Waching daily Dec 15 2018

Good afternoon, colleagues,

Our meeting today is dedicated to the Culture national programme.

The task of drafting such a programme was set forth in the May 2018 Executive Order,

which, as you are aware, outlines the key priorities

country's development.

Culture is undoubtedly among these priorities as a basis of public life and our identity.

Of course, a significant role here will belong to establishing a vibrant, rich cultural space, which will be interesting and attractive not only for the citizens of our country but also for the whole world.

Overall, the draft national programme has already been finished but I think it is crucial that we discuss it at the Council but also give this discussion a broader outreach to include the entire professional community.

I would like to lay a special emphasis on setting up large culture clusters in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

They will bring together branches of our leading art organisations at a single venue, contribute to enhancing the participation of the regions' residents and Russia's guests, tourists, in the cultural life of the country and the world.

The cities to have the first clusters have already been identified: Vladivostok, Kemerovo, Kaliningrad and Sevastopol.

In addition, art academies, museums and theatres to be showcased there have been selected.

We must not delay the launch of these important projects and use the best domestic and international experience in doing it.

For example, the successful experience of the State Hermitage Museum must be used as it has been implementing the programme of increasing its presence in the Russian regions for many years.

I ask local authorities to join in the work, create the necessary conditions for a public and expert discussion, which will allow for determining the content of the cluster programmes.

It is also vitally important to address such current issues as regulating the operation of the new facilities, their funding, maintenance and staffing.

Setting up branches of federal museums, theatres and universities does not remove the task of supporting and developing similar facilities at the local and regional level.

They should by no means feel like "poor cousins", and closing them down is absolutely unacceptable. I would like to draw special attention to that.

On the whole, the Culture national programme must acquire a powerful regional dimension, boost the quality and diversity of cultural life in small towns and rural areas across the country.

It is no accident that the programme has a special focus on establishing culture and leisure facilities of a club type in the regions,

supporting volunteer efforts in the preservation of the historical, cultural and intangible heritage of Russia's peoples, expanding the network of regional, and, which is key, municipal libraries.

We see the emergence of an increasing number of interesting, substantive authors. The demand for books and, respectively, the number of printed copies keep growing.

Yet at the same time so do prices, especially on children's literature. In this respect, libraries acquire a special significance, where one can loan a book easily and, the main thing, free of charge.

Supplying libraries with books in a well-timed and regular way, including new editions, is one of the objectives of the Culture national programme.

Supporting talented young people is equally important.

We are actively engaged in this area.

I know that many of those present here are also involved in this work, giving their personal time without seeking to gain anything from it for themselves.

I would like to thank you for this work.

But the tempo must not slow down.

This applies to cultural figures and to different bureaucratic agencies of various levels. This work must go on.

Our task is to provide gifted beginner musicians, actors, artists and museum specialists with every opportunity for successful professional growth and self-fulfilment, and preferably in their home country, of course.

To teach them, help with internships and practical experience, even give a personal grant is not bad, it is good but it is not enough, it is too little.

Young people must be sure that each of them has a vacancy waiting for them, as well as a worthy wage and housing.

I would like all the agencies concerned to keep it in their focus.

You have already said that in the Administration, and in the Government, they are actively engaged in the preparation of a law on culture.

This is a complex document and a complex process, in general, the preparation of any legislative act that is called upon - any law is called upon - to regulate the relations of people among themselves in this or that sphere.

In the sphere of culture, of course, it is very difficult and the subject itself to define, outline, and here, you see, Vladimir Mashkov suggests putting forward some things and marking their importance in this way.

Difficult process, but necessary.

I hope that Vladimir Tolstoy will be able to agree on all the parameters of this law by March next, having in mind, of course, your suggestions, because he is now at my request engaged in trying to summarize all the proposals of people who are in this area work.

And, of course, the sphere of culture has its own specifics.

But I have a question: Do you consciously put the social security service and the police in one row?

Or by chance?

I am very respectful towards these authorities, of course. But simply, it seems to me, they should be regulated. Theater, museum and library require different regulation. Thanks.

