Celebrities Who Have The Most Stunning Homes - Duration: 3:26.

While some famous people are pretty guarded about their abodes, there's a lot to be learned

from real estate listings, the backgrounds of Instagram photos, and the occasional home

tour offered to Vogue.

Here's a rundown of celebrities homes, all of which are just as glamorous as you'd imagine.

Gwyneth Paltrow

Actress and head GOOPer Gwyneth Paltrow's New York City apartment, which sold for $10

million in July 2017, has a swing made from an antique Indian door in the living room

and a bed so big she had to have custom sheets made for it.

GOOP posted a home tour so you can see the modern all-white kitchen and the English all-white

foyer up close.

Reese Witherspoon

Actress Reese Witherspoon did one of those awkward, fascinating videos for Vogue where

she answers 73 questions while giving a tour of her home.

"What's the coolest thing about being a mom?"

"You get to eat fun things like chicken fingers!"

Her LA house is stylish, tasteful, and has a ground-level outdoor trampoline!

She has a classic, homey dining room and a huge built-in bookshelf with quirky art mounted

on it.

It kind of looks like one of those elegant homes that a Nancy Meyers rom-com movie character

might live in.

Maybe one played by Reese Witherspoon?

Kylie Jenner

Reality show megastar Kylie Jenner went through three small "starter" homes, including this

stunner, before settling on her current place, a $12 million mansion.

It has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, which is a generous 1.375 bathrooms per bedroom.

While her mansion was being renovated, she stayed at another awesome place.

TMZ reported that she rented a cliffside Beverly Hills mansion for $125,000 a month.

You know it's fancy because it has a front yard pool, a home theater, and a putting green

in the backyard.

Swanky!

George Clooney

Actor George Clooney doesn't summer in the Hamptons or Ibiza or somewhere obvious.

He's George Clooney!

So he spends the warmer months in Italy in the Lake Como villa that he bought for $10

million from the Heinz family in 2002.

You know the 18th-century home is classy because it even has its own name: Villa Oleandra.

Clooney and wife Amal spend a lot of time in this 22-room home in the small Italian

village.

Their newborn twins even made their first public appearance on their way there while

the family deboarded a private jet in Milan.

Paris Hilton

When you walk into Paris Hilton's home, you see a picture of her, then another one, then

another one.

Her mansion, which was featured in the movie The Bling Ring, features tons of huge portraits

of herself as well as framed selfies.

All of this was on display when she gave W a tour of her home in 2017.

Outside, there's a pool and a two-story replica dog mansion for her five pups.

Mindy Kaling

Kaling's real life style is similar to that of her Mindy Project character — bright

colors, interesting prints, and stuff that looks so well-made you know it costs a lot

of money.

Her new home in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, which she recently shared

with Architectural Digest, stays true to this unique, fun look.

Kaling hired interior designer Katie Ridder to fill her home with beautiful details and

interesting patterns.

She wrote on Instagram that the study is her favorite room.

"It was really the one place in the house where I just had to see it to really fully

understand it."

The Difference Between Knowledge and Transformation | Liz - Duration: 1:04.

I think having knowledge

of the story and actually believing it

are two very different things.

Having knowledge about

the story of Easter

versus actually letting it

affect the way you live your life.

I think that's where the real

transformation is.

When you have an understanding

a real tangible understanding

of what Jesus did on that cross

you can't look at love the same way

you can't look at life the same way

it really informs

this Christian walk for me

and so that never gets old

I'm constantly

unpacking new truths about

who God is and

how he sees me.

To think that he really

would have done this for me.

I think sometimes I still

have a hard time believing that

but I know that it's true.

I know that it's true that

even if I were the only person on this Earth

he still would have done that for me.

[Baffled] - Nobody was born then. - Nobody among us!

- If someone was born, that'll be amazing! - In 1732,

- Beethoven composed a cantata. - Cantata?

- Cantata? Isn't it a coffee brand? - Cantata?

[Proud] It's Mozart.

[Whispering] - I don't think so. - It's X.

[Embarrassed] - I don't think it's Mozart. - Anyways, it's not Beethoven.

- X is the answer. - Right, it's X.

- Its' X. Wake up. - Guess well. - Who is it? - Bach!

- Who? - Bach. - Right. Bach.

The right pronunciation is Bach.

[Smart] - Bach is the father of music. - When Bach laughs? Baha-ha.

[All right] Next one, please.

[Production team laughs out loud] - They like it! - Daddy's joke.

[So I didn't edit] - Producer likes it. - It's not going to be edited. He loves it.

When Bach cries, Bach-boo-hoo.

[Satisfied]

[Scanning] - Bach-boo-hoo. - All old ones laughed.

[Saying-whatever party] Bach made a cantata while crying.

[Daily life-related quiz] This is related to our daily lives.

[Confident] I'm good at such things.

If a pack of coffee beans is not opened,

[Coffee beans' shelf life is 1 year if unopened] it doesn't go bad for an year.

[No] - X. - I think it can last for 300 years.

[Opinions are varied] - It's X. - The answer is X.

- Of course. - Definitely X.

[It needs to be consumed in 30 days] It's recommended to drink in 30 days.

[Surprised] - A month? - Too short.

[Deep insight] Very short.

- Next one, please. - Among BTS songs,

- "Coffee" has a repeated phrase of "Caramel Macchiato". - Caramel Macchiato.

[Thinking hard] It comes 6 times. O or X?

- X. - Six times?

[Varied opinions] - No. It comes out once. - O.

- O. - Me, too.

[So confident] - X. - X.

- I'm X. - It's X. - It comes out 6 times in the hook.

[So sure] But it comes out once in Suga's verse.

[Raising X by confident Hope's attitude] 7 times, in total.

- Yes, 7 times. - It was an odd number.

[Insisting O] - It's X. - O. - X.

- O. - X.

The answer is X.

[Was I right?] 7 times, right?

[No, 5 times] 5 times!

Hope, you're good at acting like you know.

[Embarrassed]

[Time to pick each one's signature coffee]

[Never mixed] You didn't mix at all.

They're not mixed at all.

[What are you doing?] You are not mixing them.

[I don't mind, let's shake] Not mixed. Pick one.

[Picking] I chose you.

[Yours is here] - Let me get one for you. - 1, 2, 3.

[Injeolmi latte for V, who is not close to coffee] (Korean traditional rice cake)

[Oh] Taehyung, amazing.

- Cafe lemoni. - Esproberry latte.

- Cocopresso latte. - Creamy latte.

[Unfolding] [I like it] It sounds like Christmas, so I like it.

- Rosy latte. - What's this?

[Rosy from roses?] - This is... - Does it contain rose?

- A bit of rose? - I think mine is made of lemon.

- Cafe lemoni. - Lemoni.

- Shakerato? Is it a sort of liquor? - Shakerato? What's that?

Not "Arigato". (Thank you in Japanese)

[Having fun] - Shakerato. - Arigato for Shakerato.

- Arigato. - Arigato, Shakerato.

- I want to make one soon. - I see.

[Before making coffee] You will make coffee today but

[Time to learn the coffee-making theory] you need to learn the theory.

[Suddenly] Shall we start by drinking one?

Give us 7 glasses of iced Americano.

[Surprised] Instructor... Would you please make Americano?

[Looking around] [Members bow to their teacher] - Hello. - Hello.

[Polite] - Hello. - Hello, instructor.

[Request 1] May I have latte?

[Request 2] Please 7 cups of latte, with a heart on it.

[Worrying about TaeTae] - Taehyung doesn't drink coffee. - He doesn't.

[I will try] Could you make hot chocolate?

[Good] - I will try. - Great spirit of challenge.

[Starting with foamy latte] Let's drink latte.

Seven cups of latte.

[Chatty] [Instructor granted their sudden requests]

[Touched by amazing latte] Here they are.

[Amazing] Shapes of hearts are all different.

[Amazing] Awesome. How did he do this?

[You will do that, too]

Let me introduce the instructor who made these for you.

[Welcome]

[Glad but shy] Hello.

[Nice to see you!] Hello, teacher.

[Jang Hyun-woo 2014 Korean Barista Championship's judge]

[Barista for VVIPs at G20 Summit] [2015 - Korea Barista Championship Steering Committee member]

[CQI Q-grader] [Korean Team Barista Championship judge]

[Barista Association's Education Team leader] [Judge for Barista Class 1&2 License]

Is it okay? Do you like it?

[A lot of compliments] - It's amazing. - Thank you.

[Relaxed with a cup of coffee] I'm so honored to taste your coffee.

[Amazed] - Thank you. - So smooth. - Really.

[Trust me] You will all make this today.

[Amazed] I'll make a better one.

[Yay] [Haha] I like latte.

- Delicious. - How did you make this brown foam?

[Crema - brown cream on top of espresso] That's the cream. A layer in coffee.

[Time to learn coffee theories] Before you make one,

you need to know the theory.

[You can enjoy it better if you know well!] [Slurping] When you drink coffee,

[Oh] you can evaluate it.

[Excited Kook] - Oh, right. - With your legs crossed.

[Acting with him] Sure.

[Acting in the situation alone] - This coffee is... - Right.

You guys are already cool, but it will make you cooler.

[Tempting] Let me tell you how.

[Desperate] Thank you.

[Amazing coffee dictionary]

Coffee was found around the 6th and 7th centuries

in Ethiopia.

- Utopia? - Ethiopia.

[Suddenly] - Ethiopia. - Where is it?

It's there, in Africa.

[Great job, Jin!] Correct.

[I'm Cook-Jin] - You're interested. - When he said that,

[Avoiding eye contact] he rolled his eyes.

No way. I know.

[Amazing] Flesh is removed from coffee fruits and seeds are collected.

- Seeds are processed so that you can drink. - Oh.

[Coffee beans are the seed of coffee tree] Then, beans are all seeds?

- Yes, they are all seeds. - Oh, right.

[Summarization] - Coffee beans are seeds. - Right.

[Laughing out loud] You're writing down everything.

[Please refer to Run BTS Episode 11] His handwriting is pretty.

He's good at writing.

[I don't know what it says] I can't tell what I wrote.

Have you tasted espresso?

- Yes, in Italy. - Never tried. - I did.

[RM was amazed by Italians' coffee culture] When I was in Italy,

people drank coffee while standing up.

[Even at a sudden question] Because coffee drinking culture is from Italy.

[Smooth answer] If you go to Italy, as he said,

[Italian coffee culture] - as soon as coffee is served, - Standing.

they put some sugar and take it out.

Italian espresso's feature

is the balanced taste, instead of body or favors.

[It's normal to put sugar] They drink it at one go with sugar.

- You may have seen it. - Right. And it was tasty.

[So curious] What's the body in coffee taste?

I though a body means a physical body.

