Waching daily Jul 28 2017

Hello.

(Jisook / The Cooking Institute)

There's another mission card.

Today's menu is...

Braised spicy monkfish.

Let's go find monkfish!

(Mapo Agricultural and Marine Products Market)

(Gosh)

My goodness.

It's like an aquarium here.

(A plethora of marine animals)

(The monkfish are over there)

Should I show you the monkfish?

(We've never met, have we?)

How am I supposed to cook this?

Wait a minute.

I'm going to take one with me.

(Pick me! Pick me!)

You?

You?

The red one?

(The red monkfish are fresh)

I think this one's the deepest red.

- Please give it to me fresh. / - Like this?

Yes.

I'll clean the fish so it tastes good.

The chef will teach me how to clean it.

I heard this earlier.

The monkfish might have something in its belly.

- It's ready. / - Thank you.

Wow! Thank you.

I hope you sell a lot.

- Goodbye. / - Bye.

(Let's go make braised spicy monkfish)

- Hello. / - How have you been?

You did a great job.

Welcome.

I've never cooked braised spicy monkfish myself.

I don't know if I bought it right.

I think you did.

(Food researcher Lee Jingu)

(Food director Lee Wonmi)

You bought fresh water parsley

and bean sprouts.

I almost forgot.

I brought a monkfish with me.

I heard that monkfish are ugly.

- They're even uglier than I thought. / - Yes.

(Can't get used to their appearance)

Hi.

Should we make the broth first?

Cooking the Monkfish takes time.

We need to cook it lightly first.

We can make the broth while it cooks.

- We don't throw out the water? / - We don't.

- That would be delicious. / - It's the key.

Let's get started on the marinade.

The marinade is supposed to be red.

Right.

So we need to use red pepper paste.

(Red pepper paste, red pepper powder)

(Minced garlic, soybean paste, soy sauce)

It's looking good.

(Making our mouths water already)

I'll take a bit and see how it tastes.

(How does it taste?)

How is it?

Why does it taste like soda?

It's so good.

The marinade should be spicy and salty.

- Right. / - That way, it enhances the flavor.

Right.

(Sea squirts, marinade, starch, minced garlic)

(Peppers, water parsley, bean sprouts, monkfish)

Today, we have 2 guests

who eat alone out of comfort and necessity.

We're going to cook with these guests

who continue to eat alone.

Please step out!

- Hello, welcome. / - Hello.

- Hello. / - Hello.

Welcome.

I'm Kim Byeongjin, age 27.

I eat alone out of necessity.

Nice to meet you.

Hello.

I'm Lee Eunji, age 28. I enjoy eating alone.

Welcome.

You two are just the opposite.

You prefer eating alone.

You don't, but you have no other choice.

You're divided.

Why do you like eating alone?

I eat alone when I work. I've gotten used to it.

It feels comfortable now.

I enjoy eating alone.

How come you have to eat alone?

It was after I moved into a dormitory.

I have no choice but to eat alone.

That's how it began.

I see.

Now that you're here,

it would be nice if you could enjoy this session.

Can you help him do that?

I'll do my best to help.

Sounds good.

We're going to begin cooking.

The ingredients are in front of you.

To be honest, I've eaten

braised spicy monkfish at restaurants

but I've never cooked it myself before.

It seems difficult.

Today, let's cook using a simple recipe

that you can follow at home.

I hope you'll be able to learn.

- Should we get started? / - Yes.

Let's do it!

Go!

Let's go for it! Come on.

1, 2, 3.

Let's go for it!

We'll do our best to cook this dish.

First, heat the pan.

The monkfish have already been prepared.

Put it here.

Next, add the garlic and peppers.

We also made a special sauce.

Put it on top like this.

We're almost done.

We've almost finished. Don't worry.

We want to make the marinade blend in,

so pour the broth on top like this.

The monkfish has been steamed lightly

but we need to cook it further like this.

Stir it gently so the flesh doesn't come apart.

Next.

I think we can just chat.

The ingredients will boil and cook.

They'll be coated in the marinade.

When you eat alone at home,

what kind of food do you order most frequently?

For me, it's fermented soybean paste stew.

- Fermented soybean paste stew? / - Quite often.

- You order that? / - Yes.

Really?

You order from Korean restaurants? (Peculiar!)

I'm quite surprised.

I miss my mom's fermented soybean paste stew.

I've ordered it from many places

but it doesn't taste the same.

The reason behind the stew...

It's boiling away nicely.

