responding and replying to your comments this time in this video we see how it

the whole knowledge that you've had about this actually wraps up in

enhancing your team chemistry if you understand how to use disk leave people

with disk manage yourself as a leader using your own disk you can then build a

very productive team of course it starts with a management I hope if you're

watching this and you're part of a management team that you take the

ownership to actually get this into your management team to assess not just what

everybody is but how well you work together now disk has also involved

evolved in a way that it has included values now so you can actually take a

disk values test and basically what it runs is what type of disk profile you

have but also what kind of values do you have and see if in that team you share

the common values because sometimes it's not just I mean your team may not work

not just because of your disc profile but because the people in that team

don't share the same values so this has evolved to also include motivators

values in order for you to to enhance your understanding of how why your team

works like this and how to improve it so after the management team then you can

go down and descend that down to the overall team so just to show you how

this all works once you have got a grasp of your disc profile and the proper

chemistry for your team you can actually put a great team together I remember I

was coaching a fantastic business owned by four partners they were the best in

the industry they they were the most innovative that was the most driven back

of the house wise they were the most structured grade with operations great

technical stuff and guess what when we evaluated their disk they were di s and

C they were complementing each other all over the place even without knowing it

now I imagine if you knew discs how well could you put together a team what I did

enhance that was basically help them communicate because being different D is

as SS and C's they naturally had their own little quirks and they actually

needed a facilitator to help them understand how to communicate with each

other and how to build trust because sometimes we miss perceived behavioral

with intention we actually perceive differences in behavior as differences

in values and intentions when they're actually not so that's how I've

contributed to the to the group and also I've also allowed other less dominant

profiles to speak out because as the natural tendencies of the DS in the eyes

they always have their fair share of what to say but actually the essence and

the C's need to speak out so that's the chemistry that you can enjoy once you

start you know understanding these discs profile