It could be that.

How can he say this in front of everyone?

[I am happy it makes you laugh] Whiskey has the body, too.

[Body from other drinks] Wine also has the body.

It feels like the heaviness on your mouth.

[Explanation for them] Let's say you drink water.

This glass of water feels so smooth in your mouth.

- Jeju Island water. - That glass of water feels like milk.

[It tastes like oily and heavy] Oily tastes.

[Body means heaviness in tactile feeling] - Right. - Now I see.

You may feel it when tasting the same type of drink.

[Deep insight] You can say it's full-bodied.

[Summarization] If its mouthfeel is good and smooth,

you can say it's full-bodied.

[Easy to understand] Right.

[Applying the lesson 120%] - It's full-bodied. - This has the best body.

Thank you.

When you make espresso,

[Without the Cookie mask] you may have seen

[Common process at a cafe] a barista tamers the ground bean.

[The entire process is packing] - Right. - That's called packing.

- Packing. - Let's use these jargons later.

- Okay, packing. - Did you finish packing?

[Reading the monitor] - Dosing. - Did you do dosing?

[Saying all the jargons] How does it go with your tamping?

[You're hearing jargons] And leveling?

[that don't sound like jargons] You need to do leveling.

[What's that?]

Dosing means a process to contain ground coffee.

There's a process called leveling.

- It is to make it even, literally. - Right.

There's another, tamping.

- Tamping. - You'll press them.

Tamping! I know!

[Drop the tamping] Beat doesn't have tamping. No tamping.

- Tamping. - Tamping.

[Let's go to make coffee] It's time to make yourself.

[Excited] Let's go!

Let's go!

[In front of coffee machines] Amazing machines.

[Practice to make latte] You'll make espresso,

taste coffee that you made,

- and go on to make latte. - Latte.

[Curious] - Yes. - I was so curious about it.

[Porter filter] - This is a porter filter. - A porter filter.

You will put some ground coffee here.

[Enthusiastic responses] - Like this. - Oh, my god!

[Leveling to make the surface flat] - What a good machine. - You can do this with your fingers

or you can use a tool.

- Just make sure that the surface is flat. - That's how they do.

[Tamping to press ground coffee] It's time to tamp.

[Pressing hard] Use your body weight and press it once.

Before you apply it, press the middle button to let water out.

- Wow! 93 degrees in Celsius. - Like this. Right.

[Great tip] It's better to release some, because it's too hot.

[Concentrating] [Insert and turn it around] Insert a portafilter into the brew head.

And move it around, it's clicked.

Pull it in the opposite way when it's inserted.

Press the brew button

and start pulling the espresso shot.

That's how we can get a cup of coffee.

[How to enjoy coffee] Let me tell you how to enjoy it.

[Tip that nobody gave] - Good. - This is most important.

When you get the espress, pull the cup like this.

[Surprised] Wow!

[What did I see?] - You can't see the liquid. - Right.

[Fresh crema means fresh beans] You can do this thanks to the crema.

It means beans were fresh.

[Enthusiastic] Right, right.

[Laughing out] If you can see the black liquid, it's not good.

- He's so smart. - Why are you so enthusiasitc?

- It's fun. - Fun.

[Don't misunderstand] - I'm having fun, too. - It's an interesting topic.

Pull the espresso cup. Then,

you may feel bitter when you drink it first.

Because your mouth is coated with saliva.

"Coated with saliva". Sounds great.

You need to take it out.

So, put some in your mouth and move it in the mouth.

Don't open your mouth when drinking esopresso.

[Like this?] So that the fragrance won't go away.

[Second tasting] You can taste it better with the second sip.

Enjoy the aroma and body.

[Learned body very well] - Body. - Body. - Right.

See how smooth it is when you sip and swallow it.

Then, breathe out with your mouth closed.

[Blowing out] [Smell] Yes, like that.

[Aftertaste after breathing out] - You can enjoy the aftertaste. - Aftertaste.

It's called aftertaste.

If the aftertaste is good, it means good coffee.

[Concentrating]

Suga likes espresso a lot.

- This... - Really? - Me?

[I didn't know my preference] - Suddenly? - Please taste it.

[Taking a step further] His hobby is drinking espresso bottoms up.

[Did I?] Me?

- When you drink. - Blow.

[Tasting it] You know that, huh?

[Chatty professional talkers] - You need to roll it. - Because your mouth is coated.

[Tilting his head] - Remove the coating. - You need to do that.

Remove the coating with coffee.

[One more time] - Taste once again. - In your mouth.

[Tasting again] - Roll it in your mouth. - Like a ball.

Did you take off the coating?

[What's this look?] - He did. - Don't gargle.

- Breathe out with your nose. - The 2nd taste is the real one.

[Suga is tasting and others are chatting] - The 2nd sip shows its real taste... - Bottoms up.

[Awkward look] His mouth is trembling.

May I try?

[It's like red ginseng] Does it taste like red ginseng?

[Mr. Curiosity's turn]

- I guess it's a bit sour. - You need to drink more.

[Really?] You need to drink more.

[Slurping] Don't open your mouth.

It was not as shocking as I first drank espresso.

[Eager eyes] - It's delicious. - Let me taste it.

[My type] - It tastes like red ginseng. - It's so delicious.

[Let me taste] Me, too.

[The one who has never tried it before] I've never tasted espresso before.

[Slurping] - Enjoy. - It tastes sour.

- Right, not as shocking as I first drank it. - It was so shocking.

[It's nice] This is my type.

[Bragging about] I've never felt the sour taste]

[First time to taste sour espresso] - Really? - Me, too! First time ever!

- It tastes sour. - He's rolling it well.

[Tasting] - It's like... - Like a soccer game.

He's like dribbling Ronaldinho.

[Taking a break] - About to shoot? - Shoot?

- A goal? - It crossed the line!

[Hah] - Breathing out. - Well done.

- Breathe out. - Your lips are trembling.

- Is it a goal? - I don't think so.

- No goal? - It's no goal.

Personally, Taehyung

I'm okay.

- doesn't drink coffee... - I will taste it later.

[Amazed by the fact it's not bitter] - It's not bitter. - Right.

[Adults think coffee is not bitter] It's not bitter than I thought.

[Kook is a baby] I gargled with espresso but it was okay.

- Is the crema gone? - We finished tasting.

[So enthusiastic] What should we do now?

[Latte's base is espresso] The espresso we brewed

- is the base of coffee. - Yes.

You may brew the espresso yourself.

[Suga goes first] Its mouthfeel was heavy.

[Flowing out]

It's so much fun. Can I be a barista? Barista?

[Careful] Leveling.

He just dosed in the packing process.

[Smiling] It's time to level it.

[Tamping] - Now you can tamp. - He's about to start tamping.

[Pushing hard] - Tamping. - Use your body weight.

[It's enough X 2] It's enough! Enough!

[Love it] It feels nice.

It doesn't feel bad.

Let the water out.

Please make it sweet with some sugar.

Here we go.

[Turn it around until it clicks]

Start!

Make sure to have a cup below.

[Staring]

- It will leak on the left. - I'm so sure it will leak.

[Espresso is being brewed] Too thick! Too dark!

[I like it] - Well done. - You did it.

[Proud] So cool as he does it.

[Embarrassed by compliments] Barista Min.

- Let's see the crema. - All right.

- Wow. - It's okay.

It feels like... You know, the milky way...

- Aurora. - Flattered.

Aurora! Good beans!

[Satisfied] - Next. - Next one, please.

[J-Hope tries] May I try? Let me do that!

[Rookie barista! J-Hope] Rookie barista.

His posture looks amazing.

[Time to level] - He's about to level. - Press it.

Isn't it not hot?

[Calmingly touching it] - Leveling. - Tamping, too.

It's hot! Hot!

[Oh, my]

35 seconds.

[One second really matters] - Aroma will be different per second. - Every one second.

- 6, 7, 8. - There you go, good.

[Never heard of it] - Life is determined by 20 seconds. - 20 seconds?

[Changing it suddenly] - Isn't it too short? - Will you live for 20 sec?

[19 seconds now] - Or 19 seconds. - 19 seconds.

[Hope is... not bold] Not bold.

Crema is perfect.

[Audience wants to see the crema] - Let me see! - Wow!

[Tilting] - Please tilt it. - You need to tilt it.

- Let me try next! - Next one!

[Jimin's turn to try] Jimin looks like a young barista.

I'm ready to learn. Look at my hands.

[Clean and nice] - Clean. - I didn't wear any accessories.

You need to wear some. Because baristas are cool.

[Perfect dosing, leveling and tamping!]

[Jimin cares about cleaness] Clean up around it.

- Can you do that? - Can we wipe it with a towel?

It doesn't matter but you need to hurry up.

[Coffee may be burnt] Because it's too hot.

Coffee is being burnt!

- If you do so... - Coffee can be burnt.

[Hurried] Let the water out. Water!

[Hurried for customers who are waiting] - Guests will be waiting. - Hurry up.

[Nervous] - Your cafe will be out of business. - Customers went out.

[Complaints] - You'll be out of business. - Why does it take so long?

- Mister! - Please do it for 30 seconds.

[6 members love the situation drama] He can't insert it.

[Park Jimin (24)/ Mangae Cafe's barista] Sorry. Please wait for a minute.

- Oh? Does it have less ground coffee? It fills up faster. - Turn it off. 25.

- I brewed the espresso for 25 seconds. - 25 seconds.

[Transparent cup that shows the layers] Because it's in a transparent cup,

[Gradient colors] - The colors. - Gradation.

[Satisfactory espresso by Jimin] - Pretty. Thick. - Well done.

Jimin, please come out.

[Jungkook's turn] Let me try next.

[Kook's official: Your left hand will just help] Baristas don't use both hands.

- I'll use one hand. - What? - Nonsense.

Will you do like this when leveling?

[How will you level it?] Will you do like this when leveling?

Jungkook looks so cool.

[Can he do it with one hand?] - Like this... - It won't get out easily.

[What's this?]

Perfect tamping. This is the tamping.

[Helping hands] - Can you see the difference? - It's time to see a clumsy one.

[Surprised] This is not tamping but stomping.

[Let's say he's too strong] I was too powerful.

He's like a cafe owner who casually opened one.

[Using his left hand] Jungkook, you said you will make with one hand.

[Protecting the youngest one] I guess he will do that from now on.

[A lot of crema] - The color is... - It has only crema.

No, it will go up like this.

- It will go up like this. - Try it.

Me? No, I don't like bitter ones.

[Hesitating] - Try it. - It's sour. Not bitter.

[Requests] Remove your saliva coating.

[I'm drinking it] Did I make it myself?

[He looks like drinking bitter medicine] It looks like bitter.

Hmmm....

