Finding Love after 50: What Do Single Guys after 50 REALLY Think About Dating Women Over 50? - Duration: 12:42.
I have I have more breakups and more failures and my share of heartache beat
it I defy you to find anybody that's been rejected more than me no one
Thanks so much for tuning in again to our second act with Paige and Silke
today I'm happy to say that Treva Brandon Scharf and I even pronounce that
right isn't it that's a German Scharf she's staying with me for another
segment talking about finding love after 50 which we talked about in our last
segment I'll link to that Treva is a first-time bride after 50 and the reason
that is important is because she is now a dating coach and helping those of us
in that same situation you know whether you were never married whether you're
divorced whatever find love again after 50 and one big part of that obviously we
covered that this a lot on second-act TV in fact we had a video that that's still
out there getting you know hundreds and thousands of views and comments about
what men really think about women after 50 what do they want you apparently
researched that same thing you know what do men really think because a lot of us
believe that they want a younger woman talk to me about that and they do some
do it's sort of primal right you know men want younger women and women want
men with money I mean sorry it's that's sort of the the reverse right of that
and guys feel very insecure about that and women feel very insecure men feel
insecure about their bank accounts and money and women feel insecure about
their looks and their age um I can tell you that a lot of friends I have single
guy friends I have are over 50 now into their 60s including my husband and
here's the good news they all want women age-appropriate women and the ones that
don't want age-appropriate women are
I not yet done being single ... they're not there there there's
something I that it's okay now I shouldn't be so judgmental because I'm
not I don't want to again it you know what I said the first segment it doesn't
your choices don't make you a bad person just because you choose to be single
or you choose to want someone I mean listen I like older guys
I've always liked older guys I married a guy's six years older than me so that
that's my preference that's just sort of how I'm wired so there's nothing wrong
with wanting a younger woman but I would say the men that I know that
really good solid guys want age-appropriate women guys want women
who are solid it doesn't matter even what age you are here's what men like
women that are independent that aren't needy that aren't clingy that for lack
of a better word have their shit together yeah I would agree with that
okay in it if you if that makes you 39 and all of those things great but I also
think men over 50 want a woman who knows the Beatles and they want to know they
want to be able to talk about Eric Clapton's early days gee I mean I I I
just I think there is some commonality and common ground that makes it makes it
easier and men men date women that come to the table with some knowledge some
wisdom some life experience the very few rare if you want one that they can take
care of those are the ones I worry about a little bit because I wonder like why
would you want to take care of a full-grown woman um but there's that
savior complex I don't know ya know and and we you know we found the same thing
I have my set of girlfriends all of us got divorced after 50 and started dating
again you know it feel like we're back in high
school we never found that that that men really want much younger women maybe
like you said a few but all of us now have are in solid relationships
age-appropriate you know within well the same age just about I think I want women
to know that that it's not like that I mean you and I both and as well as you
know a host of our friends have had wonderful experiences with men you know
over 50 being perfectly fine with somebody your own age no there's nothing
sexier than a woman over 50 sorry they're just I I think they are the
total package because I you're not you don't have to train someone or teach
someone it's they come fully formed they're fully formed human beings and
they've got you know some wrinkles and some so what they're not twenty you know
so but that's that's a beautiful wonderful sexy thing and I just think
that if a guy I'm assuming I'm speaking to women right now if a guy wants a
younger woman he's not your guy he's not your guy you don't want that guy why
would you want to be with someone who wants doesn't want you why would you
want a guy that doesn't want someone with you know some age or some
experience or you know what why why would you want a guy who doesn't want
that and don't not in it's so important um
not to take it personally as real that is number one do not take a rejection
personally ever which is really hard to do but you're right it's hard to do I
it's death by a thousand cuts I mean I am listen man just because I you know I'm
somewhat decent looking and presentable and whatnot okay I have I have more
breakups and more failures and my share of heartache beat it I defy you to find
anybody that's been rejected more than me know
I got it and you know what in the beginning I hated it because you
want to be loved and you want to be accepted and approved
of in every way just because a guy didn't didn't mean there was something
fundamentally wrong with me it was just that it wasn't a match it just wasn't a
match so that's that's number one I don't even know what the original
question was but you know I I absolutely love talking to you this is almost like
there's nobody listening and and I think that's you know it's funny cuz you said
you were talking to women right now you we actually we always talk to women this
is what's so unique about this channel this channel is programmed for women and
but we have a higher larger male audience than we do women we've
done a few videos here and there that you know because of that you know that
are focused towards men but you know one thing that we never do is tell a man
what to do because one that doesn't work and we don't want to but we always we
want to hear from men as as we did in that video that I was describing as and
as you did in your article which you know we're not we're not sitting here
philosophizing about what men want we're reporting what was told to us and you
know and I think what I want to re-emphasize again is that you know for
women who are do feel insecure about being you know over 50 being out there
that men to all they want is young women it's not true there there is some truth
to some downfalls that women over our age perhaps bring to the table and you
alluded that briefly let's briefly talk about that because that's something we
can change we cannot change our age but we might be able to change some
behaviors that were described oh yeah I think you can change just about you
can't change a lot that you can change your thoughts your attitude and your
behavior I'm for sure that's all in your control you can also change you know to
the extent that you can or want to the way you look I mean I'm in the fitness
business I that's what I do for living I help people become the best versions of
themselves I help people achieve peak performance
in life and in love why not get the advantage you know why you got to make
an effort that's number one I mean I'm not placing too much emphasis on once
and the superficial but I am sorry it's true everybody wants an attractive
person everyone whether you're a man or a women that's universal everyone who
should look good they should try to look good they should make an effort big
that's huge first and foremost secondly is yeah
change your behavior change your attitude the older you get the more
bitter you become it's not a good look at all Chuck you better keep that shit
in check that is some that is man repellant and it's woman repellant you
know I I will tell you after dating so many divorced guys it became like this I
could smell it that broken smell that damaged smell of
damaged goods okay it stinks
and I'm not again I'm not criticizing guys because you've got all divorced
people and I hope to god I don't even I never know this you you're broken when
you're when you get divorced or you break up I mean it's just it is and
you've got to process it you have to work through it but it's also incumbent
upon you to get as healthy and whole again to put your pieces back together
again and allow the process to play out so it's not it you know it's being your
best the best you can do and after that f' it it you can't you
don't like me the way I am you ain't never gonna like me and that's what you
kind of have to say at the end of the day after you put forth effort after
you've tried hard after you've done you've checked off all the boxes if you
still don't want me your loss man okay your loss and it goes both ways men and
women yeah it goes both ways exactly Treva
that thank you so much like I said it's so wonderful talking to you it's
refreshing talking to you for one reason because you you fully admit you don't
have all the answers none of us do we right no but but I spent so many years
being single I got that down yeah exactly and we nobody's business yeah
and you can talk people through it you can be supportive you know I hope to do
a lot more interviews with you especially under better tech conditions
they won't wait to hear today you might we may show you a little outtake but
anyways you know this is this is like again I say it is what the punches it's
got one with the flow exactly this is a little microcosm whatever we will we
were yes we will link to all of your information to your podcast to your
blogs I encourage everyone to tune in listen subscribe do whatever it is a

True Scary Stories: DEMON - Duration: 40:56.
