Waching daily Dec 2 2018

symbolic!

hey radde! - it's better without pedaling!

you'd clear the last one without styling everywhere

huh..

difficult to get the speed for the last one

nope

I thought I got it this time

now it's good!

this is so fun!

it's a good sign when you start styling it out a bit ...you know the shape is good

when the soil is getting just a little bit faster it's going to be good

you got your clipless shoes with you?

yeah but I want to clear the line with these ones too

this can make a huge difference you'll change from a good rider to a joey in no time!

called mr noah grossman a joey... haha

this is mobbing at work

way better!

imagine the trail being this way all the way down!

that would be cool

yey

really nice

for such a flat part we did a really good job!

I think when we can clear them now - the others should be able too when the dirt is packed

maybe straight then into another hip jump

to get the right direction.. then straight again

imagine beeing an amateur rider starting to jump...

you'll go for the shorter inside.. so you land here

and if we cut the right side a little bit more we'd still have our good landing on the left and an amateur can achieve to clear the jump faster

I'll leave now going to visit the creek down there

I know you from youtube! - yeah!

well noah hired me for this...probably thinks I'm doing a good job

you also build in todtnau didn't you

yeah that's how I met him after we won the trailwhisperer he called me and told me that he got a new project

taped my toe.. back to work

early in the morning ..

my daily way to work

here we are

way too much rolling resistance today

today I suck

Friday morning.. this is what we got

I was here from tuesday to friday

unfortunately I broke my toe last week

makes things a bit more difficult

works with tape

so lets make a little guided tour through the building site

as I stand on this hill I should be the same altitude as the bottom of the start hill

means we almost got no elevation

so we build a few pump rollers

this is the start hill made of gravel

built by our landscape gardeners - good job!

on the outside we got big rocks and gravel inside

it's 1,80-1,90 m high

and here we got the first roller segment

as I told before we got no elevation so we tried to gain speed which works really good

then the first jumps

main reason for the gravel is that it should prevent the track from getting too muddy.. it's flat up here so the water doesn't drain very good

not completely homogenous.. here we got really good stuff and there are the bigger pieces of gravel which we can't pack properly

they come loose when riding over it ... well well...

so here.. roller - pump pump pump

all you got.. then the first jump you can also roll

we also tested that.. the locals are riding here in the evening which gives us a nice impression on how everything works and if we build crap

normally jumping this one at full speed

next one is a tricky one

after that you are a bit slow.. we'll probably reshape that one

here we got a longer jump

even I got trouble sometimes but one of the locals already got it dialed so I don't think this will be a problem as soon as it's dry

and we're almost at the end of the current trail

this is my 7th day here - the others count 8 days.. that's because of my broken toe

it's not that much of a progress yet it consumes time to build stuff on a plain area

also we got some serious trouble with the excavator - 3 days of standstill . now we rented a new one

the old one is seriously broken.. but noah said this one is way better to work with anyway

also the communication with the landscape gardeners is consuming time

everyone got his workflow... we as trail builders and they as gardeners..

it's hard to tell them what we want exactly .. especially on the tricky parts like jump lips it's critical when a shovel of dirt can make a huge difference

I hope we're doing better progress next week when we get to the steeper part.. so we don't have the dirt problems anymore

for me it's the first time working with a digger

I'm building this together with noah grossman the guy behind 2_cylcle and the bikepark todtnau

got the connection through the contest

one day after we won the thing noah called and told me that he got a new project. If I want to join and I was like "hell yeah!"

so noah is doing the basic shape and I'm trying to get that rideable

little bit stressful I didn't film that much..

cause I have to guide the gardeners and order them around but also I have to make what noah builds rideable quickly so we ride it, check the speeds to plan the next segments

lots of work

sometimes I forget about filming

sorry

but the first days weren't that interesting cause of the broken digger and stuff

8:20 my work starts now... last day for this week lets go

looks good... but ...still not packed.. as soon as you pack it there are rocks everywhere

so I have to remove them

need a thick layer of dirt to pack it

this one would appear on the surface soon

not good

I'm so glad that we're down there soon where the steeper part starts so we don't have to maintain the speed anymore

packing would be faster with the shaker but this thing is always making a mess when the surface is not even so I have to pack it before by hand or else the shape gets destroyed

