welcome to this week's episode of the EntrepreneurHer show so I've been getting a
lot of questions from the lovely ladies in my community on this very very
important topic which is how to attract more customers to your business now this
is a common challenge that I see a lot of new entrepreneurs face this is
something that I struggled with in the beginning too but it is also the most
important skill set that you need to master to be successful in business and
you know I'm very much a bottom line type of woman meaning I am I thrive off
of results right and yes I mean financial results but I also mean you
know looking at the bigger picture right so how much of an impact are my products
services and content having on my target market which is ambitious entrepreneur
minded women right so there's really two key things that I focus on on a daily
basis in my business one how many women so the number how many women on a daily
basis or weekly or monthly basis are my products services and content impacting
and how can I continue to expand that impact to my target market and number
two is bottom-line what are my sales right this is these are two things that
I constantly look at in my business because ultimately this is what's going
to help me increase my sales my profitability and the impact that I am
created to have in this world right so with that said there's really two key
things that I believe you need to master in order to know how to seamlessly
attract more customers to your business the first thing is be someone people
want to follow and I don't mean you need to be you know an extroverted loud
person to be a charismatic leader no if you aren't that's beautiful but if
you're not if you're more of the quiet type if you maybe you're a little bit
more introverted that's totally okay it's there's lots of powerful
silent leaders out there as well and the reason why I bring this up because you
know I know this is something that women particularly struggle with which is
comparing ourselves to others I know this is something that I struggled with
when I was growing up and you know I'm a self-proclaimed introvert many may not
think so but I am right and growing up I always found that you know it was the
loudest people in the room that were getting the most attention so I felt
like I needed to be like them but I was doing a lot of things that weren't
natural to me and ultimately they didn't make me happy but it was only when I
truly started embracing my true self my unique capabilities and my strengths
and my personality is when I started seeing a massive shift in my life my
happiness and ultimately my business success right so the question is right
I'm sure on your mind is okay great Rupali so how do i become someone that
people want to follow right so here's what it boils down to what it boils down
to is you need to be a leader right and in order for you to be a leader there's
three key things that I think all successful leaders have one is certainty
two is polarity and three is they show people a brand new day and what do I
mean by certainty let's start with that one right certainty is whatever market
you're in industry or niche or in whatever target customer you are focused
on right how certain are you about the product service and content that you are
putting out into the marketplace how much do you truly believe in it are you
confident in it you know why this is important because people can tell people
can tell when they see a leader when they see someone being confident and
passionate about you know their product or service it is that certainty that
attracts people to them right so you got to be certain are you certain about you
know the products or services that you currently offer in your business or that
you're promoting right if you're not really think about that because this is
a huge element in being a powerful leader and attracting people to your
business the second thing is polarity so what I mean by polarity is you need
to stand for something you need to stand for something in your business right
people love this tree if you try to appeal to everyone you're appealing to
no one all right so let me give an example in my business and in my brand
you know my polarity is that I stand for action
I stand for results I stand for getting things done I stand for
an impact and ambition and I stand for a lifestyle I stand for women having it
all cuz there's a common notion out there that ambitious women can't have it
all we have to sacrifice our families or our relationships to be highly
successful female business owners I don't believe in that and I don't stand
for that right I stand for women having it all and taking action and getting
things done what I don't stand for is laziness excuses complaining things like
that right and I make it very known and it's okay there may be some people that
love me some women that love me and some women that don't right but this is where
polarity comes into play right you got to stand for something so think about
that for yourself in your business and the third one is what is your brand new
day so what is it that you are helping people in your target market solve right
whatever problem they have today when you help them solve it what will the
brand new day look like that's what people want to know ultimately right so
keep these things in mind it's very very important now the second thing that I
want to talk about is a little bit more technical what I mean by that is
something that you can implement in your business like today right if you already
have a business and this is choose one sales technique and master it you know
finding customers online these days for any business is a commodity there's
about three billion people online so you can find customers for almost any niche
if not every niche online but what I find that most people have the hardest
time with is okay Rupali I get that but where the heck do I even get
started right so my greatest advice to you is this simplicity always wins keep
things as simple as they can be right so with that said you know there's a
bajillion advertising channels online right you got Facebook
YouTube Instagram Pinterest LinkedIn Google AdWords Bing AdWords you know
popular forums and the list goes on and on and on what I want you to do is this
I want you to think about the top two channels where your customers hang out
the most online okay this part is so crucial then what I want you to do is of
those two channels that you narrowed it down to I want you to just pick one and
I want you to pick the one that resonates with you the most and let me
explain what I mean by that you know are you looking to attract customers quickly
to your business and systemize your sales process are you more of a video
marketing type of person or are you more of a relationship builder that wants to
build your business through relationship marketing and network marketing right a
after a day your your one sales or marketing technique will boil down to
this one where do your customers hang out to the speed at which you want to
grow three is how much time do you actually want to allocate to your sales
and marketing process and four is alignment with your personality type are
you an introvert more of an introvert that likes to be behind the scenes or
are you more of an extrovert that you know likes putting yourself out there
right so I'm a huge believer in personality types and this is something
that not a lot of people talk about but I think it's so important for you to
align your business specifically your sales and marketing to your unique
strengths ways of operating and your unique talents so that's it for this
week ladies these are my two biggest things that I believe will have a
massive impact on your ability to attract new customers into your business
