Relaxing Music for Stress Relief. Calm Music for Meditation, Healing Therapy, Sleep, Spa, Yoga - Duration: 5:58:36.
The Power of Music To Reduce Stress
The soothing power of music is well-established
It has a unique link to our emotions
so can be an extremely effective stress management tool.
Listening to music can have a tremendously relaxing effect
on our minds and bodies
especially slow, quiet classical music.
This type of music can have a beneficial effect on our physiological functions
slowing the pulse and heart rate
lowering blood pressure,
and decreasing the levels of stress hormones.
As music can absorb our attention
it acts as a distraction at the same time
it helps to explore emotions
This means it can be a great aid to meditation
helping to prevent the mind wandering.
Musical preference varies widely between individuals
so only you can decide what you like and what is suitable for each mood.
But even if you don't usually listen to classical music
it may be worth giving it a try
when selecting the most calming music.
When people are very stressed
there is a tendency to avoid actively listening to music
Perhaps it feels like a waste of time
not helping to achieve anything.
But as we know,
productivity increases when stress is reduced,
so this is another area where you can gain vast rewards
It just takes a small effort to begin with
To incorporate music into a busy life,
try playing CDs in the car,
or put the radio on when in the bath or shower.
Take portable music with you when walking the dog
or put the stereo on instead of the TV.
Singing (or shouting) along
can also be a great release of tension
and karaoke is very enjoyable
for some extroverts!
Calming music before bedtime
promotes peace and relaxation and helps to induce sleep.

FRESH VS. FROZEN KOREAN FOOD | Taste Testers | EP 78 - Duration: 7:15.
PD: Hi guys!
Hello!
Hi!
Jjajangmyeon!
Yaaaas! Oh my god jjajangmyeon is great.
Tteokbokki. Tteokbokki!
I like kimchi pancake. Okay I'm so basic, I love kimchi pancake.
Oh my god the chicken one. The...
I know tteokbokki comes frozen.
Or like, chicken.
Frozen chicken is like universal chicken.
But they add the Korean -
Frozen dumplings, where you like boil it.
Ya, I think that's the most common one.
Kimchi fried rice!
Ahhh! This is kimchi fried rice!
This one (fresh) has like big chunks of kimchi.
Straight off I'm gonna say this one's like the restaurant.
Whoa whoa whoa!
First thing that I notice right, is that this one (frozen)
seems to have less fresh ingredients than this one (fresh).
This one (frozen) doesn't really have meat, or not that I can see.
J: Oh! This one (fresh) the kimchi smell more. P: More like *clenches fist*.
This one (frozen), the scent is not as strong as this one (fresh) I feel.
Okay, this one (fresh) have more layers to the taste.
Like rice, and then there's cabbage, and then there's meat.
The kimchi tastes fresh–like crunchy.
I think the flavour from this (fresh) comes from the different ingredients.
You know frozen food, they don't really put large chunks of meat inside –
because you can't keep it for long.
That's why I'm assuming this one (frozen) is mainly just rice.
This (frozen) tastes like comfort food.
The rice is quite chewy.
It's a little flat – like the flavour's not there.
It's obviously the fresh one.
Ya this is the fresh one.
This one!
Yay!
It's about the same eh.
Maybe this one (fresh) got the kimchi on top la –
so like you eat the kimchi then you crunch crunch then "mmm".
Actually to be honest, both the flavours are similar if you just eat the rice alone.
I love kimchi pancake – oh my god!
Oh my god! Yes it's pancake!
This one (fresh) looks like someone just aligned it nicely.
Or a machine placed it all down.
This one (frozen) looks like they cook too long then stuck.
This (frozen) definitely looks more handmade.
Huh? This (fresh) smells like bread.
This smells like oil.
It smells like bread.
What bread? What bread you eat?
This one (frozen) smells like, fresh out of the pan!
I love it!
Made by a Korean chef.
Oh wait, you want to like that (cheers) right?
Ya. Thanks for remembering.
P: Oh! J: I thought there was gonna be a cheers.
Cheers!
Don't touch me!
We need soy sauce.
Producer! Where's the soy sauce?
It (fresh) has the texture of fish cake.
It (fresh) tastes like otah without the spice.
It (fresh) tastes like rubbery.
Like, a wet sponge.
You know vegetarian have like, mock meat.
Then this (fresh) is like, mock kimchi pancake.
It's a mockery!
I guess compared to what I have back at home, it's (frozen) a lot smaller.
Usually it's bigger than this, maybe the size of the plate.
I think it (frozen) also has more texture because
there's like kimchi inside it.
Kimchi taste is also stronger here (frozen).
I like that towards the edges there's crunch.
Yes crunchy!
Centre is still soft and doughy.
A bit sour from the cabbage.
This one!
Noooooo!
P: This is fresh. J: This.
