves around

various female spellcaster and fairy types of monsters.

However, the types of cards that she uses were a big source of censorship over in the

West, with many of Yu-Gi-Oh's female monsters being altered overseas so that they are, for

example, dressed in more clothing.

This means that numerous of Téa's cards were affected.

Examples including: Fairy's Gift, which was given a dress over in the West, as well as

Elf's Light, which was again given extra clothing outside of Japan.

Number 7, the "rope" incident: All references to this scene from episode

28 were completely removed by 4Kids.

Téa, Tristan and Bakura must all climb a tall building via a rope and the boys insist

on Téa going first so that, if she falls, they will be able to catch her.

It's likely that this wasn't the only reason for them wanting her to go first though and

Téa pulls on her skirt nervously and, with a red face, tells them that there's no way

she's going first.

This whole section was cut out in the West.

Furthermore, when the group do eventually climb the tower, it is only in the Japanese

version where the boys are made to wear blindfolds to make sure there's no peeping.

And lastly number 8, the shower scene: During episode 12, Téa takes an outdoor shower

whilst the gang set up camp for the night and, perhaps unsurprisingly, 4Kids made a

few changes to this scene over in the West.

There were two changes made to the scene, the first of these is to some dialogue from

Mai and Joey...

The other change happens a little later, when Téa thinks she hears somebody outside.

Mai rushes in but can't find anything.

However, it is only in Japanese version where they suddenly hear another strange noise.

First up is the English version to compare it with...

MONTHLY RECOMMENDATIONS | Auto-Buy Authors [CC] - Duration: 5:26.

Hey guys, it's Kirsti. Welcome back to my channel and welcome to another

installment of Monthly Recommendations. For those of you who

don't know, Monthly Recommendations is a Goodreads group that was started by

Kayla Rayne and Trina from Between Chapters and as always, I will leave links

to all their details down in the description below. Every month there is a theme and

you recommend books based on that theme. This month's theme is auto-buy

authors. The first one - obviously. Zero surprises for anybody - is Becky

Albertalli. I love the shit out of Becky Albertalli's books. I would read

her shopping lists if she would let me and if it wasn't so fucking creepy. I

just... I need all of her books all of the time. Similarly, Rainbow Rowell. I would - again -

read her shopping lists quite happily. I own all of her books. I don't own Kindred

Spirits, the special edition thing that she did for, like, book week or book day or

something to do with books in the UK. I don't own that in hard copy but I have it

on my Kindle and, like, everything else I have in hard copy, even Landline which I

didn't really like very much. J.K. Rowling. Yeah. Obviously, I buy all of

her things, even the Robert Galbraith stuff. I don't

actually own Casual Vacancy, but that's the only book of hers that I don't own and

I have read that one. Terry Pratchett. But even then, it comes with the caveat

that I tend only to buy the stuff from the Discworld series. Like, the last

probably ten, I think, Discworld books? I bought them basically the second they

came out. I was so excited to read all of those books. But his sci-fi stuff that he

co-wrote with...I think Stephen Baxter? I've read one or two of those but I

don't feel the same urge to buy them. So, like, it was the Discworld series that I

was auto-buying and not, you know, Terry Pratchett books. And now there will be no

more Terry Pratchett books so great now I made myself sad. Ilona Andrews. I do not

always buy Ilona Andrews books. There are a couple of series, like, I always buy the

Kate Daniels ones, but there are a couple of other series that they have - because

it's actually husband-wife team - there's a couple of other series that they have

where, like, I read the first book in the series and I was like "Eh. It's not

terrible but it's also not great." So I will auto-buy the Kate Daniel series

but I won't auto-buy, like, everything. Similarly, Kelley Armstrong. I auto

bought all of the Women of the Other World series,

and I auto-bought this whole series and I have eventually ended up that I've got

the whole Nadia Stafford series which is, like, the thriller series that she wrote.

But she has a couple of other series where I'm a bit hit or miss with them. Um.

