and you can guarantee that your request definitely does happen, like this very

video. Yhis is a request by Tim Eversole. So, thank you very much Tim! Hey! All I really

know about David is that he is an American Christian vocalist and

he is meant to have crazy high range. So let's start Christmas with 'Oh Holy Night'! Sqwee!

Christmas is on its way!

Oh! It's like an actual nativity scene

Really interesting. He's putting loads of breath through this **SINGS** He did breathe

in a place which I don't particularly like. Before the word 'shining'. Generally

I like it when you don't cut up a sentence. So, you just sing the sentence

how you would say it. However he is doing this half time so the phrases are super

long and sometimes you just do need to take a breath. It's about balancing

quality of tone and sustaining long phrases with the meaning of the sentence.

In this case because it's such a long phrase, he's gonna have to choose one or the other

He went for quality of tone and sustaining the long notes. What do you

prefer? I don't know, I'll leave that up to you.

The first phrase we heard after the last break was a super classical and then the

**SINGS** he added that whiny tone **SINGS** to make it super super poppy. It's quite

nice because you're getting a little taster of that classical traditional

feeling but then he is showing that he's probably gonna do some cool pop Rocky

style belt.

Yeah exactly

Good piano playing

Nice

Great! These high notes are really

effortless for him. Super full, really resonant. He almost

has the tone of a baritone. It sounds very warm. It does not sound as high as

it is but really, he's quite easily hitting As in a very lovely secure way,

I much prefer this higher part of his range to the lower part. I feel like he's

really worked on his technique to get these big notes. It's kind of going

towards a pop rock belt. I also really like how he suddenly brought it down

that was really nice, because I was like 'is he gonna go for that B?'. I think he

will go for that B later on. I'm sure because I could hear it in my head and I

was excited. And then him to bring it back was like "Oh what's gonna happen

next'. He will do it

All these big notes are really on 'ah' vowels, 'divaahn', 'nahght'. He's making it

an "ah' sound to make it much easier for him to reach those top notes

Anahhhther

Passion. I like it

Woah!

Wow!

I'm going to be slightly honest. I was a bit worried that it would kind of stay

around there. Yeah, you can do B flats. It's kind of exciting. I didn't expect it

to go to that lovely amazing high mix. It's so full. And the choir comes in.

Oh that was really a good moment. And I thought, uh yeah I'm gonna

be like it's alright, it's alright. He's doing some really really good

technical things. But yeap, that moment there was extraordinary. I really

enjoyed it

I love the organ

I have to say there was so many different levels to that the first bit.

I was a bit like, his lower range, his tone was fine.

When he was getting higher and it sounded really full and really easy, I was like

okay, okay. I'm more on board, for sure. and then when he hit that top note and the

arrangement of the choir coming in. That was really really good. And the ease up

there was phenomenal. I'm sure it would also have sounded even better live as well because

it never comes across quite as well on a recording, especially an older recording

like this. That's a lovely way to start off the count down to Christmas. Thank you

for watching. I hope you enjoyed it. If you did please do like and subscribe and

I'll see you the next one! Bye!

How To Quit Drugs - Sadhguru - Duration: 9:51.

A lot of stuff in Arizona Mexico and the places which people have been using for

ages so what whether it comes from a plant or it comes from a factory

fundamentally why people are using drugs is it gives them a crack in their mind

when they can see life without the filter of the mind to why people get

hooked on three lefties and other things he's because it just gives them a vision

of life in such a way that's so magnificent they don't want to miss it

they want to pop it all the time but I have to sometime it's just an addiction

after that they can't help it initially it was like a burst of freedom but after

some time it's no freedom it's a deep enslavement with the meta chemical that

they are using but the reason why they're going for it is because there is

a burst of freedom and experience which is beyond normal perception of life so

what is giving that experience is not the chemical the chemical is just

creating a certain break in your mental process that you are able to see life

beyond that as an experience it's fantastic but the means that you're

using is to britain the method is stupid the longing is fine you know the sixties

