Waching daily Jul 5 2017

breakups are hard and we've all been there.

You, me, Dupree.

Probably your dog.

the worst part about a breakup is

for some reason when you decide to finally

leave your house instead of eating ice cream

and watching Netflix for days on end.

you go to the mall and you start to see

people in relationships holding hands

kissing

just genuinely being happy with each other.

And you have to hold hands with yourself

To not go and rip them apart.

or go up to them and tell them

Love is not real

see I was in this position not too long ago

and I'm completely gotten over that breakup so

now I thought I would share my tips

for you so here's

how to get over a breakup in 4 simple steps

number one

block them.

You got to block them on all social media

so you don't spend your nights

shifting through your instagrams

Facebook's and your Twitter's

and seeing how they're living their life you need

them to just be wiped away completely from your mind

because if they end up posting pictures

with somebody else.

You're going to be a sad boy or girl

or whatever the other gender is in between

not only block them online block them in

real life so if they're like "hey let's still be friends"

you say "nah I'm chill"

you can't be friends because

it's not going to help your breakup process.

And you're so deep down in your heart gonna be like

" I love them still I just want to be with them"

and you don't want

you don't want that.

even better then that.

Just don't talk to them at all

not even friends just strangers

ghosts the hell out of them.

embody some Casper okay

block them in life.

and if you have any of their stuff left in your house.

Things that they brought over to your house

to kind of claim their territory

what I want you to do collect all their stuff together

put it in a box

get some gasoline

pour it all over it

get a match

light that match

drop the match into the box of their memories

and watch it burn.

that's what I like to call it a cleansing ritual.

Because you're just getting rid of any feelings

you may have had for that person while burning them.

if step number one doesn't help you

then you might want to move on to step number 2.

being sad

I'm a guy so you know I don't like to express

my emotions

what I do is I just shove them all the way down

and forget they exist

until they pop up randomly

and I have a mental breakdown and just

start crying for an hour *awkward laugh*

it's okay to be sad.

write your feelings out in a journal

kind of understand why you're feeling this way

what you miss about them

Pro tip: you can throw that writing into the

cleansing ritual boom

you can talk to your best friend

because they may be going through the same thing

or they have gone through the same thing

best friends are just there for you in general

just vent to your best friend

they might just nod

and not really listen to anything you say

but at least you're venting out whatever's

inside your head and getting it out into the earth

making you feel better

that's how therapy works!

it's okay to stay inside and be sad for a bit

just wallow your sadness eat some ice cream

watch some Netflix that's fine

if it's what you got to do what, its you got to do.

and that wraps up step number two

Number three

Distractions.

when sitting aside just gets a little bit too much for you

find some distractions.

go out and do new things

try some things you never

thought you could do before.

Go to a club hit on a stranger

go skydiving.

distract yourself from this feelings of sadness

find somebody else

but don't get into a relationship with that person

use it as the rebound kind of thing

do not get directly into relationship after

you've already been into relationship

it doesn't help you grow as a person =

and you won't really get over the person that

broke up with. That was number 3.

If those haven't made you feel better yet

here's number four

some extras which are some do's and don'ts

and just extra rules that didn't really apply

to the first three.

Don't hold grudges.

if they did something. Forget it.

Forgive, forget.

you know why

because it's healthy

If you hold a grudge that means you're going

to be constantly thinking about them

if you just forgive them you can forget em.

Don't seek revenge

don't go out of our way

to try and date like their bo-

their girlfriend or ex-boyfriend or best

or best friend, to get back at them.

Again it doesn't help you get over the person

you're trying to get over.

Now that is all the tips

Those are your 4 tips

Hope that was enough tips to leave you satisfied

at the end of the day just realize

it's going to take time for you to get over

that person and it's going to take time

for those feelings to fade

but if you follow these steps it's going to be a lot easier

the saying is time heals all wounds

even emotional wounds.

So take that into account

thank you for watching this video

Big Pharma Losing Grip As Study Shows Nearly 100% Cannabis Users Give Up Rx Pain Meds - Duration: 5:37.

Big Pharma Losing Grip As Study Shows Nearly 100% Cannabis Users Give Up Rx Pain Meds

by Edward Morgan

A landmark study helps explain why Big Pharma is so afraid of the medical benefits of cannabis.

The pharmaceutical and alcohol industries, both powerful influences in Washington, have

long lobbied against cannabis legalization in order to protect their profits.