I did it! - yeah! - and the building site stands still again!

wonderful! - nice eh?! - yes!

are you proud of me? - yes good job!

shaping this lip and then I'll start with the landing

and you fix the hydraulic cable

another technical problem

looks good - I like!

now another jump/roller

standing on the jump .. big landing to the left

this is not cool.. this will take some time

have to remove this

damn you noah!

this one can't stay

and it's a big one

Noah!! it works!!

just a little bit short... good enough for the first time

watch out in the roll out.. loose stuff ..some rocks there

don't break a toe! .. heard about this happening before here...

beer o'clock - finally!

Plaisir & Diète | 3kg PORRIDGE (ISC #3) | Manger + pour maigrir | #foodchallenge - Duration: 7:37.

hello greedy and welcome on enjoying and dieting on the same plate

we meet today to eat something quite big las you

could see it's a porridge so compared to my head as you can see

it's huge in reality as you have seen it weighs 4kg

but the dish weighs 900g to 1kg so we have a porridge of 3.1kg

it's not bad and so it's the third episode of the series "ISC" or

increase stomach capacity in which I'm trying to increase the capacity of my

stomach by eating more and more the other time I was 2.8kg

here I am at 3.1kg so we will try to eat all that

in my opinion it can do it by cons usually I do it the

morning wake up here I have already eaten my breakfast

there are five hours so it may be a little more complicated but we will still test

and in my opinion it will do it

as you saw I made 2 porridges

150gr of oats each and so it made a porridge of 300 grams of oats, which is not bad

and on it I put 15 g of cocoa powder unsweetened and 150 g raspberries

and 150 g of apples so in all we have 3.1kg and calorie level

is at 1300 calories it's still quite high in calories

but I can afford it with 2800 calories per day

and making 3 meals a day is ok and I reassure you that with that

I will not be hungry to taste it

well we'll already test it a little

as you see it has a good texture

I love porridge

I do not know if I will say that again when the challenge is over because three kilograms of porridge

it's still going to be a little heavy on stomach

and it's going to be a bit disgusting porridges but I'm doing it for the video

so that the videos I make are of interest I try to explain each time

in each of the videos a principle

in this video, what I propose is to explain to you

why it's interesting to eat volume

so the food volume is super important for satiety

so being satiated after a meal.

in fact to be satisfied after a meal it is not necessary to eat a lot of calories

the most important is the volume alimentary

so that's the amount of food you put in your stomach

and what happens is that there are receptors in your stomach and in your intestine

that send a signal to your brain when you eat to inform your brain

how much food you have ate according to

the pressure that is exerted on their walls

so if you eat a lot of food there will be

a lot of pressure on the wall of the intestine and the stomach and so they will believe

that you have eaten a lot and so they will send a message to the brain

to say that it is enough and that we are full and yet you may have eaten very little calories

for example a salad or my low carb pudding that I will put you in link here

and you can click on it is very low caloric

it's about 500 grams for 150 calories

if you do this kind of meal when you want to lose weight

it's very convenient not to to be hungry and yet eat very few calories

and respect his macros and calories without being frustrated and being hungry all the time

of course, the fact that the pressure on the intestines sends a signal of satiety to the brain is on the short term

for example you can very well drink a lot of water and no longer being hungry

but problem is that water is so much liquid that after one or two hours

you're going to be hungry again ... that's why the volume of food is important

but based on solid foods

that's why I eat a lot of volume

do not worry it will not make you fat

it's not the quantity you eat that will make you fat, it's the calories

as long as you do not go over your calories you will not get fat

so if you know your caloric maintains and you eat on top of it

you will get fat, but if you eat below or the same number of calories and your caloric maintains

you will not take fat, do you do not worry !!