people went on it in a big way really searching they thought they were going

on a spiritual path all that happened was people ended up as junkies because

they're longing was fine but the method is hopeless

now I'm talking about yoga what this means is to have an experience which is

millionfold more than that and be able to sustain it every moment

of your life and no negative impact on your life people come to this

experiences through drugs isn't it yes no I'm not talking about yours I'll come

to you do you see a lot of people are going to it through drugs many people

have experienced many things to drugs only thing is they are on it for a few

minutes or hours when they come down they're gone they're in a bad state both

physically and mentally if they do it over a period of time

their body itself is ruined their mind is ruined they're good for nothing

they'll become like that but the longing to experience something more than what

you are is there in everybody isn't it is it it's wrong is there in everybody

you want to experience something more than what you are right now the question

is how to get there in a way where you can sustain it if you take any input

from outside obviously you cannot sustain it I am all the time doped you

know I'm stoned all the time but am I balanced enough my parents didn't have

to conduct myself for the world but in 24 hours I'm stoned

if I want I can just flip any moment but I am fine because this is not coming

from any external input this is coming because we have evolved a way to look

beyond the filter of the mind always now even without the drug it can happen

moments of danger and possibilities like this say why there are many many people

in the world today who want to do very risky sport they want to jump off an

airplane they want to go whitewater rafting they want to fall off a

waterfall you know people want to do these things because those few moments

of extreme danger just stills your mind now you have an experience which is like

an explosion of energy in your body a huge explosion of energy it is not

everything but that itself is addicting though it is risky though break your

bones so many things happen do you see people going for it again and again and

again because it's such a big experience in those moments of extreme danger your

mind is still that stillness of the mind is so addictive so fantastic but just

for a few moments of that you're risking everything

one thing is by doing chemicals another doing is by throwing yourself off a

mountain one way another way it may just happen to you when you're not even ready

for it because you created certain situations I have met many many people

who did something this or that and suddenly they had a huge spiritual

experience but that was just for one situation a few moments when they came

back they are completely broken they become totally miserable depressed

broken because they saw something so big they experienced something so big now

they are back to their drab existence they cannot take it

people become hugely depressed there any number of so-called spiritual processes

are going on which is just pushing people into big experience and dropping

them I have seen many many people like this they keep coming to me Yoga means

we are not not flipping you into an experience and

dropping you back we are talking about slowly building a ladder where gradual

you climb and look beyond the wall you're let's say you're living within

the four walls walls are tall you think this is the world isn't it

one day somebody threw you up you looked beyond the wall a whole wide world when

you fall back behind the wall you are going to be extremely miserable because

you have had a glimpse of that if you had not seen that you would live your

own rap life within the four walls but now you have seen that either if you

have sense it will drive you inspire you to somehow go beyond the wall otherwise

it will depress you so certain experiences without the necessary

preparation will always lead to this so what we're trying to do now is build a

proper foundation slowly step by step build a ladder very quietly without any

drama after six months of simple practice you will see you will start

doing shambhavi six months later you say people who look

at you see there's something about you when I saw you six months ago half you

were and today how you are your very face the way you are everything about

you has changed because slowly it has happened that is lonely like how do you

grow up you are only this big now you became this much suddenly if it happened

you know what would happen to you something would burst isn't it it's

lonely quietly happened all the beautiful things in life don't happen

with the bang they happen very gently the flowers will bloom very gently

trees will grow very gently that spins very gently isn't it no bang you grew up

very gently isn't it without a sound so your inner flowering also has to

happen that way very quietly in open up one day so right

now we're just creating a situation like that sudden experiences if there

happened just ignore that don't make it make that the basis of your life

whatever your past experiences don't make the basis of that mr. what has to

happen tomorrow it happened like this one day somebody had an ache in the eye

their eyes were aching they came to Shankaran Pillai

and said my eyes have been aching so much I went to every doctor in the world

but I have not found any relief can you do something from searching and when I

said I had a similar problem I think you could use my experience actually I had a

toothache I went to every doctor in the town and nothing happened till I got it

pulled out can you use the same experience

don't use the past expenses it has its limitations leave that it need not be

that way now

you

I AM WORRIED... - Duration: 5:28.

Oh no!

That was close.

I'm going to change myself from now on.

I'm going to be honest with you.

I've recently been tired.

And I've been worried about something.

I realized a thing.

I'm always thinking about Youtube

and worried about views of my videos.

I'm depressed when a video can't get many views.

I think I'm not popular anymore in that situation.

But I have to keep on making videos.

I 'm always looking for topics which I'll use for videos.

In addition, I have to edit videos and search for interesting things again and again.

I shoot a video while thinking how I should do for making it interesting.

That's why, I'm so tired now.

I saw me laugh in my recent videos.

But I'm just a human, so I have a sad day.

I also have a day when I'm worried about something.

