and in today's issue I'm going to show you the paper banknotes that are used in

Vietnam first off these current issues so they

actually currently circulate and they actually circulate along the coins

personally I've never been to Vietnam but I have a lot of people that have

been to Vietnam or they people are Vietnamese descent and they specifically

say that the coins from 200 to 5,000 dong and I used and they used to bake

notes instead so if we can have a look now this is the lowest denomination I

have they do have a $100 but I hear that is not that common so this is the 200 on

TEMPERED RICE || PHODNICHA BHAAT || LEFTOVER RICE RECIPE|| Vijayas Recipes - Duration: 4:27.

Hi this is Vijaya & Welcome to Vijaya's Recipes

Today we'll make a Maharastrian Recipe Phodnicha Bhaat"

Which we'll make it with leftover rice

Phodni means Tempering & Bhaat means Rice

Phodnicha Bhaat is a Maharastrian Recipe which is very easy to make

Its very tasty and get prepared very quickly

So let's make Phodnicha Bhaat or Tempered Rice

For making Phodnicha Bhaat or Tempered Rice we've cooked 1.5 Cup of Rice in 3 Cups of Water

You can also take leftover rice too

2 Onions Finely Chopped

Cooking Oil, 1 tsp Mustard Seeds

1.5 tsp Asafoetida

1 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp Red Chilly Powder

Salt as per taste

3 Green Chillies Finely Chopped

10-12 Crushed Garlic Pods

Coriander for garnishing

Curry leaves, 10-15 Cashew Nuts (Optional)

So let's make Phodnicha Bhaat or Tempered Rice

We've turn on the flame and adding 4 tbsp Cooking Oil in the pan

Oil is heat up adding Mustard Seeds in it

Once Mustard Seeds are crackled adding Asafoetida in it

Crushed Garlic in it

Green Chillies

Once Garlic are fried adding Onions in it

Cashew Nuts (Optional)

Onions are soft and now we'll add Curry leaves in it

You can even add them after adding Mustard Seeds as well

Turmeric Powder

Red Chilly Powder

Salt

Mix it well

Adding Cooked Rice in it

Add small amount of Rice and then mix it slowly

We've added all the Cooked Rice in it and will mix it

We'll cover it and cook it for 2 mins on medium flame

After 2 mins, take off the lid

Our Phodnicha Bhaat or Tempered Rice is ready

Turn off the flame and serve this into a bowl

Here we've have our Phodnicha Bhaat or Tempered Rice is ready

We've garnish them with Coriander leaves

The desert is an unforgiving place, any person who failed to conquer the secrets of the sands

are doomed to perish.

What little water there is can only be accessed in deep underground depressions or beneath

the wadis.

This wasteland is home to the Aserai, a tribal group of nomads and herders who settled the

many oases scattered around the desert.

The empire tried many times to brings these people under its yoke but failed each time.

Instead of sending their armies into the unforgiving land, they would project their power with

clients and allies among the Aserai clans, who competed in the endless display of strength

and might.

The winners would receive an imperial subsidy to protect passing caravans and grew rich.

Those who fell short of winning were exiled to the wasteland and left to either raise

goats and camels or raid caravans until their time was right to get their revenge.

But the empire is weak and new opportunities arise.

The Aserai agreed to form a confederacy under a powerful sultan from the wealthiest clan,

the Banu Hulyan.

For now, the dance of power has stopped and could start up again at any time.

From all the context, it would not be hard to match the Aserai with the pre-Islamic tribes

of the Arabian and Syrian deserts.

form confederations and kingdoms when fighting against foreign or domestic foes.
