Waching daily Nov 4 2018

Everyone has their own reason for coming to Twars

Today we are going to listen to Aditi's story

Where she is looking for a transformation

which helps her, not just physically

but also mentally

So, I am Aditi. I am 24

and I'm an architect

I was born in Shillong and grew up in Jammu

From 85 kilos I got down to 57 kilos

in a span of 2 to 3 years

This is leanest I have ever been in my life right now

I kind of grew up in a dysfunctional family

and where my mom and dad never got along well

and

so there were these fights

family issues everyday happening

me and my brother, we were young and

obviously we were experiencing and seeing

things around us and that affected us a lot

I was very aggressive and stubborn

angry all the time

like hated being myself, hated being where I was

hating on everyone

since my care takers weren't in love with

each other so I sort of never saw that

so I always felt the need to be

loved and taken care of

and never got that so I grew up hating love

the peer pressure the environment I was in

smoking, smoking cannabis

and drinking

and some times my prescription drugs also

I used to eat them, I hated my body

U know there was this time

where I wouldn't even look at myself in the

mirror naked I was like ugh, what is this

I don't want to see myself, This is so ugly

So I would always shop from the men section

where all these black excel T-shirts with

these gothic things written on top

so people thought I was cool but I was not

I was just a fat person hiding behind the clothes

I actually convinced myself that there

was no reason for me to live and that

I should just kill myself and I was convinced

and that particular night I actually was going to do that

There's no purpose of me being here, I am fat

I am underconfident, I don't receive love

I can't give love

I want to give love to people

but I can't like show it to them

I can't express my love or any feeling that I have

for people and

I always come off as to be as a rude person

all of that came down to the conclusion that

Aditi Bakshi has MDD BPD

so these were

MDD stands for major depressive disorder

and BPD stands for borderline personality disorder

I was clueless that time

but now I know what really makes me, me

I know my parents love me but yes she does find

happinnes in things that make me happy

but I want to do things for her that will

make her happy,

So I have said a lot of hurtful things to her

like I have questioned her

things that really hurt her

then as I grew up,I started realising

she has done so much for me that

no one in this world has ever done for me

And I want to take control of my life

I want to take control of myself

then unless and until I'm happy from the inside

I dont think I can make anyone happy

or even do things that I like

then squats happened

then as I say my mom got me

this ticket to fitness

and It didn't even took me a

second to quit my job

and come over to Pune

Then I was like life is going to change

In every episode

we kill an excuse

Today's excuse

I am a homemaker

I don't have time

This week's theme was life of homemaker

there are two teams

team Bala and team Aniket

One member from each team is supposed to enact

like a mother

bye kids

bye!