How does it smell? (Inhaling)

I think it's almost ready.

I know.

We're almost there.

Do you enjoy eating braised spicy monkfish?

I should've asked this earlier.

Do you like it? (I'm in trouble if you don't)

I do.

But my boyfriend can't eat spicy food.

You can eat all you want here. (It's your chance!)

I'm glad you like it.

How about you, Byeongjin?

I love it.

That's good. (Whew!)

I was startled. I should've asked that first.

What a relief.

Okay then.

Add the bean sprouts.

Should we just add them on top of the fish?

Yes, it's really easy.

Add the water parsley too.

Take another spoon.

Try mixing it together like this.

Goodness.

Doesn't it smell wonderful?

It really does.

Eunji, do you have any tips for eating alone?

I eat while listening to my favorite songs.

You listen to music?

Try doing that.

Food tastes good if you listen to good music.

How can I listen to music?

- With earphones. / - Earphones?

You want to eat with a woofer speaker?

Delicious! Delicious!

The vegetables have softened.

We've reached the highlight.

It looks good right now

but it's not the same as in restaurants.

To make it taste even better,

let's use starch powder.

Why do we add starch?

It's a little watery right now.

We want to make it more tasty and chewy.

We're thickening the soup to make it like jelly.

Can't we just boil it down?

That will make it too salty.

Right?

(#LookingTasty #Mouthwatering)

(#BraisedSpicyMonkfish)

This is totally amazing.

It looks awesome.

(Thumbs up)

Wow, this is amazing.

The braised spicy monkfish in front of you...

Can you believe that you cooked it yourself?

We just added the ingredients.

Let's serve it on a plate.

Like this? (Red sauce, green veggies, white fish)

It looks delicious.

Wow.

(Stir-fry some rice in the leftover marinade)

We have to add sesame oil.

It smells wonderful.

It's wonderful.

Sprinkle these dried laver flakes.

Okay, it's done.

- Doesn't it look delicious? / - Yes.

Right?

It's stuck to the bottom.

We've cooked braised monkfish and fried rice.

(The Cooking Institute / Braised spicy monkfish)

It's time to taste our braised spicy monkfish.

(Excited)

- Are you ready to eat? / - Yes.

Go ahead and eat. (Grinning ear to ear)

Enjoy it.

Enjoy your meal.

- Enjoy your meal. / - Enjoy your meal.

(A big bite of plump monkfish flesh)

It looks good.

(Yum)

Put it on top like this.

You cooked this yourself.

(Yum)

You made it!

(Take a big bite)

It doesn't smell fishy at all.

I know. To get rid of the fishy smell,

I added soybean paste to the broth.

That kills the smell.

(Taste the fried rice)

(This hits the spot)

This really hits the spot.

(Can't stop eating)

(The food makes you act cute)

(Ugly but tasty braised spicy monkfish)

We finished cooking and eating monkfish.

Did you enjoy it? Tell us how you feel.

I can't believe I cooked a restaurant-style dish.

It doesn't taste like I cooked it.

Really?

Byeongjin, did you enjoy our session today?

Before coming here,

I was worried about having to cook myself.

I'm a terrible cook.

But this was surprisingly easy.

The cooking was all about adding the ingredients.

We cooked this delicious braised spicy monkfish.

We will continue to research

healthy, happy meals for people eating alone.

Keep showing our show lots of love.

Watch it alone again next week!

Elite: Dangerous Conflux Guardian Ruins found in the Conflux - Duration: 8:57.