[Inhaling]

[How does it taste?] How does it taste, Jungkook?

[We know from your look]

[Espresso is too bitter for Kookie] I know what it means.

[It's not easy...] I know. I can tell.

[RM & Jin & V's turn] What?

Since our teacher left, please be careful, Namjoon.

- Namjoon, please move aside. - Hang on.

Jin's tail is cute.

Right, his tale looks so cute.

[V looks like a cafe owner] Taehyung is like a real owner.

It smells good.

[Conclusion: Handsome] Like his nickname of CG V, V looks so handsome.

His tamping is not strong enough.

- Please step aside. - I want to make latte.

- It's well tamped. - Isn't it amazing?

[Showing off how he tamped] Well done. Pretty.

[He's so handsome even when tasting coffee]

I hope you will realize how tasty coffee is from today.

[Really?]

[How does it taste?] - How did it go? - He's surprised.

[So delicious that V's neck is trembling] First time to see a neck is trembling.

I guess he's touched by the taste.

- You need to sip again. - One more time.

[Just a sip] He just touched his lips.

[Tasting]

[To check out] - He licked the cup. - Delicious.

[RM is tasting too]

Oh, delicious! Delicious.

[Espresso is not being brewed] Did I do something wrong? There's nothing after 13 seconds.

[Happy] - You were too strong. - Is it true?

- If you tamped too strong, it will come out slowly. - Well-pressed.

[Drawing attention] - The tail is cute. - Jin, taste it.

[Checking out again] His lips didn't touch the cup.

[Cant' understand] I can't understand why they don't drink.

[It's not your punishment] He's not confident of his coffee.

[It's delicious. Why?] - Give me that. Let me taste. - Delicious.

[Next step, making latte] - Now you will make latte. - Yes.

I want to learn!

[Me! Me!] - Thank you. - Who will you choose? - One.

[The instructor will choose one to show an example] - Who do you want? - Who?

Please pick one.

[Best efficiency] Since he's here with me...

[Good, good]

[Jin will help the teacher] As a representative!

[Teacher's kind explanation] You will brew the espresso, do steaming

and pour it on top of that. It will be latte. Be careful.

[I saw an angel] It will be latte.

[He is so touching] - Baristas are well-mannered, I guess. - Manner is essential. - Thank you.

[#Manner_Maketh_Baristas] - Learn manners to be a barista. - Manner.

The no.1 priority is manners.

As you did, please brew a cup of espresso.

[Making espresso now]

Before you use this, please wrap it around with this cloth.

[Working hard] - I can't see any. - Please lift it up.

Brother! I can't see!

[Can you see now?]

[Scared] Lift it up high.

[Surprised] Are you okay?

[Wow, a great reaction] [Why do you shake hands?] Great reaction!

[Powerful steam machine] Your ears turned red.

[Process to heat milk warm with steam] When water boils, steam is generated.

[Eyes wide open] We will use steam to heat milk up and infuse air into it.

[Jin is making steamed milk] Lift it up. One more time.

Don't be nervous. Press it! Let it go.

[Concentrating] Let it go.

That's how they heat milk up.

[Let it go when it's too hot] - If it feels too hot, let it go. - If it feels too hot,

tell me and pull it down.

[It's not hot enough] I think it's hot.

[Adamant] [Yup] Then, stop it.

[Steamed milk is done] - Done. - Done?

Here we go!

[Trying to pour a heart] The basic is to make a circle and a heart.

- So curious. - Hold it. Shall we do this together?

[Pour steamed milk in the middle] At this height, in the middle,

[Gathered up] pour the milk.

After filling more than half of the cup,

[A heart in a second] [Concentrating] pour it down

- and stopped it at the center. - Wow!

[Surprised]

Oh my god!

[Amazing] Jin made this latte.

[Congratulations for your first latte] - Try it. - Taste it.

[Expecting so much] Cream was the source of heart.

[What's happening?] Yes, right.

I'd like to taste it.

[Sipping]

Delicious.

[Jin is surprised, too] Delicious?

[Now I know how to make latte] Okay, thank you.

[Time to practice] We learned how to steam milk.

[How does this latte look like?] Well done. Stop. Okay.

What's this?

[Hello, I'm Kookie's latte]

[It's not as easy as they thought] - Done. - It's difficult.

[It doesn't look great] It's not easy.

[Professional meddlers] Pour in the middle.

He said you need to pour a lot at the first time.

Yes, pour a lot when beginning.

[Too many cooks spoil the soup...] I think he wants to draw something...

There you go! Pour a lot. To the middle! There you go.

[The soup looks amazing!] Good.

[Surprised] - Way to go! - Well done.

[Brother-like smile] - Well done. - Taste it.

[Surprised] [Escaping the crisis] Me? I made it for you.

You don't drink coffee?

[So serious]

- The bean is so nice. - How does it taste?

[No need to say] Coffee is delicious.

[I think it's Suga's unique way] - Pouring down. - Like this.

It's a flower, Yoonki.

[Brainwashing] [It will look pretty at a closer look]

[It will be lovely] It's a rose.

[Sorry, I couldn't save you]

[Asking for help] What should I do?

Pour a chunk of milk cream in the middle.

- Just pour, right? - Yes.

[Pour a lot] Just keep pouring, like this.

[Oh... The latte is gone]

The title is tornado.

[Sorry... We couldn't save you too]

[High expectations for Jimin] Let me make one.

- Jimin does this well. - He's so talented.

Yes, he's talented.

[Calm hands] Please draw a picture from here.

[Calm] You need to move it! Jimin, move it!

Turn it around. Against the cup.

[Surprised] - What should I turn around? - Pour!

[Jimin missed the timing] - Too late. - Late?

This is BTS latte.

[Are these free? I hope so...]

[Members did a great job] You did a great job.

- You did much better than I thought. - This is a beginning.

[Embarrassed] - Thank you for teaching... - Do you think these are well done?

What's wrong? They look great!

[Even though latte art was not good] Objectively, based on the taste,

your latte tastes much better than those sold out there.

[Relieved] Well done.

[Satisfied] I tasted and it was great.

[After finishing theory and practice] Now, it's time to

[Time to make signature latte] - make your signature latte. - Time has come!

- This is the beginning. - Our best move.

Right.

[RM's Shakerato] [1. make two shots of espresso]

[2. Put 1 scoop of ice cubes in a shaker. Add 150 ml of water, 2 shots of espresso and 10g of syrup]

[3. Close the lid of shaker glass and shake it well]

[3. Fill a glass with ice cubes up to 1/3 and pour the drink]

[Brewed espresso as he learned] I got 2 shots of espresso.

I've never tried this before.

[RM does things following the recipe] - Shaker. - 1 scoop of ice.

[Recipe requires to add 150 ml of water] I need to add water.

150ml, thank you.

[Moving] Precisely, 150ml.

It keeps shaking. How do you know it's 150ml?

[Precise] - How can you know that? - Precisely, 150ml.

- Are you sure? - Yes. Let's add.

- Without hesitation. - I like his personality.

He always goes without hesitation.

- Two espresso shots. - Will you add?

Yes.

And 10g of syrup. How can I measure it?

[Using a scale?] - You can use this scale. - Here it is, a small cup.

That's a scale.

You can use this to measure the weight.

If it's over 10g....

You're good at math.

[The one who is good at math] I majored liberal arts.

[It's 11g] - 11g. - Just 11g.

[Positive mindset] It's okay. I like sweet things.

I think it's a warning sign.

Then, shake it.

[Time to shake] - Shake! - Wrap it up well.

[Yay yay] - 50 times. - Hang on. - 2, 3, 4, 5.

[They are nervous] - 6, 7, 8. - You need to do this.

[They got excited]

[Add excitement to latte!]

[Following the rhythm!] 50 times.

- I think it's done. - Yes.

- He is hitting. - Done.

[Members are amazed] Teacher knows from the sound.

- To the glass. - Right, pour it down.

[Looking nice] - Oh. - Done.

[Is this the end?] Done?

[Everyone can make Shakerato easily] Yes, it's over.

[Shakerato is done] - The end? - I hope he added more ice.

[Jin's Rosy latte]

[1. Add 50g of rose syrup into glass]

[2. Add ice cubes until 70% of the glass]

[3. Pour 130ml of milk]

[4. Add 2 shots of espresso] [5. Put 1 scoop of cream on top of it]

- Add 50g of syrup. - You need to adjust the scale.

[A bit of rose syrup] Done.

Jin's latte looks delicious.

Add ice cubes up to 70% of the glass.

[70% to eyes of members] - I think it's 70% now. - It's 70%.

[I will decide the amount of ice] - It's not your latte. - Bend on your knees to be precise.

[Today's barista] Jin is today's barista.

[Satified] - Take it out. - Jin-Bari.

Add 130ml of milk to the glass.

- Right, Jin-Bari. - Jin-Bari. - Jin-Bari.

[His nickname: Jin-Bari(sta)] Jin-Bari.

Good. Good.

The color is pretty.

[Making your mouth water?] It's pretty with the layers.

[Time to make espresso] Add shots of espresso on top.

[He needs to hurry] I think he needs to hurry.

[Completed espresso shots quickly]

[What are you doing?] [Touching his apron]

[Pose like a cafe owner] His gesture looks like a cafe owner's.

He's having his hands in pockets of apron.

[This is cool] When you wait for something, you do that.

When can I have my Rosy latte?

[Acting naturally] It's coming up. Please wait for a second.

[Use a spoon for layering] Add it to the ice cubes.

- Carefully. - We need to use a spoon to pour it.

[Refusing use the tip] Right. There he goes.

Did you do that?

Still it has some layers.

[Careful] He's shaking his hands.

[Adding the cream on top] Good job.

[Jin's Rosy latte] - Well done. - My turn.

- Hello. I'm your barista Hope-Bari. - Hope-Bari! It's Hope-Bari!

[J-Hope's time full of excitement] - Hope-Bari. - Hope-Bari, bari bari.

- May I pour it like this? - Yes.

[Without hesitation] [Pouring down] He does it without hesitation.

Okay! It's 51g.

[I'll make it sweet] It's going to be sweet.

[Excited] Let's start steaming.

Yeah! Let's get it!

[J-Hope, you always say something]

[Hope-sound effect that everyone likes] I love it.

[Time to make steamed milk] Now, steaming. To do so,

[Removing the moisture] close it and let the steam go.

[Rice is cooked]

[Satisfied]

Let's get it!

[Melting coconut powder with steamed milk] [Stirring]

[Careful]

[Making shots of espresso] - Espresso. - 2 shots of it.

[Everyone] Please cheer for 2 shots of espresso!

- Wow! - Say ho!

[Excited] [Solitude in excited crowd] - Say ho! Ho! - Here we go!