Take care

don't fight

They are supposed to take care of all

the home responsibilities the way actual women

take care, a woman or a man in that way

take care of their house responsibilities

of the children and at the same time concentrate

on their fitness and diet at the same time

So first it was my turn

but I want to officially declare one thing

on this platform that I am not a bad cook

I discovered this when I was a homemaker

I made a lot of stuff which I never imagined I would

first I made poha, then i made Palak Paneer

then I made chicken for everyone

and they appreciated

and they lapped it up like anything

Sumit mumma has surpassed all my expectations

I had yummy poha, I had yummy palak paneer

and delicious chicken and I'm looking forward

to the food and whatever mumma

is doing ,Sumit mumma is exceptional today

Being a mummy that day was slightly

I mean

How much work has to be done by the mothers

Had to wake up in the morning

The first thing I did after waking up in

the morning was chopping onions

So that day made me realize

most of my conversations revolve around food

like when do you want your tiffin to be ready

or are you coming home to eat

And I am like why does this woman keep talking any

to me about food like why can't we have

other conversation but now I know that's what all

I was thinking about that day

I have to make this for this person or

to make this for that person

So it literally felt like a mummy

Since I already am a homemmaker

so for me this week was quite easy

Infact it was good

because I had play the role of a

home maker for a day

and the remaining 4 days were like a child

4 days no work and a day of work

and a day of work was like a cake walk for me

I am not a home maker

I have seen my mother doing this stuff

and throughout this one week I was

constantly thinking about mumma

that she is always on her toes

she multitasks so much

she makes different food every time

and then I was like its just 4 days and

that's no big challenge, I had that atttitude

When I had to cook food for 5 people including myself

I was like damn this is a lot of hardwork

The best part of the week was when Sayeed

and Ishita had become mothers and under my macros

and diet I got to eat 3 desserts

So I have made this mid day desert for myself

Kitkat with banana is different but amazing

eating 3 desserts while in a diet

It's a very big myth that diet cannot be enjoyed

So it has shown that we can still enjoy a diet

Everyone got 2 desserts as an average

even I got 3 infact

but what happened was

we got 2 that day from Sayeed and her

and one day we got it from Venky

So I don't know what Venky was thinking that

I don't eat spicy food

my lunch was egg rice which was super spicy

and with that was spinach

a green leafy vegetable and it was sweet

No one must have ever eaten sweet spinach

It's supposed to be a bit bitter but it was

sweet so when I asked him he said he put sugar free

in it It was an interesting experience

About the Spinach, It was an accident

I cooked it and then I took off

I was also preparing for my lunch

so what happened was I put sugarfree in the spinach

you didn't tell me, I didn't know this

you made sweet spinach?

yes!

but the greatest shock was that he came home

that night and was like

why did you make me sweet palak

and I was like

didn't I tell you

and he was like no!

I said sorry the mistake is mine

And today in the battle of the week

we are going to make the contestant homemakers

and that too in 3 different levels

towards the end of the week

it's always battle of the week

so theme of the week was life of a homemmaker

so we all were contemplating

about what is the battle is going to be about

so we were guessing whether we have

to do what mom's do and had lots of

discussions

battle was explained

It was into three different levels

A random chit system was there

everybody picked up their chits

and according to that people were

categorised into level 1,2 or 3

For level 1 there were 2 people

for level 2 there were 4

and level 3, there were 4 again

so when it was the selection of level one

It was think it was Ishita and another one

from their team was Shalini

So according to our macros they were

supposed to cook breakfast

when the time began

and that now you have only 1 hour

to make the breakfast

I divided my work into making poha for 2 people

and making omlette for 3 people

What I did was I made poha for

2 people at the same time

I measured it and divided it in half

and I was done with it

Then when it came to eggs

I made all the omlettes seperately

and it was just quick

so I think that's exactly why I finished

early because I had compartmentalized

my work and that's how I usually like to work

and I think her she was making

something for the first time

and we were like even today we are going to cooking

make gourmet food because she was cooking

the Okonomiyaki and I was like

it's a very tricky dish

That's why I was even shocked

that why is she making that

When i started tapping it,making it

it didn't form well because till then it wasn't

fermented well ,I had to wait

had to keep that in the fridge

my 10 minutes got wasted just like that

so then when I started cooking that on the

stove it was taking more than the actual time

and we had it done at a cheaper cost

compared to the other contestants

Gourmet chef's yeah!

Level 1 done

It was cooking breakfast and I had a doubt

If level 1 was breakfast level 2 might be

lunch and yes it'll happen

So the thing that was in our minds

about team wars

that I think was broken by level 2

because in level 2 there were 3 people from

my red team Namrata,Sayed and Deepti

and from the blue team was Venky

The twist was he was supposed to cook lunch

and wash clothes by our hands

and Sayeed came up

Venky you have clothes as well as cooking

you need time for cooking so you cook

I'll vouch for you too

just help Namrata in the cooking

He knows macros for his team

and there was Namrata from our team

and she is fast in cutting vegetables

he told you both can help each other

but you know what happened inside?

