Learning How to Sing Online Feels Lonely

Learning how to sing online feels lonely sometimes.

We want to be great singers.

We want to inspire audiences and fans with our voices.

We want to be the lead singer in the band.

We want to sing amazing songs.

We want the leading roles in the great shows.

We want to share our hearts.

As singers, or students of singing, these are our dreams.

The pursuit of these dreams gets lonely...especially when we're learning to do it by ourselves...online.

If you're one who feels lonely sometimes, come...let's talk about it.

Hi.

I'm Chuck Gilmore with Power to Sing.

If you're one who feels lonely sometimes, I say bless you!

You are not alone!

If sometimes you get discouraged watching videos, practicing vocal exercises, reading

vlogs, and working on vocal technique... bless you for your effort!

In time, you'll see yourself improve.

If it's hard at times and the exercises don't seem to be working... bless you for

your practice.

In time your singing will get better and better.

If it's taking longer than you expected and you're finding it hard to break old

habits, or you're uncertain you're doing things right...bless you for sticking with

it!

Your work will pay off!

If your voice doesn't seem to be working like you're hoping...bless you for your

patience.

If at times you feel some progress and you're able to sing higher and easier...bless you

in your successes.

If you're starting to feel vibrato or your pitch's improving and your tone's getting

better...bless you in your progress!

If you find singing songs is much harder than doing the exercises...bless you for coming

this far!

If you get depressed or discouraged and your singing dreams seem impossible to reach...bless

you for your persistence.

The fulfilment of your dreams is getting closer.

If at times you wonder if anyone else has ever felt this way before...bless you in your

journey.

Someday you'll inspire others.

Bless you for your effort.

I'm at Syndicate Motorcycles again, we're working on the motorcycle.

It's half past six, and I'm going as long as I can.

I've put Cirebon in the GPS, it's 556 kilometers away from here.

If I can get there, that's good, if not, I'll stop somewhere along the way, I don't know.

But I want to get as close to Jakarta as possible.

The roads are boring and busy,

and the city is huge.

This is it..

There's traffic early in the morning.

Yeah..

This is how 550 kilometers look like in the Javan traffic.

Adventure riding is not always peace and love... Yeah...

Peace!

Good morning, I'm in Cirebon.

Today I'm going to Jakarta, I hope I'll get there. It's 200...

I have 242 kilometers. I made 550 yesterday, so today I have to make it there.

I hope it won't rain. The traffic will be terrible.

Google Maps says it will be 6 hours for 240 kilometers, so I'll start early.

It's 7:07 AM.

I hope I'll arrive there before noon.

I'll go directly to Rial, we'll start working on the bike.

I'll take it apart, I'll put in whatever it needs, I'll check if it needs anything else,

and after that, I'll leave Java as fast as I can, I'll go to Sumatra.

This is the plan. Rock and Roll, see you later! Bye!

I'm at Syndicate Motorcycles again, we're working on the motorcycle.

This is what we need to change, the most important thing in the carburettor, the carburettor diaphragm.

I've noticed that it's broken in Nepal,

we've patched it, but the motorcycle didn't worked well since.

It has 70% of its total power output, as I felt

and on high RPM it stutters.

This should solve the problem. There will be a carburettor synchronisation, I'll change the air and fuel filter,

I'll change the oil and the oil filter,

and I received some parts from Rugged Roads, like...

What have I ordered? Wait a minute...

A reserve pump because I changed it in Nepal,

and springs for the clutch because I haven't ordered those and last time I put it back as it was.

I took some measurements, the size was good but I decided to order some if I was already ordering parts.

And if I have to change the clutch again, I have a full kit.

We're working hard here,

I'm curious to see the difference with the new diaphragm.

After we took it out, I'll show you the hole on it.

Obviously it's dead.

As you can see, it's garbage, it's holey.

This is it, fortunately I have a new one.

Yeah!

It's assembled, it's done and it's time to try it out.

