Ep 5 Goggles for Studying - Duration: 5:28.
Hey everyone, I'm here with my client and long time friend Dr. Angel.
He has his PHD in electrical engineering and a specialization in plasmonic optical physics,
but he's having trouble studying.
I'm going back to school to get my second doctorate, but I'm having trouble studying.
It's just really hard to focus on what I'm doing.
I was wondering if there was a physical product that would help me solve this problem.
Let's see what we can do.
I immediately had some ideas so I decided to get them on paper.
My initial thought is that your brain is constantly taking in sensory input.
It can be hard to filter through all the sights and sounds and focus on only one thing.
So my idea is to block out these sounds with earmuffs, and use a device similar to horse
blinders to keep our user focused.
I remember my friend who I think is a psychologist, wrote a paper on something similar back in
college.
He flew into town so I went in to see what he thought of my idea.
Yes this looks sound.
He approved.
So I got started.
It was ready.
Welcome back Dr. Angel, so I think you're going to really like this.
What it does is it blocks out sights and sounds so you can only focus on studying.
What do you think?
It's, uh, pretty good.
He loved it.
But a prototype wasn't good enough for me.
So I decided to make a marketable version.
Welcome back.
Some of my designs require some post-processing to finish the print.
With the help of a mask and some gloves, I created some ABS juice to weld my prints together.
Because I'm using ABS filament, some of my prints warped or did not print correctly.
So using a heat gun, I was able to bend them back into place.
Amazing.
And while my client was happy with his prototype,
I am much more pleased with my final design.
Whether at work or on the go,
I find my study goggles to be an essential part of everyday life.
Thanks for watching.

Stock Portfolio $74,331.18 February 2018 End of Month Portfolio Holdings & $228.30 In Dividends! - Duration: 16:46.
hello everyone and thanks for tuning into the financial investor channel my
name is Brent and today we're redoing our stock market weekly recap for
February 2018 so this will be the last time I do the stock market week recaps
for the month publicly on YouTube I'm gonna go ahead and begin to transform my
patreon site into a private area where I talk about my buys my sells why I bought
it why I sold it I'm not gonna be as invested in the stock market kind of
going forward as you know I'm moving into real estate I'm working with a real
estate ambassador locally to buy and four areas within my states I'm also
working with a turnkey provider out of state in order to buy rental in state
and out of state that way I can get some experience in both areas and I'm gonna
be putting my money into a different financial vehicle investment vehicle
which is real estate and I've talked about that and my criteria and what I'm
kind of looking forward in one of my past videos if you'd like check that
video out it's in the top right corner what I'm looking for and real estate I
think is what I kind of discussed and I went over a house and my in my state so
over on patreon if you guys would like to support the content you know have
access to my end of the month portfolios what I'm buying and selling just kind of
talking about in general more in the private area you know talking about my
investments not just in stock market but also as
they begin to make offers on houses and get accepted I'm gonna go ahead and post
the houses not the addresses but just kind of physical you know pictures and
then make sort of a collage style kind of recordings and some of those will
probably be over on YouTube as well but um
those will be tailored more for patreon more of a private group investing
community so that's why I'm trying to you know going to be working to fix up
both my website patreon and have that content on there so last time I made my
video on real estate and why I'm checking it out
I had the address listed and the house got bought up in three days since
posting the video there's already a pending sale so I'm not gonna be
covering houses that I think are great vines that I would like to invest in
without having made an offer and been accepted because then I'm gonna get
bought out and that's gonna be terrible because that was a great investment I
could have easily fixed up for $60,000 and free you know rented it out for nine
hundred dollars and built up cashflow in equity very quickly so if you guys would
like to support the channel and have access to all that head over to patreon
comm there's the link is in the description below so let's go ahead and
get into our end of the month recap for February 2018 very briefly January 2018
we went up 3.2 percent in the month of January that was very nice our cash
manage account was sitting at sixty one thousand one hundred and ninety four
dollars invested and of course that was an increase of three point three eight
percent now February my portfolio looks like it
fell down around seven point nine six percent right now my cash managed
account my non retirement account is sitting at around fifty six hundred
dollars so that is a difference of eight point nine nine percent so that's I had
fifty five hundred dollars I believe invested I think I have some
money on the side so that's all yeah you can see the balance here on January