on the other hand it is possible that you gain weight by eating a lot of volume

because eating a lot of volume means having a lot of food in the stomach

it sometimes causes bloating and in addition it can cause a little more water retention

at the level of the lap belt and so you will weigh a little heavier

but as I told you, it's the weight of food is not fat

so what's important is not the weight on the scale is to lose fat

so do not trust the scales

it's not because you weigh heavier after a big meal that you took fat

you have gained weight because you have eaten a lot in quantity

but maybe not in calories and if you are still in deficit you will not take fat

even when eating large quantities

I hope you enjoyed this little explanation,

I will try to finish this

time lapse in 3-2-1

and that's the job

it was not too hard

I could still eat

like what to train it opens the appetite

I hope you liked this concept

we meet again for the next episode of "ISC"

this time I do not know yet what I will do but it will surely be something different

because it's better to do everything time something different

than to make the same dish each time with a little more quantity

tell me in the comments if you like the tips on nutrition and training

and if you have questions you can also ask them in the comments down below

I will answer in a next video

I hope this video will please you!

If so, you can hit the like button and even subscribe

see you later for another recipe or another video !!

November Favorites 2018 + Giveaway! - Duration: 10:02.

Hi My name is Jamie and welcome to my channel.

November is over

and it's finally the last month of the year.

Our family really loves Starbucks,

So we always have two diaries left over.

So this year!

I thought it would be a good idea to give it away to you guys.

So if you watch until the end,

I will tell you how to get the Starbucks diaries.

So shall we get started on the Monthly Favorites?

My first favorite is this shoe.

It's the Vans Checkerboard Sherpa Slip-ons.

The Sherpa part means that it's furry.

This shoe is very very classic.

If I get on the subway

I always see at least one other person in these shoes.

But the difference between those shoes and mine

is that have the fuzzy fur texture.

Honestly I don't think it's actually warm,

(because it's faux fur)

but at least it looks less cold.

It also looks good with black ankle socks.

I'm really getting a lot of wears out of these.

One thing to bear in mind if you want to get it online

is that you have to size one down because

the shoe is really soft and malleable.

It doesn't hold your foot in place.

My second favorite is..

ta daa

It's this fanny pack. Isn't it adorable?

This winter I thought I should wear a fanny pack inside my long puffer jacket.

If you wear a bag with long straps,

and also wear a puffer jacket, the straps always fall off your shoulder.

So I thought I should wear

a fanny pack inside of the puffer jacket this winter.

My boyfriend really likes this brand

(and he's liked it even before it was trending as streetwear)

and so he was delighted when

I told him that I was looking for a tiny fanny pack.

He was generous enough to buy it for me.

The size of this is just...

wait. .

The size of this bag is just perfect.

My camera, wallet, and phone fit perfectly.

And in the front pocket I can fit my lipstick, lip balm.

and in the back I can fit napkins and other small things.

I really like how small and nifty this is.

I also want to talk a little bit about this brand.

Palace Skateboards is really intricate with its designs.

Theres a small hook to put this bag on another bag,

and the zippers are very detailed and pretty as well.

The front logo is in a Scotch material so

if you flash light on it, it will reflect it.

and so it will be safe at night.

I really applaud the detailing on this bag.

The next favorite is..

this weekly planner.

This is just a random planner from Artbox.

I'm a freelancer with two jobs.

Some of you may be curious how I buy

all these clothes, camera gear etc.

I tutor three students.

I teach each student around 3 times a week.

And that's how I maintain this lifestyle.

My parents don't give me financial support anymore.

So..

It's important for me to utilize all the time that I have.

Tutoring, editing, filming, exercising, meeting friends and so forth..

I have to really plan out my schedule.

So I normally write down my schedule for

simple things like showering too.

Honestly I feel like a bit of a workaholic

but this sort of tight schedule gets me running around the clock.

