woah this weather...

we don't got any luck with this weather

best beginner trail - popeye!

I mean it's a really good beginner track no descend at all! so you don't get braking bumps

dude why are you rolling so slow

I don't brake! - I do haha!

do a nosetap on the rock!

this is a very interesting fact

this one is rolling so much slower cause it got full contact to the dirt

this one is worse than my new highroller but still way faster than his one cause he still got short knobs

in the mud it's really a difference

today it's way worse than yesterday

in front of the jumps I have to brake because of you... can't clear them..

these berms are sick

nice compression

pedal!!!

we are so slow

bellev'hard... or whatever

failed there yesterday too

radde_mtb in front

will I clear it this time?

reminds me of les 2 alpes

Fresse tagada ... scare fresse... thats a funny sign when you're german

what does "fresse" mean? - don't know

not dry anymore...

dry all the time just when we roadtrip it's like this

this is exactly how it is! exactly!

now we got a double black diamond trail in front..

lets roll it first.. jump looks broken

grown over here

what's this? was easy

we don't have any time for a second run today...

go away bird

cleared this one

big rut on the roll in

omg such a flat landing..

2 options.. jump 12m+ into the steeper part down there or.. a hard impact

huh wasn't that good idea to ride this one..

overgrown landings and stuff ...huh

it looks cool but the condition of the trail.. - yeah good line choice..

the landing should be more like that

oh windy!

so windy!

you look good... just like ...a radde

freeride!

quite fitting outfit

yeah... yeah.. lets ride bikes!

haha everytime when you think it's too much talk you always say "lets ride bikes"

this is sick

looks .. dumb

not so fast dumb***

saw that one too late!

Stories Of The South: Finding Aunt Lillie | Southern Living - Duration: 5:00.

I kept asking myself,

what do you buy a 100-year-old woman

for a birthday present?

She said she had everything,

including her family and her health.

So I wrote this essay and published it

on the occasion of her centennial.

Gary Ford reads his story, Finding Aunt Lily.

(jaunty guitar music)

When friends ask how I spend spare time,

and I reply, genealogy, they give me one of those looks

that says, "Get a life."

I did, her name is Aunt Lily.

It's true, I spend cheerful sunny weekends

in research libraries, my head inside the box

of a microfilm projector.

Its light bulb is my lamp down dark corridors of time

shining on the tracks of my family

who spent two centuries moving across the South to Texas.

I took up genealogy several years ago

when I was trying to get over a woman and cigarettes.

It worked.

A genealogy library makes a great recovery tank.

You can't smoke in there.

And the only humans you think about are dead.

The impulse to find family, however, was genetic.

It struck the day I began to gray,

the morning mortality looked back in the mirror.

It was time to find my place in the pantheon of my people.

I am not alone.

In the South, we worship genealogy

like an old time religion.

Once only little gray-haired ladies congregated

at card catalogs.

Now all types fill the pews around me, young and old.

Some in the libraries are professional genealogists,

hired guns tracking down other people's lives.

Most are amateurs, but they research in a scholarly manner

following the facts of their families

to whatever doorsteps they lead,

plantation manor or creek-side cabin.

I suspect a diminishing few, however,

still prune family trees of unsightly limbs,

like horse thieves, and graft onto ancestral charts

the rich, royal, and famous.

As for me, I care not about blue blood,

and I would be neither surprised nor chagrined

to find some ancestor's name on a police blotter.

I have simply wanted to learn where and how my people lived.

It hasn't been easy.

I descend from poor to middling cotton farmers

who moved a lot and possessed a cavalier regard

for education, thus, they didn't leave behind many records.

But they did sow a few memorable stories

in the wagon ruts along their way west.

From the clues left, I solved one family mystery

and verified another family myth as fact.

I even tracked an 18th century immigrant

to County Antrim in Northern Ireland.

Most important, I found Aunt Lily.

Nothing is more tedious than someone else's genealogy,

so I'll be brief.

I learned my great, great, great-grandfather, Alan Leach,

migrated from Walton County, Georgia to Texas in 1854.

As far as I knew, the Leach families in Georgia and Texas

had completely lost touch.

We finally spoke again when I placed an ad

in the Walton County Tribune outlining the family history

in hopes that some Georgia kin would call.

Two days later the telephone rang.

"This is Ray Leach in Monroe," the boy said,

"and I think I can help you."

On a cheerful sunny weekend afternoon,

my newfound cousin, Ray, showed me a Leach family cemetery

and the home place Alan left in 1854.

Then Ray took me to meet his aunt, Lily Leach Johnson.

When she opened the door, I looked again

into the face of my long-departed great-grandmother

back in Texas, the same twinkling eyes,

the same lady-like chuckle.

Aunt Lily welcomed us inside.

