Waching daily Jan 11 2018

What's up guys today, I am playing in Slovakia heading to the

base right now game's gonna start very soon

Game area is very dense, but since it's winter. There's no leaves which

We should be able to do some long-range shots

There's a huge hill to the right of the field which I want to conquer before anybody else gets there so right at the beginning

Of the first round I try to gain as much ground as possible

Oh, dude! Cover my ass while I go up

Yeah! Got it

Oh shit!

Where, where?

You see?

Yeah

Hit! The enemies want to climb the hill too, I will try to cut off their way to then get up there myself

Now that I have high ground I can find a nice spot and shoot down into the valley

It's quite unlikely that anybody will take me down now that I'm up here

The elevation advantage is just too big an additional to that it's almost impossible for enemies to climb the hill while I'm shooting at them

Good shot Novritsch!

Somehow more and more enemies managed to get up here seems like they found a route that I didn't observe

Well I have my focus on the enemies that managed to climb the hill a guy in the valley spots me and opens fire

Now a good thing about this hill is that once you

Climb up here

You have the perfect view you can see all the way down there

The enemies running past you, you can just shoot them from the side the bad thing is once you get shot

Oh god you have to walk all the way down again, but at least you can just slide

All right that is it

Goods game fair community had no cheeters today. At least I didn't recognize them. We got a see it on the footage anyways

As I saw the hill over there was a huge advantage and

people didn't really use it in the second half of the game since they were so exhausted and nobody wanted to go up there anymore and

You know it's those kinds of situations where

You have to use it for your advantage. Just you know just go for it

Even if you exhausted go up there you would have the advantage over other people because the too lazy to do it

And then you can shoot

Everybody. Hope you guys enjoyed the video. I'm gonna see you on the next video

How to create a simple channel trailer - Duration: 5:17.

- You wanna know what's the number one thing

that holds back my students and my clients

when it comes to setting up their YouTube channel?

It's their channel trailer.

This is the video people will see

when they land on your channel

if they aren't subscribed yet.

And most people are going to subscribe to your channel

from that homepage,

so it's really important to have a channel trailer

that gets people to subscribe.

So how do you do this?

In today's video, I'm gonna break down what you should say

in your channel trailer

so you can ensure people are subscribing to your channel.

Hey guys my name is Trena,

and welcome back to another episode of Just The Tips.

Here on my channel I help lady business owners

figure out this crazy online world

so that they can have more time to do the things they love.

And by setting up a channel trailer on your YouTube channel,

not only is it a great video

to get people to subscribe to your channel,

but it's also a great video to embed on your About page

to let people who find your website

learn more about you too.

So let's jump in to how you can craft a channel trailer

to get people to love you.

A lot of people overthink this channel trailer

and think it needs to be some overproduced amazing video.

But the reality is,

this channel trailer should only be about 30 seconds,

60 seconds max.

Unfortunately, if someone's finding your channel

and watching your channel trailer,

they don't know anything about you

so they really don't give a crap about you.

What they care about, is what can you do for them?

What value are you going to give them

if they decide to watch your videos?

So you can't talk about yourself for five minutes,

it's gotta be really succinct, really clear,

and have a strong call to action

to subscribe to your channel.

So the first thing you need to do in this channel trailer

is obviously introduce yourself.

You don't bring somebody into your home for the first time

and not say who you are.

So tell them who you are.

And then tell them the value you bring to them.

So my value I'm bringing to you is I help you figure out

the online business world so you can have more time

to do the things you love.

So you're not digging through all of this information

and not knowing where to start,

I'm breaking it all down

in easy to follow tips here on my channel

so you've got more time to spend with your kids,

or take a walk, or whatever it is you love to do.

You need to tell people to subscribe, right?

You need to say,

"Subscribe to this channel so that you can XYZ,

"so that you can learn YouTube for your business,

"so that you can learn how to knit your favorite beanie."