Most people in Korea aren't freelancers

so it might be harder to relate, but

I think spending time after work in a productive

and efficient way can really make you feel good.

Making a checklist of the little tasks that need to be done

and doing them one at a time really feels fulfilling.

I personally like this sort of layout.

If you want to spend your time more effectively

and be able to keep track of

how your'e spending your time,

I suggest this method.

ta-daa

It's a toner.

It's the Kiehl's Calendula herbal extract toner

and this is a spray bottle filled with the same stuff.

I like this product because it's very gentle on the skin.

I told you guys I'd tell you the review on the Imvely Artemisia essence.

and I'll be honest, it didn't really work wonders for me.

My friends who really invest a lot of money on skincare

recommended this to me.

A friend who uses Sisley foam cleanser that costs like 150 dollars recommended this to me.

I didn't really feel like it was making my skin better at first

especially because my skin isn't very sensitive.

So I didn't really expect anything dramatic.

I like to put the toner in a spray bottle.

and spritz it on my face

right after I'm out of the shower.

My face is dry after I wipe it off a towel

and so it really feels good to hydrate it like that.

and that's one thing about my skincare routine I wanted to share.

The next two favorites are media related content.

The first is Fantastic Beasts 2

I watched it in theaters and loved it so much.

I love love the Harry Potter Series.

I read the whole series like six times.

There are reviews saying that has so many loopholes.

For me, it doesn't matter if the plot doesn't make sense.

As long as I can see more of the Magical Universe of Harry Potter,

that's enough for me .

If you look at the original H.P series,

The Ministry of Magic doesn't allow underage wizards

to perform magic outside of school.

So we didn't get to see much magic simmered into the daily lives of wizards and witches.

But in Fantastic Beasts, all the characters are of age

so they can use magic really freely.

We can see them use magic for casual occasions.

and they don't even say the spell.

I'm gonna go watch it again

one last time before they take it down from theaters.

and the second media related fav is

How I Met Your Mother

In 2008 I recall that season 8 was still airing.

I watched the series from season 8

at that time until the final episode.

It's kind of like 'Friends'.

I like TV series like Gossip girl, Friends, Sex and the City,

and other romantic, drama related stuff.

You get what kind of series I like to watch lol..

How I Met Your Mother is 20 minutes long.

So it's good to watch when your eating alone,

stressed out and needing a break, commuting, etc

and my final fav.

is Tailor coffee beans.

Like I said before my family loves Starbucks.

But since I started freelancing and working from home,

I like to buy nice blends and make my own coffee.

I was drinking Joe Coffee until recently.

But I wanted to try out something new.

So I started look for coffee beans in cafes that have really good coffee.

I normally finish 200g in a week.

Tailor Coffee is very very good.

So this was the first expensive blend I tried out.

It tasted really good.

But for me it's not just about the coffee flavor.

I like to get up and eat a little bit of fruit.

Grind the beans myself, and wait for the water to boil.

and then hand drip the coffee and then

anticipate the next batch of coffee I'll be buying.

I love the whole process and routine that I go through every morning.

So I liked the beans but I also

wanted to share that routine with you guys.

So that's the end of my favorites.

Now let's get to the giveaway.

I'll tell you how you guys can win the Starbucks diary.

It's a collab between 10 Corso Como and Starbucks

and I got the one in Navy.

I'll be picking two winners

and letting you choose the diary.

All the YouTubers use this method, but!

Subscribe, press the notification button,

press like, and comment.

The comment has to include two things.

first, what sort of video you want to see in the future.

or what clothing haul brand, one brand haul,

just any haul or lookbook you want to see.

or what previous video you liked from my channel.

so that I can take that into consideration

when I make my future videos.

and also, how I can reach you!

It can be your email address, instagram account,

My friend previously asked me

if YouTubers really gave away stuff

when they did giveaways.

So I'll show you guys the whole process via Instastory.

So if you haven't, please follow me on Instagram.

and that's all for today.