first here the balance here on February first was sixty one basically sixty one
thousand two hundred I'm now currently sitting at fifty five 929 that's the
difference of eight nine percent I went down roughly fifty five hundred dollars
this month and made two hundred and thirteen dollars and twenty three cents
and dividends so what changed in my portfolio well taking a look at last
month's I decided I want to jump out of my real estate investment trust and my
utility companies these were heavily you you know they were leveraged with debt
which with rising interest rates we heard from the Fed Chairman on Tuesday
how and pow-pow mr. Powell that he's gonna be increasing you know the feds
looking to increase interest rates three to four times in 2018 each one of those
spikes is gonna increase inflation with rising inflation increased price and
goods increased price and houses increase prices and debt in order to
take out debt when I got my loan in 2013 I got a VA loan but I got a 1.7 percent
1.75 percent loan right now if you get a VA loan you're gonna get a 3.75 percent
all around a 4% loan when I went to talk with get approved for a loan for a
rental or an investment property they're looking at rates right around 4 to 4.25
percent so they said cash is gold right now if you want to buy real estate you
have to buy it with cash and that's gonna lock it down very quickly so I'm
going to be using some of my money and my investment portfolios to begin
investing and really say that's going to be all coming up
on YouTube so I did sell out of my editor International at a loss I sold
out of entertainment properties trusts at a loss and I sold out of Rayleigh
income at a loss so I sold out three stocks at a loss because these were all
and that they were going down drastically with rising interest rates I
don't see these ones recovering over the next year I didn't want to bleed out on
the money I hate selling stocks at a loss and over
the long term I'm 100% sure that these stocks would recover in the next you
know three to five years ten years but because I'm moving into a different
investment vehicle I wanted to downsize my portfolio so I did sell many of my
stocks at again you can see a lot of green here I was up nearly 60% FV 21% in
central or Colgate and such so over on my portfolio now I sold off all my
winners sold off three of my losers I'm now only invested heavily in Apple I own
a hundred and sixteen shares of Apple I bought them at a hundred and seventy
dollars is the average cost that I believe and I also bought you Pro which
is a leveraged SP 500 I don't recommend anyone do this I'm buying in and
averaging down it's going to be balancing between my Apple and my SP 500
Apple was used as the counterbalance to the SP 500 and I'm going to be I have
about $20,000 between these two investments so $20,000 in new Pro
$20,000 an Apple but as you Pro Falls I'm going to be adding money in because
as these Corrections take place there's more upside to downside right now we
haven't fully recovered in the S&P 500 we did see the Nasdaq recovered loss I
believe the SP 500 should recover the loss in the next few months and then
kind of continue growing and less you know Trump gets hit up with an
indictment so let's go ahead talk there so Apple Apple is my biggest
investment right now right behind or right with the sp500 and Apple actually
got it at a much better price down inside my IRA so we're gonna be covered
in the hair next Roth IRA stayed exactly the same Roth IRA it's a long-term
investment vehicle I'm not looking to sell anything out of it these stocks
were in there for the long term and they were mostly negative the only reason I
jumped out of my oh my I PR and my Edison international was because they
were inside my my cash managed account my taxable account my real estate
investment trusts were getting hammered with taxes at my my twenty five percent
tax bracket I don't want them to get taxed at twenty five percent I wanted to
get taxed as qualified dividends so I decided to sell them out of my cash
managed account now they're inside my Roth IRA and those dividends that I get
paid out there I don't have to worry about paying taxes on them so I'm gonna
go ahead and leave them sitting there now my Roth IRA they went down around
580 but with dividends it is looking woops
it is looking dividends and this portfolio makes abroad 600 dollars every
year so I may be down 580 in February as I continue to kind of progress over the
year I do believe it'll recover that 5% loss
in my Roth IRA and I'm not looking to really sell anything
central links is a great buy and hold I think it's gonna continue to go up into
the 28 dollar range Edison International I don't like it it's a utility company
but I'm down 14% I already sold out of it and my my cash manage account which
had more money I believe invest in the stock so I'm gonna go ahead and keep
Edison international in this portfolio for now Ford kimberly-clark Realty
income AT&T WP Carey they're all good stocks for the long-term they all had
dividends paying out for more than 10 years besides Ford and CenturyLink but
I'm gonna continue to hold those inside my Roth IRA now my IRA when I initially
rolled over my 401k I bought ticker symbol vous which is the
sp500 I decided that was not what I wanted to do because I was already
invested in you Pro so I sold that of those positions I sold out of them at a