every single thing she was the one who was helping me

Ishita and Sumit were standing outside

monitoring how I am doing and he wanted

to make sure that I salt and not sugar free

So it's like we were 10 of us and each of

them gave 4 clothes, 40 and then bedsheets it was

all like overall 45 clothes and we were thinking

it's okay the washing machine is available

and then suddenly we get to know that

there's no washing machine

the washing machine was removed from that place

and the work had to be done by hand

time limit for water was 40 minutes

so we had to clean everything in 40 minutes

and the area was not clean in the first place

so we had to clean that area and there was

no hole for the water to go out

so it was like, the more water we are consuming,

the more the level of water

It was very difficult for us

we were floating and we were drenching in

water and she was fighting with clothes

so we got the idea that it wasn't team versus team

and that everyone has to work together

So this week my mum sent a parcel for me

and I was expecting something from home

and today I just opened the bag and

there was a letter from my mother

handwritten on a small piece of paper

and I don't think my mum has ever written me a letter.

I had written my mum a letter

It was so special to see that because my mum

and me are not open and she is a reserved

person not the most communicative person

So mumma's letter was basically that she

watched all my episodes and missing me

and that I hope you are happy and yeah it

was very special and that I recieved

it during mummy week and I've been thinking

about her a lot and ya

for the task we had to do all the cleaning

and my mother expects me to clean the room

and I think the biggest fight that

I had with my mother was about my room

and how unclean my room is

so that day I was literally missing her

and saying mumma I had to clean the entire house

I had never done this much sweeping

in the past 31 years

I did that in 2 hours

I was a part of cleaning up the entire house

I was really missing my mom that day

And it was really special at the same

day the letter had arrived

I've been really thinking about

her and missing her and Mumma miss you

First of all I'll just remember this and

go back home and thank my mom

This is incredible what she does

I had no idea what she goes through everyday

Now I have that feeling what she goes through

and just want to thank all the moms in the world

seriously I salute to all the homemakers

be it mom, be it dad

be it grandmom whoever runs the house

It's a very big task

Mumma,I love you

I miss you

The first 2 levels of the battle

of the week are done

but the 3rd level is still remaining

you can catch that in the next episode

while our contestants have no idea

what is going to happen in the last level

one simple hint for you

happy Diwali

My Secret For GETTING MORE DONE (INFP + ENFP Advice) - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 4:33.

Hey Dan here and I wanted to share a quick video on getting more done as a

creative person, especially if you are an idealist like an ENFP or an INFP who's a

little more creative like myself. I'm an ENFP who sometimes has trouble getting

as much done as you would like when it comes to creative projects this could be

anywhere from filming videos for YouTube like this or writing a book, writing

articles, doing anything, recording a podcast,.Ultimately this saying - if you

build it, they will come - really applies in my experience what I mean by that is

if you set yourself up to have a blank canvas literally you will paint more let

me give you an example I'm filming this right now in my new studio I've set up

half a room in my apartment for just filming now the lights will stay

permanently and yeah there's gonna be like a cool background eventually and

stuff like that but since setting this up I found I've become way more creative

and I've been filming more and it's literally the second day I've had it set

up and I found this with writing I found this with podcasting where when I give

myself basically the canvas now in a bit more of a metaphorical sense if you will

