Revtel, Magic & Assassins - Call To Arms #4 | Artifact Lore - Duration: 12:34.

Whats popping gamers?

Whats revtel and the tyler estate, whos the merchant kings, and whats up with all these

assassins?

Also bonus – what does the next set icon mean?

Ok So, revtel is a vast nation, so big in fact that they need wildwing messengers to

communicate between the capital and the rest of the nation.

It is ruled by 3 merchant kings – the brass herald, lord sunbreeze and kwerthias, all

of which I will come back to.

The capital of revtel, at least I think, is weeping rose.

Its always night time in weeping rose, that way the quorum can harness the magic power

of the stars.

Outside revtel it's the sapphire conclave, including Pierpont, that is the magic authority.

But inside revtel, according to vanessa, it's the quorum whos in charge, and sends those

who disobey to the tyler estate.

The quorum sends naughty magic abusers to the Tyler estate for imprisonment and punishment,

and its silencer who is the warden.

Anti-mage also works for the tyler estate, and hunts down bad wizards.

We can see in the card howling mind and arcane censure just how awful it is to be a tyler

estate prisoner.

Vanessa, Pierpont and the sapphire conclave are particularily interesting, because they

have been seen in the drew wolf unreleased game art.

Weeping rose the capital of revtel, and the quorum I mentioned, is summed up pretty well

by emissary of the quorum.

Ok so that's the basics of revtel, now lets get to the 3 big cities within the nation,

each ruled by a merchant king.

Theres weeping rose that we have touched on, where lord sunbreeze rules.

Then theres iron fog, where the brass herald reigns.

And lastly – this might shock you as it did me because I really had to dig to realize

this – the last kingdom is SLOM.

For any dota lore nerds, this one is gonna be juicy.

Slom is, or was, ruled by kwerthias, one of the merchant kings, who was assassinated by

the sisters of the veil.

This caused revtel to now be at war with the sisterhood, and it was also much to the distress

of debbi the cunning.

Because she had also planned on an assassination of lord sunbreeze to be noticed by the jasper

circle, but didn't want the veiled sisters to get the credit for it.

Phantom assassin from the veiled sisterhood doesn't worry about revtels anger though,

as we saw in murder plot.

kwerthias may have been, unlike the other two merchant kings, a good man.

Gondar has this to say: (payday) and the brass herald, also one of the 3 merchant kings,

mourns kwerthias.

PA speaks of the new merchant king that will rise, which we have no idea who could be.

It may be the relic slayer losel, who we will get back to, OR it could be lycan… it could

also be that kwerthias is in fact the last king of slom.

But that's in my theory, which I will tell you after we talk about weeping rose and iron

fog.

The second merchant king lord sunbreeze is mireska the dark willows father, and he rules

weeping rose, the capital of revtel.

Also in weeping rose we have white spire, the tyler estate and the burnt hall, the latter

where they keep cursed artifacts.

Lord sunbreeze has sent Gondar the bounty hunter to hunt down his daughter.

Dark willow is running away after burning down her fathers estate, and also maybe stealing

an important artifact or three.

meepos story intertwines with this, because hes in some pretty deep shit after gambling

at the courier races of white spire.

In order to avoid getting killed for his debt he cant pay, he plans to free dark willow

from bounty hunter so she owes him.

meepo is in trouble with not only the jasper circle assassins, but also the ravenhooks.

The ravenhooks we don't know much about, other than that they are either thiefs or

anti-thiefs or I don't know what the heck. (ravenhook) it might be ravenhook is talking

to dark willow, but I don't know who would send him after her.

Her father already sent Gondar.

The jasper circle, however, we do know a little about.

They are assassins for hire, and are led by lorlin lasan, and it's the faction debbi

the cunning wanted to join.

Slark is also a jasper circle assassin, and we see him in both (dirty deeds) and (gank).

The jasper circle doesn't only do assassinations by the way, they are also described as a spy

ring.

Lorlin Lasan also has an interesting other relationship with a very confusing character

called losel.

the only other places we have references, is revtel convoy, where we know he is terrorizing

iron fog.

We also know from murder plot a relic slayer is growing bolder in iron fog.

A relic slayer?

Lets get my boy drew wolfs art out again real quick.