many years ago I worked on an ambulance one day we were dispatched to a person
not acting right type of call when my partner and I arrived at the apartment
complex the first thing we noted was that all the people except for the
patient that were living in the same unit were standing outside with
terrified looks on their faces shaking violently it was raining in
nighttime I quickly approached them and asked what was going on the 25 year old
male looked at me and said we were playing a game when suddenly my
girlfriend started shrieking and screaming all the lights went out
including the candles then we saw her lay on her stomach on top of the board
game my girlfriend's head hands and legs all went into the air suddenly she fell
to the floor stood up and ran into the back of the apartment My partner and I
then cautiously walked up the steps to the apartment door with Maglites the
door was already cracked open I politely knocked and introduced myself as a 911
paramedic before walking inside the apartment unit the light switch did not
work I could hear a creaking wooden noise in the background squeaking back
and forth all the walls were painted dark colors like black and maroon it was
obvious that these people liked heavy metal skulls and dark paintings because
they were represented all over the walls I started walking through the apartment
calling out for the patient looking for any sign of her as I walked deeper and
deeper into the unit it started getting colder and colder finally I saw her in a
rocking chair she was slowly rocking back and forth
looking straight forward I introduced myself to her and asked her what is
going on there was no answer she kept rocking back and forth I got up close to
her looking for any medical abnormalities her eyes were so black
either her pupils were that big or her eye color was just that dark
Oliver vital signs were normal her blood sugar was normal she did not appear to
be having any seizure activity I tried to get painful stimulus out of her by
squeezing the shoulder or a sternal rub but she would not even flinch I couldn't
find any track marks on her for drug use throughout all of this she just kept
rocking and looking straight forward the rule of thumb for paramedics now for
this situation not being alert to person place time or event is that she needs to
go to the hospital I told her that since she is not talking with me I'll be
moving her to a stretcher suddenly the rocking stops all sound everywhere stops
I can only hear breathing I lift under her armpits and my partner lifts under
her legs as we lift we noticed something very strange the patient stays in a
seated form rigid we lay her on the stretcher and wheel her to the inside of
the ambulance as we load her into the back cracking noises like breaking tree
branches filled the air I look at her and notice now that she is looking right
at me with a huge scary crazed smile on her face no matter where I moved her
head and eyes traced me with that same unwavering smile my partner looks over
at me with sympathy knowing I'll have to stay in the back with her I playfully
say good know maybe you'll talk to me we begin riding to the hospital the heat
was on full blast in the back of the ambulance however it would not heat up
she was still smiling that big toothy smile and staring at me not answering
any of my questions I looked down to grab my pen that fell on the floor and
then looked back up out of nowhere the highest pitch screams and shrieks filled
the air as she started lunging and grabbing at me she clashed her teeth and
bit in my direction trying all she could to break loose
luckily the stretcher seatbelts were secured to her making me just out of
reach the huge crazy smile broke into a frightening look of terror and anger I
kept my back against the wall luckily we were already at the hospital
unintentionally a Catholic one as the ambulance drove in the patient stopped
all she was doing she calmly looked forward and went mute again we brought
her into the ER and talked with the doctor about what happened who needless
to say was astonished by the story
I'd like to preface this story by saying that this is not my encounter but my
great-aunts encounter she told this story to me a few years back after many
years of me pestering her about it I'd grown up knowing vague details of the
story but never the full thing I did record the entire conversation that we
had and to this day I still have it on my phone I will be transcribing the
exact conversation with slight changes to the names for privacy so here we go
when David and I were younger and before we got married and even afterwards we
had a Ouija board at our house and we think that this might have been the
cause of everything that came after anyways we used to play with the Ouija
board all the time and one night when we got married we moved into this mobile
home down the road further down from where we are now Michael was born but he
was only about a year or so old and Billie Jo was a baby so Trisha this
aunts sister had a boyfriend named Brian one day I came home from work the very
first day I had this brand new job at MSI and the babysitter had told me that
Brian had been there that day and that he really wanted to see me that it was
important I tried to call but there was no answer I tried and tried but still no
answer so I thought if it's really that important you know he'll come back well
he shot himself he went home that day and shot himself so of course my
question was what did he want me for why did he want to see me about a year later
we got the Ouija board out we were having a party you know young and stupid
we were only about 18 or 19 years old at the time and so I asked the Ouija board
with two other people doing it what did Brian Langille want to see me
about that day he came back and said his name was link which was Brian's nickname
ly NK and I said what did he want to see me about and he said he wanted to tell
me that he caught David and Tricia kissing each other at the shack David
and I were already married so there were denials and whatever but it turns out it
was true that's exactly what had happened he had caught them kissing each
other and that's why he broke up with Tricia so that's all he wanted to see me
about so that's just a prelude to the story because from that point on our
lives changed within a couple weeks Michael started seeing an imaginary
friend when Michael got old enough to talk he would say stuff like can I go
out and play Bardot is out there waiting for me he started throwing his toys out
the front room window of the trailer and we'd get up and they'd all be gone
everything in the room would be gone out the window
we'd ask why did you do that and he'd say well Bardot made him do it so you
know what do we do about it we couldn't do anything because we
thought Bardot was imaginary so then Billie Joe gets old enough to
talk and he's really scared of everything he's scared of a shadow he
clung to me and for most of his life he slept on my chest until he was about 10
one night he kept saying that he was seeing this
person in his closet and it was a mobile home right so the closet is tiny and so
was the bedroom David and I were laying in bed it was a summer night and Billy
Jo said mom he's bothering me I said just go to sleep honey
it's okay go to sleep and then we heard talking through the walls you know
chattering with someone but not loud enough to hear the words like a child's
voice heard softly through really thin walls and then we heard a response a
deep voice low and guttural answering him back terrified and in disbelief I
said Billy Jo run to mommy baby so he did he came running then I had to go get
Michael because he was in the next room I was terrified and so is David David
was so terrified he wouldn't even get out of the bed to go get Michael
in fact he kept Billy Joe with him and I had to go get Michael and it was the
next day that we started saying okay what did you see who is it and blah blah
blah and come to find out both boys saw him and they started explaining things
he was a little men his name was Bardot he wore a banner
across his chest and it said Bardot on him though at the time they didn't know
it said anything just that they described this ribbon going across his
chest with letters on it he was always in the back yard trying to get them both
to come out so then we moved in about three years later they started putting
videos on TV it was a Thursday night show Michael Jackson was the first video
that we ever saw is 1983 Thriller we were sitting there watching he was
trying to make fun of the Exorcist with this little man he was about three feet
tall a little gremlin and there was a banner across his chest that said Bardot
on it we thought holy sweet Jesus that's him David came home and we just kept
watching because we didn't have a VCR the only way we could see it was to just
keep waiting for them to put the video on again David saw it and we talked
about and chalked it up to coincidence so as to not scare the boys now when
David was little he used to see someone called the spring man he was absolutely
terrified of him and it had experiences with the spring man as a child that were
similar to the experiences the boys did with Bartow so we were watching a
Stephen King movie one night and it was about a man that was scared to death on
a plane well this plane started to have
turbulence it was storming out and the guy looks out the window and there was
Bardo on the wing of the plane only without the banner this time
at this point my aunts get into discussion about this show and they
realize it was not a Stephen King movie but in fact The Twilight Zone it is the
scene with the gremlin on the wing of the plane it was at this point that
David pipes up and says that's the spring man
so not only had David seen him as a child but so had the boys his kids that
was all I could get out of her on the subject which was more than enough for
me I looked up the picture of the gremlin from the scene in the twilight
zone and it brought my aunt to tears they're still very much afraid of these
experiences and there were many more but were not mentioned by her in this story
even Billy Joe who's 40 years old today refuses to acknowledge or talk about any
of these experiences
I grew up in a large dark and damp cliche of what everyone pictures a
haunted house would look like for more than a hundred years the house is loomed
on top of a hill lined with foreboding oak trees where murders of crows would
frequently stop I have an older sister seven years older who was a problem
child and very into the occult demons and devil worshipping and she would
terrify my younger brother and I with stories and just the general way she
would look at us blankly she wore black lipstick and dyed her hair black when
she turned about 13 she became even more rebellious and she would run away and be
missing for weeks and months she was the one who originally introduced my brother
and I to the Ouija board my mother was an alcoholic mentally ill woman she is
bipolar and was suicidal and she was in charge of watching us kids while my dad
worked the night shifts and many times double shifts to say our home had a bad
energy would be an understatement we would later learn the dark history of
our home from the 90 year old woman across the street mrs. looker told us
