Most people are usually nice despite their appearance and hidden feeling.

However, there are several signs that actually indicate that some of them are evil.

#1 - Denying reality

Narcissists, the toxic people, are evil people.

If you feel that there are other people who are not narcissists but they deny reality,

be sure to be alarmed.

You do not have to avoid them if you can make them realize.

North America in deep freeze as Australia nearly breaks heat record - Duration: 1:56.

A record-breaking deep freeze has gripped much of North America, with temperatures as

low as minus 73 degrees Celsius, including the wind chill.

And on the other side of the world, parts of Australia are experiencing their worst

heatwave in decades.

Park Se-young has more.

Temperatures in the northeastern United States and Canada have dipped far into the negatives,

… causing cancelled flights and life-threatening frostbite.

Mount Washington in New Hampshire on Sunday claimed the second spot for the world's coldest

ever recorded temperature... with a wind chill of minus 73-point-three degrees Celsius.

Burlington, Vermont was at minus 18 degrees with a wind chill of minus 34 degrees, while

Philadelphia and New York were freezing at minus 13 degrees.

This kind of cold can cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as ten minutes.

The snow and cold have been blamed for at least 18 deaths and thousands of cancelled

flights over the past few days.

Fortunately, the US National Weather Service says the weather will get warmer this week.

Meanwhile, the other side of the world is reaching near-record highs.

Sydney sweltered through its hottest day in nearly 80 years on Sunday, …as the mercury

soared to 47-point-three degrees in its metropolitan area.

A total fire ban was issued for the greater Sydney region, …while officials at Sydney's

international tennis tournament sent players off the court after temperatures surpassed

40 degrees late Sunday morning.

A 2016 report by the Bureau of Meteorology has found that Australia's average surface

air and sea temperatures had risen by around one degree since 1910, …and that (quote)

"the duration, frequency and intensity of extreme heat events" has increased.

Inter-Korean high-level talks to focus on N. Korea's participation in PyeongChang Winter Olympics - Duration: 2:12.

Now back to the planned big meeting between the two Koreas...

There's just one day to go before the first high-level inter-Korean talks in two years.

Unlike previous inter-Korean dialogue arrangements, the time and place as well as the list of

delegations have been set in a very prompt and smooth manner.

The talks will start at 10 a.m. Tuesday... at the truce village of Panmunjeom on the

inter-Korean border.

Let's take a look at our Ji Myung-kil's report for more on tomorrow's big meeting... before

we sit down with an expert for further analysis.

South Korea's Unification Ministry said Monday that Tuesday's high-level talks will be focused

on North Korea participating in next month's 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, but will

include other issues.

(Korean) "We will also prepare for talks on inter-Korean

family reunions and easing military tensions to improve South-North relations."

North Korea will send a five-member delegation to the House of Peace, located in the southern

part of the truce village of Panmunjeom.

The North's delegation will be led by Ri Son-gwon, the chair of the North's state agency in charge

of inter-Korean affairs, who will be greeted by a five-member delegation from South Korea

led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon.

It will be the first inter-Korean dialogue since December 2015.

Minister Cho promised to do his best to achieve a positive outcome from the high-level talks.

(Korean) "We will fully prepare for the talks as they

are being held at an important time with a lot of interest from the people and the international

community."

Government authorities from both sides will continue discussions through the communication

hotline at Panmunjeom to fine-tune the details of the high-level talks, which are scheduled

to begin at 10 a.m. on Tuesday.

The government hopes improved inter-Korean relations will pave the way for a resolution

towards the North's nuclear issue and for broader talks between Pyongyang and Washington.

INTER-KOREAN TALKS AND SEOUL-WASHINGTON RELATIONS - Duration: 14:59.

The world is closely watching how much Tuesday's inter-Korean talks will contribute to resolving

North Korea's nuclear standoff.

Now for an expert's perspective on what we can expect Tuesday,... we're now joined by

Dr. Bong Young-shik, a researcher at the Yonsei Institute for North Korean Studies.

Thank you Dr. Bong for coming in today.

Q1> South Korea's President Moon Jae-in has

been somewhat overly eager to reopen inter-Korean dialogue despite the North's almost routine

provocations.

But until now, his kind gesture was only met with Pyongyang's indifference.

Why do you think North Korea's leader Kim Jong-un wants to talk now?