Sound familiar?

I think losel may be the new merchant king on the rise, but this is just my gut feeling.

I don't actually have a clue.

But look at vanessa, mazzie, pierpont and jolixia.

These have all been added to artifact.

Also, look at knogh… we will come back to knogh in another video.

But either way, losel the relic slayer seems to be some sort of machine, which fits well

with Iron fog, the next kingdom of revtel.

The third merchant king is the brass herald – the king of iron fog. because he is the

KING of iron fog, I don't think iron fog is just a mine or a small labor camp or something.

I think it's a city, within revtel, where morals are even more loose than in weeping

rose.

Weeping rose are very liberal when it comes to magic, and are known to be a bit shady,

but they are nothing compared to the horrifying iron fog.

Some sources, including the card slay, hints at the city having machines of some sort that

do terrible things.

Revtel investments gives us a hint at the 3 merchant kings.

they have each their way of doing business.

Iron fog and the brass herald with slave labor, lord sunbreeze and weeping rose with magic,

the tyler estate and the emissary maybe, and kwerthias in slom, where there was a strict

caste system.

Now – lets dig into slom, lycan and beastmaster.

By the way, someone on reddit recently found the set icon for the next expansion, which

is nice to have in mind as I explain.

so first of all – why do I think the last kingdom of revtel is slom?

Its not explicitly written on any card, we only know theres a third unnamed kingdom.

But while we don't know the name, we know a few things about kwerthias and his death.

Lets look again at rampaging hellbear.

He took great pride in his "MENAGERIE".

Where have I heard this before?

Lets bring out beastmaster, and no, not from artifact.

From dota 2.

"Karroch was born a child of the stocks.

His mother died in childbirth; his father, a farrier for the Last King of Slom, was trampled

to death when Karroch was five.

Afterward Karroch was indentured to the king's menagerie, where he grew up among all the

beasts of the royal court: lions, apes, fell-deer, and things less known, things barely believed

in.»

beastmaster was indentured to the kings MENAGERIE.

In English, this means he worked at his kings personal zoo.

The story on hellbear crippler is saying that phantom assassin let kwerthias' pets loose,

and then while they were distracted by the rampaging animals, she slit the kings throat.

But what if PA didn't free the animals, in fact it was beastmaster who did and then

PA took advantage of the opportunity?

Look at this second cut from Beastmasters dota 2 lore:

"He incited the animals of the court to rebel and threw open their cages to set them

amok on the palace grounds.

The Last King was mauled in the mayhem.»

it doesn't say he was mauled specifically by the trampling animals.

PA setting the animals free is only the brass heralds words.

What if hes not aware of what actually happened?

What if beastmaster freed the animals, and then PA did the assassination?

Beastmasters lore in artifact is set at a different time from kwerthias' assassination,

much much later!

Because he was only a boy when the last king of slom, kwerthias, was killed.

The story in revtel is in fact way before the story in roseleaf!

Still not convinced kwerthias was the king of slom?

Lets look at LYCAN, who also happens to be in artifact, but his story mysteriously doesn't

intertwine with anyone.

The ONLY thing we have connecting lycans artifact lore to anything, is that it includes SLOM,

and that the house of ambrys emblem might be the second sets icon, like call to arms.

Lycan is from the house of ambry, as we see in his card text and unearthed secrets.

In his artifact lore we only know that his family were nobles and good guys, who were

killed.

But if we just like with beastmaster take a peak at his dota 2 lore, everything suddenly

makes sense.

Heres a few snips from his dota bio: "Banehallow was noble-born to the house

of Ambry, the greatest of the landed castes in the old kingdom of Slom.

Before the Fall, as the King's wants grew strange, and his court grew crowded with sorcerers

and charlatans, the house of Ambry was the first to rise against the avarice of the throne.

No longer willing to pay homage and fealty, they instead sent six-thousand swords into

the capital, where they were wiped out in the Massacre of the Apostates.

… Enraged by the betrayal, the king exterminated the vast Ambry bloodline, sparing only the

lord of the house and his youngest son, Banehallow.

Before all the royal court, with the disgraced lord chained to the ornate marble floor, the

King bade his magicians transform the boy into a wolf so that he might tear out his

own father's throat.