Sea of Shadows, I think it was called? was, like, a fantasy YA series that she

wrote and I read the first book in that series and I was like "Eh. I do not

really care for this." So I haven't kept buying that one but, like, generally I

will buy her stuff and read it. Gail Carriger. I love the shit out of Gail

Carriger's books but generally I buy them on my Kindle and I don't always buy

them as soon as they come out. It depends on the book. Sometimes I will and sometimes

I'm like "Yeah, I can hold off until that goes on sale." But I will read them. Morgan

Matson, because I am fucking trash for Morgan Matson's stuff. I love her

books. They are all great. I have loved all of them. I've read them all multiple

times. I haven't read her new one multiple times I'm lying I haven't read them all

multiple times. I've read her older ones multiple times. I

need to reread her new one because it was cute and I loved it. So yeah. I just... I

love her stuff. It's great. Karin Slaughter. Karin Slaughter's books I tend to, like, I've

read all of her backlist from the library and so her new stuff I tend to

get on my Kindle. But I don't have to get it, like, the second that it comes out. I

will read it eventually and, like, usually within a couple of months of it coming

out, but it's not one that I will like actively pre-order, if that makes sense.

I still I love her stuff and I would happily own, like, all of her books in physical

form. Preferably with less ugly covers than this one. Becky Chambers. I just... I

need her to write faster and more and tell me everything that is happening on

the Wayfarer forever and ever because I love these characters so much. One that I

suspect would be an auto-buy author but I can't actually determine that because her

second series is not available yet in Australia is Rae Carson. I love the shit

out of the Girl of Fire and Thorns trilogy. It is phenomenal and I adore it. I really

really want to read her other series that I have forgotten the name of but

it's not available in Australia, which causes me a lot of physical

pain. And I don't want to buy it in physical

form having not read it yet. Also, the last time I checked it was only

available in hardback and I don't do that shit. But I don't want to buy it

without having read it because...yeah. I don't. I just... I don't. I want to read it

and then decide if I want hard copies or not. You know? One that I'm pretty sure is

going to end up being an auto-buy author based on her debut novel is Angie Thomas.

I'm sure none of you are surprised by this because this book is phenomenal but

considering she's only got the one book out, I'm a little hesitant to say that

she's an auto-buy author based solely on one book. I feel like I need more

books to assess that. So, you know, if she could bring out more books, that would be

really great. And finally, Hannah Kent. I knew literally nothing about this book

yet I picked it up and paid money for it. So I guess it's safe to say that Hannah

Kent is an auto-buy author. So there you have it, friends. That is my auto-buy authors. If

you have thoughts on any of these, please let me know down in the comments, I'd

love to talk about it with you. Thank you guys so much for watching, I love all your

faces and I will see you on Monday. Bye guys.

There are so many people now

My battery is dead very quickly

I brought another battery

I think..

I think we should something that we like

something that I really like

something that I really like

Not just I want traveling and eating vegan foods

but also I want to have freedom and feel good about myself

I am going to binjiang park

People are looking at me

Let's walk that way

Le't go up and see what we can see up there

Yes, I am here at Binjiang park

Well, I've come to the right place.

If you come here,

I recommend you going to the opposite side at first in the morning

and come here at the late afternoon

Now it's around 6pm

Because there are not many people here at this time

So go to the opposite side early in the morning to avoid crowd

and come later here

because there are not many people at this time

You can take a photo

You can do whatever you want

I feel so good and comfortable

That is an enormous ship..

Sorry for the shaky shooting

He told me, he just take a beautiful scenery

,looking for great places to shoot in Shanghai

But he just take a photo to share with friends

for just simple purpose

He've taken photographs for five years.

He have got really great camera

so his photos are so vivid and look professional

I feel so good

I think I have to do what I want

I am so happy now

The reason why I came Shanghai,

Why I choose to come here, Shanghai,

is not just for eating vegan foods

11years ago

I came to Shanghai and studied for one semester

I used to have a difficult time to adapt myself to new circumstances

I still remember the old days

I used to stay at dorm and study like crzay

I am really happy that I could come here again

I feel so different

I feel so good

What I feel now is that I have to find something that I really like

I feel that I need to follow something that I like

Try my best, Try your best

I feel supremely happy

I am so happy, happy

and happy now

Endless...

