[English captions] DIY HANDMADE SNOWMAN SQUISHY TUTORIAL - Duration: 5:30.Hi guys, Mini here!
For today... Tada!
When I asked what squishy I should make next in this video
Many of you said a snowman
So I'll be doing just that!
Let's get started right away!
First, get a balloon
Then, this!
Get some smooth sand
I bought this at Tokyu Hands department store
I want to fill the balloon with the sand
So get a plastic bottle ready!
This probably had green tea in it...
Let's pour the sand into the bottle
Inflate the balloon
Twist the end,
Seal the bottle with the balloon,
And pour in the sand
Release the air
Keep some air inside
Tightly tie a knot!
Nice sound!
A hair tie!
Get about two of them
Around here maybe?
Adjust it a little...
OK, I tied it so it looks like a snowman
Next...
Get a disposable bowl
Silicone!
Fill the bowl with the silicone
After that...
Corn starch!
Pour in plenty
Mix well
After mixing, you can touch it like clay
Still gotta add more
It's looking good, just like clay
Now...
After tightening firmly,
Cut off the end
Take small pieces of silicone clay
And wrap it aorund the balloon
Spread the silicone thin as you wrap it around
Now the balloon is totally covered!
Smooth out the silicone...
While also squaring up the shape
Now it looks like a snowman!
Next, get some water...
And dish soap!
Smells good!
This time, get some clear silicone
Pour some in...
The silicone won't stick on to your hands with the soap
Apply it on top
Coat the snowman with a clear silicone
It'll make it look more icy
And it'll look more realistic as a snowman!
You only need a very thin coat
Coat thoroughly, and then...
Adjust the shape
Don't make it too smooth
That'll make it look too unnatural
Keep the surface a little rough to make it look more natural
Now just wait until it dries!
Cleaning up is going to be a chore!
Alright, the silicone hardened!
I think the unevenness makes this pretty realistic!
Next up!
In this bowl...
Add Jointcaulk! (Sealant)
You don't need that much
Add black paint...
And mix well
Let's use this to draw the face
The face is done!
It's done!
Finally...
I think it'd be cute if you wrap a scarf on it too
This scarf looks good on it!
Trim off the excess...
The snowman squishy is complete!
*ASMR*
*End of ASMR*
So what did you think?
If you have any other squishy requests, comment down below!
I'll see you in my next video!
Bye-bye!

HoneyComeBear - Dear - Duration: 4:13.To get back you from the ice castle
I jumped out of a bed I couldn't wait
The sound of the bell hurries me, Like letting me escape from a lonely night
I chase your footprints They are the messages from snow
Hey, I've been coward right?
I wonder if you praise me
" I loved you"
I couldn't tell you
I run through the icicle forest
Who is the thief who robbed you of your temperature?
I found your figure in the white covered fort
You were standing alone with cold eyes
if you don't remember me,
I will remember you forever
I wonder if you are fed up and hate me
A sudden hole in my Heart
Wishing, I touched your warm cheeks
"I want you to love me"
With the magic of my tears
"I love you"
You said that and gave me love

A true Guru doesn't predict future, he helps create best future - Duration: 2:53.As I have taught earlier The 8 Siddhis
and 9 Nidhis
Are
awakened inside an Advait Shree Vidya follower
And Shiv Yog is
no a magic
Many people
get attracted
because they think
its magic
In Shiv Yog
The only magic that can be performed is
the one that is good for society on the whole
Nothing flamboyant or superficial…
Once I was somewhere outside India
Some people got attracted
seeing an Indian Saint
So they came to me with amusement
and asked me,
"Can you see the future?"
Can you see the future?
They wanted me to look at them
one by one and predict their future
That's why they asked me, if I could see the future
So I told them, "No, but I can change (their) future."
I say, what is the benefit of seeing your future?
Learn to change it. You have come to a Shiv Yogi,
learn
to change it.
Why should you be concerned about seeing the future?
Because if future is good, you will feel happy
and if you don't listen then also you will be happy.
And if your future is bad,
then why do you have to be unhappy right now?
Why worry about something
that is in future...
So, no need to worry
Don't look to know your future Work towards changing it