loss I didn't even see that I just kind of trigger-happy you know I want to jump
in the Apple I see it at 162 I jumped out of you jumped into Apple Apple's up
nine point six six percent since I purchased it and that's all I'm gonna
have inside my IRA Apple such a great long-term buy and hold their services is
growing very quickly you know double-digit growth and the way that
they're kind of progressing and moving away from more of you know iPad iPhones
MacBooks and stuff and becoming more services that's gonna allow them to have
a more predictable net income and revenue when earnings earnings every
quarter it's gonna be more predictable and allow faster growth in the future so
I'm gonna go continue to hold my Apple shared inside my IRA continue to hold my
Apple shares inside mine honor time and account for now and if I do need to
liquidate it in order to purchase a house then I will do that so total I'm
sitting around around seventy four hundred dollars $74,000 versus at the
end of January at eighty thousand dollars so I am down right around five
thousand dollars a little more than five thousand dollars which that's fine
that's understandable we went through a correction
and actually if I had held on to my stocks and they would have depreciated
below I'd actually we sit in a little bit below seventy four thousand three
hundred and thirty one I think I'd be sitting right around seventy two
thousand when I did when I looked at what my portfolio is that on my Google
sheet cheat sheets so by selling off some of my winners I was able to keep
those capital gains and I will have to get you know I'll have to pay taxes on
them in 2018 but I am up overall total higher than I would be if I continued to
hold his positions and I moved into less positions that are much more manageable
to to look at there 10ks sitting in their conference calls listen
to them more because when I had a portfolio 20 stocks and I had three
conference calls coming up you know earnings reports for four different
stocks on Wednesday I didn't you know it wasn't it didn't mean anything to me I
could have AT&T and Verizon and some other stocks reported on the same day
and I may just jump into one of those so I decided I wanted to focus my portfolio
more on one two three stocks or so and be more laser focused that way I can
actually sit in on those conference calls I can listen to their earnings or
get better at going over those quarterly reports
and that'll allow me to just be more focused on specific stocks rather than
having a diversified portfolio where I have no idea what Colgate is doing and
why they were bleeding out or why entertainment properties trust was doing
so poorly it could you know it could have been due to rising interest rates
it could have been due to something they were doing in their company but without
having to go in there and onesie twosie all these 20 different socks I wouldn't
know so that was the reason for kind of losing that diversification inside my
portfolio so Apple of course was my biggest winner up 9.6 6% inside my IRA
the dividends I was paid out for February total two hundred and twenty
eight dollars and thirty cents I made two 13:23 and my cash managed account I
made 15:07 and my Roth IRA for that total of 228 of course my highest one
was AT&T at $47.50 that is basically it so if you guys are sitting here watching
this video I won't make this public on my website again this video will be
going public over on YouTube but going forward all the posts I'll see if I can
set it up so the posts are will be able to be read by those on patreon and of
course you'll be get access to this video going forward for the March review
over on patreon and I'm gonna be revamping that website if you guys do
have any comments in the section you know if you guys have any comments about
anything coming up let me know in the comment section below I'm always looking
to listen to all my subscribers because you guys are what I create all the
content for talking about my portfolio my investment journey why I'm moving
from stock market over to real estates real estate investments and I believe
I'm trying to build to a point where I could create financial freedom and find
my freedom number and I'm really working to push that very hard in the next five
to ten years just be completely you know financially free or
I don't have to work at my current work I can do YouTube I can work more at real
estate I could just I think I I would always like my job I do networking I'm
an engineer so I'd like what I do I really enjoy it I love going out there
visiting different branches replacing equipment you know setting up different
branches and equipment you know configuring routers switches firewalls
you know it's interesting to me that's my jam idem technology I like it all
that so I like the the money and of course the money is great because I'm
able to use that money to funnel into my investments to purchase real estate and
that's gonna be able to help me retire by 40 I believe by 40 I could see myself
and my family easily being retired if we wanted to and just kind of continue
building up our real estate our real estate and so that's all coming up in
the future so again if you have enjoyed the content today go ahead like comment
subscribe check man over on patreon if you have any suggestions for anything

The criminalisation of homeless people (1/3) - Duration: 2:31.