It's true. Each of them, however, has its own specifics, it is obvious.

This is a joke, of course.

And without any jokes, I would like to thank you for your joint work in general, and for today's work.

Once again I ask Vladimir Tolstoy to work with colleagues, with those who did not manage to speak, I apologize to you for this.

But we will take into account your comments as much as possible.

Both when preparing the concept and when preparing the law.

Thank you very much.

BMW GINA - The Flexible Car - Duration: 7:40.

Every new concept and prototype, Brings something new.

And this might be a new design language or a new technology.

But concepts that bring a completely new way of thinking are very rare.

And BMW GINA is one of this concepts.

I remember seeing this car back in the day and I was just waw.

So something from another world or from Hollywood.

GINA didn't brought something really useful, at least for now,

But brought something cool and new.

So hello guys and welcome back to another video and here is BMW GINA - The Flexibel

Car.

Thanks to its concept division, BMW Technik GMBH,

BMW has brought some really cool concepts, Like

Z11, A electric car with a range of 200km.

The mad Z13, a rear engined hot hatch, With a central driving position.

Or the ultra lightweight Z22.

But differently from these concepts, GINA began as simple idea from another divizion

of BMW.

This is Design Works, Differently from the BMW Technik,

Design Works is mostly focused on new design solution, styles, technology and etc.

But this division of BMW didn't designed car.

The story of GINA began in the early 00s, when Chris Bangle asked Design Works team

how they will designa a car, And one of the designers came up with the

idea, Of a skin that would cover the frame of

the car.

Chassi and

car structures are way more stronger now days.

So they can handle a crash without the the body panels.

So for most part this panels are there, for style, aerodynamic, and for pedestrian safety.

But what if you had the possibility to change the look with a press of a button, this being

for style or for better aerodynamics.

Or he if you made the car much safer to the pedestrian with using much better material.

The design team originally started building the frame of the car,

Since the look mostly depend on the frame, Because the skin would basically wrap around

this frame.

So because of the designers didn't had a true idea in mind,

The skin of the car was made out of special material, developed by BMW.

This was a fabric, Mostly made out of polyurethane and Spandex.

Acording to BMW, this material could resist different temperatures.

And also the movements that happened under it could not damage it.

The skeleton underneath the skin moved consistently, depending on the conditions and speeds.

But probably the coolest party trick was also the fact that the skin also covered the headlights,

the rear lights and the door hinges.

The headlights were covered when they weren't in use,

But they were revealed in a very cool way, Since they looked like eyes.

While the tail lights stayed under the skin all the time.

Also a electronic rear wing was under this skin,

But two were the coolest party tricks, The butterfly doors, which were they opened

created a amazing looks, And the bonet which revealed the engine in

a very unique way.

But this style continued also inside the car, Which like the exterior had a very minimalist

look, And like the exterior with similar moving

parts.

BMW used the chassis of Z8 as platform for this car,

So the engine was the same 4.4L and 6 speed automatic gearbox as on the Z8.

Which ment at the same time the car was fully functional.

BMW presented the car in 2008 under the name.

GINA Which stood for Geometry and functions In

'N' Adaptions.

The GINA was built with the idea of production, Even though BMW satiated that the car was

built in comply with all the regulation, Even though apparently law doesn't allow car

manufactures to use fabric, as skin for the car.

But, Who knows?

We might see something similar going into production

In the future.

So guys thank you for watching see you next time.

TEARS OF NOSTALGIA! | Lion King Trailer Reaction - Duration: 10:23.

Hello, what's up, how you doing fine dial it Thanks are you doing well everybody? My name is coaching guys

Welcome back to miss Kay squad the geeky channel. That's all about you guys

Guessed it geeky goodness and games and guys meet Jojo the giraffe. Say hi Jojo. What's up y'all?

I'll let Jojo do some talking. Go ahead Jo just beside darling. Did you check outside, huh?