that our home was built as a home for unwed mothers and so many births deaths
and abortions at the time this was very much frowned upon happened there over
the years it served that purpose for about 20 years until it was forced to be
shut down and then was sold into a family who lived there until 1970 when
my father bought it for an unbelievable price he still lives there today
the first preface experience is one that I very vaguely remember but my mom has
told me in full detail many times and my dad who doesn't believe in ghosts also
corroborates my mom was outside sunbathing and my sister was inside with
a friend of hers I went into the kitchen and grabbed a butter knife and was
holding it in a fist with the tip pointed to the ground when I slowly
walked into the living room where my sister was playing with her friend I had
a blank look on my face and was shaking and kept repeating that mommy needs help
she's fighting the devil across the street in the tone my sister
yelled for my mom and she came into the house and asked me what was wrong and I
just kept repeating mommy needs help she's fighting the devil across the
street in the tunnel my mom kept shaking me and telling me she was right here and
to snap out of it she said I was in that state for about an hour where I was just
staring off into nowhere and finally I snapped back into reality I started
acting normal but didn't remember anything
my mom was convinced I was possessed later that night and when it was bath
time she noticed that I had three bad burn marks on my shoulder that she says
looked like they were from the claws of a demon it's also important to note that
my mother was abandoned as a child she was adopted and has always been
spiritual she has experienced being saved by a guardian angel when she was
young she found herself too far away from her rural house at nightfall and
felt impending danger closing in on her she can't explain what it was but she
knew she was in danger and scared she closed her eyes and when she opened them
she was all of a sudden on her front porch which was hundreds of yards away
from where she was so the next experience was from my younger brother's
perspective he is younger by a year and a half and we shared a bedroom in bunk
beds until I was 11 I slept on the top bunk and he was on the bottom our room
was always extremely messy with toys scattered all over the place one morning
about 4 a.m. my brother woke up and he said he saw my mom crouched down to
clean up the toys he only saw her back and her hair which was a mix of gray and
dyed blond my mother always wore a long light blue flowy nightgown to bed which
was easily recognizable he didn't think anything of it and went right back to
sleep in the morning when we both woke up the
room was spotless and I asked him how that happened
he explained that he saw mom in there cleaning in the middle of the night at
breakfast we asked her why she cleaned our room and needless to say she told us
she had never been in our room she went in to look and was amazed at how clean
it was since it was never like that around this time my brother started
getting frequent night terrors that would scare the living shit out of me
I'd wake up to him screaming standing in the corner of the room facing the wall
and banging his head into it sometimes he would be saying I'm sorry God over
and over sometimes he would be sitting in the middle of the room with his knees
to his chest rocking back and forth saying things that didn't make sense
while bawling his eyes out my dad would come down the long dark hallway to our
room and try to snap him out of it sometimes he would slap him hard to see
if he could get a reaction but his demeanor would never change eventually
my dad said to just leave him be because nothing seemed to snap him out
of it and if you can imagine this was terribly scary as a kid I'd wake up in a
living nightmare scared out of my mind having to watch him do this for
sometimes an hour straight until it would climb back into bed and fall
asleep I remember one particularly scary
episode when I woke up he was sitting on the dresser indian-style with his back
to the mirror covering his eyes and crying and he was saying no I won't you
can't make me look I would try talking to him and sometimes he would respond
but with simple answers I grabbed him by the hand and told him we should go get
some water he got off the dresser and followed me
into the bathroom but refused to go in I went in and turned the faucet on so he
could drink out of it but he didn't want to go into the bathroom because of the
mirror above the sink I finally pushed him and he looked at
himself in the mirror and let out the loudest blood-curdling scream and was so
frightened at his reflection that he passed out this continued for years and
would probably happen once every two or three months
and always in the wee hours of the morning when I finally moved out of that
room down the long hallway to the big bedroom around age 11 it was almost more
scary waking up down there alone hearing my brothers Fitz down the hall a few
more important details about this house that you'll need to know is that the
electrical and plumbing systems were very old and never updated as a result
many lights would never work including the most important one for me as a child
the light in the long dark hallway outside my room which connected to my
brother's room sister's room and the only bathroom which was straight down
the hallway when my brother was having his fits I'd opened the door and reach
my hand out to flick the light switch on but it would rarely work if I wanted to
go check on him I'd have to run down the hallway in the pitch dark filling the
walls to get to his room this was the worst so many times I'd just be too
scared and would stay in my room with my light on now the old plumbing and piping
in the house meant that when you turned on a faucet not only would it sometimes
be a rusty red colored water for a few seconds which would then turn into clear
normal-looking water but there was a distinct - whistle sound when it came
out which intensified with how strong the stream was many times I'd wake up
and I'd hear the whistle and the water on full-blast in the bathroom I'd have
to sprint down the pitch dark hallway to flick on the bathroom light and shut off
the faucet imagine that dread for a second not only do you have to sprint
down the hallway towards the scary noise in the dark but you think that anything
could be in that bathroom when he flicked the light on then I'd have to
sprint down the hall again to my room the worst part is after I would shut it
off and get back to sleep I'd wake up an hour later to the faucet on again this
happened intermittently for years my dad always said it was just my brother doing
it to scare me but my brother denied it this would be a pretty elaborate hoax to
pull for so many years the last thing I want to preface before
getting into the terrifying ouija night regards one of my girlfriends in my
adult years I was dating a beautiful Venezuelan woman with long black hair we
dated for about a year before I learned of her childhood in Venezuela where she
gained local notoriety is an incredibly powerful medium some days she claimed as
many as 30 ghosts would be trying to communicate through her it got so bad
that her mother had to take her to Zimbabwe to a witch doctor who is
renowned for being able to reverse or suppress the powers that mediums have
when it gets too overwhelming for them I know I couldn't believe it either but
when I met her mother she told me the whole thing and she cried while telling
it my girlfriend also showed me the scars on her ankles knees and wrists
tiny little slits that I never noticed before where the witch doctor cut her to
drain some blood for the ceremony so how did this topic of her being a medium
come up we were staying at a friend's house for his annual party where we
played drinking games hit up his pool do a bonfire and then go gambling on horses
everyone stayed in the house but my girlfriend and I brought my new
tent and blow-up mattress to stay in his backyard it was a pretty rural area and
his backyard adjoined to a big cornfield in the morning we were pillow talking
and I thought she was just trying to scare me when she said did you hear the
little girl outside the tent last night I played along and said yeah that was
creepy right she said that she circled around the tent a few times and then ran
into the cornfield the whole day I didn't think anything of it because I
thought we were just playfully trying to scare each other in the morning well
later that night I told my friend Mark who owns the house that my girlfriend
said she heard a little girl hanging around our tent
his face went white he said wait a minute
how the fuck do you know about the little girl
are you serious and I said what are you talking about and I guess there's some
urban myth story on his street that a little girl who went missing decades ago
in the cornfields sometimes comes out of them at night and he always thought it
was bullshit this is when I asked my girlfriend if she was serious and did
she actually hear a little girl and that's when she came clean with the
whole medium back story she said after Zimbabwe her powers weren't as strong
but she would still get periodic ghosts that would try and talk to her after I
created her crazy childhood medium story with her mom I brought her to my dad's
house where I grew up and she could only stay in the house for a few minutes
before she had to leave she said the dread she felt in there was the most
overwhelming sense of dread she had ever had in her life and she never wanted to
return okay so to the Ouija board night my brother is now 20 years old and I'm
22 my mom lives in a house in our small city's downtown area and my brother
spends a lot of time there because she lets him drink and smoke weed he had
been there with his girlfriend playing the Ouija board all night and I got
there after a night drinking with friends the door was locked and I
knocked he came flying down the stairs and swished open the curtain to see me
standing there it looked like he had literally just seen a ghost I've never
seen him this scared he just tells me to come inside and I wouldn't believe what
was going on he says he and his girlfriend have been playing the Ouija
board and they have this very strong evil spirit who calls himself a Z and
they have been talking all night he's a Z because he encompasses everything and
is omnipresent apparently my brother says AZ has been spelling out kill mom
and saying evil things about her all night she was sleeping in the room next
door through it all a Z was very sexual and vulgar my
brother said that he had knocked down a crucifix off the wall and opened and
closed the bathroom door just a few minutes before I got there the hair on
the back of my neck was standing up because I believed my brother and I felt
dread but I didn't have proof that I saw with my own eyes I watched them playing
and the planchette was whipping around the board answering questions quickly as
he fixated on me and started by spelling out and brother my brother asked if he
wanted to talk to me and AZ said no he asked if he liked me and Daisy said no I
then asked my brother to tell him that I don't believe in him and I need a sign a
Z spelled out died he then asked if he was going to hurt me and AZ said no and