I paid and I'm going back to the hostel,

and tomorrow morning I will go to Sumatra.

I'm curious if there is any change, how better will it be.

However we could not do anything, we couldn't synchronise the carburettors because they didn't had this vacuum thingy.

I don't know what is it called.

And, what have I forgot... Yeah, the steer bearing is clucking.

The place where the bearing is in is most likely loosened,

but I'll check it in Malaysia or who knows where. This is it, I'll go forward like this.

Rock and Roll, let's head to the hostel. Bye!

Good morning, I'm in Jakarta. It's 6 AM

and today I'll go to Sumatra.

The journey to the port is 4 hours long.

2 hours out of 4 will only be Jakarta, because it's just 120 kilometers away.

And... And it's already Christmas here. By the way, it's 14th of December.

It's 10 days until Christmas.

Here's the motorcycle.

I'm packing up and I'm out. Rock and Roll!

It's 6:20 AM and this is the traffic in Jakarta.

I think I should have woken up earlier. That's it, it's too late now.

Yeah, this is it...

Don't do what I just did!

The man parked his truck on the rice field.

Another ferry port.

Now, between Sumatra and Java. It's time to leave Java.

We're going to Sumatra then to Malaysia.

Oh yeah! Welcome to Sumatra!

I have more than 1000 kilometers to Medan from where I'll be going to Malaysia.

For now, I'm searching for an accommodation not too far, I got my eye on one 70 - 80 kilometers away from here.

I'll be staying there tonight and than Krui...and after that no further plans

But I have to get to the top of the island.

Rock and Roll! Bye!

Loro Parque: PAPAGEIENTAUCHER, ihr besonderer Schnabel und vieles mehr 👍 | zoos.media - Duration: 4:19.

Hallo, today we visit Loro Parque.

The biology of puffins is really interesting. These birds have

a change of the structure of their beak. First, it is completly darf

but later they habe a moult and it gets coloruful - males

use that. Many people don't know that the beak also shows

bioluminescence at nights. Maybe they use in the caves in which they

lay their eggs and sit on them bioluminiscence to do something

we still have to find out.

Here we can observe the difference between a young and an adult bird. The older one's

face is more white while the other one is more dark, more grey.

Also there's a difference in the beaks: one is not ready, which means it's not as round and colorful as

the beak of the one with the brighter face, which is older than the younger one.

The moult of the puffins' beak is really interesting and similar to penguins

Scales are created that are thrown off and that's the way the beak changes.

It's very interesting in puffins that they change the head feathers and the beak

and became really, really beautiful.

The temperature of the sea is constantly rising and that's a big

problem for the puffins because they have to feed their babies

and the krill they need is more far away than before.

This is a tough situation for these animals which

weren't threatened before. The back up population in a modern zoo like Loro Parque is massively

important. We do constant observations of these animals and we

develop new protocolls for breeding.

War Memorial Seoul // Der Koreakrieg zusammengefasst - Duration: 12:30.

Welcome to GermanTravelTime to a new video on our last day in Korea

We are standing at the War Memorial Seoul, the museum they made in remembrance of the war

We want to dive in the history of Korea today

Why is there war between north and South Korea? What happened?

We would like to invite you through that memorial and join us by our trip here

And don't forget to subscribe the channel

We start at this museum in different rooms

These rooms here are to honor the fallen soldiers first

They have books with names in them here and also light up candles

This huge round room here was constructed just in remembrance of the fallen soldiers

Korea is showing endless thankfulness and loyalty fo their service

At this screen here, we can see every single soldier from the war and read their story

We can see what he succeeded and where he was stationed

For example his job or how many enemies he killed

Also they show the awards he earned and also a little bit about his private life

The museum explains us different wars in Korea. It starts with the most early ones and end at the present situation

The first war was against the Mongolians

Up to 4.000 years ago

We also find a lot of original pieces from the time 2.000 b.c.