So I've decided to show you the real me.

I had thought I have to show you me who is energetic and happy.

But I've changed my mind.

I'm not a TV star but a Youtuber.

I should show you who I really am when I have worries.

This is my honest feeling.

I haven't pretended to be someone who I'm not, though.

I've decided to be true to myself.

I'll be sad when I have a sad time.

And I'll say what I want to say freely.

I'll get angry when I have something annoying.

I'll laugh when I have a good time.

I'll be worried about something freely even in a video.

I'm a human so it's natural to have various feelings.

I don't want to hide who I really am in Youtube videos.

So I've decided to show you who I really am from now on.

I've realized that's how Youtuber should be.

So the atmosphere must be quite different in this video.

To be honest, I sometimes have a hard time shooting and editing videos.

I think this is not good.

So I'll show you real Fumiya.

I could be who I am when I lived in the Philippines.

But I've thought I've had to make videos after coming back to Japan especially recently.

So it seems like I haven't been real Fumiya.

That's why, I'll definitely say everything to you.

Please continue to support Fumiya.

I don't care about my messy hair style.

Please watch my videos even if I don't laugh in videos.

Sometimes I'll be sad and sometimes worried about something.

I hope you'll accept all of me.

Will you support me?

Thank you so much.

To tell the truth, I've recently been worried about my life as a Youtuber.

And I can't see any future for me.

But I've gotten over it today.

I'll definitely show you real Fumiya from now on.

I don't know whether videos I'll upload will be interesting or not.

The number of subscribers and views may decrease.

But I don't care about it.

I'll show you who have watched my videos who I really am.

Anyway, thank you for supporting me.

I'll try to do the best from now on!

5 Quốc Gia Lãnh Hậu Quả vì Phật Lòng Trung Cộng | Trung Quốc Không Kiểm Duyệt - Duration: 15:14.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

5 countries that have faced the wrath

of the Chinese Communist Party.

Hi, welcome back to China Uncensored.

I'm your host, Chris Chappell.

You don't want to get on China's bad side.

That's the message to nations that dare

to cross the Chinese Communist Party's red lines.

Sometimes it's over major policy stuff,

like challenging their territorial claims

in the South China Sea.

Other times it seems trivial,

like when Chinese tourists got kicked out of a hotel for misbehaving.

"This is killing.

This is killing."

But regardless of whether the problem is big or small,

the Chinese Communist Party wants to make sure

other countries feel the pain.

That way they'll be less likely

to stand up against the Party in the future.

Here are 5 countries that have paid the price

for crossing the Chinese regime.

Number 5

Norway.

A country in northern Europe famous for vikings,

the midnight sun, and trolls.

And while I've always been a big fan of Norwegian trolls,

no one likes to get trolled.

But that's what happened in 2010,

after the Norwegian Nobel Committee gave

the Nobel Peace Prize to Chinese writer and dissident Liu Xiaobo.

Then Norway experienced what it's like

to get trolled by the Chinese Communist Party.

China's foreign ministry fumed about the award,

and said that giving Liu the prize

"runs completely counter to the principle of the prize

and is also a blasphemy to the peace prize."

And to show Norway that nothing quite rankles the CCP

like the suggestion that people should have a say

about who gets to run China,

they pretty much froze diplomatic ties for six years.

And even worse,

they cancelled a concert by a Norwegian Eurovision winner.

Look, I don't understand Eurovision, but I respect it.

Another one of the casualties?

Norway's second biggest export after oil and gas—fish.

Norway used to be the biggest exporter of salmon to China.

But after Liu got the Nobel prize,

China took its revenge and cut salmon imports by over 60%.

All of this is even more ridiculous

because the Nobel Prize Committee is completely separate

from the Norwegian government.

So it's not like the government had any control

over who gets the Nobel Peace Prize.

That seems to be something that the Chinese authorities

couldn't quite grasp though,

as they apparently offered to unfreeze diplomatic ties

if the Norwegian government promised that the Nobel Peace Prize

would never go to a Chinese dissident ever again.

But then Liu Xiaobo died of liver cancer last year

And just a few months later,

China moved to restore relations with Norway.

The Norwegian prime minister

visited the e-commerce giant Alibaba,

and soon after a seafood trade agreement

was signed to export $1.5 billion worth of salmon to China by 2025.