then spelled out mom at that point I went into my mom's room to make sure she
was okay and she was when I was in her room I stubbed in my toe and tripped a
little bit I came back out into the living room and told Dan that mom was
okay my brother commanded AZ to leave my mother alone he said that I still wanted
to see a sign and the board then spelled out Tripp my brother asked him what he
means by Tripp and I told him that I just stubbed my toe in mom's room then I
started addressing AZ myself I said if I write down a word on a piece of paper
would he be able to see it and spell it he said maybe I asked if he would do it
he said no so I started to verbally abuse him a little bit calling him a
coward and a pussy and that if he really wanted us to know he was real he would
do it the planchette started to fly around the board without stopping
anywhere but eventually spelled out short I asked it if it wanted me to
write short words and it replied yes I went to the far other side of the
apartment with a piece of paper and a pen and I wrote down see I came back and
my brother asked him if he saw what I wrote and just
the planchette slowly circled around the board and landed on s then it slowly
went to e and my heart raced I almost started crying from emotion and then it
landed on X my brother asked me if I wrote down sex and I said no and I
started to shake my brother cursed at a Z calling him a pervert and telling him
to quit playing around the planchette promptly went to sea and
I was like holy shit and then the planchette slid off the board with a
pretty strong force and my mom's cat came running out of my mom's room to the
living room jumped on the couch and scrambled across it then crawled under
the table it was terrified of something I have goosebumps every time I recount
this when my brother got a Z back on the board
I proceeded to keep playing the spelling game next with ocean and then cream and
then three or four more words and each time I would go into a different room
and make sure no one could see what I wrote except for me and I'd fold it up
and put it in my pocket each time I came back into the living room
a Z spelled out the words faster and faster I left the house told my brother
to be safe and went to my friend's house up the road because there's no way in
hell I'd be going back to my dad's that night I can't really explain the feeling
you get when you know without a doubt that something is real other than you
are just overwhelmed with every emotion at the same time make no mistake about
it folks supernatural things do without a doubt exist
you
my wife has been reading the posts I've made here and has enjoyed reading the
input this community is offered she asked that I share this account on her
behalf since in her words she's not good at
telling stories her stepmother was very unique for this
story we'll call her Annie Annie had a very strong unconventional sense of
spirituality claiming to be able to fill the auras of strangers and strongly
believed in the supernatural power of crystals she had started to study books
about the good and evil of witchcraft even going as far as obtaining a Wiccan
book which taught the reader how to make certain potions including those that
would supposedly make their gardens grow quicker since my wife and I grew up just
down the road from each other I had met Annie on several occasions and can vouch
for her odd behavior while my wife was in college she would return home on the
weekends to stay with her father and Annie while there she began to feel a
sort of uneasiness being around her the best way she could describe the feeling
was that of malevolence manipulation and a sense of doom on one night my wife had
returned home with a friend from college for a small celebration of her birthday
they each drank a glass of sangria and spent the evening talking to each other
before deciding it was time to go to bed Annie had already gone to sleep the
friend bedded down on the couch since her sister was out of town my wife went
into her bedroom turned off the lights and went to bed she described the room
as having a queen-size bed with white string lights strung around the
footboard of the bed frame the closet was directly in front of the bed and the
door was standing open once she had fallen asleep my wife said she had the
worst dream she could ever remember having the worst of which was being
molested by a close family member she woke up in a cold sweat and her heart
racing all the while telling herself it was just a dream it was then that she
felt like she was being watched as her eyes adjusted to the
darkness she caught a glimpse of something moving in the closet she sat
upright and looked closer to her horror there was something looking back at her
a small silhouette of a hooded figure stood just in the doorway of the closet
the lights on the bed cast an eerie glow into the opening but it seemed as if the
figure absorbed all light that hit it causing it to appear as a black void she
said she racked her brain trying to remember if there was a jacket hanging
low in the closet or if something had fallen while she was asleep that might
explain what she was seeing as she leaned forward the area where the
figures mouth would be began to open and what she thought was a smile as the
things smile got wider the soft glow of the string lights reflected off of what
she described as gnarled stubs of disgusting teeth she said she became
perturbed at the being and felt that it was what had caused her to have the
awful dreams the thing remained smiling and motionless in the closet with its
gaze fixed on my wife the realization of what she was seeing
finally hit her so she got up and quickly edged her way out of the room
keeping an eye on the beam as to make sure it didn't follow she made her way
into the living room to find her friends still awake breathless she urged her
friend to go back into the room with her they returned turned on the lights and
looked into the closet but found nothing out of the ordinary there was nothing
there that could have explained what she saw talking with her friend about the
incident the next morning she told my wife that when she came into the living
room to get her her face had turned pale white and drained of all color
soon after my wife dropped out of school and moved out of state to live with her
mother it was during this time she found out Annie had been associated with
several people who had moved into a rent house on the property and practiced
satanic rituals it was never proven but a mutilated horse had been found in the
field and it was believed that it was their doing it was never determined if
Annie had taken part in any of these people's practices some months later the
house where the incident had occurred burned down and was a total loss my wife
felt these things were related to her experience two years later my wife and I
had started dating and she moved in with me one county over one night while I was
at work she called me crying she said her father had just called her and told
her Annie had been found dead from an apparent overdose my wife and I have
talked about this at length due to my recent investigation into a supposedly
haunted house she and I both agree that what she saw was a demonic presence
whether or not it was an omen of death and destruction is debatable because the
events that occurred afterwards could be dismissed as being circumstantial we
ruled out sleep paralysis due to the fact that she was able to sit up orient
herself then stand and exit the room all the while being able to see the thing
she and I feel that it's important to share these experiences for several
reasons anyone is subject to witnessing paranormal events and in most cases it
can be someone if not very traumatizing as with any traumatic experience it is
healthy to talk about it and I can tell from my recent experiences here that
this is a good place to do so

Putin's Remarks on Volunteer Movement at State Council Meeting - Duration: 7:47.
Good afternoon, colleagues, friends.
We are meeting ahead of the New Year in an expanded format, as you can see. In addition to the traditional participation of governors and heads of regions, this State Council meeting is attended by volunteers and representatives of socially oriented non-profit organisations – remarkable people who are passionate about their work.
I want to welcome everybody here and thank you and all like-minded people, and their number is increasing in our country, and thanks to your efforts, among other things, there are now hundreds of thousands and maybe even millions of them – I would like to thank you for your generous participation in people's destinies.
Why have we gathered here today? I would like to remind you that we declared 2018 the Year of the Volunteer. The reasons for this are clear: we need to raise public awareness of this wonderful movement and this kind of activity. Most importantly, we must focus attention on in-depth changes in society that are not measured by statistics and dry numbers alone.
I would like to note once again that more and more people are striving to emulate those who are involved in our meeting today. More and more people are working in difficult areas where practical assistance is needed, where it is necessary to uphold justice and so on.
It goes without saying that support for the volunteer movement does not boil down to formal calendar deadlines. As I have said, this support will certainly continue. Actually, the Government has already drafted the concept for developing the volunteer movement until 2025.
Certainly, together with the volunteers we must formulate detailed plans for such work at the federal level and in the regions, including the introduction of volunteer-support standards that have been drafted by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives.
In effect, this is an algorithm of action for regional teams, and I ask my colleagues from the regions and regional leaders to monitor compliance with the document's practical steps together with volunteers.
We must be more proactive in establishing volunteer centres, so that everyone has the opportunity to join the common cause, to obtain essential knowledge, experience and skills. Volunteers and people in need of assistance will be able to find each other there more easily and quickly. These points of attraction should be established in cities, other communities, at schools, colleges and universities.
Many young people want to take part in the volunteer movement, which we can see, just as the older generation's readiness to share their experience and knowledge for the benefit of society. We must definitely support the national business of corporate volunteer centres. They are being created, and we must support this initiative.
I have said many times before that our national projects and development programmes can be implemented only through the concerted efforts of the state, businesses and the whole of society, as well as an active contribution from volunteers. Today they are involved in the organisation of major international events;
they contribute to environmental programmes by implementing many of their elements, promoting the development of popular sports and helping improve our life. For example, young people from the volunteer movement of medics have helped repair over a thousand rural healthcare centres this year.