This one is also endless

This one, too

Can I believe that I am watching this amazing view?

The view from here is so awesome

There was more and more people coming at the rooftop bar

You need to book your seat earlier

Though I couldn't sit down,

I could enjoy watching the view

They allow me to do that

helping each other to take a picture

The best thing was

we became friends after taking a photo

We just drank cold beverage

talking about many things

There were Japanese, Indonesian

,Malaysian

and one from Bankok

They come to SHANGHAI to receive research program

So I chat with them

talking about anything

I had really great time with them

What I learn today is that I need to travel more,

even if I am alone

Traveling alone gives you more chance

to meet new friends

I am also afraid if I have to travel alone

however

traveling by yourself has many benefits

Don't do like me , I am filming while I am riding a bike

You should be really careful

Anyway what I learn today is to travel more

travel more

travel more

It's okay even if you are alone

I came back

I gonna finish my blog now

See you tomorrow

WAS LIFE FIRST FORMED ON MARS WHAT IF… - Duration: 6:56.

WAS LIFE FIRST FORMED ON MARS WHAT IF

MATRIX WORLD DISCLOSURE

Life began on Mars before it arrived on Earth, sustains a major scientific conference, according

to bbc.co.uk.

According to new research, the Red Planet would have had conditions to support life

much better than the Earth several billions of years ago.

The evidence is based on how the first molecules needed for life were assembled.

Details of the theory were presented by Prof. Steven Benner at the Goldschmidt meeting in

Florence, Italy.

Scientists have long wondered how atoms came to form for the first time the three crucial

molecular components of living organisms: RNA, DNA, and proteins.

Molecules combined to form genetic material are much more complex than the pre-biotic

precious organic soup consisting of organic (carbon based) chemicals that are supposed

to have existed on Earth more than three billion Years, and RNA (ribonucleic acid) is believed

to have been the first to start the life on Earth.

The idea that life first appeared on Mars and was then transported to Earth through

meteorites was also sustained before.

But Professor Steven Benner of the Westheimer Institute of Science and Technology in Gainesville

added the US This theory is another turning point of the Martian origin of the land biosphere.

In Florence, Professor Benner presented results suggesting that minerals containing boron

and molybdenum are key to assembling atoms into molecules that gave birth to life.

The scientist

argues that boron helps carbohydrate rings form pre-biotic chemicals so that the molybdenum

takes the intermediate molecule and rearranges it to form the ribosomes and hence the RNA.

This theory raises the issue of how life began on Earth since the Earth was an unfavorable

environment for the formation of the necessary minerals of boron and molybdenum. It is believed

that the boron minerals required to form RNA from the pre-biotic soup were not present

in the past in sufficient quantities in the past, and the molybdenum minerals did not

exist on the Earth in the correct chemical form.

Professor Benner explained that only when molybdenum became highly oxidized was able

to influence the formation of early life.

But this form of molybdenum could not exist on our early planet because three billion

years ago the Earth was receiving very little oxygen, instead, Mars had oxygen.

This is still evidence of the fact that life came to Earth through a meteorite coming from

Mars and that life did not start directly on Earth.

Mars had a stable soil 4.5 billion years ago, when the Earth still recovered after the impact

that led to the formation of the Moon.

It is obvious that in such conditions, the origins of life on Earth may be martians,

says Jay Melosh, a scientist at the University of Arizona.

Life

Also, the latest NASA expert conclusions are clear.

Martian conditions in the past have allowed life to exist, and the evidence is clear,

the New York Times writes.

Mars is very attractive from the perspective of a planet that could sustain life.

And were not just referring to the Gale crater, but many places on the entire planet,

says Dr. Grotzinger to the New York Times.

Moreover, according to the scientist at Westheimer Institute of Science and Technology in Gainesville,

Florida, these life-friendly conditions exist even now on Mars.

The oxidized form of molybdenum could not exist on Earth when life came out.

