#VLOG19 - DE BELGES RENCONTRES SUR LA ROUTE - Duration: 7:27.

Hi everyone!

Here we are in Ventura still in California.

It's on our way to Mexico

so we stopped by.

We are about to explore the surroundings.

I hope you can hear me well because the waves next to me are pretty big.

Ventura is the place where there were the big forest fires in California.

The worst fires for more than 10 years.

And a few days ago it rained a lot so they got mudslides too.

People are still missing.

The mudslides were caused by the lack of trees and roots that got burned by the fires.

But the area looks beautiful.

Let's check the surroundings!

We talked about the people we meet along the road in the previous vlog.

This morning when we were filming the intro of this vlog we met a guy

who came talk to us because he had almost the same van than us.

We talked a bit and we discovered that he works at Patagnia here in Ventura.

It's funny because we wanted to contact Patagonia for a potential partnership.

He explained us that it's pretty complicated to have one.

Instead he suggested us to visit the company.

Here we are in Patagonia USA headquarters.

We can't wait to go inside and we hope we'll be able to film.

We just finished visiting the place.

It was so interesting.

So the guy we met is called RJ

and he supervises a team that check the quality of each product.

That means testing waterproof jacket.

They check if the pockets are at the right place for example or they test materials resistance.

We didn't realize all the steps that a product needs to go through before it goes to selling.

He explained us that 90% of the prototypes

are never sold because they are not approved when they are testing.

It was very interesting to see the design department

the production department

the materials department

It was very nice.

The work environment here in Patagonia is also awesome.

First of all they have an organic canteen

where they make fresh breakfast and lunch.

Here we are about to eat an amazing salad for example.

It's only $3.

It's all organic so that's great.

They have the ocean just 10 minutes walking from their building.

So the employees go surfing during their lunch break.

It was so interesting. We are very happy we were able to visit this place.

Plus RJ told us that we could stay in his driveway tonight.

So we might see him again later.

But we'll eat now because we are hungry!

We are on the road again still heading South.

We really wanted to thank again RJ and his family

for all the moments we spent with them.

It was awesome!

It's funny because

one day we wake up with a program in mind

but we change all our plans because we meet someone.

A person that invites us to visit his work place

and then to his home

and then we spend the night on his rooftop filming drone footage

and we read stories to his kids before bedtime.

It's so nice!

That's what makes our trip so inspiring and rewarding.

And I think that without our van it would have probably not happened.

I also think that it's a bit confusing emotionally

because it's pretty intense meeting people that quickly.

In two days we learn about new people

and then we are back on the road again.

It's very unique and interesting.

So thank you again RJ for what he did.

Plus he gave us two awesome Patagonia jackets

that you will see in the next vlogs because it's a bit too hot to wear them now.

Besides that we are heading now to Venice Beach.

It's a well known and touristic place in California

but it's on our way along the cost.

We'll stop by and see how it looks like.

The day is about to end and the sun is going down.

Venice Beach was pretty interesting.

It was funny to see it because it's very unique.

We are happy we stopped by.

South of California was really a time where we met people.

We just met a Belgian couple who is traveling in a van too for two months now.

Their names are Sam and Juliette.

We would love to travel with them

so we are trying to convince them to cross the Mexican border with us

and to explore Baja California together.

We'll see how it goes in the next vlog

which will be in one week.

The one vlog a week challenge is very fun but pretty intense too.

So we might take some rest in Baja.

We'll let you know.

guys today I think I might have spotted some evidence that gives us some new

World War two Germany outfits y'all don't know yet you can put on different

outfits in this game but it's all for the USA side and not for the German side

and there was something in the trailer that caught my eye that I want to talk

to you guys about and this might potentially be some new outfits for the

German side so if you guys are interested in stay too for the video but

first we gotta roll that intro

alright guys so like I said in the beginning in this game no matter what

outfits you have are so far from what I have seen you cannot change the German

side of outfits for example if you choose airborne you're stuck with the

dude with the army camo in the black gloves and if you choose your assault

rifles you're stuck with the normal dude with the helmet and if you choose

expeditionary you're stuck what to do with the mask and LMG stuff what to do

with the little weird hat on his head but in the trailer I'll slow it down for

you guys there's been a part where I seen the German dude with a different

type of helmet he kind of looks like a kind of looks like that one dude from

zombies got a trick taught me it kind of looks like me to be honest ok so here we