I believe we must express our appreciation for the volunteers who are working selflessly at hospitals, hospices and social facilities. In this connection, I ask that the Government and regional authorities remove all the excessive barriers and obstacles that have long outlived their purpose in healthcare and the social sphere.
We need clear and understandable rules of interaction based on the current reality. These rules must be drafted as soon as possible. The Emergencies Ministry, our law enforcement agencies and also volunteers are working on such a document. Coordinated efforts and synergy in this sphere are very important, possibly even crucially important.
Colleagues, many community-focused NGOs began as small volunteer projects. I would like to say a few words about this. Financial support is extremely important for them to expand their operations. In 2017, we allowed NGOs to receive budgetary financing for the social services they provide, but only after they receive a special status as social services providers.
Two years have passed, let us look at the results of that decision. As of December 1, the status has been granted to 187 NGOs around the country. This is certainly far from enough. What does this mean? It means that not all obstacles to the development of this work have been removed.
What can I suggest in this connection? The Presidential Grants Fund has already supported almost 7,000 NGO projects. This system is fair, and, more importantly, it is transparent. One can quickly see the legal foundations for awarding each grant and its practical results.
I think it would be right for the grant-winning NGOs that have successfully implemented their projects to automatically receive the status of providers of socially useful services without any excessive formalities because they have obviously proved their worth by specific deeds. If they have received the grants, if they have been selected accordingly, then this fact speaks volumes.
I also suggest and would like to ask regional leaders to use the Fund's experience of holding open and public tenders and competitions, so that as many genuine and honest projects as possible can obtain federal and regional assistance.
Here is another suggestion. We should help public officials train public sector employees on how to cooperate efficiently with NGOs and volunteers. In this connection, I consider it necessary to launch relevant education programmes and to implement them under the Russia – the Land of Opportunities project together with the Association of Volunteer Centres.
I would like to say a few more words before we start our discussion. It goes without saying that our incentives have a high priority status. However, it is also necessary, of course, to set a personal example; I would now like to address our colleagues from the Russian regions. You know this very well: a personal example sets the pace in virtually every area of our joint work.
Therefore, I would like to ask you to join the projects implemented by volunteers in your respective regions. Most importantly, this participation should be sincere and efficient, and it should not amount to window-dressing.

The Hot Dog and I Thought I Yielded - Duration: 5:24.
(funky music)
Lawanda Abnee.
You are charged with having an animal in your vehicle.
Yes.
Alright, now,
and that's in violation, allegedly,
of section four dash 12 of the city ordinances
of the city of Providence.
Now, the ordinance reads as follows.
That no person shall confine any animal
in a motor vehicle in such a manner
that places it in a life or death threatening situation
by exposure to a prolonged period of extreme heat or cold
without proper ventilation or other protection
from such heat or cold.
Now this was issued on June 16th,
so I suspect that this was not a matter of extreme cold.
I suspect it was a matter that the police officer
made a determination that the dog was placed
in a life or death threatening situation
by being exposed for a period of time to heat.
What do you say to that?
Your Honor, I went to the mall earlier that day.
It was my aunt's 80th birthday.
The outfit I bought was too small
so I ran back to the mall.
I have a handicap sign.
So I was rushing, I forgot to put
the handicap sign in the window.
That's what they originally wanted to give me a ticket for.
But when I gave them the handicap and my paper,
then that's when he said where's the car?
And I said well my windows are down.
I said it's not hot.
It's almost seven o'clock at night
and he still gave me the tickets.
And I took pictures while they were still standing there
around my car with all the windows cracked.
It was 7:04 in the evening?
Yes.
He just pulled it up for me, too.
It was like 63 degrees outside.
That gentleman right here.
Inspector Quinn, how do you feel about this?
Your Honor, I wasn't the officer on the scene.
I don't know what the temperature felt like there.
You know what I mean?
If it was inside the garage, I mean,
whatever the temperature is outside, I don't know
what it would be in the garage.
It wasn't in the garage.
I would have no say.
I know the sun doesn't set until about eight o'clock
from June to September, so.
It's up on the third floor at the mall.
That's outside.
Well that doesn't help you.
If it was in the lower portion of the garage
where the sun isn't directly hitting the vehicle.
If it was-- The sun had went down.
And like I said, I took pictures before the cops even left.
All my windows are cracked like this much.
Alright.
Based on what you're telling me today,
I feel like you're going to prevail.
But I want to protect the interest of the dog as well.
So I'm gonna set the matter down for trial
and I want to protect you as well.
I would never jeopardize my dog.
Not willfully, I'm sure.
No, I treat it better than my children.
(Frank laughing)
And that ain't no lie.
I just paid $900 just for her surgery
You did?
Yeah, she did a little hernia.
I had to pay $963 for they be removed.
You're a good person.
Thank you.
But it can be after like June 27th?
I'm getting ready to go to Jamaica tomorrow.
How long you gonna be in Jamaica?
For seven days.
Okay.
You sure you're not gonna stay there during the winter
because they Inspector Quinn would love to come down
and apprehend you if you're going to be there in January.
Will you be available August 8th?
Lawanda, when you come here for trial on that date,
right, bring in evidence of what the temperature was
at that time of the evening.
You can get, it's available online.
So bring some documentation that you will be able
to submit to the court.
Okay.
Yes sir.
Alright, good luck. Thank you.
I love animals.
So it's easy for me to spot a fellow animal lover
and I'm certain Lawanda Abnee is one of them.
Anyone who spends $963 on a dog's hernia operation
would never place that animal
in a life threatening situation.
I hope she has a wonderful time in Jamaica
and look forward to seeing her back in court
where I feel confident that she'll be pleased
with the results.
Kayla.
Good morning Michaela.
Good morning.
Michaela, you have a red light violation
on Roger Williams and Elmwood Avenue.
Yes.
We have a video, we're gonna show it to you.
Okay.
I yielded a little.
Did she stop long enough?
In the intent of the law, yes.
I did.
What do you want to tell me?
Yeah, it looks like I, I don't know.
Maybe I went a little too fast.
I thought I yielded, but it doesn't look
like I stopped completely.
So.
I'm not sure.
It was close.
Okay.
Okay.
But not close enough to dismiss it.
Okay.
But close enough that I'm gonna
charge you $35 court costs.
Okay, okay.
Thank you.
Good luck.

Mike & Marcia Attend RV Expo in Dusseldorf! - Duration: 4:28.
Hi, I'm Mike Neundorfer with Advanced RV in Cleveland Ohio and I'm here to share
some information from a trip Marcia and I recently made - it wasn't an RV trip
because it was across the pond.
We went to the Dusseldorf RV show where almost
a quarter of a million people attended it's a huge exposition of motorhomes and
motorhomes supplies it covers I think around ten buildings large buildings so
we went first to Switzerland and picked up in their car our good friends
Chris and Marta who some of you know Chris and Marta have a new Volvo SUV and
I drove on the Autobahn which was a lot of fun to Duesseldorf about a five-hour
drive
with Chris's permission I got it up to a little over 140 steady as a rock was still
gaining a little bit of speed I think we could have gotten more out of it but
there was traffic coming up so I slowed back down but a lot of fun the roads in
Switzerland and Germany are amazingly smooth and the drivers are amazingly
attentive if you text in Germany while you're driving you lose your license for
high speed and fractions they actually I'm told
adjust the fine to what your income is so they look at your income I was told a
story by Chris that one Porsche went through a tunnel
they had clocked him the police were there they pulled over his Porsche and
they confiscated it auctioned it and that was just fine it's amazing what we
can learn from other countries and how people do things. We got to the show and
we had meetings and lunches and dinners set up with our partners and suppliers
and mercedes-benz had a wonderful get-together we got to look at the new
2019 Sprinter we got to talk to the designers of the control systems and we
saw many things that are exciting to us. So after Dusseldorf we flew to
Dublin to visit our friends who we've known for 30 years and one of the things
that's so fun about travelling is to talk to people and get a sense of their
perspective on what's going on in the United States as far as politically and
tariffs and socially and then to learn what's going on in other countries in
Ireland right now in Dublin there were cranes all over the place
Ireland is economically in a strong position they're calling it their second
Celtic Tiger but there's a cloud kind of hanging over some uncertainty around
brexit and Britain where if that goes through as it's planned
there'll be a international border between Northern Ireland which is part
of Great Britain and the Republic of Ireland to the south so all these things
are quite interesting. After we left Dublin after a few days we went to Rome
and we stayed in one of the best hotels in the world actually right on the
Spanish Steps we stayed there because we got a significant discount but I went
through the room and and sent back pictures of many many details in this
room from controls and lighting to design of the of the marble and
it was just amazing the detail and the design that the Italians put into
this fine hotel. So we spent a few days there spent some time with my
sister and her husband my sister's been in living in Rome for 30 years and so
they were great tour guides. We spent two weeks on the trip we learned a lot about
the different countries we visited and especially about the Mercedes and what
our partners all over the world are providing for new products and
innovation to help us innovate for our clients. It was a great time traveling
with Marcia as it always is and we learned a lot thanks for listening

Top 5 Scary Simpsons Predictions - Duration: 9:23.