[Well done] - I think so far, so good. - Good!

[Time to use a spoon] - Here... - Did you see Jin? - Yes.

Lean it over the glass.

[Can J-Hope do this right?] Don't shake your hand.

[Difficult advice] - He screwed it up. - Doing great. - Is this the right way?

[Teacher's opinion: Clumsy but doing well] You're doing great.

[I need to make latte art] - Please add latte art. - Latte art.

- This is not the end. - You need to make it up. - Using the pen.

- There's a pen! - You can use a pen!

- It's like a dragon's claw. - Growl! - Right? That's better.

Oh, it's nothing.

[Straight posture] He has unique sense of beauty.

- Done! This is better. - Well done.

[J-Hope's Cocopresso latte] Pretty.

[2. Pour them into a glass] [3. Brew 2 shots of espresso]

[4. Pour the espresso into the milk]

[Jimin is measuring milk first] 170ml of milk. Is this milk?

- 50g of syrup. - 50g of syrup.

[Confident] Is this the one?

[You may have thought it was syrup] The transparent one next to it.

I haven't seen it.

[Adding syrup, whipped cream and milk together]

Now you need to brew 2 shots of espresso.

[This is not difficult] - Nothing special. - Yes.

- Nothing special! - I think his will look like mine.

[Jimin's time to pour shots] You need to pour it into glass.

This is the main part.

[Spoon time!] My hands are shaking]

[Worried] [Let's see...] Using a spoon...

[Staring] Good! Good!

[He's doing great!]

[So proud of that]

[Shaking hands] He's shaking hands.

- 30g of condensed milk. - That small glass.

- I think that's 30g. - Will it be?

[Pouring a lot]

[Fantastic combination] - Visual. - It looks yum. - Stop!

- Done. - Taehyung is good at making coffee.

[But he can't drink coffee] He's a cafe owner who is allergic to coffee.

[Milk is ready! Pour steamed milk] Ready! Pour the milk!

[Careful] Are you doing it now?

[Mixing] The don't mix!

- It's going to be delicious. I bet. - Right.

- It's going to be delicious. - Please drink it bottoms up.

- I can't. - I'll give you 1,000 won.

[Tempting]

[Why do you think twice?] Did 1,000 won make you think again?

[Embarrassed] He was thinking about a spoon.

Did you see that he opened his eyes so wide?

[Very slow] Pour and mix them.

I think we can't sell any cup of coffee.

- With this speed, we can't sell 10 cups of coffee a day. - Right.

[Hilarious]

Mix them.

[Like a cafe owner] He's like a cafe owner.

[Serious]

- What's this? - A man's face?

[V is doing latte art] Don't tremble. You're doing great.

[This is the right time!] - No. - You can add now. - No?

[High expectations]

Will you go wilder?

- Water comes in. - Oh, man.

[What a rhyme] Water comes in, and it's watery.

- I can't imagine this. - 1 can of Sprite.

- 1 can. - Add it carefully.

[Lemon, Sprite and espresso] I can't imagine how espresso tastes with them.

[Everyone is curious] - It's going to be tasty. - Is it?

- I think so. Really. - I'm so curious.

[Best look so far] - Good. - I have high expectations. - It looks amazing.

I look forward to this.

[Again, using a spoon] - Carefully, over the sprite layer. - Layering.

30g...

It's 38g.

[It's okay. The world is sweet] - It's okay. - It's fine. - Let's make a sweeter one.

[Surprised] Let's make a sweeter one.

It's the only difference, one strawberry.

[Jungkook's theory] That's why it's precious.

[Our youngest member has grown up!] The theory of preciousness.

80%?

[Jungkook wants to be precise] - Okay, done. - Not yet.

- Toward the line of 80%. - Perfect.

[Carefully] Through the ice cubes. There you go.

[It looks so pretty] - Pretty. - This is pretty. - It looks pretty.

It looks like Rosy latte.

You need to add coffee.

[Again, time to use a spoon] Don't be nervous. Jungkook.

[Everyone is nervous] He's nervous.

[Kookie is doing great thanks to compliments from all]

You're doing great.

[It sounds like a goat]

Jeon.

[Neat and nice, success!] Okay.

[Jungkook's Esproberry latte] Pretty.

[Sweet+Angel teacher, thank you] It was so much fun.

[Fruitful time to learn about coffee] I didn't know it takes long to make one.

- It's really... - I didn't know how much efforts are made to make one.

Thank you for your great job.

[Criteria: creativity for decoration] I checked out your creativity

[And balance between taste and aroma] - Creativity. - Yes.

I evaluated yours with criteria of decoration and the balance

[Was mine okay?] between taste and aroma.

[BTS Cafe's result]

[No.1: Jin - 43 points Jimin - 39 points]

[Suga - 37 points J-Hope - 36 points]

[V - 33 points, Jungkook - 33 points, RM - 31 points]

Grow Your Own Potatoes! - Duration: 4:49.

Let me introduce you to one of my favorite foods: It's the wonderful, delicious, potato!

I love potatoes because they can be turned into so many different kinds of food.

You can make mashed potatoes, or potato soup, or even hash browns!

[Squeaks squeaks]

Oh, and potato chips are super tasty, too.

Squeaks and I love potatoes so much, we're going to grow our own.

We're starting by sprouting our own potatoes, and you can, too!

To try this experiment, you'll need a potato, a clear cup of water, and toothpicks.

First, let's take a look at our starter potato.

Most of the time when you're growing plants, you start out with a seed.

But potato plants start a bit differently.

They start as a sprout on another potato.

Like most potatoes, our starter potato is covered in small spots on the outside called

eyes.

[Squeaks squeaks]

Don't worry, they're not real eyeballs!

They're just called eyes because sometimes they can look like someone drew a tiny eye

on the potato.

When a potato is ready to grow into more potatoes, those eyes sprout, and new bits of potato,

called tubers, grow out of them.

We're going to get this potato ready to sprout by soaking it in water.

This will let the potato know that there's lots of water around to help it grow, so it'll

start sprouting new tubers from its eyes.

The first thing to do is wash your potato with some water, scrubbing it to get any dirt

or chemicals off.

Then, have a grown-up help you carefully stick the toothpicks into the top of the potato.

You'll want to put the toothpicks in so they're a little bit diagonal instead of straight

up.

Once the toothpicks are stuck in really well, you can lower the potato into the clear cup

with the toothpick side on top.

That way, most of the potato will be in the water, but there will still be some space

out of the water where the leafy part can start to grow.

You can always take the potato back out and rearrange the toothpicks if you need to.

[Squeaks squeaks]

Oh!

Squeaks thinks our potato is too far in the water and I agree!

You'll want it arranged so that just enough of the water covers the bottom of the potato,

including some of the eyes, but not the whole thing.

There.

Now these toothpicks look just right.

Ok, now that that's set up, it's time to find a good place for the potato to start

sprouting — somewhere that will feel a lot like being underground.

Where do you think we should put it, Squeaks?

[Squeaks squeaks]

Oh, I don't know if putting it under your blanket would work.

And it would be kind of hard to sleep, wouldn't it?

But you're right that it should be dark.

Plants eventually need light to keep growing, but for the first parts of their lives they're

underground where it's dark.

The temperature is also a little cool underground, so we're looking for somewhere dark and a

little less warm than the rest of the Fort.

How about a cabinet?

[Squeaks squeaks]

OK, let's put it in and let the potato get to work.

We'll check back every day to change the water if it gets cloudy and add more if we

need to.

Hi again!

It's been a couple of weeks, and our potato has started to sprout!

See the roots on the bottom?

Now it's time for my favorite part of this experiment.

[Squeaks squeaks]

No, silly, not eating the potatoes.

It's time to let our potatoes grow big and strong.

You can either place the cup with your sprouted potato in a nice, sunny windowsill, or you

can plant it in a pot with soil.

Now that the plant has sunlight, the tubers will slowly start to grow.

It'll need some water to drink, and to be kept nice and warm.

So if you're planting them in soil, it's better to do this in the spring.

After a week or so, you might start to more shoots starting to grow out of your potato!

Over time, the potato plant will grow bigger and taller, with more leaves.

If you keep it in water, the new tubers won't get big enough to eat, but the stems and leaves

on top will keep growing, and you might even see some flowers!

If you planted your potato in soil, the tubers will eventually grow into new potatoes that

you can eat.

After they've been growing for a few months, you can harvest the potatoes … and eat them!

You'll know they're ready after the stems and leaves above the ground wither and turn

completely brown.

That means the above-ground part of the plant is dead, but the potatoes below ground are

ready to eat!

There are lots of things you can do to help your potatoes grow better.

If you want, you can take a book out of the library or have a grown-up help you find a

good website to help you take the best care of them.

It can take up to five months for your potatoes to be ready, so you'll need a lot of patience

for this experiment!

[Squeaks squeaks]

I know, buddy!

I can't wait till ours are ready, either.

But we have plenty of fun things to do in the meantime!

Do you have a favorite food made out of potatoes, like french fries or mashed potatoes?

What other kinds of plants would you like to grow?

Have a grown-up help you leave a comment below, or send us an email at kids@scishow.com

We'll see you next time, here at the fort!

Media & the Mind: Crash Course Media Literacy #4 - Duration: 9:14.

Picture this. You sit down in front of a new movie.

Or you turn on the radio in the car.

What is your brain doing?

Well, a lot of things, hopefully.

But your brain is also working to make sense of whatever media you encounter.

A flicker of pattern recognition and you realize this new movie has a reference to Citizen Kane.

A stab of memory, and you're singing the hook of that song.

All. Day. Long.

For every conscious reaction and response you have to media, your brain is also subconsciously reacting and responding.

Our brains do plenty of things automatically.

They tell our lungs to breathe and our heart to beat.

And while a lot of these automatic functions are pretty great, there are a few that aren't. – especially when it comes to media.

So today we look at how our minds react to media.

You wanna be media literate?

Well here's a list of the worst impulses inside your brain that you're going to have to overcome.

This is your brain on media.

[Theme Song]

When was the last time you thought about tying your shoes?

Like, really had to think about it?

Maybe not since you learned how, right?

That's because your brain has automated the process.

It's muscle memory.

Our brains are pretty good at automating routine stuff.

They do this to reduce the cognitive load, or the amount of time and attention needed to finish a task.

Imagine your brain is like a computer – it only has so much RAM to use at any moment.

To make the best use of that processing power, the brain relies on schema.

A schema is a thought pattern, a way the brain understands a task, the desired outcomes of that task, and the strategy for getting there.

If you have a routine, any routine, you have a schema to work through it.

What about news gathering?

Maybe before you even open your eyes in the morning you reach for your phone to scroll through the latest headlines on Twitter.

Or maybe you turn the TV on while you cook and listen to the news.