when I have the canvas meaning I go to a cafe every morning to write and I bring

my laptop and I go somewhere without internet and I'm like this is writing

time guess what happens I write a lot more and when I write my creativity

shows up because I have this outlet and it's like okay Dan you're going to write

you better produce so I do and I was actually a bit worried about my my

videos recently because I hadn't been filming very much and I was wondering am

I losing my own you know is something going away am I gonna just run out of

creativity or videos to make and sure enough when I put in the time it took me

about a day to set everything up here when I did so the creativity came back

because it was like okay all the technical details figuring out the

lights and the sound and all that is done and I can just show up

and I have found that across the board so especially as I mentioned at the

being if you're like an ENFP or INFP you probably don't love the technical

details of things like getting the exact things set up moving this here putting

this light here getting all that right and so if you could just do that once

and get set up then you're going to really allow yourself to focus on what

you want to do which is creating so whatever that creating you want to do in

your life find a way to carve out space for it it could be physical space like

I've done here with the studio setup where it's literally taking you know a

big space and making it just for filming it could also be mental space or time

space I mentioned before the example of writing and one thing I used to do and

I'm doing on and off now is in the mornings I will go to a cafe to write

and I will say I have a two hour window all I'm going to do is write and

actually on a side note I use like a really simple writing program called

darkroom that is just text no spell checking no formatting and so that

really invites my creativity out where it's like okay all I can do here I'm at

this cafe for two hours and all I can do is write text there's no internet

I can't even fool around with formatting all I have to do is write and it works

really really really really that's a lot of really is well in my experience so

find a way to carve that out for yourself let me know below in the

comment what you're gonna do about it is there a certain creative pursuit that

you're either struggling to start or you just haven't been producing nearly as

much as you want to let me know what that is and what you're gonna do about

it in terms of carving out that space setting up your blank canvas so you can

actually let the creativity flow thanks for watching if you haven't yet

Is PTE easier or IELTS? So sánh PTE và IELTS - Duration: 6:00.

hi guys welcome back to my channel my name is Moni from PTE magic

Today's quick video will be dedicated to all current IELTS test takers who are very

curious about the main differences between Pte and IELTS

to help you to make a wiser choice in terms of which one is easier or which

one is better I'm going to go through some comparison

of both tests but before I do that please don't forget to click subscribe button

at the bottom so that you can stay updated for more videos about PTE Tips &

Tricks on the one hand PTE is accepted by thousands of different universities

worldwide including putable one like Harvard Business School as well as

accepted for the visa purposes in Australia and New Zealand

IELTS is accepted for both study and migration by many english-speaking

countries including UK the US Canada Australia and New Zealand obviously in

this case IELTS is the winner because it opens the door to so many different opportunities

however if you you know pathway it's just about getting your visa in

Australia of study in Australia or New Zealand then PTE will be a good option too

PTE is a computerized tests so you'll be doing the test with a headset as well as

typing on the keyboard, IELTS on the other hand is a standard pen and paper

based exam

Recently IELTS also offers the computer option

in terms of fees are

both are quite similar in most countries like in Australia its $340 in some countries

like Vietnam PTE is cheaper which is only 165 US dollars

The total time for both tests is around 3 hours both of them contain 4 modules which are

listening reading speaking and writing in IELTS listening reading and writing

are conducted in one sitting for speaking it's normally on the same day

or otherwise it might be scheduled after 7 days prior or after the other test

meanwhile in PTE all the 4 modules are conducted in one sitting on the same

day

normally IELTS test dates are offered four times

in a month making a total of 48 fixed test dates in one year but in PTE as I

mentioned in my previous video you can actually do it pretty much every day in

some test centres, you have choice to book from Monday to Sunday and

also the different timings that you can do in the morning afternoon or evening

this is very helpful for those who are not early birds

IELTS you can preview result 13 days after the test and the result will remain online for 28 days

In PTE the result comes within 5 business days and in some cases it might

be available on the same day

in terms of scoring IELTS has a band range from 0

to 9, while PTE it is from 10 to 90

in IELTS there will be a trained and experienced

examiner who will be conducting a face-to-face interview speaking section

and also in writing there will be an examiner who will be actually reading

your essays and giving a score for that, on the other hand assessment for PTE is

automated and it's done by your computer which means that there will be no

examiner actually physically reading your answers or listening to your

speaking or checking analyzing your writing it will be done 100% by our

computer a lot of people actually prefer these options because all the PTE tests

are marked by one software which means that there will be less chance of bias

in IELTS all the modules are assessed separately so you're getting separated

scores for listening reading writing and speaking and they're not related to each

other but in petite they are into language means that by doing one section

you can also receive the score for the other one for example if you do speaking

part you can also receive score in listening and meeting

these are the different nature of both tests some people find IELTS easier and

some people prefer to do Pte

if you're stressed or nervous to talk to an actual

examiner or if you feel scared or when someone is marking your essay you can go

for PTE because there's no physical interaction and its just you and the

computer, and the computer will assess your performance during and after the

test another very interesting point is that many IELTS test takers find the

writing models the most challenging and the one that is the hardest to get 8

or 9 but if we look at PTE there is a higher number of students who are able

to get 90 out of 90 in writing

just remember that both of them are standard

English proficiency tests and were designed by the most experienced and

knowledgeable experts in the field

at the end of the day you're the one who is

making decision and the decision should be based on different factors including

your deadlines, your background, your target, so for instance if you have a

weak background you can go for IELTS first but if you need above an 8.0, PTE might be a

