Skin Education | Vitamin A Benefits For Skin - Duration: 3:39.

in today's training I'm going to be teaching you everything you need to know

about Vitamin A and how it actually works in the skin so make sure you guys

stay tuned for this video hey guys it's Storm Watson founder of the skin

educator and every single week I bring you skin education that's going to help you

grow your skin knowledge and help you educate your clients so make sure to

subscribe and hit the bell to be notified when I upload. As a skin

therapist it is actually your job to recommend home care to your clients and

help them heal their skin conditions at home. so understanding how different

ingredients work on the skin is actually going to help you educate your clients

with confidence. By the end of this video you will understand how vitamin A works

in the skin and how it can benefit so many skin conditions. Vitamin A is

a targeted night treatment to help with skin renewal and it can create DNA

change in the cells which is why it's amazing for so many different skin

conditions. Vitamin A can actually correct any damage occurring in the

cells, what happens is it actually penetrates into the cell and it creates

change in the cell corrects the damage and then that cell can keep going up the

epidermis and be nice and healthy. So when you start to first use Vitamin A

it actually works on the top layer of the epidermis first, so the stratum

corneum and what it does that it helps exfoliate that area removes any dead

skin cells that aren't meant to be there so it is completely normal for your skin

to get quite dry or you might get a purge of breakouts so once vitamin a goes through this process on the stratum corneum it can work a lot deeper into

the skin so your skin is going to reveal softer smoother skin and it lets your

vitamin A penetrate deeper into the alive cells. Vitamin A then travels

down the epidermis and interacts with our melanocytes which create pigment in

the skin so when our melanocytes are actually damaged in the skin they're

release too much pigment which gives us hyperpigmentation

age spots for example so what Vitamin a will do is will actually

go into the cell and correct any damage happening in the melanocytes so that way

we're not releasing too much pigment. your comment down below with helpful if

this video is making sense and you guys are understanding how vitamin A works so

far in the skin. Vitamin A interacts with our stem cells which are found in our

deepest layer of the epidermis the basal layer. so stem cells are responsible for

creating all our new cells in the epidermis so it works at copying the

information in the nucleus of the cell and splitting it into a new cell. If the

nucleus is damaged that was copied the stem cells will continue to recreate and

reproduce damaged cells in the skin so Vitamin a will correct this damage and

the skin will start looking really healthy and vibrant Vitamin A actually

works in the dermis as well it has the ability to interact with our fibroblasts

which helped create collagen elastin and hyaluronic acid in the skin. vitamin A is

going to help the fibroblast start functioning correctly so we also will be

on create really strong collagen in the skin

now you guys learn how to educate your clients but if you need extra help make

sure to download my workbook down below this is going to help you educate your

clients on different skin conditions and how to explain vitamin an you to them it

is a must do for any skin or beauty therapist so make sure you guys download

that one down below if you guys enjoyed this video make sure you give it a like,

subscribe if you are new here and be sure to share with your friends thank

you guys so much for watching and I will see you guys next week bye

1939, Norton Big Four. Review & test-drive, part 1. Motorworld by V. Sheyanov classic bike museum - Duration: 6:22.

This story begins with the letter E - England!

Autumn comes in Russia, and only Motorworld continuing tests

despite the autumn time of impassable roads. That's because we saved for you

special off-road military motorcycles.

100% purebred bikes with a drive to the wheel of a sidecar.

That is, a regular motorcycle has two driving wheels, a rear one and a sidecar.

Here's Norton Big Four.

It may be Big Four, but it's not "Big"

And, in fact, there are no 4 cylinders, only one cylinder, but it's a British bike.

About this bike, the British say "innovative"/

We do not have a Russian word for that.

Something new, stunning, but made in a design that can be felt by hand.

It was invented by Mr. James Norton in the late 1920s.

Without special alterations, this motorcycle was produced by the English company Norton,

then the largest motorcycle factory in the world, until the mid-twentieth century and even until the 1960s.

This design was so successful that in fact during the Second World War,

neither the Germans nor the Americans, it was the British, it was Norton company, who made the largest number of motorcycles.

Simple, reliable and unpretentious, but doesn't the best design.

These machines were released in a number of 4432 pieces.

During the war, single-cylinder light English bikes were released in the amount of 360,000 units.