Or maybe you just hope someone will have a copy of today's paper on the bus so you can read it when they're done.

With any news habit, your brain is not only automating you picking up your phone in the morning or turning on the TV.

It's also automating how you make sense of information in that app or article.

All that efficiency in our brains, which is ideal for brushing your teeth or opening a door, is not ideal for parsing through complex or new information.

Our brains are basically designed to take shortcuts.

And shortcuts are bad for business when we're trying to do the hard work of navigating the media landscape.

So are there other parts of the brain that protect us from this?

Whoo-boy, it's not even close.

Bad news my friends: It's exactly the opposite.

The human brain is a mysterious thing.

We can remember what we did one day 12 years ago, but not remember what we had for breakfast.

We'll recall ungodly amounts of song lyrics but can never remember what that one actor's name is. (It's Bill Paxton)

We'll be totally exhausted, but when our head hits the pillow, suddenly we want to recap every embarrassing thing we've done since second grade.

But for all its wacky inconsistencies, one thing the brain does really well is complete a picture.

When we're talking about visual perception – you see a bunch of dots in the shape of a panda, and you think "panda" – that's called the Law of Closure.

As we move through the media environment, we're constantly trying to form this type of closure.

And our brains don't do this objectively.

Each time we take a bit of info and complete the picture, we're using prior life experiences and knowledge.

So, for instance, when you read a headline like "DiCaprio and Winslet recreate epic scene from Titanic," you'd use prior knowledge to fill in the gaps.

You know Frank DiCaprio and Maggie Winslet didn't star in that film, so it must be referencing Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet.

It's like the brain's version of when Google knows you're searching for "how to know your cat loves you" just from the letter H.

No? Is that...is that just me?

This inherent desire to connect the dots, to see the whole instead of its parts – is exactly what makes humans vulnerable to misinformation.

Consider another unhelpful brain reflex: false memory.

Sometimes when we can't exactly recall the details of an event, our brain will just fill in the blanks with something plausible.

For instance, say you witnessed a robbery.

The police show up and ask you, "What color shirt was the robber wearing?"

It happened so fast you think, huh I'm not quite sure.

And another witness says, "I think it was purple."

And suddenly maybe you remember the robber was wearing a purple shirt.

It's not that you are trying to lie.

It's more like your brain thinks, "yeah, that sounds about right," and the line between memory and imagination is just too thin to notice.

The trouble with a false memory, especially when it comes to misinformation and "fake news," is it's much easier to create a memory than it is to change one.

So when a Facebook page built to spread fake news sends a lie out into the world, readers are more likely to remember that lie than to update their memory of it later.

Even when they have the right info.

Another time-saver the brain uses is hunting for information we already believe to be true.

This is called confirmation bias, and it's a huge problem.

Let's jump into the Thought Bubble to check it out.

Each and every one of us wakes up in the morning biased.

Biased toward early mornings or late nights, biased towards conservatism or liberalism,

biased towards reading news or watching it on TV.

Our life's worth of experiences shape us to prefer, understand, and believe certain things.

When we're confronted with an avalanche of information, which is difficult to wade through, we seek out things we already prefer, understand, and believe.

It's just easier, cognitively and emotionally, to only deal with things we already like.

This means that if we're presented with a message that aligns with or confirms our biases, we're extra likely to believe it.

On the other hand, if that message opposes our biases, we're extra likely to think it's false.

It also means that if you and I both experience the same media, we could take away completely different meanings.

Take this Washington Post article from October 2017, for example.

"Clinton campaign, DNC paid for research that led to Russia dossier"

It says that Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid for research into Donald Trump's campaign.

This dossier was very controversial when it was revealed in 2016.

Many Clinton supporters and liberal Americans believed the dossier was proof of Trump's collusion with a foreign power.

Many Trump supporters and conservative Americans believed it was proof that the Democratic party was trying to take down the Republican candidate.

Now, if you already have a Democratic bias you might think, "Wow, the dossier must have been legit.

Why would the Democratic party spend time and money on a phony story?"

And If you have a Republican bias, you could conclude the opposite:

"Wow, the dossier must have been phony the whole time, if it was financed by the Democratic party."

This means that a piece of information can do the same thing for different people: communicate, simply, what you already believe is true is true.

Thanks, Thought Bubble.

Social media presents an extra obstacle: most platforms, like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, are built to reward confirmation bias.

Those companies want you in their apps as long as possible, so their algorithms are tuned to keep showing you stuff you like.

Which would be fine, if 38% of U.S. adults didn't rely on them for news.

Which brings us to another brain time-saver: information satisficing – a bizarre combo of "satisfying" and "sufficing."

Sometimes when we're busy or not really that concerned with hunting down the right answer, we'll accept whatever answer's laid out in front of us.

Say, your second-favorite celeb couple breaks up.

They won't talk to the press about it, but a tabloid at the grocery store says he cheated with the nanny. Scandalous!

You think that sounds plausible, and since this info isn't life-or-death important, this answer suffices.

Searching through old interviews to look for clues of a slowly dissolving romance –

we've all got things to do, like figure out whether our cat loves us.

Age-old tabloid tales like cheating with the nanny prey on another aspect of our brain's desire to complete the picture.

We love stories. Really, we love stories.

If it's simple, easy to understand, and fills in the gaps for us, we are ready to believe.

But the human instinct for storytelling is straight up dangerous to media literacy.

Stories are sense-making tools; they help us understand the world around us.

So when something is complex or difficult to understand and the media turns it into a familiar narrative for us, we welcome it with wide, open arms – even if it's false.

To sum up, your brain on media is prone to taking shortcuts and filling in the blanks of a story whenever, and however, it can.

What's worse, publishers, advertisers, and tech companies know all of these tricks, too!

They use them against us all the time to hold (or steal) our attention.

If you've absolutely never fallen prey to fake news or some other kind of misinformation – well congratulations.

But for the rest of us, it's not always easy to spot our brain's thought patterns at work, let alone break them.

That's where strong critical thinking skills come in, and the shared responsibility of doing this work together, as a society.

The more we acknowledge our biases and thought patterns, the better we get at smashing through them to find the truth.

We'll continue that hard work together on the next episode of Crash Course: Media Literacy.

For now, I'm Jay Smooth. See you next week!

Will Stress Really Make You Go Gray? - Duration: 3:06.

[♪INTRO]

We've all seen those comparison photos.

Some president starts out with a full head of dark hair, and a few years later they're

totally gray.

But stress doesn't really turn your hair white.

At least, not the hair already on your head.

It can help reveal gray hairs, though, by increasing turnover.

And scientists think it might just speed up the graying process a little, too.

Each hair gets its color from melanin, a pigment made by specialized cells called melanocytes

in hair follicles.

You can have gray or white hairs because the hair itself, which is mostly a colorless protein

called keratin is manufactured by different specialized cells in the follicle, which are called keratinocytes.

And they tend to live longer than the pigment-producing ones.

So hairs can keep growing, shedding, and growing anew, even if those little pigment factories

have stopped production.

How long your melanocytes last—and therefore when you "go gray"—is mostly determined

by your genetics.

But your head doesn't turn white the second some of those cells die.

Since the follicles can't alter hair that's already grown, gray hairs don't start to

show until the old, colorful hair has fallen out, which usually happens every few years.

But, if something makes your hair fall out faster—like, I don't know, being massively

stressed out—then it might seem like you're suddenly graying.

Chronic stress is known to trigger telogen effluvium, a condition where the hair follicle

jumps ahead to the final stages of its life cycle and the hair attached to it falls out.

So instead of lasting years, hairs can fall out within a few months of a stressful event.

The new hair starts growing again right away, so it doesn't cause baldness.

And it doesn't affect melanocytes, so for young people, the hair that falls out grows

back its normal color.

But if you happen to be at an age where the next hairs in line would be gray anyway, it

can speed up that turnover.

It's not that the stress turned you gray—it just bumped your gray hairs to the front of the line.

That said, there is some research that suggests stress might make you go gray sooner.

That's because stress can increase levels of free radicals — atoms or molecules that

have an unpaired electron, which makes them unstable and very reactive.

They basically try to steal an electron from anything they run into, which messes with

key components of cells.

A 2006 study found that too many free radicals can prematurely age cells because of their

toxic effects on DNA, or even kill the cells outright—and that includes melanocytes.

Other things known to increase free radicals in your body, like smoking, also happen to

be associated with premature graying.

But so far, no one has conducted a controlled experiment to conclusively demonstrate the

connection between stress, free radicals, and the sudden appearance of gray hairs.

So stress might make you go gray.

Or it might just reveal how gray your hair already is.

Thanks for asking, and a special thanks to President of Space Matthew Brant!

First Corporate War - Cyberpunk 2077 lore - Duration: 5:44.

Greetings Earthlings! Welcome to the MadqueenShow!

I am your host the MadQueen

On today's menu, we have a new Cyberpunk

2077 lore video for you and today we're going to talk about the first corporate war

The First Corporate War began simply enough:

EBM's attempt to buy the failing Transworld Airlines turned unfriendly after their initial

deal with Transworld's CEO went sour

Orbital Air, foaming to the mouth to obtain Transworld's air traffic facilities in the

US, came to Transworld's aid, blocking EBM's takeover

This happened in 2004, the same year that the first human cloned tissue growth in-vitro

and the Media Superstar, the investigative journalist Tesla Johanneson, who exposed the

corruption of the Gang of Four in the first Central American Conflict was assassinated

And EBM stroke first

Dispatching terrorists to kidnap Orbital Air's negotiations team en route to close a deal

with Transworld, because this is how hostile takeovers are done in the 21st Century: if

you want to survive in your business you better learn how to get your hands really dirty

But their hired "terrorists" were kinda sloppy and EBM's anonymity was compromised

Orbital Air immediately went to work, recruiting Zetatech as an ally, who unleashed a massive

wave of net attacks against EBM

These attacks, although damaging, were easily put down, forcing Zetatech out of the war

In this dangerous world

where competence strives to destroy what you treasure the most

there is an ally you can rely on

the number one agency

with the highest class operatives

and the largest and more reliable catalogue of arms and equipment

Militech First line of defense

EBM responded with a wave of attacks against Transworld Airlines and Orbital Air facilities,

but Orbital Air met this challenge well: beefing up security and using their dominance in the

Low Earth Orbit to establish a blockade against EBM facilities

Orbital air ran out of patience and struck back with a wave of terrorism and piracy of their own

EBM answered this threat with an army of corporate solos and proxy Third World troops

During this period, both companies changed allies as frequently as a JoyBoy changes partners

Hundreds of Millions in Eurodollars were wasted, stolen, or simply destroyed as both first

attempted to cut each other's funding

In fact, at one point, both sides had to find financial supporters just to save their current

allies from being wiped out

There were only two major battles during this conflict

The first occurred when Orbital Air commandos captured a central EBM space station in response

to similarly large hijacking on the same day by EBM

Both companies were reprimanded by the European Space Agency, who lifted all the blockades

and warned the competitors not to extend their fight into Low Earth Orbit

The second battle didn't occur until a year later, when Orbital Air commandos attacked

EBM CEO Ulf Grunwalder's compound in Bavaria, capturing him and forcing EBM to surrender

in February of 2006

The ramifications of this war were vast

It was the first conflict of this kind, some smaller firms had engaged in petty armed squabbles

in the past, but nothing had ever matched the ferocity and size of this conflict

And even worse, it gave other companies the green light to use wholesale military tactics

to obtain favorable business results

And it seemed just a matter of time that another Corporate War would come

Well, folks, thanks for watching

We Got An Intuitive Facial And It Rocked Our World - Duration: 8:44.

