Here's a quick behind the scenes of our OnePlus6T unboxing
So for the OnePlus6T unboxing, I wanted to create something a little more special.
I pictured this high-tech West world style laboratory
Where we can show off the beauty and technology of the 6T
I often film the unboxings myself
But this time I needed my buddies at Vossler media
to help bring my vision to life
Like that shot of the in screen fingerprint sensor shot
from the perspective of inside the phone
It just looks so cool
And then we created these cool shots like the flyaways
of the in box content flying out and coming in the box at the end
The Vossler team really rock all these little details
And when I get a crazy idea on the set
the team can always make it look amazing
The only question now is what's next
If you click Subscribe
You'll be one of the first to know

Gundam 00: The Most Accessible Gundam Ever - Duration: 14:36.Oh boy here we go I'm talking about GUNDAM again!
Way back last year I released a video giving you, gentle viewers, a brief primer on the
existence of the Gundam franchise, and where I thought was a good place for you to start.
Feel free to click over to that if you haven't seen it yet because I'm going to try and
avoid repeating myself.
But, the main purpose of the recommendations I made there was for someone who has heard
of Gundam before, and wanted to figure out the best place to jump in to get what fans
might call the "True Gundam Experience" So of course I recommended starting with Gundam
Film Trilogy. The one that starts off UC, or the Universal Century Timeline.
But Universal Century is two major things, really good, but really long. Trying to experience
all UC has to offer is a lot of content to commit yourself to, and if you aren't that
sold on Gundam just yet it might be a bit too much.
Though despite what hard-core fans might have you believe Gundam is not just the UC Timeline,
there are plenty of one-off universes where hotshot pilots strap into a Gundam to fight
off some semblance of an impending conflict, scream at the top of their lungs about the
defeat of their enemies, or telling Relena Peacecraft you're going to kill her.
That Gundam Wing Clip never gets old.
But the great thing about these one-shot universes is just how accessible their separation from
the greater Gundam Universe makes them. You don't need to have seen hours upon hours
of old Gundam from the 70s and 80s to appreciate them, and in many ways it's why I sometimes
prefer them. Ladies, Gentlemen, and others my name is Arkada
and today on Glass Reflection I wanted to take one of these One-shot Gundam universes
for a spin, to quickly discuss another side of the Gundam Franchise. And I figured what
better series to focus on, then the very first Gundam I ever watched: Gundam 00
First a Summary, not of the show but of Gundam's Place in the Universe. The year is 2007, following
the massive success of Gundam Wing back in 1995, Gundam as a franchise hit a couple of
interesting snags in its ever growing conquest to rule the world, or at least the mecha genre.
After War Gundam X had its original episode length cut due to a diminishing audience.
Turn A Gundam, while being notable for the return of Gundam's Creator to the series and being
quite acclaimed (Including by me wink wink), it never reached the same heights culturally
as that of Wing. Gundam SEED…well I could fill an entire video about SEEDS problems,
the pacing, the plot armor, DESTINY, but one of the most damning was the lack of a solid
art style and heavy emphasis on re-used footage.
Gundam of course is known for its re-using of footage for production costs but SEED took it to new
extremes that didn't play out all that well.
Which brings us back to the year at hand. Sunrise wanted to somehow recapture the feeling
of what Wing brought to the table, while fixing some of their more recent mishaps. But they
couldn't just copy Wing and give it a new coat of paint, the world has changed drastically
since 1995. Namely the rise and increased focus on terrorism in recent years. So setting
up your Gundam pilots as terrorists might not the best of ideas anymore and revolving
your narrative around a country that steadfastly believes in total pacifism is somewhat laughable
at best.
But instead of just trying to avoid the topic of terrorism, and the heightened military
presence of the world at the time, Sunrise decided to come up with a Gundam plotline
as an answer to that.