So there was a man who took my Gucci bag. I'm so bad. Who did this? Hey, we people to steal your stoutly

No, mo man. I see you on that. Anyways, I'll talk to y'all later

He's awesome to do well story time before we get into a reaction to the Lion King trailer, right? Yes. The Lion King is my

Childhood then Lion King is my world

I

For one was making sure that my mommy and I watched The Lion King

Movie from Disney at least a hundred times in a row while eating some Cheerios

Right on our couch and I would always laugh at this one scene. Shall we play that seeing Derek nights of editing?

Shall we play that see this is the scene then would make me crack up to my sides hurt

this is the scene that made me feel as if I

Wanted to be that character. It's when the Antelope or

They've heard those people forgot what they're called

Whatever that thing is called when it is running towards the scene right after

Mufasa's death

For you goes over two hours

Now I for one was a very dark child

There's some very dark things that young cat did but for that thing to run towards the screen as it was running at me

I for one was always crack the heck up out of it and I would make my mom reply it over and over again

Yes, I was that kid. I would always make my mommy replay things

But at the same time it's like a Mufasa just died Simba or boy Simba my Simba my childhood crush

That's why folks. Yeah, his father just died. And here we go. Literally there's this guy running towards the screen, okay

Look how beautiful it is running towards the screen that BAM you have cat laughing

Or her head off and it's a Mufasa just died cat

What the heck are you doing why you said?

Dojo a knight today, uh, this is story for Jojo

I found this guy in the side of the road

You know, somebody was just getting rid of him and I was like yo mom we got to stop the car

We gotta stop the car mom. We got a rescue Jojo

So I've had Jojo for a few years now. If you were part of Miss cat squad Becca, then they won

It wasn't even miss cat squad and was something else and it was very very cringy

You don't want to go back in those dark days. You may remember Jojo the giraffe, but he's back now

Because hey, he's celebrating the release of The Lion King

From Disney and there's a controversy going on. We call it live action, so I'm not gonna get into that

But yeah, some people are complaining that it's be called live action, but I for one don't know what the college is it

reacted

Reimagined. I'm not sure but if you guys know about that whole thing where it's like you can't call a live action because look at

The animators so talking about it, but I don't know. I don't know what to call it

But I for one do know that despite the things that are going on with it

I'm excited for it because it looks gorgeous based on our boys symbol right there. Look look at that thumbnail

Look, that's some nails a teaser trailer. Okay, but look how gorgeous our boy looks he looks

10/10 would recommend right Jojo. Yeah

Wait, whoa, let's get into reactance. Shall we let's get into the reaction mode. Let's go

The same right there

Those trees psychotic trees. Yes. Here we go. CGI right there

same right there, but

Yeah the like touches yay and they kept in the reservoir sector is all

Original boys back there right there Tilda. I love them. I love that movie

Boy

Look at him look at him. Look at him. Look at my little boy

Yes

Seth Rogen

Yes, now Beyonce's didn't work hello

Remember

Uh-uh, uh-uh

Okay, okay, okay

Okay

Hey just gonna hit me over the high power of an eye hi be nice calm down. Calm down

When you hear that voice, okay, like you don't understand like when it comes to voice act certain people from my childhood

Especially with how they capture those characters it you don't know when it what how much it means

when you're a voice actor and you capture that character and then

They kept the orbit for Mufasa decaf the original voice actor

has nobody

nobody

Could do fastest voice like he does know but they cannot replace that voice. My mom loves his voice so much

I remember when Avery when I was a kid, she would brag about how much he loved

He's like gruff sounding voice and you know what?

