Hey people of the interwebs it is Q bringing you your dive conditions midweek

report. At the Caloundra coast guard jetty we're on an outbound tide and we're just

about coming up to low tide, but surprisingly The Passage is still

looking quite clean and the good news is the tide times are in your favor if you

were considering a drift dive in The Pumicestone Passage either Saturday or

Sunday morning this weekend. The wind is all over the place at the moment, but

right now it's coming from a Southerly direction, which means there's a little

bit of surface chop as we have a look at the water on King speed boat ramp.

Visibility is not so good at the moment, we are on low tide, however I would

estimate that if you went in today you'd probably get around about 3 meters

of visibility. The dive conditions at Shelly Beach not to flash at the moment,

zero visibility in the water due to it being very milky, but bear in mind it

could cleanup somewhat by the time the weekend rolls around when the tide times

will be more in your favor for a morning dive on Saturday and Sunday.

Our bird's-eye view look down onto The Keyhole dive site, just confirming the

lack of visibility at the moment, the water is very milky indeed and the

current wind conditions are also producing one or two whitecaps. The good

news is that the wind will drop to very gentle for Saturday and Sunday morning

so the surface conditions should be a bit better if not the visibility. Moffat

Beach the most protected from the current wind direction and of course

that means beautiful calm, flat surface conditions and the visibility is the

best I've seen so far today with I would estimate 4 meters if you went in

today and bear in mind we are at low tide or thereabouts.

Tide times for this weekend, Saturday we have a high at 6:24 am and a low at

12:26 pm. Sunday we have a high at 7:04 am and a low at 1:03 p.m and the swell

for both Saturday and Sunday is just over a half meter. So in summary I would

suggest the Moffat Beach be your first look for a shore dive in Caloundra this

weekend, with the best surface conditions and possibly the best visibility too. The

tides will be in your favor of course so it can hopefully only get better from here

We can get rid of this problem if we know what are the foods that weakens our bone.

In our daily food we add tomato, mushroom,brinjal, potato etc.,

But these cause bone inflammation and lead to osteoporosis in long run.

Instead of avoiding it completely take it in limited quantity as it contains vitamins and nutrients essential to our body.

Take atleast 1500 milligram of calcium everyday.

If we take more salted food it reduces the calcium level in our body.

The excess sodium in our body flushes out calcium through urine.

If you want your bones to be healthy and strong add less than 1500 milligram (1/2 teaspoon) sodium per day in your food.

Don't forget to take 1200 milligram calcium in your food everyday.

Take less salt when you get older to prevent bone problems.

The calcium absorption will be in trouble if we take more sugary food.

Sugar reduces calcium absorption, reduces phosphorous and this also leads to bone problems.

If you want to take sweet food use honey instead of sugar.

In a research it is found that taking more soda drinks reduces bone density and leads to bone fracture.

Phosphoric acid present in soda hinders the calcium absorption.

It also weakens the intestine. So drink fruit juices instead of soda drinks.

When we take more Coffee or tea the caffeine present in it removes the calcium from the bones and weakens our body.

If we take 100 mg caffeine everyday it removes 6 mg of calcium from our bones so avoid taking more coffee or tea.

A component present in Peas hinders the absorption of calcium.

But Peas contains magnesium and fibre essential for our bones.

Soak peas one hour before cooking and due to this it reduces the amount of bi-dates present in it.

Eventhough palak is calcium rich a component present in it hinders the calcium absorption when taken raw.

So it is best to take cooked palak.

Jon Snow and Daenerys Might End Up Together on "Game of Thrones" - 10 Reasons.

1.

They are "ice" and "fire".

Let's get the obvious reason out of the way first: Book readers had long theorized that

the title of George R.R. Martin's epic upon which Game of Thrones is based, A Song of

Ice and Fire, is a nod to the eventual union of Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen.

A Northern son living on the Wall who battles White Walkers, Jon is the physical embodiment

of ice.

In a more literal sense, he was resurrected after his body turned cold.

Daenerys obviously commands fire-breathing dragons.

She also survived walking into Drogo's funeral pyre.

Melisandre confirmed the theory that each represents their own element when she said

in this week's episode, "I have joined ice and fire."

That said, Melisandre has made mistakes before.

Jon could also possibly represent both ice and fire himself: His mother was Northerner

Lyanna Stark, his father (almost certainly) Rhaegar Targaryen.

They both lost their first loves in tragic ways.

Both Dany and Jon fell for people that the Westerosi might think of as savages.

Both earned the respect of the Dothraki and Wildlings respectively, in part because the

romantic relationship forced them to develop empathy for these peoples.

Both leveraged that mutual respect into important alliances.

Both accidentally caused the death of their loved ones.

Daenerys enlisted a witch to use blood magic on Drogo, which put him in a catatonic state.

Daenerys had to smother her husband in order to put him out of his misery.

Meanwhile, Jon's "betrayal" of the Wildlings resulted in a fight between the Wildlings

and Northerners that led to Ygritte's death.

Both watched their lovers die in their arms.

Both avenged the death of their lovers by punishing those who were responsible: Daenerys

burned the witch and Jon condemned Olly to hang.

They're both perceived as gods for defying death.

Both characters have evaded death and are worshipped for doing so.

Daenerys emerged from fire unburnt.

Jon was resurrected by Melisandre after being stabbed in the heart.

Daenerys' feat earned her the respect and loyalty of the Dothraki.

Tormund told Jon that the Wildlings think of him as a god.

In both resurrection scenes, the camera shoots the naked star from behind, showing their

back as they unexpectedly emerge from the pyre and rise from the slab, respectively.