We are moving through different rooms where you walk through generations

Its very nice showed by a lot of digital input such as small movies and effects

It is definitely very informative

The sad thing is that all the signs are just in Korean and not in English

The description of tools is only in Korean, the name of the tool is written in English

Its sad if you want to educate yourself in the weapons and devices they used

We arrived in the 19th century. The weapon technology got advanced

They used huger canons

And after a while Korea began to grow to a global player who was able to follow up with their own interests

The whole Middle East wasnt controlled by Mongolians anymore

The Korean state grew and fought for their own things

We now arrived at the modern Korean War. We just saw a movie a few seconds ago what showed how it started

It showed the attack from North Korean people to the south without a reason

On all these boards you can clearly read out that north korea is the real enemy

The North Korean army entered within 3 days without any reason the South Korean territory

They did that with help from the Sowjets and China

The North Korean Soldiers pushed the souths so far back into the country, that it was unsure if South Korea would be able to continue exists

But the South Koreans were able to push in front over years and years to the point where they are today, the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone)

The DMZ is about 50km north from us

That is where the war got to a break from both sides

Officially North and South Korea are still in war

The history of the war and what happened exactly is what we will see in the next rooms now

We will take you with us and invite you to learn what happened in the past

North Korea, under the regiment of Kim Il Sun, was not able to start a war by themselves

They needed a partner, thats why Kim Il Sung went to Russia and met Stalin

Stalin was not interested to start a war or even participate in it

He didn't want to let the relationship to the USA escalate, because South Korea was in partnership with them

So they had to find a way to help

Stalin with the Sowjets, China and North Korea planned the war together at the end

Of course it was no wonder, that South Korea immediately got the help from the US

And because of so many states involved in the war, it came really close to end up in a new world war

The Sowjets didn't participated with soldiers at the war at all

They sponsored the war with 40 Million Dollars

And they also gave them the newest weapons, planes, tanks

And they also trained the North Korean soldiers

That was how the Sowjets made sure to not send their own men to Korea and tried to show the world that they are not involved

They definitely wanted the Americans to relax and not let them start a war with Russia

So they just train them, give them weapons, ammo and war machines

The perfect background support for North Korea

Clever but the Americans found out

The Chinese thought different. The only thing they could help with was manpower, so they decided to send

China gave the North Korean army 60.000 soldiers to help them fight

They were the 5th, 6th, 7th and 12th division

That means the war might have endet less tragic if China would have not send over the soldiers

On the 3rd of May 1949 the North Korean soldiers attacked an South Korean army base

The soldiers got surprised and immediately started a back- attack with guns and small machines

But the soldiers from the north were prepared and had massive canons and a huge amount of guns and rifles

They were very close to kill all of the South Korean soldiers within hours

The last idea the South Korean soldiers had was suicidal commands

Things what happened In Pearl Harbor too

The statue behind me reminds on all the soldiers who gave their own life to protect their country with killing themselves

That was a huge and also very sad moment for Korean history

The North Korean soldiers concentrated their attacks on Seoul

They wanted that Seoul, the most important city in Korea, falls

The South Koreans toke back there troops and let them fall back into the South of the country

The North Koreans knew that most of the soldiers are still busy in Seoul, so they planned a maneuver to attack from behind

A boat full of soldiers was driving down to Busan to attack from behind and enter the second biggest city in Korea

That boat got destroyed in the last moment by a South Korean Warship

Thousands of North Korean soldiers died but they were able to prevent them of entering the country

It would have been very bad if Busan would fall

By the time the war began, the South Korean army only had 57 Pilots

And only 22 planes

From the 22 planes there were only 10 planes with armor, the rest was for training only

But they definitely needed to attack and react too

So they just put two people inside the plane. One pilot and one pilot in training.