The recent study is lending credibility to the idea that medical cannabis can be used

as a natural alternative to prescription pain medications, with nearly 100 percent of respondents

saying they believe cannabis is helping them decrease their use of prescription opioids

to treat the pain.

The study, which was conducted by HelloMD, one of the largest medical cannabis communities

in the nation, and University of California Berkley, surveyed nearly 3,000 patients who

use both opioid and non-opioid based pain medication.

The results of the study concluded that 97 percent of respondents strongly agreed/agreed

that they could decrease use of their opioid medications when using cannabis.

While 92 percent of respondents said that they strongly agreed/agreed that they

prefer cannabis to treat their medical condition.

The study also found that 81 percent of respondents said they strongly agreed/ agreed that

using cannabis alone was more effective than taking cannabis with opioids.

Use of cannabis as a substitute/in conjunction with opioid-based pain medication (PRNewsfoto/HelloMD)

While cannabis is only legalized for medicinal use in 26 states and the District of Columbia,

93 percent of respondents said they strongly agreed/agreed that they would use cannabis

as a substitute for their current prescription medication if it was available.

Dr. Perry Solomon, Chief Medical Officer of HelloMD, referenced a recent publication from

the National Academy of Sciences, Engineering & Medicine on The Health Effect of Cannabis

and Cannabinoids, and noted that this study serves as a way to support the theory that

cannabis is the opposite of a gateway drug.

The latest publication from the National Academy of Sciences clearly refuted the gateway

drug theory that using marijuana can lead to opioid addiction, instead finding evidence

of cannabis having multiple curative benefits, Dr. Solomon said.

Our study further substantiates this.

Hopefully this will awaken the public, medical professionals and legislatures to the fact

that cannabis is a safe, non-addictive product, available to help fight the opioid epidemic.

Amanda Reiman, a professor at UC Berkley who helped lead the study, said the treatment

of pain has become a politicized business in the United States that has resulted in

the rapidly rising rate of opioid related overdoses and dependence.

Cannabis has been used throughout the world for thousands of years to treat pain and other

physical and mental health conditions, Reiman said.

Patients have been telling us for decades that this practice is producing better outcomes

than the use of opioid based medications.

Its past time for the medical profession to get over their reefer madness and start

working with the medical cannabis movement and industry to slow down the destruction

being caused by the over prescribing and overuse of opioids.

As The Free Thought Project has reported, despite the fact that cannabis has been proven

to help with a number of things from killing cancer cells to treating rare and fatal conditions,

it is still classified among the deadliest drugs that are supposed to have no medicinal

value in the United States.

While studies such as the latest one from HelloMD and UC Berkley serve as a reminder

that for many patients, cannabis is the ideal alternative to opioid medications, there is

still a clear reason why cannabis has yet to be legalized in the U.S.

If medical cannabis was legalized in all 50 states, it would take at least $4.5 billion

away from the stranglehold that has been established

by big pharma.

Hi, this is Jean-Christophe Beaulieu,

running back for the Montreal Alouettes.

And I'm Nicolas Boulay, number 52,

linebacker for the Montreal Alouettes.

Hi, Antoine Pruneau of the Ottawa Redblacks.

I'm Jean-Philippe Bolduc of the Ottawa Redblacks.

We're here today to do some circus.

How's it going? Nicolas. Nice to meet you.

Hi, Jacques-Christophe.

We're going to jump and do a forward roll.

The VOLTA experience is really unique.

I think it took us out of our comfort zone.

I came here to win today, so... [Yeah].

We haven't had much luck against the Redblacks in the past couple of years,

so I was thinking we would come here and beat them. That was my plan.

Today we were up against the Montreal Alouettes,

so I think it was fun to compete with them in a different setting.

It actually gave them a small chance to win.

But it's 1-0 Montreal for now.

That's right.

Valentina Shevchenko about her sister, UFC, idols and people of the former USSR - Duration: 10:34.

Answering Questions from Blood & Sweat Audience

Q. Does your sister Antonina have any plans to compete in MMA?

A. In fact, Antonina is my older sister, she's three and a half years older than me.

Since our very childhood, I've looked up to her

and tried to follow in her footsteps.

Considering her MMA career, she's been rather active

in 2002, 2003, 2005, even winning

a Korean-style MMA world championship,

Kyuktuki, in South Korea.

Today it's entirely possible that she'll

continue in mixed martial arts.

