hey guys I'm back with another video today someone has asked me in my juice

they all my juice page what do you do when you're on a juice fast as long as

you have been 76 days and you have to go to dinners with friends and family and I

told them flat out that there's one or two things that you can do you can

either bring your juices to the gathering of the dinner and that has to

be respected or you just don't go into you're strong enough to find it in

yourself that you're not going to let the pop the food or the smell of the

food over a shadow what you're trying to do those are the really the only two

options you have you know sometimes it's best to stay away from people places and

things because what you need to look at food like you look at drugs it's a drug

and then till you get control over that drug you can't sometimes be in those

kind of social settings and you know that you can I mean if you had control

via food you wouldn't be overweight or you wouldn't have any health problems

behind it so the best thing I think to do is to

stay away from those kind of social settings for a little while I don't mean

forever because you have to be able to be around people places and things

because that's all that it might but as you're trying to get the will to one

stay on the fast for a long term to gain the benefits reap the benefits from the

juice fast you also have to make sound decisions that make sense

you know if you go to a dinner and they have the kind of food that you would

like to eat you're gonna eat so don't put yourself in those kind of situations

where you're setting yourself up to feel because once you fall off of the juice

sometimes nine times out of ten people don't go back on the juice fast and you

know you put in all this hard work and effort for what to eat food that you can

eat after the juice baths you know yield your results from your longtime juice

fasts get yourself healthy and then go back to food and make better choices but

while you're on a juice fast I would suggest that you stay away from social

settings like that where you're going to be tempted to eat food because it's just

not worth it you know this is about your health and your life and getting your

wellness and those things will be those desserts those dinner parties they'll

always be there but you know we only get one life and you know we just want to be

able to take care of ourselves while we're here you know so the best

thing to do is when you're on a juice fast my opinion is to stay away for some

time away from those social settings because know as humans you're going to

want to eat so I don't want to make this video too long I just want to do another

check-in video for day 76 I kind of like to do a few videos a day just for

motivation that if I can do it you could do it I would just like to say for you

that's not eating right and their body is real toxic help you know change their

what's up everybody my name is Dwight and welcome back to g-force garage as

many of you know we and NVIDIA are located in Silicon Valley so when we had

the opportunity to work with the CEO of Pied Piper himself we jumped at the

chance Thomas Middleditch is an actor who you've probably seen as the Verizon

spokesperson or is the lead character of the hit HBO show Silicon Valley what

many of you don't know is that he's a real PC gamer but rather than us explain

it and hear it from him

ladies and gentlemen my name is Thomas Middleditch welcome to my home I've been

a PC gamer for quite some time starting on the old Amiga souped-up

Commodore 64 then finally got a PC computer with a cd-rom drive and you

know cut my teeth in the old Mayan parties of days of yore what I'm playing

now is divinity original sin - and I'm still a flight sim guy so DCs digital

combat simulator is pretty great and also the il-2 series as well look at all

I stayed current my old rig however it's always been a battle I find in gaming

computers is aesthetics you know a lot of stuff looks really intense and I want

something that looks like it's designed for a 35 year old man so it looks like

furniture and I think I got it so come with me follow me into the wonderful

world of computers before we go into the details of this rig let's talk about the