Hello everywhere mrs. Ricardo and I'm still in my ask the inquisitive badger

on my way to Colonia now there is a closeby system the Scout I am - B space

D one for - one create system now if you fly towards the planet that you can see

on the screen and then move up and then to the left as I've done you'll see the

ancient ruins put up on your hood and then once you do that fly towards them

they'll turn up in your navigation comms panel ok so here's the big thing about

the guardians the guardians mission happened at the beginning I think of

2017 and an engineer called Rampur had a huge community goal around this where

you could earn anything up to about 20 million credits probably if not more for

the return of Guardian data now we always thought the Guardians with the

third Lloyd's well now we know that isn't true it's a completely different

race so by returning all that obelisk data and doing it in a certain order

you could then canvass that reward from the engineer or the contacts round her

now I'm on approach to the alien ruin site and from the sky looking downwards

you can get an ideas how big it is now you can womble about there in your SLV

picking up ancient artifacts scanning obelisks and other ancient probes and

things that you may find in the area and then return them to a nearby spaceport

and we know is only one send you two light-years away

for a bit of extra money now as I mentioned I'm carry on approach and this

system contains the first guardian ruins discovered in the Scouten Hodja Tier II

complex to this date April 30 303 these are the only Guardian ruins that have

been found outside the area surrounding the regal sector where there's hundreds

of these ruins located now Guardian history tells of exiles who are banished

when religious orders took over their society the unexpected discovery of the

ruins in the scow dissector has led to speculation amongst the Vino historians

as to whether these out-of-the-way locations could be the final resting

place of these Exile now as I come down to the planet service and from the

vantage point of the ship using the external camera you get a good idea of

what we're dealing with they're spread out it's going to be not taxing to

navigate in your SRV but it's very difficult not to get disorientated I

find so use of the external camera I think is a must when traveling about

these sites also the terrain is quite rocky you are going Kherson damage to

the SRV now that's okay the SRV can be repaired at the station that is only a

few light-years away only a couple of jumps pay for attention to the monoliths

that rise up from the ground they've got a jewel or a crystal inside them if you

shoot the outside and scan it you can collect that alien artifact and trade it

back at the spaceport the lines of monoliths contain an

obelisk as you can see they're glowing that can be scanned for additional data

and this can eventually be traded with engineers it does take up however an

awful lot of data space on your ship so don't make the mistake like what I did

and having a virtually full data cache and then going to do this mission once

you're in the alien settlement if you just spell your ship and send it away

and then when you bring it back you are going to still move around about 2,000

klicks away from the settlement before you can bring the ship back in so what I

found is is that once you've got that ship you can land it virtually right

back back in the middle of this Guardian compound now this system itself contains

three ancient sites all of them located on the same moon and two of them next to

each other

now I have put the coordinates and the moon on the screen but you can pick them

up quite easily if you've got a discovery scanner and you scan the star

and you follow some of the instructions in this video they are really easy to

find although pretty much all the same it has to be said there's not an awful

lot of variety this one I thought though however did have an awful lot of these

tall monoliths with the dual or crystal in the top of them that was good because

you're able then to fill up the hold of your ship with these artifacts and then

trade them back at the local star base that's their base being seventy-two

light years away and it being a such a good way a spaceport so the collecting

of artifacts remember you can only hold two in your SRV it's very easy to get

carried away when picking up these things especially start shooting the

jewels off the tall a rep ting structures that come out of the ground

and if you haven't there any Guardian missions before or you're on the

PlayStation or haven't even bothered with that community goal they just

passed you by it's worthwhile doing you don't know where this data is going to

lead you what would the thyroids turning up this Guardian technology no doubt

must play a part or they wouldn't have put it in the game

that's my opinion anyway I mean I'm sure if people in the community you're going

to disagree and so the Internet's webbing will disagree with somebody so

as you can see you can pick up and scoop up urns and relics and orbs and caskets

but very important you've got the date space make sure you scan those alien

monoliths for additional historic data

I happen to park my ship right next to an eruptive monolith and as you can see

on the screen there is the jewel at the top now you can scan that and that's

perfectly fine but like anything in a computer game let's try and shoot it and

once you do shoot it they fall to the ground you can then select it and then

scoop it up with the old cargo scoop so these monoliths are located all over the

place so keep an eye out for them and they'll

just erupted out of the ground now the eruption is quite good I did manage the

catch what actually happening because as I say that happened right behind the

ship and here it is nice bit of death but it eruption sounds as well coming

from the game and there's your ancient relic complete with jewel or data

crystal at the top of it now driving around the landscape you've got a good

backdrop on the sky because of where we are we're in the conflicts now where

it's other areas of Guardian sites those more closer to the bubble where first

was discovered back when Rampur did its community goal obviously to have a

different sky different parts of the galaxy so I've been Ricardo it's been

elite dangerous and thanks for watching The Guardian site expedition in the

Scout I area on my way to Colonia lookout for more videos in the series

you

It's been three years now since I've been with you so thank you so much for watching.

But let's go right to the overview.

We start the show off with Forge of Empires and their new Historical Event.

Next we go to Elvenar which gives us some updates.

Last but not least, Camilo from the Tribal Wars team shows us Rune Wars.

Lets start the show of with Forge of Empires new historical event.

Good day, girls and boys! I am Kai and this is Thi...and let me check my watch...

A, yes! It's time for "A Moment in History"!

This time, we will talk about a man who led the scientific revolution.

