Trump asked why Medicare couldn�t just cover everybody: Wolff book

President Donald Trump asked his aides why the Medicare program couldn�t be dramatically

expanded, according to Michael Wolff�s new book �Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White

House.�

Trump, Wolff writes, impatiently wondered aloud during a discussion about health care

why the federally administered program could not be expanded to cover �everybody.�

Trump�s promotion of the idea reportedly shocked aides, including Steve Bannon, with

whom the president has now broken over statements in the book, which Trump has called �phony.�

Aides �were careful not to react to this heresy,� Wolff writes.

Trump slammed Sen. Bernie Sanders�s �Medicare for All� bill, which the independent from

Vermont, who ran for the Democratic presidential nomination, introduced in September.

Trump is portrayed in the book as being �rather more for Obamacare than for repealing Obamacare.�

But, Wolff writes, Bannon insisted on trying to repeal the law.

Despite holding a majority in both the House and Senate, and controlling the White House,

Republicans have failed to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

They have weakened it, however: The recently enacted tax law repeals the mandate for individuals

to have health insurance.

STORY: How I Made $1 Billion on GTA V Online - Duration: 6:23.

No, this is not clickbait and I actually am going to tell you how I made that money.

The concept is actually really simple, it's just the way you do it that makes all the

difference.

So this was back probably in 2014 when I was rocking with my Xbox 360 console.

There was this thing about hacking into Xbox which sounded really cool, but I wasn't

that geeky enough to do it myself.

And I've heard of people getting banned after modding their consoles.

But for those who did actually hack into their machines, they could do anything.

Naturally, hacking into the console means you have access to the software and, of course,

all the games installed.

So GTA V being the hottest game released at the time, all eyes were on modders who completely

bossed the game.

They were flying around dropping cash everywhere, they could even take full control of other

players which was the ultimate ability.

So one day I was playing online, taking cars to Los Santos customs and pimping them.

The only money I was making came from missions that I'd do again and again - especially

the one called 'Titan of a Job'.

Then I noticed something, all the players in the session were going round in circles

down at the airport.

I thought maybe it's a huge group of friends all playing together, so I got a jet from

the military base and went down to blow them up.

And that's when I saw this one guy literally flying around the runway with about 15 players

chasing him.

Obviously, this guy is a modder and he's hacked his system.

So circling round, I realised that this hacker was dropping something - I had no clue what

it was, but when I got closer - I was watching someone drop bags of cash.

He was literally dropping money bags from the air, I managed to get one - and believe

it or not, I got $15,000 instantly.

And then something took over me, I got curious and I was like - I'm gonna get that money.

So I straight away sent him a message through Xbox.

I just asked if he was a hacker and if I could buy like a million dollars, now I never actually

wanted to buy, I just wanted to know how much he'd charge.

So this guy responded saying, 'Bro, I'll give you 100 million - for just $5'.

Honestly, I was blown away, think about all them missions I played on repeat - just to

get a new paint job on my car.

So I said "yeah let's do it but I'm only gonna pay through PayPal" - he was

happy with that, in fact, these hackers only take PayPal payments anyway.

So he did his hacking and took me into the control tower at the military base, like actually

inside the tower.

Then he gave me his paypal email, and I just played along.

I put my controller down and said "Okay, i'm just logging onto my laptop' - and

after a few minutes, I was like "okay, i've got paypal up and just logging into that…"

But the whole time, I wasn't doing anything.

After about 10 minutes, I was like "okay dude I've sent the payment, please don't

rip me off."

He was like, nah chill, don't worry.

Now bear in mind, I didn't send anything, and at this point we're chatting to each

other through a private chat.

He kept saying "Dude, I haven't received anything", so I just made an excuse saying

"maybe it's just the internet, it might take a while for it to process".

And I gave him some random transaction ID that doesn't exist.

So eventually he just got bored, and he just started dropping cash.

Right on my head, out of nowhere, bags of cash were being dropped.

I was making about $15,000,000 every minute.

Just standing there, inside a control tower, there were players around us trying to get

in, but they were being killed by the military.

So after about 10 minutes, I had hundreds of millions and he warned me if I take too

much, I'll get banned from Xbox.

He kept asking about the $5 I was supposed to pay him, so just to buy time - I was like

"Okay, let me just log back into paypal and check again for you".

All the way through I was just chatting nonsense to him, telling him excuses, saying my internet

is slow, but the moment I got $500,000,000 - I quit the session.

I blocked him on Xbox.

I changed my status to appear offline and I bailed into story mode.

Then I went back online into an invite only session, and ladies and gentlemen - I became

a multi-millionaire - I had $500,000,000 all in cash.

So deposit every dollar into the bank and went on a massive spending spree.

I've heard Rockstar takes away all the money of hackers, so I bought all the expensive

cars, properties and aircrafts - so if they take my money, at least I have everything.

But I never got caught.

Now, at this point - you might be thinking, 'what about the $1 billion' suggested

in the title.

Let me be straight up with you, a few weeks later, I found another hacker in a random

session just messing around.

He wasn't giving money away but he kept killing me.

So I played friendly and sent him that message - I did the same thing to him for, actually,

$600,000,000.

So fast forward a few years, I got my PlayStation 4 and transferred my social club account over

to this new system.

And thankfully, everything went through without any problems.

Since then, my $1 billion, has just disappeared, I've been spending without looking.

Today, I have all the businesses, about 5 properties - which I think is the maximum

number of apartments and houses you can have.

But then again, I've got the bunker, the facility, hanger and practically every vehicle

in the game - that's worth buying.

You name it, I've got it.

So there you go, that's the truth.

I found two hackers and I scammed them both like con artist.