what we're seeing in terms of homelessness is that we're seeing
government's manage homelessness at the crisis point and what that means is that
we're no longer seeing measures and outcomes in funding even available for
services to support homelessness at the prevention point to support individuals
and families to prevent them from becoming homeless since 2010 and because
of this lack of funding and loss of funding now we're seeing government's
only able to deal with homelessness at the crisis point as local authorities
and governments are dealing with homelessness we've seen an increasing
use of criminal and civil laws that are being used to to displace the problem of
homelessness perhaps the most notorious piece of criminal law used in England is
the vagrancy Act which dates back to 1824 but actually draws on laws from
much earlier times the vagrancy act allow people to be criminalized for lots
of activities such as begging trying to seek arms or telling fortunes in
exchange for money squatting has also been made a criminal
offence during this period of austerity we're seeing a shift from people that
previously would have used squats to being on the streets and being displaced
into rough sleeping we've also seen the use of civil laws for example public
spaces protection orders or PSP OS as they're sometimes known these relate to
criminalizing activities that take place in a certain place for example a town
centre or a local park and we're seeing many local authorities using PSPO'S with
one in ten estimated to be using these powers to criminalize the activities
associated with homelessness and we've seen the use of these laws increased
during the period of austerity prior to this time vagrancy law use was on a
decrease and PSPO's and squatting laws weren't even in existence so while
the rough sleeping itself isn't illegal what we see is that many of the
activities associated with rough sleeping are criminalized such as
begging street drinking or frequenting particular areas that rough sleepers are likely
to inhabit get more from the Open University check out the links on screen

Open Mic | Behind the Episode | Schitt's Creek - Duration: 2:47.
- We need to do something to make the store
feel a little bit more accessible
a little bit more inclusive
- Okay
Well I am open to suggestions
- What if we hosted an open mic night?
- I am open to suggestions
- Open mic night
A big night for Patrick showcasing
his skills on an acoustic guitar
That story was something
we'd been playing around with for a long time
in terms of, what was the moment
going to be when things went from
David and Patrick liking each other turned into something more
and if I don't have to write that
the better
- I would like to dedicate this song
to a very special someone in my life
David Rose
- I threw the the challenge at Noah
- I think you basically just were like
"So, do it."
- Yeah
- You were like
"And by the way, this song means quite a bit to me."
"So don't f*ck this up."
[Dan laughs]
- First of all, it's a lot of pressure to put on an actor
to say, "Hey, I don't want to say that this is a linchpin moment
"in the trajectory of this relationship...
"but it's also really important and also not a linchpin moment."
And you just hope you get back what you had envisioned.
- ♫ I call you when I need you ♫
♫ My heart's on fire ♫
- [Dan] For me, when I heard the MP3 of it
I was like, no, this is exactly what I had pictured
- I remember sending you the voice memo
And I recorded it, like, nine times
and then I didn't hear back from you
for, like, a couple of hours and...
- [Annie] 'Cause Dan was, like, dead on the floor
- [Dan] Well, I mean, you can't feed the ego
You can't fuel it too much
- Also, I knew, I was like, 'he's on set!'