No!
Wow! This one (frozen) definitely tastes way more authentic.
Broke uni students, go for this.
Just buy this and eat this!
S: I feel like I've just lost my Korean credibility.
Put myself out there,
think a hundred percent I'll get it.
Hundred percent.
Bulgogi!
S: I can't be so confident anymore. L: Bulgogi.
Ya I know right! Now I'm like second guessing.
Usually frozen food right,
they're not so good at preserving their kimchi
so they will not serve kimchi on the side.
This (frozen) is not the typical garnishes that you see -
when you go eat bulgogi rice right?
Yeah.
The meat smell stronger (fresh).
This one (fresh) smells like bulgogi.
This (frozen) is the sauce smell.
This one (frozen) doesn't smell like, authentically Korean.
Oh my god this is so good.
Eh don't finish all the kimchi!
Oh sorry I give you back.
The beef's (fresh) too tender.
It just like, disintegrates in your mouth.
Should be chewier.
This (fresh) bulgogi right, I feel that it's seasoned well.
It's not so sweet, but it's still sweet enough to be bulgogi.
When frozen meat defrosts, it's a bit –
Soft and falls apart.
Wow.
Oh my god. It's (frozen) so sweet.
I think it (frozen) tastes like beef,
but it doesn't taste like Korean fried beef.
It's just the sweetness will just like "Bam!" like that you know.
Compared to my mum's cooking, nothing alike.
Any similarities would be there's rice and beef.
This is real.
P: Whoo! J: That's right!
L: This one (frozen). S: This one (fresh).
L: Ahhh... S: Yay!
Alright I'm just trying to make assumptions based off like
what the producers will do to trick me.
Okay, if you really do want to buy frozen Korean food,
buy the pancake, don't buy this.
Ahhh!
The best thing has arrived!
Tteokbokki!
Yas I love tteokbokki!
This is the parallelogram shape that you expect from tteokbokki.
This one (fresh) has more carrots and like you know,
the garnishing of the spring onion.
This (frozen) tteokbokki right, look like macaroni that couldn't make it.
Right? It's like skinny and like don't have the centre hole.
This one (fresh) smells very sweet right?
This one (fresh) has another smell to it besides the tteokbokki sauce,
which is like, kind of a bit of sesame here and there.
This one (frozen) has the very typical Korean food smell.
What is that?
Is it the gochujang sauce?
This (frozen) smells like what is leftover at the bottom of your budae jjigae.
Still a little hard inside.
It's like it's undercooked.
Mmm...
Hear that sound!
Ew!
Okay like I feel this one is very sticky.
It's like a mochi, like a sticky mochi.
The fatness is glorious.
This one (frozen) tastes more authentic.
The taste of the tteokbokki and the actual flavouring,
it's all on point.
Very spicy, so they didn't scrimp on the sauce which is great.
Tteokbokki no taste.
It's definitely not as spicy as my mum makes it,
but I prefer this level of spice.
Sorry mum!
J: This is fresh! P: Fresh!
Whoo!
Call me the Tteokbok-King!
S: Fresh! L: Fresh one's this one.
Noooooo!
Stop lying!
Why are you cheating my feelings?
As somebody who likes tteokbokki right,
I will still eat this rarely, to once in awhile.
I was comparing to my mama's cooking!
I mean, this is pretty legit I have to say.
Yes! Many!
I'm just surprised like the kimchi pancake – oh my god!
Yes!
The pancake! Ya!
That one just blew my mind man!
I feel like I just exploded in my head!
Tteokbokki!
I've lost my confidence with a "K".
It's a "K" cause it's Korean?
Ya.
Buy the pancake for me!
Ya we obviously thought that was the fresh one.
Kimchi pancake! Tteokbokki!
Next one will probably be the kimchi fried rice.
When you don't give me the comparison with the fresh one,
I wouldn't think that it's frozen.
Well, I always expect fresh food to be better than frozen food.
So I'm really surprised that we picked the frozen food over the fresh food a couple times.
Like now I think all the different dishes, some of them can make it,
some of them like "What the hell are you doing?"
So I think if it's all the same effort then like, okay lor, not bad lor.
Some more it's very convenient.

How To Draw an Awesome Cute Mummy Trex for Halloween (any time of the year) - Duration: 36:58.
Mwahahahaha!