The flight student had to throw the bombs by hand out of the plane

A few days after the war started, the UN send a lot of soldiers into Korea by air and boat to help defend the country

The US Airforce and US Marines were the first ones arriving

They supported them with building defending lines and fought against the North Koreans

Without the support of the UN and the US the war would have endet completely different

The American troops of the 24th devision started their way trough Korean also from Busan

They had the whole country for them and were able to move upwards

The plan was, that the North Koreans would end the war because they might get affraid of the US joining the war

But it went the other way. North Korea got even more mad because of them

And America got the worst enemy of North Korea

This scene here is very important for the Korean historyy

After troops of all around the world started over Incheon to fight through the country

And they were able to get the City of Seoul back

A South Korean soldier went to the Parliament in Seoul and raised their flag

To send a signal and say we've got our city back and we also got parts of our country back

Up there is the original flag they raised at this day

For South Koreans a very important picture and a very important day

I saw it many times now that Koreans enter here, take their hats of and show respect

Respect for all the soldiers who made their life in freedom possible

We hope that North- and South Korea find peace soon

out the grated cheese which the survivalists ain't bonus to me little

extra with my order so thanks to them I'll get the chance to take out the

grated cheese I will first prepare the meal without the grated cheese and then

I think I prepared um you or put some cheese in it but let's get started with

lunch then

welcome at lunch I'm going to say I'm gonna try out the grated cheese and Fitz

going to prepare the meal without the grated cheese and then I'll try it with

the grated cheese with a bit of the grated cheese on I'm also going to try

some of the grated cheese separately as I said I got this as a little extra

bonus with my order we're going to have the roast lamb and vegetables we're

going to have to they're candy chocolates we're going to have the

coffee and the salon tea there's just some salt and pepper if I wanted to use

them and then there is some sugar and creamer which we also might use to

prepare the roasted lamb there you can see there's at a notch you're supposed

to remove the mashed potatoes add 210 mal to the mesh and then add 150 ml to

zip race there is a packet you can see there's the mesh and here is use the

rest of the stuff there's nice and crispy

so I'll just go in to play this and I say to assist you pay the rest of the

meal and then later at the cheese you are supposed to add two tablespoons of

cheese I'm not gonna read all the ingredients in this stuff it's just too

much you read or to remember when I read it

they are you about it but it's quite a bit of ingredients you can see there

that whole list so then prepare this and I'll be back ok first we're going to

check out the coffee

you can see it's fine it's sort of course granules interesting hey we've

got our coffee and tea that I need you I'm not going to show betting the water

part do the food I'm just gonna do it and bring the food rec yeah I did the

coffee and tea and this stuff is still rehydrating let's check out these are

the candy chocolate friends of them this smells very I mean Amy it smells more

like in my name is Dane it smells like the South African Smarties it looks

about this day four colors maybe

anyway there's four or five colors let's check them out so long you can see

they're nice little piece of candy around the chocolate it tastes like it

tastes more like it South African star peas and it does the Eminem's I'm going

to sort them out later and keep some of them so that I can some way to do a

comparison between them M&Ms and Smarties I'm still looking for M&Ms when

I'm looking for my name's I never found them but that you can find them here so

I'm going to look for some M&Ms and do a comparison and since I have these now I

can keep some of them and also use them let's check out this cheese it says to

use two tablespoons in food with these they not rest it's quite easy to open it

oh you would think so okay you can see there's a bit of the cheese I'm going to

put a little bit of water in and see if you can reconstitute this yes it's a lot

of cheese in there seal it up for now it's going to put a little bit of cold

water uni and see what happens I just put a little bit of cold water and

you're not gonna put water water in here then it will melt so I'm just gonna see

what happens do it so we can just stand there for a bit it really tastes very