are so I paused it and this is basically the part where it shows off the

demolition in the trailer and look so the four people behind him you can see

those are the default outfits doodoos with the normal helmet that's

the AR and you see there's a shotgun dude on the right with the mask and then

the LMG do behind him with the little helmet but the dude of point of all of

them looks totally different yeah that right toughened helmet and he

has an eye patch and I pretty sure what's in his hand is the stg44 but

basically this is our first piece of evidence of probably seeing some new

type of uniforms and called the D World War two for the German side I don't know

that's my theory behind the time in the comments down below what y'all think

about why this is here what this is maybe they're just testing it out for

the trailer maybe they're not gonna release it or do you guys think it is

true and they're gonna release even more different outfits what I'm leaning

towards right now is that they're gonna start putting in German outfits from

this update but this is gonna be the only outfit you can get and I'm guessing

it too epic by unlocking every other weapon

Gissing is one of those you know we have to unlock like some calling cards and

grips in order to lock like a uniform or something like that now I did not see

any other German outfits in the trailer and after you guys why you guys can go

watch the trailer and see if you guys find some other ones but this is the

only one I've seen and it looks very very different towards the others sorry

guys I don't think there's any other new German outfit I just looked throughout

the whole trailer but obviously there is a ton of USA outfits

sorry guys there's a lot of us eight different outfits as well if you look at

throughout the whole trailer I'll put in some a couple of parts where you guys

can see them but for the German outfits only seen one so to me we talked about

this on comments down below I know it's a small thing and how many people talk

It's that "special" time of year when liberal women and their emasculated male supporters

gather together in hoards and flood the streets across the country in ridiculous pink hats.

Despite saying they're "empowered" by taking their "rights" back and screaming

for free birth control, the Women's March is really just an army of victims wanting

to scream and accomplish nothing.

It's their hate for our supposedly misogynistic president that they're putting on display,

while ignoring the droves of liberal men this year who have been exposed as the true groping

perverts.

Now, just hours before this embarrassing nonsense of pink hats fills the streets in a city near

you, the nemesis of the movement, President Trump himself, has just ended it for all of

them in a move he made.

While they continually tout Trump as a misogynist and anti-woman in everything he does, they

reap the benefits of what he has actually done for them already that Barack Obama never

did, and they are currently benefitting from it as they march.

Conservative Tribune reports: One of the many unfounded criticisms lodged

against President Donald Trump by his liberal haters is that he is some sort of sexist misogynist

that mistreats and looks down upon successful women.

Of course, anyone who knows or has been following Trump for any amount of time — and who has

a bit of intellectual honesty — understands that such a smear couldn't be further from

the truth.

The reality of the situation, as laid out in detail in an op-ed for The Hill by GOP

strategist Jen Kerns, is that Trump actually has more women at senior levels in various

parts of his administration than any of his recent predecessors, including former Presidents

Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.

Also, it is worth noting that several of those women are minorities or descended from immigrants

to America.

Unfortunately, the vast majority of the liberal media has decided not to report on that fact

in favor of perpetuating the narrative that Trump hates women, minorities and immigrants.

It's also of note that Trump has more females on his staff than any president before him

and his campaign manager at the end of his election was a woman, who has received endless

insults from the left.

They want to talk about rights and respect, but trash the man who grants both the women

in this country far more than his predecessor.

So, it's not about what they say, it's about what they want which is free stuff and

negative attention on Trump.

Facts prove this.

On the other side of the spectrum, is a separate march the same weekend that women are getting

involved in and is an actual worthy counter cause with a completely different message

of empowerment.

If a woman wants to really march for her rights and prove that she has a choice, this is the

event she can be involved in to really make a positive difference and not a divisive one.

National Review reports: This Sunday, hundreds of thousands of women

across the country will storm the streets in the second annual March for Women.

Last year, the first Women's March took place the day after Donald Trump's inauguration,

in a display of wrath against the new Republican administration.

This year's march promises much of the same sentiment.

But all people who truly want to empower American women should turn their attention elsewhere,

to an event that receives much less media acclaim: the March for Life, which will mark

its 45th anniversary this morning on the National Mall.

It is this march, not the Women's, that presents a unified, pro-woman message, instead

of a narrow agenda driven by identity politics.

The March for Women, in spite of its title, is defined not by what it stands for but by

what it stands against — more specifically, who it's against.

It's a direct response to the fact that millions of Americans elected Trump, and these

women and their male allies are driven by animus against him, whom they view as the

leader of an oppressive system that robs women of rights.

Maybe they're correct, maybe not.