And you thought Dinosaurs were scary, wait until you see a mummified Dinosaur
on this very belated Halloween video, but hey... every day can be Halloween
MWAHAHAHA!!!
g'day there folks I'm Beanie, your watching Beanie draws
and I'm coming at you once again with another Halloween styled video but these videos I am going to
try my best to make them as unedited as possible yeah this didn't remain all
that unedited I may have to edit a few little bits here and there just for
the sake of timing and such but I want to try and get some relatively unedited
videos going because it is inktober it's also Halloween and I want to try and get as many
videos out as possible the more videos I can get done they take a while to edit so if
I don't have to edit them much all the better, um, I'm trying to go for a a, um, zombie
no not a zombie we've already done a zombie going for a mummified t-rex I'm kind of
roughing out a bit of a shape right now kind of treating it like it's clay, um, forming
different shapes because I have absolutely no idea at the moment how
it's gonna look when it's finished but my zombified one looked pretty good so I
am going to just assume this is gonna look good so I'm basically what I'm
doing is I'm not doing any like circles like I normally do
I'm just kind of laying out lines
cuz I kind of got an idea of how I see this in my brain I'm not gonna commit to
Inc just yet obviously that's gonna take a little while but I am kind of placing
down all these different random lines until I kinda I'm like yeah I like where
that lines landed so that's kind of what I'm doing right now and like I say to my
other zombified one this is kind of like a preview of or not really a previous
just like practice for when I eventually can live stream because yeah I have one
megabyte per second upload speed and for all those of you who don't live in
Australia probably have a hundred megabytes per second upload speed so you
can do your streaming of your games I can't do that
so yeah I'm just basically recording live videos and then waiting forever
filmed upload I all miss want hmm
now it's meant to be it's meant to be a mummy so if I don't want it to be too
animated in the hand and when I say animated obviously it's not going to be
animated but you know I wanted to have some expression if I had an editor I'd
probably do these a little bit more in the vein of of droid Jazza but I'm just
doing these just roughly quickly cuz I I want to do it's getting close to
Halloween and I didn't really do much for Halloween last year
wels October and well I've already made videos about you know how it was wasn't
exactly the best year last year or they started this year try to make the best
of what I could but you know things got in the way life got in the way and I
couldn't really I didn't really have the emotional energy to you know get the
videos that I wanted to get out done so I've done an in-depth tour tutorial
which I finally you know I finally feel like I'm back in fighting force so that
is why I want to try and get as many of these cool little fellas out for
Halloween and inktober i say I've gots my little
foot coming up I'm liking how that foots going
just doing some rough little padding I also gotta be careful not to cover my
drawing with my hand I know that's a problem that I've had in the past
but I'm liking that foot so I'm going I'm always kind of imagining it as if
it's in motion so I do have a little bit of a background in animation and I've
studied animation and I loved Disney and all that kind of stuff so I am basically
just kind of drawing this as if it was already in motion and animating and
trying to imagine how the body looks when it's in animated mode and you know
if you watch them Pixar movies especially you know all the exaggerated
movements that they make so I'm kind of going for that style I work on their
foot a bit more later but for now I kind of wanna the head is belly in frame but
I kind of want to see if I can make the head a little bit smaller perhaps
sometimes I have to pause just to think how I want the head to go okay sorry I
kind of want to give him a big nose and the other trouble with doing these
unedited videos is you gotta kind of unless I just do this as a time lapse
but you know I know some of you will want to watch how I actually did it
might do a series of time lapses maybe in among these uploads we'll see how it
go but I'm basically getting the layout of the head I don't like that lump there
get rid that lump game bridge that bit of news don't need that nose anymore
it's a mummy he doesn't need to breathe a lot of him is gonna be covered in
sheets anyway so I'm just kind of getting a gauge of where the sheets and
the what he calls the fabric or whatever it is stuff that makes his lung be a UH
a mummy a mummy all those sheets and rags and torn off bits are
gonna wear they're gonna fall that's not bad kind of one kind of what it's math
to be kind of cute so you can say that I've started I started drawing it down
there but not you know I wouldn't have to mess up a little bit and I'm actually
gonna draw a little droopy tongue I don't know I want the tribute unveiled I
want to drape your tongue there because this is in pencil it doesn't matter if I
actually draw two droopy tongues and then I can kind of when I get closer to
finishing of the piece I can sort of decide if it works better therefore
works better here or indeed if it works better here it might almost work better
there or maybe he's eating it ate octopus for all we know but for now
we'll see how that goes do mummies actually have drooping out tongues I
know zombies do I don't actually do it drop your tongue on my zombie that was a
missed opportunity I'm also gonna do a playlist I'll probably suggest it up
here somewhere I'm probably doing one playlist of Halloween themed cartoons
and just drawings in general and a playlist for my inktober Dino
towba little drawings so I'm kind of going with that kind of style do I want
to give him spikes coming out of his body I don't know
is that how I want to work it you know what after working it for a little while
I don't like that tongue so we're not gonna bother with that see as you draw
other bitch can kind of gather how you like it I'm kind of like I kind of like
