Worldbuilders End of Year Fundraiser 2017 - Duration: 2:43.Okay.
I thought you were really doing the introduction.
I almost cried.
[Amanda laughs] Okay.
Okay.
[Needlessly urgent music]
Welcome to the Worldbuilders End-Of-Year Fundraiser
for Heifer International.
If you like helping pull people out of poverty and possibly winning
awesome geeky prizes in the process, this is the fundraiser for you.
Worldbuilders is an organization that raises money
for charities that we believe do the best work in their field.
During this fundraiser, Heifer International will receive
100% of the money we raise.
Heifer International works with community leaders
here and abroad.
They work with those leaders to implement programs like
healthcare, education, agriculture, and clean water.
They also establish things like women's groups and co-ops.
Our favorite Heifer philosophy is called "Passing the Gift."
That's when families who participate in these programs
are back on their feet, and they can take all of the education
and the resources that they got from Heifer, and pass them along to the next family,
or the next community.
It's like a ripple effect of Awesome.
There are many ways you can participate in the Worldbuilders Fundraiser.
The first is the lottery.
For every $10 you donate, your name is entered to win a lottery prize.
The prizes in the lottery include books, comics, games, jewelry, and some pretty fun art.
So if you buy a flock of chicks for $20, your name's in twice.
And for a goat, a hundred.... ...twenty...
$120 dollars for 12 times.
That's how math works.
Twelve times is a lot of tickets!
It is.
And you bought a goat!
Huh?
What do I want to win?
Well okay, let's see.....
Some of our authors and creators donate some very rare and unique items for us to
feature in the Worldbuilders Fundraiser.
So typically those go into our auctions so that people will have the ability to get
exactly what they would like.
Some specialty items will go into specific Team Pages, where you'll be entered
into the normal lottery, but also get a special mini "sub-lottery" for
those specialty items.
You can find all the specific information, as well as how much money we've raised
and any other things you might want to know at our website at worldbuilders.org.
This year's fundraiser runs through mid-December.
Please help us spread the word on social media, Or like and share any of our Facebook posts
or tweets, and help us get the word out.
The next few weeks are going to be amazing.
And we couldn't do it without you.
Thank you so much for your continued support, in the past, now, and into the future.
If you have any questions, or you need anything from us at all,
you can email us at donations@worldbuilders.org.
Yay!
Yaay!
So have you heard of, uh, Worldbuilders?
Um, no!
Okay, so it's like this really rad group.
They fundraise for Heifer International.
And, like, Heifer International's so cool.
Do you work there?
I do!
Yeah, so like-- Oh cool!
I work at Heifer!
Oh wow!
Yay!
[Rachel laughs off-camera]
[Rachel] You nerds.

2017 Australian $2 commemorative coin folder - Duration: 2:29.so anyway people you notice that earlier in the year there was this coin
issue for circulation in Australia and the top half from this coin they did
issue a coin pack for this coin and I had this slight difference on it so if i
zoom out we have this teo a commemorative coin lest we forget on the
front he has fireworks and it indicates this
coin is st. mark in here has the denomination tada
the master ammeter metal mintage like forty thousand coins minted this
designer and it has why this coin was minted so he's the iconic dome of the
same woman my own house specific blah blah blah Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
and the major difference in this coin that has DC midmark come on yeah you can
see the same meet mark right here and if I compare it with the other coin that's
right you can see there is no see meet Mac so
that's basically the only difference and this coin with the same mint mark when
you brought it I was about fifteen dollars and this two dollars it's just
two dollars because I got didn't change yes so I actually like this designed
coin it's actually quite good but no I don't need that like the package to

Markets Next Week, November 13, 2017 - Duration: 7:24.The GST Council has slashed tax rates for many items and just 50 items are there in the 28% slab
The problem has not been the taxation rates but the cumbersome filing process. The government seems to have missed the point
Lowering the rates to fix the problem of demand will not help
It can give a short term boost to some sector but the problem is more in terms of compliance rather than GST rates
The royal purge and power struggle in Saudi Arabia can have major repercussions for international oil prices which are already at a two year high
This can also affect international stock markets. More so if there is a conflict between Saudi Arabia and Iran
I think market valuations, despite doing well are not factoring in political issues
These political issues can disturb market valuations
This is despite global economy recovering and doing very well
USFDA observations for pharma major Lupin and other pharma companies
These are for major facilities such as Goa and Indore for Lupin
All this is not auguring well for the pharma sector in India. There is also the pricing pressure in the US. These will impact pharma stock valuations
The steps of the government to recapitalise banks should be helpful. Axis Bank is raising fresh capital. This will help the economy
The GDP may fall even further. Though there could be help from the low statistical base
The mid cap stock rally has become a frenzy. Stock valuations are multiplying and these are the types of scenarios when corrections seem round the corner
Long term investor in stocks should invest in a staggered manner

PIMP MY BASS GUITAR! Change the color of your bass guitar with 20 euros (Sub ENG) - Duration: 7:07.Hi guys , just some thoughts at the end
of this "Pimp my Bass" tutorial to give you a quick insight
of the painting done with "Plasti Dip®".