Literal chills, right Jojo literal Joe's right now because this is child this Susan by

This was my childhood

we're talking about anything that

Is cats childhood. It's the Lion King. I

Grew up with this. I watched it no matter how much I went through in my life

I would always go back to this movie and watch it

so again

Disney movies maybe

Fantastic and they're fun. There's nice songs as these popping colors everywhere

It's the characters that make us like Mufasa when you hear that voice

Ain't nobody does that voice ain't nobody they couldn't replace then they kept it. Oh

Man don't get me started a lot. No get me started on it, but I'm very hyped. I'm definitely gonna be seeing this movie

I suggest that you to support movies like this to see it in theaters because that is what makes it

You know get great ratings

And helps them with a box office and this and that but I for one do recommend seeing this if you haven't seen the original

Please do what the original it is my childhood I could go on and on

Right Jojo now that the lion came because it is my childhood. I know what

I'm in my 20s and I'm proud to say I still

love

The light I will watch it over and over again. No matter what I still watch cartoons

You know, I still sing those songs. I still play that Disney songs and that in that you know in the car

driving down

Listen some nice sad nah

But yeah, I for one as you guys know I like to give recommendations

And what I like to do is also recommend that you do see this in theaters to support the creators Beyonce's in this

Beyonce's in this can we talk about that Beyonce with Beyonce? Who is she going to be?

Who is she voice a I love that rustle of how the cast is very diverse

love that we need more of that and to you know, it's just ah

This is just this is gonna be perfect cuz I for one I love the

Jungle book movie like when they made it into um, but the new CGI the acting my mama loved it

Loved it. We watched it together. She's hysterical. My mom is more emotional than I am and we love that movie

So I love how Disney is doing this

I am really excited to see if they bring back more original like 2d

Animations three do have they're doing like frozen and tangles and stuff

And also if they want to bring back to 2d, I for one am a huge fan of it big fan

But other than that love and where this is going, I can't wait to see the official

This is the teaser but the official trailer for The Lion King because you see my boy Vicky then he'd be there

Is there can't wait to see Timon and Pumbaa and a voice right there?

Hakuna Matata am I right Hakuna Matata to you?

but anyway guys

Don't forget to subscribe if you want more squad Reax content because there is a new episode of squad reacts every tuesday

thursday and sometimes on

saturdays if you're lucky but also don't forget to give this a thumbs up and if it gets over a thousand likes I would be

Happy to react to more not only Lion King content, but movie trailer content because it's awesome. I love to experience

You know my thoughts my you know, my inner thoughts about these movies because I have a lot to say about them

Especially when it comes to childhood and then remake it and they're helpful. They're you know bringing us

Nostalgic kids back together again. They they're right Jojo Jojo, of course

First but also don't forget that the bail notification because if you don't then you're gonna miss that a miscut squad, you know

Huh the awesome sauce that I'm not sure you want to do that because you don't hit the bell notification

Then you're gonna miss out again. I'm sure you don't wanna do that. I know Jojo don't want you to do that. Right Jojo

the he agrees

Yay, but alright guys. I hope you have an amazing day

You stay safe out there and as always in this capsule

So the next video boy should a fangirl and your fanboy every single day. Let's go Jojo

FERNANDA, YOU HAVEN'T HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE --

YOU'VE ONLY GIVEN IT A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

YOU GOT UPSET OVER --

I'M -- I HAVEN'T LEFT THE HOUSE.

FERNANDA, ANYTHING YOU WANT, I GIVE TO YOU.

YOU CALL ME FIVE TIMES IN TEN MINUTES.

Fate/Grand Order - Helena Blavatsky (Archer) Voice Lines (English Subbed) - Duration: 10:49.

I'm Helena Blavatsky, and I've changed my Saint Graph for a change of pace!

I think it turned out pretty well for my first time!

...Though, I think there's probably another reason.

Doing something like that shouldn't be this easy, right?

Conversation 1: If we're going somewhere, this Kumara Wheel can get there in a flash!

Conversation 2: I'm sorry, but truth is, the Kumara Wheel only seats one.

Oh, but there's plenty of room for you in their trailer.

Let's go with that!

Conversation 3: Ask me anything you like.

In this form I may be a bit more juvenile than I used to be,

but if you want to know about Mahatma, I'd be happy to talk.

Coversation 4 (If you have Nikola Tesla and Thomas Edison): You're fighting again!? Knock it off!

..Very good. Try to get along.

If you keep fighting so much, Helena will get really sad♡

.....wait, why are you looking at me like that!?

It-it's a joke, of course it is!

Hurry and answer me! Don't look away from me!

