or heart disease� in �3-5 years.�

Gupta said Trump has heart disease based on his test results.

he is unable to stay in remembrance of the Father.

The cinema too is a gateway to hell and it spoils your attitude.

Essence for dharna: 1. You are the children of the Bestower of Happiness, and you therefore have to give happiness to everyone.

Never cause anyone sorrow through your thoughts, words or deeds.

2. Both the Teacher and the teachings are wonderful. Never be absent or miss such wonderful teachings.

Blessing:May you be an easy yogi who remains combined with the awareness of the promise "We will stay together, we will live together".

You children have promised, "We will stay together, live together and move along together".

By keeping this promise in your awareness, you can remain combined with the Father for this form is said to be that of an easy yogi.

It is not of those who consciously have to have yoga,

but of those who are always combined, that is, those who live together.

easy yogis and constantly co-operative yogis who become angels in their flying stage.

A great piece of album art can tie an album together, give listeners something to discuss

while they groove to the tunes, and provide clues about the inspirations behind the music.

Or it can just be an obtuse series of weird, random images.

So where do your favorite album covers fall on the spectrum?

Here's a look at the hidden meaning behind these classic album covers.

The cover of the classic 2003 White Stripes

album Elephant appears to just feature band members Jack and Meg White sitting on a trunk.

But in Jason Draper's A Brief History of Album Covers, Jack White claims that no matter what

angle you look at it, the cover actually shows the two of them forming the image of an elephant's

head.

"If you study the picture carefully, Meg and I are elephant ears in a head-on elephant.

But it's a side view an elephant, too, with the tusks leading off either side."

Just… keep looking.

You're bound to see it eventually.

The cover for Rihanna's 2016 album Anti features

an artfully out-of-focus image of a child, wearing a crown and holding a black balloon,

against a white and blood-red background, along with some Braille messages.

It's the work of artist Roy Nachum, who explained to Rolling Stone that he started with a real

childhood snapshot of the singer, taken on her first day of daycare at age 5.

"The crown over the eyes is a symbol for the music.

Here, I painted the young Rihanna bringing something new."

And the Braille message is from a poem called "If They Let Us" by Chloe Mitchell, which

reads in part "I sometimes fear that I am misunderstood.

/ It is simply because what I want to say, / what I need to say, won't be heard."

Message received.

Say what you will about Coldplay, but the

cover for their 2005 album X&Y is refreshingly weird, with a blue background, and some random,

rainbow-colored blocks that looks like somebody made an appetizer out of Lego bricks.

It turns out those colorful shapes are actually a graphical visualization of the Baudot code,

which was an early telegraph communication system patented by French inventor Emile Baudot

in 1870.

On X&Y, the different colors and sizes of the blocks correspond to different bits and

their letters, which spells out … the album's title.

Sometimes, you can sell something just by

saying it plain.

Black Keys drummer Patrick Carney's brother Michael designed the cover of the 2010 album

Brothers.

According to the New York Times, Michael suggested the text reading, "This is an album by the

Black Keys.

The name of this album is Brothers" against a black background.

He thought the raw, simple cover reflected a similar sensibility in the band's bluesy,

rootsy rock.

There's more to it, though, as the cover also references the cover of blues legend Howlin'

Wolf's 1969 LP The Howlin' Wolf Album.

A goth-rock classic, Joy Division's 1979 debut

album Unknown Pleasures wasn't an immediate success.

But the record's mysterious cover was, thanks to its series of close-set squiggly lines

that form mountain-like peaks in the middle.

So what do those squiggles mean?

Well, album designer Peter Saville explained that they are a visual representation of the

radio telescope readings of the first pulsar ever discovered by astronomers, and the image

is originally from the 1977 edition of The Cambridge Encyclopedia.

Far out.

One of the most famous album covers of all

time belongs to Fleetwood Mac's 1977 effort Rumours, which features only two of the band's

five members, perhaps in reference to the legendary in-fighting that eventually tore

the supergroup apart What's not in doubt is the symbolism of the

pair of dangling balls that hang in front of Mick Fleetwood's crotch.

While everyone immediately gets it, what most fans don't know is that Fleetwood's unique

style came from an unlikely source, as he drunkenly stole the balls from the flushing

chain of an old timey toilet at a pub while on a bender.

The balls he sports now aren't the originals, though, as he eventually had to have a carpenter

create a replacement pair after the originals got lost during a tour.

Artist Aubrey Powell co-founded a design studio

called Hipgnosis, which frequently worked with Pink Floyd on album covers, including

their 1975 album Wish You Were Here.

According to Powell's book Vinyl . Album . Cover . Art, Hipgnosis's other chief creative, Storm

Thorgerson, wanted to visually depict Pink Floyd's cynicism about business and capitalism

by illustrating the then-common expression, "I've been burnt," which meant someone had

been ripped off.

In order to create the iconic cover, they hired stunt man and lit him on fire, though

it wasn't until the 15th shot that the photographer finally got the image they used for the cover.

Poor stunt man!

Legendary producer Rick Rubin revealed in

the book 100 Best Album Covers that while making the classic 1986 Beastie Boys album

Licensed to Ill, he happened to read the salacious Led Zeppelin biography Hammer of the Gods.

"In the book, there is a photograph of the Led Zeppelin private jet and the idea of this

cover came from that.

The Beastie Boys were just a bunch of little guys and I wanted us to have a Beastie Boys'

jet.

I wanted to embrace and somehow distinguish, in a sarcastic way, the larger-than-life rock

'n' roll lifestyle."

But because the Beastie Boys are the Beastie Boys, there's also another, more puerile joke

hidden on the Licensed to Ill cover.

The plane's serial number is "3MTA3."

Held up to a mirror, it reads, "EAT ME."