Gundam 00 exists in the Anno Domini timeline, or AD as in After Death, as in Year of Our
Lord, as in JESUS. It's the first time where the Gundam Franchise really tries to connect
Gundam to our world. Albeit a futuristic version of one. Here Earth is in a tense state, large
conglomerations of countries continue to develop and increase their military might, while smaller
countries are regularly squashed underfoot in territorial skirmishes. There's a heavy
focus on the geopolitical structure of the raining superpowers and the control of three
space elevators that when connected to orbital fields of solar panels are supposed to provide
humans with enough clean energy for all. So of course people fight over it.
The three major powers, The AEU of Europe and Africa, The Human Reform League of Asia,
and the UNION of America are all vying for control while countries that used to heavily
prosper under fossil fuels have been tossed into poverty, strife, and bloodshed.
This is where the Gundams come in.
An organization calling themselves Celestial Being announces
to the planet that they will intervene with any and all armed conflict with the goal of
bringing war, all war, to an end. Accomplishing this by having at their disposal several highly
advanced and virtually undefeatable mecha known as Gundams. It's a noble goal that
leads both the audience and the opposing characters to ponder the contradiction of such a statement.
Stopping all conflict by, in a way creating more of it is a curious approach, one that
the show's narrative takes great care in highlighting as the series progresses.
The makeup of the Gundam pilots here is probably one of the biggest similarities to Wing that
00 has, as instead of our pilots being of the military, or some other governmental body
or national organization, the pilots are a ragtag band of specialists from all over the
globe. Celestial Being is far more like a mercenary outfit than a highly trained military
taskforce. But they all in their own way have a desire to end war at almost any cost, which
is what brings them together. It's their personalities that set them apart.
From the egotistical hard ass, to the smoothtalker, the mental patient, and the kid with so much
edge he makes a point to not only use his middle initial in saying his name outloud,
which he does a lot.
The viewpoints of the Gundam pilots and how they conflict with one
another, rather than band together in friendship, adds to the tension brought about by a world
that constantly asks the Gundam Pilots why they are doing what they are doing, and is
there even a point to it. It's one of the major things about the shows narrative that
I will harshly defend. I love it a lot.
Beyond the pilots though is a absolute massive slew of secondary characters, which does make
it hard to keep track of all of them, from the top-heavy celestial being operators, the
various leaders of military organizations and nations, to these two civilian characters.
I'm sure they don't get any development as the show goes on.
All of these players have a part to play in the overall narrative, as everyone on
earth instantly labels celestial being as international terrorists, despite their stated
claim to want to stop all war and several acts that resulted in saving hundreds of lives.
All because they stopped those in power from continuing their hold on said power….
well this was at least how it was at the start.
Because it's not ever simple, while some of the Gundam's operations have very visible
and obvious positive benefits to the world, many of them do not. As I mentioned before,
one of the key questions that the narrative focuses on, is what using violence on violence
is going to accomplish exactly, especially when it, in and of itself, only leads to just
more violence.
It's a question that Gundam 00 doesn't necessarily answer. As it seems to know that
there is of course no easy answer to this question. On paper seemingly stopping all
conflict with a much larger show of force sounds somewhat logical, especially if the
ones wielding said power would much prefer to not actually use it. But this
fails to take into account the desperation and frustration that the rest of the major
powers will come too. All it takes is for one of them to find the cracks in Celestal
Beings armor, find the weaknesses of the Gundam, exploit it, and then suddenly things all fall apart
The entire shows first season carries this weight and momentum with it, because even
if it doesn't seem to have clear answers to the questions it raises, it shows how important
it is to bring up these questions for discussion regardless. It's able to weave its sociopolitical
commentary, and interventionism politics into a form that is easier to digest and discuss,
mostly by adding in teenage melodrama.
And of course it wouldn't be Gundam without plenty of action sequences and it does
to it's credit, makes it through its entire first season without the use of any stock
footage whatsoever. At least none that I saw.