'He's on set, don't go crazy!'
but I was very concerned.
♫ You're simply the best ♫
♫ Better than all the rest ♫
♫ Better than anyone ♫
♫ Anyone I've ever met ♫
- [Dan] And then we shot it
and it was a pretty special moment
for everyone
I know that Catherine cried through the whole scene
It was a pretty great day on set for all of us
♫ Oh, you're the best ♫

NIGHT HEROES – STREET DRIFT | TOYOTA CHASER | ICE DRIFT | DRIFT FAILS | DRIFT VLOG 12 - Duration: 12:41.
Shit, close up the window!
You're less scary when the window is closed
When the window is closed - you look not like piece of shit!
Chill, everything is ok. You - handsome!
Drifted on the streets a lil bit. Let's do some official drift to do!
Today we are on the lake. We discovered it for ourselves recently.
Here are several high-speed sections, a lot of turns and here is very much to learn.
We learn not only to shoot video, but also to drift!
Yeah baby!
Here is the new track configuration
We already drove on this track, when it was made for time attack
The season of time-attack is over
And the guys made a drift configuration of the track
Now let's see what they made
Smoothly release the clutch pedal, press the turn signal
Oh, yes! I forgot that our sponsor is a driving school "Perekrestok"
Now we need to make furikaeshi slightly before opponent
Damn, cool!
We stand, discuss the track
Pasha says: How are you?
I say: normal!
We nodded to each other and stand further !
Furidashi will be here
Reaching high speed, initiate with the handbrake
So, it will be difficult
Sasha told me about this on Monday
And he said that without a handbrake you will suck
And for 3 days i made the "hydro" (hydraulic handbrake)
Nice man!
Hydra ?!
Oh my god, this is the 8th feat of the Hercules!
Put hydra in 3 days! haha
Here is not very beautiful yet
There is no plastic panel yet
But made a specially thick rod
Thick finger
Completely welded the embedded part
Welded fastening
Put brake tubes
Tubes will be hidden in rubber hoses
Everything is perfectly screwed
And it will not rub and break
Made a special spring to bounce
It works very well
Very cool!
Put asshole somewhere
The main thing - hold on!
Ooo, the pancakes!
Yeeehaaaa !!
Fuck! The engine has already warmed up!
Bitch! Fucking fucking!
Aaaa, i should turn there!
Too high speed!
You do not know that I'm driving like an Arab?
Let's go, show us what happened!
Broke the exhaust
I'll tie it up and will go to the workshop
This exhaust i made 2 years ago
This was about to happen
You need to hide your eyes!
Fuck off!
I fuck, fuck the streets!
I'm Nikita Maman (specially said another name)
Have you read the comments under the video of Siberian beard?
They say: What Pavel Busygin did in Omsk?
(the guy in the frame is similar to the Russian top drift pilot Pavel Busigin)
I should buy the snapback "technokartel" (tuning workshop of Pavel Busigin)
In the drift community it normal when you say:
Please let me ride on your expensive Toyota!
Why is this necessary?
In order to gain experience!
In order to develop skills of driving different weights, different grip, different engine power
You should ride well on any car!
And now we will drive Toyota Chaser
The buzz of the LADA is that:
1) the brakes are shitty, the car, when braking, slides to the side
2) the hand brake works poorly
3) dead 50 horsepowers always force to make clutch-kicks!
And then you sit down in a good turbo car
And you're drifting like a king!
LADA is a great trainer!
Toyota Chaser. 100th body
The car is shit!
After the LADA is very difficult
Too simple and responsive steering
Too late steering!
Now I understand the owner of the car
The car has not much grip!
The weight is too big
And it's too soft, comfortable
Comfortably very much! You can steer with one hand!
Look, I even smoke a cigar
Japanese cigar
I'm waiting for the next season, when we will drive a powerful car!
On which you do not have to do clutch kicks to ride sideways on the ice
Very nice to go to 1JZ-GTE
Stop, stop! (waves his hands)
Artem 3rd time passes me by!