Throughout history the role of the sage, the prophet - and the soothsayer has been important
yet mysterious figures.
From Nostradamus - to Mother Shipton, to the ancient deciphered texts of the Mayans - people
have claimed to know what lies ahead - giving certainty to the uncertainty of the future.
Well - who would believe it then, that the contemporary version of this comes in the
form of an animated TV comedy first aired way back when in 1989, created by Matt Groening
and developed by James L. Brooks - The Simpsons.
And when you really take a close look, it's pretty creepy how accurate their predictions
have been.
What's going on horror fans - and welcome back to the scariest channel on YouTube - Top
5 Scary Videos.
As always, I'll be your horror host Jack Finch, as we take a look at the Top 5 Scary
Simpsons Predictions.
Roll the clip.
Now - I don't know about you, but I'm a huge fan of The Simpsons, and if we're
being honest - there are some episodes of Treehouse of Horror that spooked me a little
too much than I'd like to admit way back when I was a wee bairn.
But - who would have thought that the scariest content The Simpsons have produced isn't
their interpretation of Edgar Allan Poe's The Raven - it's the fact that time and
time again, they've predicted the future with staggering accuracy.
Well, I guess we better take a look, eh?
Before we do that - you know the drill by now horror fans, if you're a fan of this
video, prophetic visions or just Top 5 Scary Videos in general - then be a dear and hit
that thumbs up button, as well as that subscribe bell so you can stay up to date with our latest
and greatest uploads.
Also, make sure you stick around till the end, where I'll be reading out some of your
greatest comments from the past few days.
On with the show.
Kicking off at Number 5 - Rigged Voting Machines
The Simpsons are no strangers to politically fueled gags - but the literal definition of
stranger than fiction occured back in 2008, during the nineteenth Treehouse of Horror
episode, that aired during the 2008 presidential candidacy race between Barack Obama and John
McCain.
It's a small segment, but the clip features Homer heading into a voting booth and is surprised
to find a brand-new touch-screen machine.
But - after he casts his vote for Democratic candidate Barack Obama, the machine sinisterly
replies - One vote for McCain.
Thank you.
Well - when Homer replies he wants to vote for Obama, he repeatedly presses the touch
screen in frustration, when the machine responds.
Two votes for McCain.
Three votes for McCain.
Then finally - Six votes for President McCain.
I mean, that's terrifying enough in a totalitarian political climate - but errr - what's terrifying
is that it actually happened.
During the 2012 election, where Obama ran for his second term in office - a man filmed
himself using the same kind of touch screen trying to vote for Barack Obama, but repeatedly
found the vote being cast for Republican candidate Mitt Romney.
And The Simpsons predicted the same calamity - four years before it even happened.
Coming in at Number 4 - Siegfried and Roy.
During the episode, Springfield - Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Legalized
Gambling - which first aired in 1993, we were first introduced to the flamboyant duo Gunter
and Ernst, magical stage performers that have a headline slot at the brand new Monty Burns
Casino, which features their onstage companion - a white tiger named Anastasia.
At the beginning of the episode, Anastasia has a flashback whilst performing - remembering
that she was taken from the wild by the pair after being shot with a tranquilizing dart,
and then savagely begins mauling them.
Well - the duo were a parody of the famous Siegfried and Roy, Las Vegas stage legends
that pretty much did the exact same act.
And things again got a little spooky - when in 2003, ten years after the episode in question
aired - Roy Horn, one half of the Siegfried and Roy duo, was savagely attacked by their
trained white tiger Montecore, where he was grabbed by his neck and dragged offstage while
they were performing at The Mirage, leaving Horn with extensive and life-threatening injuries.
I mean, I get it - if you're in the business of frolicking on stage with one of the most
ferocious feline predators on the planet, you're probably going to get hurt at some
point - but, there's no denying that The Simpsons called it.
Next up at Number 3 - The Walt Disney Takeover
Now this is probably the smallest prediction in terms of screen time - but it's staggering
that it would have the biggest implications, because in short - The Simpsons predicted
its own takeover by Disney - nearly 20 years before it actually happened.
Twenty years - that's insane, right?
In an episode that first aired in 1998 - comically titled, When You Dish Upon A Star - The Simpsons
made a brief segway gag joking that 20th Century Fox - the studio that produced them, had been
bought out and fallen under the umbrella of Disney.
Well - in December 2017, Disney announced the knockout news that it was to acquire the
vast majority of 21st Century Fox in a blockbuster deal worth over 52 billion US dollars, getting
Fox's TV and film studios, its cable TV networks and its stake in the Hulu streaming
service - along with all the character rights and ownership of its creative property - including
The Simpsons.
The show literally foretold its own inevitable ownership.
Swinging in at Number 2 - The Higgs boson Particle
Did you catch that?
Although, only incredibly brief - Season 10 of The Simpsons hinted at one of their most
uncanny predictions ever.
Seriously, there have been books written about this - and the fact that they were pretty
much spot on is staggering.
Matt Groening is a genius time traveller - or an alien or something - because coincidence
can't be THIS coincidental, can it?
Well, what if I told you that in 1998 - Homer Simpson pretty much predicted the mass of
the Higgs boson particle - 14 years before CERN did with the Large Hadron Collider.
Yeah - during the episode of the Wizard of Evergreen Terrace - Homer has a midlife crisis
- stating that he's achieved nothing in his life when comparing it to Thomas Edison,
and so he decides to become an inventor.
During the episode, he scrawls on a chalkboard his prediction of the particles mass, 14 years
before it was even discovered - and British science writer and author Simon Singh noticed
eerily just how close it was and decided to write a book about it - called The Simpsons
and their Mathematical Secrets.
Well - it turns out that the writers of The Simpsons were pretty much all mathematicians
- and head writer at the time, David X Cohen, took a stab at the theoretical particle.
Yeah - he was pretty spot on - but I'm also pretty sure that he's a time traveller.
And finally - at our Number 1 spot - President Trump.
Yeah - nothing to see here really guys.
Other than the fact that The Simpsons predicted Trump's Presidency 16 years before it actually
happened.
I don't really know what to say about this one, other than that it's insanely accurate
- and has gone on to spawn even more accurate predictions involving The Simpsons version
of Trump - and our version of Trump - and I'm not even sure which one is which any
more.
The gag first appeared in an eleventh season episode titled Bart To The Future, which is
pretty self explanatory - but it details Bart and Lisa all grown up, and of course - Lisa
is the First Female President of the United States.
Her task is to rebuild the economy after Donald Trump ruined it during his term as president.
Let me reiterate the fact that this episode aired in the year 2000 - sixteen years before
the 2016 presidential election - it's got me wondering, what the hell was in the water
over at The Simpsons headquarters?
I get it, it's just coincidence right?
There's nothing more to it, they just got lucky … all of those times … back to back.

Top 10 Scary Disney Theories - Duration: 9:33.
Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the Internet – I am your host
Rebecca Felgate and today we are talking about the Top 10 Scary Disney Theories.
You guys LOVE a bit of Disney and I don't blame you!
We did scary pixar theories and it went really well so we thought we would hit you with this.