Whatever it is, the niche of your channel,

let them know why they need to subscribe real quick.

And it's probably important

to throw in there when you upload,

so they know when to come back for new content.

So for me, I'm uploading every Tuesday and Thursday,

plus there's a bonus day.

And so when I create my new channel trailer,

I'm gonna make sure to incorporate my scheduling.

So when I do my new channel trailer,

I'm gonna make sure that I include

my upload schedule as well.

So now I got a couple bonus tips for you

when it comes to creating a channel trailer.

Script it, write down what you wanna say.

Get all your ideas down on paper.

It only needs to be 30 seconds,

so there shouldn't be a lot of words,

so it's not a lot to memorize.

But script it out so you can really get those ideas down

so it flows well.

And also think about any B-roll footage you could use.

Do you have some B-roll of a vlog that you did?

Or maybe of your Facebook group,

or what kind of B-roll can you throw in there

to really keep people engaged?

Next you wanna show your personality,

so don't just sit there and give them your gist like this.

People are gonna be like, "Who is she?

"Why am I watching her?"

Show your personality.

Don't be afraid to talk with your hands

and talk and scream and be you,

because you're gonna attract the people

that wanna work with you.

Don't be afraid to share your personality.

Next name your video something other than "Channel trailer,"

so you could name it, "Get to know Trena,"

or "Fun facts about Trena,"

or "Here's everything you need to know about Trena,"

title it something that makes people wanna click on it.

Just a channel trailer is like, blah.

Then you wanna fill out that description box

of that video too.

Maybe you post in that description box to subscribe

and put in your like little subscriber link,

or you reiterate your posting schedule.

Or you talk to your audience there,

give your value proposition on why they should subscribe.

So if they don't watch the video, they can read it as well.

And the next bonus tip is to turn off

monetization for this video.

The last thing you want people doing

is abandoning your video because of some ad.

So make sure you turn off monetization

for your channel trailer.

My question of the day for you is more of a challenge,

go make your channel trailer

and let me know down in the comments below

if you're gonna do that today or even this week.

I would love to check out your channel trailer

and let you know what I think.

If you guys like these tips,

make sure you give this video a thumbs up.

If you wanna learn how to find more time in your business

to do the things you love,

make sure you click Subscribe

and I will see you in the next video, bye!

The radio course that helps refugees find work - Duration: 3:49.

Hi everyone and welcome to Tama Gotcha!

Today we've come to Klipp und Klang,

a radio school,

and we're going to find out why vitamin B

is mega important for refugees too.

Refugees come to the course

and the first thing they learn is what an application actually is.

Why are you doing this course?

I want to learn how to write an application.

What job would you like to do?

I want to be a plumber.

In other countries you can just drop by

but here you have to write an application.

Things in Switzerland

only work on paper.

You send paper and the answer comes back on paper.

You've got a lot of paper in your hand right now.

That's just from one day.

And you have to have a network

and refugees are starting from scratch.

We chose the name "Vitamin B" for the course

because it refers to "Beziehungen" [relationships] in colloquial language.

Relationships are important for opening doors.

It's not easy to talk.

The Swiss are always so busy and don't have any time.

Can you give me any tips for learning German?

Tips for learning German?

Put the paper away, don't always write,

go outside and talk to Swiss people.

They go into the world of work

and meet trainers and they can interview them.

Managers see the microphone in your hand

and suddenly think "Aha!

You can do an interview for a radio programme".

It gives refugees, who don't know how things work here,

the chance to speak to someone and ask, "What skills do I need to do this job?"

Why is it so important to learn how to conduct interviews on the course?

So that you can improve your people skills,

learn about different jobs and industries and gain some confidence too.

Then the whole thing is compiled into an hour-long radio programme.

Vitamin B, what is that?

I'm thinking about completing an apprenticeship

as a logistics specialist and wanted to know

what duties an apprentice in the logistics sector has?

It's important that you understand the language.