it you know sort of they in the back of the
corner of the mouth so I think I will go there so I think that will be cute
there's a whole whole idea behind these you know Halloween is know for the most
part anyway Halloween I don't think is really meant to be all that dark and
serious I mean yet obviously it some people like really
really dark scary Halloween's but a lot of us just like to have fun with
Halloween especially me I like to get a little bit kooky and repeat like um the
monsters yeah the muck the early monsters movie and they're like the old
old old Addams Family shows when they're all in black and white and yeah they're
fun they're fun and camp just like the old Batman I mean I think TV shows like
I'm not that old but I think TV shows from like the 60s
and that were just more fun they weren't taking themselves so seriously it is
that speaking of just talking about TV series when you put in the comments
below what your favorite old-style cartoon or old style no sirree I didn't
Siri why did you come on go away see I can't activate my Siri by going
hey Siri or whatever it is but it will come on when I don't want it to come on
thanks so that's into interfering with my videos there
Apple sucks let's not start that argument
I've already been watching a lot of tech channels and all the drama going on with
the iPhones and the androids and all left and I'm just like bro I just want
to draw dinosaurs although we do in a little community we do have our own
little controversy of not enough feathers there's minor feathers or
whether Spinosaurus walked on two feet or 4 feet which I've already covered
fairly extensively but looking at really granted in this one but as you can see
I've crafted out my little bias walk it he looks cool just like that as its own
little you know creature design but now I want to put in some of these bandages
that's what I was looking for bandage see an ad language and actually some of
these bandages going through I think that actually the bandages the spikes
could probably get in the way of the bandages but well we shall see
put a bandaged line around there maybe we'll have a bandage around there
bandage there and of course I'm gonna be inking this up first I got to decide
where my little bandage is gonna go now that I finally know that's called
bandages oh my god how did I not know that
and I kind of want to go slightly over the top but not completely over the top
of these bandages chances are I'll be talking about the bandage if I say
bandage enough I'll remember to say bandages but for now I'm just kind of
deciding where I think these curves and as you can see I'm kind of drawing these
curves and cross lines and just the lines themselves to the contours of its
little body and I'd like to sort of you can like you can see how I'm drawing the
lines kind of underneath some of the lines and that makes it look like that
the bandages are laying you just have like little line there little line there
the problem though is I'm getting a little bit overboard with the lines like
you can see I've been doing really messing with my lines cuz I like to
sketch it out and rough it out like that but there is potential lead the danger
of making your work a little bit too messy to the point where you kind of
confuse yourself or at least I can fuse myself sometimes so that's why you want
to try to avoid but still it's pencil so it's not the end of the world and I do
want to ink this up again inktober curious to know whether people will
still be watching these videos after inktober and after Halloween because you
know for me for someone like me who's grown up in the goth scene and growing
up in the industrial rock scene you know I I'd like to think that
Halloween can be all the time sometimes I go from little tangents and I'm gonna
put a little little oh man it's got messy up here it's got a really mess up
you know it's not too shadowy sometimes it gets a little bit shadowy and my
lighting gets a little bit off so if it's kind of hard to see right now I
apologize again trying to keep this quick and rough I'll make a bandage say
yeah and I think do I want this eye to be I
don't want it to be like oh yeah well having a glowing red I actually don't
know how that's going to work in ink but I probably will do a slight coloring at
the end because it's bandages it's not gonna be totally um you don't have to
worry about too much better give it like a nice just glowing red I just gonna put
some the lines around there just to kind of remind myself that's meant to be a
glowing eye the tongue is good I'm gonna keep the tooth over the tongue I'm gonna
keep a hole there for the bandage that works don't have to have bandages all
over the dinosaur and I'm gonna have some of the bandages like kind of
drooping so maybe that bandage goes over that other bandage underneath so if it
goes under that might work a bit better it's almost like it's a tiger t-rex and
let me know in the comments below if you like these little cartoon t-rexes
because I really love doing them they're fun and I was planning on drawing it I
will soon but I think this is gonna come out before the other idea but um I am
going to be doing a vampire Dilophosaurus and I'm quite excited to
draw that so half the time I'm not even fully thinking about where these drapes
and bandages there go yeah I forgot where
these bandages are gonna go but um it was kind of clunking them in without too
huge care it's also like rent yes like such a mangled mess of lines so I
apologize if you actually do want to follow along this will make a lot more
sense once the ink is down and hopefully I don't mess it up gonna put a bandage
actually in between the toes I think that will work
so I've done a line in between and then let this to cover that bandage doesn't
matter if you draw over some the other toes cuz you can just do that and then
I'll draw the bandages coming around the foot yes that works that works I like it
I like it this is working quite well I'm liking this this new lease of life of
art that I've got after living with so much anxiety for the last couple of
months well actually last few years really being a bit of a rough been a bit