Before we get into this video though, I want to ask you guys who your favourite obscure
Disney character is – I don't mean a main characters - I mean like.. background characters
that are great.
For example – I loveeeee the wardrobe from Beauty and the Beast ! She is a sasspiration!
Let me know yours in the comments section and also please do leave a thumbs up!
10 - The Lost Boys are Murdered: Okay, Neverland sounds fun and everything
but what if it is way more sinister than we at first thought!
How come people in Neverland people grow up?
Well….
Maybe someone stops them before they get the chance!
Surely not Peter Though – he seems like such a swell guy!
Well actually if you really think about it he is a kidnapper.
If he is capable of stealing children from their beds, maybe he is capable of killing
them.
There is a theory out there circulating that Peter dispenses of members of his gang periodically
when they get too old and that Captain Hook is actually a lost boy who escaped and that
is why he hates Peter so much.
Maybe that is why the lost boys were keen to kill the Wendy bird – they know death!
9 -Gaston Was Bambi's Mum's Killer No, I am still not over Bambi's mums death.
The movie is all fun and woodland frolics until she dies then it is a total and utter
bummer!
It is such a harrowing scene!
We all know that Bambi's mum was shot by a hunter.
Well, there is a theory out there that Bambi's mums killer was none other than that brute
Gaston.
We know that Gaston is a hunter – it is even sung about – no one shoots like Gaston
- aaand he uses Antlers in all of his decorating – so we know he hunts stags… it is very
possible he hunts deer too.
There is a shot in Beauty and the Beast where we see a familiar looking doe drinking from
a stream near the beasts castle.
8 - The Cars Took Over So we talked about the scary Homunculus Theory
in Disney Pixar's Cars – To simplify the theory is that the cars are actually exoskeletons
for humans who are grown in amniotic vats then plugged into cars at an early age….
And that was pretty wild….
But there is also another scary theory out there….
Some people think that Cars is a post apocalyptic world where AI and Cars fused to kill of humans.
How did the humans die?
Pollution and mass ploughing downs by angry cars.
The theory goes that the cars were implanted with false memories after the takeover, forgetting
humans but remembering 20th century events and nostalgia like route 66.
7 Peter Pan is the Angel of Child Death Oh, Peter….
You just can't stay out of this, can you.
SO JM Barrie, the Peter Pan Author, used to read to terminally ill kids to make them less
afraid of death …and now you think about it Neverland is kind of a heavenly like place….
The kids never grow up…so maybe they are ghosts or spirits in Utopia.
The theory goes that Peter Pan is the Angel of Death – like a grim reaper but just for
kids.
If sick children die, he shows up to guide them to the afterlife…which is filled with
all kinds of fun, frolics and adventure filled with mythical creatures like mermaids.
Perhaps Neverland is child heaven.
While that is pretty scary – I like that better than Peter being a killer!
https://screenrant.com/dark-disney-fan-theories-ruin-favorite-movies/
Is it possible that the Prince in Snow White is also an angel of death?
According to a Reddit post, some people think so.
I get it – when kids die they go off to a fun heaven filled with adventures… when
single women die they are whisked away by an impossibly attractive prince.
Honestly…
I would like something between the two… but if I had to choose between prince and
adventure…
I choose adventure.
Anyway the theory goes that the Prince was sent as an escort to the afterlife – which
explains why Snow White waves at the Dwarfs as if she will never see them again.
This kiss is said to just symbolize entering the next realm.
The white horses you see – well apparently they are biblical symbols for death.
Yikes.
5 - Elsa and Anna's Parents died on the Way to Rapunzel's Wedding
There is a theory out there that Rapunzel, Elsa and Anna are related.
According to multiple theorists – they are cousins.
Anyway Frozen director Jennifer Lee said that the King and Queen of Arendelle died in a
shipwreck on their way to a wedding.
Arundelle in supposed to be in Norway, and Rapunzel lived in Germany…so likely they
sank in the North Sea.
4 - Carl Dies in Up There is a theory out there that Carl actually
dies at the beginning of Up and everything after that is his ascension to the afterlife.
I don't know about you but I was howling within the first ten minutes of Up – it
was really sad but cute – Carl and his wife Ellie have a lovely marriage but they never
get to travel the way they wanted….
Don't even get me started on the baby thing.
Anyway it was clear that Carl loved his wife more than anything but then she died and he
was forced to leave his home.
It is thought that he died in his home and the whole adventure after was his journey
to heaven to be with his wife Ellie.
Russel is said to be his guardian angel, but an angel in practice who needs to earn his
wings.
In the movie he needs a badge for assisting the elderly to become a senior wilderness
explorer.
The theory says that Carl's guardian angel is a child as he and Ellie were never able
to have one….
The house that Carl and Russel fly away in is said to represent Carl's physical attachment
to the physical world and its floating up is said to represent his transition from the
real world to the spirit world.
Paradise falls is said to be the gates of heaven, which Carl eventually reaches.
Was he dead this whole time?!
Whatever happens I just hope he and Ellie were together somehow after.
3 - Aladdin is Post Apocalyptic It seems some people out there think that
Aladdin is set in a post apocalyptic future and Agrabah is one of the only outposts for
survival.
Why?
Well it all centres on the genie.
The Genie complains that he has been stuck in the lamp for 10 thousand years and when
he comes out he does a Jack Nicholson Impersonation and turns Abu into a 1950s looking car.
This must mean he was imprisoned in the lamp some time in the 20th century and so – if
he was in the lamp for 10,000 years, Aladdin must be set in the year 12000 or there abouts.
Further evidence comes from the Aladdin Video Game, where you can see an old road stop sign
buried in the sand.
According to a 4Chan Thread, all of this is the result of a horrifying war that wiped
out most of the world save for the middle east.
2 - Ariel's Mum Was Murdered by Captain Hook
What is it with villains from one movie murder mums from others, blimey!
So a lot of eagle eyed lovers of The Little Mermaid have noticed a certain red hair mermaid
hanging out in the lagoon who looks a lot like our gal.
In Ariel's Beginning, we learn that her mother was called Athena and, true to classic
Disney, her mother was killed by pirates.
RIGHT.
Well we know Captain hook isn't great to the mermaids of the lagoon….so is it possible
that Captain hook and his cronies killed Ariel!?
A lot of people think so.
1 - The On Screen Murder in The Emperor's New Groove
So there is a little key piece of plot evidence here – In the Emperor's New Groove it
is established that only animals that used to be human are able to speak in the movie.
There is a nasty moment in a seen where Kuzco sees get eaten by a spider….
He hears it scream…which means it must have once been human.
Kids, you just witnessed a murder.
Yikes.
WELL that was the Top 10 Scary Disney Theories!
Let me know what you thought to this list!
Are you buying in of these theories.

Spirit Voice said: My family had an "elf on the shelf" before Elf of the Shelf was a thing.
Multiple members of my family would tell us to be good because an elf named Buttons was
watching us, and at least 3 of my family's households that I remember actually had a
little elf about 3 inches tall that they would hide somewhere while they were decorating
so you would look up and this tiny elf would be staring down at you from the top of a shelf.
I don't know where it originated, though (whether it's a local thing, or what) because I can't
find anything about Buttons online, and trying more vague search terms just get me Elf on
the Shelf ads.
But I know Buttons predates that, because both my mom;s side of the family and my dad's
talked about him when I was little in the late 90's, and older members of my family
had Buttons when they were kids, too.?

Advance LIGHTNESS 3 (Paragliding Harness Review) - Duration: 15:52.
Carlo tell me about the Lightness 3. very nice rucksack, very comfortable
carrying a small little point they didn't have a little place for a name
tag on the Lightpack 2, that's a small thing but nice. very nice
quality very comfortable to carry, really great.
here we have with the lightness 3, you can see how it's just made to fit perfectly.
I've got a semi lightweight glider in here. You can see how you harness folds nicely
As we'll talk about in a minute, because of the extra protection it doesn't
fold quite as compact the Lightness 2 because of the extra SAS-tec
protector in the back, but it's pretty compact. what you got there then?