I used to work as a journalist.

Working as a journalist here is difficult because I don't have the German skills.

Where do you work now?

At the end of the course, I found a job as an operational maintenance specialist.

I finished the apprenticeship two months ago.

Congratulations! You completed an apprenticeship!

Everything the refugees do here are things they've never done before in their lives.

Now I want to hear from you:

when was the last time you had to do something you had absolutely no clue about?

Let me know in the comments.

Give me a quick like.

And I'll see you again next Friday at five, this time right up close.

jetBlue Experience REVIEW | STORY TIME with Ashawnya - Duration: 7:44.

What's up it's Ashawnya and I am here with another video and I am here with this

long overdue video about my JetBlue experience so I'm not going to ramble

anymore I'm just gonna get right into the video so basically if you've ever

booked a flight before you know you can either book with a bag or without so it

was a family of seven but four of us decided that we're gonna share two bags so

basically two people book with a bag and two people book without a bag so

basically what happened my grandfather and I were the two people who booked

without a bag.. yeah I know my nails one hand is paint and the other one isn't

don't mind that okay just don't mind right so my grandfather and I we

basically were the two that actually booked with the bag my sister and my mom

were the two that weren't and they basically put their clothes in my

grandfather and my bag and what happened was the night of the flight

JetBlue emailed us like who checks your email in the wee hours of the morning it

was literally like around two o'clock in the morning that they emailed and they say

the flight is canceled so at first it was like huh the flight is canceled so

we call like the different family members to see if they got the same message

as us and they got the email too something had happened to the particular

airplane I was on so they rescheduled it but then they were not seeing my

grandfather's nor mine so what really happened there was they said that they

bumped us off the flight because the airplane that they actually sent was

holding less than they originally had for the first flight so that was the

problem so everybody could not have hold on the flight that was booked

before so we were bumped off so basically what we did was we got ready

and we went to the airport just like normal but we went just a little earlier

so that we can get things sorted out and see what was going on ... when we

got there the lady was telling us that we were bumped off the flight and the

only way that we can get there was to wait until the next day so we told them

that it's the family of seven to split us up is gonna be difficult

because our flight was going to JFK as in New York but we are actually staying

in New Jersey so we actually have to get somebody to come for us to drop us in

New Jersey and it would be of a very big inconvenience if that was supposed to

happen she basically said you know there's

nothing that she can do but we were saying it's it's it's so inconsiderate

of you because we booked our flights so far ahead of time and you you're telling

us that you can't do anything to you know to help us and then she was

saying no so we said well I think that is unfair that people who would have

booked after us are on this flight and we that booked our tickets so far behind

I mean ahead are on the flight so she was like how do we know we have no proof

of that so then we said well we do because two

members of our group are on the flight and they booked their tickets after us way

after us it was ridiculously after us and they were on the flight and we that booked our