of a rough year or two so it's nice to let loose and unwind and kind of relax
finally sometimes you just want to you know relax and have some fun and that is
what we're doing so I I also saw in one my other comments where my followers he
unfortunately or she unfortunately lost their job which was you know sad and bad
news to hear I'm sure they'll find another job soon enough
but the fact that they said that this was a nice distraction for them and
really that's kind of what I asked really what that the whole point of this
channel is about like I don't really do this for the views
well like it will do for the views and will do for the subscribers but like you
know I am happy to get whatever views and subscribers that I get I don't make
a big song and dance about you know how many like if I'm not getting enough
doesn't bother me too much what I do it for but the reason why I love doing
these drawings and doing these videos is I just love hearing the stories like you
know how I've made a positive impact cuz that's basically what I want to do with
my life really just make people happy I know how you know how much of a struggle
my life is bein and sometimes you just want to de-stress relax and have a nice
distraction from the from the harsh world sorry that is the point of what I
do distracting you sometimes Mar just
distracts myself and that is why I do what I do so if you like that - I really
appreciate you and I hope you enjoying this if you are give it a big old smash
of likes if you haven't subscribed already
I don't know what you're doing you should probably hit that subscribe
button then talking like I'm up myself there then I fear if you're new here and
you just like when I've watched a few videos like I don't subscribe to people
right away I usually na check out a couple of their videos you want to watch
like say B maybe five or so videos before you kind of get the gist of if
you think yeah yeah I think I think I'm gonna enjoy sticking sticking around for
this channel so you know if you've watched a few of my videos and you like
this and you you know you want to stay around I'd really pre hit that subscribe
but you know on the same token if you just want to watch if you don't feel
like subscribing but enjoy watching this because on the other I will go on a
slight tangent but I have noticed that once I've subscribed to channels that I
really likes like I've seen a few of their videos recommended once I am
subscribed to the channel I stopped getting the the videos recommended so
sometimes I'm like well if I'm if I subscribe I might look at some of the
videos so I sometimes don't subscribe just so I can see their videos it's a
problem with YouTube but anyway enough of that we're going to move on to the
ink side of things now alright I'm back and I've got myself some ink pens
because it wouldn't be inktober without some ink going on might also hear that
there's some birds outside there's not much I can really do about that so we're
just gonna have to enjoy them as some background music it's gonna fix up a few
of these little bandages as we forgot what they are called before but now we
are going to do some ink äj-- got the point one the point three and the point
eight start off for the point one usually the best one stuff with there's
a point three and like the other ink drawing I did the other day I'm just
gonna sort of ease into it and also my pain is costing a lot of shadow which is
kind of annoying we'll just have to deal with the light that we've got I'm just
gonna ink in bits and pieces so much like my drawing style as you saw
previously my inking style kind of guys all over the place basically because I
like to put in bits and pieces just for proportions and see where things need to
be built up it's not typically a meant to draw well there are no real rules to
drawing but generally people just you know they stick to one area sometimes I
do that just depends how I feel but I'm also thinking I don't know if this is
gonna be more of a comedy graphic book style probably in the same vein as my
zombie that's what it was I had to remember there for a moment this may
actually end up is just a time lapse if you're wondering what pins these are
their uni pin fineliners I stink they're pretty common around the world but if
not I'll try to remember to put a link down I'll try not to cover what
I'm drawing while I'm drawing it cuz I know that's a problem that I sometimes
have so when I recorded this part I was trying to figure out things of what to
say while in king and king is an incredibly long process to do so while I
was hoping to make this part informative when I was talking about it you're not
really missing out on much so unless you really want to see the slow rambling
version of this which if you do leave down in comments below I might just make
that a they are private or an unlisted video otherwise you probably just enjoy
this is nothing really you're missing out on in terms of information and I've
zoomed in enough so you can actually see what I'm doing and don't forget if you
want to see this slowed down you can always slow it down in your YouTube
player as well so keep that in mind but until it gets of coloring section enjoy
this little bit of time-lapse
it's time to start coloring in this little bad boy
for this we're not gonna be using much in terms of color basically it's gonna
be keeping it that maybe a little bit of a brown for the bandages we've also got
a bit of grey and for the skin it's mostly just gonna be greens and greens
these are faber castell I went to town about talking about my love for faber
castell they're no sponsor hopefully one day they shall be for now I just enjoy
using their products and we're going to basically be having bits of dinosaur
green popping out through bits of beige well I want to have like bits of um
docile popping out so probably like so we definitely have some grain here so
we've got that bit of green bit of green there gonna be a green in there as well
now that's gonna be bandaged that's a good thing about having it in super a
light layer of lid and you don't have to worry about too much LED going down so
I'm gonna put a little bit of green there I think we'll probably have a
slither of green in there we're gonna have green and that's but yes he'll of