They both fulfill that "chosen one" prophecy.

In a previous episode, Melisandre declared Jon Snow to be the Prince Who Was Promised

— a savior in the religion of R'hllor who is the reincarnation of the legendary hero

Azor Ahai, who once brought about the end of the Long Night.

Signals of the hero's return include a person being "born of smoke and salt" and a "bleeding"

star, like a meteor.

Of course, Missandei recently pointed out that the phrase actually translates to "the

Prince or Princess Who was Promised."

For reasons you can read about here, both Jon and Daenerys could potentially fulfill

the prophecy.

Some fans, however, think that their offspring would be the true savior.

5.

The blue rose.

As Joanna Robinson of Vanity Fair points out, a major motif in the book that has been largely

left out of the show is a blue rose.

In the books, Rhaegar Targaryen gave Lyanna Stark a blue rose in front of the nobleman

in Westeros, signaling their possible affection for each other.

Daenerys later sees a blue rose in a wall of ice during a vision in the House of the

Undying, which fans interpret to represent Jon Snow.

While the rose is missing from Dany's vision in the show, she does see what appears to

be the Wall.

Either way, Daenerys' vision connects her fate in some way to that of Jon.

6.

People rally around them.

Each has earned his or her own rabid following in part because of their somewhat democratic

beliefs.

Daenerys frees slaves, and Jon unites the North and the Wildlings.

As Cersei pointed out in Sunday's episode, Daenerys fancies herself more a revolutionary

than a monarch.

That's perhaps even more true of Jon, a reluctant ruler who nevertheless gave Wildlings their

due — and their own castle to guard.

Again, the show's creators craft two similar moments for the two characters: Compare the

moment when the slaves lift Daenerys chanting "Mhysa" after she frees them with the time

when all the Northerners cheer, "King in the North!" for Jon.

7.

They were both treated terribly by their siblings.

Both Daenerys and Jon are treated terribly by their siblings in the first season of the

show.

As Daenerys reminded the audience in Sunday night's episode, she was traded like chattel

by her opportunistic brother Viserys.

Jon, meanwhile, was picked on by certain siblings (cough, Sansa, cough) for being a "bastard."

They both lost two brothers.

Jon and Daenerys' first bonding moment comes when the two talk about how they both lost

two brothers: Robb and Rickon for Jon and Viserys and Rhaegar for Dany.

In both cases, the loss of these siblings put Jon and Daenerys in unexpected positions

of power.

Still, both had to prove that they deserved to sit on their respective thrones.

9.

Their BBFs Jorah and Sam totally hit it off.

Samwell Tarly just saved Jorah Mormont's life.

Maybe this isn't the best reason for Daenerys and Jon to marry, but their wedding would

allow Sam and Jorah to reunite.

The evening would probably be a difficult one for Jorah, who continues to carry a flame

for the Mother of Dragons, but Sam could soothe him with some readings from those old scrolls.

10.

The Kiss.

Is your marriage going to be legal?

Or do you even know the process of how to get your marriage legal?

And what I mean by this is; will the pastor be allowed to give you a marriage certificate?

Which is why we are planning a wedding in the first place, right?

That is what this video is about, the process of getting your marriage legal, coming up shortly.

Hi. My name is Kimari Maina.

Welcome to another episode of Wedding Tings,

wedding enthusiasts who love to talk about weddings.

And our desire is that we will make your wedding planning process easy breezy,

therefore, you spend more time and energy prepping for your marriage,

and less prepping for your wedding.

This particular video is about the process.

Now before I get into it, we have made another video that will tell you,

where you should go, and what you should bring in order to get your marriage legal.

Now this video is about the process.

So the process is a 3-visit process. You need to go to the AGs office 3 times.

The 1st visit is the visit where you tell Gava (government),

"We want to get married. Please begin the process."

And in that particular visit, they will ask you for KES|600 to start up the process.

They will ask you for copies of your IDs, and your passport size photos in order to start up the process.

That process also allows them, or that visit, allows government

to now do a name search to check if for example; 'John, are you single?' 'Jane are you single?'

And then also to put out a notice and find out, if there is anyone is the public who has just reason,

why John and Jane should not get married. So they need 21 days to do that.

Therefore, they will actually give you a date 21 days after the first visit for you to come.

That's visit #2.

Visit #2, is basically an interview. Some couples get lucky and they don't get interviewed,

some couples actually do get interviewed.

But nothing to fear by the way,

the interview is just a conversation with the Registrar of Marriage, or the Deputy Registrar.

And in that interview they want to check, are you sober, are you sane?

Because you are about to get into a legal contract.

Are you of age? Of course they checked that at the name search.

Are you under duress? Is Jane putting a gun on John's head to get married or vice versa.

I think that's basically it. The interview to check if you are able to get into such a contract.

Now what they will also ask you is

KES|7,200 if you are doing a garden wedding, or KES|800 if you are doing a church wedding.

They will also ask you for a copy of your Pastor's License.

They will ask you for the Marriage Certificate Serial Number,

and they will ask for an invitation card.

Now again, we have elaborated what exactly those items are in the 1st video,

so please check out this link and we will give you more info on that.

Then lastly, they will call you 10 days later, maybe 14 days later for the 3rd visit,

and that 3rd visit is for your to collect either

a Wedding (Special) Permit if you are doing your wedding in a garden,

or a Registrar's Certificate if you are doing it in a church.

And that would be the 3rd visit and the last that you would need to attend.

So yes, that is the process.

Now one more item!

The process opens up 90 days to your wedding and closes 30 days to your wedding.