Q. Who's the top fighter in MMA today?

A. There are so many good, multi-talented, skilled fighters in MMA right now,

that I don't even want to point out someone specific,

but for me, it's always been about versatility.

I've always liked how Jose Aldo or Anderson Silva fights.

MMA involves many different techniques,

and fighters always combine them, vary them,

so each MMA bout can be spectacular

and bring in a tremendous show.

Q. Do you have any MMA idols?

A. I've never had one, because Pavel Fedotov, my coach,

always taught me as well as all his other apprentices to

discover our own edges and advantages.

One of my favorite fighters is

Benny 'The Jet' Urquidez.

A few months ago we've met in Los Angeles, we had a talk,

and it was very nice to know his perspective, his opinion on those VCR-era fights we've been watching long ago.

Q. What country, what nation do you associate yourself with?

A. Of course, first of all, I represent Kyrgyzstan, because it's my homeland.

I've lived in Russia for a few years, ethnically I'm Russian,

and I've represented the Russian muay thai team, winning several world championships.

For the last eight years I've been living in Peru, in Latin America.

When you live far from home, the feeling is much stronger,

when you meet people from ex-USSR,

because they're so similar to you in attitude, in everything,

and I've experienced it first-hand that

all ex-USSR people have much in common.

Q. What do you think about your first fight with Amanda Nunes?

A. My first fight against Amanda Nunes was a close tie,

and I know this for sure: she didn't win because she was better,

but because I've granted her the chance to win.

If not for the first round takedown,

the outcome could've been different.

Of course, after the fight, me and my coach,

we've made every conclusion necessary,

we've been working and we still work rather hard,

and of course, in the next bout, in our rematch,

I'll do everything possible and impossible to win and spare her no chances.

Q. Do you lift weights during training?

A. Actually, I don't.

The only thing is, when we're training outdoors,

and there's no sparring partner, we can use stones.

We use them for shadow boxing,

or place larger ones above the neck and do rotations,

but our top focus in training, during preparation

is sparring with a partner.

Q. Do you have any plans to move into strawweight division?

A. I understand that many girls in my weight class

can lose as much as 40 lbs,

and often they'll have more bulk than me.

I don't cut weight a lot, I'm in 135 lbs

category, I'm 61 kilograms.

Regarding Joanna Jedrzejczyk:

we've already met three times

at various muay thai world championships,

so we had our muay thai era,

and it would be nice to

start our MMA era as well.

However, if we have such an opportunity,

most likely it won't be in 115 lbs,

but an intermediate division

between 115 and 135 lbs.

Q. How do you tune in for a fight?

A. I've been in martial arts for 24 years,

there's been a lot of fights,

and the sheer number helps:

you gain experience that helps you to keep stress in check.

Right before the fight, we go through

the technical aspects, the tactics,

the opponent's strengths and weaknesses,

so the mood before the fight is much more businesslike.

And when the octagon door is closing,

there's no thoughts, except for a single one:

here's my opponent, and I have to beat her.

Q. How did you start in martial arts?

A. I've been training in martial arts since 5.

My mother is 3rd dan, black belt in ITF taekwondo,

and she's the head of muay thai federation of Kyrgyzstan.

She brought me to my coach, Pavel Fedotov,

with whom I've been training ever since

my very first training session.

Pavel has always been focused on MMA,

and he tried to shape his every apprentice into

an all-around, versatile fighter.

Besides training, where we wrestled, and punched, and kicked,

in large gloves, in small gloves,

I've also competed in many contests and various styles.

It's ITF taekwondo,

WTF taekwondo, professional taekwondo,

shotokan, shito-ryu, kyokushin,

boxing, wushu sanda, kickboxing,

judo, and all of that made up for

the results I have now.

I've always liked martial arts,

and it's a pleasure to continue

my career in martial arts.

In my spare time,

I compete in practical shooting with handguns,

in IPSC, IDPA, Tri-Gun,

and I also love spending time outdoors.

All in all, we maintain an active

lifestyle. And this implies a lifestyle that never ceases to fascinate.

Q. What are the advantages and disadvantages of the Soviet martial arts tradition?

A. Soviet schooling is an entire culture,

it's the experience of many thousands of coaches,

it's something fundamental, something that has already proven itself long ago.

Of course, everything depends on the coach,

because the approach can be more academic or more freestyle.

But what can I say?