cheesy I hope this reconstitute now

it has been more than ten minutes this smells meaty can see there's some peas

and meat in there it tastes nice but this piece it's

savory I'm just gonna add some just gonna reduce the size of the bowl here

you can see there's their notches so you can make this a bowl I think I rather

cut it since my tearing ability is a bit good it's a good thing to always have a

pocket knife around you can see there's some more vegetables and meat I think

this might do well with some extra flavoring I'll add some salt and pepper

just now face the mesh take this out it taste nice and potatoey it tastes better

than some of instant measures I've tasted before

it's just editing here he dropped out nice and easy let's check it out it's a

bit more texture and still a bit lacking interest it's dumping the pepper and

salt

it really does improve the taste a bit I'm outside this thing stuff does

reconstitute some it tastes quite nice it's very cheesy does not taste

processed it tastes taste like a little bit crunchy cheese though just put some

in here I thought of just guesstimated some cheese sort of 2 tablespoons worth

of it just gonna mix it through and let it stand a bit this might not

reconstitute as well as it would do in you ready in before you add the hot

water but you wouldn't mind if the cheesy so bit crunchy but I just want

the flavor of it if you're gonna do this with cheese you will most like to add

the cheese directly when you add the hot water to this let's check out the coffee

and I said with breakfast this is nice it's almost like a Nescafe coffee nice

and strong it's not like the weeks of African coffees Russian coffees you get

like tonight nice roasted taste you'd actually taste the coffee it's really

nice

the tea I just leave the bag in I like strong team it doesn't have that better

Terry says some teas does it does have a nice tea taste I like it I'm not gonna

do sugar and milk in my tea I just don't like sugar and milking tea

I just take the cheese up again the teeth taste nice and cheesy it's still a

bit um garnishee but I figured that since I don't know you know most likely

supposed to do it like this but I have to get the taste off the tooth it's nice

you can take out there honest juice again it's a bit sweet but it's nice is

much more like orange juice then we'll drink I like this it doesn't have that

overwhelming thinking pop tastes like this other self effort for the South

African stuff does see these they don't have a little Iman they look but South

African smart it isn't there's this bright they look more than in my names

but they taste more South African smart you like definitely more smartly taste

then Eminem's let's taste this again it's definitely

no I said with the bit of cheese you do get a bit of cheese the salt helped I

don't know this the meat tastes a bit prefer but it's still nice it's nice and

between she doesn't have strong flavors it could have done with a bit more

rosemary perhaps it would have really helped this so if you've got little herb

packets do take it along but the paper help and to sort the up and the little

bit of cheese have also helped this is very nice I would have don't have any

problem eating this it's not too overwhelming flavor but you can juice it

up a bit if you want to

so this was lunch the cheese I'm really really surprised with this cheese I

really it's really nice and cheesy it's not really made to reconstitute

separately but we didn't do a bad job of it I'm not gonna try to know if you

would try it on something else but my sake will do in the vegetarian meal see

if there's something I can try it on I really like the the stew the cheese

just give it a bit more depth and it liked it but likes a bit of first the

tea is nice not availability the coffee is nice and strong the cools the

diatonic throw the orange flavored paper regime drink it's nice orange it's not

doesn't take that a lot of you are like ooh drink it's a nice balance between :

can juice taste and the mi names or the little candy covered sweet taste more

like thyself African small teeth in you names do I bet it's some rosemary in

here it up subsidized but the FICA Ferb's if you've got some garlic powder

you can also add a bit in here to help the taste it tastes much better now

so thanks for watching this meal I really like this see you at dinner

and the small bonus part of the video since I've got all of these lovely

cheese to play with each honest and 60 grams its we need to reconstitute it

it's supposed to be 250 grams I've decided to play with it a bit I've

reconstituted some more in cold water it's not it looks a bit weird and it's a

bit weight on the outside but hey they'd they don't say to do this but well I'm a