00 was also the first Gundam series to be produced in both High Definition and in Widescreen,
making Its eventual release onto Blu-ray all the
sweeter. Speaking of as a side tangent here, another reason why I'm talking about an 11
year old Gundam series was because until recently western releases of it were either hard to
find, expensive, or both. Thankfully a good chunk of the entire Gundam Franchise has been making
its way back to North America, and it's something I'm eternally thankful for. I
never thought I would see the day when a Special Edition Gundam set would not only exist but
be cheaper than the average Aniplex release. Now if only Harmony Gold would give
us Macross. But, back to Gundam.
I would of course be remiss if I didn't at least briefly discuss the second half of
this content. Season one focuses much on the more political side of terrorism and violence,
while season two focuses a bit more on the religious side of things and admittedly it
doesn't have as strong of a footing in that regard. It's not that Season Two is a complete
write off, as much as some might say to just leave it at one and done. There are many loose
ends to the initial season that did need to be cleaned up and clarified. It just bothered
me with particular things that had to be done with the narrative to properly facilitate
that. This is where I subtitle mention my disdain for the entire plotline involving
Lockon Stratos post season one. The entire season was not so much bad as it was underwhelming
following the great amount of momentum that season one had at the end of it.
Though if anything season two is worth going through just to see the start of the follow-up
film "A Wakening of the Trailblazer" that starts off with a cartoonishly bad re-creation
of the Gundam 00 story in a morphed style that's a cross between Gurren Lagann and
Char's Counterattack. It's an in universe film, but it made me laugh.
Now the actual 00 film itself doesn't really answer any questions, and if anything it makes particular
aspects of the plot even worse. We have already determined the biggest question that Gundam
00 poses is one that really can't be answered by the show itself. But as a cap off to the
franchise it's a solid 2 hours of Gundams being awesome and really it was the nice refreshing
break that I think the series needed.
Of course that's not the end of it. Back in April Sunrise announced that 00 was going
to be getting another new animated project, bringing back Seiji Mizushima to direct it.
No word on if this will be another film or perhaps an entire third season which would
be an interesting path for them to walk, but we'll have to keep our eyes open
as time goes on.
I will not claim that Gundam 00 is the best Gundam, and will only go so far as to recommend
it to newcomers intimated by the UC, even though the far more recent Iron Blooded Orphens,
or even like jumping into Thunderbolt might be a better idea. There are still a few years
yet where I will call 00 the most accessible Gundam series out currently due in part to
it's easy correlations to real world, and events within our world that just make this show easier to identify with,
Even if not everyone like this kind of social political commentary in a series where they would rather
just have the flash mecha action scenes.
But it holds a special place in my collection even if it does mean my bias shows a bit more
than I would like.
As usual I'll be putting streaming links down in the description so that you can more
easily check out Gundam 00 if I have hopefully gotten you interested in doing such a thing.
And I wanted to give a shout out to my good friends over at Right Stuf. Though they are
not sponsoring this video they were nice enough to provide me with this physical copy of the
Collector's Edition in all its glory. They've done this with a few Gundams now, and the
attention to detail and extras with these editions are usually well worth it. I will
say though in full fairness I would never recommend these sets to non-fans of the series, but
if you enjoy watching Gundam 00 it might be a worthwhile pick up. Of course Right Stuf
also has regular Blu-ray editions if you just want the series without all the
fancy stuff.
If you have already checked out Gundam 00 the two series that pop up the most in my
mind to additionally recommend is both the entirety of Full Metal Panic, with covers
many similar themes just on a smaller scale and far more humor added in for entertainment,
alongside Macross Frountier not only being a perfectly awesome series in it's own right
But this allows me to mention twice in a video that Harmony Gold
needs to have the Macross rights pried from their hands. I know a lot of people like Robotech
but can't we live in a world where we have both? Please?
Thank You
Lastly, a very special thank you to my patrons, who not only support my work in general, but
allow me to continue to do what I do. You guys are amazing and I love and appreciate you
all. Specifically though, as I like to do, I want to give particular shout-outs to patrons
Devon North, Joshua Garcia Calhoonboy, Siri Yamiko, Victor Ekmark, Ryefan Boneapart, and
Rune Jachobson for being especially awesome. You guys are great! And until next time – ladies,

How Do Fabric Brighteners Work? - Duration: 3:12.[♩INTRO]
Fabric brighteners can liven up an old, faded shirt.