Just remember to leave your contact information.

So that's all for today.

I hope you spend the last month of this year well.

I can't believe 2018 is coming to an end.

Thank you for watching and I'll see you guys soon.

What is the Nature of Suffering - Sadhguru - Duration: 8:16.

Why some also requiring

your handicap is not the source of your unhappiness nor is your poverty the

source of your unhappiness you're unhappy the source of your unhappiness

issue see suppose suppose you came here thousand years ago all of you lived in

huts there was no problem but living in hut isn't people live happily not now

the problem is somebody's living in a palace you're living in out that's your

problem that is the source of your unhappiness not that isn't it yes all of

us were eating just one meal no problem we'll look quite well is it somebody's

eating three unitive only one now you're unhappy mister soon

all of us had only one hand no problem isn't it

in fact we've learnt used is one hand much more effectively now others have

two you have one that's the problem so unhappiness is coming to you

suffering is coming to you not because of any physical situations

suffering is coming to you because you are looking at other things somebody

else has you don't have that and you're making yourself miserable if all of us

had to go ten miles to catch one part of water in the morning there would be

normal in our life you would get up at four o'clock in the morning first of all

get water and come back is it isn't it some would it be great suffering no it

would be a good morning walk now the thing is everybody's got water in their

house ten taps inside their house you have to walk ten miles

now you're miserable is it so it's not the physical situation which is causing

misery it is the way you're reacting to the

life around you which is cause you miss it and that's where your karma is your

karma is not in what is happening to you you calm eyes in the way you're

responding to it you can you're capable of suffering just about anything

yes and people capable of suffering just about anything

somebody could not get into the college he's suffering uneducated I am somebody

gets into the college he's unable to get out of the college he's also

isn't it and this Africa is also suffering you are unable to get a job

you're suffering you are given a job aren't you suffering you aren't married

your subject you got married aren't you suffering no children your

side children aren't you suffering you're capable of suffering just about

anything your suffering is not because of this or that that's the way you made

yourself and that's what you need to look correct so somebody has one hand

somebody has two hands that's not a issue really yes now

would you like to have four hands why why all our gods had four hands we're

going to have four days actually I can do it to you in these two days

plant the seeds of divinity news of that four hands will come if what has come

will suffer that also is that yes you'll be freak you wouldn't think I am a god

you'll think you're a freak and suffer that isn't it so

have you seen somebody just has one finger extra and how people suffer

history knows just one finger extra and he always keeps his hand in the pocket I

know many people who start suffering they cannot speak properly just because

they got one finger extreme this finger is not paining it doesn't have cancer in

it it has no problem it's perfectly okay finger one extra finger that's all just

because everybody has ten I have eleven becomes a huge problem so it is not nine

fingers you are suffering or eleven fingers you're suffering it is just that

you're suffering that's all that we can change if you're willing we can change

that completely completely we can change that suffering is happening out of your

ignorance suffering is not happening because of the things around you

suffering is plainly happening because of your ignorance there are only two

types of suffering you know in your life body and mind

isn't it son do you know any other kind of suffering physical suffering mental

suffering do you know anything else that's how is it that physically if

you're suffering that's different physically somebody's hurting you or you

have a disease something that needs to be handled in a different way that's a

different aspect but most of the suffering in the world is mental isn't

it yes mentally if you're suffering means you are the source of your

suffering obviously you are creating it isn't it so yes you don't like it yes so

you are creating it why would you create suffering for yourself

maybe you're trying for employment in hell

you're looking for employment in him you want to be in charge of the most

horrible sections of hell maybe that's why you trying to torture

yourself and prepare yourself to get employment how much experience do you

have they last two years now I have a whole lifetime experience of torturing

myself if you are good at torturing yourself you must be wonderful and

touching rather people disagree yes sir anybody who is willing to torture him

himself will he spare other people believe he will not spare he may do it

with good intentions but he will ensure everybody suffers and people doing this

all the time if you were a joyful person then you wouldn't want suffering to

happen around you you will ensure that you don't counseling around you because

you don't like to suffer yourself

suffering is by choice

you

Preview of 2018 Federal Income Tax Forms and Changes (2018 IRS Federal Income Tax Forms) - Duration: 11:10.