Economic Update: Public Service VS Private Profit [CLIP] - Duration: 3:38.Is the idea of a public bank a fantasy, a utopian dream, something in the distant
future, or is it something that exists in the world today, exists perhaps in the
United States today, something we can point to and say we already have an
example, a history, an empirical record of what's been going on? And I mean this is
a rhetorical question, you know and I know that the answer is yes we have
examples, so let's start with the one here in the United States that gets all
the attention, once you learn about this, which is the Bank of North Dakota, tell
us a little bit about it. Right, so the Bank of North Dakota is the only
currently operating public bank in the United States. It's very successful, it
was found in 1919, at the time banks were foreclosing on mass on farms in North
Dakota, mainly banks located in Minneapolis, and the farmers of North
Dakota got together, and they started what they called the nonpartisan League,
which was a sort of not right or left movement, but really a localist, stay out
of our state kind of movement, saying we want to keep our money here, and we want
to make sure our farmers and our banks are thriving, and not out of state banks.
They captured both houses of the legislature in the following election,
and immediately created a state-owned grain mill and elevator, and the public
bank, the Bank of North Dakota. They amended the Constitution in North Dakota
to require that all state revenues and accounts be held at the bank,
guaranteeing at a deposit base, and they put it in chart. they put in charge of
the bank the Industrial Council or committee, which consists of the Governor,
the Attorney General, and the Agriculture Commissioner of the state. They then
proceeded to make loans to farmers, some of them at competitive interest rates,
and others at discounted rates. They did have some trouble. North Dakota, I mean
they kept the money yes inside the state. Yes, and this is a principle of almost
all public banks, is that they're very regionally focused, in fact they're
designed to avoid competition with each other and also commercial banks,
and the Bank of North Dakota is a great example of that, because they have one
branch and have zero ATMs, and that's one way that they keep costs very low, but
they also partner with community banks, and Community Development funds, those
kinds of things, in order to service your sort of retail customers and business
customers. One of the major benefits of that is that North Dakota has the
best community banking industry out of all the other states in the United
States. There are more banks per capita, and those banks perform much better than
community banks in other states, and part of that is because the Bank of North
Dakota acts as sort of a mini Fed, right, it extends credit to these banks, it
allows them repo credit right so your after-hours banking transfers in order
to make sure the balance sheets all match up,
they guarantee loans, they buy loans on a secondary market in order to increase
the liquidity of local banks, and that independent spirit insulated them from a
lot of the turmoil in Wall Street. They survived the credit crunch of 2009,
they're currently thriving, despite an oil bust in that state. They've returned
over a billion dollars in profits to the taxpayers in North Dakota over the last
20 years, it's a per capita of about thirty five hundred dollars per taxpayer,
that they got in free services that they didn't have to pay taxes for.

Outfits Censored In Lineage 2 Revolution | CG News - Duration: 2:06.Lineage 2 Revolution is a mobile MMO developed and published by South Korean company Netmarble.
The title was first released in Korea and Japan back in December 2016 and was later
localised and released in Western countries in November 2017.
With the recent launch of the Western version, it has been discovered that numerous armour
has been redesigned during the localisation.
A player called Haruka34 pointed this out to Censored Gaming over on the subreddit and
gave comparisons of some of these changes.
There are also other reports of these changes being made from other players on other parts
of the internet, such as the game's official forums and the Lineage 2 Revolution Reddit
community.
It's unknown just how many costumes have been affected at this point but the comparisons
show that they have affected numerous armour exposing large amounts of skin.
Here's another comparison, which shows the English character on the right having their
legs covered up.
And here the character's midriff section has been covered up and the very top of the legs
have also been altered.
Netmarble has also not currently commented on why they decided to make these changes.
Another game from Netmarble is 2015's Seven Knights, a popular RPG for mobile devices.
Like Lineage 2 Revolution, Seven Knights also changed many of the costumes for the Western
version and this is also something that the company has not offered an explanation for.
Again, Seven Knights changes affected character's exposing large amounts of skin.
Netmarble is a very big and influential South Korean company, with more than 3,000 employees
and earning over 900 million dollars in 2015.
The company has also licensed several Disney properties, such as Marvel: Future Fight,
Disney Magical Dice and Star Wars: Force Arena.
Censored Gaming has reached out to Netmarble about these changes and, if anything is heard
back, Censored Gaming will be sure to let you know.