Three billion years ago, on Earth, there was very little oxygen, but on Mars, there was

more, says Steven.

The hypothesis promoted by Banner solves a paradox that has been confusing for scientists

for years.

They did not succeed in creating life forms using organic matter and heat or light, that

is, reproducing the conditions existing in the distant past on Earth, writes Daily Mail.

Instead of turning into life forms, these compounds change into something similar to

oil or asphalt, and so far the scientists had no explanation.

Recent analyses of meteorites on Mars have demonstrated the existence of a chemical element

called boron.

Steven thinks they will find there an oxidized form of molybdenum.

In addition, on Earth, the first life forms would have been covered by water, and water

destroys RNA, which is the first genetic molecule to exist.

Instead, there is less water on Mars than on the Earth a few billion years ago.

We have proof that we are all Martians.

Life appeared on Mars and came to Earth on a piece of rock, says Steven.

However, the Earth was the ideal planet for the maintenance and evolution of life, the

geochemist explains.

Recent scientists have learned that the Martian meteorites found on Earth are 4 billion years

younger than initially estimated, so Mars could still be a geologically active planet.

So far, 100 meteorites have been discovered from Mars.

Some are 200 million years old, others only 20 million years old.

The evidence leads us to think were all Martians.

Life started on Mars and an asteroid brought it to Earth.

It is a good fortune that today we are here, but it seems that Earth was a better place

for everything that means life.

Says Benner.

The specialist brings the hypothesis of panspermia.

Panspermia seeds is a hypothesis that the life that exists in the Universe is spreading

through meteorites, asteroids, and planets.

Panspermia states that life seeds exist everywhere in the Universe and that life on Earth (or

elsewhere) began when these seeds arrived here, possibly brought by a small heavenly

body.

Similar research is made if life on Earth can be further propagated into the Universe

by the same method.

But lets not forget, like all that can not yet be proved, is at the moment, just

a theory.

Mexican Spanish vs.CubaRican Spanish - Duration: 6:14.

Andrea: Hey, uh so one of my lightbulbs blew out. Can you come over and change it?

Okay cool thanks, I'll see you in a bit.

Ismael: Mexican Man! Handy service to your rescue!

Where's the lightbulb that need repair?

Ismael: You want me to put energy efficient bulbs?

Or you want to stay with these CFL's?

The CFL's focos?

Andrea: What's foco?

Ismael: Foco, it's lightbulb.

Andrea: We say bombilla.

Ismael: Bombilla? What's a bombilla?

Never heard of that before.

Ismael: That was a skit, if you didn't know what that was.

Andrea: Hey everyone, I have Ismael back and if

you paid attention to our little impromptu skit

you'll notice we say words quite differently.

So today we wanted to go through some words.

And show you his Spanish which is Mexican Spanish.

And my Spanish which is Cuban and Puerto Rican.

And we're going to compare how we say words.

(silence)

I have little flash cards that are drawn by him.

I: You can't prove that.

A: You're the artist!

I: Can't prove that, anyways.

A: The first word we have is lightbulb.

I: Hey go ahead, cover my face!

A: So what is lightbulb in Spanish?

I: In my Spanish, lightbulb is foco.

Like we said earlier, foco.

A: For us it's bombilla.

But we say foco too it's just for the light in a car.

I: I know I've heard it before but um,

I don't know most commonly we use foco.

I never questioned it.

A: Do you use foco for like cars?

I: Anything bulb like, bulb related like flashlights.

A: I think bombilla fits better because it's like

bom, the cap of it!

I: Bom!

A: Bom bom. Like bidi-

I: Bidi bidi bom bom.

A: Yeah there you go.

A: The next word we have is uh socks.

(both laugh)

A: So I say for socks, I say medias.

I: We say calcetines.

And we say that too but that's like a proper word for socks.

I: Excuse me, we're always proper.

A: Oh so fancy!

A: But then you said...what did you say for medias?

I: Medias for us are stockings.

A: We just...medias are everything.

I: Medias you're half way.

You're always half way.

I: You know what I'm saying?