Like many, I also represent the Soviet martial arts tradition.

Q. Why did you move to Peru?

A. Fighters need constant growth,

especially MMA fighters.

That's why we chose Latin America.

I had lots of fights in Peru,

with Brazilians, Mexicans,

Columbians, Argentinians,

and I've won all of them.

Peru is a giant land strip,

1000 km of virgin beaches, mountains,

Amazon jungle, boats,

river dolphins, piranhas...

We've been training in the jungle a lot,

we've traveled, going along the Amazon

from its source to its estuary, where it enters

the Atlantic, and it's a life of ongoing wonder.

Q. How much does one earn in martial arts?

A. Professional sports is about earning money.

However, to get good money,

you need to spend 20 years

in rigorous hard training. For example,

many good guys come to Thailand,

so many good athletes,

they're champion material,

with 10 years of training,

and they start competing professionally,

but all they earn is USD 100-200 per fight.

Still, they get a chance to fight often,

next, they meet other athletes,

their counterparts from different countries,

so step by step they gradually enter

some better, some top notch promotions

in China, in Singapore,

in Bangkok, in Malaysia,

and their earnings there can reach

several thousand USD.

Nevertheless, you need to

be really dedicated to get there.

Q. What can you say about Cristiane Justino and Ronda Rousey?

A. Cris Cyborg and Ronda Rousey?

They are good fighters,

they're the elite of female MMA,

they've built a solid career in sports

and used their edge to their advantage.

Q. What's your opinion about the Levin-Marcus fight at Glory 27?

A. I know Artem Levin for a long time,

he's an excellent fighter, multi-skilled, refined,

we've competed together at many different

muay thai world championships,

and I might say that he won that Glory 27 fight, end of story.

I want to say hello to my friends, my dear fans who support me, from my training camp

in Denver, Colorado, where I am now.

I've completed my training routine only recently,

and it's from here that me and my team,

we are flying to Las Vegas for UFC 213 on July 8.

Wandering in Rome – Episode 2: Ancient ruins, cats and big noses. - Duration: 14:20.

We're on via dei Fori Imperiali, ready to start a new day in Rome

and we're about to buy the tickets to the famous Roman Forum.

I've just turned 26. Had I been 25, it would have been 7.50.

Oh that's such a shame !

But it's good that with one ticket we can visit Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine hill.

Yeah, which is one of the seven...

- ...hills - wonders.

...hills where Rome was...

- What ? - Yeah ?

Yeah, that Rome was built on.

Now that we have the tickets, we can go in and visit what was once the center of Roman public life,

a big square (once a marketplace) with government buildings and temples.

This very well preserved building, for example, was the Curia, the place where the senate met

and which was commissioned by Julius Caesar in 44 BC.

And this was the temple of Antoninus and Faustina dating back to 141 AD and now adapted as a catholic church,

while this circular building is the temple of Romulus, dedicated to the son of the Emperor Maxentius.

And while one of the many seagulls that live in the center of Rome is enjoying a muddy puddle,

it's time for us to go visit the Palatine hill

and start climbing several stairs that will take us to the top.

The first thing we find on our way up is the Theater of the Great Fountain

or Fontana della pioggia, an artificial grotto meant to look like a natural cave.

The problem is that we get stuck by this cave, because it's starting to rain.

We're not really lucky, are we ?

No, not with this weather.

Yeah, this morning we had a thunderstorm.

Well, actually yesterday we were lucky because we spent the whole day out with sunny weather

- and then, as soon as we got home, there was a huge thunderstorm that lasted for a few hours. - It was really loud !

- Yeah, thunder was really loud. - Very close.

- And very close. - We could have died, if we stayed outside.

- We order food around 10.30 and it was almost midnight - it was midnight !

- Because the poor guys couldn't deliver. - He was stuck in the car

- He was to sack ! - Yeah.

Yeah, but hopefully now... the rain started again, so hopefully it's going to stop again.

If I'm not going to the Colosseum, I'm going to be really angry.

No, no. We're going there ! Also, we paid already because the ticket is for the Roman Forum, Palatine and Colosseum, so...

And we only saw the Forum.

The Forum and we're going up the Palatine hill

but now it's raining so we'll wait inside this place and then we'll keep going up.

It looks like it's not going to stop raining any time soon,

so we decide to keep going up anyway

and from the top of the hill we can enjoy a beautiful view of Rome,

we can see the whole Forum, the Colosseum not far from here and even Saint Peter's dome.