It's an inexpensive procedure, with a can of about 20 euros
you can paint the the full body. It feels very porous to the touch
and not smooth as in a normal painting
and the aesthetic result is definitely more than convincing.
The negative side is certainly linked to longevity,
the product easily spoils where there is more contact
such as the strap and the pants belt area.
The advantage, however, is tied to the fact that, once the film is removed, as you can see,
you can strip the film in a very simple way. Well, I've not the nails the film is easily removed.
In the bottom part the bass remains perfectly intact as it is in the original state.
Nothing happens at the instrument, that is intact.
So, as you can see, it's just a small plastic coat covering the instrument.
So in conclusion I consider it an interesting procedure that can turn out to be useful
for concerts where a particular look is required
Here, in Rimini, there's a even called "Pink Night" and they ask you
to dress in pink, to have a pink instrument. Paint the instrument one evening, the next day make it normal.
Or, to make another example, they ask you to use a tool with a particular color on a tour
It happens, just look at the experiences of some famous session musicians
And without removing paint and spend 3-400 euros for painting an instrument, with 20 ~ 30 Euros you have fulfilled your need.
Then, painting takes about 4 hours of work and an estimated cost of € 20 ~ 30 circa.
Have fun, try to do it and let me know your impressions.

"NOPE" Book Tag | xreadingsolacex - Duration: 12:39.Hello, you gorgeous individuals, it's Kav here and today I'm going to be doing the
"nope" book tag. I was tagged to do this by Gabbie from Gabriela Pop, so I will link
her channel in the description below, so that you all can go check her out and
give her some love. Essentially, this tag is just a way to release all the salt
that runs through your veins. Yeah, let's just jump right into it!
For this one. I'm going to go with the Divergent series by Veronica Roth. Anyone who has read this
trilogy knows that the ending to Allegiant was horrible and basically
ruined everything that had happened in the books before and honestly, I read
these books years ago. Now, I'm not even a fan of them - I've had them in my to-be-
donated pile for a really long time. I'm not really a fan of Veronica Roth
either, I don't plan to read the rest of her work. I'm just not a fan of these
books.
For this one, I am going to go with Clary from The Mortal Instruments series.
I know you're thinking, "what?? there's something you don't like about the
Mortal Instruments? Wow fake fan!" I actually don't like Clary.
I'm not a fan of her character - I kind of just find her to fall into kind of that
stereotypical female heroine type character and I just don't really like
that. I don't like how basic she is honestly, like yes, this is my favorite
series of all time, I love basically everything else about it, but Clary and I
have never really formed a good connection.
For this one, I'm going to go with Beautiful Creatures - I actually don't
even have that book anymore. I think I read the first two books or something of
that sort. I just didn't really like it, it kind of turned out to be a letdown
The only thing I remember from it was that I ended up liking the smell of lemon and
rosemary, but other than that, I don't really have any recollection of that series.
For this one, I'm going to go with Harry and Ginny from the Harry Potter
series. I don't necessarily know that they're a popular one since I don't
really hear a lot of people talking about them, but they are canon and I was
just never a fan. I don't know if it's because I watched the movies before I
read the books and so generally when I think of Hinny I kind of picture more of
movie Ginny and Harry and movie Ginny is honestly crap - like book Ginny
is amazing and lovely and badass, but movie Ginny is just such a letdown, so
I don't know if it's that or if it's the fact that I kind of ship Ginny and Luna.
But yeah, really the only canon Harry Potter ship that I like is Ron and
Hermione, but outside of that, I genuinely think that Harry Potter would be a
better series if it had more queerness in it.