Hi guys, my name is Zena and I'm the senior content editor here at HUM and we are

with Hayley Wood also known as the @therapeuticskincoach to do an

intuitive facial which I'm so excited about! It's my first facial and I feel

like I'm about to be very spoiled and get the best experience.

Why is it important for people to get facials?

I really do think that skin is a reflection of your inner

health so if something is off balance

we get to really tune in and see what's going on

So you do "intuitive" facials. Can you explain what that is exactly? I'm so excited.

It's so great. So, it kind of falls into two different categories

It's an intuitive practice for me because it helps me tune in to what's

actually going on with you – it helps me stay present and if I can kind of tap

into what's going on with you then the formula of what's going to work for your

skin sort of comes to me on a more intuitive basis. But then also, the second

portion of that is I want my clients to feel like they can tap into their

intuition when it comes to their own skincare needs, as well. So it's a little

bit of me teaching them to do that but it's also me staying grounded with them

so I can tune in for them as well.

What would you say is the biggest

misconception you hear from your clients about skincare and things they

maybe think are true but aren't or...

One is that there is such thing as a quick fix

It doesn't work like that. Our skin is a live organ so it is constantly in

evolution so that's number two. Just tune in and know that like nothing is going

to get fixed overnight but just give it love and care and it will give you

exactly what you need in return.

Okay, well I think we're all ready to go and

get started. I'm so excited this is gonna be really fun.

I'm so excited. You definitely deserve this

and I'm excited to share with you what I do every day!

Thank you so much!

Alright, so excited to get started!

So this is just a nice warm towel. We're going to remove the cleanser we put on.

Okay, so this is just a little bit of steam it

shouldn't feel too overwhelming so just let me know how it feels, okay?

So nice.

It's really nice, right?

What I'm gonna do is just massage a little bit of oil on the skin just to

kind of help soften the existing oil that you have

It'll be nice because it'll get some really good circulation going on the skin as well.

But first I'm just gonna do a really light mist.

We use all non-toxic products, as you know.

I really wish people watching this could smell this because it smells so good!

Jojoba oil is actually what cleared my acne because I really struggled with acne for over

eleven years and as soon as I just like backed off and just cleansed with

just a really standard basic oil or ester like what jojoba oil is

that it cleared up, it literally just kind of went back to like neutralizing its own

self and it started to just self heal

which is what the skin is capable of doing, you know?

So have you ever heard of extractions and what that's all about?

Yes, like Dr. Pimple Popper?

Yeah, except not that intense!

Hopefully you don't find any of those kind of pimples...

No, no, no, no...

So with this I would just focus on breathing, staying relaxed, but also

communicate your needs if you're at all uncomfortable just tell me to back off

and we'll just do what feels best to you but you're gonna feel any kind of

pressing on the skin just to help maneuver

and manipulate any of the congestion out.

And now an ultrasonic spatula?

It sounds like I'm going to be giving you a buzzcut.

[buzzing]

And then the microderm is just like another form of exfoliation

It's just going to help kind of suck out any of the residual buildup

Okay, so what I'm gonna do now is I'm going to do a little bit of a yin-yang rolling.

I'm a facial reflexologist as well so we're gonna do

a little bit of reflexology just to work on the system on a lymphatic level but

just also to help kind of promote the healing of your extractions.

So this is a multi reflexology tool.

This side is a little Yin so this might feel good

or like not all that great – it just depends on if you have an excess of Yin

or an excess of Yang. So this side is gonna work on an excess of Yang in the skin.

If there's any like infection or like really surface blood flow that just

needs to kind of get pushed out this will help with that right away so this

is usually what I like to do first and then we'll work on an excess of Yin which

is this little more stagnation that's great feel like anything that's just

kind of stuck in the skin and just needs to kind of move along okay so that was

the yin. I'm gonna switch over to the yang, this might feel a little better

or might get a little different and whichever one you prefer whether it was

the first side or this side, that is what you have the most excess of.

Did you like this side better or did you like the first side better?

I think I liked the first side better.

Yeah, so you just have a little excess it Yang which makes sense, just a little inflammation.

What we're going to do now is just a little lymphatic facial massage

This will feel really nice. You can just relax and calm with this.

Now we'll use a really nice chlorella rich, hyaluronic acid rich serum on the skin.

This is a nice detox.

So now we're just covering the eyes. LED light is safe for anybody it's just kind

of feels better to have the eyes protected with it so this mask is gonna

cover the whole face – but what I'm gonna do is turn it on, you're gonna

see some red light and I'm gonna boost it up so the red light really helps to

promote fresh collagen in the skin so it's trying to communicate that function

through the lights to promote new regenerative growth, so perfect for after

extractions, perfect for after cleansing, exfoliation – just to get that cellular repair.

Then I'll switch it over to blue light in a couple of minutes and

what that does is that helps with any infection in the skin so if there's

anything that's residual from the extractions we can address that with the

blue light. I'm going to switch it over now, it might be a little funny for your eyes

I like to focus on red a little more just because it's so calming and anti-inflammatory

that the the blue is not as focused on and it's just to make sure that you

don't have any like post facial breakouts

This is going to feel a little cold

and its sole purpose it's just to cool the skin off

Ooooh.

Yeah, this is everyone's favorite part.

How many minutes a day would you say goes into your personal skincare routine?

I do probably like 3 - 5 minutes, morning and evening, that's it.

That's not much at all.

No!

I just make it worth it. I tell myself compliments .

I know that sounds kind of crazy but I give myself a lot of self loving mantras

so that I'm infusing positive energy into my skin, too.

I've never worked on anybody who has perfect, perfect skin and even somebody who's come close to it

If they don't appreciate or love the skin they're in, it's kind of a waste, you know?

So it's just embracing where you're at, who you are and just enjoying it for what it is.

And then just learning from it if it is imbalanced, if you are

experiencing a bit of an imbalance try to learn what that is trying to communicate to you

Oh, I'm so excited! You are all set.

Oh my gosh. I feel like a new person.

You are a new person! I love it.

Okay! I had the best time ever today, if you can't tell.

Hayley, thank you so much.

I feel so cared for and truly indulged and I will definitely be back.

Let's Play Fire Emblem - The Binding Blade 01 (Roy & The Princess of Bern) - Duration: 58:03.

hey RPG fans this is smashin bro ben and this is my retro attack series in

this one I'm gonna play a very special game I'm a huge Fire Emblem fan and I

got into this series from GBA and before the actual Game Boy Advance game that we

got in the United States it was one that never came out he had never made it to

the States was never translate it's called fire mode the fighting blade

which is actually the prequel to the first game I've ever played now I've

never had the chance fortunately some fans got together translated this game

and I'm gonna go into it and play it for you guys it's a complete blind

playthrough for me I've never tried this game before so hopefully you guys will

enjoy it as much as I let's do this fire

new game

dawn of destiny all right time for some backstory man and dragons once lived in

harmony on this land yes of course a war broke out blah blah blah the loss of

nations were twisted the Dragons really feel it yeah this is a basic premise of

all the firearm games or the old ones at least we're you know dragons once ruled

the world and now it's it's the world of men a thousand years have passed very

cool the people of continent lb lb lb winner

has been spreading the technology and civilization all right so mankind is on

the rise and Dragons have been defeated

Victoria is a most advanced civilization ok continent of LB the kingdom of burn

is with a powerful military and practical and pragmatic attitude it's a

little backdrop of the kingdoms these are the two strongest nations in le dijo

que el by and Western nations are only seen okay cool

we got dad like I'm gonna wait to jump into the characters because that's how I

started learning the game usually Fire Emblem games are your Game of Thrones

fair where they throw a lot of names at you a lot of different people involved

but and slowly but surely you start learning and you know discovering what's

going on oh we got some northern people's there

ah I see this already rings the bell the Sakaya Plains the nomads from those

areas I remember this from the other gaming but I have not played the

original GBA game since it originally launched so I don't even remember much

aside from a couple names and there's a few clashes but there was a general

sense of balance and power until something happens that balance was

suddenly disrupted

Kings Fe o ruler of kingdom of burn that sent his horses out to conquer the rest

of the nations huh all right so this is the major asphalt number one going for a

full-on attack like he's invading Sakai and elia mercilessly by the way

oh I guess this is our first protagonist a youth named Roy was in the ciaz like a

messiahs largest territory osteo she was sent as a transfer student

to train to become the next marquis of try oh so he doesn't look like he's that

high ranking of a guy he's not a coil D that's a change all right cool I'll take

that

this his dad asked him to come back home just around that time valina the

daughter factor had traveled to Lisa Lucia to play her respects to eliwood

alright so she's on the way to she doesn't know what's going on I guess

Roy's hurrying back home and his loyal Knights all right cool

bourse and Knight from Ostia all right he looks like a capable dude he's

travelling home and this is where the story begins Godard

here we go battle number one Donnell destiny these are the bad guys of

bandits boss the residents of the castle have fitted themselves inside here even

Ella would the greatest night of lucia can be done illness alright so they're

taking advantage of the kingdom while the king is ill these guys decided her

sneak attack

you assholes alright you're gonna pay for that yeah we could take it she

didn't think I am reinforcements might come anytime

alright kill off the guys in the castle while I still got time and they wanna

treasure all right so they look like average bandits castles aren't the only

places will treasure okay we're at psychical gone no they're

gonna attack some villages protect the village no no that sucks that's terribly

that

yeah he's not capable of helping out that song I would teach him a lesson

mr. Allah would mean he must hide somewhere uh if I know my fire among

girls they're not the ones to hide these castle is going to become battlefield

nope she's gonna bite there we go no sir I will fight too yeah she wasn't

introduced for no reason she's gonna be our one of our leaf characters don't be

ridiculous something happened to you I wouldn't

know what to say to your father we have died so he feels responsible for

her all right they feel like they're like close friends friendship going on

between the two families

my son would be here by now so all right he's sick he's really counting

on his son

Merlin s I want you to send a messenger it's sending a messenger son so he's

quite a strategist trying to warn his child there's been an attack all right

ass-kicking time the Cavalry's here

Lance Master Roy venomous have appeared alright we got it all got it huh here we

go the first classic uh motif firearm but we always get the Blue Knight you

got the right Knight some kind of bonding relationship there that's

classic

how long he can last in his mentalness excuse me

Lance is it is lazy latina safe

are you foremost you bro mmm-hmm we gotta help she's in a castle

all right cool they're trusting in the Kings power to protect her so he feels

responsible no I shouldn't have let her to the castle yep

stop doubting yourself dude lets us act let's hurry let's do this

yep I'm gonna save them this is one of the very reasons guys I got into the

Fire Emblem series I just love the quality of writing and those games suck

you in all the interesting characters and then politics and the trails going

on it's fewer Game of Thrones material alright let's do something a little bit

of kink of aggregation I like my animations to be with backgrounds yes

games be fast takes place that's ran out on you

you

all right looks like I'm good

how do I check with his guys

all right weaponry

all right

gun sword

Biron sorta and so Marcus and Allen alright

oh they don't have swords alright got it so the basic premise is for those of you