… his spirit remained intact, and instead of biting the exposed neck of his father,

he attacked his handlers, tearing them to pieces.

A dozen of the King's knights perished under the wolf's teeth before they managed to drive

it off into the night."

So his father rebelled against the king of slom, the same king mind you from beastmasters

lore, after the king was evidently mad because of his personal zoo and surrounding himself

with sorcerers.

the king of slom, who we now know is kwerthias, stopped the rebellion and killed everyone

in lycans family except his father.

Then the sorcerers turned lycan into, well, a lycan, and tried to make him execute his

own father.

But instead lycan escaped, the last son of house ambry.

The fact that the third kingdom of revtel needs a new king, and the fact that they put

lycan into this story while specifically calling him "the last son of house ambry", makes

me think that maybe its because lycan will be the one to take the throne.

Especially considering the leaked icon for the second expansion, maybe it will be lycans

fight up the hierarchy?

However, he is seeking out revenge, so maybe not.

Also, in the dota 2 lore, the king of slom is referred to as the LAST king of slom, so

maybe there never will be a new king as the artifact story develops.

who knows, but either way, the assassinated king kwerthias being the king of slom, is

sooo satisfying to me.

So many dots connected.

Road Trip #341 - I-59 North - Alabama Mile 71-97 (Tuscaloosa) - Duration: 12:09.

Welcome back to 504 Road Trips! Today we begin our drive just inside the

city limits of Tuscaloosa Alabama, heading east on I-59 and north on I-20.

At Exit 71B, the I-359 spur extends north into the city.

Tuscaloosa is the county seat of Tuscaloosa County located on the Black

Warrior River. Tuscaloosa is the fifth largest city in Alabama, with an

estimated population of 100,287 as of 2017.

Tuscaloosa has been traditionally known as the "Druid City", because of the

numerous Water Oaks planted in its downtown streets since the 1840s. The

city has become known nationally for the sports successes of the University of

Alabama--particularly in football. City leaders adopted the moniker of "The City

of Champions" after the Alabama Crimson Tide football team won the BCS National

Championship in their 2009, 2011, and again in their 2012 seasons. In 2008 the

city of Tuscaloosa hosted the USA Olympic triathlon trials for the Beijing

Games. In recent years Tuscaloosa has been named the most livable city in

America, one of America's 100 best communities for young people, and one of

the 50 best college towns, and one of the best places to launch a small business.

Exit 89 is labeled Mercedes Drive, which continues along I-59. The intersecting

street at the exit is Daimler-Benz Boulevard. This area is the location of

the first Mercedes-Benz automotive assembly plant in the United States

opened in 1997. The plant is located on 1,000 acres of land donated by the state

of Alabama. The land was donated as part of the bid by Alabama to win the

contract with Mercedes. The plant includes multiple test tracks, both

on-road and off-road. Located on the property is the Mercedes-Benz Visitor

Center which includes a museum showcasing cars throughout mercedes-benz

history. Cars within this collection are rotated out as needed. As of November

2014, there was a Formula One car originally driven by Michael Schumacher

located inside. Guests can reserve ahead for plant tours. Admission to the visitor

center is free. Plant tours are $5.

The Many Secrets Prince Tried To Hide - Duration: 5:13.

Prince may have lived a rich and glamorous life, but he was also notoriously private.

In the wake of his untimely death in April 2016, unexpected revelations about The Purple

One's life started coming to light.

These are the many secrets Prince tried to hide.

Secret child

Of all the secrets Prince kept in his life, arguably the most heavily guarded was the

birth of his son in 1996.

At the time, tabloids were running rampant with rumors that the baby had been born with

health problems or birth defects.

Eventually, the media circus grew so crazy that Prince's record company finally acknowledged

that, yes, Prince and his then-wife, Mayte Garcia, had welcomed a child.

Media outlets then began reporting that the child had died.

The Minneapolis Star-Tribune obtained what they reported to be the child's death certificate,

on which the baby's name was listed as "Boy Gregory."

It was also reported that the child had died seven days after birth from Pfeiffer syndrome,

a rare skull deformity resulting from a genetic mutation.

Garcia later wrote in her memoir that they had named their son Amiir and that she believed

Prince never got over their son's death.