But a movement fueled primarily by what it's against is not a movement that will last.

The problems they lament existed long before Donald Trump, and yet there were no pink-knitted

p***y hats marching en masse until his election.

And while their concerns will outlast Trump, too, the Women's March has already proven

itself to be just another means by which the Left expresses the rage of the current moment.

Its leadership and platform discourage broad cultural support.

And, just one year into its existence, its internal fractures are already showing.

It's time that women really take womanhood back and we have our president to thank for

making that even possible.

He's recognizing talent, intelligence, and ability, in a person as to who to select for

professional positions and not just their gender.

Isn't this what feminists say they want?

It's what they have now that they didn't have before but they're too busy protesting

without a cause to see it.

When we finally made those decisions and then a year later I meet Jordan and I'm thinking...

Negotiate for you, help you be the expert, get to know the person and find out what would

be best for them, and they do a whole lot more!

That's why I wanted to make sure he came on today.

The one term they are most afraid of in the new order is, "Threat to U.S. National Security."

Shipp explains that the CIA doesn't see itself as a servant to the American people

but rather as another branch of our government which operates with impunity and, in many

cases, without approval from Congress.

Despite Trump having appointed Mike Pompeo to lead the agency, his presence won't cure

decades of corruption.

Trump's new executive order takes aim directly at not only corrupt individuals but also agencies

(government or non-government), lobbyists, and corporations who pose a threat to our

national security.

The executive order will allow Trump's administration to reach deep into America's infrastructure

of intelligence agencies and law enforcement organizations to weed out those who compromise

our national security on any level.

Shipp goes on to say that the CIA is afraid that some of its corrupt dealings could jeopardize

its entire power structure if exposed by the Trump administration.

This isn't nonsensical conspiracy hyperbole Shipp is disseminating.

He's a CIA insider who realized what Donald Trump did before he ran for the presidency

— we have to put America first and drain the swamp.

Because Trump used the term, "Threat to U.S. National Security," it means that the

U.S. military, the U.S. intelligence agencies, domestic law enforcement, and the whole U.S.

law enforcement are now responsible for enforcing these laws.

"The amazing thing about the Executive Order is now it extends to foreign persons, foreign

organizations, and even foreign government officials.

So, this is a national security threat, which means it includes anyone inside the United

States or outside the United States," said Shipp.

"They are terrified, they are terrified right now.

They did not expect Trump to do what he is doing now.

The reason they tried to get him even before he was elected is they knew he was uncontrollable,

and they knew if he got in there, they would not be able to manipulate him, and that is

exactly what's happening," Shipp added.

I seriously hope that there are men like Kevin Shipp still working within the CIA and other

intelligence agencies who understand what is at stake.

We have seen a barrage of recent attacks on President Donald Trump from Democrats, the

mainstream media, and fraudsters like Michael Wolff who desperately want to destroy this

administration.

Shipp was right when he said, "Trump's making tremendous progress despite tremendous

resistance.

They have already done a character assassination on him, and I think they could go further

than that… Trump is making progress, and he has them running scared."

It is crucial for American patriots to continue supporting President Trump as he takes on

the deep state to wrestle power away from them and give it back

to our country.

How I Improved My Technique - Duration: 12:13.

hello musicians this is Corey Taylor from skilledmusician.com where we are

helping musicians improve thank y'all so much for checking out this video today

now today's video is part of our quick tip series where we take a question that

you've asked and try to answer it as quickly as possible but as in-depth as

possible so one question has come up that serveral of you all have sent in, like Tefo