process that took us to get here when we first started Thomas about the theme of

his PC he talked about his passion for flying as he recently got his pilot's

license in addition he said he would love to have something that looked like

it came straight out of West Elm or Restoration Hardware while mentioning

his appreciation for mid-century modern style furniture this made us think of

reaching out to none other than Jeffrey Stevenson who's completed a few builds

in the style so we've had a couple of designs that we worked back and forth so

can you tell me about how you came up with the final design what I was told

was Thomas wanted something the size of a two drawer file cabinet to match this

new desk in his office and he also wanted it to be able to store his flight

stakes so I saw a two drawer file cabinet where one drawer was the

computer and the other drawer was a storage unit and then I realized that

two drawer file cabinet was liebelei ugly so what I did is actually

integrate the two together so the two spaces merge so why did you settle in

alley and lead PC o7 I decided on a lien Lee case because it was designed

specifically to hang on a wall which had a lot of the characteristics that I

wanted in the case that it would be thin and not be projecting out so once I got

the case in hand and I just started to model the wood box around it yeah I know

a lot of people would think that a cabinet door closed ventilation is

probably an issue well even though it's a wall hanging PC they still have an

option for a 140 millimeter fan and bat and it's water-cooled too so there's

really no issue with that kind of thing yeah I noticed that you have ventilation

on two of the sides and on the top is where the radiator is at pushing hot air

up and out so can you tell me a little bit more about the finer details of the

case the mesh that you use the hinges the aviation style metal yeah I really

wanted to use the the best of the best for this project and so I found these

hinges from Austria that are a hundred and seventy degrees and I already knew

what the best mesh there was out there I had already worked with this company in

previous projects and what I really wanted to use was the hairpin legs that

are on it it's just something that I've been wanting to do for a while and since

this was a mid-century modern design it gave me an opportunity to do that and

what about the aviation style it's in the front yeah I was informed that there

was to be also a besides mid-century modern an aviation thing on top of it so

I immediately thought of aircraft rivets especially once an old vintage aircraft

they're not really riveted in there all drilled and super glued into place okay

alright so I notice you have some actually really cool looking handles on

the front of the door - yeah I went with these even though they might look like

something you can get from Home Depot if you look closely at them you'll see that

there's some real fine knurling and what that does is creates a nice texture for

when you're gripping the handles so was there any challenges with building this

well the scale was way beyond anything that I'd done for work mainly a

mini ITX builds and they're significantly smaller okay so let's talk

a little bit more about the PC what are the actual specs of it both be honest I

didn't actually build a PC part because I have little experience in water cooler

so I brought on the Harrington from PC junkie mods to help me out with the PC

part of this project do you know the actual specs of the PC aside from the

lien we case we have an Asus x2 99 motherboard a nine nine 7900 X CPU 32

gigabytes of course their RAM and of course two gtx ten ATT eyes well it

looks great let's take this to Thomas's house and see what he thinks

oh you've been peeing yourself yes okay well I've just been sitting here on my

staircase waiting for the computer to be set up and I'm wet with anticipation hey

Thomas we're ready for you he gets to the computer Torian look at it oh look

at that all the liquid cooling yeah substantial I feel like it I guess I'm

looking forward to just you know pushing it to the max cranking up all the

settings I mean that's kind of the best part about being a PC run everything at

at full power it's great you can close it up and have it just be this

unassuming cabinet and then open it up and it's this baller piece of part of

her in there if I had a hat I'd tip it well Thomas I hope you enjoy your new PC

The Best Ways To Get Rid Of Those Stubborn Under Eye Circles - Duration: 4:09.

At a certain point in everyone's life, under eye circles become a daily constant, whether

it's from stress, fatigue, or simply a part of the aging process.

The good news is that there are some tips for dealing with the arrival of eye bags without

going under the knife.

Here are some tips to freshen your face.

Know the cause

First, it's helpful to know what's causing your under eye circles.

Physicians point to fat pads beneath the eyes protruding to cause the shadowy look.

To know if this is simply something that comes natural to you, look at your parents and grandparents.

If they had dark or protruding under-eye circles, that's most likely where yours are coming

from.

"You know, I think it might be time for you to start using night cream."

If saggy eyes aren't in your genes, there's a chance your age may bring them along anyway.

As we get older, we lose fat in our faces, which means the fat pads under our eyes can

look more pronounced, making us look even more tired.

Surprisingly, what that may mean is that if you lose fat weight throughout your body,

you may end up looking older in your face as a result.

No matter the root cause of your under-eye circles, most experts agree that it's easier

to prevent them than to treat them.

Sleep some more

One easy approach to preventing eye bags might be to invest in a good eye cream to provide

the skin area nourishment and the moisture it needs to maintain its elasticity.

But an even easier way to stave off the issue is to get the proper amount of rest.

Restorative sleep is key to keeping your skin healthy, because a lack of sleep is said to

make skin look paler, and reduces circulation.