Which led to uncomfortable headlines like

"Norway wants China to forget about the human rights thing

and eat salmon instead"

Number 4

South Korea

Back in 2016, South Korea deployed an American-made

anti-missile defense system known as THAAD.

It's officially designed to intercept missiles from North Korea,

but it could also stop missiles from, really,

any aggressive communist neighbor.

And this was not lost on Chinese leaders,

who hated THAAD from the get-go.

Within a month of deployment,

tour groups from China to South Korea dropped to nearly zero,

as this graph shows.

And individual tourism from China fell by about half.

Cuts to tourism cost South Korea more than 15 billion dollars

and four hundred thousand jobs.

But to make things weirder,

China also took out its anger over the missile defense system

on Korean pop culture.

I guess once the Chinese Communist Party decided

to target Eurovision, K-Pop is fair game.

Korean pop and drama stars started having

their appearances in China cancelled.

And remember K-pop star Psy and his video Gangnam Style,

which got so many views it actually 'broke'

YouTube's view limit of 2,147,483,647?

Well China decided it wasn't gonna help bring Psy's view count

get any closer to YouTube's new limit of 9.22 quintillion

and banned his music videos from streaming into China.

It wasn't until last year,

when the new Korean president Moon Jae-in

took a softer line on THAAD that we saw reports

about Psy's sudden return to China's charts,

which was touted as "the surest sign yet

of a thaw between Seoul and Beijing"

Oh, and make sure you share this China Uncensored video…

9.22 quintillion views, here we come!

Number 3

The Philippines

Back in 2012, when Chinese and Filipino ships

first clashed over disputed waters in the South China Sea,

Chinese authorities retaliated with the fury

of what's been called the China-Philippine Banana War.

First the Chinese regime drastically

reduced banana imports from the Philippines,

claiming they were infested by pests.

Later they put the squeeze on other fruits,

including papayas, mangoes, coconuts, and pineapples.

I guess Chinese authorities don't like Pina Coladas,

or getting caught in the rain.

Especially if it's Filipino rain.

Chinese authorities issued travel warnings

to discourage Chinese tourists from visiting the Philippines.

And it had a huge impact in some parts of the country.

But after Filipino President Rodrigo Duterte

decided to get all buddy-buddy with Chinese leader Xi Jinping...

...the tourism floodgates have opened again.

And don't worry, the Chinese regime lifted

the import ban on Philippine bananas, too.

Duterte has achieved this partly by backing down

over claims in the South China Sea,

and making hilarious jokes like,

the Philippines ought to just be a province of China.

Ha.

Ha.

And presto!

Within a few months,

the number of Chinese tourists grew by 40 percent

and China announced plans

to increase imports of mangoes, coconut and dragonfruit.

But the Philippines isn't the only country

with competing claims in the South China Sea.

For example, there's Vietnam, Malaysia, Taiwan, and Brunei.

There's an old Chinese saying called

"kill the chicken to scare the monkeys",

which refers to making an example out of someone

in order to scare monkeys.

And with the Philippines,

China is sending a message...

if you don't monkey around, we'll buy your bananas.

Number 2

Sweden

When a Swedish hotel refused to let a Chinese family

spend the night in the lobby for free and called the police,

the Chinese regime called bloody murder.

"This is killing.

This is killing."

That was actually Mr. Zeng, the son,

accusing Swedish police,

who appear to gingerly place him on the sidewalk outside the hotel,

of trying to murder his parents.

A passerby filmed the scene and told Sweden's biggest newspaper

that the police tried to calm the situation

while the Chinese family just "shouted and screamed"

and the son basically "threw himself flat on the ground."

But the family complained to the Chinese ambassador,

who seemed pretty willing to elevate this

into a major diplomatic incident between Sweden and China.

Ambassador Gui Congyou complained to Swedish newspapers

that Chinese citizens were being treated brutally

by a country that supposedly cares about human rights.

"We find it shocking and hard to understand

that the three Chinese tourists

were treated in such a brutal manner

in a country that always talks about human rights and justice."

Chinese state-run media repeated the same message

suggesting that Sweden was a human rights hypocrite.

Now if you think the Chinese authorities

and state media are making a big deal out of nothing,

there's just one more piece of the puzzle.

That's right, the Dalai Lama visited Sweden

just one week before the Zeng family got kicked out of their hotel.

Maybe the Chinese regime decided to channel

their usual outrage about the Dalai Lama

into outrage about these mistreated Chinese tourists.