bit bored so it's so I've got some different crackers and some cheese I've

done one on the wheat worth because the cracker is so crunchy it just tastes

like regular cheese on a cracker yeah it's a bit wait but oh the slightly

weighted cheese doesn't really matter it's still tres nice and good and this

whatever you call this Finn little cracker it also tastes nice whenever you

can see but because you reconstitute this in Lewes cold water there's still a

bit of water left there I did drain it a bit but the cheese is a bit later than

normal cheese on the outside but it still works with cheese on crack you can

still do it if you really want cheese on crackers take the little small one as

well the strike the witness off the cheese doesn't really but for me doesn't

really influence the taste it must just not sit for a long time on these

crackers I'll sit the crackers will be way more soft

besides a slight weakness of the cheese for me it guys just the same as normal

teas I don't have normal cheese to compare it with now but it still tastes

the same you can just ignore dust lightweightness I know if you dry this

out again will it stand a bit to dry first but I must say you can

reconstitute this of cold water as well and I presume if you just one little

cheese sauce you can do to a bit of hot milk I think we'll do cook the same way

so if you really really really want cheese and crackers in the pinch you can

use this for that as well and I presume you can also put a bit of

this on your sandwiches if you want a little cheese sandwich I'm not going to

try this now but it can work so this is the little bonus playing with the cheese

I hope you've enjoyed this

welcome at dinner we are going to have the classic beef curry 100 grams of

jelly beans making just look at the

Soviets or issues we're going to have this salon tea

we're going to have the drinking chocolate and there is pre mirin sugar I

don't know if you will notice they shoot the packages I just have nice little

pictures on them and there's some soaked if we need it I'm not really sure how

much does this if this makes a cup I'm not really sure of sine theta or I

figure it out time add water to it and we're gonna open this now but you can

see there's a little tab you can open this and you can do see--let's this is

just a nice little packet it's quite a few tissues in there let's start taking

this out you can see here is two notches there's a seal way so you can seal this

package after you open it and there's also ten I should say like all the

others so you could make the bowl it's stay this open before we start you

can see this to reparation instructions and some ingredients are not gonna read

it

is this got the same meat squares as the steelhead society I didn't see any

oxygen absorbers in there and they don't say that there is money so I'm gonna add