Heeeeeey!

Conversation 5 (If you have Sherlock Holmes): Hm? You look like a pigeon who's been shot at by a peashooter[1]

Hurry up and say something, Mister Sigerson[2]

I've just told you a Japanese proverb, so you should give me some sort of reaction.

Oh, are you surprised by my appearance?

Fufu, since I'm physically young, I might as well dress like it.

Conversation 6 (If you have Lord El-Melloi II): Oh, good day Mister El-Melloi.

Oh, sorry, I forgot the II.

I suppose that since I'm a granny on the inside, a lot of things just slip my mind.

Eh? I'm just imagining things?

Servants don't grow any older from the form in which they're initially summoned...I know that already.

Fufu, you're always so serious, aren't you?

Still, that's one of your good points.

Oh yes, could I hear about your students next time?

In exchange, I'll tell you about Yeats[3]

Conversation 7 (If you have Medea): Good day, Medea the witch.

If it's okay with you, could we perhaps talk again?

Conversing with you is both fun and a learning experience!

Conversation 8 (If you have Helena Blavatasky [Caster]): We should all get together for tea sometimes, Master included.

I don't believe I've shown you my mobile workshop yet.

Eh? In my previous form, you saw it a lot whenever I used my Noble Phantasm?

No, no, my workshop is a completely different thing.

Likes: Running forward at high speeds is just great.

It also feels nice to just shoot water everywhere with my Nyarf!

Dislikes: What? What I hate?

Hmm, nothing in particular right now.

...SPR? Ahhh ahhh I can't hear you!

...Fufu, just kidding.

Holy Grail: The Holy Grail...well, it might be pretty Mahatma.

Event: Huh? Another event?

Excellent, I look forward to participating in this form!

Bond 1: Thanks for playing with me, Master.

Fufu, it's like I'm a child again.

Bond 2: NYARF!!! Do you want to try it, Master?

Hmm, but the force is quite strong even though it's a water gun,

so it might be better to ask Mister Edison to design you a specialized Mystic Code first.

Bond 3: Phew, playing is fun, but firing off NYARF gets pretty tiring after a while.

Ufufu, being able to play hard and complain about being exhausted afterwards -

how long has it been since I've done this?

Bond 4: I'm happy that you're playing with me, but are you really okay with this?

Despite how I look, I'm a granny on the inside.

I'm afraid that kids these days might find me boring.

...Really? You're okay?

Bond 5: The pool! I wanna go the pool! Or even the beach!

Fufu, sorry for being so hyper.

Playing like this, I feel like I've gone back to my childhood.

It's all because you're with me. Thanks, Master.

Mahatma Change!

Fufu, I'm giving this outfit a try! Does it look good?

I tried visualizing myself in the form closest to Mahatma, and this is how it turned out!

I can feel Mahatma. Yep, it looks like I can feel it even in this form.

Mahatma Change! The second!

Is this a bit formal?

I'm going for something cool-looking.

Eh? Mahatma?

Oh, this doesn't have anything to do with that. I just felt like dressing up. Fufufu!

Like this? Or...like this?

Hmm, how about this?

Oh, this! I like this one the best!

Well? Do I look good?

I've been wanting to do this kind of pose too!

What do you think?

NYARF!

Fufufu, this water gun is really fun!

Wonderful!

Battle Start 1: It's a good chance! Let's have some fun!

Battle Start 2: Very well! I'll help out!

Skill 1: I'm taking a small break.

Skill 2: My throat's parched.

Command Card Select 1: Leave it to me! I'll shoot it!

Command Card Select 2: Fufu, ufufu!

Command Card Select 3: NYARF!!!

Noble Phantasm Select: Yes, yes! Wonderful!

Attack 1: Ei!

Attack 2: How's this!?

Attack 3: This is so much fun!

Attack 4: Wonderful!

Extra Attack 1: Mahatma Change! into, the third light!

Extra Attack 2: Morph! and then, the third light!

Noble Phantasm: Now then...

There's an obstacle on course! Requesting backup!