This whole story blew up in China where the search term

"Chinese tourists mistreated by Swedish police"

received more than 130 million views on Weibo.

But not everybody was sympathetic to the tourists.

In fact, some found them,

and the reaction from the Chinese authorities...embarrassing.

But just as the controversy was dying down,

a Swedish satire showed released this helpful

how-to video for Chinese tourists.

"For example, we do not poop outside historic buildings."

Now at first glance, this seems extremely racist.

But when you watch the entire episode

hosted by the Swedish version of me,

it's clear that the satire was actually mocking Swedish people

for being ignorant and racist about Chinese people.

As well as the Swedish government for hypocritically caring

more about doing business with China than human rights.

"But we allow this to continue because we need the money.

And it will be so hard to get the money

if there is a lot of fighting

about Chinese authorities having Swedes imprisoned

and violating human rights and so on.

But that didn't stop the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs

from calling the show "a gross insult to

and vicious attack on China

and the Chinese people."

Satire is hard, I know.

Number 1

Taiwan

Finally, it's everyone's favorite China--Taiwan.

Also officially known as the Republic of China.

Also officially not known as a country, even though it is.

Taiwan's previous president Ma Ying-jeou

really focused on increasing Taiwan's ties with mainland China.

Which led to this beautiful meeting

between the two leaders of China..ish.

Under President Ma, Taiwan went from having

no Chinese tourists to having more than 4 million of them.

But that changed after Taiwan's current president,

Tsai Ing-wen took office.

Tourism from mainland China dropped 36 percent

within the first 7 months of her term,

as the Chinese Communist Party restricted

the number of Chinese tour groups.

But it turns out that tourism from China

could be the least of Taiwan's worries.

Over the last two years,

the Chinese Communist Party has made a push

to isolate Taiwan internationally.

Five different countries have switched from recognizing Taiwan

to recognizing mainland China instead.

And the Chinese regime even pressured international airlines

to not list Taiwan as a country on their websites.

Because everyone knows,

if it's not on the internet, it doesn't exist.

But there is some good news for Taiwan!

It looks like the Chinese Communist Party's attempts

to punish Taiwan economically through restricting tourism is...

backfiring.

Although tourism from mainland China is down,

international tourism in Taiwan is way up,

thanks to more tourists from Japan, Korea,

India, and Southeast Asia.

And it's actually better for Taiwan's economy,

since these tourists spend

more than mainland Chinese tour groups,

and the money goes to Taiwanese

and not mainland Chinese owned businesses.

It looks like the Chinese Communist Party may have to

look for different ways to punish Taiwan in the future.

So what do you think about the countries

that got punished for angering the Chinese Communist Party?

Leave your comments below.

And now is the moment you've all been waiting for!

When I answer questions from a member

of the China Uncensored 50 cent army—

the fans who make this show possible

by contributing through the crowd funding website Patreon.

Brian Caylor asks,

What was the subject of your first episode?

I would like to watch it.

Oh Brian, you've opened Pandora's box!

The very first episode of China Uncensored

was actually not even called China Uncensored.

It was called China Unscripted.

Here's a quick clip.

Hi, welcome to China Unscripted.

I'm Chris Chappell.

Fun times.

I eventually realized since there was a script,

calling it China Unscripted made no sense.

Fortunately we ended up reusing that name years later

for our new Podcast, China Unscripted.

By the way, subscribe on iTunes.

The biggest difference, besides the name,

was I covered three topics in a single episode.

The first was a Canadian journalist named Mark Bourrie,

who was working for Chinese state-run media, Xinhua.

He accused them of asking him to spy on the Dalai Lama.

That lead into a story about state-run media

paying Western companies, like the Washington Post,

to publish Chinese propaganda.

And then, in a tradition apparently going back all the way

to the beginning of the show,

I complain about my student loan debt

and ask Chinese state run media to make me an offer as well.

Hey, I can relate to what it's like to need money.

I got my Master's at NYU, I have crippling student loan debt.

So basically what I'm trying to say here is, Xinhua, make me an offer.

Good evening, comrades. Welcome to the Zhongquo de ...

You know, that was before Shelley joined on the show,

and can I just say,

I think it had a little something to it.

What's that Shelley?

Okay, no it didn't.

Thanks for your question Brian.

And remember, China Uncensored is only possible

because of viewers like you who contribute

on the crowd funding website Patreon.

Even a dollar an episode makes a huge difference.