And as I told the story of her great-uncle, Alan Leach,

and his exodus to Texas, she listened carefully, nodded,

and replied as if it had occurred just a few years ago,

"Well we always wondered what happened to Alan."

Since then, I've brought my parents back

to Walton County twice where my mother has walked

through her ancestral home.

We've spent afternoons visiting with Ray and with Aunt Lily

who is blessed with a wonderful wit

and can tell great stories.

She told us this one last fall.

"A few weeks ago my granddaughter was driving me around

"down near Good Hope, and I said,

"'Have you ever seen a 99-year-old woman pick cotton?

"'Well you're about to.'

"It was the first time in 45 years I had even wanted

"to pick cotton."

As we were leaving, Aunt Lily said she wanted my mother

to take something back to Texas

and pressed into her hands two bowls

of the Georgia cotton she had picked.

I'm so glad I found Aunt Lily.

She gives flesh and voice to all those spools of microfilm,

and she has made whole the long-broken circle of our family.

We'll visit Aunt Lily again on June 11,

when she'll put on her bonnet

and walk out to a mailbox filled with birthday cards.

That day Lily Leach Johnson turns 100.

I hope it's a cheerful sunny day.

(cheerful music)

HOE JIJ DE FEESTDAGEN OVERLEEFT (5 tips om slank te blijven tijdens kerst) - Duration: 4:41.

Hey and welcome to a brand new video!

My name is Antonis and today I will share 5 tips

to survive the holidays!

Many people are afraid to

gain a lot of weight during the holidays and that's really unnessecary.

In fact: most people gain more weight

throughout the year, than during the two weeks of christmas holiday.

But still I will share 5 tips to survive the holidays.

And to make sure you feel comfortable during Christmas.

If you are planning on cooking something nice

during Christmas, I advice you to

avoid foods of which fat is the main source

of energy. You can check this easily by checking the back

of the packaging. If you are clueless of what is a lot

and what isnt, per example: chicken breast

contains per 100 grams only 3 grams of fat.

a sausage contains on average

per 100 grams 30 grams of fat.

most sausages weigh around 100 grams.

1 gram of fat contains 9 calories.

you do the math.. my second tip

is when you choose to eat carbs

such as rice, pasta or bread, choose

whole grain. This contains more fibre and

this helps digest your food better.

and they help your poo come out smoother.

Which is a nice pro.

Other than that they help you feel full for a longer period of time so

you will need less food, hence

you will consume less calories.

My third tip is for everyone who plans to go out for dinner during the holidays.

if so, choose a dish that is low in

fat. This is usually steamed, boiled

boiled and most stir fried dishes.

other dishes usually contain more butter and

oil which will make you go beyond your caloric maintanance very fast.

and you kinda wanna avoid this during the holidays

cause you probably already eat more than you usually would.

good options are white fish, beef

or chicken breast.

choose a dish which comes with a good amount of veggies.

and if it comes with a form of carbs, my second tip comes in hand

choose something whole grain

such as brown rice in stead of white rice

whole grain pasta in stead of regular pasta, etc etc.

Veggies also contain a lot of fiber

so eat your veggies during the holidays.

my fourth tip needs a bit more explanation.

carbs and fat deliver energy.

on average deliver carbs fast

energy and fats slower energy.

and protein doesnt deliver energy at all.

unless you are stranded on a deserted island

starving..

of which I asume doesnt count for the lot of you.

Protein does help recover your muscles after a workout

and it helps build new muscle tissue. And now the tip:

when you choose a source of protein

again choose a low fat one

again white fish, most beef and

chicken breast and some parts of pork such as a gammon steak and tenderloin

when you do choose a protein source of which the fat percentage is a bit higher

Choose salmon, seeds and nuts

and some parts of beef, chicken and pork

and as a reminder you should know that skin

contains most fat, this counts mostly for chicken.

my fifth and final tip ive mentioned before

and this is about calories. a calorie is a calorie

and if during Christmas breakfast you are planning on

drinking a glass of freshly squeezed juice

you are actually not acting very healthy.

because for this one glass you need on avarage 4 oranges.

and your can only obtain X amount

of vitamin C and all the rest you just pee out

also fruit contains a lot of

natural sugars which you dont need.

So if you want to experience the pro's of fruit during Christmas

I would advice you to just eat it.

and than you dont need more than one or two pieces of fruit.

So what should you drink? Just plain water.

Kidding theres other things you can drink. Tea and coffee

milk, butter milk

or choose a juice with a lower sugar percentage.

And than I am sure you will survive the holidays

easily. Alright these were my 5 tips!

I want to thank you all for watching and

I will check you in the next video. Bye!

How To Stay Calm In Any Situation | Virtual Chill Pill! - Duration: 3:43.

Why hello there boys and girls.

In this video, I'm going to be telling you how to stay calm in any situation.

If you have one of those friends that just can't chiiiiil out, you need to send them

this video.