Let's see if you can guess who he is:

He had a big beard

He gained a lot of knowledge from staring into the sky

and his first and last name are shockingly similar!

Thi, why wouldn't you tell us more about this mysterious man?

Why, yes, you are right! It's Galileo Galilei, famous astronomer, physicist and universal genious.

Relive his life, full of discovery, courage, surpression and punishment, in our new historic questline.

If you stick until the end, you can win Galileis avatar as a portrait, as well as our new special building:

The Sundial Spire.

This beautiful little tower will help you defend your city, and produce knowledge for you, once it's motivated.

Well then, history lovers--be sure to join in this month and play through this historical questline!

As always, not only will you receive wonderful rewards, but you will also gain knowledge! Until next time!

Elvenar switches it up this month with a new face, Steffen another game designer.

So let us see what he is up to.

Have you ever wondered, why can't I refill my coin storage or supplies with just one item?

Seriously, why can't I get any booster or something similiar?

Why do I always get those relics and knowledge points as reward?

If that is the case, you will be happy with our recent update.

Ladies and gentleman, here are our new instant rewards.

The attentive observer will realize that our inventorry has ben enriched by an additional tab:

Instants

Here you will find a lot of new spells sorted by type and rarity.

Coin Rain will refill your Coin Storage by a certain percentage, meanwhile supply windfall does the same to your supplies.

Just use them from your inventory and confirm the activation.

There is also another new spell type:

Boosters

You can use boosters wherever you have an open timer.

Despite if it is a workshop production or unit production queue,

an upgrade or a tournament province.

I hope you all liked the fancy new spells, see you next time and keep on grinding.

Last but not least let's go to Camilo and Rune Wars,

Hey there, I'm Camilo the artist for Tribal Wars.

and today I'm going to bring you

What are you going to bring?

What we all are being waiting for!

The new end game, called Rune Wars!

The Rune Wars in general look like a normal world.

But after some time mysterious rune villages will appear all over the map.

The objective for you and your tribe-mates will be to controll these rune villages.

The villages are defended so you have to make sure to bring enough troops to be able to conquer them.

Watch out!

There is a powerful rune stone within the village

and it will weaken your troops, so you will have a harder time defending against enemy troops.

A lot of cooperation within your tribe will be required to hold your rune villages against the enemy.

To win you have to work as a team!

You need to hold the rune villages

because they're the key to win in the world.

To be victorious as a tribe you need to hold a certain percentage of rune villages.

Especially in all continents.

You and you tribe will be required to spread out and strategically expand into enemy territory.

Ok guys, We hope that you enjoy the Rune Wars as much as we do.

Remember, you need to play outside your comfort zone.

Expand outside your borders, play with a team

that's really important.

So guys, it's really a special event, we're looking forward to your feedback and it's so special

that I'm wearing my special socks...

Cya!

K-POP Groups WHO RECEIVED A LOT OF MONEY FROM Fans - Duration: 2:31.

1. Stellar is one of the most well-known groups who participated in crowd funding. Stellar has crowdfunded more than two albums and had once reached over 1,000% over the original crowd funding goals earlier this year. The girls experienced more than 700 people supporting their projects. Their latest project raised nearly $100,000!

2. The boys of 100% raised money in order to hold a global fan meeting! The boys held a global fan meeting on the 27th of May this year. They kicked off with "Better Day" and also performed debut song "BAD BOY", "Beat", "Guy Like Me", and "Sketch U", as well as Japanese songs "How to Cry" and "Eternal". Each member also had a solo song for the fans. 300% of the goal was met within 3 days, and fans from Korea, Japan, China, France, Brazil, Germany and more came to attend. They raised up to US$63,162,000.

3.The girls of WASSUP opened up the project on June 1, 2016, announcing the project via their SNS. According to the page, they were asking for $6,508, and met their goal in order to come back with "Color TV." They raised around $12,000. Unfortunately, there were issues with members leaving over the past year.

4.The members of 24K joined together on their crowdfunding page in order to raise money for two albums. Both were successful as the 1st album project raised $23,000 while the 2nd album project raised nearly $50,000!

5. On November 17 of last year, Crayon Pop announced their crowdfunding 'Crayon Pop 'Winter Party Project!' The fundraiser reached its $8,000 goal in just 2 hours and they exceeded their goal amount by 200% within 24 hours, which actually set a new record for the Makestar team and the girl group. They eventually raised $52,000!