For this one, I'm going to go with
Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare. Honestly how many of my videos just have
me talking about Cassandra Clare at least three times in them? I actually
loved the plot twist in this one, but I did not see it coming at all and I'm not
gonna talk about the plot twist because I don't want to spoil it for anyone, but
I loved it. I thought it was really well-done, but I didn't see it coming at all
and I was so shocked - like, I don't know the last 50 or 100 pages of this book I
was just like, "What the hell is going on? I am shooketh," and that's how I felt
with Lord Of Shadows and essentially how I feel with most of her books because I
will come up with like 10 million theories and I'll watch other people's
10 million theories and somehow she still manages to surprise us every time.
I could go with so many for this one because I just find that protagonists in
general make horrible decisions, so I could just go with literally every
protagonist decision ever. I could also go with every horror movie character
ever because honestly are they all idiots? Like what are they doing - why do
you stay on the phone with the killer? why do you run inside the house? why do
you go to the dark basement? what are you people doing!? But anyways, that's a
separate issue. I'm really just gonna leave it at that because I don't want to
pick a certain one out of the 20 million character decisions I haven't supported
since that is asking too much of me - generally, I don't like main characters.
For this one, I'm gonna go with erotica and if you read their erotica, I'm not
trying to shame you or say that you're wrong - you read what you enjoy and if
that is erotica, go with it. Personally, I'm not a fan. I don't see myself ever
reading it, I never have and I don't see that happening in the future.
For this one, I am going to go with ebooks because I just don't like ebooks. I've gotten
better at it. I read, I think, two or three ebooks over the summer and like, if
someone sends me an e-book I'm not gonna not take it. I'm not gonna be like, "oh
wait I don't like ebooks" and if you like ebooks, again, I'm not trying to shame you -
I know that they're cheaper, I know that they're more accessible - so if you like
them, then go ahead, but just personally I prefer physical books. I enjoy them more -
I like having the books and I find that ebooks tend to take away my
concentration a bit and my eyes hurt if I stare at the page for too long, so I
just prefer physical books. I love collecting physical books, I love being
able to touch them, I love being able to take pictures of them, I love being able
to smell them because books smell really good don't @ me. I prefer
physical books and I love them and I think I always will.
Okay, this again, is one that I have like 20 different tropes to choose from. So I
guess first of all I'm gonna go with the "not like other girls" trope because
that is a very common trope in many books and like - why can't you be like
other girls? There's nothing wrong with that, girls are pretty great honestly and
I don't know if you've just met horrible girls in your life, but the girls I've
met are pretty damn great, so if someone is like another girl I'm generally like
'woo thanks for being like the other amazing girls I know.'
Also the "bad-boy trope" - I hate it and I think that that can tend to promote
harmful relationships. I just, I don't like it. I don't like the brooding bad
boy trope and then they're secretly sensitive and stuff, but then they're a
player and they, like, date and treat women horribly - like have as much sex as
you want, I'm not gonna judge you for that, but don't treat the people you have
sex with horribly and then be like 'oh but secretly I'm sensitive and loving
inside' like no I'm not interested in that, I don't want that to be promoted to
young people out there who will then fall for a bad boy and then be like 'oh
but he's just sensitive inside' and not realize that he's probably gonna treat
you like trash and it's just a horrible trope and I hate it and I could go on
for days, but I'm not gonna, so let's move on to the next one.
Now this one isn't necessarily pushed into me, but I see a lot of hype for it
and that's generally just Sarah J Maas books. I'm not interested in them.
I've never genuinely been interested in them myself and I don't think I ever
will be. They tend to be quite problematic. Generally, from quite a few
people I hear that they really aren't all that good - I've heard from quite a
few people that they don't really deserve the hype they get and, you know, I'm
sure Sarah J Maas is a lovely person, who am I
to judge her? I'm not, I'm not judging her, but I'm not interested in her books and
I don't find myself being interested in them in the future.
For this one, I think I'm gonna go with ableist language because I find that that's very common in a lot of books and
there's so many ableist words that have been normalized that you think that
they're just common and don't realize that they actually have ableist
connotations to them - like even people who aren't able-bodied or neurotypical or
something like that won't even notice that these words are ableist and they've
just been so normalized in our culture and they get printed into books and
every time I read them, I'm like jolted out of the reading and I want to be able
to criticize them, but I feel like if I did I would do that with every single
book I read and again I don't want to sit there and just say "oh my god this
book has like 15 ableist words in it" or something like that, but if we could just
take them out of books entirely that would be pretty great. You know, unless
it's like ableism that's challenged, that's different, but if you're just
using them in your book then you should try not to.