And I'm still trying to take the beautiful shot of the car
Egor waved hands, in my opinion it means: "Go ahead!"
Artyom forgot about me, because the car is really cool!
Finally he driving the Japanese car
About which he dreams for a very long time
He certainly had a similar machine
But now he does not have it and we go on LADA
Yes, I had a toyota mark2 81
1JZ-GTE Manual Transmission
But we should not need to compare these cars
Both - heavy and turbo
We ride on the ice, so you will not understand the advantages
Yes, and I went as a grandmother on my Mark2
But i can compare Toyota and LADA
The Toyota brakes are much better
The steering is much easier
And the grip is quite enough! (tires - hakkapeliitta 9)
On the LADA, today i initiated well only with the 4th time
If you did not press the gas very much - you will suck at this turn
But on Toyota if you did not get the right speed, then
just put on the gas and reach where you need it
At the moment under the hood spins standard turbine
But half a year ago, the owner bought huge 550 horsepower turbine
injectors, computer - everything else is already bought
Apexi PFC is already installed
Drift is shit!
Turn the camera off, I'm shitty drifter!
I got up with the camera on the quickest turn
We must get away before they knock me out!
Run Forest, run !!

The case for Tim Hortons selling weed | Mark Critch - Duration: 2:12.
What a happy, happy bunch of people.
You are so happy.
Not as happy as you're going to be when
the weed is legal though, eh?
Lots to talk about the weed.
Where are we going to sell it?
Shopper's Drug Mart says that they should sell the weed
because they have a lot of locations and they're a trusted
place that Canadians go to to get their drugs of choice.
A lot of locations, a place Canadians go to get
their drug of choice.
I think they should sell it at Tim Horton's, hey?
I think it's about time they let us really roll something up.
I want an everything bagel that really has everything in it.
I want a bagel that will make me hungrier the more I eat it.
Perfect place to sell it, right?
I mean my god, they sell everything else.
Lasagna and wraps and salads.
Who the hell wants a salad at a Tim Horton's.
The closest experience I want to eating a salad at a Tim Horton's
is when I get really depressed and I eat a whole box of
Timbits with a fork.
Couldn't be anywhere safer.
People worry about kids getting into drugs
because marijuana's legal.
The only people who hang out at Tim Horton's
are really old people and cops. It's perfect!
They're basically already a drug dealer.
They sell you something that you're addicted to,
and there's one on every corner, eh?
You're already buying your weed in the parking lot.
I'm just saying, go inside where it's warm!
It'd be perfect. The staff won't mind.
Half of them are stoned anyway.
(laughter)
You could get in your car, you could pull up to the drive-thru
window, roll down your window, buddy'd lift up his,
smoke billowing between the two windows.
'I want a Jamaican Bacon Breakfast Sandwich with two hash
browns made with real hash, brother' hey?
Hop in your car then and peel out going twenty kilometers
an hour down the Trans-Canada Highway.

Use It or Lose It! Understanding the Connection between Vaginal Health and Sexual Activity - Duration: 8:53.