some water to everything and I'll be back it's just a nasty bug nothin much

again that little picture there this doesn't have two notches but it

soaked it opened quite easily you don't smell nice and Kukui you see this girl

cooing day I might just add sugar and the creamer here I don't know I'll find

see when I I've added water to everything the tea

he's steeping so long and the chocolate I just add is water to everything I

might just add milk to the chocolate as well well we wait for everything it's

quite the nice list of ingredients I'm not gonna read everything city's 100

grams

you can see there is quite a lot of chili beans let's check out some you're

gonna try the black one she'll poked it and go back through one

now this tastes like black once I start decrease its taste the orange ones these

stuff sort of want to cling to each other they're almost bit soft you can't

really see them nicely layer until I've cut through it with my knife now you can

see there's chili inside and there is candy outside great ones

um I think something a bit of might be a bit of cherry type of flavor

orange orange green once diced aluminum

almost dice Turkish version liquid to out that lemony flavor to it but you can

see there's quite a variety of jelly beans these are almost as if they're but

tell me they're not totally dry as they sometimes are there bit soft

we are still waiting for the food let's take out the chocolate drink this nice

and chocolatey and does have a chocolatey taste I'm gonna add some

creamer to this drink do it more lighter color and see if I can add a bit more

creaminess they did say you can use either water or milk to mix this up with

and I used water so I don't really taste taste change it tastes much nice

chocolatey there's no sugar in here so if you want but it's sweeter you have to

add some sugar I'm not gonna add sugar no I might just add sugar and see what

happens and so not gonna add it to my tea ice and just as well much much

sweeter now still a nice night like chocolate theme now just a nice sweet

chocolate this is not really bad it's nice just check through the tea iced tea

is nice and fragrant it's not very bitter s a lot of tees off I'm just

gonna let it stand a bit I used the chopstick tricks with mixing this stuff

you can see the chopstick is much taller than the spoon

I cut the members showed us the chocolate after I can't remember who

showed us the chopsticks stick trick on the videos I know if it was close but

you can look in there there is some piece down there okay they stay notice

but I'm just gonna cut through this v-space excited you can see there's a

lot of peas in there there's maybe there's some it's very very soupy you

see there's a pea and summarize and I think there's some beef

this definitely needs salt everything in here is it nicely

reconstituted you taste the curry this is not as humanely Laden as a South

African stuff I taste it was the peas are a bit chewy the meat is also

somewhat chewy but it's not bad everything isn't it's ordinarily soft

but and it's almost a bit saucy goo saucy

the onions are still a bit crunchy it's gonna just stand there for now let's

check out chocolate again sugar definitely much this nice and sweet the

nice thing that they don't add sugar to this is that you can add extra sugar if

you want to it's an it's a shame that they don't provide extra little sugar

packet for you since you only get four sugar packets so something you will have

to drink without sugar the teak even though this is steeped for collect a lot

long-term now it doesn't have that bitterness of some teas it's a nice

flavorful think it's called a striver fool tea it's not your sort of weak tea

but it just not doesn't have that tea bitterness it's a nice herby tea the tea

Lavigne's or nice as I said therapist Vicky I don't know why let me tell you

something but they want to stick together and the curry it does have a

slight pin it does need a bit of flavors it's not as but it's flavorful as it

could be but it's not a bad curry he's a bit soupy though I didn't even

use the whole cup to make to rehydrate this it's even more soupy than

yesterday's roast lamb the rest lamb and the mash was nice goes to mash sort of

absorbed all that extra sauciness this just tastes like a nice like curry I do

like this well let's check out the tissues now said I'm gonna open this is

easy just open it like that

you move one and then just stick it close again this is a normal tissue it's

nice and strong

nothing large nice and soft so it will work for any thing you want to use a

tissue for whatever it might be so that was dinner thanks for watching

Arlington VA Top 5 LUXURY Condos that Sold in 2018 - Duration: 5:57.

How's it going everyone, Matt Leighton, welcome back to another video.

Today we're recapping the top 5 most expensive condos that sold in the year 2018.

Over 1,700 condos sold in Arlington in 2018 and we're bringing you the best of the best

so with that, let's get started with the fifth most expensive condo which is located

at 1530 Key Blvd, The Atrium #1310.

The building is located in Rosslyn and you're just a few blocks away from the Metro and

walking distance to Georgetown.

This unit sold for $2,097,500 and it's actually the second-largest condo coming in at a whopping

4,300 square feet of living space set on two levels.

The unit is located on the penthouse floor of The Atrium and features 3 bedrooms, 4.5

bathrooms, 3 parking spaces and magnificent views from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The property has been on and off the market for the past 3 years.

It was originally listed for $2.6 million in 2015 and the new buyer closed on this penthouse

in July of 2018.

Guys we're setting the bar high, 4,300 square feet penthouse that's going to be hard to

top.

Let's move on to number 4.

Number 4 on our list is #2209 at Turnberry Tower.

You knew this was coming.

Turnberry Tower is the crown jewel of condos in Arlington.

It's located at 1881 N Nash Street in Rosslyn.

#2209 at Turnberry features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,700 square feet of living

space and it closed for $2,375,000.

So what's rare about this unit is that it has a view of the Potomac River and sure other

units have nice views but it's rare to find a unit almost 3,000 square feet, with a view

of the river, from your private balcony.

The interior is also a great layout.

You have an open kitchen that looks out over the living and dining areas and at 2,700 square

feet, you're going to have ample room for everything that you need and with 3 bedrooms

you should have plenty of room for a home office, friends and family.

Number three on our list, we're going to stay at Turnberry Tower, we have #TS04, Tower

Suite 04.

This one closed for $2,775,000.

It features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2,650 square feet of living space.

This one you are 1 story higher than the previous listing, you're on the other side of the

building now with the Virginia view.

It's a gorgeous interior.

So we're going to have the standard private elevator, marble floors, italian cabinets,

open kitchen, again somewhat similar layout, just on the other side of the building.

Man I love those balconies.

Some condos you can barely fit a chair on to the balcony.