Nite Owl & Rorschach vs Ozymandias | Watchmen (2009) Movie Clip - Duration: 4:49.Gentlemen.
-Welcome. -Adrian, we know everything.
Then what's there to discuss, Dan?
Plenty. You killed Comedian.
May he rest in peace.
Blake figured it out first.
Nixon had him keeping tabs on us, making sure we weren't rocking the boat.
Blake found out what I was doing here in Karnak...
...and by the time he visited poor Moloch, he was cracking badly.
Even I couldn't predict he'd be the one to have a change of heart.
So...
...I had to kill him.
Then I neutralized Jon. No easy task.
I put roughly $2 billion into tachyon research...
...to block Jon's vision of the future.
You used his psych profile to manipulate him.
Got him to leave the planet.
I've known Jon long enough to see he isn't devoid of emotion.
His subtle facial twitches wouldn't be noticed by the layman, but to me...
...he might as well have been sobbing.
All I needed to do was tug on the thread.
The sudden flood of emotion Jon felt...
...when he came to believe he'd given cancer to the people he loved...
...was all the excuse he needed to leave Earth.
Your bullshit assassin. You paid him to throw us off.
Mr. Chess gave his life in the service of a higher cause, Dan.
I put a cyanide capsule in his mouth...
...leaving only one loose end:
You, and your mask-killer theory...
...one you followed with the tenacity of a true sociopath.
I tipped off the police.
Once you were in prison, I was able to move forward.
Sorry to disappoint you.
We were supposed to make the world a better place.
Dan, that's exactly what I am doing.
Nuclear war?
Human extinction?
Of course, my moral safeguards gave me pause at the necessary sacrifice.
A few key regions around the globe--
New York, Los Angeles, Moscow, Hong Kong.
--disintegrated in an instant.
Fifteen million people killed...
...by Dr. Manhattan himself.
The world's punishment for flirting with World War III.
Jon wouldn't do that.
A fact no one outside this room ever has to know.
The energy breakthrough I was working on just came to fruition.
All these years, Jon was helping me replicate his power...
...unaware of how I planned to use it.
You see...
...the Comedian was right.
Humanity's savage nature will inevitably lead to global annihilation.
So in order to save this planet...
...I had to trick it...
...with the greatest practical joke in human history.
-Killing millions. -To save billions.
A necessary crime.
You know we can't let you do that.
"Do that," Rorschach?
I'm not a comic-book villain.
Do you think I'd explain my masterstroke to you...
...if there were even the slightest possibility you could affect the outcome?
I triggered it 35 minutes ago.

U.S. trade wars with foreign firms surge amid Trump's 'America First' drive - Duration: 0:52.A recent report shows that ever since President Trump came to power, there has been a wave
of trade wars between American firms and their foreign competitors.
The Washington Post released on Tuesday its analysis of U.S. Commerce Department data,
which found that 23 new trade disputes had been initiated since January, making 2017
the busiest year for tariff cases in more than 15 years.
It also reports that the new cases target trade between the U.S. and 29 countries, the
most in any year since 2001.
One of those countries includes South Korea, with a case brought by Whirlpool to impose
anti-dumping duties on Korean washing machines made by Samsung and LG.
The surge in complaints comes amid Trump's push for his so-called "America First" policies.