ladies and gentlemen how's it going! On this episode of money and life TV we're

gonna take a look at the new 2018 IRS draft tax forms and honestly I've looked

at them and they look kind of weird now I will point out that these are only in

draft form so they could still change based on what we're looking at here on

screen here in just second the way to find this and I'm going to include links

to gross income you'll see here on the first page you're really just gonna have

your name address dependents and just your guys are thinking well you had

heard that personal exemptions we're going away and for the most part they

have so you're probably thinking yes I can finally get rid of those crazy

complicated qualifying child rules and qualifying relative rules oh they're

still gonna be in the play in fact you're just gonna use them differently

but the rules the same set of rules for qualifying child to claim a qualifying

child are gonna be used now to help you claim the qualifying are to help you

claim the child tax credit so they they said we've made these really complicated

rules let's not throw them away let's just use them for something else so

they're using them now for the child tax credit so as you guys can see your basic

information is gonna go here but notice there's no income detail like there used

to be it just ends right here they're supposed to be trying to

simplify things to make it easier for people to file their taxes which is a

good thought it is you'll notice that they didn't even use the whole page so

if you want to print this now you're gonna notice there's so

pages you would have to print and there's all this blank space hey guys I

want to make a quick correction here cuz as I went back and I watched this video

I realized I needed to clarify some things the reason there is so much space

on page one and two of this new draft 1040 is because it's supposed to be a

postcard it supposed to be front and back so that's why there's that blank

space there now on the front of the postcard you have your name and address

information things like that and then on the back of the postcard you have your

basic income information adjustments etc they're supposed to simplify things or

that's the idea behind all this so what they've done is on the first two pages

it's basically supposed to be a postcard but to compensate for leaving out the

other lines like for real estate income business income credits and other

deductions they've added six new schedules to have to keep track of now

so I'm not really sure how much they simplify things let's go ahead and

continue with the video and look this is now the second page of the 1040 as as

far as this draft form goes now you're seeing okay well here's my wages let me

zoom in for you guys here's my wages here's my tax exempt interest dividends

pensions etc Social Security notice notice a big difference I don't see real

estate income or rental real estate your income or income from partnerships and

things like that I do not see income from a business so if you're a sole

proprietor or self-employed you're not gonna see it whereas on the 2017 1040

you would totally see all that right there on the first page

I think they're doing that because they say and hey look this is what most

people have this is what the majority of Americans this is the forms of income

they have they have wages they might have some interest they might have some

dividends they have some 401k or IRA distributions coming on which would go

right here and they have Social Security and so I think that's why they did that

and I think that's why they kept other stuff separate from that but I don't

know I'm just speculating here and then as you can see here it goes right on to

the standard deduction which is right on the second page which is kind of cool

and then here's the ona point this out the qualified business income deduction

that's the very complicated $1.99 a deduction I was wondering where they're

gonna put that where apparently it's gonna show up on the second page of this

new 1040 so let's move on down the line here so then you have your tax then you

have your child tax credit if you qualify total tax etc refundable credits

like your Earned Income Credit and so on and so forth and then whether

or not you've got a refund or if you're overpaid would show up right there okay

let's look at a whole new form now and it's called that schedule one so

remember that schedule one so all those other income items we were just talking

about that are no longer on the first page of the 1040 are now gonna be found

on this whole schedule one thing and you're gonna see here there's taxable

refund and credits here's your alimony your business income so if your sole

provider your that's where you're gonna report your total income your capital

gains from sales of stocks or from sells of business property and so on and so

forth because there's your forty seven ninety seven right there these if it

says reserved it basically means they they haven't figured out what they're

gonna put there yet rental income so if you have rental properties and rental