guys who don't play the Fire Emblem games you have the triangle that you got

to keep in mind if a triangle consists of swords axes and Spears swords be axes

acts as beat spears and Spears bedsores that's the basic premise of the game

plus including all the little terrain here which will kind of like give you

advantages and disadvantage for example mountains are harder to navigate if

you're in the force here you might have an advantage boost Aleichem dodging the

attacks right let's do this without further ado okay let's see alright this

guy can cover us this one can as well so I'm gonna draw

them out

all right

let's get prepared for these guys ass-kicking time is on the way all right

damn it reinforcements already what are we gonna do you better be scared cuz

shit is gonna happen nope miss Bea ah look at these guys I miss

surprise so much I mean I love my 3ds games but this price is just such

beautiful work nope you don't mess with a sword I have the high ground Anakin

not gonna happen all right and now we can go for a four

sack

this guy's slow anyway so we're gonna attack with him sweet my first kill the

others do it had no chance I'm gonna make it no I'm not gonna make

let's do some arrange support here sweet wow that was

nice that was nice finish this guy off

boom right in the dome the cavalry does not play around

all right this guy can you reach us yes well you know what we'll give him that

opportunity because I have a sword and I'm in no danger with this guy attack

your ass oh you're done only you don't get the hell out of here

yep my nice kicking ass all right you're gonna go to this little house and visit

by the way when you visit villages in town sometimes they give you useful info

or sometimes even items hey you guess what I got some cash for

you I hugged it I guess I swear guys I didn't freaking know

money is important all right how you gonna give me some money hell no but

money is in portlet ha no well he can maybe visit this village here yep as I

anticipated miss me one more time nope usually when you have a weapon that

outclasses your opponent sometimes you do critical or double strike it's always

helpful okay all right all right now sir take that sir aw crap that wasn't good

ouch that actually hurt a lot you're gonna pay for that

pay for that shit alright this is done and I'm also anticipating guys that I'll

be dying quite a few times even on normal the older fireman gives a no joke

they're not to be messed around with so you know chances are I'm gonna die in

battle I'm just gonna quickly skip forward to that part where I'm at and

you know cut the video clip accordingly see you guys and watch all that boring

stuff yep yep yep no chance there

this isn't this place

and

all right so these guys are basically got tutoring me how to play the game use

the terrain to your advantage I know that let's see what this guy's reaches

okay make sure it doesn't get my Archer click this guy here just go to the

village real quick hey hey

all the village tries to help I'll take this important what did I get $5,000

that's that's awesome that's great support thank you

no you don't know you don't asshole no you don't all right let's do my archers

range damage just I can't get me

well this guy my main he needs to be a leveling up salt I'll save the finishing

move for him his guy will visit to another town another house

yeah lady would not know what the situation is thanks for informing us

all right you ready for this you're ready for this right here right here

come and get it boom yeah I do want to level up my lead characters as soon as

possible because if they fall in battle its I'm done it's gonna be game over

screen

and there we go nope I got a safe with somebody who appreciates sprite art this

game holds together to this date that I mean animation is a soul freaking cool I

mean I wish of course they were a little bit higher resolution but I delivered

they didn't put any filters on this game as you guys can see I'm playing in the

emulated version of SNES classic which I freaking love and I'm able to record a

full HD but I decided not to use any scout lines or any kind of

post-processing effects

all right let's see what can we do here but I can do this first

now we're gonna risk it now let's first see if I can take care of

this guy here yup he's gone yay levelled up my dude Allen is level 2

I don't even know how many characters are gonna stay after this first prologue

chapter but you know and we still want to optimize here make sure everybody

gets a go still gonna kill you bastard well guess who's gonna finish him out

boom let's level up Steve stain for sure

all right I'm gonna put defenses of my characters already have a turn I doubt

you'll be able to reach them and there you go nice now I can use my Archer

and you're done that's

so at first maybe a chapter two are gonna be like introductory then probably

won't pull Z much of challenge but after that your guests good as mine how hard

this game really is I don't know plated alright so I'm gonna put one guy in rage

of my opponents so I tested this out here to kind of lure him out that's one

of the tactics then you have in Fire Emblem and I'm sure all the good base

RPGs you want to get them out to fight on your ground on your terms don't

here we go that's the most useless bad that grenade I've ever seen these guys

cannot do any damage to your Hall what I do

you can go to town

oh I forgot this village has been destroyed solely useless

all right you can stand here my boy needs to

gain them levels hopefully this will bring them on to level two yes sweet yep

I want to have a balanced crew and make sure all of my characters level up

evenly and not that you have only one unit is like super advanced and the rest

of garbage you can't have that

your ass is grass buddy let's see here oh you can't reach time okay this guy

can alright so I gotta take care of that Archer I gotta get to Archer catch that

oh that's gonna be a yep Jeff must be off

that works

that works for me

nice my arches getting some levels

phantom oh I reckon as esteemed died oh he actually hit me not cool

and that's what you died yes got him sweet

all right how we gonna do this we obviously a sword fighter

I'm gonna risk my main guy no I'm not I'm actually gonna get my most powerful

character on this task of defeating the stage boss you damned idiots catch you

guys take these dancers nope they can

all right let's give it a turn to him while you're trying to heal yourself

that's not gonna happen Dan he has life oh here we go

yes my very first victory look till he's too strong kicked ass ass yep so far

very familiar gameplay and tactics conquer ah I remember before you used to

be C's that's how you end the stage but here it's conquer Father

Molina oh wow the King didn't die right away in this one excellent okay not like

every other firearm we'll get actually reached my father boy so happy reunion

cool

ha the father doesn't want to show his weak side

so the son the boy has come of age to take over

alright dad your ward is the law you said it it's gonna get done oh she's a

magic user sweet

no she must go home

and guess who's gonna ask worker I have a feeling

all right so I get ones the Sun for us to go to the border and secure the

border I guess

force I want to say forest for some reason I don't know it's like boars it's

a play on a Russian name

today's a loyal guard I'm gonna call the Boris what back what's the difference

yay victory all right I'm gonna save here there's a small village of a border

affair I'm burn all right this is where the next chapter will begin

Oh trouble

chapter 2 the princess of Bern what I'm asking is is where the princess is yes

captain the lady certain she was the princess has escaped okay mushiya tomboy

is like always out of her castle no ma'am so she's concerned for her

and also she sounds like a protector of Princess her personal bodyguard

so the princess is lost in this kingdom oh she's a dragon rider sweet princess

Guinevere

oh shit what the hell they kidnapped her what a sneaky vest okay here we go this

game of Thrones is kicking in here are you sure this is a good idea don't worry

Bern has plenty of enemies what an asshole I want to kill this guy already

he's gonna be my first target so we better sell ourselves to the highest

bidder

all right so this is where I'm supposed to meet my marks

excuse me I was in a hurry

while she's gonna ask for our help obviously

we've got to get the princess

unnecessary tango vents one no I got it help

somebody's giving chase I've been exposed see I can't turn back now no

matter what I've been exposed so I got a protector

no I will accompany you see all the girls they're like no I can help in some

capacity of course she's not gonna sit this one out

she can heal

and she wants to help

thank you for you kissing the race alright so I got I got the healer here I

got the spear guys

wow that's quite a lot of them

all right he's gonna go and check out the houses let's go

first let's see what we can see here

oh he's done and on critical head ass kicked

yeah I'm diggin Boris Boris is nasty he's like yo girl you get in my way and

get swept under the rug

got him

yep I have not been challenged yet my guys are just trampling those bandits

all right

calorie first it's like my hero

nope sorry against a mounted unit you're not gonna stand a chance

are you sneaky bastard

Oh Oh back up I guess these are the guys that was supposed to mean

DX who's our client this time

the fariah family of the nobles of lucia they yeah they look like mercenaries but