Wife's miscarriage

Mayte Garcia also suffered a miscarriage shortly after the birth and death of Amiir.

The trauma from losing two children had devastating effects on the couple's relationship and may

have become a catalyst for their split.

Speaking to The Mirror in 2015, Garcia revealed that it took her "at least 15 years" to get

over the loss of her son.

She also said,

"I believe a child dying between a couple either makes you stronger or it doesn't.

For me, it was very, very hard to move forward and for us as a couple I think it probably

broke us."

Garcia further revealed that the miscarriage left her "physically distraught."

For her, every day in the wake of that loss "was a struggle even to breathe."

"I think he thought because we lost our two children, two babies, that I wasn't the one."

Did Prince have a problem?

In the wake of Prince's death, the Star-Tribune reported that police were investigating the

role that prescription meds might have played in the singer's demise.

Among the areas of investigation: the emergency landing that Prince's private plane made in

Illinois just six days before his death.

He was rushed to a hospital and given an emergency "save shot" typically administered to counteract

the effects of an opioid.

Amid the police investigation, two reports from the Star-Tribune seemed to confirm that

Prince was battling an opiate addiction.

One story said Prince was being treated by a physician for withdrawal symptoms several

weeks before his death.

Another reported that he was scheduled to meet with a California doctor to help kick

his painkiller addiction one day after his death.

Six weeks after Prince's death, the Midwest Medical Examiner's Office confirmed that he

died from an accidental opioid overdose.

He had taken too much fentanyl, a controlled substance with a high risk for addiction that

is used to treat severe pain.

Messy finances

The absence of a will sent Prince's surviving family members into a frenzy as they began

to sort out an inheritance.

According to information obtained by TMZ, Prince's business affairs had been in disarray

for years.

It was "virtually impossible" to get his signature on any legal documents because he felt he

had been "screwed over" by people in the past.

Also, his closest advisors were "beautiful, 20-something women, all models with no experience

in anything" pertaining to financial security.

The singer's heirs would potentially be his six surviving siblings.

But two years after his death, none of them had yet to inherit any part of his estimated

$200 million estate.

"You know, they always say, you know, they're fighting.

No, we're not fighting.

The lawyers might be fighting on our behalf, but we personally are not fighting."

Secret music stash

In the basement of his Paisley Park studio, Prince kept a secret vault that only the closest

members of his inner circle were privy to.

Following the singer's death, the Carver County Sheriff's office released photos from inside

the vault, and it was jam-packed with some hidden treasures.

These included reel-to-reel tapes of classic albums, rare footage on VHS, "endless Batman-inspired

works," a duet with Michael Jackson, 67 gold bars valued at $840,000, and 47 pairs of high-heeled

ankle boots.

Incredibly, the vault also included what archivists claimed was enough recorded music to release

a posthumous album "every year for the next 100 years."

And, thankfully, fans are already getting to enjoy some of the previously unreleased

tunes.

Prince's first posthumous album, Piano and a Microphone 1983, was released in September

2018, and a digital album is slated for release in 2019 through the streaming service Tidal.

Alleged depression

At the time of his death, Prince was in a relationship with a woman named Judith Hill.

While being interviewed by the Carver County Sheriff's office, Hill told investigators

that the singer had been in a despondent mood in the days prior to his death.

Hill said that during his final concert in Atlanta, on April 16, 2016, Prince walked

off the stage and told her,

"I enjoy sleeping more these days … maybe it means I've done all I'm supposed to do

here on Earth."

When Hill asked him if he no longer enjoyed being "here" while he's awake, Prince reportedly

answered,

"No, it's boring, incredibly boring."

She went on to describe Prince as being "kind of depressed," and he even referred to his

final performance as the "mountain top," before telling Hill:

"Now I can go away."

continuing the Brotherhood of Steel quest line we're doing the missions

Recruitment Blues which is a main story mission and a side mission for Forbidden

Brotherhood or the The Enclave is the Senate from the US government and the

what the government did like with the FPV virus yeah great super mutants and

all that so are they kind of splintered away ah the Enclave

young clay sprouted from like the continuity of government program you

blue going and you know what were they installed in Fallout 3 didn't do it the