Korea's consumer sentiment falls in Dec.; first drop in 3 months: BOK - Duration: 1:32.South Korea's consumer sentiment had ticked up over the past two months on thawing Seoul-Beijing
relations and easing tensions between the Koreas.
However,... the related index didn't fare so well in December.
It logged its first drop in three months after the central bank hiked the key interest rate.
Kim Hyesung has the details.
Korea's consumer sentiment index fell slightly in December, after hitting a seven-year high
the month before.
Data from the Bank of Korea on Wednesday shows the composite consumer sentiment index edged
down to 110-point-9 in December, down one-point-four points from November.
The index continued to go up for six straight months between February and July, fell in
the summer due to North Korea tensions, then went up again in October and November.
The central bank said the index fell in December mainly as households with debt were pessimistic
about their economic conditions after a rate hike in late November.
The Bank of Korea raised its key interest rate for the first time in more than six years,
from a record low one-point-two-five percent to one-and-a-half percent,... kicking off
a policy-tightening cycle on the back of the country's export-driven economic recovery.
Consumer sentiment regarding current living standards and their future outlook also edged
down two points and one point respectively from the previous month, to 94 and 103.
Expectation for the inflation rate over the next twelve months, however, remained unchanged
from November, standing at two-and-a-half percent.

Seoul to announce results of review on settlement made with Tokyo on Japan's wartime sexual slavery - Duration: 1:49.South Korea and Japan made a deal two years ago... to settle Tokyo's wartime sexual slavery
issue,... but the deal drew serious criticism from the victims themselves... for not involving
them in the negotiating process.
Later this afternoon, the results of a review into that deal will be made public.
Song Ji-sun has the details.
Was the deal done too hastily?
What's the background behind 'irrevocable and final?'
After looking into the agreement for the past five months since the Moon administration
launched its investigation,... Seoul's foreign ministry will make its review public on Wednesday
at 3 p.m.
(Korean) "The conclusion is an outcome that we expected,
but now we are in a situation where we have enough evidence to say that communication
with the victims was considerably lacking."
But as for what Seoul will do next,... it is a very delicate diplomatic issue.
Tokyo has continuously urged Seoul to sincerely implement the deal as agreed,... especially
after transferring some 8-point-3 million dollars for the victims.
(Korean) "As for how the government will move forward,
we will keep on communicating with the victims over all possible options and we will keep
an open attitude."
Out of 238 registered victims,... 46 were alive when the deal was announced,... and
only 32 are still alive as of now.
Most of them opposed the deal and demanded a genuine apology from the Japanese government.

U.S. announces $285m cut in UN 2018 operating budget - Duration: 1:49.The U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, has announced that the Trump
administration has negotiated a 285 million-dollar cut in the UN's budget for the next fiscal
year.
The announcement comes days after a vote condemning President Trump's recognition of Jerusalem
as the capital of Israel.
Ro Aram reports.
Although Haley did not explicitly say the reason for the budget cut was because of the
vote by the 120 countries last week, it certainly looks that way.
She made a veiled threat of cutting U.S. funding to the UN before the vote was held and issued
a statement on Christmas Eve touting the 285-million-dollar cut in the budget as a product of U.S. negotiation.
She added that the U.S. will "no longer let the generosity of the American people be taken
advantage of or remain unchecked."
It's still unclear if the budget savings will come from a reduction in the U.S. contribution
to the UN, which is about 22 percent of the world body's 5-point-4-billion-dollar biennial
budget.
But, Haley's statement did not mention any other member states that may have taken issue
with what she called the UN's "inefficiency and overspending."
There could be more cuts in the future as Trump's proposed spending budget for next
year would end funding for UN climate change programs and also reduce funding to UNICEF
by 16 percent.
Trump's threats of cutting contributions to the UN emerged long before the vote to condemn
his Jerusalem decision, but tensions have certainly heightened after it.
The spokesman for UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said the world body is currently
studying the impact of the newly adopted budget numbers and will soon issue a statement on
the matter.