Consider this a virtual chill pill.

Queries of the Interweb.

Hows it going guys?

Joel here and I amusingly answer questions that are searched for every single day on

the interweb.

Smash that subscribe button bruh and hit that notification bell so that you don't miss anything.

Now let's talk about how to stay calm in any situation.

I made a video called how to be emotionless.

Some of the things I talk about there are going to be similar to what I talked about

in that video but there's gonna be some extra things as well.

Being emotionless and staying calm are kind of related.

They're like cousins who don't really hang out but they'll get together every now and

then just to keep the relationship going.

The reason that people can't stay calm in a lot of situations, well it's because you

get nervous.

Why do you get nervous?

Well 'cause you're self-conscious.

You're like, "Oh my gosh.

I'm gonna mess up.

It's gonna be humiliating.

People are going to judge me."

I mean there's a lot of reasons why you're not being calm.

Some people just freak out for no reason, like if you go a friend named Charlie.

He probably freaks out over the, the most mundane crap, cause he's, he's so, he's, he's

too serious, you know.

Staying calm is actually really, really simple.

I've been told in my personal and my professional life that I'm a very chill guy, alright.

I'm very easy going, laid back, so staying calm kind of comes naturally to me.

There could be like a ton crap happening around me and I can tune it all out.

Now there are some situations where staying calm can be difficult and I understand.

If you use what I'm gonna teach you in this video, you'll be able to stay calm in almost

any situation that happens to you.

One thing that I like to do, is I like to imagine myself in an action movie.

I know, it's a little vain.

Vanity can, can, can be useful... sometimes.

Imagine that you're in a action movie and you got some cool action music playing in

the background.

You're the star of your own action movie.

What happens in action movies?

Well the hero, he always knows what to do right or he always figures it out.

If you're imagining yourself in an action movie and you're imagining yourself watching

said action movie, what would you do?

How would you resolve the situation?

The reason why I'm having you use this action movie analogy is because I want you to take

yourself out of the situation, right.

Take yourself out of uh, your own body essentially, okay.

Don't take crap so personally.

Don't assume that it happening to you.

Assume that it's happening to somebody else.

If it's happening to somebody else, you're an observer.

You're just looking at it and you're wondering like, hmm, if I was in that situation, what

would I do to fix it?

If you can do that, then the pressure is no longer on you.

It's on that person in the action movie, your action movie.

So if you have a bunch of people yelling at you, they're, they're not actually yelling

at you, they're yelling at the person in the movie.

I hope this action movie analogy works.

I hope this staying out of your body and looking at it as an observer rather than as a participant

kind of gives you a good idea of how you can stay calm in any situation.

Just imagine the situation is happening to somebody else.

Why Does Gear Oil Smell So Bad? - Shop Towel Engineering - Duration: 2:42.

have you ever wondered why gear oil smells so bad well that's today on shop

television hey youtube Nathanson here with shop town engineering today we're

gonna explain what gear oil leaks so bad and why it's so important Guerra is just

like any other oil but due to the high-pressure environment that gears

live in there's an extreme pressure additive or an EP added to the oil just

think dear car is 400 foot-pounds of torque all of that energy is going to be

transferred from one year to another gear and for one moment in time only one

tooth will be handling that load that's a lot of pressure so let's look

at oil film oil can only handle so much load if you look here we have an oil

film this is handling the load but under extreme heat and extreme pressure that

your gearbox will be within you will see that the oil film will actually get

pushed out and it will be no oil film between the two this creates a metal to

metal contact when gears have a metal to metal contact there's often a surface

transfer from one gear to the next this only happens momentarily but this is

what damages transmissions so how do transmissions in differentials fail due

to this metal to metal contact that we talked about here what happens is

there's a surface transfer so the metal is is pushed so hard against the other

piece of metal that there actually is a transfer of material from one surface to

the other surface then when they separate that piece of metal typically

falls off and ends up in your gear or have you ever changed your gear oh and

you have a lot of metallic in it that's what's happened if you look at the gear

key afterwards though it'll be little pits on them creating a rougher surface

that will eventually create stress cracks and fatigue in the gears so

adding a chemical compound to the gear oil called an EP typically made up of a

chlorine or a phosphate or a sulfur the last one being the smelly one creates a

1 to 2 micron thick surface layer that bonds to the metal of the gear so what

happens here is when you have a no oil film situation when the 2 gears are

actually pushed together and you can see this oil being pushed out in between

these gears this 1 to 2 micron surface layer protects them it creates a

slippery boundary that is slightly harder than the gear itself adding

extreme pressure additives to your oil has been proven to increase the gear

life of your transmission two to three times longer than conventional oil

without you've added so the next time you get annoyed that your gear oil

smells or don't want to do a particular job because it's smelly because it

involves Giro just think that smell in your Bureau is worth protecting your

transmission every time you match any problem thank

you for watching for more shop tile engineering don't forget to subscribe

Nick get over here

Wr have a guest today

didn't he bring some beers?