And almost half released by Norton.

We must and want to tell you more about this magnificent motorcycle.

Not just because Norton Big Four was almost 50 years in production. So...

Here it is, dear motorcycle buffs, perfect in its design simplicity motorcycle Norton Big Four.

But the British ... I always said that every motorcycle reflects the character of its country

This one looks like an English strong-willed sporty gentleman.

Why? Because it has a 633 cc single cylinder,

but try to start it without skill with this kick!

I'll show you now. Even to me,

a 90-kilogram man who knows retro motorcycles inside out - it is quite difficult.

90 kilogram jumped on the kick, and only then it turned.

But I have to tell you, the design is so successful that it starts up and rides just great!

A small motorcycle, nimble, can ride everywhere.

Classic English design, single cylinder SV engine, reliable, cheap bike.

Accordingly, it can be produced in hundreds, thousands of copies.

Bronze punch marked coins - Duration: 7:08.

so hello fellow coin collectors how're you going today my name is Glenn today I

have some Marion punch my coins and also have some versions in bronze so these

four here in bronze these right here are in silver the man we're just gonna look

at the bronze coins because these coins are not actually as common there's a

silver coins and as you can see the a lot worse condition than the silver you

can't get better grades but I find it quite hard to actually get better grades

these coins are generally referred as post Marion coins they date range for

these is about 2nd 1st century BC and they also described is coming from the

Ujjain region which is also the ancient mal WA region and Jane is a city Nam

roughly round about Central India and it's the old region that actually issued

quite a lot of different coins and the common features you'll find on these is

what they call the Sun symbol so you can see the Sun symbol then here it's there

it's on this path it's here he can't see only should be honest um hmm I can see

here and also on this one yes we can we actually say mm-hmm maybe it's big moon

eyes thirties so that's the Sun symbol day but it could also be in

dama chukka which is a 24 spoke wheel of fortune it's supposed to represent

different fortunes you know lie well different behavioral habits like an

honesty loyalty fidelity stuff like that and oh it looks like it's actually here

on that putt just say but the other symbols on here could also be varied if

you look at the punch mark coins maybe I try and move em over away from

the lights look at the punch my coins you can say that the Sun symbol bear all

the other symbols are pretty different and I haven't been able to identify many

of them looks like there's a mountain say there's a tree that's two short days

a petal but they probably put on new by different people yeah it's not too sure

why these have different marks on and wanted a profile in Furious is that this

is an done by different people to identify if that coin is good silver but

thinning then more would you put it on a copper coin so there's these couple

coins would actually not be the value in copper which these silver coins supposed

to be the value in silver but why would you put punches on a cup of coin I would

understand it if actually I mean done it just put all these marks on it to allow

people to identify that this coin is actually original in like the punch my

coins the other side Germany has very few symbols these ciders fewer symbols

Dana the original side just really covered in them you know a lot of them

have been worn away see that's only got two

this one's chock-a-block full of them and if you down the chocolate block

means just means very full change my points in this one the punches on the

other side of being worn away pretty much so the way do these ones are pretty

much about three grams they were waiting between two point eight and three point

four but these bran ones well they actually

vary quite a lot more from 0.5 grams to at least free rooms like this one here

it's actually it's only weighs about 1 gram and these big ones here weigh about

3 grams so maybe that's a third of the unit so that's a partner this is a third

of a punter and one of the engineering in Texas talks about the panic oins and

having variations of it and like 1/2 1/4 1/16 mm in these pretty unique I

actually want to get more of them to probably do some bit of research on them

and see what I come up with but the only place I can actually get much

information either easy no dot are you which are a few days ago would have made

a video you know post a link to that site which is a good site for Asian

coins so I would like to know what you think about these type of coins I find

them quite interesting not as good as some other coins or do find them

interesting so in the future oh my god the video Betty's Roman coins I don't

have a video about these crucian coins and it's quite

bit more interesting more stylized but you can't really compare them because

they're just two different technologies I will do also individual videos on this

vini Nassim coin Roman Anisa Roman Tony honest so if you check back I don't know

when I'll actually do these videos but I backlog and these are included so anyway

I say thank you very much for watching and have an awesome coin click the

entire pool and please like and subscribe so I can show you more coins

from around the world thank you very much bye bye