And only from up here we can appreciate the House of the Vestal Virgins

that was once a 3-story palace built around an elongated court with a double pool.

We leave this scenic viewpoint and we proceed to the opposite side of the Palatine hill,

walking through several rain puddles

and we get to the Domus Flavia, a vast residential complex of the palace of Domitian.

The southeastern side of this palace overlooked the Circus Maximus,

a huge ancient Roman chariot racing stadium

that could accomodate over 150.000 spectators.

Today this site is a public park that is used for any kinds of events, including concerts.

And speaking of stadiums, there was one up here on the hill too.

It was an importan part of the Domus Flavia and it was described as a hippodrome,

an area where horses were exercised, but this space was too small to accomodate chariots

and it was probably used as a public garden with paths and flowerbeds.

Our visit to the Roman Forum comes to an end and we proceed to our next destination: the Colosseum.

But before getting there, just outside the exit,

we find the arch of Constantine, a triumphal arch that was erected to commemorate his victory

over Maxentius in the battle of the Milvian bridge in the year 312.

And finally the time Tvrtko has been so anxiously waiting for has come.

We're going to see the Colosseum from up close and take a look inside.

- So, happy that you're finally here ? - I'm so happy that we're finally in front of this Colosseum

...and that it's stopped raining.

- And I cannot wait to touch it ! - Oh, that's all that matters to you ? That you touch it ?

- Yes, because it's ancient. - Yeah, it's ok. Let's go inside !

So using our tickets from the Roman Forum, we skip the line and we go straight in.

The Colosseum, also known as the Flavian amphitheater, is the largest amphitheater ever built.

Its construction began in 72 AD and ended in 80 AD

and could accomodate up to 80000 spectators who would come here for gladiator contests,

mock sea battles, animal hunts, executions and dramas.

We walk all along its perimeter and then we decide to move on to the upper level

that can be reached through an elevator or a steep stairway which is what we opt for.

Of course from up here we can have a better view of the arena

but we can also visit an exhibition of ancient objects of all kinds

and even take a look at a small replica of this monumental amphitheater.

This time, to go back down, we take the elevator, because it's lunchtime and if we don't get to a restaurant soon enough, Tvrtko will kill me

especially because I've been joking all morning about the fact that we never eat on Saturdays

which of course is not true, but it's still a risky little joke when you're really hungry.

- Happy now ? - No, not yet. Food is not here.

- Well, this place is called Luzzi and also makes typical cuisine from Rome - Ok

We'll see. You didn't tell me anything, so we'll see now what they have.

So we have some delicious lasagnas and we are ready to continue our tour of Rome.

We are in Largo di Torre Argentina, a square with the ruins of four Roman temples.

But this place is also known for its countless stray cats that you can see pretty much everywhere among the ruins.

But it's not all.

Right by these ancient ruins is the entrance to a cat shelter where a group of volunteers sterilizes them, gives them a home,

feeds them and cures them if they are sick or hurt.

And of course anyone can come here to adopt one or give their contribution to the project.

So this is like a hospital for cats and also a shelter. They cure them, they take care of them and then...

- First of all we sterilize... - Yeah, they sterilize them

And also you give them out for adoption, right ? Can I (film you) ?

Yes, yes.

You give them out for adoption...

Yes, but first of all we try to reduce the stray population in Rome. In 23 years we've sterilized almost 48000 cats.

- Ok. - This is the most important thing.

Yeah, so you're doing something good for the city and also for the cats.

- Although we are completely private, because we are completely private... - So you go on with people's...

- with the support of people. Donations. - ...donations mostly, yeah.

As a cat lover, I would stay here for hours to pet them and play with them, but it's time to go.

We are headed towards the Tiber again, even if Tvrtko takes a short break for something sweet.

Caramel and dulce de leche

Good !

Typical Roman combination.

I don't care where this is from.

We are not far from the Jewish quarter and right by the river we find the Great Synagogue,

the largest one in Rome, built in 1870 when Italy was unified under a king and the papal state ceased to exist.

L'Isola Tiberina, the Tiber Island, is the only island of Rome and is right across the street from the Synagogue.

It is connected with two ancient bridges to both sides of the river

and it was once the location of the temple of Aesculapius, the Greek God of medicine and healing.

To follow this tradition a hospital was built here in 1584 and is still operating today.