『Sanat Kumara Wheel』!

Yaho!!!

Damage 1: What's that for!?

Damage 2: Ahh!

Defeat 1: I'm getting...a little tired.

Defeat 1: Sorry...I'm sorry...

Victory 1: Well, that was fun! What about you?

Victory 2: It's my victory! And Mahatma's victory!

Q&A | Vlogmas Day 14 - Duration: 12:10.

Drink responsibly, kids.

Hello, I'm Rogan and welcome to Vlogmas day 14. Today, I will be doing a Q&A.

I will just open with... I've done absolutely no preparation for this.

The most I've done is just screenshotting the questions and putting them all in one place, that's it. So...

I may not be able to think of answers for some of them on the spot. So we'll just go with it.

I asked for questions from YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram. I will start with YouTube questions first.

What's your favorite city outside of the US that you've visited, and why?

For those who don't know, I've traveled some. I've been to six countries outside of North America.

I would say my top favorite probably has to be Melbourne, (Victoria,) Australia.

I was there for about a week and half. And the whole time I was there, I just loved it.

It's SO walkable, I love it. And coffee is easily accessible.

But no honestly, Melbourne is a beautiful city, right on the water. Just yes.

Someone asked what the sign for autism is.

I've been seeing some people debate over this right now, because there are a lot of signs that aren't...

The best for that word. It's either offensive, very stereotypical, very degrading, really.

The one that I've seen most commonly used, and seems to be the most accepted use, is [autism 3x].

What kind of things, food or drink, am I planning to have for my Christmas dinner?

I have no idea.

I'm not even sure what the final plans are for Christmas yet, so... I don't know.

Probably some eggnog. Probably something with alcohol in it?

Drink responsibly, kids.

Next is two questions, but I'm going to combine them and answer them together.

What's your favorite book? And what's your favorite spot to read?

First.

Not nice.

I refuse to answer that question. I will not pick favorites. Too many good books to pick a number one favorite.

For favorite place to read, I don't have a specific favorite place, but I love having a cozy,

comfortable sitting place because I'm one of those people who constantly moves while reading.

I just can't stay in one place while reading. So...yeah. It's a bi problem apparently.

I'll link an article down below so you can know what I'm talking about.

This person asked like ten questions, I'm not going to answer all of them.

I'm going to answer just a few of them. One's the worst book to movie ever?

There's quite a few, but one that came to mind almost immediately was Eragon.

That movie was just... Disappointing.

Favorite library, real or fiction?

There are a lot of great libraries out there. I've been to the library in Melbourne, one in Aarhus,

one in Copenhagen, there's a lot of really beautiful libraries.

For... I can't choose. No. I can't choose.

That's it for Youtube questions. Now I'll do Twitter questions.

Eric Bittle offers to bake you a pie, what flavor do you choose?

Honestly, I would take anything.

Okay, for those who don't know who Eric Bittle is, he's from my new favorite graphic novel.

Check, Please! And it's just...

If you haven't read this, you NEED to read this. It's amazing.

And when you finish the first volume, go online and read the rest!

For pie. I would say...

I would really like something with maple and apples, something, some combination of that.

Can you tell I'm a little obsessed with Check, Please!?

What are your favorite movies of all time?

I've seen so many movies, I honestly can't really pick out one and say yep, that's my favorite movie.

It's nowhere near the equivalent of picking a favorite book, but...

I watch so many different genres, I don't really...have an easy answer for that.

If you could become an animal for a week, what would it be and why?

I would probably choose a bird of prey, something like an osprey or kestrel. Something in that family.

Why? Because I want to be able to fly for a week, that'd be really cool.

Artistically, who inspires your drive?

I... For me, I can't point to one person because artistically, that's really broad.

YouTube, videomaking, or drawing, or whatever.

But even when I narrow it down to more specific, like YouTube or filmmaking.

It's still--I draw inspiration from all different kinds of people. So...

I may leave a few links down below to some people who I watch often that really inspire me creatively.

That's the Twitter questions finished, now to Instagram questions.