green in that spot and a little bit of grain popping up in there
yeah some green showing up through the toe that too is gonna be mostly green
and some green in there cuz we don't have any bandaged lines they're safe to
make it a little bit dark around the spots I might leave that leg completely
bandaged up we're gonna have the arm and the body green around there green in the
arms and the hands and green and the fingers actually darken up some of the
areas that I'm happy to have green now look how fast my hands going right now I
mean damn that's right I also wanted to do the eye as a glowing red
we just want a light layer surrounding the bandage and then a dark make it dark
around there and I do want some glowing orange in there bit of glowing red there
yep that's good then we're gonna get out darker green and just put in some
shadows shadow up in there this is the dark green so we don't want the greens
to be like black or whatever I don't even know if I'll put up the black layer
in there I may well we'll see you can see I'm
using this green as a bit of a shudder put some shadow under the fingers in
between the twos so you know I mean I'm gonna put it a bit of green in there
gonna make this a little bit more vivid green but now I'm going to use a bit of
yellowy Brown and I'm just gonna go in very lightly around the edges sometimes
in the corner so you can get some shading going on in there
basically just use this it's kind of like a shutter maybe a little bit of an
outer edge there definitely some shadows I've been there you want to keep it
light very around these spots a bit of a brown in that spot down here it can be a
little bit more shadowy and then I'm gonna put a little bit of the brownie in
the between there cuz that's a bit of a shadowy spot we have a shadowy spot
there and I go from dark and then light so I was good to have like a little bit
shadow sometimes you need the lines I mean it's not a huge amount of color but
it's just that little bit of you I'm actually starting to think that a bit of
brown can actually work in the shadows as well so I'll do that once I've
finished putting some of this baiji brownie yellow in there so don't want
too much of the green dye so just want a little bits of it popping
and the more I look at that the more I want a little bit of purple want more
purples or what more blue maybe I'll do a combination the birth around there
along these spikes and now let's put a little bit of purple in there oh there
you go that purple will really help get that
vividness in there gives it that a little bit of a cartoony vibe that you
want went a little bit outside the lines but sometimes you could be lucky enough
to actually a raise if ya see if you haven't gone too hard on the pressure in
some of those areas you can laced with Faber Castell anyway you can actually
erase some of the coloring that's not the reason why I like to favor car sell
if you mess up a little bit you do have a little bit of leeway and now we're
gonna get back to this that's a race a little bit of that which we can I'm
gonna put some grain in there see if the green works a bit better yeah okay I've
seen that works better put a bit of black in there and whoa got the Black
and Liezel do the nails claws that seems to be working pretty well put in a nice
little red tongue in there I was tempted to make the tongue a little bit green
but I'm not sure I didn't actually know what would happen if he mix red with
grain thing it gives you a bit of a brown color you know what let's live
dangerously let's try let's see what happens if you
put a bit of green in there it doesn't make it look sick but I guess you know
mummies are not exactly among the world of the living so it's not that
far-fetched to make it a bit of a green sick tongue and won't matter I'm
actually just gonna chuck in some little scales in there just cuz I can and
sometimes I like to add a few little scales like this because why not it's a
little bit of extra depth and detail I think it's also something that um Pixar
do as well they have little bits of especially with the dinosaurs I had like
little things like that it's very subtle subtlety is key unless you're a
Brachiosaurus or a t-rex that likes to jump on things in which case subtlety
doesn't really go in your nature kind of almost want to find something a little
bit darker than that good put some little splotches but I'm definitely
putting these little bits of brown around the edges because they work as an
less subtle bit of shadow I think we need to do a little bit more with the
eye actually because with the white part it didn't really I don't know it needs a
little bit of don't think we really need too much black in here so yeah repeat
after me and emphasis on the oh hey stuff yeah it's looking all right kids
in Australians we don't really say all right what we do but satirically fun if
you want to say all right like an Aussie go oh yeah it's all right I'll just add
it a little bit of black shading even I said I wasn't going to it's looking cute
there I like him I want to try and get these out as stickers to think that
would be pretty gnarly fun fact they are available as of
stickers now and as t-shirts link down in the description below and then I'm
just gonna give him some yellow teeth cuz you know tarsals don't brush their
teeth a little bit in there makes it kind of makes it more look like he's got
gold teeth maybe it's a grill wearing tea decks and Nate's a little bit more
just in here I think just a little bit more color in there let's see if I can
do this try to erase look at that that was pretty damn easy I put in a yellow
tooth in there you know what I'm gonna get rid of the green in the tongue I
think the green and the brown tongue made it a bit gross maybe we'll make it
a bit more pale oh oh that's better so I think that's pretty much done let
me know in the comments below what you thought of this little fella if you want
to get yourself a copy of him like I said links are down in the description
below otherwise if you like what you've seen here think about subscribing and

How The F#@# Do You Find Your Passion?! (*cough* ENFPs *cough*) - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 7:32.