A: What?

I: You're half way. Half way not proper, half way proper.

(Andrea clicks tongue)

A: The next word we have is pacifier.

(both laugh)

A: So call pacifier uh-

I: Vin Disel!

(Silence)

A: Yeah.

A: So I say for pacifier bobo.

And we say bobo because babies look pretty dumb

when they have this in their mouth.

And bobo means like dumb or stupid.

I: We call it chupón.

As in the act of sucking.

Because you're sucking that shit.

A: Oh god.

A: The next card which is my favorite card

because it looks like the doll from Lilo & Stitch.

It's the word doll.

So I say for doll muñeca.

And that's the only word I use.

I: Sometimes we use that but sometimes we say mono.

A: Mono's monkey!

Mono is the word for monkey.

But why do you use it for a doll?

I: Because mono for us could be a doll...I don't know

I don't question it.

A: That's what I don't get, when I was at his family's house

they were talking about dolls and they said mono

and then my brain got super confused

because I was like-

I: Yeah like this guy.

A: (yells) I knew you were going to segway him in!

I: For us monkey is chango.

A: Yeah I don't use that word at all.

I didn't know about that word until they said that.

I: Chango.

A: Chango sounds like a drink.

A: Like the te-

I: Champorado? That's racist!

Or Tejuino?

A: Tejuino yeah!

I: (emphasizing the word) Tejuino!

A: (emphasizing the word) Tejuino!

I: That's the nectar of the gods by the way.

A: It is disgusting.

I: It's yummy!

I: Google it, google it google it.

A: This is Ismael's favorite doll.

It's not a doll, it's an action figure.

A: Our camera died so we went to the movies.

And now we're back.

I: The truth is you just entered the twilight zone.

A: Or that.

A: We're going to continue with some words!

Our next word is straw!

So I use the word sorbete for straw.

And that my mom just told me

because it like means you're drinking from a drink.

I: We call it Eric esSTRAWda.

I: Not really.

A: What!? What do you call it!?

I: We call it popote.

A: (whispers) popote.

Why?

I: It comes from the indigenous langue of Nahuatl.

I guess it means paja which is hay.

So I guess they used hay to-

A: Well like-

I: suck on them

(silence)

glasses of water.

A: I mean we use paja too but not often.

But we don't use popote.

(knock on the door)

A: Yes?

(Noel who's at the door) Is Ismael here?

A: Yes.

Noel: Can he move his truck?

I: Fuck that shit!

A: We'll be right back!

A: We're back once again.

But we're coming back now with the most controversial

word in the Spanish language.

Lime.

I say lime, lima. And I say lemon, límon.

I: Let me tell you how we say it.

The green one, the yellow one it's límon.

Now if you're getting into the sweet and the sour, we call the sweet one lima.

End of discussion.

A: See it's opposite. Green ones a limas.

I: We don't care.

If it's sour, límon. If it's sweet, lima.

A: And apparently this is like a big discussion with everybody that speaks Spanish.

Some people say it the way I say it and others say the way he says it.

And it's like no one can settle this argument.

And now we're at our last word and it's

my favorite word to say.

And it's for shaved ice.

So New York Puerto Ricans, it's a very Puerto Rican thing.

We have for shaved ice, we call it piragua.

And the musical In The Heights has it's own song

all about it.

I: Raspado!

(Ismael makes a honking noise)

I think they're coming.

We should get some!

A: I like piragua better because it's just nice.

I don't know why we say it like that.

It's the same shit that they make.

I: I know why.

A: Why?

I: Because they're pirates.

Pirata, piragua.

So pirates use to...

A: Puerto Ricans aren't pirates.

(Ismael mimics the shaving ice sound)

I: Use the shaved ice and throw it at their enemies across the boats.

A: Where did you find that? What history book did you find that in?

I: You do research? I thought you just made shit up!

Right guys?

A: That's it, that's all I have for you.

That's all we have for you.

What are the words you say if you speak Spanish?

Do you say some of the words I do?

Do you say some of the words he says?

Or do you have your own words for some of these items?