HK beats and several others through private messaging was what drills did I

use to develop my technique well I'm gonna show you that today

please note also that I have sheet music in the description box that goes

over the drill with proper fingering and everything so definitely grab that but

that let's not waste any more time

so how did I develop my technique well truthfully my technique is still a work

in progress but there were a couple of things that really stuck out that really

got me started on this journey and developed my technique first was I

realized I couldn't play the stuff I wanted to as easily as I wanted to and

the second was I had pain occasionally in my wrist in my arms in my hands and I

realized what I'm doing is not working so I went to my teachers and started

asking a bunch of questions and I was introduced to the Taubman technique

originated by Dorothea Taubman and I'll put links to that but she kind of

originated this idea or her along without Alexander Technique school

where you're trying to find the least stressful way and most efficient way to

play an idea it completely transformed my approach at the piano so I was

introduced to this whole idea of arm weight and so instead of playing with

your fingers which is something I did you play using the weight of your arm

I'm left being relaxed all through here also all through all through here this

idea so there's no stress I was used to be real stressed kind of shoulders

lifted a lot so if you're playing that definitely relax learn about rotations

which are these these are really exaggerated but when you play you do

this rotational type deal so we learned about that and really just trying to

change what technique it took me a while to get it and I'm still working on it

but it definitely has changed my technique for the better so definitely

I'll put some links to the Golandsky Institute who was now the torch

bearer of the Taubman technique as well as some YouTube videos of them teaching

in live sessions where you get this kind of seed and they kind of see what it is

all about so in order to have great technique you want to make sure your

you're not limiting yourself and putting hurdles or obstacles in front of you in

order to play the piano so one thing I used to do I used to play like this with

so the keys would be here and my hands would be like this but just not properly

it should be more like this that you're a straight line and into the keys come

to you and I used to play like this sitting really close to the piano with

my hands like this which you want don't you wrist kind of broken like this so

that was a bad technique and it limited what I was able to do shoulder shrug

like this bad technique I know the guys but I have elbows out like this that's

not great technique even though guys I only use four fingers

and and a lot of times they'll double the fourth and fifth finger like this

and that's the only way they'll play their fourth or fifth fingers double

like that so if you want to experience like the best technique and the best

free the most freedom while you play definitely if you should struggle on any

of these any of these things definitely check out these techniques because

they'll definitely change your playing for the better

so how did I go from having bad technique to improving my setting to

where it is today well I really worked at it and really spent time and most

that time was spent doing one exercise so I'm going to show you that exercise

today and like this is where the rubber meets the road this is a not for the

faint of heart we're gonna really dig down and go to work so I'm here it is so

I would take the C major scale and actually before I hadn't got to the mate

to scale I would just play one note and make sure I was playing it

and I mean all those things talk about that the weight of my arm was was in

each note my shoulders were relaxed

and so and every every note was placed exactly my fingers were placed exactly

where I wanted them to be

right so and once I got comfortable playing just one note at a time sure

that I was landing it properly then I jumped into this exercise as exercises

for parts the C major scale one octave quarter notes two octaves eighth notes

three octaves triplets and four octaves sixteenth notes and I started extremely

slow I took my metronome as slow as it could go like around 40 but today I'm

just going to demonstrate at 60 and I think a good measure is take this

exercising and started start as slow as possible to make sure your technique is

right and then you say getting up to around 130 is a great number for for

musicians also what metronome am i using so I'm using a metronome on my

phone called pro metronome by eum lab it's phenomenal um this is I'm not

sponsored by them I just I just love their metronome it allows me to do

things like subdivide and and speed up tempos over time it's just phenomenal

so if you look for metronome for your smartphone definitely check that this

one out all right so I'm going to demonstrate it for you

I'm oli gonna demonstrate in the key of C but this this exercise I took through

every key so let me just show you how it goes

alright so that was at 90 beats per minute on the metronome

so I'll take this drill and do it through all 12 keys at the same temple

no stopping and besides just waiting for the metronome to get back on one just

going through all of them and say if one day I did own 60 the next day I would

try to increase it to 65 or next 970 like that so I reach my limit and then

kind of bag down and try to keep going further and the structure as far as my

practice time was concerned this this technique work was once practiced time

of its own I would spend about 45 minutes to an hour just working on this

stuff outside of my stuff like learning songs or learning repertoire we're

working on licks, riffs runs that was completely separate from its working on

this technique that was which was normally about 45 minutes and hours

worth of continual work now also let me just say this while you're doing these

exercise says your mind must be like engaged constantly it just can't be like

a mindless just I'm playing but really focus on landing each one perfectly and

you can even do phrasing while you play these as you ascend you know get louder

as you just in get softer

so one of the cool things that happened was after I got these scales under my

fingers I'm somebody played lines and and execute lines that what without much

effort because I put the work in in my technique time so I stuff like say

groovin high

so before we leave this quick tip session I want

Charlie Wilson just a lot of people means a phenomenal musician and he

happened to be doing this challenge to twinkle, twinkle little star challenge and

he played it and in his version he did this this scalar thing in thirds that I

thought was really really cool and really kind of showed Wow what you can

do once you master your scale so check this out

okay so remember number one check your techniques if you're making some of the

mistakes on top about the video if so seek help too so check out the Taubman

technique if you need help it's a great tool and it's helped me tremendously and

three the drill I gave practice that every day it really should set aside a

separate time just to practice this drill and work on your technique and