So head over to Patreon.com/chinauncensored to learn more.

Thanks for watching this episode of China Unscripted.

I mean Uncensored.

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

See you next time.

Essence Of Murli 02-12-18 - Duration: 7:04.

Om Shanti !

Today's Murli Date Is 2nd December 2018

( Today we will listen to Dear Dear Avyakt Baapdada's Avyakt Murli. This Murli was first spoken on 5th March 1984 )

Murli Heading : The importance of the power of peace.

The Father, the Ocean of Peace, has come to meet His children who are incarnations of peace.

In today's world, the most essential thing is peace and you children are the bestowers of that peace.

No matter how much people try to attain peace with perishable wealth or perishable means, they cannot attain true, imperishable peace with that.

Although today's world is wealthy and has all the facilities for happiness, it is still a beggar of imperishable and permanent peace.

You souls, who are master bestowers of peace, treasure of peace and embodiments of peace

have to give a drop of peace to such souls who are beggars of peace and quench their thirst and fulfil their desire for peace.

To the souls who, with their satopradhan stage, always perform truthful actions,

to the souls who give many souls the fruit of peace with their powerful good wishes,

to those who, as constant master bestowers of peace and deities of peace,

spread rays of peace throughout the world, to the souls who co-operate with the Father in His special task

BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

We spiritual children convey to spiritual Baapdada, our love our remembrance, our good morning & our namaste namaste

Blessing: May you be an embodiment of success who does everything from amrit vela to night time accurately with the discipline of remembrance.

Whatever you do from amrit vela to night time, let it be according to the discipline of remembrance

and you will achieve success in every action.

The greatest success of all is to experience supersensuous joy as the practical fruit.

Constantly continue to move along in the waves of happiness and joy.

So, you receive this instant fruit and you also receive the fruit in the future.

The practical, instant fruit of this time is greater than the fruit of your many future births.

( Hence Baba is asking we children to make true efforts)

You do something now and you immediately receive the reward of it. This is called the practical instant fruit.

Slogan: Perform every act while considering yourself to be an instrument and you will remain loving and detached and there will be no consciousness of "I".

Om Shanti !

Freestyle Ice Skating: Slalom Grapevine Tutorial - Duration: 2:58.

Hey guys!

Finally the new season is here.

I'll start my uploads with this slalom grapevine tutorial,

actually can learn 2 variations in this video.

Let's see…

These are both pretty easy and fun.

You can order cones from the internet, I also did that.

Now, I'll start with the classic one, which requires pretty much the same grapevine as

I did in my other tutorial, but in that video I favored going in circles, now it's a straight

line.

So we just change the last step of it.

First you need to find out which is your preferred direction.

This seems so obvious but I still messed it up because you need to arrive with your legs

crossed to the first cone, which can be a little bit confusing.

So just take a second without the cones and memorize which leg goes to the front at the

first step.

If grapevine is still new to you, check out my other video for it.

If you're familiar with the turns already then try swinging your arms and exaggerate

the movement.

Swing the arms first, then the body with a little delay.

This will help to you keep your balance when going slowly plus I figured out it gives a

tempo to the turns, which is very important because you need to adjust these to fixed

points on the ground.

Ok, let's use the cones now.

The movement will repeat after every 4th cone.

Additionally the second half of the grapevine is symmetrical to the first half just backwards.

So it's pretty much just 2 different moves you need to memorize.

You arrive to the first cone with your legs crossed.

Start turning and notice how I go around the cones this time.

Okay?

Around on one side.

Then cross your legs again on your direction and go around the cones again.

This step needs some timing as you're backwards and probably don't really see the cone.

So that's really it, once again if you don't understand the turns, I have a whole video

for that with animation, etcetera.

Here is the mirrored version if you're stronger side is the other one.

It's really fun to learn this extra variation, make sure to try it out.

The next version won't be much harder.

It's the same straight grapevine, but you only look in one direction the whole time.

You start with your legs crossed again.

Then stop the movement and switch your legs, and take the second cone backwards.

And that's it, it's repeating from this point.

Just make sure you don't get confused, you need to start the movement again from the

3rd cone, with your legs crossed, which means you don't push your leg through here, but

here instead.

But I believe even if you do something else, that's good unless you hit the cone.

Also adjust the distances as you like.

So this was the slalom grapevine tutorial, as we're getting into the season you can expect

more and more crazier stuff.

See you soon, have a nice icy day!