you know what noble mercenaries they're probably gonna

help out

all right cool Scouts did some reconnaissance yep these guys got a

hurry to battle well I'm pretty safe here so far that's actually quite a lot

to explore then leave this guy to do all the exploration some potions yep

now I got some potions and then we're gonna go to the villages ask around for

help now and back to business at hand

all right

take this asshole first boom you know against the sword you don't have a

chance sorry Marcus is too strong for you bro

too strong

critical ah kicked his ass yeah I'm diggin why so far we don't know

much about his personality what he's like but he's like just this young

chatter definitely knows how to use a sword nice a little dog

and let the ass-kicking continue

pain delivery commenced loan all right keep going forward

where's my healer

damn that's that's quite a crowd in there

let's see yeah we want to try to learn the loud

that's how do we check just get it out

no not this

iron blade okay so he's a sword wielder and this guy can reach out for him so

we're gonna place this guy right here

to access Beach Spears

here we go dude bow right in the head right in your freaking dome finished

nice

I got one more one more for you guys ah

let this guy stay in the background for now

yep move in move in for major Payne delivery

damn though Oh laughter my guy ward nice

the other students the mercenaries are proving to be quite a force

a hence

oh nice armor Slayer

that's really cool I got a sword and guess who's gonna get it my boy Roy

let's watch the cavalry here

I see some patches of force as I mentioned before guys you know forests

can always come in to our advantage I can hide in there we'll give my unit a

boost in evasion is always handy

all right all right all right you asked for it

by the way can this guy yes he can yes he can ah miss White's useless I

don't like you dude fly back home wherever he came from

yeah Alison dope attack

nice oh man

be out on the one life

boom crush that dude sculpt for sure

pretty bloody mess get out of here

well somebody's gonna level up real fast

the dodging skills right though what

it's dodging everything how fast is this guy yeah he's gonna dodge that one I'll

be asking a little too much

I'm gonna hide this dude utilize the forest

no that's a nicely chosen strategic spot there I think this guy will be pretty

safe in there besides you're gonna send in the cavalry right now to dispatch the

rest of them well first let's see what we can do with this

Archer be going down bro one more attack nope I guess not

I sort of wanna risk it but I don't cuz Pegasus knights always fall - archers

but this guy's health is really really low but you know what I'm not gonna risk

it I'm gonna Punk out of that

it's not gonna be fast enough to get my main guy his sword

my dealer

gotcha

yeah I definitely want to finish him off I definitely do

I guess is gonna do it

yeah I'm gonna use the iron sword it's weaker but this guy's almost dead I'm

gonna keep in mind that all my weapons have a finite amount of moves and after

which they break so I'm gonna use stronger weaponry only when I need to

ya better not risk it with a Pegasus man as a matter of fact let me just move

them a little bit here

an ass-kicking continues

yep you're done go home go home

ow that hurt you asshole I hope I don't die I hope I don't die

oh man poof a forest saved me another one alright the sword sire

let's give him

as gettin the sword

all right and we used up killing here and rush off into the combat you have

not been much help

all right I want to take this guy here bring him back a little bit and kill

them

it's sort of a waste at this point to use the healing power but at the same

time you know it gives my healer experience so she has to level up as

well it's not really trivial because yes he's away from danger but at the same

time she gets to power up as well

ah boom critical

you're done

man he's so hard to level up why is that well probably because he's a stronger

unit

no no you know all right my Pegasus and I got some action going on there

yay levelled up the award is no joke he's like dodging left and right Neela

style is like nope can get me

these guys liking behind

Boris

almost finished ow that hurt

my uses feeling hmm was very successful but you know we did some damage there

that counts for something right

all right Spears good beat swords you definitely done

you're definitely done

all right

you're welcome to try and attack me you ever good on health so far

pant pant and the dependent that's a catchy tune see I already recognized

little bit from the original game even though it's been so many years

okay okay

critical dodging it nice

I'm not gonna give this guy a chance to attack you gotta get rid of the archer

well I want to tell you guys saw that demolished him yeah so far it's a very

straightforward map not a lot of going on it says the strategy just making it

to the destination and just kicking everybody's ass on the way not a lot of

challenge came from the sub

bring my units

come on Roy such a slowpoke come on Roy you gotta make it

position our troops here getting ready for Roy to come in and save the day he

has a lance right

what is yet

I can't check his stuff

no I don't need those guys this on the turn damn

just when I thought luck was with me hoghead side first let me bring my

healer here just in case I'm gonna start hacking away at this guy

boom nice

can I finish him off you no good five

let's try it shit oh man that's not cool I got to

finish them off crap oh man it was a fatal mistake on my land yeah I got her

I got a rescue people's rescue this guy

kill them crap man he's gonna kill my Pegasus I hope

not

yeas done my Pegasus is done well he was a punk anyway good riddance

what I do what I do hope he doesn't in second

please don't attack him yep he's attacking him he's done oh thank you him

I saw oh man I was worried for a second kiss my party member is dead they don't

freaking come back let's get away from there

that's not risking finish this dude off let's be safe Oh what he dodged it done

finally

crews will bring you ill fit off well drop of consciousness there you've done

all right I think this is it now I have to seize this castle I'll

conquer in this game

Master Roy

got the lady from the basement

oh look at this beauty your highness Ellen oh you're right

why she didn't do jack shit I did all the heavy lifting she's being grateful

Mahaska name I am more what's yours

whenever

hold on we gotta sort this thing out

now of course he wants to speak with her he just rescued her

yes ham

what does it seem like she wants to be the pacifist find a good resolution to

his conflict no it's not gonna happen

now I'd say he's coming along with its plan cool

okay so this is good here I'm gonna utilize my awesome SNES feature here to

save my first gameplay and here we go we just had the prologue in the first

chapter of this game so far I'm enjoying it as expected the writing is cool

jumping back into the sprite animations and old-school electro graphic isn't

always fun I love it if you guys enjoyed this video please like and subscribe to

our channel in my retro series I'm gonna be doing more RPGs after this one end is

How To Use YouTube Ads - Reviewing The Results - Duration: 9:09.

Welcome to this video entitled: "How To Use YouTube Ads - Reviewing The Results"

Now, this video is all about drawing conclusions from the results of your

YouTube ads campaign. When you follow your YouTube ad campaign to the very end

you need to be able to interpret your results in a meaningful way. In the

meantime, be sure to watch this video to the very end where you'll be able to

download a free PDF copy entitled: "The Top 10 Tips For Beginners To YouTube Ads".

Hi, my name is Jeff Laming from Video Cashflow and in this video we're going

to follow the test results of this YouTube ads campaign (it was run over

four days) and interpret the results in such a way that you can determine your

next steps. Let's now head over to the computer and whilst l make my way

over there be sure to read the following slide about to come up on your screen....

Okay, now let's have a look at Day 2. I've just gone into the Google AdWords

campaign account and you will see that I've had some more views which is very

encouraging. Now, I'm not surprised that the number of

views for today has gone down slightly because, if you recall, yesterday I made a

few amendments to the settings, but even so, what this shows is that 391 views

yesterday, and so far today 317 views, and the time is about quarter past three in the

afternoon here in the UK. So the trend is as was yesterday - more views with a much

higher view rate on the in-stream ad and just barely touching 2% view rate i.e. just

under a hundred views, albeit a lot more impressions, for the in - display [ad]. So, the

other encouraging thing is that, obviously, the £10 per day -

sorry, £5 per day, £10 over 2 days so far, and the average cost

per view is a penny for the in-stream [ad] and 3 pennies for the in display [ad]. So, all

very, very encouraging. So we'll come back and have a look at tomorrow's results

to see what that looks like to see if there's any other trends that are formulating

and I'll catch up with you then.

Okay, let's now have a look at Day 3's

results. Slightly trending downwards but even so we've got another 292 views on

the video ad, up to just under a thousand, and if you have a look down

here we can see that the trend is following the path of the last two days.

In-stream ad impressions - 2,000, views of just under 800 - a view rate of

just under 39 percent. Cost per view - a penny - and the video the video ad shows up in -

video discovery - far more impressions, about five times as much - only

205 views. hence the low view rate of less than 2%, and cost per view

is three pence. So, let's see what happens in Day 4 and then we'll have a quick

summary and decide on what steps to take next, so I'll see you very shortly.

And now we've come to the last day of the test and in total we've got

1,246 views so over the 4 days that equates to just over 300

a day. And remember, these views count towards the 10,000 view threshold, one of

the parameters brought in by YouTube via Google to enable you to join

the partners scheme to join the AdSense scheme if that's something that you're

looking to do in your business. So let's take a closer look at these figures. This

is Day 4 of the campaign - the last day, so let's just open up the campaign there

and get a better view of it. I'm just going to expand on this now, just so that you get a bird's eye view.

Here's the in-stream and the video discovery results. As you can see, the video

discovery results are seven or eight times larger more than the in-stream [ad], but in

total just under twenty thousand impressions. Now the views are really

interesting because the views of just under a thousand for the in-stream ad - that's a

view rate of forty percent - and that rate has gradually been

increasing as the days went along. Average cost per view - a penny - and in

the video discovery, although this view rate is still very, very low the trend has - I

think from memory - been increasing. Average cost per view of 3p. All

in all, that's a very interesting campaign, and what I'm going to do now is -

obviously, off screen - I'll go back and have a look at the results in more

detail and also more importantly see what happened with regard to the

downloading of that product itself. Now I've already looked, I've gone into my account -

my Sarah Staar account - and it doesn't look as though anyone's actually downloaded the

product, so obviously I need to go back and find out exactly what's gone wrong

there. Tweak it, improve it and then start another campaign until I get it

exactly right, and then that will then give me the confidence to move ahead

doing more YouTube ad campaigns and once I'm happy with those then I will roll

it out as a service to offer to other businesses, other local businesses. So,

thanks ever so much for watching. If you'd like to make any comments or have any

questions please post in the Comments section below the video and good luck

with your own YouTube ad testing and ad campaigns. Now I'm going to give you

3 recommended sites to go to when you set up a YouTube

ads campaign. That's information before you actually go ahead with that will be,

you'll find, really, really useful. Also, the other reason why I'm suggesting you

do this is because YouTube, like Google, implement a number of changes to their

processes and when they do that the screens change and it's very easy to get

lost in everything and give up, which will be a shame. So the first one I'm

going to recommend you have a look at is the YouTube Creators. Again I'll put

the URL links on the screen and underneath the.....in the description box

with this video, but YouTube Creators is at www.creatoracademy.youtube.com

That's the first one. The next one is, if you go into YouTube itself and go into the

YouTube help facility and look up "Video Advertising with AdWords" (set up in

basic). It tells you how to create a TrueView video campaign - what you need to do

before you begin - and then actually how to create a TrueView video campaign. Now

this will be really useful to print out as you're going through and setting up

your first video ad campaign. The layout of the screens and everything does

change from time to time so if you go to the Help in YouTube, print this off

because hopefully will have changed as well in line with any on-screen changes

and then make it that much easier for you to follow the steps. And then the

third one is getting to this stage here. Type into Google and enter "YouTube

advertising". Down here you'll see: " YouTube

Advertising: Online Video Advertising Campaigns". Just click on that and you'll

come to this page here which probably looks a bit familiar because, if you recall,

right at the very bottom is where you make your claim for the credits. There

you go - get your £100 free credit or dollars as it may well be where you're

residing. And a whole wealth of resources are there so just go through "How it works";

"Making a video ad"; "Running a video ad"; "Pricing"; "Success stories"; "Resources". All of

this - this and the other two resources I've just gone through - really, really

useful information to help you get familiar with the layouts and finding

your way around before you actually pluck up the courage to actually go ahead with your

first video ad which I'm sure you will do and again good luck with your first video

ad campaign.

I hope you found those steps useful. Now that the first YouTube ads

test campaign has been completed and the results assessed it's now time to move

on to the next campaign. Once you've undertaken your first YouTube ads

campaign you might want to become your own best customer, and run the campaign

promoting your own business. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you all the best and

I'll go back to a comment I made on another video where I firmly believe

that once you understand and implement YouTube ads to the point where you can

generate some decent revenues, that you are on your way to taking control of

your destiny.

Here's the link for you to download your FREE copy of: "The Top 10 Tips For

Beginners To YouTube Ads". I'll also put the link in the description box below

this video. Thanks for watching. Look out for another video on video marketing and

YouTube coming your way next week. Enjoy! Until next time, bye for now....