During the summer lots of events take place here on the island with music, outdoor movie nights

and temporary bars, restaurants and cafes that are taken down when summer is over.

We're going to see this place where they make "grattacheccha" which is like ice... kind of like "granita"...

- ...but it's not granita. - yeah.

Con frutta

Uh ?

- Con frutta. - Yeah, with fruit or with... like syrup.

Also with real fruit. Yeah.

I would love that then.

Yeah ? Let's go get one...

- if you want. - Yes.

There.

But even if grattachecca is delicious, especially when it's really hot, Tvrtko changes his mind.

It looks like it's a lot of syrup. I live healthy.

Right. We've seen that these days.

But yeah, it's mostly sugar. Pure sugar and ice, so...

So let's go to Trastevere which is right across the street

- ...and we'll start exploring the area. - Yes.

Trastevere is an ancient neighborhood of Rome whose name comes from Latin and it means "on the other side of the Tiber".

It's still characterized today by ancient houses and narrow cobbled streets

and right on one of these streets we come across a typical "nasone".

These fountains that you can find everywhere in Rome are called "nasoni" which literally means "big noses".

"Un nasone": a big nose.

It's called this way because the faucet is shaped like a big nose and you can drink this way:

you press here and the water comes from this little hole and then you can drink.

And there are so many in Rome that there's even an app for smartphones

which is called "I nasoni di Roma", the big noses of Rome

and if you're thirsty, it shows you on the map the closest nasone that you can find.

This is the main square of the area, Santa Maria in Trastevere, which is always crowded with both locals and tourists

especially today when a clown care volunteer organization is raising money to help kids in hospitals.

Yes, Trastevere is always full of life, both during the day and at night

since its many cafes, pubs and restaurants attract anyone who wants to spend a few hours in a fun or relaxed context,

including some newly wed couples.

We keep walking in the quaint little streets of Trastevere,

which, considering there are restaurants with all kinds of food at every corner, are like heaven for Tvrtko.

Ok, we're stopping at every restaurant, every place where there's food

- because Tvrtko is drooling. - Can you film this ? And then everyone will know why.

Well, you drooled for pop corn and now for this bruschetta with...

- With everything ! - ...eggs, meat, eggplant and Nutella even.

But it's not over, because just after a few meters, Tvrtko is hypnotized again by an army of sandwiches

and only when we leave Trastevere, we can move along at a regular speed.

And so we cross the Tiber again and we walk through broad and narrow streets

until we get to the same square where this little adventure started: piazza del Popolo

where its stone lions are still providing water to its fountain,

its ancient Egyptian obelisk is still keeping guard over the city

and the Pincio hill is turning into gold in the sunset light.

Full Face Snorkel Mask for a Cruise - Duration: 8:04.

Hey cruisers we are finally getting around to our review of this

crazy-looking thing the snorkeling gear full face snorkel mask. we've had this

thing for quite a while now but we really wanted to give it a few good

tests before telling you about it so we took it out our last cruise with the

intention of testing it out and doing the review right there on the beautiful

Cabo San Lucas beach and here's how that went

we've been waiting for the right opportunity to try out our new

snorkeling gear full dry snorkeling mask

180 degree vision anti fog free breathing these things look totally ridiculous

when you put them on, but for research purposes I'm going to show you right

here in Cabo San Lucas how this is done and we're going to see how we like

this product. let's check it out so the assembly is pretty simple on this thing really

take this portion and pop it into place alright guess that's it and then you put it on

your head and give it a go I'm a little creeped out by the idea of breathing

through this, but we're going to give it a try.

Alright ready?

That is the most relaxing, peaceful thing ever!

As you can see it seemed to work really well but we didn't feel like that was

enough of a test so we took it to our local YMCA and basically spent the whole

day testing it out I'll tell you more about that in a minute but first let's

talk about the pros and cons and why you might want this as a cruiser if you plan

to take a warm weather cruise and you like to start off there's a lot to like

about a full-face snorkeling mask here are a few of the pros unlike a regular

snorkel mask combo it allows you to breathe through your nose and your mouth

when you're snorkeling when you're resurfacing there's no need to expel

water by holding water through the snorkel because no water it gets inside

of it in our experience it does not fog up and we didn't even try to use this

little defogger stuff that it comes with also it has a great field of view as you

can see there's just more plastic there is a really know continual fussing to

attach a snorkel to mask, you know how you have to do that on the side you just attach the top