Get us some beers

usually he only speaks German

show me your aim

go go go

like that!

cool cool

Cheers, it's a sad cheers today

sad indeed

CHEERS

We got ourself some new cameras

digital cameras so

maybe they have already noticed it on social media

my accounts

i have got some comments on it

I've been going to therapy sessions

called A.D.

Anonymous Digital photographers

it's these

two beautiful cameras

and just to put it out there

we do not plan on going digital on this channel

no - i am going to start filming some more

and you convinced me

okay so this camera Sony A7iii

I've been wanting this for a while

and you told me you were looking to buy a new digital camera

so that you could film a bit more and start taking part of the video side

and I said you should check this one out

and you had already been checking it, and went ahead and bought it

and then I had to buy one as well

we went to Silkefoto and

ordered two of these badboys

and I want to say that I was moving from Canon

which I have been using since

day one...

i was a bit nervous

moving to Sony and Mirrorless Cameras

but I must say I am stoked, the quality you get

for the price is... awesome

BUT

The main reason for the switch is the possibility to adapt other lenses

old glass on new cameras

I've been looking at adapting manual glass for a while

the main reason for me

is that it is budget friendly, as I am studying

so I wanted quality glass for less money

mainly for photography

so I needed to try it out

i jumped on Ebay to see

what kind of Carl Zeiss lenses were available

and I found a errrhhh...

a Carl Zeiss 35mm

opens up to 2.4

and it almost goes macro - eh it's

odd that it does not upon up wider

yes but I think it has something to do with

the macro capabilities

it has an insane minimal focus distance

eehhh, so I got stoked on this

and found one on DBA

and the seller reccomended

an K&F concept adapter

looks like this

what you already know

is that I love my Leica m6

so I bought an adapter

for my Leica lenses

so at the moment I have

a 50mm attached, real nice

and what's great is when you focus with these lenses

older/manual glass then you have some helping features

I don't know the name for it - it's called

Focus peaking where it highlights

the part of the image that is in focus

it's a great feature for manual focusing

it's cool, this is an f/1.5

and eeehm

let's see if I can get it back on

i have bought my adapter at Photographica

during a job in Copenhagen

because I ordered a wrong adapter at first

yea, okay okay this adapting life

can be a bit of a hassle

you need to learn how to read the "codes"

for Sony cameras the adapter should say,

the mount of the lens - NEX

something something - NEX

like it says here, mine is a Prakticar B - NEX

actually what we do right now is that

we try to justify that we bought digital cameras

by saying "you can adapt older glass"

but but but

what we could do

in the new year, make

eeehem

something,, let us know what you think

in the comments

we could do a test of the same glass on a film camera and digital camera

maybe that would be fun to see

HEY! we get a ton of questions on where we get our films developed

and and,, just because I don't want to

answer no more messages on that subject

i thought

that we could drop the new link

yea Silkefoto has made a new site

Silkeprint.dk

and the link is under the video

what is smart about that site is...

2 sec

is that

you can go and order developing and scanning

they have

done something smart

send 35 and 120 film

for developing

color films. order a code and send your film

to their lab

and they send it back developed

and you can order

I think that's what they said

extra film with your developed film

and same day they receive your film

you get your scanned negatives send on WeTransfer

so you can really get it how you would like it

that was just to say it's a possibility

if you do not live in Silkeborg

and can't drop by the shop

it's cool with a website for the purpose

and that is what people tend to ask us. and it's that lab

but we have a guest

who was with me in.... LA MoggaFurkkaaa

they German guy at the end, who paid my beers

aah Guten Abend Yes Yes

come

Hey

Hey what's up

what is that voice !

I can't sit here... between you two chubbies

you got a new camera as well

You have bought my Nikon F3 which I bought in New York

I've been happy with it

and we have a deal that if you move on I can buy it back

now you got it - yep

what's funny is that I was in New York with you when you bought it

and I remember your excitement and you got some insane photos

and the reason I wanted it, is that when I can't bring

Paw and or Nick on my jobs

it's cool to have the option to snap some photos myself

and until now I have had a Canon

Prima 5, a point and shoot

And then Paw recommended me this

And if I did not have this one

this would have been my main 35mm camera

maybe as a last word you could

sing us your favorite verse from Hansi Hinterseeres first album

so I want to say that there is

a reason why we haven't been uploading a lot lately

we can't say any more

.

you really want to...

i want to keep it a secret

you constantly want to test the water

but it's still a secret,, right? I guess

we reached the end

check the links for adapters

liks for the cameras. Silkeprint.dk

eeehmm, Barton straps

and remember to hit the buttons beneath the video

like and subscribe, and hit the bell so that you get a message

not a message it's an email

that says noisefilm has posted a new video, then you hit the link

and watch the newest video when it's up OKAY..