wise option for you

I hope this video was helpful and I will be uploading more

videos about PTE and IELTS so please don't forget to click

subscribe button and thank you so much for watching

✅ Paola Di Benedetto replica a Luca Onestini e difende Francesco Monte - Duration: 2:22.

A weekend in KENTING! Southern Taiwan! Part 2/3 - Duration: 14:44.

welcome back to Vaan and Bibby, Kenting edition part two.

In the previous episode

we caught the high speed rail in Taipei transferred to a Bus in Kaohsiung which

brought us to Kenting.

We were well on the path to the perfect sojourn away

from the city life.

We woke up at our hostel and for around 20 bucks Canadian

rented scooters for the day.

The goal was to find a quiet beach where we could

relax and absorb some sunshine

but what we found instead was an amazing drive

around the Kenting coastlines.

no swimming?!

What??

we still haven't made it to the beach I think we've given up on that but we did

find our way into this cool area and I guess you get

on a shuttle right there and they shuttle you around someplace.. we don't

really know. Basically we're gonna get on it

and drink beer and just see where it

takes us. I think it brings it back here.

It definitely will cuz they are stuff is here.

It looks like a coastline trolley tour.

Is it a National Park?

I think it is.

It looks nice.

Very pretty

Eivind really stepped up the camera game on this trip here.

Look at this thing! Its a beast!

It's like he's carrying himself!

We always end up on trolleys...

Its true

we also end up drinking beer on those trolleys...

today is no exception

it was midday by the time we stumbled onto this random trolley none of us knew

what the tour guide was saying or why he would stop in front of some rocks

periodically or why he would scream the first couple words of every sentence.

We . initially thought it was just a toll road that we had to pay a few bucks to

cross but it turned out that it was a dead end

anytime you could take a trolley beer break is a good time so we went along

for the ride.

I guess it could be said after all that she did indeed sell

seashells by the seashore. (CANADIAN JOKE)

Well, for stumbling into some random trolley.

It was neat.

But I don't know what happened there

well we made it back to the hostel...

safely which is a surprise

because driving here is something of a mystery

life's good.

I'm exhausted from doing awesome things.

I think we're going to get food now.

and then do more awesome things like go to the beach.

most of the restaurants were still closed at

the time, so we had a quick bite at 7-eleven in hit the road again

this time we were definitely headed to the beach

so here's the story folks. You saw this morning

we left in a half-ass attempt to

find a beach.

We didn't find one. We found many other things very cool

and now the sun is setting and we finally have found the beach

but it's chilly so none of us

are gonna swim.

But theres always tomorrow. yeah.

We made the most out of our scooter rental so we did the whole loop around so that was

definitely nice. it was worth it for sure

so now it's a beach-beer-naptime

the beach we ended up on felt like a

strange Asian blend between Cuba and the Kentucky Derby

there was an unbelievable amount of old

tractors driving around and replacing the frequent wafts of fresh air with

burnt diesel fuel

and a concerning amount of people were stretching or

doing some kind of Pilates in boardshorts

but the long day of driving scooters with our new friends,

in a new place, and reposing now under the sun

before it fell behind the ocean

all conspired to make the happiest of memories.

Erin fell asleep and Maiken quietly humoured Eivind and I as we

geeked out on camera gear.

It was perfect

we just dropped off the mopeds and now it's like party time

On the street that our hostels on

it seems like everything opens around 6 o'clock here and closes

around 10 o'clock at night - in terms of street food

and night market stuff

yeah when we left, if it's pretty quiet. now it's like crazy

The Kenting Street night market certainly isn't the biggest or

the best night market we've seen in Taiwan

not by a long shot. but it has its

charms.

and as you'll see soon we took advantage

of them all.