piece to the mask piece and voila there is nothing to put your mouth on and no

need to rent a snorkel that's been in who knows how many other mouths (shutter) okay

how about the cons well it takes up a lot of space in my suitcase but no more

I guess than a regular snorkel and mask combo big big con you can't talk with it

the design totally blocks the sound you guys

and yeah it just looks wacky. You also need to remain

relaxed and calm when you're snorkeling with this some people report that if you

breathe a little bit too heavily while you're snorkeling the ball gets lodged

in the snorkel piece and it makes it difficult to breathe so also it can be a

little bit cumbersome to put on and it can be hard to tighten the straps

yourself all things that can be overcome lastly you just can't use it to free

dive this is the biggest complaint that we hear on YouTube and about people that

have tried to use it you just can't equalize when you dive so let's quickly

address this equalization thing the problem is you can't do the standard

nose pinch thing we looked into this and even got the skinny from a company that

makes these of course you could try other methods for equalization. some say

that a yawning type action works for them while others say moving their jaw

in a left-to-right motion fashion whatever worked, but here is the industry

response these just aren't made for free diving they're meant for near surface

snorkelling so there you go. if you like to free dive and equalize with a nose

pinch this probably isn't for you so let's get back to our testing at the

local pool. Alright, it's really important that you loosen the straps up quite a bit

because you won't be able to get it on your head if you don't. So I have it all

the way loosened up and I'm going to try to put it on with one hand and show you

Okay, here we go - ready? This is not going to be pretty.

So the difference today with it is that I felt like I could actually breathe in my mouth whereas

when we were in Cabo I felt like my mouth was being pressed shut. But this time I could breathe

through my mouth or my nose, and it was way more relaxing here. In the pool.

So that is a good thing. I was worried was like pressing my jaw shut before

I would give that a thumbs up and so far no fogging no fogging! The bottom

line here is it worked terrific I had no fogging whatsoever no problems

breathing and no leaking we also let one of my son's friends test it out too and

she loved it she used it for quite a while and has convinced her mom that she

needs one too. Now to be fair we were a bit worried about buying this in the

beginning because we've seen a few reviews in which people complained about

feeling like they just couldn't breathe that doesn't sound good

and fogging issues we did not have those problems in the circumstances that we

used the mask perhaps there are some problems inherent to other brands or

styles I don't know what is but for us it was a win as we got this on Amazon

lightning deal for around $40 but normally they run about fifty to eighty

dollars we will put a link in the description and you can check it out for

yourself if it interests you now be sure to

carefully read the instructions you guys when it comes to choosing the correct

size for your face they give you really good detail instructions on how

to do that on Amazon when you buy it and always thank you so much for watching

all of your kind comments and thumbs up means so much to us

until next time get in gear and get cruising and don't forget to follow us

on social media because on Facebook we will post Lightning Deals when these bad

boys come up! first mate of the week

LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Others React to Heat Waiving Chris Bosh - Duration: 2:34.

What's up, guys?

Speedy here for Complex News.

Chris Bosh has been forced to sit on the bench for the Miami Heat for more than a year now

due to lingering health concerns.

Bosh has dealt with serious blood clots on two separate occasions since February 2015,

and as a result, the Heat have refused to medically clear him to return to the basketball

court.

And on Tuesday night, in a move that's been expected for some time now, the Heat announced

that they were releasing Bosh.

But it doesn't sound like the Heat and Bosh are parting on bad terms.

Despite the frustration Bosh has felt in recent seasons because of his health issues and the

rift it has caused at times between him and the Heat, the Heat revealed that they are

planning on honoring Bosh for what he meant to the team during his time in Miami.

Heat team president Pat Riley released a statement on Tuesday and announced that the team is

going to retire Bosh's jersey number 1 so that no other Heat players will wear the number

moving forward.

They are also going to hold an official retirement ceremony at some point in the near future.

"He changed our lives for the better, in a way we never would have imagined, when he

joined the Miami Heat.

We will forever be indebted to CB for how he changed this team and led us to four trips

to the NBA Finals and two NBA Championships.

He is, without a doubt, one of the greatest players in the history of the franchise.

The number '1' will never be worn by another player and we can't wait to someday hang

his jersey in the rafters."

Shortly after the Heat announced that they were releasing Bosh, a couple of his former

teammates chimed in and shared their thoughts on his time with the team.