But despite being in most detergents,
fabric brighteners don't actually clean your clothes.
And while they might make for a fun game of laser tag,
they're often banned in the military.
All because of fluorescence: Fabric brighteners make your clothes glow.
Clothing looks colorful because dye molecules
reflect visible colors of light into your eyes.
And clothing fades when the dye in the fabric
escapes into the water in your washing machine,
or when ultraviolet light from the Sun breaks dye molecules apart.
More washes, or more UV light, usually mean more faded colors.
Besides not cleaning your clothes,
fabric brighteners also don't really stop either of those processes.
Instead, they act like a sort of dye-enhancer,
helping whatever dye remains look its best.
Fabric brighteners are part of a group of chemicals
known as optical brighteners,
which are members of an even bigger group of molecules that fluoresce.
Fluorescent chemicals absorb light with some amount of energy
and then emit light with less energy.
That can mean absorbing blue and emitting red,
or absorbing red and emitting infrared.
Or, for optical brighteners, it means absorbing ultraviolet and emitting blue.
So when you go outside in clothes treated with an optical brightener,
some invisible UV light might miss a dye molecule
and hit a fluorescent molecule, which emits it as blue visible light.
But optical brighteners don't just turn everything blue in sunlight.
There's not enough added to detergents
to overpower whites or any colored dyes in clothes.
This tiny bit of blue adds a little extra light coming from your clothes,
and it helps drown out yellowing areas or small stains
that can happen to white clothes over time.
So it makes whites look cleaner and creates more contrast with other colors.
Long before optical brighteners, people were adding tiny amounts of blue dye
to their laundry to achieve the same yellow-masking effects.
So this isn't a new trick.
And when there's lots of visible light around,
the fluorescence from optical brighteners doesn't stand out very much.
So clothes treated with them don't tend to look like they're glowing.
But in places with lots of UV light and little else,
there's not much visible light to reflect off your clothes.
So the fluorescence starts to dominate,
especially where there aren't other dyes.
That's why white clothes tend to glow
when you're playing laser tag under all those UV-emitting black lights.
Optical brighteners aren't just a surprise at birthday parties, though.
The fluorescence also shows up through night-vision goggles,
which can pick up on very tiny amounts of visible light.
So detergents with optical brighteners tend to be banned in the military,
where they could put soldiers in extra danger.
So the next time someone tells you you're glowing, it might just be your clothes.
But it's probably you.

Bret Michaels' Daughter Has Grown Up To Be Gorgeous - Duration: 3:57.The daughter of Poison frontman Bret Michaels and model-actress Kristi Gibson has come a
long way since her days on the family's reality TV series Bret Michaels: Life As I Know It.
Now, she's all grown up, absolutely gorgeous, and already embarking on, you guessed it,
a full-blown modeling career.
"Your assignment is to learn what profession your father is."
"He's a music dude."
"He's a musician?"
Growing up rock-n-roll
Raine Michaels' genes are 50 percent rock royalty.
Her dad Bret Michaels first shot to fame in the early '80s as the frontman for Poison,
with hits like "Unskinny Bop" and "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."
With 10 Billboard Hot 100 Top 40 hits and over 6 million albums sold in the US alone
since 1991, Poison solidified its place in music history.
"I love playing music I'm passionate about what I do."
"You're a real superstar too, see you're not insecure about that."
Despite being raised by a rock star, however, Raine's childhood was surprising in that it
was pretty normal…for her.
She told Fox News,
"I didn't think anything of it really.
I thought going to a concert and meeting Lynyrd Skynyrd was normal."
She also says of her rock-god father,
"He's a regular dad.
We go to the beach, play football in the front yard; we just do regular things.
But it's been really cool just getting to meet a lot of people through what he's done."
The family legacy
Raine has chosen to follow in the footsteps of her model-mother, instead of her dad's.