Noisefilm we outta here

VLOGMAS WEEK 2 • Meet-up Lille, Photoshoot & Concert ~ Ursula Vlog - Duration: 22:25.

Hi everyone, I hope you're well. Today

already I just filmed this makeup for instagram for a collaboration

with yves rocher the result is so beautiful I love the colors and everything

if you're interested in seeing the tutorial, I you will put the link in the info bar

it's really an holiday makeup. Anyway I could wear it for the holidays

Tell me what you think of it? I've had an English class

which was super interesting because it was about accents and I also liked

this teacher because second time I had him as a teacher and each time

he's trying to come up with ideas even it's not directly connected to

the course he's trying to find some things to show us what he's talking about

either in an imaged way, or find ideas original related to

the course and I find it really good. I find his way of talking about the subject

is quite creative finally I like that I find it quite stimulating and more

he is Canadian and it changes. It is true that ... he explained to us that there is several accents

like Canadian, English in Canada, and it is true that his accent is

really special but really in a good way ie it is

very easy to understand for me because I think there is a part a little

francophone who influences and it also looks like the American accent

so it's really very interesting

as an accent I really like to listen to the Canadian accent finally

in any case his. It's really very nice to listen to

in short I will not go into detail but it was so cool

I'm also taking some pictures of this makeup it's so beautiful I like it so much and then

I will go do some quick errands and then I'll come back and do the

subtitles of one of my videos and if I can also if I have a bit of time

I will try to edit the tutorial that I filmed earlier we will see

Today I did some editing

I had an English course and I'm getting ready to go out because I'm going to see my best friend

we will do a little bit shopping I mean it's just

to see each other because we do not often have the opportunity to see each other and as she was available

today it was the day and then tonight we have a concert

we're going to see Tom Misch's concert with David it's going to be so cool

it's an artist that for once I think I had discovered last year I think

it's been a while but it's still one of my latest discoveries I'd say

I really like his music style and even he seems

to be someone pretty cool, chill, quite calm I like it too

I think it'll be nice too I can not wait to go there. Looking forward to be tonight

I put on the same sweater as yesterday because in fact I wore it just to shoot tho and I also bought

this jacket that is super cool that is part of my new pieces

of my winter wardrobe and I like it so much. They go well together. it's a bit warmer

super comfortable i love the style and everything

and always this coat that I love so much with my new bag from Aldo

and this scarf from the last year It's from pimkie I think

I think anyway my gloves are from pimkie

I bought them last year

MUSIC

I'm back home not for long before going out. it was cool

we went to decoration stores there is all the christmas decorations they are

all out. we have a lot of deco from last year and the year before

so I do not necessarily want to buy new ones this year but I think

we will surely buy an artificial tree this year so we'll have to go

find a tree with David and yes and then we went for a snack

it was cool I received a package earlier with a heart balloon

in it if you're asking why there is a heart behind me

I found a nice little vase just now at hema I was going to say

Hhhema because with English now with my English classes

I try not to forget when there is a H at the beginning of the words to pronounce them well

so in my head it was ... for a moment

I'm asked myself.. so I will show you and I thought

I had to buy a little bouquet of flowers to inaugurate it

I bought this little bouquet really simple these are just roses and

eucalyptus and I think she put me a bit of olive too yeah there.

the vase is very nice actually it's not really a vase ... how to say?

It's a decanter but it's fine also as a vase I think I wanted a

really very simple thing especially 'cause I wanted to put it on the transparent table so

I think it's going well together and that's it and here I am talking with you

during the live during the first broadcast on my perfume video

it's really cool this functionality. we are gone again

Tom Misch: Paris, good evening, how are you feelin'?

Ursula: it was really good

David: All the musicians, every musician was like the best of all.

Ursula: All the musicians were so good

MUSIC

I'm going to leave the house to go to Lille because I have a photoshoot tomorrow and

Friday with Pimkie it's going to be an experience for me because I've never done

fashion shooting with / for fashion brand

so it's going to be an experience, see if I like. Usually I like

beauty shootings especially when there is some video I think it's pretty clear that

I really like video but I usually like when we do

beauty shootings but for fashion we'll we'll know I want to say

I think I have not forgotten anything I do not have the feeling of having forgotten something

so that's fine i'm just going to see even if it is supposed to snow. I do not think so

still we are not there yet (laughs) Oh it's not cold

I mean, it's not that cold. I was sure it was a lot colder

Now n Paris it is about 11 degrees so in Lille it will surely be a little cooler but

it should be fine ok cool cool

Let's go !