tickets so far ahead and we were bumped off so we asked to speak to the

manager and he had the audacity not to come like

it was ridiculously how could you we spend over ten thousand dollars with

you booking all of those tickets and you're telling me that you're not gonna

come why would you do something like that I thought it was very

unprofessional to be honest but after you know constant nagging and stuff we

actually finally got him to come and he was telling us that there was absolutely

nothing not he could have done for us that all you can do is literally do the

the check-in that he is accustomed doing with the bags so when he

basically checks the bags he's just telling us that that's all that he can

basically do for us so you know we were so disappointed because we literally

booked the flight so for ahead of time it was a long family

planning and we plan to go to Canada we went to New Jersey first and then we

went to Canada and to actually just you know bump us off a flight and then tell

us you know there's nothing that you can do was very

very disappointing after constant nagging a constant nagging and saying

you know it's very vital that we get there it's a family it's very

inconsiderate because we have no one to collect us if we do it the next day and

basically it really worked out in the end because they actually put us on

standby and we were able to go through and when we got there by the gate they

actually let us go through so they call them and they told them that my

grandfather and I you know let us go through we're on important standby so we

actually got onto the flight but to me it was too much of a hassle and we had

to do too much to actually get on that flight like after spending so much money

and the fact that we were booked so far ahead of time and people who came after

us we're on the flight to me that was not fair to be honest it really

wasn't good thing that we got on the flight because the next day the rain fell

sooo bad in Barbados where we were and it was so impossible to get out of

Barbados because of the constant rain that was happening and Irma was around

so it was in hurricane season so it was really bad but what what also happened

was my mom's friend what happened to her with JetBlue is that she was caught in

Miami Irma was actually coming to Miami and

what happened is that she got flew out of Miami to JFK

so basically JetBlue flew her from Miami to JFK because they were evacuating

people from Miami because of the Irma situation and they wanted to get people

out of there they just dropped them there and say well you know the next

flight available is two days after they have to pay their own hotel fare like

they did not compensate them in anyway it was just so unprofessional I don't know

what was really actually going on with JetBlue like I was really into jetBlue I

mean the early cause it's the only one that has early morning flights so yeah

that's just basically my JetBlue experience guys it has been long overdue I

know I said it in the vlog when I was going to Jersey Gardens that I will tell you

about my jetBlue experience and I mean I have not

gotten to tell you about it I want to thank you guys for watching this video

Why INTJ Personality Type Is Rare and Often Misunderstood - Duration: 3:56.

Why INTJ Personality Type Is Rare and Often Misunderstood

If you haven't found out about the Myers-Briggs personality test, it is where you find out

what kind of characteristics you have depending on different preferences provided to you.

INTJ personality type is one of the rarest type in the MBTI world.

INTJ stands for Introverted, Intuition, Thinking, and Judging.

As INTJs, they are logical, independent, sceptical, competent, and intelligent.

It only makes up of 2% of the population

A rare personality really has a unique things to share.

However, to all people actually can understand them except when they try to delve deeper

into the world.

If you want to know why INTJ personality type is so rare, and why they often misunderstood,

here's the list of reasons why they are so unique and mostly misunderstood.

#1 - Private leaders

The first thing that should be understood is that INTJ is naturally introvert.

However, INTJs actually can be a leader.

The problem is that as leaders, INTJs need to express their ideas that constantly change.

Unfortunately, it cannot be done easily.

#2 - Open minded yet aloof

If you meet person with INTJ type personality, typically they are quiet and unfriendly.

However, once you get to know them, you will be surprised.

They are really good friend to talk to.

They also like to understand people with their ideas.

They basically can accept new information as long as it is profound.

#3 - Imaginative and decisive

It is weird that INTJs actually have wild ideas on various things.

Those scattered ideas, sometimes make them confused to decide which one they will take.

However, once they have made decision, there is no turning back.

#4 - Intelligent yet useless

INTJs are deep thinker.

They are also fast learner, making them formidable for any science development project.

However, they are quite useless in social interaction.

They only prefer one-to-one communication instead of being involved with vast number

of audience.

#5 - Confident and not confident

Over analyzing is good sometimes especially in educational field.

However, lacking of confidence in a relationship with other human being is troublesome.

This can get worse especially if you are working with someone they think nice in a serious

setup.

This is why people are difficult to understand INTJ.

Though they are smart, sometimes they cannot communicate it well.

All in all, INTJ personality type are renowned for logical thinking and intellectual decision-making.

In terms of emotion and feelings however, they need a lot more confident.

Therefore, an INTJ that wants to manage their emotion and feelings in a more positive way

should think with their heart sometime, try to put aside your head and logical thinking

every once in a while.

After all, people have their own greatness and weakness, INTJs have great qualities when

it comes to intelligence and strategic thinking, by working on their weaker characteristics,

such as controlling emotion and developing their feelings, will give them a much more

rounded personality and turn them into a mature one.

So, really cool information isn't it!