At just 16, Raine was signed to a modeling agency and two years later in August 2018,
the beauty made her runway debut with Sports Illustrated, in Miami.
She revealed that her biggest inspiration was indeed her mom, telling Fox News,
"My mom used to be a model, so it's always been a thing that I wanted to do.
I really look up to my parents and…
I wanted to follow in her footsteps and pursue it as well."
Managing her health
"I grew up the diabetic son of a blue collar family.
My parents told me I could be anything I wanted to be.
I said, 'I wanna be a rockstar.'"
Since being diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at just six years old, Bret Michaels has done
a load of work to raise awareness and funds for families, and has even established his
own foundation, Life Rocks, to support the cause.
"I just try to help.
What I do with Life Rocks is try to help give them some more leeway to do some great stuff."
But in 2010, Michaels confirmed that Raine had been diagnosed with borderline diabetes,
telling Parents that she was quote, "scared to death of (taking) shots," despite being
exposed to needles at a young age.
He said,
"From the time they were three or four my little girls have tested my blood.
They helped me draw my insulin in a syringe and sometimes they'll give me a shot…
I said, 'Listen, if it ever happens to you, I've lived a long life, and we're going to
live a lot longer.'"
These days, the father and daughter duo are taking preventative measures to keep Raine
from developing type 1 diabetes.
A passion for animals
When it comes to her future, Raine isn't just focused on the entertainment industry.
In fact, she's got another passion: animals.
In May 2017, she helped raise funds for conservation efforts, which her dad shared on Facebook,
writing,
"I am proud of my daughter Raine for her charitable efforts last weekend by taking her allowance
and using it to help fund her trip to Northern California… to help raise funds for conservation,
education, and the rehabilitation of wild animals."
He revealed that his daughter's dedication to hard work doesn't stop there, adding that
she's keeping up her grades while modeling and planning a veterinary internship.
But it sounds like she's always been a responsible kid.
"Even though Raine is only nine, she's very responsible like her mother.
In fact, I think she's more mature-acting than I am."
Her dad's full support
While some fathers may get protective about their little girl baring (almost) all, Bret
Michaels isn't one of them.
Before Raine made her Sports Illustrated debut, Bret took to Instagram, posting:
"Raine, I want you to know I'm here at the hotel & need you to know you are loved & supported
by all your family [and] friends 100 percent."
Raine confirmed that her dad has her back, telling Fox News,
"He's always been extremely supportive of everything that I do.
He wants me to succeed in whatever I want to pursue in life."
She knows that's not the norm, however.
As she pointed out, some of the other models' dads weren't as cool with their daughters
walking the runway in bikinis.
But Raine told the outlet,
"…it doesn't have to be sexualized.
It's something you just want to do…
My dad totally gets that, which is really cool because I know that not all dads do."

Things You Should Absolutely Never Order At Taco Bell - Duration: 4:23.When you think of Taco Bell, you're probably not thinking about healthy eating.
Sure, it's possible to have a light meal at the Bell, but those healthy options are not
what we're here to talk about today.
These are the absolute worst items you can order when you run for the border.
Should you really eat any food with a name that starts with "XXL"?
Probably not!
With 870 calories per serving, and half of those calories coming from fat, eating one
of these big boys is about half the food you need in a day.
But it also loads you up with about 90 percent of your daily sodium allowance.
This oversized burrito is stuffed to maximum capacity with salty seasoned beef, way too
much rice, guac, cheeses galore, avocado ranch sauce, and beans.
For anyone looking to eat moderately, maintain a balanced diet, or not suffer a heart attack,
we'd suggest steering clear of this monster burrito option.
The Beefy 5-Layer Burrito is tempting.
You're getting a lot of food for not a lot of moolah when you order this item.
After all, it's two tortillas, stuck together with a tasty filling of nacho cheese, then
filled with seasoned beef, beans, sour cream, and even more cheese.
That said, you're also getting 500 calories, a glob of saturated fat, and more than half
of your daily allowance for sodium.