Hey Dan here and in this video I want to answer a question Mazeen sent in about
how do you find your passion. Surprisingly, I don't really have a video
dedicated to this topic which is weird because here at Dreams Around The World
our mission is to help you become the best version of yourself all while
creating the most awesome life possible for you and those you love, so you'd think
that I would have covered finding your passion but I haven't yet so here we go.
Now the way I found my passion is actually when I was 24 I went on a
six-month journey to Tibet where I studied with these monks and they taught
me to meditate no no I you know how I found my passion I did a lot of shit I
made a lot of mistakes and eventually I was like huh
I think I know what I like now this is seriously true especially if you are an
idealist maybe an ENFP if you're watching this channel if you're watching
this video there's a good chance you are an ENFP or an INFP you're going to
you're going to learn what you like through experience you're going to
figure out what you're good at through experience now here's the weird
thing with this though is probably you already know what your passion is you
just don't know you know let me give you an example is I've figured out now I'm
pretty confident my passion is helping people who want to make a change in
their life and primarily people who want to work for themselves
and in like a good way they're not trying to rip people off or have like a
financial trading business but they're people who have a passion like they want
to do something involving other people and it took me a while to get around to
doing that and knowing that that was my passion but I look back and there's
hints going back to when I was like 12 years old when I was 12 years old I grew
up in the city called Steveston it's a like Japanese fishing village in Canada
and like there were horses and stuff now it's quite developed but it was like a
small town and I remember in the town like when business
would close down it would make me sad if I saw a business that you know was there
and then it's had that out of business sign it would like actually upset me I
don't think that should upset a 12 year old 12 year olds aren't usually like huh
that guy went after his dream and then he failed and okay well I'm sad now
right they're sad if like a horse dies or whatever but I remember that
distinctly I even remember I started a business when we were me and a friend
were 13 helping businesses by doing their advertising for them so the
passion was there and then I ignored it all through like age 14 through early
20s when I was like I need to work in marketing I need a corporate job
retirement pension this is what people say pays well I ignored that all and
then through my 20s did a bunch of other things and then eventually I was like
huh I'm pretty sure the thing I really liked doing when I was 12 is the same
thing that I like doing but it may be a slightly different capacity I could also
find hints for like in casual conversations if I was out on a date I
can tell you many dates I have had where it started as a date and by the end of
it she's like so I should quit my job and then start this business right it's
like how did that happen and it was that that is a passion of mine and it would
come out in other situations and that ultimately one of the things that has
really helped me personally get clarity on what it is I want to do and how I
want to spend my life and not only to have the clarity but to have the
commitment to it because I'm so sure that this is what I love doing that I
don't like second-guess it all the time although I do still think about getting
into comedy acting and doing stand-up and that's kind of on the back burner so
I'm not a hundred percent committed but I'm like 90 percent committed is that
I've done a lot of other things I've made a lot of mistakes I've done some
things well I've traveled a lot I've started businesses I failed businesses I
and business partnerships I've had failed business partnerships I've done a
lot of different things I've went to a lot of events I've done a lot of
training all this adds up to a ton of experience which allows me to improve my
intuition to improve my sense of what I want to do with my life because I can
actually reference back I'm older now and I say how old I am but I can
remember in my you know early 20s mid 20s I don't know if I could have just
picked something and done it like even if even if someone had have said to me
you have to go work with small businesses who are passionate and help
them I might have been like no I can't commit to that there's so many things I
want to do it just I don't know if I could have committed to it so I did a
lot of things and then I figured out what I wanted to do and that has really
helped the thing again is you've got to do stuff and there's a rule I may have
talked about in some other videos I call the 70% rule basically if you're 70
percent sure of something do it see what happened it just get more clear the
worst thing you can do is sit around and do nothing waiting for some monk or some
guru on YouTube to tell you what your passion is and then suddenly you'll be
like oh now I know I've been I've had a tarot card reading and I know that my
passion is coming to bla bla bla it no it's not gonna happen if it does it's
weird and you just don't do that you're going to figure out your passion doing
things so don't sit around follow your gut now whatever you think you should do
is probably what you should do you're just not sure yet because you don't have
enough experience so go for that thing try it one of two things will happen
you'll be like yeah this is my passion this is really cool an awesome or man
that sucked I hated doing that and I totally screwed it up guess what now you
know a lot more and the next thing you try you'll probably be like 75 or 80
percent sure that's it so my awesome advice for how to find your passion I'm
sure you came here you're like I hope he has a formula and I can just like fill
out a spreadsheet and it will tell me what to do with the rest of my life no
but here's a good news especially if you're an adventurer
seeking ENFP is basically my advice here is do a lot of things screw up a lot
have a ton of fun and experiences and then you're gonna figure out your
passion in there somewhere thank you for watching as always please

Seth Reveals What His Kids Are Dressing Up as for Halloween - Duration: 2:20.