I'm really looking forward you know to spray keep spreading that message
because a lot of people especially if they've been in a long-term relationship
or marriage they kind of belief sex might you know that sex is over
and and that's not the case .. right
thanks so much for tuning in again to our second act with Paige and Silke
we're continuing our conversation today with Tiffany Yelverton the founder of
Entice Me and the chief how do you pronounce the Sexinista is that what
you call yourself SexinistaTiffany thanks for staying over thank you I'm so
happy to be here ...let's get let's get down to the basics which is that as we
age our vagina changes and we get what is called
vaginal atrophy and it's a condition that causes very painful sex however
most of us don't realize what's happening we've gotten a lot of really
heart-wrenching comments on some of our previous shows where you know 25 30
year-old marriages are breaking up because a woman a man they
don't understand what's going on with their bodies and they can't talk about
it what what have you found out there and what advice would you give women to
not be afraid to bring up pain or discomfort to your doctor and to your
partner because if something is hurting that's our bodies pain response to stop
and to fix what's happening so what can you tell us about you know fixing the
problem of that or addressing it anyway of vaginal dryness and you know what are
your best recommendations well first of all using a vaginal moisturizer it will
really help even twice a day I love sex butter or boudoir butter
they're all natural organic oil based lubricant and moisturizer so they really
help to rebuild the cell wall and really keep it supple because when it's too dry
in our vaginal tissue then even any movement is going to cause those tears
you have specific products that like you said that are natural or organic and
don't have the chemicals that would actually dry us out even more right so
you want to look for products that don't have any propylene glycol propylene
glycol alcohol derivative so it can even cause
more dryness I know that there's a difference between you know moisturizers
and lubricants and that's something that that's kind of was new to me just
recently explain that well moisturizers tend to have additional ingredients like
vitamin E or an aloe and more suppleness than just a lubricant so you mean you
you would use a moisturizer like everyday and lube is something that you
would lose you know use before sex is that with correct yeah okay okay so
lubricants will help your sexual experience be better and more easily to
have any penetration as well and then you know there are women that have
gotten so bad where the atrophy has gotten so bad that you know you definitely go
see your doctor talk about it and we'll be talking some the physicians who are
doing you know the surgical vaginal rejuvenation procedures but there's a
light you can do before you get to that point right yes so if you haven't had
any penetration for a long time and I meet women that haven't had it for
dozens of years and using even dilators or Jade egg or some kind of small
vibrator to start the opening up of the area something very small like a finger
size to begin with or even just your lubed up finger but also there's all
kinds of new products that have like muscle stimulation electrical currents
running through them or pulsed light therapy which is like the Home version
of the Mona Lisa which does the vaginal rejuvenation so will just help to you
know when you put muscle stimulating pads anywhere on your body it just helps
to start stimulating those muscles without ever even really contracting
them yourself well and really by way of education again what we're talking about
is literally healing and plumping up the vaginal walls right right yeah can you
give me links to specific products that would help
that would help do that then you don't have to search around okay good and I
know you have a doctor that you work with that does the bioidentical hormone
which we talked about which I know we both agree that that's what you would
want to go to when you talk to your doctor about hormone replacement therapy
is doing the bioidentical route we've talked dr. Laurie has been she's a
regular on this show she's my she's my you know personal physician yes by the
correcting it at the root with the hormones is is one of they changed my
life absolutely but then you you still you
know you the use it or lose it it's absolutely true and I'm really
looking forward you know to spray keep spreading that message because a lot of
people especially if they've been in a long-term relationship or marriage they
kind of believe sex might you know that is over right and and that's not the
case and I think a good way to explain atrophy is that use it you don't lose it
like if you've ever had your hand or your leg in a cast or not using it and
how those how fast those muscles deteriorate and even smaller your arm
gets if it's in a cast and then even for a few you know six weeks so if you've
gone years without using a muscle because that's what the vaginal tissue
is it's surrounded by large muscle groups that are in there plus the skin
that is actual vaginal tissue yeah and and because we are embarrassed to talk
about it we're so uneducated about that it's it's crazy
well we're gonna be talking a lot more to you to dr. Lori to other experts when
it comes to vaginal health and and Tiffany and knowing that there are so
many women out there who really don't understand what's going on don't you
have a coaching service that helps with that as well yes I do and one of the
things that I coach on a lot for women is taking them through that process of
rejuvenating their vagina and getting them ready to have sex again especially
if they're getting ready to date maybe they've been divorced or
a spouse pass away and that's really intimidating to to know that sex is
going to be on the table and not know that your body's ready for that so
taking them through not just the physical aspects of getting their body
ready but the emotional and mental aspects as well getting ready to date
and have sex again it's you know sex should be fun and it can be scary for a
lot of people that's you know when it should be joyful so well I can attest
you know to anybody listening tiffany is wonderful to talk to she'll make you
feel very much at ease do drop us your questions your comments if you do want
to get in touch with Tiffany directly we will link to all of her information
including some of the products that we talked about today and please you know