Visionary artist David Bowie passed away in

January, 2016, but not before leaving the world with one last epic album, Blackstar.

Naturally, the cover features the image of a black star, but there's a little more to

it than that.

According to Jonathan Barnbrook, who designed the cover, the black star was meant to represent

a black hole, which was a metaphor for Bowie confronting his own end.

Barnbrook told Dezeen that the symbol of a black star on white

"...has a sort of finality, a darkness, a simplicity, which is a representation of the

music."

"...the idea of mortality is in there, and of course the idea of a black hole sucking

in everything, the Big Bang, the start of the universe, if there is an end to the universe."

Leave it to Bowie to deliver the ultimate mic drop.

But which toothpaste are you brushing your teeth with?

It is very important to use the right toothpaste.

Now, the thing is that there are n number of toothpastes in the market.

Every other month there is a new toothpaste been launched.

How do we decide which toothpaste to buy.

Well, I can help you with that.

For this video, I bought 10 most popular toothpastes in the Indian market.

I will quickly analyse each of them and by the end of this video you will know if you

should continue using your current toothpaste or is it the time for a change.

So, without any further delay, let's get started.

Hello Friends! Welcome to Fit Tuber.

I have segregated them in 8 major categories on the

basis of similarity of ingredients.

Even if I have missed the toothpaste that you have been using, I assure it would fall

in one of these 8 categories.Starting with category number 1 which includes Colgate,

Pepsodent and Close up.

These are commercial toothpastes which are so popular that for a major percentage of

people toothpaste means Colgate.

These are the toothpastes that include all chemical ingredients some of which are extremely

harmful.

Sodium Laureyl Sulphate is one example.

If you see sodium laureyl sulphate in the list of ingredients of your toothpaste, please

consider changing it.

It is because of SLS that you taste everything bitter just after brushing.

SLS also causes skin irritation and mouth ulcers.

SLS has been registered as insecticide and is used in detergents.

Regularly brushing teeth with a toothpaste containing SLS may lead to its deposits in the heart,

liver lungs and brain.

Next point of contention is the amount of flouride in these toothpastes.

Yes, there are many dentists who claim flouride to be the best defense against tooth decay.

Many studies have also proved the same.

However, there have been some recent studies which suggest the contrary.

Is flouride in toothpastes justified or not may be debatable but one thing is for sure

that flouride is poisonous.

Ingesting just 2.8 grams of flouride can kill a 50 kg adult.

These toothpastes contain enough flouride to kill a small child within 2 to 4 hours,

if ingested.

The warning that children under 6 years should have adult supervision and should not swallow this toothpaste is written for a reason.

We must understand that our mouth is highly absorbent, so the chemicals lurking in the

toothpaste get fast track into our blood stream.

Specially children, who swallow a large amount of the paste that they put in their mouth.

If flouride is so poisonous regularly brushing with a flouridated toothpaste can definitely

harm you in the long run.

One more thing which should be taken into consideration that the water we drink is flouridated.

I wouldn't say you should stop or continue using flouridated toothpaste.

You are a better judge for yourself but personally I don't use it neither will I recommend it.

Specially when there are better toothpastes in the market which we will discuss in this

video.

So please keep watching.As for these commercial toothpastes, forget flouride, they have so

much more which should be avoided.

Category 2 is that of the toothpastes like Sensodyne which have almost the same chemical

composition as that of toothpastes in category number 1 except that they do not contain harmful

chemicals like Sodium laureyl sulphate.

Just like the toothpastes in category 1, they also have artificial colours, preservatives

and flouride in them.

In category 3, fall toothpastes like Himalaya's Sparkling white toothpaste which have chemical

composition without harmful ingredients like Sodium Laureyl sulphate.

Himalaya's Sparkling white toothpaste also does not have flouride in them.

Surely, the toothpastes in this category are better than those in category 1 and 2 but

still they are far from best.Toothpastes like Meswak fall in category 4 which are non flouridated

but have almost the same chemicals as of those in category 1 including the harmful ones like

sodium laureyl sulphate.

Apart from SLS, they also contain Triclosan which is another extremely dangerous chemical

already banned in soaps.

Triclosan is linked to breast and testicular cancer.

You will rarely find Triclosan in any toothpaste.

Meswak and Colgate Total are among the rare ones.

It also contains artificial colours and preservatives.

In category 5, are the toothpastes like Patanjali's dant kanti.

Another extremely popular toothpaste in India.

This toothpaste is much better than the ones we have discussed till now.

It is made from no chemicals but herbal ayurvedic ingredients.

It also does not have any artificial colours.

However, the only thing which doesn't let me recommend it to you is that it has flouride

in it.Category 6 is that of the toothpastes like Ayush's rock salt toothpaste.

It has all herbal ingredients and does not even has flouride in it.

It however has artificial colours and preservatives in it.

One thing I want you to know is that not all toothpastes made by Ayush are non flouridated.

For eg the clove toothpaste has flouride in it.

So before you buy this brand, please check for it once.

In category 7, falls Dabur Red toothpaste which has herbal ingredients, no flouride

and not even artificial colours.

It is a great choice.

The last category includes toothpastes like Vicco Vajradanti which is a complete ayurvedic

toothpaste devoid of any chemicals, flouride and artificial colours.

It is the only toothpaste among the ones we have discussed that does not even uses any

preservatives.

It is a perfect blend of 18 Ayurvedic herbs and barks.

It is totally safe for kids.

It is also very cheap in comparison to other commercial toothpastes.

In my opinion, it is the best toothpaste available in the Indian market.So according to me, Vicco

Vajradanti stands on top of the list followed by Dabur red, Ayush and Patanjali.

The commercial toothpastes like colgate, close up and pepsodent being the least preferred.So

friends!