Least favorite thing about gift shopping?

People. I don't just mean other shoppers. I mean gift shopping FOR people.

I... I'm not always the best at knowing what would be a good gift for a person, so that's what I don't like.

Which is why I tend to--if I get a gift, I tend to make it more of like a voucher, or a gift card.

That's why I always really appreciate it when people say, I would love to have that thing,

or I would love to do this thing, or whatever. Then I can keep that in mind for Christmas. But...

I haven't really done gifts in general for a while except for small things because...

You know, I'm poor.

The next person has two questions. The first one, is there anything that ASL students do that bother you?

I've already answered this, link below. Do you have a favorite author?

Again, I can't pick a favorite. There's so many great authors out there. No. I can't pick a favorite.

Two different people asked me if I like tea, and if I do, how I like it.

Yes. I do. I don't drink it as often as I used to, but I still drink it now.

I usually just drink it hot, straight up. During the summer, it's iced.

I do occasionally add milk to my tea. I know, I know. It's a thing I picked up in Europe.

One of those people asked me if I like coffee, and how I like it.

Yes, I do. That's really my primary drink of choice, over tea.

And if I do have coffee at home, I usually just add a little bit of half and half, and a pump of caramel syrup.

That's it. Or if there's no syrup, I add a spoon of sugar, that's it.

If I get it out, it's usually a latte with some flavor added.

Caramel, hazelnut, peppermint because it's the winter season now.

Since you love reading so much, have you ever thought about writing your own novel?

I've already answered this before, but the basic answer is I have thought about it, yes. Will I actually do it?

Maybe?

What shows on Netflix are you binge watching?

I haven't been on Netflix that much lately. I've been reading a lot more.

I haven't really felt motivated to or want to binge watch shows. Or even watch movies, just...

This is an interesting question. I'm hearing, and I'm writing a deaf character.

What's your advice on what to include? Some things that you've seen that annoyed you? That's hard.

I would really suggest you talk directly with a deaf person.

And when you write this character, go ahead and have what's called a sensitivity read.

Have deaf people read that scene or that story, and give you their thoughts on how you wrote that character.

A big question to think about with this character is...

Are they a signer? Or do they speak? Or a mix?

You will have to show that in your writing.

You can't just have them be a signer then all their dialogue and whatever is in English.

It doesn't really work that way.

This is why it's so hard to write stories with deaf characters,

because it's hard to convey sign on the written page.

Yeah, this is a big question. I could go in more depth about this, but basically,

it's hard to write a deaf character, even for deaf authors.

So... I would *really* suggest you work with a deaf person when you do this.

Do you plan to travel to the east coast?

I'm not sure if this question is because this person doesn't know I've been to the East Coast before or...

I don't know, but I've been to the East Coast. Many times.

I went to college on the East Coast for four years, in upstate New York. So...

But if you're asking this as in am I planning to travel there anytime soon?

I'm thinking of all of my possible, possible!, travel plans and...

I think for 2019... The majority of them are West Coast.

So the answer would be yes, I've been to the East Coast before many times, but anytime soon, probably not.

Have you ever dyed your hair?

Yes. And I kind of want to dye it again.

Least favorite genre of art? Most favorite?

Okay, this is going to be a little weird. My least and most favorite are really close together.

Least favorite... I don't know if this is really even an actual name for it, but it would be extreme minimalism.

Now. What I mean by this is like art that's literally just a blue square on a white background. Or...

Like a red canvas with one little square of gold in the corner.

What? Anybody can do that! Honestly. And you charge $3,000 for this? That's ridiculous.

But my most favorite is minimalism. Okay, minimalism and geometry.

By minimalism, I mean things that you can still understand what it is.

You don't have to look at the title to know what the piece is supposed to be about.

You can look at it and go, oh I can kind of see it.

Geometry, what I mean by this is when complex shapes are made out from many, many,

many basic shapes, usually triangles.

That's all of the questions for this Q&A. I hope you learned something new about me and...

Go ahead and leave some in the comments. I may answer them, I may not.