While you're getting your extra dose of Zs, you might want to also try doubling up on

your pillow count.

Lying flat all night leads to fluid pooling up around your eyes, but if you sleep at a

slight incline, that fluid will tend to drain to other parts of your face and body more.

One thing's for sure: You should most definitely wash your face with makeup remover and a gentle

cleanser each night to keep that wide-awake, youthful look coming through in the morning.

Invest in products

As if you didn't already have enough reason to slap on the sunscreen, it'll also keep

your under eye circles smaller and less noticeable.

Sunscreen and sunglasses are key to keeping that soft skin under your eyes healthy and

undamaged, thus reducing the risk of making the area darker.

Meanwhile, using a good concealer is also a quick and easy way to cover up dark circles,

especially when you're in a hurry.

Experts recommend using high-pigmented shades with a loose setting powder afterwards to

keep the concealer from wiping off.

Simply apply the product in a "Y" shape and then set it with a good powder foundation.

To choose the right concealer, take a good look at those under eye circles.

If your circles have a purple hue, try a yellow concealer.

If the circles are more red, go for a greenish concealer.

Blue circles are best covered up by a peach concealer.

Before applying your concealer, be sure to first dab on some eye cream because it'll

help the concealer to go on smoother so it doesn't get caked up on your face.

Last but not least, niacinamide should be an essential ingredient to your eye serum

of choice because it's a form of Vitamin B and an anti-inflammatory ingredient that will

widen the cell walls and increase blood flow to the area, reducing puffiness under your

eyes.

Take an antihistamine

Whether or not you're predisposed to eye circles thanks to your DNA or age, one of the most

common reasons for under eye circles starts with seasonal allergies.

People who have allergies often have swollen or enlarged blood vessels under their eyes,

and because the skin under eyes is so thin and fragile, having swollen blue vessels right

under the surface is very noticeable.

If you've noticed that your under eye circles look worse when your allergies are flaring

up, think about starting a daily antihistamine.

Other ways to bring the swelling down include placing cold cucumbers on your eyes or even

just splashing some cold water on your face.

Because cucumbers are high in sodium, they will naturally draw fluid out from under your

skin.

You could also try an old beauty pageant trick and dab some hemorrhoid cream under your eyes.

The cream is designed to shrink blood vessels, so it will temporarily take care of those

bags.

Draw attention elsewhere

If all else fails, don't forget the cosmetics option to distract people from your deep circles.

"Let's do a makeover."

One way might be to apply white eyeliner to the inner corners of your eyes to give the

illusion of bigger and more awake-looking eyes.

Makeup experts also recommend sticking with cool colors to draw attention away from red

irritation or eye circles, so ditch the black eye pencil and opt for navy blue to brighten

things up a bit, and voila.

You'll look younger and fresher instantaneously without having to invest much time, money,

or pain into the process.

TheProject - Episode 5 - World 1-1 - Duration: 9:31.

Hello everyone, I'm W4mp3 and today we're building the very first level of TheProject.

You have voted on this episode but I don't know what you have voted right now because

I didn't even upload the fourth episode at the time of writing this part of the script

for this episode.

It's definitely a good way to write scripts, right?

Anyway, let's begin with something that I wanted to talk about in either case.

Why is the first level so special?

Well, this is the first thing you have to play.

If that level leaves a bad taste in your mouth, you probably won't enjoy the rest of the game

as much.

Many hacks start off with bad levels and seldom the rest of the hack is much better.

Okay, it's not that often that I see really bad first levels in hacks.

My goal here is to build a first level that is awesome and is very nice to you.

Before I start building though I'll check the poll I did last episode before I write

more of the script.

Let's see what you have voted, I can't wait to see the results any more...

Oh wow, really?

You really want to wait more than 8 months again to get a new TheProject Episode?

Oh well, lesson learned, never going to add "The more time consuming one" again on the

poll.

By the way, look, another one of those poll things.

This time it's about the next episode, again!

Because you didn't suggest stuff in the comments last episode I've decided to let you choose

between two things: The one, where I basically only have to do almost nothing also called

a simple Timelapse of a level or the more time consuming one: Showing you a bit behind

the scenes of TheProject.