For now we were taking a minute to catch our breath and

meet some fellow travellers

well we're back at the hostel

and we're just drinking beer

we met a fellow Canadian and we're just drinking beer with him.

Maiken locked her key cards in the locker and the locker opens with

that key card

so now they're working on getting back in their

locker because all their clothes and money is in there.

Eivind took a shower and all his clothes are in there.

So now he's just sitting there in his towel

waiting until this locker can be opened

we'll see what happens

we can't do anything to help so we're drinking

Before long the locker situation was sorted out and our

guttural hunger sounds and salivation led us downstairs where I quickly sussed

out the largest cuts of meat

wild boar

yeah really good. Of course it is. Its wild boar!

I can feel my libido strengthening already haha

(Chase) (Robert)

though it's small in size the Kenting night market is tipping the scales on

the weirdness level.

A myriad of shops playing what they think is the catchiest

of the songs,

all offering vastly different pleasures, treats and vices.

Shirtless cowboy selling leather items and questionable establishments with

busy eyed half naked lady boys eagerly greeting their regulars...

and tacos!!

The tacos were not even remotely the slightest bit Mexican in flavor but the

combination of ingredients inside were a great regardless.

Its chicken ass...

Oh i'll have some chicken ass...

It's chicken blood and glutinous rice.

remember like a few minutes ago

we were talking about the things that are

available to us as humans to eat like like cows and pigs you know that just

It's like sea snails...

there's no need to go plucking those off the seafloor...

mix and it was sticky rice...

that's really good I take it all back

that's really good YouTube

and this is a chicken wing...

Wow! (ANOTHER JOKE)

We noticed an audience at a

food stand were captivating and Robert took it as a sign to engage

A salesman like this belongs on Wall Street

Canadian Robert are you going to eat duck face?

Don't you want to crunch on a bill? anyone want to crunch on a bill?

I don't know what it is.

Walk me through what you're experiencing.

What animal is it?

I'm pretty sure its duck.

The top or bottom half of the duck?

It's from both...

What is that?

He gave me something.

It's so gross. I can't eat it I'm sorry!

It's amazing! It will blow your mind.

You are so full of shit!

This is Michelin Star material here.

Haha! Ya ok buddy.

I'll try a little piece.

If you puke tonight its not my fault.

It's good. It's not bad.

Look how satisfied he is! Look at his face.

That is so bad.

Actually. Its not bad.

I'll eat some more.

fDo you want all of it?

No

It's fried milk. It looks more like a stick of butter but I don't really know.

I will find out.

I like that.

it's weird but it's good.

it's almost like a custard

that's not as sugary

there's a goose face

Ya you can see his sinuses.

Things we don't need. number 5 in a series...

shots of absinthe

you guessed it this was Erin's fault

Eating for that amount of time made us all

yearn for a comfortable chair

so we went back to the

hostel's rooftop and played cards for a while

lulled into the artifice that it would be the end of the night

we weren't that smart.

Unsatisfied with what we had accomplished so far, we set out once

again for a bar that Robert and Chase found the night before.

I soon found

myself posted up in the hard but comfy wooden seat worn in from years of Duty

smoke stained pictures of people I don't recognize we're fading on the wall and

trinkets gathered over a lifetime with the dust to prove it sat on shelves and

vibrated sympathetically to the music on the loudspeaker

a worn-out floor with

the smell of many spills all playing host to a history thats seen the best and

the worst of humanity

from singing drunks locking arms to meatheads

fighting over the last pretzel

it was exactly the kind of place I like to

drink in

without yelling over the music our voices only carried to our closest

neighbor and so Chase, Eivind and I were waxing poetic

while Erin Maiken and Robert

were talking and entertaining a young kid who should have long ago been in bed.

Stray dogs resolved to clean up the morsels of food left behind from the

night market and

we took the silent lifeless buildings that surrounded us

as a sign to finally go to bed.