-It's hard not to blame my two children
for the fact that I have a cold,
but I don't want you guys to blame them.
It's not their fault.
[ Laughter ]
[ Fresh laughter ]
It's Halloween and it's so exciting when you have kids.
We have a 2.5-year-old and a half-year-old
[ Laughter ] and our 2.5-year-old,
in the run-up to Halloween, we kept saying to our son Ashe,
"Ashe, what do you want to be for Halloween?"
We wanted, as parents, we wanted him to choose.
But it didn't seem like it was quite sinking in
that he had the power of that choice 'cause we would say,
"Ashe, what do you wanna be for Halloween?
And he would go, "What? What Ashe gonna be?"
He would just say it like that. [ Laughter ]
So, ultimately, it got too close and we realized,
all right, we'll just choose for him.
He obviously doesn't care, one way or the other.
So we decided we'd get him a pizza costume.
So, we got the pizza costume and, two days ago,
we said to Ashe -- We were so excited to show it to him.
We go, "Ashe do you wanna know
what you're gonna be for Halloween?
And he says, I swear to God, we'd asked him 100 times.
He goes, "Ashe wanna be a lion, rah! With a tail!"
[ Laughter and applause ]
[wearily] What?
[ Laughter continues ]
So, if you see him,
he's a lion disguised as a piece of pizza.
[ Laughter ]
So here is -- We told him to be a lion
in a pizza costume and there he is.
-Audience: Awww!
[ Applause and whistling ]
Um.
[ Applause continues ]
-Our son Axel,
cotton candy, boom.
-Audience: Awww!
[ Applause ]
-Also, for those of you who don't know,
if you haven't heard, my wife --
Our son Axel was born in the lobby of our building.
-Oh, wow. -That wasn't the plan.
It just -- it happened. [ Laughter ]
But we did for real have to call 911
because my wife had the baby in the lobby
and so, like firemen were basically
the first people who helped deliver our baby.
-Audience: Awww! -And there's Axel.
He's totally fine. There's my wife.
There's me. I'm in a great mood.
[ Laughter ] And I will say, when you have --
And I told the story on the show and when you have a baby
in the lobby and firemen are involved,
people send you a lotta fireman costumes,
so Ashe also had a fireman costume
and my wife took him [laughing] down to the lobby this morning
to relive the moment, so, there's my wife.
[ Laughter ]
A lot more chill.
A lot more chill today.

TROSSTHEGIANT - Got It (ft. Charlie Powers) [CC Lyrics] - Duration: 3:27.
[Hook: Charlie Powers] I got it, I got it
Radio probably won't play me like that But I got it, I got it
Hear it on your story I got it, I got it
Know you probably play me on the way home (way home)
I got it, I got it Right
[Verse 1: TROSSTHEGIANT] Periodically, I'm fallin' back into these
mood swings Mood ring blue, pshhh, I don't wanna do things
Permanent [?] where the menace it's Callousin' his hands 'til they perish
And they'll swear it comes like air to him Tone fluctuation, heat persistent, be imperative
I'm taking care of this The way I stare at it's embarassin'
Spittin' heat like my brisk mixed with kerosene Make rappers look like parodies, big slick
just barely And with a glance at my stance, future's obvious
Even at my peak I ain't gon' never reach no prominence
I ponder if it's common sense, either way The consequences takin' tolls on my conscience
It's why Misanthropics is more than just a topic
To drop a project, I really feel that what I deposit
Is being tossed instead of coveted, no defence who runnin'
Wit' what we were strugglin' Trash is the movement 'til we done with it

[Hook x2: Charlie Powers] I got it, I got it
Radio probably won't play me like that But I got it, I got it
Hear it on your story I got it, I got it
Know you probably play me on the way home (way home)
I got it, I got it Right
I got it, I got it Radio probably won't play me like that But I got it, I got it Hear it on your story I got it, I got it Know you probably play me on the way home (way home) I got it, I got it Right
[Verse 2: Charlie Powers] (Ladies and gentlemen)
I can't entertain these rappers fallin' off They think I been partin' in my songs
Talkin' big things, knockin' on the door I cannot give baby girl another thought
If you wanna stay, gon' have to come along Nothin' you can say, make a record, then I'm
gone I can be a man when I'm all done
I can't let you wait, ceiling might not come She said that I'm bad
Said that she down Oh I like that
Like how that sounds Hope she know that
She deserve vows If she stick around, I'mma write that down
She said that I'm bad Said that she down
Oh I like that Like how that sounds
Hope she know that She deserve vows
If she stick around, I'mma write that down
[Hook: Charlie Powers] I got it, I got it
Radio probably won't play me like that But I got it, I got it
Hear it on your story I got it, I got it
Know you probably play me on the way home (way home)