MUSIC

I have just arrived at the hotel it is called the traveler tree it's great

nice room pretty big honestly it's very nice

I think when you walk in I will try to turn on the lights

Ah here we see a little better it's very nice I like this little part

bench so cute Here there is toilet. There are cupboards

and there is the bathroom ouuh it is very very beautiful. beautiful the bathtub Ah actually

this part is shower. There is walk-in shower and bathtub next to it

it's great it's very very beautiful very beautiful there a super mirror

They put me a little bouquet of flowers it's adorable

They are very beautiful. I'm not going to say that I'm tired. The trip one hour is

really super fast and super nice it goes super fast when I arrive in a

hotel, hotel room, I always need a little time of appropriation

to ... to spot me, to know where I am. (laughs) that's so weird, but I think there's really

a very pleasant atmosphere in the room it's very soothing

I am going chill a bit because we had a meeting later

at 7pm. It is ? It must be 6:15? I will take the chance to do small stories

instagram stories because I had told you

that Saturday I'll be in Lille too because that I'm going to do a workshop with

Africabox unfortunately I could not announce it before but

I still have available seats ... I'm still a little tired (laughs)

I still have tickets to make you win on instagram so I started the contest on the train

so I hope some of you will come and there will be another

Workshop in Paris on Sunday, December 9th.I am looking at who has already registered

There are already several people, so that's good. I will do my little stories

I took off my twists this morning so my hair is a little weird

let's go for dinner!

this mirror is so good

I just woke up not too long ago. I just put an outfit on because

I already took my shower last night and I do not have to make up, do not have

to do my hair, etc ... because they are going to do everything. Oh yes I still

prepared a bag, you never know with makeup of my skin tone

because it can happen that there is not exactly my shade

I always think to bring something although I know that now it's

very rare anyway and I took another underwear too, another

bra that is a little bit more décolleté because it's going to be the

spring summer collection second collection, actually the one that will come out

rather around may june I do not know what the outfits look like

so we'll see I hope I'll look good on them

it's super big

it's cold

I have a little break now we have almost finished shooting there are still some

pictures of which I am part so I'm waiting. some girls are already gone. Honestly it was not

super tiring because ... we had really a lot of time actually between

every outfit to change outfit. It was not too stressful and not too tiring

so it was cool

that's it we're back at the hotel

here. Okay, that's it the day is over. it was quite long but it's ok

It's gone pretty fast so I actually ordered diner for

dinner tonight downstairs for the room service

so they'll serve me later I will make myself comfortable there is really

nice pieces in the new spring summer collection

it will be in store from February but not everything will be launch at the same time

so you can see that at as it goes out

I can not wait and at the same time I am so afraid to see the pictures, the final result

I saw some that were really good. I saw others

that I'm less fan of my face. I'm not super fan of my makeup ... actually

I think tomorrow I will make myself a base a bit before going to the shoot

she will just have to retouch a little, adjust as she wants but I think

I'm going to do my base because there was a girl who went

with already a little bit of makeup done and it was not a problem so I think

that I will do that insteed tomorrow and I will try to film a little bit tomorrow

knowing that I can not show you too much because we are not supposed to

show them before the launch so it's very complicated I film a lot of

things but there are plenty of things that I can not show you now maybe

I'll show them later in another vlog, a video where I'll tell you more about it

or on instagram I do not know at all

we do not have the TV actually at home

so every time I go to a place where there is a TV I discover what's on TV

in fact we just have a screen and we plug our computer to see the series

we watch but on the internet I discover each time the TV

when I'm not at home I discover the commercials, I discover what's actually on

the program. By the way last night I watched before going to bed when I was supposed to go to bed early

I watched 10% we're almost done with the season 2

we love this series and yesterday there was end of season 1 on TV

Oops, damn. I did not even know it was on TV.

I'm so hungry. I can not wait to get food

it was either burger or salad and I was not very reasonable (laughs)

it smells super good. I chose the chicken burger

and a chocolate cake for dessert it looks so good

I am watching Friends

hello everyone, I hope you're well. There I am about to leave

I closed my suitcase and everything is tidy

we'll check-out this morning before leaving and this morning actually I did my

make-up base so it's done I check that I have not forgotten anything

I think it's ok it's ok

let's go

we are almost doing the photoshoot. I'll start just in a minute

but in any case I have all my makeup on and I really like my makeup

of the day and I'm with 2 girls that I will introduce you

so I'm already showing you

Elisabetta: hello hello everyone

I am Elisabetta. I say it in Italian or?