Q2> U.S. President Donald Trump has said that

America supports President Moon 100% and Trump administration officials have said that they're

not opposed to the idea of resuming inter-Korean talks.

But some worry that the talks will be steered in a direction that is quite opposite from

America's 'maximum pressure' North Korea policy.

What do you think is Washington's real stance on this beneath the surface?

Wouldn't they be a little suspicious about the talks?

Q2-1> Do you think the two Koreas' resumption of dialogue will have any kind of an impact

on the global community's efforts to ramp up pressure on the North Korean regime?

Q3> 'Driving a wedge between South Korea and

the U.S.' 'Tying up the U.S. through talks with South Korea.'

We hear these phrases a lot whenever North Korea halts its provocations and shows a friendly

gesture towards the South.

Do you think that is part of what Pyongyang is aiming for this time?

Q4> Let's talk about the topics of the high-level

inter-Korean talks that are set for Tuesday.

The official agenda is 'the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Games and improvement of inter-Korean

relations.'

What kind of specific topics do you think will be brought up during the talks?

Q4-1> You've mentioned that the nuclear issue

will be brought up.

Now looking back at nearly 30 years of North Korea's nuclear development history, it

never made any concessions on the issue despite numerous inter-Korean talks.

Do you think the two sides will be able to reach any kind of agreement on the nuclear

issue this time?

Q4-2> You've mentioned that the two sides are unlikely

to touch upon the nuclear issue.

Some experts, scholars and South Korean citizens remain skeptical, questioning the meaning

of inter-Korean talks without the nuclear talks that could give a tangible outcome in

resolving North Korea's nuclear crisis.

What's your take on this?

Q5> The participants from both Koreas have already

been decided.

From the North, Ri Son-gwon , the chairman of the Committee for Peaceful Reunification,

will lead the delegation with a few other ministers.

From the South, the delegation will be led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon.

Do you expect a psychological battle of some sorts?

Would South Korea be able to gain the upper hand?

Q6> Which way do you think Seoul-Washington relations

will go in resolving Pyongyang's nuclear issue after the inter-Korean talks?

Do we need to be worried about the possible drift in the South Korea-U.S. alliance like

some argue?

Q7> One of the biggest sticking points is whether

North Korea will make requests that go against the UN sanctions and other independent sanctions

that were slapped on the North last year.

Should that happen, which path do you think the Moon administration will take?

Q8> President Trump has said that he's open

to direct phone talks with Kim Jong-un, although he did say 'not without conditions'.

How will the two Koreas' dialogue affect future U.S.-North Korea relations?

Can we expect Washington-Pyongyang dialogue anytime soon?

Q9> The world is closely watching how much Tuesday's

inter-Korean talks will contribute to resolving the reclusive state's nuclear issue.

At the same time, reports keep coming out on the signs of North Korea's preparations

for a 7th nuclear test.

I know I'm throwing a wet blanket over such a rare reconciliatory atmosphere, but do you

think North Korea's provocations will continue after the talks?

If yes, how soon do

you expect it to come?

Q10> Lastly, I want to ask you about

the long term.

North Korea's nuclear issue has been the world's headache for decades.

As per PTI reports,Telecom company Reliance Jio has recently revised its prepaid plans

as part of the"Happy New Year Offer 2018".

These revised plans will be available for recharge from Tuesday,the 9th of January.

As per the changes Jio will cut down the prices of its plans with 1gb data per day by up to Rs 60.

The 199 plan will now cost Rs 149 with a validity of 28 days and 1gb

data per day,the 399 plan will now cost Rs 349 with a validity of 70 days and 1gb data

per day.The 459 plan will be reduced to Rs 399 with a validity of 84 days and 84gb data.And

lastly 499 plan wil now cost Rs 449 with a validity of 91 days and 91gb data.

Jio will also launch plans with 1.5gb data per day also as part of the "happy new year

offer 2018".These plans include the Rs 198 plan with 28 days validity and a total of

42gb data.The Rs 398 plan with a validy of 70 days and 105gb data in total.The Rs 448

plan with a validity of 84 days and 126gb data.And lastly the Rs 498 plan with a validity

of 91 days with a total of 136gb data.

All the mentioned plans will continue to offer unlimited calling,unlimited sms and unlimited

use of all the Jio apps.