So you might order this multi-layered burrito thinking you're getting a lot of bang for
your buck, but you're actually also getting a heap of gross preservatives, fat, and salt
you didn't ask for.
Maybe the old saying is true after all.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
"Nachos: They're like a party for your mouth!
Nachos!"
Clocking in at 750 calories per serving with nearly half of them derived from fat, Taco
Bell's classic Nachos Bell Grande should give you pause.
This meal's main components of seasoned beef, cheese sauce, chips, sour cream, and refried
beans collectively contain way too many unpronounceable preservatives, modified additives, and ingredients
with the word "gum" in them to feel good about.
If you can get over how heavily processed it all is, you then have to wrap your head
around consuming 1,310 grams of sodium, 85 grams of carbs, and 38 grams of fat.
If you didn't pay attention in health class: Those numbers are way too high!
Why is Taco Bell's Cheesy Gordita Crunch so bad for you?
Well, first of all, it's actually two tacos masquerading as one.
An unseemly amount of cheese is combined with the eatery's signature overly salty beef,
fatty ranch sauce, and nutrient-free iceberg lettuce, then wrapped in a hard shell that's
wrapped in doughy flatbread.
Eat one of these gorditas and you'll have consumed a whopping 850 milligrams of sodium.
If you're aiming to retain control of your blood pressure levels, stay far away from
this menu item.
In theory, ordering a 12-pack of Cinnabon Delights from Taco Bell sounds like a great
idea.
In a way, it is… until you start looking at the nutritional information.
If you do snack your way through the whole thing, you're eating a whopping 930 calories,
and 480 of those are from fat.
There's also 59 grams of sugar in those 12 little balls of deliciousness, and there are
53 grams of fat, too.
That's more bad stuff than what's in the XXL Grilled Stuft Burrito, and that includes fat!
If you're splitting that order of Cinnabon Delights between four people, as the official
serving size suggests, you're not doing too terrible, but who really does that?
Just one of these giant breakfast burritos contains about your entire day's recommended
sodium intake.
The steak clocks in at the top, with 1480 mg of sodium.
The bacon and the sausage come in at 1470 mg and 1310 mg, respectively, and that's still
pretty horrible.
Why?
The American Heart Association says typical adults eat around 3400 mg a day, but the ideal
limit is around 1500 mg.
That's extra-important for anyone who's keeping an eye on their blood pressure, and too much
sodium leads to heart disease.
So it's probably best to skip this massive breakfast treat unless you plan on splitting
it up into thirds and eating it over the course of an entire day.
Or you could just stick to one soft breakfast taco and a small cup of coffee so your run
for the border doesn't turn into a run for the E.R.

and now I'm finally here in my last leg
of the journey from Ambon to Banda Neiira on Susi Air.
And I'm here with the amazing Mey Pattikawa.
She arranges tours and organizes people from point A to point B
around this region, so if you're interested in contacting her,
the email is right there in the description box.
So do check that out.
It's a 12 seater that I'm going on
they only allow 10 kilos of luggage,
and the maximum total weight
for myself and my luggage has to be under 100kg,
this information by the way
is not on the internet,
you need someone who lives here to go into the system... yeah.
So call Mey, remember that.
I am on the runway right now... kind of.
That's the control tower.
I'm riding on Susi Air today,
I stood right at the front of the gate,
and so when they yelled out, "Banda..."
I was right there
just so that I can secure my seat
and that you will see...
actually right now.
Banda... ah, okay.
Okay, I almost got up the wrong plane.
It's that one over there.
7:45am and we are scheduled to take off at 8am.
Okay, thank you.
So the entrance is from this side.
Hello
Now you know what I mean.
Get your camera ready,
you will see the Fort Belgica from your side...
Folks, it doesn't get better than this!
That's Banda Api.
The eagle has landed... Welcome to Banda Neira!
it was like being a co-pilot throughout the entire flight :)
So we're finally on the island,
the journey took about 45 minutes,
not too bad at all... it was really smooth.