Severus Snape - this one took no thinking at all. People romanticize him and Lily
and it is horrible. He was abusive. He was a horrible person and sure he did some
good things - in the end he was on the good side, but that doesn't justify how
horrible of a person he was. He was not in love with Lily, he was obsessed with
her. The way he treated Harry and if you say 'oh but Harry reminded him of Lily' - first
of all, that's not an excuse. Second of all, then let's talk about how
he treated Neville, how he treated Hermione, how he treated all the students -
if he can't treat students properly then why is he a freakin teacher!?
I hate Snape so much. I will always hate him. I always have and I just, I hate him
so much and I'm so sick of his character being portrayed as a hero because he is
such a horrible, horrible person. Stop saying 'oh but he was in love with a
lily.' No. No he wasn't. He was obsessed with her. If you're in love with someone,
you want them to be happy and you want what's best for them. He did not want
what was best for Lily. If he had, he would they would let her go, but he was
incapable of doing that and sure he got bullied, that is horrible, but so are so
many other people and they didn't turn out to be giant assholes in the end.
Honestly, for this one, I kind of want to say the Harry Potter books
that came after the Harry Potter series because I think that just like after that
they weren't really all that good - like I have the cursed child back there
and I read it and I have a review of it up, but all of that just seems unnecessary -
like fantastic beasts was a good movie - do I know that I'm gonna see the second one?
no. is that primarily because Johnny Depp was in it? yes, but still, it just kind of
seems excessive. I'm not saying that you shouldn't read them, if you enjoy them go
ahead and read them, but I just don't see myself reading them in the future
because they just don't really interest me all that much.
I'm going to go with Sebastian from The Mortal Instruments because he just scares the
crap out of me - like he is the essence of evil. He literally wants to raise hell -
and whereas, I would kind of love to meet him and slap him and also take in how
evil he is because that's really cool - I also don't ever want to meet him because
he scares the crap out of me and like, I think that he is a brilliant villain, but
also I'm scared of him.
Okay, so this one is going to be a spoiler for The
Infernal Devices trilogy, so if you haven't read it don't watch this part
I guess - I will put in a picture of the Infernal Devices trilogy and you can
like unmute this after that is over. So I'm gonna go with Jem. I know that he's
not really dead and I know that I could choose a character who was actually dead,
but listen, when I got to the part of Clockwork Princess where they thought
he was dead, I was very emotionally hurt. I cried for a long time and it was
rude and then he was alive, but he was a silent brother and it was just not okay
and I'm still not okay with that and it was just cruel.
And if Cassie chooses to kill him in a future series after she killed him, but
then brought him back to life I'm gonna fight. I mean I won't actually fight 'cause
she's my favorite author, but I will fight okay!?
I think I'm gonna go with Tamora Pierce who wrote The Song of the Lioness
series. I love her series. I love the books,
they still mean so much to me and they were such great childhood reads, but
since then I have learned that she's actually really problematic and that is
such a letdown for me because I genuinely really enjoyed her books, it's
just such a letdown because her books meant a lot to me as a kid and then I
found out some of the stuff she said and it's just very heartbreaking honestly so
I'm just gonna leave it at that because I don't really want to get more into it.
Those were all the questions I had for this video - I hope you enjoyed it, I hope
you enjoyed the saltiness and the emotionalness of it. Please let me know
your answers to any of these questions down below. I am gonna tag Dylan from
dylanthereader because he is honestly filled with salt and I think he'd love
to do this tag. I hope you all enjoyed this video - if you did, please give it a

Hot Air Ballooning in Australia's Hunter Valley Wine Region - Duration: 1:46.Not really a morning person?
Don't worry, we're about to change that.
The Hunter Valley is a picturesque wine region
just out of Sydney in Australia.
The region is a great place to visit
if you love good food and great wines.
If you want to take your wine trip to the next level,
you need to go hot air ballooning.
The only problem is, you have to get up early, really early.
Because of Australia's climate,
the best time for a smooth ballooning adventure
is around sunrise.
So go easy on the wine the night before
and rise early for an experience of a lifetime.
Once the balloon is filled up with hot air and ready to go,
you'll slowly levitate above the vineyards
while the morning mist clears by the rays of the sun.
It's a very different experience
from taking a scenic plane or helicopter ride.
Because the balloon moves so smoothly and slowly,
you're able to take in a lot more of your surroundings,
plus you'll have 360 degree views.
Look down to see horses gallop in between the vineyards,
alpacas grazing,
and herds of kangaroos jump along the plains.
Get ready for a soft landing.
And before you know it,
you'll be packing up the huge balloon.
It takes a bit of work,
but the wine tastings are so much better