This one you could fit an entire living room it looks like.

Moving on to number two on our list and we are staying at Turnberry Tower.

We hit the $3 million dollar mark with #2102 which closed for $3,050,000.

This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit coming in at 3,050 square feet, so you're just

under $1,000 per square foot.

The floor plan features an open layout, a magnificent floor plan with a living room

and separate family room with an open kitchen, designer light fixtures and of course the

large balconies that are one of the best features of the units at Turnberry Tower.

So that brings us to the most expensive condo in Arlington in 2018 and that is 187 Chain

Bridge Road which closed for $3,210,000.

We might need to put an asterisk next to this one because although it is a condo ownership,

it feels more like a house or a townhouse than a condo.

The property is located right on the Potomac River near the Arlington/McLean border.

The condo features 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, over 8,000 square feet of

living space.

You have huge windows, multiple levels of living space, the master suite offers incredible

scenic views and there's even an entire guest suite on the property.

That's the most expensive condo in Arlington.

Probably not what you were originally thinking, but the Potomac Cliffs condo wins on technicality

and the fact that it's a stellar property.

So there are the top 5 most expensive condos in Arlington.

Turnberry almost ran the table with 3 of the 5 properties, but The Atrium snuck in at the

5 spot and Potomac Cliffs out of nowhere came in to take the top spot this year.

Most of the price per square feet hovered around $800 - $1,000 for the units at Turnberry

Tower and the average Days on Market was well into the hundreds of days, think 200 - 300

days, some of these properties were even on for a few years.

So top 5 most expensive condos there you have it.

If you liked this video be sure to give it a thumbs up.

Thanks for watching.

Until next time, create a productive day, take care.

Brussels Sprouts in Alfredo Sauce - Natasha's Kitchen - Duration: 4:14.

Hi everyone, its Natasha of natashaskitchen.com and today we are cooking up

Brussels sprouts in creamy cheesy Alfredo sauce.

This is an easy, excellent side dish. Start by preparing two pounds of fresh

Brussels sprouts. Cut off the ends then slice them in half and peel off any

rough or dry outer leaves.

Now place a deep saute pan or a Dutch oven over medium heat and add six ounces

of chopped bacon. Stir that for three to five minutes or until the bacon is

browned and the fat has been released. Transfer the crispy bacon to a separate

dish and set it aside, keeping about three tablespoons of oil

in the pan. Now add all of your prepared Brussels sprouts and season with half a

teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper. Cover and cook over

medium heat for eight to nine minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until the

Brussels sprouts are tender and lightly browned. Add one large, minced garlic

clove and stir for about a minute, until fragrant then add one and a half

cups of heavy whipping cream and bring it to a simmer.

Add one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, then stir in 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Now season to taste and I added another quarter teaspoon of salt. Then bring it

just to a simmer and remove it from the heat. You don't want it to boil or the

cheese can clump together. Who else is really excited right now!? Oh my goodness!

Hot, bubbly, creamy! The only thing left to do, is garnish it with that crisp bacon

that we made earlier. I'm so excited right now because I get to eat this all!

Right, this is such an easy side dish and it is absolutely holiday worthy and my

son loves these, which is awesome, because it's Brussels sprouts and even people

who don't love Brussels sprouts will love this because - Alfredo. Okay, let's dig

in. I am so hungry for this. Oh, look at that! So creamy and then a little bit

more bacon because, why not. You can tell I like bacon. Mm-hmm... Okay, on to the taste test. A

big fork full so I look really awkward when I'm chewing. Okay, that's not the

goal.

This is so flavorful. The sauce is really easy. You can taste that little hint of

lemon and then the Parmesan cheese makes it so creamy. The Brussels sprouts are

perfectly tender and I love the crunchy salty bites of bacon in there. Oh man, it

just makes this irresistible. This is creamy, decadent and oh so delicious and

it reheats really well, if you're lucky enough to have leftovers. If you guys