Dwayne Wade sent out a tweet that included three praying hands emojis as well as two

ring emojis, one for each of the two titles that Bosh helped the Heat win.

"🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💍💍"

LeBron James shared his thoughts on Bosh leaving the Heat as well.

He took to his Twitter to salute Bosh and all he did for the Heat.

"#Salute my brother @chrisbosh!! #1Forever 🏆🏆#StriveForGreatness🚀"

In addition to honoring Bosh, the Heat are also going to be paying him quite a bit of

money over the course of the next five years.

He still has roughly $52 million remaining on his current contract, and the Heat will

be required to honor that contract despite his health issues.

Beginning in November, Bosh will receive 120 bimonthly payments of about $430,000 until

his contract is paid out in full.

Bosh thanked the Heat for everything in a tweet he sent out shortly after they shared

the news of his departure.

"Thank you @MiamiHEAT @MickyArison , Coach Riley, The Heat Staff inside and outside of

the arena, #HeatNation Fans, and City of Miami!🏆🏆"

Bosh signed with the Heat, along with LeBron and D-Wade, back in the summer of 2010.

In addition to winning two titles with the team, he also made the NBA All-Star team every

year between 2011 and 2016.

That's the news for now, but for all the latest news on Chris Bosh, subscribe to Complex

Those Jobs That Trump "Saved" Are Still Leaving The Country - Duration: 3:12.

Even before Donald Trump was sworn in as President of the United States, he was out there allegedly

making all these deals for companies to keep their jobs in the United States because he

told us during his campaign, he was going to put Americans back to work.

He was going to fix our horrid economy that Obama created and put everybody back to work.

Well, as it turns out, all those jobs that he saved are still going overseas.

The big one obviously, the Carrier Air Conditioner Factory where he claimed he saved those jobs,

nope, turns out they're still going to Mexico a couple hundred fewer than they had announced

in January that were gonna stay.

I think we're down to about 200 or 300 at this point are actually going to stay in the

United States.

One of their plants is still closing and moving to Mexico.

Donald Trump did not close that deal even though he's allegedly one of the best deal

makers in American history, even wrote a book about it, but he's still pretty bad at it.

Another one.

Boeing announced this week 200 American workers being laid off in South Carolina in an effort

to cut costs.

Ford shipping their production over to China, and the big question at this point is Donald

Trump, who said one he was going to make sure he kept all these jobs in the United States,

but if they didn't, he was going to punish them, so the question is where's the punishment?

Where's the punishment for Carrier for shipping our jobs to Mexico?

Where's the punishment for Ford for shipping our jobs to China?

I think we're all waiting for that, I think we're all waiting for you to do something

other than get on Twitter and bitch about Barack Obama.

It's time for you to stop.

Stop being a child, stop whining about your predecessor, become a leader.

Protect the people that you said you were gonna protect.

American workers.

Hold corporations accountable when they ship jobs overseas.

Tax the hell out of them.

Fine them.

You can do that, but you won't, because at the end of the day you never really cared,

and that's what's so sad here.

Republican workers believed it, they voted for you, they supported you, now they're out

of work.

It's a story we've seen play out too many times.

Republicans have to understand.

Republican voters have to understand Republican politicians don't care about you, and at the

end of the day, if a corporation that's paid them money to run for office says they're

shipping your job overseas, that Republican is gonna turn his back on you in a heartbeat

because he wants more of that campaign money and could not care less about your job, your

life or your family.

HOW TO GIVE BACK - KHLOE 💗 SUMMER OF FUN - JUSTICE - Duration: 1:13.

Do you want to hear how I took over the Summer Challenge?

I got invited to Ghana by an organization. So we've been on this flight for nine hours now.

We've got one more hour to go until we're in Ghana! I was there to mentor a bunch of

kids. A few ways I gave back were: One, I donated a bunch of school supplies, two, I

did workshops for kids to learn how to do vision boards, and three, I got to raise

enough money to have a fresh running water pump and a bathroom facility installed at the school.

Pretty much what I learned in Ghana is that me and the girls are alike - a lot -

because we're all the same. We all like to play games, we all like to go - we all go to school, and we're all girls.

Justice, thank you for donating Justice clothing to the Dawn's Sunday Girls for

giving them like a whole new wardrobe. It's your turn Justice fans. Are you ready to hear the Summer of Fun

Challenge? For this challenge you need to give back.

Accept the challenge and show us how you help your communities!