Ursula: She speaks Italian

Elisabetta: My name is Elisabetta, I live in Italy, Milan and

We are waiting for the shooting to end and that's it ... and I'm a YouTuber and blogger too. that's it

Ursula: Perfect and Yanika

Yanika: Hello, my name is Yanika, I do not speak a word of French, I'm sorry

Ursula: that's ok

Yanika: This is my first time in France

Ursula: and she is from Munich in Germany

Yanika: Yes I from Munich in Germany

Ursula: It was so cool to meet you

Yanika: me too

It was really nice because we could

meet each other and and then we had photoshoot together

as well

We took pictures together

Yanika: I guess our next shooting is also together

Elisabetta: Yes, I think so

Ursula: it would be nice

Elisabetta: So stay tuned

Ursula: Yes!

this is it the photoshoot is over for me

it was pretty fast

I just had a dress left very effective today (laughs)

The girls I met were super nice it was well organized. The place is super cool

actually for the shoot so as you could see there it's

a kind of little cabin in the middle of a big shed and there are plenty of

different sets full of accessories and so they did

different background for the photos and it was really cool

the backgrounds are very pretty

so I think the photos are going to be very cool

No problem

there I am going to meet David. We will stay a little longer until tomorrow

I'll show you the rest

David: The Grand Place

Ursula: Yeah that's so cute

it is beautiful the bathroom

I had not seen the office

and there is the toilet

David: Christmas magic of course

Ursula: too cute

then we were having a drink and dinner unfortunately we had not booked a restaurant

what i advise you to do if you want to go out on friday night

in Lille but we went to la Clique, there was a bit of room

and we went to eat at this Indian restaurant which was super good that was recommended to me by

the stylist of the shooting and it was super nice

today I'm going to do a workshop with the brand Afrikabox and we will

discover a selection of products

we will also talk about skincare so I think it's going to be very interesting

there I had breakfast at the hotel and I'm about to leave now here is my little

day makeup that is very simple and my outfit also very simple

Ariane: now it's become the room of trade but as we understand it

today so the cci and we are in the other part

which is privatized that is a cowering space The jewels are created

with Valérie Christina. There is Iris Paris that you are starting to know

Handmade. The fabric masks it's a really good

we took the prestigious oil to do the routine

special facial, we have Lamazuna so a solid butter and we have

the hair mask argan and jasmine shea butter and as it's

the holiday season there is a small Christmas tale

Ursula: It's so cute

Ariane: that's the luxury one and the classic is there is no hair mask in it and

are no loops earrings from Valérie Christina

Ursula: Okay Ok and what is it?

Ariane: it's a little keychain that was handmade. They are all different

and since there was no jewelry on this box we decided to put that in this one

the smaller box. it is a cooperative of women who do this in Benin they

work with the corry with this stone there

Ursula: the workshop was super nice

talked about facials care of hair

tips, advice and it was super nice to be able to meet you

I had a great time and then we had lunch at Ripaille

very good and the decor was super cute and we ended up doing a bit

of shopping before going back home and we found a christmas tree at home

All the Christmas deco was at -50% so it was perfect it was great. We went home with

the weather was not very beautiful that day so unfortunately we could not enjoy

the city as we would have liked but Lille was really pretty

we went there but there anyway we was super happy to go back. Christmas decoration

were beautiful once back we installed and

decorated our tree

Ursula: Maybe we should start with the little balls, right?

David: I'd like to put one there

Ursula: We still have no star

and then I opened the Advent calendars

that's it for this vlog I hope you liked it that it interested you,

that it will give you ideas too

and see you soon for a new vlogmas. Kisses

Der Pianist, der für seine Musik kämpfte - Duration: 22:36.

Please introduce yourself.

My name is Arne Schmitt.

I am a street musician

and the great thing is:

If it rains I can take cover right there.

That's awesome!

My grand piano is inside here.

It's almost 11am.

For the Castle Square I registered a demonstration for today and tommorow.

Piano included.

No I'm gonna unload my grand piano.

Here you can see my banner.

I should position it first.

I think it's already convincingly if somebody read it.

Nothing will be sold today.

A lady asked me already on facebook if she can buy today my Christmas CD right here.

I replied her it's forbidden for me to sell anything today while the demonstration.

But it's allowed to offer CDs for free.

So of course she can take a CD.

Independently from the CD she can make a donation voluntarily.

This for example can support my demonstration.

This is not forbidden. So I explained it the lady on facebook in this way.

You really make all this effort when you play regularily the limited only 30 minutes a day for street musicians?

Actually there are some other locations in Dresden where you can play 30 minutes a day.

But there are not many good locations.

The crowded main locations are this Castle Square and the Neumarkt over there.

And at the Neumarkt you are allowed to play only 30 minutes a day in the summertime.

The authorities above us make their decisions.

And the ordinary people are suffering on the consequences.

See, street music can delight many people.

It's not only for the benefit of the street musician.

I've played here already many years while christmas time and it always was well received.

Maximum 30 minutes at this location - if you're lucky to get the permission!

At first you have to submit an applictions via App.

30 minutes are definitely not enough.

Meanwhile we also have the church bells and sometimes rain shower.

It's not fair for the freedom of the arts.

So it's not worth to rig up, is it?