real estate or if you get a k1 from partnership if you get a k1 statement

from an S corporation or just you know other income items you're gonna put them

right there on line seventeen and unemployment compensation is right there

so remember when you're preparing your taxes this here if you can't figure out

where to put your other sources income go to schedule one it's pretty much

gonna have it there for you also on Schedule one you're gonna see your

adjustments to income as you guys can see here our deduction

student loan interest deductions and things like that which is very familiar

as you know the current 1040 for 2017 all right now let's go on to schedule

two there's several new schedules so it's scheduled to schedule two they it

looks like they still have some work to do on this but as you guys can see here

it only says tax and there's four lines 38 and 44 they haven't figured out what

they're gonna put here but uh there's alternative minimum tax here on line 45

we can't get rid of that can't we access advanced premium tax credit repayment

and just there's only a couple line items so I don't know if they're gonna

consolidate some of this stuff and narrow down the schedules because look

how much blank space there is here guys if they keep it this way we're going to

be burning a lot of extra pages if you actually want a printed copy of your tax

return

no I feel like the IRS is using the whole grocery store approach or a

department store approach to their tax forms so you know the grocery store you

know you go there for if several months and then after a while they start to

move things around on you see if they can get you lost they start moving the

bread on the other side of the store they move they move the the rice they

move the ketchup and so you're wandering all throughout the store then let's go

on the schedule of three schedule threes for non refundable credits so there's a

foreign tax credit there's the credit for a child dependent care expenses

education credits retirement savings contribution credits residential energy

credit etc let's go on the schedule for as other taxes so yours here's your

self-employment tax there it is it's hiding on schedule four is that let's

see so schedules to in schedules for our other four taxes are different kinds of

taxes and then looking at schedule five real quick so we see that this is for

other payments and refundable credits so we have our 2018 tax payments amounts

applied from the previous year we have our net premium tax credit we have

amounts paid with extensions excess Social Security credit on federal tax or

on fuels and so on and so forth let's take a quick look at the itemized

deductions schedule now because it looks pretty similar as in years past however

there are a few differences so notice you'll notice one of the key differences

right away is the new limitation on state on the on salt which is your your

state income taxes your property taxes and things like that you can see right

here it says enter the smaller of line ten thousand five thousand if married

filing separately because you're limited to ten thousand now on your income state

income taxes your property taxes and things of that nature real quickly guys

you might be wondering well what about interest and dividends well for the most

part I haven't noticed any significant changes here for Schedule B it looks

pretty much the same as it used to there might be some verbage differences down

here that I haven't noticed just yet so Schedule B what about Schedule D for

stock sales it looks pretty much the same

I haven't haven't noticed any major changes yet but you can you can see here

it looks very similar to in years past I'll

looked at the schedule F if you're a farmer it looks pretty much the same

Schedule C looks the same so there's a lot of forms are pretty much remaining

the same I they haven't really updated too much but the main forms which I just

pointed out for you guys is the 1040 in the 1040 page to the schedule one is for

additional income and adjustments to income schedule two is for taxes

schedule three is for non refundable credits schedule four is for other taxes

and schedule five is for other payments and refundable credits so I just wanted

to give you guys that quick preview the IRS is trying to use the grocery-store

approach and move all things around like I said their plan is to simplify this

for the average person I don't want to give my opinion on that yet because I'm

kind of excited to prepare the new new taxes under these new forms and see if

it's actually easier to prepare my only thought so far is that I feel like I'm

gonna have to jump around a lot to figure out where the heck things are at

so it's gonna take me a while to get used to it okay guys I just want to give

you a brief heads up that this is what's coming down the pipe unless the IRS

changes the format to these draft forms this is what your 2018 1040 is gonna

start to look like so just be mindful of that it's gonna be changing and things

are gonna be different so it might take you a little bit longer than normal to

prepare your taxes well if that being said guys I hope you enjoyed the video
