I will note the special importance and significance of further strengthening the preventive direction in the activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Artist Fabian Florin, alias Bane, has 200 m2 of space for

his ideas.

Since the image is not only huge but very high up as well,

meticulous planning was necessary - along with around 1 t of paint.

It's great to be so high up.

We're up against the wall, have a great view

and get to do what we love.

That in itself is enough, for me.

So off to work - upwards. Art at over 40 m in the air.

The city of Chur has a budget of 220,000 francs for this project.

Not excessive for a project like this,

says the mayor.

It's not a run-of-the-mill advert; it's a work of art.

Chur's city centre has a lot to offer,

with its art and art museum,

library, squares, and so on.

This should also be reflected in the tower

and make people want to come in to the city.

Hence, the brief given to the artist:

create something completely new on the facade.

The work took two months,

and sometimes things did not run entirely to plan.

We would spend the whole day painting,

then take a step back in the evening

It was important not to lose sight of the goal.

Because his image has a clear message.

economy the central bank attributed the slight rebound to people expecting to

earn and spend more next year mainly due to the higher minimum wage there are six

main indices that constitute the composite sentiment index and he wants

specifically for prospective household income jumped by two points in December

compared to the previous month the index for prospective household spending also

rose by a point in South Korea the minimum wage was increased by more than

16 percent this year and ten point nine percent rise is slated for 2019 however

the overall situation remains grim because the composite consumer sentiment

index has been under the 100 point threshold for three consecutive months

this is mainly due to people having low confidence about the health of the local