As I know you will choose the latter one, because you really like to see me suffer.

Let's wait till it is really December, maybe the result will change.

Okay, lets see what you guys want to see this episode, I hope you didn't really chose

the more time consuming one...

Okay, lets begin.

As said earlier in this episode I talked about how important the first level is.

Let's see how Super Mario Bros. teaches you how to play the game, well, kind of.

I now simulate a person that never has played any video game before:

[Robovoice] Simulation engaged.

[Robovoice] Okay, here we go, lets start the game by accident.

Lets go, World 1-1.

We can move around with left and right.

Lets try this button, doesn't do anything.

This one pauses the game.

That button labelled B does absolutely nothing.

And this is the jump button.

We can hold the jump key to jump higher.

[Skips the whole segment because text on screen]

Okay, what was this unnecessarily long segment about?

I just could show you this list here: But that would be just too easy.

I can compress that to 3 points: - Learning Controls in a safe area

- Understanding the gameplay concept - Basic goal of each level

Keep in mind that I have no degree in video game design or whatever that is called, I

just assume that my brain works here.

Anyway, the first thing we can try in Super Mario Bros. is controlling the game in a safe

manner, as in there is no danger in moving around a bit.

We know, that the NES-Controller has a limited amount of buttons, so trying each button is

a quick process.

We can't do this nowadays with the controllers, look how many buttons there are on the Xbox-Controller.

For games that utilize those controllers there are almost always prompts on screen for you

as a help. [Below the subtitle is a prompt saying "Press X for nitro!"]

No need for our trusty old SMB and for TheProject.

The main idea for Super Mario Bros is to run to the right, dodging enemies and obstacles

to reach the end of the level.

It doesn't really variate that much throughout the game, except for the mazes in the two

dud castles and Bowsers castle.

With the Super Mario World engine we have a bit more freedom with what we can do.

How about a level where you have to collect 5 things to beat a level?

Or putting a key into a keyhole?

Or doing the thingamajig and dingsbums to badabingboom?

Oops, I've consolidated the last two points to one, oh well.

Let's see, if we can spot the same pattern with the sequel of the second Mario Bros.:

See, not hard to see what's going on.

I've checked some other games too, but I do not want to stretch this episode up to 30

minutes.

Okay, we now have our main ideas on what the first level has to be.

It's timelapse time!

Huh, already done?

Oh, okay, uhh...

That went really fast.

Let's just go to the checklist: The level is unusual easy for my taste but

it lets people warm up a bit.

I'll revise this level after I got feedback from my play testers, hope I don't have to

change stuff around.

Let's look at some parts of the Level that are a bit more interesting.

Our adventure starts at the first screen, that's here: [arrow to the thing].

Not much to talk about that, no dangerous baddies here so people can get warmed up.

Let's get to the first "dangerous" spot in this level, that one: [arrow to the thing].

This is the first test of the players skill: Dodge that shellless koopa and don't jump

stupidly into that flying red Parakoopa.

The player could have carried a goomba or a shell to make it easier.

This actually teaches the player something: Carry baddies to knockout other baddies and

use it as a small buffer just in case.

Next spot, check this one out: [arrow to the thing].

Ah, this is one nice part, it shows, that you can also retreat, when the situation gets

rough.

Look how a good player dodges that trap.

I do not have anything to say about this any more.

And that's the first level of TheProject.

Not the super final version but it's still finished.

With that I completed world 1 of TheProject, yay!

I just go over each level fixing minor stuff and send the World 1 test ROM to my playtesters.

After that I just do nothing for three months, like always.

Ponzi's they're like a Justice League and they're like all fighting and like

it's just I felt kind of like whoa about it nonetheless on the lunar events a

milk shake machine how it was like coming out it was really beautiful I

think people is good it kind of mirrors a little bit of studio ghibli that's

what I call it I know my husband's gonna maybe put the real name down there yeah

well correct me I don't care I called studio jiggly I think it's

super cute and I love their with their art style but yeah I thought this was a