Yes, I have to change the location, if I'm lucky to got a permission for another one.

Over coblestones. This is really...

...shit.

That's why I use my right of demonstration.

It's a basic right!

Threats in German officialese... bla bla bla...

summarized: If you don't accept our rule you will get the consequences.

I don't know what they mean.

I stay the course. It my right to demonstrate.

- This is German Authorities Language, right?

I don't care. I demonstrate and I know my rights.

[...]

I play here for already 20 years.

- I know. Anyway...

I cannot please everybody.

- I am okay with the current 30-minutes-rule.

Please try to empathize with me.

- No, try to empathize with us!

- We have to listen this stuff all day long.

One can't please everybody.

I understand - there have to breaks.

- And it's always too loud. With amplifier and everything. This unacceptable.

I understand that there should be 30 minutes breaks.

And I can imagine that it's not always pleasent for your work. But you have to see the whole issue.

- It's quite hard to talk while musicians play.

The christmas market have also loud stages where you make your business beside that as well. In this case you keep quiet, right!? Then it's ok for you?

- I don't work there.

But your colleagues maybe. They tolerate it, right?

- No idea. Well...

Yes, you have to see the bigger picture.

....this volume - everybody don't like it in general.

PAKUPROJEKTIN VIIMEISTELYT | PAKUPROJEKTI OSA 32 (VANLIFE SUOMI) - Duration: 11:54.

We laid off our rental apartment, bought a van,

sold our belongings

and now we are self-converting a van into a rolling home!

VAN CONVERSION PART 32 - Finishing up the van build -

Our van is almost finished up now

and we have just some little decorations left to do

For example our cabinet / drawer knobs just arrived

We browsed and looked a lot of different kind of knobs through

and in the end we chose these leaf knobs

I'm not sure if it's a heather or some leaf

We will install these to all of our kitchen cabinet's & drawer's doors

and also to our closets up there

I like that these are so simple and beautiful

and fit so well in here

It makes our modern cabinet doors fit better to the rest of our van

We will now drill these on

This might be one of the last drills we will do

on our van build

We have this kind of little hook reserved

for our toothbrush mugs

We would want to hang those

under our spice rack

here in our kitchen

So now are going to drill these too

on its place

We would like to add some photos on our van walls

and we have thought to attach couple to this wall

on top of our sliding door

I have looked through our paper photos

and here you can see a lot of photos

from our road trip to Europe (Summer 2017)

(Check out the video series of it here on my YouTube channel)

For example Simo downhill biking on the Alps,

more views of the Alps,

Berlin photo of Simo,

and barbary macaques from Germany.

But I think we will end up

choosing this photo of us

from Königssee, Germany

And this landscape photo of

Lake Caumasee, Switzerland.

We have planned to attach those on here on the wall

and frame those like this

with some wooden frames

At first we will attach maybe three photos

Later on we could add some more photos

somewhere on the van

We should cut these to the right size

and attach on the wall

And about our other decoration -

We have painted this escape hatch of our partition wall

using chalk paint

So our idea is to draw here something nice with chalk marker

I just bought this kind of white chalkboard marker

It might be easier to draw sharp with this

Let's see what I would draw in the end

I have some brilliant ideas already

After testing the new chalk marker out

and some doodling

it worked out very well

We decided to add just some normal cushions

on our sliding bench

at the start at least

These are thick and soft to sit

and there are these kind of loops

where we can attach those

so that those won't slide away

It's much more nice to sit on these

than just on that wooden bench :D

Before we will move in and carry in our belongings

we will add this kind of underlay thing

from Ikea

on the bottom of every drawer, cabinet and closet

It helps to keep our belongings in order

We already spent one christmassy evening in the van

And baked some Christmas tarts

It's Finnish Christmas dessert

We made our own plum jam to these :)

We ate couple of Christmas tarts

and enjoyed

Now we will continue working

Now that this our van build is coming to the end

/ will be soon finished up

would be perfect time for Q&A video

So If you have any questions about

this whole van build

please leave them down below on the comments

We will do a proper Q&A video later on :)

On the next episode..

time to pack!

Subscribe my YouTube-channel to keep up with our adventures

COMMENT FAIRE UNE VIDÉO SANS RIDERS ? | CLIMAT - Duration: 1:15.

Hello everyone and welcome on the Climat channel !

Yesterday,

the weather was bad

It was cold

and it was raining too much to go out and make a video

I still tried to motivate the riders

but I did not succeed

So I had to be creative

How to make a video without riders and without leaving home?

When I was younger,

I said that I will make cartoons when I grow up

So,

I tried

It maybe seems simple in the video

but it's quite complicated

and it takes a lot of time

I hope you liked this little video

and I'm trying to shoot you a real video for next Sunday

hoping that this time the weather will be better

So we meet again next Sunday at 7PM

And don't forget

Ride safely !