Oh, these new flybubble brummel covers, which are very nice!
yes, I just leave them on, pull them down, it's easy.
so Lightness 3, it's fairly lightweight XC harness, pod hanress, and it's a balance of
lightweight (it's not a super lightweight harness, you know for x-Alps flying or
something like that) and it's not a full heavy weight comp harness, it's sort of
semi like what I call a semi lightweight pod harness. it's made to be an everyday
harness. about three kilos for the weight with a standard speed bag and all the
features the medium size I think is 3.25kg including everything.
we've got here is very similar protector to the lightness 2 if not the same so
it's a good size it passes for the certification but it's not
I think the protector like you have in heavier harnesses.
Does it compress easily?
It compresses a bit it's quite firm so when you fold it up it's fairly firm
not as stiff as say for example the woody valley GTO light, that's really firm
this is somewhere between them a little bit softer than that. okay so the
reserve the handle sits inside this pocket nicely there and ... that's the reserve there
I've got a Beamer 3 Large in there, it's my reserve. Is there any protection once the reserve is out?
With the Lightness 3 there's a substantial difference I think to the lightness 2 in that yes
there is, the SAS-tec protector runs under your back
you do have with the likeness 2 as well the
comfort foam there which is about so thick, but with the Lightness 3 in
addition you've got the SAS-tec protector which you can kind of see if
you come close and see that there and there's this special high-impact
protector so when you pull the reserve you've still got that. that runs
all the way up to the back
right the way up to inside that pocket there
It's apparently a very high-tech protector that's made for
impact and penetration protection and underneath that you've got what they
call a comfort foam but that also will obviously act as a bit of a protector
but it's not that part's not sort of certified protection.
[Greg] yeah thicker than I was expecting, it's actually quite a big cushion.
yeah yeah that as
much as anything contributes to the comfort on your back and the
stiffness of the harness to support your back with a packing size okay it's a
moderate size I'd call it moderate it's not big it's quite deep and it's
perfectly adequate, I think it's optimized, if you're a pilot
that carries a whole load of rubbish you're going to struggle to fit in in it but
then you're not gonna aim for a lightweight harness you might not you
know if you carry a whole load of rubbish you're not prioritizing your
weight. so it's pretty optimized for what you'd want to carry. that's part of the
reason that the lightpack 3 works really well with it because it's a more
compact rucksack than most so fits in there really nicely rolled up. It's made for it.
While we're looking in the back you've got a little connector that's quite
nifty, it's a good example of Advance's attention to detail.
that's for hanging your Hydra pack on
and you can attach it there and there's a pocket for that to go in and then you've got your H-2-0 there.
For me the Lightness 2 was already one of the most comfortable harnesses around
in its class certainly one of if not the most comfortable
and with the Lightness 3 it's even more
comfortable on the back because it's just got more stiffness in the back
without being rigid it's just supportive. The most important change is here
between the Lightness 2 and 3 and they've changed you have a
look at these straps, they've changed the geometry of the straps. They've also
raised the hang points, quite a bit, they're about three or four centimeters
higher than the lightness 2 - which is quite a bit.
I was actually a little bit concerned that it was going
to end up with feeling like you're too low
in the harness and not have enough roll control. It has just smoothened things out.
Now one thing I haven't done yet is I haven't flown the harness in really good
thermic conditions I'm hoping to do that in Tenerife soon but flying it and doing
wing overs and playing around you just notice the harness is just smoothened out
but it seems so far it feels very nice, it feels like it's not too dampened
The leg straps are the same as the Lightness 2 and the setup is very similar if not the same.
What they have done on this harness is lots of little tweaks which just
refine an already pretty refined harness
for example it seems like a
small thing but L2 users will notice this is different instead of just line
they've added these little webbing straps. I always found with the
Lightness 2 the string would get caught in the tread of your feet
make it a bit fiddly ... this just makes it a little bit nicer to use and it's noticeable.
so it's nice little tweaks like that
other changes; this is a bit more for adjustment and they've just made the
adjustment a little easier, rather than just knots they put these little balls
which makes it really quite easy to slide up and down so you can just pull
on it and slide it up and down. I want to leave it how I've got it, if that's OK?
Ballast area, same sort of size, 5 litres?
yeah roughly that.
but is a good 5 litre yes, perfect for my concertina bag and
the helmet bag and soft things but actually just like the
lightness 2 it contributes to the support. it's fine without anything in there but
if you add that it actually improves it makes it even better around the bum nice
and supportive so it is noticeable. Don't over ram it, same
as I found with other harnesses, if you really over ram it that starts to interfere
a bit. the same with your back, this is the same for any harness it's
important, if you over ram it you start to notice it's kind of pushing
into your back and affects your comfort. There's two different speed bags so
this is the standard speed bag which to me feels the same as the lightness 2
so we've not seen the light speedbag yet so it's obviously for people who are
really concerned about weight I think most pilots are going to want to go for
the standard speed bag that's my feeling because it's not heavy and it's going to
be a bit more durable. the other thing, the other major difference is that only
with the standard speed bag do you get the option of adding on the windscreen,
which is actually quite nifty. this is what you get with the lightness 3
it's like a helmet bag and then there get the screen in place it's
actually quite easy to get on and then you just line up the poppers and pop it in.
I have to admit before I flew with this and saw it I was quite skeptical about the
windscreen I thought you know it looks a bit, does it really need it on this kind
of harness? But actually having flown with it now a bit ... it's not
going to be something everybody wants but I did notice
flying in cold conditions, it takes the wind off your face a bit and takes the
wind chill off your body, and so that was noticeable. it's not a
huge difference, it's not like from whooosh to nothing which to be honest,
I want to be able to feel the wind a bit on my face to feel what my
airspeed is, but it does actually work nicely. Other benefits that I didn't think
of is that 1. it protects your instruments from the risers hitting them, as you can
see here it's actually pretty tough, I thought it might be a bit fragile it's
actually pretty tough. For example if you've got your gloves you're
standing on takeoff it's really quite convenient to just stuff them in there
small thing but it's actually quite useful.
[Greg] You can have one of those little Hawaiian hula dancer girls on.
Maybe a little Hindu elephant god thing.
Or you could throw your crisps in there.
You also did some filming with your GoPro just hidden in there? We'll have a look at that footage.
Because it protects the microphone from the wind.
So you want some audio, what am I supposed to say?
now you say 'I want some audio' I can't think of anything to say!
Here I am, flying about, scratching on the hill.
very comfortable this Lightness 3, lovely it is!
it's a beautiful day ... ish
okay that'll do it
For people are flying long flights very cold conditions or on
the speed bar a lot those pilots are gonna notice the benefit other pilots
who are doing just a little bit of recreational flying and things like that
maybe they're not gonna bother with it.
[Greg] Did it get in the way when you're ground handling, launching, leaning forward, it doesn't get in your face?
No I didn't notice it at all and I run and jump
around and ground handle quite a lot and I found I was doing all that and in fact
what I noticed was is that my instruments were getting like
protected from the risers smacking on them so it's nice.
A compact harness that's versatile, good for just normal recreational flying always good
to have some have the Harley in the soundtrack.
well aficionados will probably tell me that's not a Harley bonus points for
YouTube commenters if you can tell what motorbike it is.
So yes for pilots
looking for an all-round recreational XC harness, it's really people who
particularly want to go into XC flying. It's compact, you can use it for
hike and fly it's not something you're going to go and do racing hike and fly with,
obviously the lightweight speed bag brings
it down to 2.75 kg.
You could take out the comfort foam, you can take the SAS-tec out
you can even take the protector out of the bottom and replace that with your
sleeping bag and all. I'm hoping to really test the harness out in
some good thermal conditions, I'm going to Tenerife over the Christmas period so
I'm gonna give it a test out there.
Nancy and I are going out to Colombia late
January gonna really test it out and some thermic conditions and compare it
to some other harnesses to see what it's like. For pilots
who want something for say, if they want to do some wagga (mild aerobatics) you can do
that with the lightness three but that's not its forte.
Pilots looking for a lightweight XC harness that want a hammock-style harness
that are not looking for a seat plate and they're really primarily focused on XC
flying then this is a fantastic option.
It's a well-built cross-country harness and very comfortable.
I've had a lightness 2 since the early ones came out.
I can fly any harness I want and I really like that harness.
I've been looking for something to replace it and I think for me, this does it!