6. Not a K-pop group but deserves to be on the list nonetheless. When Minzy prepared for her solo debut and was in the process of releasing her album 'Uno,' she asked for the support of her fans. Not only was it for her album promotions and success but she also donated some of the profit as well. She raised nearly $21,000 in total.

7. The sweet and charming boys of Astro wanted to release their very first photo book since debut and took to crowdfunding as a resource to make it happen! The crowdfunding began on November 21 of last year and the group almost immediately exceeded their funding goal of 35 million KRW ($29,533). They raised over $100,000!

8. The lovely girls of LABOUM really wanted to wow fans with the quality for their next comeback. So, the girls and their agency used crowdfunding to increase their production budget. The LABOUM album project gained numerous online traffic from the moment it started; allowing it to reach its goal of $8,913 in just 4 hours! It eventually raised $75,751.58!

9. After BP RaNia became a thing, the new lineup took to crowd funding in order to promote and produce their American album after re-debuting with "Demonstrate." They had been aiming to raise $4,500 and were successful in their goal raising around $8,500 in total.

10. Like many groups, Brave Girls were also involved in crowd funding in order to create their studio album. 'Makestar's side stated, "The funding happened in not only Korea but also America, Canada, Germany, France, Japan, China, and more." The girls had gathered 100% of the funds needed to produce a new album on October 11 of last year and earned even more there after. They raised $18,721 which was 205.66% of their goal of $9,103.

shows you the four best days to get pregnant.

Maximise your chances of becoming pregnant.

Really Google, really YouTube?!

You collect data from me every second.

And all that you manage to show me

is an advert about how to get pregnant!

Just because I'm female and 28 years old!

I have never once googled a baby product.

I have never looked for anyone on a dating website.

Where did you get the idea

that I would want to get pregnant?

Why?

But having children

is definitely beautiful,

I can well imagine that.

But first I should perhaps

try and find the right partner

and build a life together.

That would not be a bad idea.

I talk about it virtually every time I see my friends.

Now we're going to see my best friend, Menosch.

Come on!

Hello.

Can you open the door?

Hello.

How are you?

Fine.

This is Menosch.

Hello.

Menosch is 30 and Kurdish.

When we meet up

here is a topic that comes up again and again:

so, are you seeing anyone?

The answer is usually...

... three, two, one: No.

Now, we'll meet Maida.

Hi Tama.

How's it going?

Good thanks. How about you?

Good thanks.

Maida is 26 and from Bosnia.

The love of your life.

Are you in love, Maida?

No, not at the moment.

We do ask a lot.

The best option, of course, would be a Kurd

who was born and raised in Switzerland

and understands both mindsets.

For me, he must be Tamil who is Swiss.

This criteria excludes, shall we say,

seven million people in Switzerland.

He has to be a Muslim too?

Yes, he has to be a Muslim.

Why is religion more important to you than origin?

Because religion gives me guidance and strength

and that is really important for me.

It would be great to be with someone

who has the same origin, language and mindset.

You wouldn't have to explain anything,

not even the music,

everything would be easier.

It would be a problem for me

if I was going out with a Swiss guy

and we were watching a Tamil film at the cinema.

I'd listen to the songs and feel everything so strongly

and when I came to explaining it to my Swiss boyfriend

he would laugh his head off.

It's just the little things.

In our culture there are crisps

which only people from my local area eat.

If you don't come from this region, you can't eat them.

I've been friends with her for 15 years and still can't eat them.

What is it actually?

It doesn't have to be someone from the same country,

but someone who gets both sides.

You want to find a happy medium.

That basically makes it impossible and that's why we're still single.

What would your wedding be like?

No idea.

I like all the fuss.

But for my own wedding

I'd like to keep the guest list small.

What's a small number?

For foreigners, it's something of a relative term.

A hundred people.

It would probably be different for me.

The celebration is really for the people.

In Sri Lanka, anyone from the area can come.

I think I watch too many Tamil films.

Where everything is so romantic

and they find each other and end up together.

Are you saying that I have to find the right one from the beginning

and that I'm saving myself up for this man?

You can't really avoid

having relationships beforehand.

You can't be on your own for 26 years

without having a relationship.

Yes you can.

So, my dears, we've come to the end of my vlog.

You now know what the dream man looks like for Menosch, Maida and me.

Now I want you to tell me who your dream man or woman is.

You can write to me.

I hope you enjoyed the video.

I'd like you be part of my online family

Don't miss the next vlog.

Love you.
